• 1:57Speaker 01

Yeah. Class for himself, nice guy.

• 2:00H. Foley?

He's in agonizing pain right now, and you can't see it.

• 2:03Speaker 03

Yeah, my eye, yeah, it's going through it. My contact.

• 2:06H. Foley?

First, gotta walk in with some contact.

• 2:07Speaker 03

  Yeah, I know, right?

• 2:08H. Foley?

  I love it.

• 2:09Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:10H. Foley?

Buddy, give us the backstory. Give us the origin story. Where you grew up? Tell us the whole story.

• 2:13Speaker 03

  Okay.

• 2:16Speaker 01

  Shit, that was quick.

• 2:18Speaker 03

I get everything out. No, I'm from Kansas City, Missouri, so I'm from, uh...

• 2:25Speaker 03

  Okay, y'all, I'm sorry.

• 2:26Speaker 01

  No, I'm good.

• 2:29Speaker 03

Okay, y'all, so I'm from Kansas City, Missouri.

• 2:32Speaker 01

  Goddamn pro, dude.

• 2:33Speaker 03

I know, right? It's like, right when you just like, the weather change has been a lot, like just from Atlanta, from LA, from...

• 2:40Speaker 01

Oh, yeah, it catches up to you, the flights and stuff like that, it kills you.

• 2:43Speaker 03

Yeah, that's the sorry part about everything. I just wish you could teleport.

• 2:46Speaker 01

  Yeah, yeah, the flight, yeah.

• 2:48H. Foley?

The plane ain't good for you either. That air ain't no good.

• 2:51Speaker 03

  It's not?

• 2:51H. Foley?

  No, that's terrible.

• 2:53Speaker 03

I didn't know that shit. A bus ain't either, because then your back...

• 2:58Speaker 01

You shouldn't be on a bus anymore. I don't know, I don't know who's booking your travel, but you should not be on a fucking bus.

• 3:04H. Foley?

  Fucking Greyhound to Michigan.

• 3:07Speaker 03

Um, okay, so, yeah, I'm from Kansas City, Missouri, um, and then, uh, it was, it was different, because Kansas City is, once I realized, that's all I seen.

• 3:16H. Foley?

Are you in the city or you in the burbs?

• 3:18Speaker 03

  In the city.

• 3:18H. Foley?

  In the city.

• 3:19Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah, in the cities, and, uh, it's in the city, and the funny part is I never traveled before, so when I moved to Atlanta, and I seen so many, like, black people have different jobs, I'm like, this is, this is different, because Kansas City...

• 3:35Speaker 01

What did they, what did they all do in Kansas City?

• 3:38Speaker 03

It was hard, it's hard to get jobs, because it's more, it's more of a, a white state, where like, I seen more white people, like, with like, jobs at the airport, at, you know, like, big restaurants. All we had was warehouse jobs, so... I'm just thinking like, oh damn, like, that's normal, and then I go to Atlanta, I see like, you know...

• 3:55H. Foley?

  My folks are everywhere.

• 3:56Speaker 03

Yes, and then I'm like, I was happy, because I'm like, oh, you can do this, and I just feel like sometimes, if you are in a certain state, you can just move. If it's something that you just like, want to see more in life, you can move, but I feel like some people just don't take that jump to just go... Just, but, it's, it's the best thing in life, just to find out new shit.

• 4:12H. Foley?

How old were you when you moved to Atlanta?

• 4:14Speaker 03

  Uh, I think I was, oof, I think I was like, 20, 21, I think?

• 4:18H. Foley?

Alright, so this is when you got out of the house?

• 4:19Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 4:20H. Foley?

And what was the house like? Did you go, did you guys grow up in an apartment?

• 4:22Speaker 03

Uh, yeah, we had an apartment, uh, four brothers and sisters, uh, and then, um...

• 4:28H. Foley?

How many rooms in the apartment?

• 4:29Speaker 03

  Ooh, three.

• 4:30H. Foley?

  Three.

• 4:30Speaker 03

So my mama had one room, and then we, my sister had one room, and then the brothers, we, uh, like, shared, we all like, shared rooms.

• 4:37H. Foley?

  Three of yous?

• 4:37Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 4:38Speaker 01

  Did they bunk beds?

• 4:39Speaker 03

  Yeah, bunk beds, so...

• 4:40H. Foley?

  What's the age difference?

• 4:42Speaker 03

Uh, my brother is... He's, I'm the middle one, so I'm not really, you know what's crazy, I'm not really good with numbers. So I don't know if y'all met people like that, I don't know nobody's age.

• 4:51H. Foley?

You don't know how old your brothers are?

• 4:52Speaker 03

  No, I don't.

• 4:53Speaker 01

Were you in school at the same time with them, or were they like older?

• 4:56Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah, so like, they're not too much older.

• 4:57H. Foley?

You weren't sharing a room with like a forty-five-year-old man?

• 4:59Speaker 03

No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't know, but I know somebody out there in the world that, like me, I, I really, numbers stress me out. So I really don't like to think about like dates, like time and all that, I just like to just go with what's in front of me now, so.

• 5:11H. Foley?

  How old are you?

• 5:12Speaker 03

Uh, thirty-two, I be forgetting my shit too.

• 5:15Speaker 01

I do that too, I forget, cause it's just like not, you reach a certain age where your age isn't important, you're like, how old are you, like, ah, I'm thirty.

• 5:21Speaker 03

Eighteen and twenty-one, those are the most important ages.

• 5:24Speaker 01

Hey, I'm right there with you.

• 5:25Speaker 03

Cause like, who gives a fuck, like, at twenty-five, what's so special turning twenty-five?

• 5:29H. Foley?

And what did your mom do?

• 5:30Speaker 03

  Uh, my mom.

• 5:33H. Foley?

  She worked at the airport.

• 5:36Speaker 03

So my mom, so like, one thing about some, some of us in our culture, eh, I feel like it get passed down, so my grandma, so my mama, mama never had a job.

• 5:49H. Foley?

  Your grandmother?

• 5:50Speaker 03

Yeah, she was, um, count on the government assistance.

• 5:54H. Foley?

  Gotcha.

• 5:55Speaker 03

With that, when you get government assistance, you get like, you know, your rent is cheap, you get food stamps, and you get this, you get this special treatment, so you feel like that's okay, you know, for you, which is okay for certain people. But, and then that get passed, my mama seen that, so my mama started doing that, so my mama never had a job because of her mama. And so, that's just kinda how some of the generations sometimes start off when you see.

• 6:17H. Foley?

  I got you.

• 6:18Speaker 01

  That's what you learn, yeah.

• 6:18Speaker 03

Yeah, so, and then, I just want it different because I know, uh, it's okay to use that, you know, but I feel like sometimes let it be a stepping stone, like to get you out of it.

• 6:28H. Foley?

  You got you.

• 6:28Speaker 03

Cause there's people that really need it, if you stay in the system so long, what about people that need to come in, it should be a reverberant.

• 6:33H. Foley?

We're gonna run for office, I like this, look at it.

• 6:36Speaker 03

Yeah, so, I feel like, you know, it's, it's good.

• 6:38H. Foley?

Was your grandmother close to you, was she, was she in the same neighborhood?

• 6:41Speaker 03

Uh, yeah, so we, we all was in this one, in this one neighborhood, cause it was the section eight, where they gave, everybody was like, come here, you get your place, you get a place, you get a place. So my whole family lived in this whole, where we grew up, and then, um, when I had my first child, my, um.

• 6:59H. Foley?

  How old were you?

• 7:00Speaker 03

I was probably in my twenties, I can't remember.

• 7:03Speaker 01

Yeah, not good with ages, yeah.

• 7:06Speaker 03

So, um, when I had my first child.

• 7:08H. Foley?

How old are your kids, thirty-five?

• 7:09Speaker 03

  Yeah, I know, look.

• 7:12Speaker 03

Okay, uh, so my oldest daughter is 12 and

• 7:16H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 7:16Speaker 03

I just had, I say my celebrity babies because I had them when I was a celebrity.

• 7:20H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 7:20Speaker 03

Uh, uh, two and one, so I just had two of them back to back, two of them. Congratulations. Yeah.

• 7:26H. Foley?

How old were you when it all popped, like when you started?

• 7:29Speaker 03

  Uh, wow.

• 7:30H. Foley?

  25? Would that make sense?

• 7:33Speaker 03

  25.

• 7:33H. Foley?

  Keep asking your numbers question.

• 7:34Speaker 03

I know, Jesus Christ. Like 24, like 24, I think.

• 7:38H. Foley?

  Alright, okay.

• 7:39Speaker 03

And then were you a good student in school? No, I was good, I was good to other people, but not myself, if that makes sense. I just wouldn't know, I wouldn't nobody else way, but I did bad shit that only I wanted to do. God, you weren't like a bad kid, you were just kinda screwing around. Yeah, I wasn't like, I went to sleep like at school because I wanted to go to school, like and go to sleep. Like I did shit that would make me hurt instead of being bad to other people, like damn me bad, like attacking people, trying to fight people.

• 8:05H. Foley?

  You weren't disruptive in class.

• 8:06Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah, but I did my shit to where it hurt me, like.

• 8:09H. Foley?

  Just not a good student.

• 8:10Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 8:11H. Foley?

  Grades not good.

• 8:11Speaker 03

To me, like, but I was a good student because I wasn't like, I wasn't effective, like I wasn't attacking other people. You got people that's really bad and they taking it out on everybody, like, you know, like bullies usually start off with how they get treated at home and Yeah. They come and do it to everybody else and then that's a bad student to me, like me, I'm just a person that I had to deal with my own bad, I don't know what to call that.

• 8:29H. Foley?

  I got you.

• 8:30Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 8:30H. Foley?

Not a good student is what they call that.

• 8:31Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 8:36H. Foley?

I wasn't beating anybody up, but I wasn't passing any tests.

• 8:39Speaker 03

  Right, right, that.

• 8:40H. Foley?

  Did you take the SATs?

• 8:42Speaker 03

Uh, I did, I fell asleep. I got, so I got ADHD, yeah, so, uh, to this day, I just, I really wish my mama had got me, uh, help because I got ADHD real bad.

• 8:51H. Foley?

Got you, I got it too.

• 8:52Speaker 03

Dyslexia and, um, it's hard for me to focus in school, so once like my brain has to focus on something, it just shuts down, it's like a computer.

• 9:01H. Foley?

And you didn't know this in school?

