  This is a HeadGum Podcast.

• 0:14Fortune Feimster?

  Pretty little episode.

• 0:17Mae Martin?

Welcome to the Handsome Pod. It's a very pretty episode with two very pretty little ladies and ladies. I'm Mae Martin.

• 0:25Fortune Feimster?

  I'm Joanne. I'm Flaxen Beemster.

• 0:28Mae Martin?

  Yeah, you are.

• 0:28Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, that's right bud. Good to see you, my friend. I love to see you smiling. Keep smiling. Keep shining. Knowing you can always count on me.

• 0:44Mae Martin?

  For sure. Is that right?

• 0:45Fortune Feimster?

Something like that. Cause that's what friends are for. We're starting out strong.

• 0:53Mae Martin?

I can't believe we've never done karaoke together. You would crush it.

• 0:57Fortune Feimster?

We're gonna have to put that on the list, Thomas. Throw it on the list.

• 1:01Mae Martin?

Lest we forget that I've done karaoke with Thomas in Nashville.

• 1:06Fortune Feimster?

Yeah. That was in, after our show at the Ryman, you guys went. I was licking my wounds from my recent separation and could not bring myself to go.

• 1:21Mae Martin?

  You couldn't get it up.

• 1:22Fortune Feimster?

To the lesbian bar. I could not do it.

• 1:25Mae Martin?

  Yeah, that's fair.

• 1:27Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, or maybe I wasn't separated yet. Who knows? I can't remember when that was.

• 1:32Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 1:33Fortune Feimster?

  I don't know.

• 1:34Mae Martin?

So we're due, we're due a karaoke set.

• 1:36Fortune Feimster?

  We are due.

• 1:37Mae Martin?

  We're due, dude.

• 1:38Fortune Feimster?

We're due. We're good at karaoke because we have passion.

• 1:42Mae Martin?

Yeah, yeah. I sometimes get weirdly shy about it, but then that wears off pretty quick.

• 1:49Fortune Feimster?

Yeah. You ever go to those, the karaoke rooms where you rent out a whole room?

• 1:55Mae Martin?

That's my favorite. That's my absolute favorite. Yeah, you get like 10 people and it's so, it's just like being in control of your playlist and all nostalgia.

• 2:04Fortune Feimster?

But it's always that one friend that won't give up the mic.

• 2:08Mae Martin?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 2:08Fortune Feimster?

And you're, and you're like, okay, all right.

• 2:11Mae Martin?

It's never the one that can sing the best too. It's just the loudest. It's the loudest one.

• 2:16Fortune Feimster?

It's, yeah, it's the one that has too much passion.

• 2:20Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 2:21Fortune Feimster?

Uh, and you're like, okay, how about we, how about we pass the mic down?

• 2:27Mae Martin?

I just got back from the chiropractor.

• 2:32Fortune Feimster?

  How did that go?

• 2:33Mae Martin?

That was a bit of a left turn there, sorry.

• 2:35Fortune Feimster?

  No, turn away.

• 2:38Mae Martin?

It was cool. I got to drive on the highway to get there. Still exciting for me.

• 2:42Fortune Feimster?

  Nice.

• 2:43Mae Martin?

And then I still like can't stop talking about it. So I arrived and I was like, guys, I just drove on the highway to get here. And they were like, okay.

• 2:50Fortune Feimster?

  They're like, cool?

• 2:51Mae Martin?

Cool. And then, but they did an x-ray of my spine, which I've seen them do that on Instagram and I've always wanted that.

• 3:00Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 3:00Mae Martin?

And it was very like validating because I was like, I swear something's up with my spine, you know? And it turns out I do have a very slight scoliosis and a very slight, I mean, it's probably nothing, but then he did some cracking and yeah, it was cool to see my spine. We got skeletons in us, dude.

• 3:19Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, we do. We do. These bones are important.

• 3:22Mae Martin?

  It's crazy.

• 3:24Fortune Feimster?

  Work properly and stay intact.

• 3:27Mae Martin?

Yeah. And it's so weird how we're like, I'm me with my personality, but then you see your skeleton, you're like, we're all just this. Like, we're all just these weird bones.