• 9:03Speaker 03

I didn't, I started to realize it as I get older like damn.

• 9:06H. Foley?

  Gotcha.

• 9:06Speaker 03

This is what I'm dealing with.

• 9:07H. Foley?

You are, nice. And you went and got diagnosed with all that stuff later in life?

• 9:09Speaker 03

I, I just went to see a psychiatrist and then they told, I went to take a test and I fell asleep and they said I need to, they sent me somewhere else.

• 9:16Speaker 01

You called me during the test for the psychiatrist?

• 9:18Speaker 03

Yes, yeah. And they said, you need to go see somebody else and I just ain't went back here. I gotta get that done now.

• 9:23H. Foley?

Gotcha, gotcha. Yeah, there's no, I mean, I had that, I had ADHD all my life and I didn't find that, because we were talking about contacts before, I didn't find out that I was nearsighted until like 7th grade.

• 9:35Speaker 03

  Oh wow.

• 9:35H. Foley?

And I was like, I couldn't see anything.

• 9:37Speaker 03

  Uh huh, me either.

• 9:38H. Foley?

Yeah, so it's like, how the fuck am I gonna, how am I, can't pass, it doesn't, can't see the chalkboard.

• 9:42Speaker 03

Uh huh, nah, I couldn't, yeah.

• 9:43H. Foley?

  And I was sleeping.

• 9:45Speaker 03

So it didn't matter what you seen?

• 9:46Speaker 01

Yeah, it didn't matter. The glasses didn't change the grades.

• 9:48H. Foley?

  Any sports growing up?

• 9:50Speaker 03

Uh, no, I wish I could play sports. Usually people that are funny can't play sports.

• 9:54Speaker 01

  I, I agree with it.

• 9:55Speaker 03

Yeah, if you got sense of humor, you just can't play sports and that's why you talking shit about people and trying to be funny.

• 9:59Speaker 01

You gotta, you gotta develop a skill somewhere.

• 10:01Speaker 03

Yeah, I didn't, yeah. I wish I could, but I love watching it. Like, so I became a Kansas City Chiefs fan around the time Priest Holmes was around.

• 10:09H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 10:09Speaker 01

  You are.

• 10:10Speaker 03

And Dante Hall, so I was a Chiefs fan and I watched that and then we didn't have a basketball team. So I was a Sun fan. I used to love Steve Nash and,

• 10:16H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 10:16Speaker 03

Watch basketball. And video games, video games was my thing. I played a lot of games.

• 10:20H. Foley?

Gotcha. Were there any vacations growing up? Would you guys go away?

• 10:23Speaker 03

No, we didn't have no money to. I don't think he listened to me when I said, hell no, he had no vacation. No, uh-uh. Only vacations, well, oh, you know what? I went to, I went to St. Louis one time and my uncle.

• 10:37Speaker 01

  That's not a great vacation.

• 10:39Speaker 03

My uncle, it's my grandma, my grandma's son, and it's my uncle and his name was Uncle Winky. So at the time, I didn't know.

• 10:45H. Foley?

  Perfect.

• 10:46Speaker 03

My uncle was, um, something about my uncle was different. And then I had a teacher named Mr. Dean and Mr. Dean, at the end of this, this was in, uh, elementary school and Mr. Dean, elementary was it? Yeah, I think so, or middle school.

• 11:01H. Foley?

  Mm-hmm.

• 11:01Speaker 03

Mr. Dean was like, I'll see you over the summer and I'm like, how? And when we went on this trip, Mr. Dean was with my uncle, Uncle Winky. And I'm like, what is he doing here? And he was in front, he told you I'll see you. And that's when I found out my uncle was gay.

• 11:13H. Foley?

Wait, this teacher was a teacher in Kansas City?

• 11:16Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 11:16H. Foley?

And then, but, but he, he somehow was in a relationship with your uncle who lived in St. Louis?

• 11:21Speaker 03

No, no, no, we went to St. Louis together.

• 11:22Speaker 01

They went to St. Louis, he went with Uncle Winky and Mr. Dean.

• 11:26H. Foley?

  Oh, I gotcha.

• 11:26Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 11:27H. Foley?

  Ah, that's a nice trip.

• 11:28Speaker 03

Yeah, it was, it was different.

• 11:29H. Foley?

  Where'd you guys go together?

• 11:31Speaker 03

Uh, we went to St. Louis, and we went to Six Flags, and we went to a lot of places, yeah, yeah.

• 11:35H. Foley?

  Alright.

• 11:36Speaker 01

I thought that was a pretty good vacation.

• 11:37H. Foley?

Yeah, so Uncle Winky was our, what did Uncle Winky do?

• 11:40Speaker 03

  Uh, he was a mailman.

• 11:41H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 11:41Speaker 03

  He was a mailman, yeah.

• 11:42H. Foley?

  There you go.

• 11:43Speaker 03

  Yeah, I'm on my side.

• 11:44Speaker 01

That's a, that's a big question, did you grow up with any aunts or uncles where you didn't use their real name? Like Uncle Winky, did you have any others?

• 11:51Speaker 03

  Uh, yeah, we all, yeah.

• 11:52Speaker 01

I got it started and stopped at Uncle Winky.

• 11:54H. Foley?

If you have a list, hit us.

• 11:55Speaker 03

Yeah, the family, we never really, we all had nicknames, everybody had nicknames. Like me, like they called me Vine, because my name is Javon, that's my middle name, so that's why I know.

• 12:03Speaker 01

  That's a pretty good one.

• 12:04Speaker 03

Yeah, so, and then Mama was Mama, and, you know, uh, everybody had nicknames. Is this, is that in like, uh, what's y'all culture?

• 12:14Speaker 01

We're dirtbags from Phil-, uh, from outside of Philly, but we're Irish, so like.

• 12:18H. Foley?

We're both Asian, um, no, we're, yeah, Irish Catholic.

• 12:21Speaker 01

Any, yeah, any, you know, middle-class to lower-class.

• 12:25Speaker 03

Do y'all use middle names in that, was that important?

• 12:27Speaker 01

Not middle name, a lot of nicknames though.

• 12:29Speaker 03

  Nicknames.

• 12:29H. Foley?

Antooties, Uncle JoJo, stuff like that.

• 12:32Speaker 03

Also, okay, so that's normal, okay.

• 12:34Speaker 01

I think it's, it's normal, I don't think the Kennedys are doing it, it's more like lower-class type people are doing it.

• 12:40H. Foley?

I can see the Kennedys doing it though, you know, Uncle Boo Boo or something like that.

• 12:43Speaker 03

Yeah, the Kim Kardashian families, you think they do nickname?

• 12:46Speaker 01

I don't think, I don't think Kim Kardashian has an Uncle Winky.

• 12:48Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 12:48Speaker 01

  Uh, yeah.

• 12:50Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 12:51H. Foley?

Ah, that's alright, what was your first job?

• 12:54Speaker 03

My first, I had a lot of jobs, I probably had over eighty jobs in life.

• 12:58Speaker 01

  No shit.

• 12:59H. Foley?

What was the first one, and how old were you?

• 13:01Speaker 03

Uh, my first job was Popeye's, I don't remember the age, but the, how I used to get jobs. I used to, uh, get a lot of jobs and I quit them, if I wasn't happy I would quit them, but I used to get on, it was on Craigslist, and I used to get jobs on Craigslist and then, and from there I used to do a lot of, uh, temp service jobs, so I quit a lot. I'd been everything in life, you know.

• 13:20Speaker 01

What was your, what was your least favorite, like that was apt, I would never do that again?

• 13:24Speaker 03

I worked for the water department, and that was pipeline, where you used to go down and dig up. Once it, the streets are cracked, you know, when they got it off?

• 13:31H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 13:32Speaker 03

Cut the pipeline and lift it up and. Do a new pipe.

• 13:35H. Foley?

Would you go in the manholes?

• 13:36Speaker 03

Yeah, manholes, yeah, I was down there. Yeah, I was down there. That's my last job before I became what I was. I was down there, I was making.

• 13:41Speaker 01

You were doing it in Atlanta?

• 13:42Speaker 03

  No, at Kansas City.

• 13:43Speaker 01

  Kansas City.

• 13:44H. Foley?

How scary was it going down the manholes?

• 13:45Speaker 03

Uh, it was a lot. We had a ladder, especially when it start to rain and mud come down. Then we was in snow. I'm from Kansas City, so it snow sometimes. And one time it was snowing so bad and I had to do a line and I had to hurry up and cut and put a, um, uh, uh, I forgot what it's called, copper, like copper right in there and it missed and it shot up and it's freezing and the whole filled up with water. And I like peed on myself like instantly. It's like snowing, it's cold and I'm down there.

• 14:12Speaker 01

Your body trying to keep you alive, dude.

• 14:15Speaker 03

My team on top got mad because they was like, now they gotta pull, they gotta go drop, uh, the thing in there to flush the water out. So they had to get out the truck and.

• 14:24H. Foley?

But you could have drowned and got swept away.

• 14:25Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah. No, I wouldn't have got swept away. I would have been in that hole just fucked up. I was down there like.

• 14:29H. Foley?

Were there rats and stuff like that down there?

• 14:31Speaker 03

I ain't never seen rats. I ain't never seen one. Yeah, it's just a lot of dirt.

• 14:34H. Foley?

Is it like a pretty big hole?

• 14:36Speaker 03

If you can pull it up, it's like pipelines. If y'all can look on YouTube, it's like, if you look at, uh, main breaks, uh, on YouTube, uh, it's like, it's something going wrong and then sometimes.

• 14:46H. Foley?

With that, with the water main breaks?

• 14:47Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah, yeah, water main breaks. That's what it was. And when they're like, it was some where you, um, if they had that forklift.

• 14:54Speaker 01

  Yeah, like that probably.

• 14:55Speaker 03

Yeah, if you see, yeah, that was the up in the hole and that's.

• 14:58Speaker 01

  There he is, funny Marco.

• 14:59Speaker 03

Look, yeah, that's where it's resting.

• 15:01H. Foley?

You would be in something like that?

• 15:02Speaker 03

Yeah, and we had to cut that and cut that and put a new one in there. Yeah.

• 15:06H. Foley?

  That's brutal. I'll be a Popeyes. I ain't doing that shit.

• 15:09Speaker 01

I know, that's a wild temp job. Damn.

• 15:12H. Foley?

How was Popeyes? How was that experience?