• 3:38Fortune Feimster?

Now, when they told you you had these things, is it, is it a problem at all? Like, are you sore or having troubles with the, with this?

• 3:50Mae Martin?

Like, when I lie on my back, my right foot just goes, like, goes out. It's hard to explain, but, and I feel like, this is so boring, but I feel like it, it's like a twingey tingling feeling in my sacrum. And I'm like, this is gonna go, at some point, I'm gonna like, five years from now, I'll bend over and I'll be fucked. So I'm trying to preemptively.

• 4:13Fortune Feimster?

You're trying to, yeah, you're trying to course correct a little bit.

• 4:17Mae Martin?

Yeah, yeah. But I did have to take off my shirt to.

• 4:21Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah, you did.

• 4:22Mae Martin?

Yeah, hell yeah. And it's always like he, he wasn't sure how to handle it. Cause like, it's so weird that like if like he had a gown, but he was like, or you could just take your shirt off. And I was like, yeah, I'll take my shirt off. I've been working out. I was like,

• 4:38Fortune Feimster?

I've been working out. I'd like to show you my muscles.

• 4:41Mae Martin?

Yeah. But I could tell he kind of felt like I was just sitting there with my tits out. It was, yeah.

• 4:48Mae Martin?

  You know what I mean?

• 4:49Fortune Feimster?

Like me in my hot tub.

• 4:50Mae Martin?

Like you in your tits out tub. Have you been in your hot tub?

• 4:54Fortune Feimster?

No, but I did finally get back to treading water today. It has been, I was on a long hiatus from it because I have been so busy.

• 5:03Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 5:04Fortune Feimster?

And I was like, I gotta get my body moving again. Cause here we go. Talking about aches and pains. My hip's been hurting.

• 5:11Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 5:12Fortune Feimster?

We're so old today. Um, so I was like, okay, I gotta get my body moving again. Um, but not back in the hot tub. Cause you know, it's tits out hot tub. And um, I just wanted to stay nice and warm.

• 5:26Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 5:26Fortune Feimster?

Um, but people have been coming up to me going, how's that tits out tub?

• 5:34Mae Martin?

I mean, you should be doing ads for that company.

• 5:36Fortune Feimster?

I know. Well, I just want it to be a wee bit deeper so that I can be, have some coverage, you know?

• 5:43Mae Martin?

  Yeah. Yeah.

• 5:44Fortune Feimster?

I don't want to be cold in my hot tub.

• 5:47Mae Martin?

How was treading water? Do you feel like you're out of practice or you're right back to it?

• 5:51Fortune Feimster?

I like it when I have a distraction because then I, that's what I used to love about playing sports is I had a, my eye on the prize. So I wouldn't forget that I was like running or, or tired. I like it also with treading water. So my mom called and um, she and I ended up talking for over an hour and I just put my phone on the side on speaker. And so the whole time I talked to her, I tread, I treaded water and it made me like, be able to do it for an hour without really realizing it.

• 6:26Mae Martin?

  That's so good.

• 6:27Fortune Feimster?

So it was a good way to get back in it.

• 6:29Mae Martin?

Like, you know, whenever they're like training Taylor Swift or whatever to go on tour, they make them like sing while they're on the treadmill. Like do their whole show on the treadmill. It's kind of like that. You're having to talk while you're, yeah.

• 6:41Fortune Feimster?

Oh, I can't imagine singing three and a half hours worth of songs.

• 6:44Mae Martin?

  I know.

• 6:45Fortune Feimster?

  A lot.

• 6:46Mae Martin?

  It's heaven and hell.

• 6:48Fortune Feimster?

It's heaven and hell. But my mom loved it because I ended up, I think I ended up talking to her for like an hour or 20.

• 6:55Mae Martin?

  Whoa.

• 6:56Fortune Feimster?

I would take little breaks here and there from the treading, so I'm going to say I treaded for like an hour.

• 7:02Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 7:02Fortune Feimster?

Um, but yeah, that she was, and she loved it because I'm not a big phone talker sometimes. Um, especially if I've been on the road and she got a whole mouthful today, so.

• 7:15Mae Martin?

  Yeah, you were settled in.

• 7:17Fortune Feimster?

  Lucky both of us.

• 7:18Mae Martin?

  Captive audience.

• 7:20Fortune Feimster?

  That's right.

• 7:21Mae Martin?

  Yeah, nice.

• 7:22Fortune Feimster?

Well, should we, uh, hear some questions from our lovely handsome listeners?

• 7:29Mae Martin?

  Keep smiling.

• 7:30Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 7:30Mae Martin?

Keep smiling. Know when you can. It's gonna be in my head all night.

• 7:37Fortune Feimster?

  It's a good song.

• 7:38Mae Martin?

Uh, yeah, let's hear, let's hear what everyone wants to know.

• 7:41Fortune Feimster?

  Let's do it.

• 7:43Speaker 00

Hi handsome, this is Jasmine from Hamilton, Ohio. Uh, I think May would really appreciate this question, but I just wanted to ask you guys, what is your favorite fact that you know, or the, the most crazy fact that you know?

• 7:58Fortune Feimster?

Hmm, that is a good question for you. I'm trying to think if I even know any fact.

• 8:04Mae Martin?

  You know a fact?

• 8:07Fortune Feimster?

  Do I know a fact?

• 8:11Fortune Feimster?

Do you have a favorite fact? A favorite May fact?

• 8:14Mae Martin?

I do have several. Uh, off the top of my head. Okay, one of the things at the moment that I'm into is, okay, go with me.

• 8:25Fortune Feimster?

Okay, I'm, I'm on this journey.

• 8:27Mae Martin?

So when you die, you can get your ashes made into a thing called a life gem, where they make your ashes into a diamond.

• 8:35Fortune Feimster?

  I have heard that.

• 8:37Mae Martin?

Yes, or you can get it made into 250 pencils that you can distribute to people to draw with or whatever they desire. So I was then Googling like, how long of a straight line could you draw with one pencil before it runs out to a little stub? Like, how satisfying would that be? Like, but it's like 30 miles. So, or 32 miles or something. And then I was thinking about how far is outer space from Earth? And it's only like 60 miles straight up. Which is crazy that you could, you could drive there less than an hour if you, you know, on a, not even a full tank of gas. And then I was thinking, okay, that's two full pencils.

• 9:19Mae Martin?

And then that's about as far as I got. But basically, I'm interested, I'm interested in the life jam, the pencils, and that the guy who invented the Pringles tube has his ashes buried in a Pringles tube.

• 9:31Fortune Feimster?

  I love that. Yeah.

• 9:33Mae Martin?

And then I'm still stuck on Frau Trophia and her dancing plague.

• 9:37Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah, of course. That's important.

• 9:40Mae Martin?

And the Dyatlov Pass mystery is if you're looking for someone to Google and go down a rabbit hole, the Dyatlov Pass where like nine hikers in Russia went up into the mountains, they were found, one of them, their tongue was missing. One of them, their eyes were missing. They'd swapped clothes. They were radioactive. There are so many. Yeah, they had radioactivity on their clothes. So many weird details about it and it's never really been solved. Like, so you can do a deep dive on that.

• 10:13Fortune Feimster?

  Okay.

• 10:14Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 10:14Fortune Feimster?

Wow. I've never heard about that.

• 10:18Mae Martin?

  How about you?

• 10:19Fortune Feimster?

Um, I just kept thinking, did you know that the human head weighed eight pounds?

• 10:24Mae Martin?

That's my vibe. Let's be honest.

• 10:27Fortune Feimster?

Is it eight pounds or I can't remember?

• 10:29Mae Martin?

You know, it's a human head. Yeah, Jonathan Littnicki, remember him? And Jerry Maguire, right? That little kid?

• 10:36Fortune Feimster?

Yep. Um, gosh, are there any facts?

• 10:40Mae Martin?

Do you know any facts about cooters?

• 10:43Fortune Feimster?

That they're, that they're turtles. Turtles are called cooters.

• 10:48Mae Martin?

Oh, that's crazy. Okay. Is that where that comes from? I'm trying to think of.

• 10:53Fortune Feimster?