• 15:13Speaker 03

Uh, Popeyes was dope. Uh, it was dope. It was, it was my first job I got. That's when I really start, you know, getting money and then I was blowing it on Madden. When Madden had come out, college, I used to get the games in Jordans. I just blew it all on that end. Uh.

• 15:29H. Foley?

What was the pickin' situation in there? What were you allowed to have?

• 15:31Speaker 03

Uh, nothing, but I stole a lot. So, yeah. Yeah, I used to just eat like, you know, on like.

• 15:39H. Foley?

Make your own shit? Like, would you make your own kind of sandwich? You'd have to like really sneak it?

• 15:42Speaker 03

Nah, we didn't do that. I didn't do it. You couldn't do that.

• 15:44H. Foley?

I always fantasize about that, like working at McDonald's, making my own stuff, putting my own stuff together.

• 15:48Speaker 03

Know when you worked there, because like it was one time it threw me off. It was, I was getting chicken out. And there was a rat in there, a fry in the grease, just cooking. And when I got to chill, I'm like, damn. Like, because sometimes overnight, the rats will fall into grease.

• 16:02Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 16:02Speaker 03

And then they just cook, it's fry.

• 16:04Speaker 01

  Oh, good. That's brutal.

• 16:07Speaker 03

Eating fast food with those big fryers, never know what's in there.

• 16:11Speaker 01

That just ruined my week, dude. That's brutal.

• 16:13Speaker 03

Ruined my life. I had Popeyes like two nights ago. And just imagine, they don't change that grease because there's so much grease, especially if it's new grease. They ain't changing that. That rat, that cooked right with the chicken.

  Mm-hmm.

• 18:39H. Foley?

  You're not carrying up a 20-pound bag.

• 18:41Speaker 01

  Woo.

• 18:41H. Foley?

It's light, plus, there's something going on with the cat's urinary tract, it gives you a little early warning sign.

• 18:47Speaker 01

  Yes.

  Pretty Litter.

• 19:29Speaker 01

Uh, what was your first concert?

• 19:32Speaker 03

My first, my first stand-up show, um, it was, it was, it was funny because I, I was scared to do stand-up.

• 19:40Speaker 01

No, no, what was the first concert you went to, like, music concert?

• 19:43Speaker 03

Oh, music concert. Oh, oh, da-da-da-da. Oh, the first one I really enjoyed was Juice WRLD.

• 19:49Speaker 01

  Ah, there you go.

• 19:50Speaker 03

His last album. Yeah, it was good, and, uh, Juice WRLD, he was so dope, his audience was dope. It was, it was great, like, he cared about his show, he brought his girlfriend out, and he just did his thing. He had fun, like, that was an artist that had music.

• 20:03Speaker 01

You could see that, when you could see that, you're like, holy shit, yeah.

• 20:06Speaker 03

He lived up to his music, like, you know?

• 20:08H. Foley?

I didn't know Juice WRLD was a guy, I thought that was a festival.

• 20:10Speaker 03

No, that sounds dope. They should start that, Juice WRLD Festival, they should for him. And then have all his artists that he's, like, you know, work with, that would be dope. Yeah.

• 20:19H. Foley?

  I didn't know.

• 20:20Speaker 03

Yeah, Juice WRLD was that guy.

• 20:22Speaker 01

Yeah, I mean, yeah. Short-lived, but everybody that's ever worked with him was like, it was. Everybody comes out, it's like, I've never seen anybody do what he was able to do.

• 20:30Speaker 03

He was dope. Him and, uh, X. Uh, what's his name? Uh, it's X.

• 20:35Speaker 01

  X, X.

• 20:35H. Foley?

  Tassie Young?

• 20:36Speaker 03

Yeah, I was saying, them two, they were both great.

• 20:38H. Foley?

  Yeah, that's fucked up.

• 20:39Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 20:40Speaker 01

I was a little too old for that. Um, what, uh, what, speaking of stand-up, when was your first, when did you get into stand, your first show?

• 20:45Speaker 03

Uh, I always, you know what? That was my first thing I seen on TV. I was like, I wanna do stand-up. And I remember calling the improv. And I was like, yeah, I wanna come do stand-up. Like, who are you? And I'm like, Marco.

• 20:56Speaker 01

  It's me, Marco, bitch.

• 20:58Speaker 03

And I was like, yeah, I was like, well, I mean.

• 21:00H. Foley?

I fixed the water main last night.

• 21:02Speaker 03

It was like, well, um, I don't know, it doesn't work like that. You gotta get booked or something. And I'm like, how do I do it? And they was like, you gotta, you know, the club, you gotta get recommended. And I'm like, okay. And that was like my first time just randomly calling. So I always wanted to do stand-up. It was just like, when I got the chance to do it, when I could have, I didn't know, it was nerve, cause I'm antisocial a little bit. So when I realized like, talking in front of all those people, like, damn, it's different. So I didn't like it.

• 21:29H. Foley?

Isn't it weird remembering that? Like, we did the same thing. It's like, I don't want, I wanna do stand-up. How do you exactly do it? And you call and you ask, like, how does this work?

• 21:37Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 21:37H. Foley?

Like, you know what I mean? Like, oh, you come and sign up for an open mic. Somebody, you had no idea. I had no idea what the first step was.

• 21:43Speaker 03

  Right.

• 21:44H. Foley?

  I was thirty-two. I didn't know anything.

• 21:46Speaker 01

  Late bloomer.

• 21:46Speaker 03

Right. You get to learn though.

• 21:49H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 21:50Speaker 01

Huh, alright. What, and then, oh, sorry.

• 21:52H. Foley?

No, I was gonna say, I was gonna get to Atlanta. You moved, why did you move to Atlanta?

• 21:55Speaker 03

I moved to Atlanta because I wanted more. It was a, it was funny, cause a stranger DM me and he said, oh, you know Rihanna follow you? And I'm like, damn. I didn't know that.

• 22:03Speaker 01

So you were already, you were already, your Instagram or whatever was already popping up?

• 22:06Speaker 03

Yeah, I was doing Walmart videos in Kansas City. So he was like, Rihanna follow you. And then, at the time, I was doing rap lyrics on people. So I write down, I do a song, and I write down the lyrics, and I run up on strangers and say lyrics to people. So.

• 22:17H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 22:18Speaker 03

Anywhere lyrics that they say, I say it to people. And then I just, you know, put in the caption, such and such song. So they know that's a song. So when Rihanna liked. A video idea, I think I was doing Lil Wayne lyrics and I was going and then when I seen Rihanna like it, I'm like, he told me, I'm like, oh wow, I'm about to go do Rihanna song. Cause she see it, so I went did a Rihanna song.

• 22:37H. Foley?

  Smart guy.

• 22:38Speaker 03

And then, um, he was just like, man, he was like, you got a manager? I'm like, nah. He was like, you wanna move to Atlanta? I'm like, yeah. I didn't know.

• 22:44H. Foley?

  He's just a random guy?

• 22:45Speaker 01

  That's crazy.

• 22:46H. Foley?

And let me ask you, what made you start to wanna do, did you think that like, was this planned out of like, this, you know, the internet's just gonna keep moving forward? These kinda videos, this kinda stuff is gonna get more popular?

• 22:56Speaker 03

  Nah, I wasn't thinking.

• 22:57H. Foley?

You were just doing it cause you would like to do it?

• 22:59Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 22:59H. Foley?

  Just as a creative outlet?

• 23:00Speaker 03

Yeah, it was fun. So I know, I used to do it, I used to get sad a lot sometimes, but when I laugh, it was like, I forgot I was sad.

• 23:07H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 23:08Speaker 03

I was like, I wanna cater to those people that,

• 23:09Speaker 01

  Damn.

• 23:10Speaker 03

  You know, I was like,

• 23:11Speaker 01

This guy's got a good heart, deep, thoughtful.

• 23:13Speaker 03

So I was just doing videos for them. I'm like, oh, this is funny. So I really was doing it for people, like, to make them laugh.

• 23:19H. Foley?

And what kind of views are we looking at about this time when the manager hit you up?

• 23:23Speaker 03

  Uh, don't need some tissue?

• 23:24H. Foley?

  Yeah, yeah, whatever you want.

• 23:26Speaker 03

Um, nah, it was, I was hitting like a million views. I was hitting like a million views.

• 23:30H. Foley?

  Gotcha. So you're cooking.

• 23:31Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 23:32Speaker 01

Are you making money from it yet? Is there, there's no like little branding?

• 23:35Speaker 03

I was doing YouTube. I was doing YouTube, so,

• 23:36Speaker 01

  Ah, so like,

• 23:37Speaker 03

Uh, YouTube, I was making like, uh, what, like fifteen hundred, two thousand a month?

• 23:41H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 23:42Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 23:42Speaker 01

  That's good.

• 23:43Speaker 03

Yeah, even with Twitch, I was like, on Twitch, I think I made my Twitch like in two thousand, I think, two thousand one?

• 23:51H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 23:51Speaker 03

And I was supposed to start Twitch too, it was just like,

• 23:53Speaker 01

Oh, two thousand one? One? No way.

• 23:55Speaker 03

Yeah, it shows when you make the account, when you make your personal.

• 23:58Speaker 01

  Twitch was around, that's what?

• 23:59H. Foley?

  He's bay with numbers.

• 24:00Speaker 01

Wait, that's twenty-four years ago. Two thousand eleven?

• 24:02Speaker 03

I think, uh, yeah, probably, yeah.

• 24:04H. Foley?

  Two thousand one?

• 24:06Speaker 01

  There's no way.

• 24:07Speaker 03

  One of them.

• 24:08Speaker 01

  No way.

• 24:09Speaker 04

Well, Justin TV came out two thousand six and that was like what Twitch then became, yeah.

• 24:15Speaker 03

Yeah, so I started my Twitch early.

• 24:16H. Foley?

I've been on YouTube since the eighties.

• 24:19Speaker 03

So that was my thing, I should have, I should have had, like, been listening to them, I, like, with the help, but I was just so caught up in this Instagram reel.

• 24:27H. Foley?

  I got you.

• 24:28Speaker 03

I'm going up on followers, I was just seeing that, but as a content creator, touch everything. When you're right at your peak, when people are loving you, touch everywhere, because it sucks when you go back and...

• 24:38H. Foley?

Damn, we gotta step our game up.

• 24:39Speaker 03

Yeah, it sucks when you gotta go back and work backwards.

• 24:41Speaker 01

Yeah, we had to do that. With certain things where it's like, oh, no one cares about this anymore, and then it's like, shit, I gotta go...

• 24:47Speaker 03

Yeah, like TikTok, like if you didn't do TikTok, it's like, you should have caught it.

• 24:50Speaker 01

We started that late, dude, we just started doing Face... Someone's like, you're Facebook, you gotta do Facebook. I look at him, he has like a thousand views on Face... or a thousand followers on Facebook.

• 24:57Speaker 03

  And what it is is...

• 24:58Speaker 01

Yeah, then you gotta build that up.

• 24:59Speaker 03

When you don't catch on to it, somebody, a fake profile is making it for you. So it's somebody that's doing it, because I had a fake Facebook, I had a fake TikTok, and I'm like, damn, they getting all this... And I'm getting mad, but how can you get mad at somebody for seeing your potential? Yeah, and it's like, shit, you ain't making what I do for you, and I make the money then, so...

• 25:17H. Foley?

So you moved to... So did this guy turn out to be legit, the guy that he got?

• 25:21Speaker 03

Yeah, he was, he was, he was legit in a way.

• 25:24H. Foley?

I see, he's still not your manager.

• 25:26Speaker 03

No, me and him are good, we working, so he's not my manager, so I kept him around, so we are still, uh...

• 25:31H. Foley?

  There you go.

• 25:32Speaker 03

Uh, he's not my manager, but when I got there, he was staying with his girlfriend, and I, I got put in a hotel. I'm like, okay, this different, and then he like, you can come to my house, like, you know, I just wanted to let my girlfriend know, like, what I'm doing and what I'm working in.

• 25:44H. Foley?

  He's paying for the hotel?

• 25:45Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 25:47H. Foley?

What is your, what does your mom and everybody say, like, hey, this random guy hit...

• 25:50Speaker 03

They didn't give a fuck. Nobody cared, he was just like...

• 25:53H. Foley?

Did you quit your job at the water department, I assume, and you were like, hey, these videos are doing good?

• 25:57Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 25:58H. Foley?

This guy at Craigslist sent me out.

• 25:59Speaker 03

No, I had got fired from the water department, I had to quit, they told me quit doing videos or, um, work for the water department, because it was bad for the company. Because it was for the city, because I was doing video...

• 26:09Speaker 01

  That kinda makes sense.

• 26:10Speaker 03

I was doing videos in my uniform too sometimes.

• 26:12Speaker 01

Yeah, it's a place that's... Like UPS don't let you, you know what I mean?

• 26:15Speaker 03

  Yeah, so they were like...

• 26:16Speaker 01

  They shut that shit down.

• 26:17Speaker 03

And then they were like, yeah.

• 26:18H. Foley?

There's a water main break right behind him.

• 26:19Speaker 03

They're like, this is going too viral, it's not looking good, and they were like, either quit videos or quit this, and I was like, I'mma just, I'mma quit.

• 26:25H. Foley?

Yeah, was, was whoever told you that, were they supportive, like, listen?

• 26:28Speaker 01

  I get it.

• 26:29H. Foley?

  Yeah, were they like...

• 26:32Speaker 03

You should do the videos, not the water department. Nah, he didn't say that.

• 26:36Speaker 01

Somebody gotta get in the hole.

• 26:37Speaker 03

  Talk about a hater.

• 26:39Speaker 01

They just lost their main hole guy, dude.

• 26:42Speaker 03

But the thing is, I wasn't good at jobs, my personality. Y'all know that one coworker, it seemed like you would probably be one.

• 26:47Speaker 01

  Yeah, whoa, man, pretty good.

• 26:49Speaker 03

You suck at your job, but they love your personality so much. My personality kept my jobs.

• 26:55Speaker 01

  That's probably most comics.

• 26:57Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 26:57Speaker 01

Or like, hey, I can do what I have to do to maintain this and not get fired, but I'm a vibes guy.

• 27:02Speaker 03

Yeah, I was a good people person. Yeah, yeah. As far as side work and shit at the restaurant. I know how to make people laugh and shit. Yeah. Yeah. That I couldn't fire you. Right. Ah, you laugh, see you tomorrow. That's how it probably is at NFL too. They're probably like, man, he's a good leader, but he sucks on the field.

• 27:16Speaker 01

Yeah, they call him glue guys in the lobby. He's a locker room guy.

• 27:19Speaker 03

Yeah, locker room guy. Yeah, that's funny. So you move to, so you go to Atlanta. Yeah, and I stayed with him and then, uh, um, it's so funny. I'm in a hotel for a little bit and then he was like, yeah, well, all right, I'm gonna let you come to my house with my girl. And he was like, I just got an extra room, I'm gonna clean it up. So I get there, he showed me the room, it's dog shit everywhere. It was like the dog room. And it's like, yeah, I'm gonna get that clean, I'm gonna get air mattress.

• 27:42Speaker 01

It's crazy you didn't clean it up before you got in.

• 27:44Speaker 03

Man, bro, right? So I'm just sleeping on the couch and shit. Trying to book talent. Bro, right?

• 27:48Speaker 01

But also, you gotta give him, he got you dead, like, he took a shot, you know what I mean?

• 27:52Speaker 03

And the bad part is, what happened was, uh, he ended up putting me in another hotel. In this hotel, I'm going in the lobby and there was another guy. He was like, oh shit, that guy is blowing up. Like, the Walmart guy, he was like, man, he's like, I got somewhere I love for you to meet, like. And I'm all right, cool. And then I tell the guy that got me there and he's like, man, he want me to meet somebody. He was like, all right, bet, I'll come with you. So we go to this meeting and the guy that introduced me to the guy he wants me to meet, he's now told the guy I was, he was managing me, so.

• 28:24Speaker 01

So you're sitting there with two managers?

• 28:25Speaker 03

Yeah, so, and the guy that's me, he's the big guy of Atlanta, like, he's the guy, like, everybody love him, everybody wanna get next to him. And he's just talking to me, like, he saw my shit, he's like, oh yeah, I see you got potential. He was in the music industry, so. He was just like, oh, I love, and he was just like, I wanna talk to you, and then. You know, and both of them, they went out, like, the manager I had, and then the fake one. I didn't know that was saying I was mad. And he was just like, what is your?

• 28:51H. Foley?

You mean the guy in the hotel?

• 28:52Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah, yeah. He left out. And he was like, what's your goal? And I was like, I just wanna grow and, like, you know, get bigger and I wanna learn. And when I said those words, he said those stood out to him, because usually when people meet him, they talk about money. Yeah, I'm trying to get paid, sure. And I wasn't thinking about money, yeah. Talking about cash up front. Uh, I started working with him more. And he had a, I got to go to his house, he had a bigger house.

• 29:14H. Foley?

  No dog shit.

• 29:16Speaker 03

He had all these cars, and I'm like, damn, and I'm learning from him. So then that started making me.

• 29:21H. Foley?

So that guy became your manager?

• 29:22Speaker 03

Yeah, I started, yeah. Yeah, who was it, if you don't mind me asking? Uh, his name was Ray Daniels. Yeah, so, yeah, he was, um...

• 29:28H. Foley?

I mean, those other guys had to kinda understand.

• 29:30Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 29:31H. Foley?

  Dog shit in their mattress.

• 29:32Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 29:32H. Foley?

  Bunch of cars.

• 29:34Speaker 03

Yeah, so, but it was great, you know, at the time, but having, I got caught up in a facade, because I'm living in his house and I'm taking pictures, like, in his real Springer and everything, and then I had to, like, and I'm... I'm like, shitting on my city right now. Yeah, it's hard not to fall into that, though. But at one time, I was like, you know, I need to get my own, like, I can't get caught up in this. And, um, I end up leaving and I distance myself, and, you know, everything was great. It was just in my head.

• 30:01H. Foley?

You're still making, you're still progressing in?

• 30:04Speaker 03

Yeah, but he taught me how to make money on Instagram, and like, my first viral, like, video in Walmart, it was like, promo video, it was 20,000. He brought it to me, he was just like, um, one thing about promotion videos, he was like, he hate when people used to do, like, uh... You know, when you do pay, pay ads, and they just post on their Instagram and take, like, post them, like, follow them, follow them. He was like, never do that. He said, if you gonna take on a job, always make sure you included, show your face, you be with the product. If not, if you can't do it, don't do it at all. And I was like, that's good, like, don't do promo. He said, don't do promo unless you're in it, right? And then once he, uh, was like, I got a gig for you, and he was just like, um, it's a voice trainer video for 20,000 dollars, go be funny, do something with it. And I'm thinking, what the fuck can I do with a voice trainer?

• 30:48H. Foley?

  A voice trainer?

• 30:48Speaker 03

A voice trainer, like, for girls.

• 30:50H. Foley?

  A voice trainer?

• 30:51Speaker 03

And he's like, "Go to Walmart and go do something with it." Like, and I'm like, "What the fuck?" Like, "I can't put this on. I can't go out like this."

• 31:00Speaker 03

So I'm trying to figure out. And he's like, "It's twenty thousand dollars." I ain't never seen twenty thousand. And I'm trying to figure out. And I'm in Louisiana for, uh, it was, um, festival, the Walmart Festival, Essence Festival that they had. And I'm down in Louisiana and I'm running up on people at Walmart. And I'm like, "Okay." "All right, let me ask them, do they got any more of these waist trainers?" So I'm running up on random customers. And I'm like, "Do you got any more of these?" And I say the waist trainer brand. And this person was like, "I don't, I don't work here." And I'm like, "Okay." I asked her again. I'm like, "Can you go in and back and get it?" She's like, "I don't work here, motherfucker." And then I was like, "Okay, this is it." I'm like, "'Cause I can irritate people and say the brand and I say it." And that video, like, I do that. And then it, I send it, complete it, send it to them. And she love it.

• 31:43Speaker 03

And then the video goes on. And he was like, "This is how you make money." And then he was just like, he worked with the record labels. He was like, "I got a new artist I want you to break. Go in there, do these, like, they won't pay you, like, you know, they won't pay you..." This is how this happened? That's wild. Yeah, ten thousand dollars to do an IG post to say the rapper lyrics and tag the artist in the caption. Damn, crazy. Then I was at Walmart doing... You should, you should be bringing gay deals like this. Yeah. The hell you doing over there? So I'm just racking up money with him. And he's just like, I'm, right now, I'm with, working with record labels because they, like, the views are going crazy. And they love these Walmart videos. And I'm going in there and like, you know, the City Girls songs come out, like, City Girls. And I'm walking on people like, "Oh, my pussy so wet." And I'm just talking and staring at them out there. I say that. And they're like, and it was funny, 'cause I used to get people...