If you got a snapping cooter. Somebody gave me coasters this weekend at my, one of my shows and it's, has a turtle on it and she called them cooter coasters.

• 11:13Mae Martin?

  Yeah, perfect.

• 11:20Mae Martin?

This is what I'm saying about, we do the podcast and then we go out and do live shows and people are getting us really on point gifts, like they know our niche interests.

• 11:30Fortune Feimster?

That's right. They're very invested in which Golden Girls we are.

• 11:35Mae Martin?

I've been having a lot of people reaching out about this.

• 11:37Fortune Feimster?

And they were very shocked that you and Tig had never watched The Golden Girls. And I said, "Listen, welcome to my world. Two against one." Or, yeah, two against one, but me being the only one that has any sense, knowing that The Golden Girls exists and have watched it and you guys have not.

• 11:54Mae Martin?

Yeah, yeah, it's very two against one.

• 11:58Fortune Feimster?

Fact is that those women were like in their 50s when they filmed that.

• 12:04Mae Martin?

  Right. They were young.

• 12:06Fortune Feimster?

They looked like they were 70. They were like 50 years old.

• 12:10Mae Martin?

One fact is that wombats have cube shaped poo.

• 12:14Fortune Feimster?

  Cube?

• 12:15Mae Martin?

Yeah, they poo in cube form. And it took a really long time for scientists to figure out why. And it's like a really specific sphincter muscle thing. But yeah, you could like pile, you could use, you could pile up their poo and make a castle if you were so inclined.

• 12:32Fortune Feimster?

I think I need to learn more facts because...

• 12:35Mae Martin?

  Same, actually.

• 12:36Fortune Feimster?

  Nothing's coming to me.

• 12:38Mae Martin?

  No, Cooter, that one counts.

• 12:40Fortune Feimster?

Thank you, the Cooter Turtle. Fact is great.

• 12:44Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 12:46Fortune Feimster?

But I wonder if only certain kind of turtles are Cooters.

• 12:50Mae Martin?

  Right.

• 12:50Fortune Feimster?

I'm Googling, what is a Cooter?

• 12:53Mae Martin?

No, Fortune, you're gonna see some stuff.

• 12:57Fortune Feimster?

It says it's a North American river turtle with a dull brown shell and typically has yellow stripes on the head.

• 13:05Mae Martin?

That doesn't sound like what we know of.

• 13:08Fortune Feimster?

But then right underneath it says, what is a Cooter slang? And it says, a turtle, women's genitalia, or vehicle.

• 13:21Mae Martin?

  Vehicle.

• 13:21Fortune Feimster?

This says Cooter is a vagina, typically a lower class one.

• 13:28Mae Martin?

A lower class vagina? Oh my God. What's a high class vagina? Like, like a pearl?

• 13:35Fortune Feimster?

  A vajine.

• 13:36Mae Martin?

  A vajine? That's so funny.

• 13:39Fortune Feimster?

  There you go.

• 13:40Mae Martin?

  Should we hear Jasmine?

• 13:41Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah, does Jasmine have anything?

• 13:43Mae Martin?

I think we might get hit with a good fact right now.

• 13:45Fortune Feimster?

  Hmm.

• 13:46Speaker 00

Uh, mine would be that when the Romans discovered the pyramids, the pyramids were as ancient to the Romans as the Romans are to us now. I think that that is absolutely insane, just how old, just how ancient those pyramids are. It's, it's literally mind blowing, but yeah, that's it. Love you guys. Bye.

• 14:10Mae Martin?

Mm hmm, mm hmm. Jasmine, you are barking up the right tree here because did you know also that Cleopatra lived closer to the invention of the iPhone than she did to the building of the pyramids? Like even for Cleopatra, the pyramids were just like a crazy ancient tourist attraction.

• 14:28Fortune Feimster?

Yeah. Wow. Did you know that Julius Caesar was murdered by Brutus?

• 14:36Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 14:37Fortune Feimster?

  Et tu?

• 14:40Mae Martin?

  Yeah. And, and Cleopatra-

• 14:43Fortune Feimster?

  The Ides of March?

• 14:44Mae Martin?

The Ides of March. I'm into-

• 14:46Fortune Feimster?