• 32:28Speaker 03

Out of the box advertising. I like it. I used to get people from Walmart, 'cause I used to be in Walmart for hours. But I find a customer that talks to me. I'm like, "Oh, like, I be in the aisle, like, is he's good to get, are these ladies?" And they're like, "Yeah, they're good. I like them." So I know now, they, they mind talking. And then I hit them with something crazy, like, "Yeah, my pussy wet." And then they're like, "What?" And I was like, "Okay." Ah, it's good for you. Yeah, right. Ah, you don't say. Right. So, yeah, that's how the Walmart videos was going. And who was filming this for you? Was it different people? My brother, he here. No, it was my, no, so when I got to Atlanta, I had, um... Wait, one of those guys is your brother that you brought with you? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Both of them. Number one that started. Wait, both of them are your brothers? Wait, those are your two brothers? Yeah, yeah. Why'd you say that? He doesn't know how old you guys are.

• 33:14H. Foley?

Man, they probably heard that and was like, "God damn."

• 33:17Speaker 03

Nah, they know though. I'm not good with names.

• 33:19Speaker 01

Mark is not good with numbers.

• 33:19H. Foley?

Wait, so you're doing this with your two brothers?

• 33:22Speaker 03

So, it end up, when I first started Atlanta, I had a random stranger.

• 33:26Speaker 01

They're currently playing in 64 right now.

• 33:27Speaker 03

And then my other brother, Black, I told him to quit his job to come help me film. He like, "Bro, I just got promoted." He said, I was like, I don't know, because he was working at a temp service. And then, he got the real job. And I'm like, "Bro, just come down here, I need you, like, to film my videos, because I'm, business is booming."

• 33:42H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 33:43Speaker 03

He came down, he quit his job, and then he start filming for me, so we was doing a Walmart video.

• 33:47H. Foley?

That's awesome, that's even better, you get some family business!

• 33:50Speaker 01

  That's good.

• 33:51H. Foley?

  Holy shit!

• 33:52Speaker 01

  That's crazy.

• 33:53H. Foley?

Alright, so then things start cooking.

• 33:54Speaker 01

Alright, hold on, so you get that $20,000, that's the first big check.

• 33:58Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 33:59Speaker 01

What do you do with that money?

• 34:00H. Foley?

Are you staying at the guy's house?

• 34:01Speaker 03

Yeah, I'm still staying with him. I'm still staying with him.

• 34:03H. Foley?

  That house is nice.

• 34:05Speaker 03

When I got that, I went and got me a Challenger, one of me, that was my first car.

• 34:08Speaker 01

That's exactly what we were looking for. That is a pure dirtbag move, and we love it. Went and got a Challenger, what color was it?

• 34:16Speaker 03

It was, uh, it was black. It was a black Challenger.

• 34:19Speaker 01

  Uh huh.

• 34:21Speaker 03

Yeah, I got it. I always wanted one, I wanted to shit on people.

• 34:25Speaker 03

But I got a regular one, so when I got it, it was just nothing. So people was like, "Yeah, it's not a fuckin'..." Yeah, I'm like, "What the fuck is that?" I just got like, "It's a Challenger." Like, "Why y'all tripping off an SS or a 257?"

• 34:35H. Foley?

Did you buy it outright, or were you...?

• 34:37Speaker 03

Nah, I was doing payments. Yeah, I did payments, yeah.

• 34:39H. Foley?

Was the 20 grand gonna be enough to finish off paying the car?

• 34:42Speaker 03

Nah, I was making so much money, I was just paying on it monthly.

• 34:44H. Foley?

  Gotcha.

• 34:45Speaker 03

So now I'm just making money.

• 34:45H. Foley?

So you were making more than just that big 20 grand?

• 34:47Speaker 03

Yeah, yeah, because I was like, I was doing rap videos.

• 34:50Speaker 01

  YouTube still?

• 34:50Speaker 03

Yeah, YouTube still, and then I was, um, doing videos to, uh, the rap lyrics. So, with rap, like, so, different companies, like Roc Nation, sent over a hundred thousand dollar check, and I had to do a video.

• 35:01H. Foley?

  Really?

• 35:02Speaker 03

Yeah, like, for five artists, or like, you know, QC, so... He was with the music industry, remember, so?

• 35:08Speaker 01

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 35:08Speaker 03

And like, Lizzo, I did some stuff with Lizzo, and a lot of people, so...

• 35:11H. Foley?

And that was a hundred grand?

• 35:12Speaker 03

The artists used to repost my shit, so that, like, they would post it. So that'd give me more following, because they are like, "Ah," and then it was people like DMing, like, how much that, so I was doing that.

• 35:22H. Foley?

  And it was 100 Gs?

• 35:23Speaker 03

Yeah, he used to get, yeah, a lot, yeah, like the dude. It was, he used to bring a lot of, then Nike, I did some stuff with Foot Locker when I started doing Prank Sin Foot Locker now.

• 35:32H. Foley?

And he took a piece of that?

• 35:33Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 35:34H. Foley?

  And then-

• 35:34Speaker 03

At this time, I don't know what percentages mean, none of that, like, and he was just like going his percentages and everything.

• 35:39H. Foley?

So as this starts coming in, are we putting, you know, are we making sure that-

• 35:43Speaker 01

Are you being okay with money?

• 35:44H. Foley?

Is anybody handling this for you?

• 35:45Speaker 03

  No.

• 35:46H. Foley?

  You?

• 35:46Speaker 03

  Yeah, I'm just spending it.

• 35:47H. Foley?

  Man, this kid's alright.

• 35:50Speaker 03

But I get, I was starting to get what I want, I got an apartment.

• 35:51H. Foley?

We are cut from the same cloth, my friend.

• 35:53Speaker 01

Nah, I'm just spending it, man. Alright, so you got an, you move out and get an apartment?

• 35:58Speaker 03

  Yeah, I got an apartment.

• 35:59Speaker 01

Nice, like, was it too nice?

• 36:00Speaker 03

It was nice, but I moved in with, it was so funny, I moved in with his artist, and which was cool, so he had an artist that he was breaking. And then he's repping a, living a lifestyle of a rapper, and I'm a comedian, so he's like friends, hoes, bottles, drugs, and I'm like-

• 36:15Speaker 01

It's like a music video all the time, yeah.

• 36:16Speaker 03

Yeah, so I'm like, what the fuck, and it was just different.

• 36:18Speaker 01

You're going to Walmart, tell people your pussy's wet.

• 36:20Speaker 03

Yeah, he was living a life, he lit, and I'm coming there and it's shit all the time.

• 36:22H. Foley?

You're walking up to girls in the apartment, can I run a bit by you real quick?

• 36:24Speaker 03

One time was a girl in my room, and I'm like, what's she doing in here, he's like, yeah, he's like, she like you, shit, fuck her, if she got one to talk, like, she like you. And I come in, she's like, Marco, oh my god, I love you, and I'm like, bitch, I don't know you, and I'm like, I just came home from LA, I'm working, and I get in there, and she's in my bed, and he's like, oh my god, you really stay here? And I'm like, it was just like, living with a rapper and a comedian, nah, I didn't. No, because I don't, it was just weird, I don't know, I was like, I don't want to just, you know, here pussy, like, here, take some.

• 36:50H. Foley?

That's where we're different, I would have been in there for a couple of days.

• 36:53Speaker 01

He would have drug me out of there.

• 36:55Speaker 03

  Right.

• 36:56H. Foley?

  No shit.

• 36:57Speaker 01

  Damn.

• 36:57H. Foley?

So that's how this all starts going, that's fucking awesome.

• 37:00Speaker 01

  Move in with a rapper.

• 37:01Speaker 03

  Yeah, that was, that's like-

• 37:03H. Foley?

Was it your place or his place or both of your-

• 37:04Speaker 03

It was more of his place, uh, because it was in his name.

• 37:08H. Foley?

  Gotcha.

• 37:08Speaker 03

It was in his name, yeah.

• 37:09H. Foley?

Alright, and when do you move out of that and get your own place, and are you still in Atlanta, is that where you're based at?

• 37:14Speaker 03

Yeah, I end up moving out of there, and then I got my, uh, first place, and I remember, yeah, me getting my own place.

• 37:19H. Foley?

Rented it, you're renting an apartment?

• 37:21Speaker 03

  Yeah, I'm still renting, yeah.

• 37:22H. Foley?

  In Atlanta?

• 37:23Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 37:23H. Foley?

  Nice spot.

• 37:24Speaker 03

I think from there, did I get my house, no, yeah, I got me apartment, yeah, I got me apartment and, uh, my brother, it was funny, because he was with me, remember I moved him out of town? So he's sleeping on the floor in a condo at the rapper house, so he's with me.

• 37:33Speaker 01

Wait, he was there with him?

• 37:34Speaker 03

Yeah, he was with me, yeah. Yeah, he was there too.

• 37:39H. Foley?

How did he feel about the rapper's lifestyle?

• 37:41Speaker 03

I mean, he was on the floor. He was just like, man, this is a lot. Dude, one key.

• 37:45Speaker 01

He just left my job, one key to the house.

• 37:47Speaker 03

Yeah, one fob key, so sometimes I had to...

• 37:49H. Foley?

He got to sit one key?

• 37:50Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 37:52Speaker 03

Yeah, it was, it was a lot.

• 37:54H. Foley?

  Oh, man.

• 37:55Speaker 01

  That's crazy, dude.

• 37:56H. Foley?

  Talk about a home run.

• 37:57Speaker 03

  Man.

• 37:59Speaker 03

  It's like a movie, right?

• 38:00Speaker 01

Crazy, dude. That's like a bad HBO show.

• 38:03Speaker 03

  Right.

• 38:04H. Foley?

  That's a good HBO show. That's fantastic.

• 38:06Speaker 01

Your brother shows up with his bag, sleeping on the floor. You're all sharing one key.

• 38:09Speaker 03

  Man.

• 38:10Speaker 01

  They get in.

• 38:10H. Foley?

  Everyone's in there popping bottles.

• 38:12Speaker 03

  It was a nice condo.

• 38:13H. Foley?

That's a nice change from the temp job, though.

• 38:15Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 38:16H. Foley?

  That's awesome.

• 38:17Speaker 03

Well, I ended up getting my own apartment and then, you know, just still working.