That is when he was murdered at the Capitol.

• 14:49Mae Martin?

Yeah. And, and Cleopatra was killed by snake, an asp, I think. But maybe it was suicide. Like she put her hand into a basket with the, we gotta look these things up. I don't know.

• 14:59Fortune Feimster?

Hmm. I'm pretty sure mine's true.

• 15:02Mae Martin?

Yours is true. Yeah. And when I'm on tour, if anyone wants to bring me some facts or your favorite facts, please, please, I'm open.

• 15:10Fortune Feimster?

There you go. My loves it.

• 15:12Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 15:13Fortune Feimster?

All right. Thanks Jasmine. Et tu, Brute? Is that what he says?

• 15:17Mae Martin?

Yeah. Like, and you, even you. It's very like Judas, like.

• 15:24Speaker 00

Hey, handsome. This is Sarah from Bainbridge Island, Washington. And my question for you today is, when you go to the movie theaters, what's your concession order? Or if you're the type to bring a snack from home, what are you bringing?

• 15:35Fortune Feimster?

  Oh.

• 15:37Mae Martin?

Can't believe we've never talked about this.

• 15:39Fortune Feimster?

I know. That's so funny, because I was just talking about this with somebody about, um, they were going to the movies. And I was like, I love the snacks at the movies.

• 15:49Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 15:50Fortune Feimster?

Because I don't eat a lot of popcorn outside of the movies, but when I go to the movies, I have to have popcorn.

• 15:56Mae Martin?

Yeah, got to. Um, and they, and in England, they don't, um, they don't pop it fresh. In England, they're delivering bags of stale popcorn and dumping it into the popcorn dump popping machine. And it's not the same. Like, the movie theaters don't even smell like popcorn, really.

• 16:13Fortune Feimster?

  No, we can't have that.

• 16:15Mae Martin?

  You gotta pop it fresh.

• 16:16Fortune Feimster?

We need that fresh popped popcorn. I love, um, I, uh, popcorn for me is a must.

• 16:22Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 16:23Fortune Feimster?

And I do, you know, I know it's bad for you, but I do like it with that hot butter. And when they let you do the butter yourself, oh, my God.

• 16:32Mae Martin?

  Look out.

• 16:32Fortune Feimster?

  What a treat.

• 16:35Fortune Feimster?

And you need a lot of napkins, especially if I'm with my mom.

• 16:37Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 16:38Fortune Feimster?

I, with popcorn, weirdly enough, I love a Sprite.

• 16:42Mae Martin?

  Oh, yeah, okay.

• 16:42Fortune Feimster?

I think Sprite and popcorn taste so good together.

• 16:46Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 16:46Fortune Feimster?

And I'm, I'm not a big soda person in general, but if I'm getting popcorn, a Sprite has to come with it. Now, occasionally, I will get some, um, either peanut M and M's or, um, uh, Reese's Pieces. And if, I'll buy them at the movie, but occasionally I'll have one at home and I'll just stick it in my pocket and bring it with me.

• 17:09Mae Martin?

  Oh, have one at home?

• 17:11Fortune Feimster?

  Like, one Reese's.

• 17:12Mae Martin?

  Like a bag.

• 17:12Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 17:14Mae Martin?

We're pretty aligned, dude. I was ready to be like, when people are really focused on sour candy and stuff, I'm like,

• 17:23Fortune Feimster?

  None of the movies.

• 17:24Mae Martin?

No, we want substantial, like, I think if I'm alone or with a friend I'm super comfortable with, if I'm being honest, and I should just eat what I want all the time, no matter who I'm with, but I'm neurotic, so.

• 17:36Fortune Feimster?

You're an adult and you can do what you want.

• 17:38Mae Martin?

I know, but why don't I feel that?

• 17:41Fortune Feimster?

And you're really a fit, so if you splurge at a movie theater, who cares?

• 17:47Mae Martin?

It's more like the greasy, like if I'm on a date, because I'm like you, like if I, I'm getting popcorn, I'm getting butter, and I'm even layering the butter.

• 17:56Fortune Feimster?

Oh, yeah, like get in the middle part somehow?

• 18:00Mae Martin?