• 38:21H. Foley?

  And he's living with you.

• 38:22Speaker 03

• 42:31Speaker 03

  Yeah, I get help.

• 42:33Speaker 01

  Okay, good.

• 42:34Speaker 03

Yeah, they over there, yeah, actually show you a picture of it. Oh, no shit. But I building it right now.

• 42:41H. Foley?

  That's fucking awesome, man.

• 42:43Speaker 01

  Is this live?

• 42:44Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 42:44Speaker 01

You just pull up cameras of his property?

• 42:48Speaker 01

  That's sick.

• 42:49Speaker 03

  Yeah, it is.

• 42:50Speaker 01

  All right.

• 42:51H. Foley?

You're not going in the water main anymore, I'll tell you that. Look at this.

• 42:54Speaker 03

No, but you gotta be smart and you still gotta, you know, be kind, like, I love to give back. I try to, you know, help in, like, single mothers. I was doing that a lot. I got, like, every month trying to help a single mother and help. Pay rent and get back. But my goal is to, like, I wanna.

• 43:08H. Foley?

  Where's your mom's now?

• 43:09Speaker 03

So my mom in Kansas City, so I'm happy. I'm trying to look to see if she would wanna come to Atlanta or just get her place in Kansas City.

• 43:15H. Foley?

  No kidding?

• 43:16Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 43:16H. Foley?

  Oh, what a good guy.

• 43:17Speaker 03

But I got this series that I wanna do and I wanna, like, start like a TV show where I ride the bus and I figure out who's gonna work and get their story. And then buy my car. So I wanna help people, so I wanna do that a lot. So imagine, like, if people would, like.

• 43:30Speaker 01

But everybody's gonna know you on the bus, though.

• 43:32Speaker 03

Yeah, but I could disguise myself for anything.

• 43:34Speaker 01

  Okay, damn.

• 43:34Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 43:35Speaker 01

  This guy's good.

• 43:35Speaker 03

But I wanna do that, I think that'd be dope.

• 43:37Speaker 01

That's why you're getting a basketball court put in right now.

• 43:38H. Foley?

If you catch me, I'm making up a story.

• 43:42Speaker 03

But that's something I wanna do.

• 43:43H. Foley?

I just really wanna charge her.

• 43:45Speaker 03

  Right?

• 43:48H. Foley?

  Oh, I love it.

• 43:49Speaker 01

  Uh, all right, huh.

• 43:51H. Foley?

Let's give this some argue garbage questions.

• 43:52Speaker 01

  Sure.

• 43:53H. Foley?

Um, are you peeing in the shower?

• 43:55Speaker 03

  I have, yeah, I have.

• 43:57H. Foley?

  Brushing your teeth in there?

• 43:58Speaker 03

  Yeah, I did today.

• 43:59H. Foley?

  You did?

• 44:00Speaker 03

  Yeah, today.

• 44:00H. Foley?

Is it something you normally do?

• 44:01Speaker 03

I said I wanna start doing it because it takes, like, I feel like I brush my teeth longer and I can get more. And I can be more disrespectful with brushing my teeth.

• 44:11Speaker 01

Sure, yeah, yeah, yeah. You're, you're, you have that leniency, yeah, yeah, yeah. You don't have to try to be clean. That's the nice thing. I was against it for a very long time and then I started doing it.

• 44:19Speaker 03

But it suck when it get on you, or like, with the toothpaste.

• 44:21Speaker 01

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 44:22H. Foley?

That shit doesn't come out of your clothes either. That's bad news.

• 44:25Speaker 03

Yeah, that's what I said. No, no, I'm talking about if it get on your dick or something. I'm talking about the toothpaste when you brush it. Yeah, that's the shitty part.

• 44:32H. Foley?

  It stings?

• 44:33Speaker 03

I don't know, I just don't like, I don't think two face should be there.

• 44:35Speaker 01

No, I, I, I agree with it. I agree with it. But it's nice to get out of the shower, like, completely clean.

• 44:41Speaker 03

  Yeah, done.

• 44:41Speaker 01

  Already completely done.

• 44:42Speaker 03

Yeah, cause sometimes you start getting older, I forget to brush my teeth sometimes.

• 44:45Speaker 01

I'm right there with you, dog.

• 44:46Speaker 03

So I'm like, I need to do it when I know I need to do it there too, so. And deodorant, sometimes I forget to put on deodorant. I forget a lot of shit sometimes.

• 44:52Speaker 01

What kind of deodorant you wearing?

• 44:54Speaker 03

  A girl's deodorant.

• 44:55Speaker 01

  Me too.

• 44:55Speaker 03

Yeah, powder. I don't like gel.

• 44:57Speaker 01

  The powder's the best.

• 44:57Speaker 03

  Yeah, powder the best.

• 44:58Speaker 01

  There you go.

• 44:59H. Foley?

With an antiperspirant, I assume? It's a deodorant and antiperspirant.

• 45:02Speaker 03

  What's that? I don't know, that's a big word.

• 45:05Speaker 01

Probably, cause most of them are antiperspirants now.

• 45:08Speaker 03

  I don't, what's that mean?

• 45:08Speaker 01

It means it prevents you from sweating. It doesn't just like cover it up.

• 45:11H. Foley?

I just use a regular deodorant.

• 45:13Speaker 03

Why did you just say that shit?

• 45:15Speaker 03

You gotta dumb it down a little bit.

• 45:16H. Foley?

I put the glasses on, trying to act smart?

• 45:18Speaker 03

Yeah, I'm like, what the fuck was that mean?

• 45:20H. Foley?

  Oh, actually, Marco.

• 45:23H. Foley?

The, let's go into the bedroom. The bed, king size?

• 45:26Speaker 03

  Uh, king size, yeah, yeah.

• 45:27H. Foley?

  King size bed.

• 45:28Speaker 01

You got a TV in there?

• 45:30Speaker 03

Yeah, I got a TV there.

• 45:30Speaker 01

You watch the TV when you fall asleep?

• 45:32Speaker 03

No, something about going, it hurt my eyes while I'm asleep. Having the TV on hurts my eyes. You know where you contact. And then, sometimes I don't wake up with more sleep on my eyes. I don't know what it mean when you wake up with more sleep on your eyes. I don't know if your eyes.

• 45:45H. Foley?

Well, let me ask you this, as a, as a fellow contact, uh, wearer, a bad one, me.

• 45:50Speaker 03

  Me too.

• 45:52H. Foley?

I got that vibe when you came in, with the scratch cornea. I just, what, do you have dailies in, or do you have weeklies?

• 45:59Speaker 03

I have, weeklies, but I leave them in for monthlies.

• 46:02H. Foley?

  You do?

• 46:03Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 46:03H. Foley?

You do monthlies. So you sleep in them?

• 46:04Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 46:05Speaker 01

His eyes currently watering, his ear just fell out of the bed.

• 46:07Speaker 03

They hear we talking about it.

• 46:10H. Foley?

That's why you're waking up with extra sleepies.

• 46:11Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah.

• 46:12H. Foley?

  Yeah, that's bad news.

• 46:13Speaker 03

I know, I'm gonna go blind.

• 46:14H. Foley?

No, you're not gonna go blind.

• 46:16Speaker 03

I probably will. It's okay though. I went out with a bank.

• 46:20Speaker 01

What'd you say? I went out with a bank.

• 46:22Speaker 03

I seen everything I need to see.

• 46:25H. Foley?

How you gonna see the people to give them the car?

• 46:26Speaker 03

I mean, I can hear them at that point. You don't need to see them. Or I can just help somebody get in a position to, you know, host a show. Yeah, that's smart.

• 46:35H. Foley?

I don't think he's actually planning for this.

• 46:36Speaker 03

I think it's probably gonna happen. Yeah. Oh, planning on being blind? But I think if I get the license, I might be the first person to wake up where it didn't work. That's what you're afraid of? Yeah, you're crazy. I think I might be the first person that are like, damn, it didn't go through. And I'm like, fuck.

• 46:49H. Foley?

Do you sleep on your back? Do you sleep on the side?

• 46:51Speaker 03

  You know what's crazy?

• 46:54Speaker 03

I like to sleep at the bottom of my bed. What?

• 46:56H. Foley?

  Wait a minute, what?

• 46:57Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 46:58H. Foley?

  What do you mean?

• 46:58Speaker 03

Like longways? Like a cross? Like the headboard is this way. I like to have my feet pointing that way. Why's that?

• 47:04H. Foley?

  Why?

• 47:05Speaker 03

  Is this different?

• 47:07H. Foley?

  What?

• 47:08Speaker 03

I don't know. I don't like, I don't know. I sleep crazy, but... Yeah, picking up on it. Yeah. Do you move the pillows down or do you keep the... I don't like pillows. I like to sleep with a blanket as a pillow.

• 47:18H. Foley?

Whoa. Do you sleep on your back?

• 47:21Speaker 03

  Sometimes.

• 47:22H. Foley?

  You sleep like a vampire?

• 47:23Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 47:24H. Foley?

No, kid. One blanket behind you, that's it. On your back, covers over you.

• 47:29Speaker 03

Yeah, sometimes. Yeah, I don't like covers, bro.

• 47:31H. Foley?

  You don't like covers?

• 47:32Speaker 03

Yeah, that's how I know. I sleep weird and I know my partner, like when I get with my girl, she gotta be weird too. Like, you know, and then when the girl come over, she's like, why are we sleeping at the... That's a tough sell to a girl. And I'm like, why are we sleeping at the bottom? Why are we hanging upside down? Yeah, what's going on? You ain't got to. You can go on the couch.

• 47:48H. Foley?

Would you be okay if you slept next to somebody where it was head to toe? What if you were with a girl and she wanted to sleep with her head up there and you on your head?

• 47:55Speaker 03

  That'd be cool, probably.

• 47:56H. Foley?

  You'd be okay with that?

• 47:56Speaker 03

Cause then I can lean on her legs or something. That's not bad. I'm with that.

• 48:00H. Foley?

That's a great answer, dude. I love it.

• 48:02Speaker 03

  Yeah, I'm not really, yeah.

• 48:04H. Foley?

Now, the house that you moved into, did you build this house?

• 48:07Speaker 03

Uh, no, it's a comedian, Desi Banks. He had built it. He got a real estate company. You bought another comics? Yeah, yeah, house that he built, yep.

• 48:14H. Foley?

That's awesome. That's awesome. If we came over to the house right now and you offered us a glass of water, what are we getting? Are we getting a bottle? Are we getting, uh, Brita?

• 48:23Speaker 03

You gonna probably get a bottle, bottled water. Bottled water.

• 48:26H. Foley?

Very nice. You got like a Fiji? Are we talking glass bottle?

• 48:29Speaker 03

It's this blue bottle kinda that, uh, public, it's all blue. I don't know what it's called. Saratoga? Is that what it is? It's a blue bottle with the blue top? Yeah.

• 48:36H. Foley?

  Gentlemen, alright. Very nice.

• 48:38Speaker 03

I got a little bit of cash.

• 48:39H. Foley?

He's got a lot of cash and I like it. What's the whip now? What are you driving around in now?

• 48:44Speaker 03

Uh, so right now I got the Cybertruck.

• 48:47H. Foley?

  You got the Cybertruck.

• 48:48Speaker 01

  Cybertruck? No fucking way.

• 48:50Speaker 03

I like it, but I gotta get rid of it, because people hate it.

• 48:52Speaker 01

  Ah, get out of here.

• 48:53H. Foley?

And is that the only car?

• 48:54Speaker 03

  Uh, um.

• 48:55Speaker 01

  No way.

• 48:56H. Foley?

  What happened to the Charger?

• 48:57Speaker 03

Oh, I let a friend drive it. Another comedian, and he called and told, he wrecked it. And when he wrecked it, he told him, he said, "Man, my eye fucked up." I'm like, "My car fucked up." Yeah, he was like, "Yeah, man, your car fucked up." His car came out and hit it, and he was like, "Man, it's done, I'll take care of it, but my eye fucked up." And... The thing about me, I don't get mad for real. And my brother, that has a lot of cars, he like, he just said, "What?" He like, "You cool?" I'm like, "Yeah, I'm alright, it's a car." Like, he alive, and he said he'd fix it, but I don't really get upset about, like, stuff like that.

• 49:30H. Foley?

Your brother has a lot of cars?

• 49:31Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah.

• 49:32H. Foley?

Are they at the house with you?

• 49:33Speaker 03

No, no, it's my other brother. Like, this is a brother I grew up with, from Kansas City, and he moved to Atlanta, and he always had money.

• 49:38H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 49:38Speaker 03

  Yeah, he like...

• 49:40H. Foley?

  Like, brother, brother, like?

• 49:41Speaker 03

It's just growing up with him, like, just growing up.

• 49:43H. Foley?

  Gotcha, okay.

• 49:43Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 49:45H. Foley?

Those two are out there like, "I don't have cars."

• 49:47Speaker 01

The fuck he's talking about, he got a lot of cars. Uh, Dan, you gotta, I think you gotta be the first guest with the Cybertruck.

• 49:53H. Foley?

  Yeah, that's alright.

• 49:54Speaker 01

  That's pretty sick.

• 49:56Speaker 03

  I manifested a Cybertruck.

• 49:58Speaker 01

  Did you?

• 49:58Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 49:59Speaker 01

Did you have, like, one of the, when'd you get it? Did you have one of the early ones?

• 50:01Speaker 03

So, it was so fun, because I'm, partners with Prospects, and I went up there, and then there was this guy, he was just like, uh, "Oh, I love your videos." And he like, a car owner, and he was like, and he was like, "Yeah, I want you, uh, come by my shop." And usually when people tell you to do shit, you know, y'all hear a lot of shit, so I'm like, "Okay." And then I went there, and I'm like, "Damn, it's a hell of cars there." And he was just like, "Oh, you got the Cybertruck?" I'm like, "Yeah, do you want to have it for a spin, you want to test drive it?" And then I'm like, "Okay," I'm like, "Yeah, I want this car." He was like, "Go drive it, see if you like it first." So I made a post on Instagram, I'm like, "I just bought a Cybertruck." So it goes viral, everywhere. I didn't even buy it, he's something ready. So I'm just manifesting, I'm like, "I really want to get this car, so I'm gonna tell them where I got it." So...

• 50:40Speaker 03

And then he come out, he was like, bro, he's like, he's like, it's going viral, cause like, everybody had the car, like, 2 Chainz' little baby, and they were like, oh, they like Marcos is all white. And then he was just like, man, he like, you gotta get it now. I'm like, fuck yeah, I do.

• 50:51H. Foley?

  You made me buy it?

• 50:53Speaker 03

Yeah, but I wanted it, yeah, so.

• 50:55Speaker 01

  What's a Cybertruck go for?

• 50:57Speaker 03

It was like, I think a hundred.

• 50:58Speaker 01

That's not that, I mean, for, I would have figured, I figured they were like.

• 51:01Speaker 03

  Cheaper now.

• 51:02Speaker 01

No, I figured they were like crazy expensive.

• 51:04Speaker 04

  Nah, MSRP is 70 grand.

• 51:06Speaker 01

  What?

• 51:07Speaker 03

Yeah, they weren't cheaper, right. When they first started, it was like a hundred, because I think people was doing an extra sale on it when they got it, cause it's hard to get them.

• 51:14H. Foley?

Are you biting your nails, or you clipping your nails?

• 51:15Speaker 03

  I get them done.

• 51:16H. Foley?

  You do?

• 51:17Speaker 01

  They're very nice.

• 51:18H. Foley?

You go and get a mani? Now, do you go, or do they come to the house and do it?

• 51:21Speaker 03

Nah, I go to, I like to still, like, go and get the experience.

• 51:24H. Foley?

And you got your spot in Atlanta that you like to go to?

• 51:26Speaker 03

Yeah, I like to go, yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's always a good date for women, like, you can always act like you taking them, but it's really you.

• 51:33Speaker 01

Wait, you'll go with a girl?

• 51:34Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 51:34H. Foley?

That's a, I never even thought about that.

• 51:38Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 51:38H. Foley?

You get your feet done too, you get a pedi?

• 51:40Speaker 03

Yeah, I get my feet done, yeah. You do?

• 51:42Speaker 01

What's that, what's that cost you?

• 51:44Speaker 03

Uh, they getting, starting to get high and high and high.

• 51:47Speaker 01

You see that fucking Cybertruck out front?

• 51:49Speaker 03

Yeah, like, 180, 190, 200, and then they like, keep going up, like.

• 51:52Speaker 01

And what do you, then what do you tip on that?

• 51:54Speaker 03

Some, I don't like to, I feel like they get off on, get off on you anyway, cause I feel like they already got their own tip. I tip, but it's, it make me still feel like I got finesse.

• 52:03Speaker 01

  Sure, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 52:04Speaker 03

I don't like, feel like I'm finesse, cause I already wanna give you the money, but like, in Atlanta, some of these places, like, Route 2, Route 2, it's already in it, so I really think they already put it in there. And then they watch you, it's just, I don't like putting in a tip and they watch you, like, what you about to do, and they watch your eyes, and it's like, fuck, I hate when I'm about to do that, and they look you in your eyes, like, don't fuck me.

• 52:23H. Foley?

What about a nice dinner? Do you like a nice dinner?

• 52:26Speaker 03

  Yeah, I do, I, we cook a lot, I cook a lot.

• 52:28H. Foley?

  You cook a lot?

• 52:28Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 52:29H. Foley?

Now, you know, since, since things are going well, you know what I mean, do you, have you tried new things? Like, what, but, like, do you do seafood?

• 52:37Speaker 03

Uh, I like seafood, but it don't get you full, so I don't care for it.

• 52:41H. Foley?

  Really?

• 52:41Speaker 03

  It don't get you full.

• 52:42H. Foley?

What would be like an ideal dinner for you, if you went out? If you got on a date, or if you got with the fellas?

• 52:47Speaker 03

Uh, some with salmon, I like salmon.

• 52:48H. Foley?

  You like salmon?

• 52:49Speaker 03

I like stuffed salmon, mashed potatoes.

• 52:50H. Foley?

  Are you a steak guy?

• 52:51Speaker 03

  Yeah, I like steak.

• 52:51H. Foley?

How do you get the steak cooked?

• 52:53Speaker 03

Uh, well, when I went to a business meeting and I-

• 52:56Speaker 01

  I went to a business?

• 52:57Speaker 03

And I did well done one time and everybody like-

• 52:59Speaker 01

  Ah, that's a dude.

• 53:00Speaker 03

Yeah, they didn't fuck with me.

• 53:01Speaker 01

  That's a big, no, no.

• 53:02Speaker 03

Yeah, so I get meeting well now, like-

• 53:04Speaker 01

That's, they're even rolling their eyes at that.

• 53:06Speaker 03

I didn't get no money after that, they didn't fuck with me.

• 53:09H. Foley?

  Really?

• 53:09Speaker 03

I think people don't fuck with you how you eat, that's why people take you out on business, how you do shit, like-

• 53:13Speaker 01

Yeah, they see how they see how you are, like how you interact.

• 53:16Speaker 03

And one time I was at a business meeting, I offered to pay for it, I'm thinking like, no, don't do it, and they was like, okay, do it, and I'm like, fuck, no, I'm like-

• 53:20Speaker 01

  No shit, really?

• 53:21Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 53:22H. Foley?

Send the cyber truck, I'm right back.

• 53:23Speaker 03

Right. So like, it's tips, like, I've been learning, like, you know, especially when I used to go out to eat with Ray and it was funny, cause every time I seen him, when he used to pay for everything, it was dope, I'm like, damn, I can't wait to get in that position.

• 53:34Speaker 01

  Uh huh.

• 53:35Speaker 03

To be able to just take care of a bill, and like, you know, like, who got this, who got that, so-

• 53:39Speaker 01

Not have to check your checking account before you-

• 53:41H. Foley?

  So Ray was alright?

• 53:42Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, he's got, yeah.

• 53:44H. Foley?

  Man, that's awesome.

• 53:45Speaker 01

  Alright.

• 53:46H. Foley?

I love it. Do you have a favorite frozen pizza?

• 53:49Speaker 03

No, not no more. I used to as a child, but-

• 53:52Speaker 01

  What was it growing up?

• 53:52H. Foley?

  Yeah, what'd you like?

• 53:53Speaker 03

Uh, which one was it? It started with a T?

• 53:55H. Foley?

  Tombstone?

• 53:56Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, that.

• 53:57H. Foley?

  Tombstone, man.

• 53:57Speaker 03

Tombstone, I used to put tombstone in it, I used to, um, let it cook, and let it get burnt, like, let it get burnt, yeah.

• 54:03Speaker 01

It's better burnt, eh eh eh.