Yeah, and then I'm feeling real sick after, and I get, like, you can't really digest popcorn that well, and I found out that a lot of the butter has coconut oil in it.

• 18:12Fortune Feimster?

Oh, really? That's tough for you.

• 18:14Mae Martin?

I've been eating it for years.

• 18:15Fortune Feimster?

Do you have to ask them ahead of, do you ask at the movies?

• 18:18Mae Martin?

  Sometimes, yeah, sometimes I, yeah.

• 18:21Fortune Feimster?

  Or you just chance it?

• 18:22Mae Martin?

I have chanced it, but I always thought, maybe I'm allergic to popcorn, but it's gotta be the coconut.

• 18:27Fortune Feimster?

Some people, especially in North Carolina, are so crazy about their popcorn to butter ratio. I have seen people say, well, you just fill up it to halfway right now, let me go get my butter and I'll be back. And they do it in the layers that way.

• 18:43Mae Martin?

  I respect that.

• 18:44Fortune Feimster?

  People are like, yeah, sure.

• 18:46Mae Martin?

  I like that.

• 18:47Fortune Feimster?

Get your butter, so I've never done that, but props to those people.

• 18:52Mae Martin?

I like chocolate-covered raisins and chocolate peanut MMs. Like, we're really aligned here, Fortune. I want us to just make sure we're acknowledging that.

• 19:03Fortune Feimster?

We are acknowledging that. I think the best combo of flavors is a sweet and salty situation. Um, so that's why I go popcorn and some type of chocolate.

• 19:15Mae Martin?

Yeah, I agree, but not candy.

• 19:18Fortune Feimster?

No, yeah, I don't want sour candy with popcorn. I don't think they go well together.

• 19:23Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 19:24Fortune Feimster?

And then if the theater, if it's also dinner time, I'll sometimes get some nachos.

• 19:31Mae Martin?

Me too, me too. I love a nacho if.

• 19:34Fortune Feimster?

Little nacho stitch with some cheese and jalapenos.

• 19:38Mae Martin?

I get really stressed though, if I arrive and, and the movie's starting and the trailers are starting, there's a big, long line for the concessions. That's the worst feeling. Then usually I'll run into the movie first, drop my stuff, see if we're still in like ads before trailers. And then I'll go out, but I don't want to miss a trailer. So sometimes I'll wait till like the movie started and then I'll.

• 19:58Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, you're into the trailers.

• 20:00Mae Martin?

Yeah, I gotta see every single.

• 20:01Fortune Feimster?

I'm not really into the trailers. I'm annoyed that like it says the movie starts at seven, but it's really starting at seven 25.

• 20:08Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 20:09Fortune Feimster?

  Sometimes seven 30.

• 20:11Mae Martin?

I want the whole experience, but.

• 20:12Fortune Feimster?

I think that's too much, too many trailers.

• 20:15Mae Martin?

Uh, but if it was just the trailers, that's one thing. It's the ads that, that fuck you. Yeah.

• 20:19Fortune Feimster?

I, I want movie theaters to survive because I do think having a communal experience in film is important.

• 20:28Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 20:29Fortune Feimster?

Um, but you know, I think the movies are a little expensive and um, the concessions are insanely expensive.

• 20:39Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 20:39Fortune Feimster?

I mean, I think if they were to tamp those down a little bit, they might be seeing people come back to movies more.

• 20:48Mae Martin?

What I don't like is some of those VIP movie theaters where you can order like pad Thai or, or stuff because it, it smells up the whole venue and.

• 20:57Fortune Feimster?

I didn't know you could do that.

• 20:58Mae Martin?

Yeah, there's some VIP ones where you can get like a full meal, a glass of wine. I'm like. Let's keep this-

• 21:04Fortune Feimster?

  A full meal, wow.

• 21:05Mae Martin?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 21:06Fortune Feimster?

I've heard of like ones that have like alcohol, but I don't think I've heard of full meal ones. And then, you know, now a lot of the seats, they have like recliner, recliner seats. That's pretty nice.

• 21:17Mae Martin?

Yeah, that's nice. I'd like to go to a drive-in movie I've never been.

• 21:22Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, you haven't?

• 21:23Mae Martin?

  No.

• 21:24Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, May.

• 21:24Mae Martin?

  That would be romantic.

• 21:26Fortune Feimster?

It is one of my favorite things to do. I haven't been in a long time, but uh, my hometown actually has a drive-in movie theater and I always forget about it, but um, it's such a treat to, especially in the summer. I love it.

• 21:41Mae Martin?

I got my car now, so.

• 21:42Fortune Feimster?

I know, you could back your car up and then um, open, you could lay in the back, but you had to have to do your um, thing where it doesn't block anybody, your hatch, whatever.

• 21:53Mae Martin?

  Oh, I see.

• 21:54Fortune Feimster?

  Trunk hatch, whatever.

• 21:55Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 21:56Fortune Feimster?

You can make it kind of stop lower than-

• 21:59Mae Martin?

  Okay.

• 21:59Fortune Feimster?

Than the full way it goes up, you know what I mean?

• 22:01Mae Martin?

And then what's in your trunk?

• 22:03Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, it's in your trunk. Put some pillows back there.

• 22:06Mae Martin?

  Whoa.

• 22:06Fortune Feimster?

  A blanket.

• 22:07Mae Martin?

  A little blanky?

• 22:09Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, have like, people take their trucks, if you have a truck, a lot of people will put the bed of, will lay in the bed of their truck.

• 22:15Mae Martin?

  Yeah, that sounds nice.

• 22:17Fortune Feimster?

You just back your truck up.

• 22:18Mae Martin?

  Back your truck up.

• 22:20Fortune Feimster?

Back your truck up. Movie, drive-in movie theater, very fun.

• 22:24Mae Martin?

  Yeah, yeah, very good.

• 22:26Fortune Feimster?

I wish that for you in your fut- near future.

• 22:29Mae Martin?

Um, I want to hear what Sarah is eating at the movie theater.

• 22:31Fortune Feimster?

  Okay.

• 22:33Speaker 03

For me, I like a salty sweet combo, so I'm gonna be doing a bunch of crunch, a popcorn with no butter, because I don't want to have to deal with buttery fingers during a movie. And if there's one of those freestyle machines, I'm gonna be doing an aha with lime. I hope y'all are having an amazing day.

• 22:48Mae Martin?

What's an aha? An aha with lime. Whoa.

• 22:52Fortune Feimster?

  What is that?

• 22:54Mae Martin?

  That sounds fancy.

• 22:55Speaker 04

  It's like a sparkling water.

• 22:57Mae Martin?

Oh, aha with lime. Whoa. And what was she saying about crunchy clusters or something?

• 23:02Fortune Feimster?

Is that the bunch of crunch?

• 23:04Mae Martin?

  Bunch of crunch, yeah.

• 23:05Fortune Feimster?

With the, the Nestle, whatever that is?

• 23:08Mae Martin?

Okay, I, yeah, I respect that.

• 23:10Fortune Feimster?

Ices too, yeah, an icy at the movie theater. Sometimes that's tasty. But I'm still always going Sprite and popcorn.

• 23:18Mae Martin?

  I want to go tonight.

• 23:19Fortune Feimster?

  Oh yeah, you could.

• 23:21Mae Martin?

  Shall we?

• 23:24Fortune Feimster?

I'm exhausted, but I would go to the movies with you sometime.

• 23:29Mae Martin?

Yeah, that'd be fun. No, if I'm getting you hanging out with me, we're not gonna sit silently in a movie. We're yakking it up. I'm gonna make the most of that excursion.

• 23:37Fortune Feimster?

We're doing karaoke, like we said.

• 23:40Mae Martin?

  Yeah.

• 23:40Fortune Feimster?

We'll have to rent one of those rooms sometime.

• 23:43Mae Martin?

  That would be really fun.

• 23:44Fortune Feimster?

Do that. Once this movie's done, I will have a life again.

• 23:48Mae Martin?

Yeah. No, but you're living your dream. You gotta do the cool movie work.

• 23:53Fortune Feimster?

I'm living my dream. I'm living my dream, my mate.

• 23:59Mae Martin?

Well, thank you, everyone, for your questions.