• 54:05H. Foley?

What are you cooking at the house? What do you like?

• 54:07Speaker 01

What's your go-to? Do you have like, if we were coming over, you're really trying to, or trying to impress a girl?

• 54:10Speaker 03

  Chicken.

• 54:11Speaker 01

  Chicken?

• 54:11H. Foley?

  Do we have a chef?

• 54:12Speaker 03

  Nah, me.

• 54:13H. Foley?

  You're doing it?

• 54:14Speaker 03

  Yeah, I'm doing, yeah.

• 54:15Speaker 01

  What kinda chicken? Fried chicken?

• 54:17Speaker 03

  Fried chicken.

• 54:18H. Foley?

You frying up chicken at the house?

• 54:19Speaker 03

Yeah, I know I'm frying chicken.

• 54:20H. Foley?

  Cast iron?

• 54:21Speaker 03

  Uh, what's that?

• 54:22H. Foley?

  Like a cast iron pan?

• 54:23Speaker 03

  Ah.

• 54:24H. Foley?

Like, you're doing it, you're doing it in a-

• 54:25Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 54:26H. Foley?

You're doing it in a pan, you don't have a deep fryer?

• 54:27Speaker 03

Nah, I got, I'm doing it in a pan.

• 54:28H. Foley?

Okay. Do you have an ice machine at this house?

• 54:31Speaker 03

Yep, it's on the refrigerator. I now, I wanna do some new shit, I wanna get that water filter thing. I was at, uh, Sam's Club, and I was like, you know, I should buy me one.

• 54:38Speaker 01

  What's the water filter thing?

• 54:39Speaker 03

That's the thing where it comes with, where you get the water cup, they have in the offices.

• 54:43Speaker 01

Oh, I had one for a long time, I just, I got rid of it.

• 54:45Speaker 03

It was beneficial, you miss it?

• 54:47Speaker 01

  Uh, I do miss it.

• 54:48H. Foley?

You wanna get a water cooler?

• 54:49Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 54:50H. Foley?

I think you might have a little trench coat.

• 54:50Speaker 03

No, it's not a cooler, it's the thing that, that you fill the water, where you get the blick jugs?

• 54:54Speaker 01

The big, the big five gallon jug, yeah.

• 54:55Speaker 03

But it's always good after sex, so you can go to it-

• 54:57Speaker 01

  Sure.

• 54:58Speaker 03

  And get you some water.

• 54:59Speaker 01

Yeah, get that little triangle cup?

• 55:00Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, that.

• 55:01Speaker 01

You're taking top five of them?

• 55:02Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 55:03Speaker 01

Yeah, I liked it, it just-

• 55:04Speaker 03

I just don't know where to put it.

• 55:06Speaker 01

Yeah, it's tough, it's tough to stay on top of that too.

• 55:08H. Foley?

Next to the break room, that's where you put it.

• 55:09Speaker 01

You gotta get on a monthly subscription and then if you're like on the road or you don't use them, so then next thing you know you have like, there's like hundreds of fucking.

• 55:16Speaker 03

Wow, that's how it stack up, wow.

• 55:18H. Foley?

  God, that's funny.

• 55:19Speaker 01

And I live in an apartment, so it's, I don't have space for it.

• 55:22H. Foley?

  Are you a cologne guy?

• 55:23Speaker 03

Yeah, I just got into it.

• 55:24H. Foley?

  Yeah?

• 55:25Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 55:25H. Foley?

  How many bottles you got?

• 55:26Speaker 03

Uh, I be taking my brother to cologne, so. I guess I'm, no, one girl start hugging me, say, damn, you smell good. It's like for them, cause I don't care for it. But I was like, but it sucks when you put on cologne, you don't see a girl. Like, I got on something at night, there's no girls in here, like.

• 55:40Speaker 01

Sorry, I would've had some ladies line down.

• 55:43Speaker 03

But I don't want no dudes that's like, damn, you smell good. They're like, what you put on? And then I'm like, gotta look them in his eyes and tell him what I'm wearing.

• 55:49H. Foley?

You know why you don't like that?

• 55:50Speaker 03

Yeah, I just don't, yeah. I don't care to tell a guy what I'm wearing. It's like, imagine a dude seeing your drawers, like, man, what kind of drawers are those, man? They comfortable, like, dick print cool?

• 56:01Speaker 01

Okay. Uh, what's a vacation looking like now?

• 56:05Speaker 03

  I ain't never had a vacation.

• 56:06Speaker 01

  Not even now?

• 56:07H. Foley?

  You ever gone away?

• 56:08Speaker 03

  I just got my passport.

• 56:09H. Foley?

  Very nice.

• 56:10Speaker 01

  Just like recently?

• 56:11Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 56:11Speaker 01

  No shit.

• 56:12Speaker 03

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out where to go.

• 56:13H. Foley?

  I got mine at forty-five.

• 56:14Speaker 03

You did? How old are you now?

• 56:15H. Foley?

  Forty-nine.

• 56:16Speaker 03

  Oh shit.

• 56:18H. Foley?

Dude, I got mine at forty-five.

• 56:19Speaker 03

That's what's up. So you just got yours?

• 56:21H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 56:21Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 56:21H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 56:22Speaker 03

  Right.

• 56:23Speaker 01

We were losers before the ship took off.

• 56:25Speaker 03

I just be thinking dark though, like, get my passport and then I go out of town and I die.

• 56:28Speaker 01

You think, yeah, you're, you got, yeah, he thinks that he's the only guy Lasik's not gonna work for, he's gonna go blind, he's gonna get his passport.

• 56:34Speaker 03

But it's so, I feel like it's dope because you're doing what you wanna do. Like, I don't mind going out, as long as I'm doing what I wanna do, and it's okay.

• 56:41H. Foley?

I have that fear too, though. I have the fear of having to go to a hospital in another country, which I know is dumb.

• 56:46Speaker 03

Man, see, I'm not weird, yeah.

• 56:48Speaker 01

It's not normal, though, so you're like.

• 56:50H. Foley?

Get me back to New York, Mount Sinai Hospital, something, get me somewhere.

• 56:54Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 56:55H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 56:55Speaker 03

Especially they don't care for you too, yeah. So imagine just being like a patient that's not attractive, you know, they probably don't care.

• 57:02H. Foley?

  I get that everywhere.

• 57:03Speaker 03

Yeah, imagine girls too. Like, they probably get so much treatment being a doctor dude, like, damn, she look good, I wanna save her life.

• 57:09Speaker 01

  Sure.

• 57:10H. Foley?

  You're not going anywhere.

• 57:11Speaker 03

I'm like, why you working on her?

• 57:14H. Foley?

Ah, that's funny. So where would you wanna go if you wanna vacation?

• 57:17Speaker 03

I wanna go to Hong Kong.

• 57:18H. Foley?

You wanna go to Hong Kong?

• 57:19Speaker 03

  For like a month.

• 57:20Speaker 01

  For a month?

• 57:21H. Foley?

  Really?

• 57:21Speaker 03

Yeah. But they said go to Thailand. They said, people are moving to Thailand, cause it's cheaper.

• 57:24Speaker 01

I think your money goes way further in Thailand, yeah. Hong Kong's, I think, is relatively expensive.

• 57:28Speaker 03

Hong Kong or China, I wanna go there.

• 57:30H. Foley?

  Okay. I respect it.

• 57:31Speaker 01

Are you into watches at all?

• 57:32Speaker 03

  No, not yet.

• 57:33Speaker 01

No, not yet, but you're thinking about it.

• 57:35Speaker 03

Yeah. But I don't, like I say, I'm not good with numbers and keeping up with two, four, six, eight, roly and all that.

• 57:41Speaker 01

Keeping up with two, four, six, eight?

• 57:43Speaker 03

I'm not even with cars, I'm still not, I'm never really, I really don't care for all that. Like, you know, I really don't, and that's all I was saying, I was wondering what makes me happy, like, to buy, and I was just like, I really don't have nothing.

• 57:54Speaker 01

Is it clothes? You in fashion?

• 57:55Speaker 03

  It was that.

• 57:56Speaker 01

I mean, you're dressed pretty cool today.

• 57:57Speaker 03

Yeah, uh, this is from Kid Super, I don't know if y'all know him, Kid Super?

• 58:00Speaker 01

I know who he is, yeah.

• 58:01Speaker 03

Um, and I used to have, like, now I just got it and it's just around, it's starting to get annoying, clothes and shoes, so I really don't, yeah. And video games, like streaming and stuff like that, like, it's a new 007 that's about to come out, I'm excited. And Rubbering got a new game coming out, so.

• 58:16H. Foley?

  No kidding?

• 58:17Speaker 03

I'm like, really like playing the game.

• 58:19H. Foley?

007 was your game when you were a kid, right?

• 58:21Speaker 03

Yeah, it was a good one. Did I see it? You should pull up the trailer and look at it, what's on there. It's really dope, like, it's a new, new one coming out that I really.

• 58:27Speaker 01

  Okay, huh.

• 58:28Speaker 03

And I, I just wanna, uh.

• 58:30H. Foley?

Where's the gaming system set up at the house? Is it on the main TV in the living room?

• 58:33Speaker 03

It's, yeah, it's in, it's in my house. I got it in the, in the front room.

• 58:37H. Foley?

  In the front room?

• 58:38Speaker 01

  It's its own room?

• 58:38Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 58:39H. Foley?

The gaming room is its own?

• 58:40Speaker 03

No, no, no, it's in the front room, in the living room. I got it in there. I took it out my garage and I put it.

• 58:45H. Foley?

You had it in the garage?

• 58:46Speaker 03

Yeah, I had it in the garage. I made it into like a gaming.

• 58:47H. Foley?

You got a setup out there?

• 58:48Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 58:49H. Foley?

  Nice.

• 58:49Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 58:50H. Foley?

Good couch? Big, big sectional couch?

• 58:52Speaker 03

I got, it's called a Frank Ocean couch, that, um.

• 58:55Speaker 01

  Frank Ocean couch?

• 58:56Speaker 03

That's, I'm about to get made.

• 58:58H. Foley?

  You're getting one made?

• 58:59Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 59:00H. Foley?

  Marco, I love you, man.

• 59:01Speaker 01

  Oh, whoa. Those are crazy.

• 59:04H. Foley?

  Oh, that's awesome.

• 59:06Speaker 01

That's like what a 12-year-old with money would buy.

• 59:08H. Foley?

  Yeah, I love that.

• 59:09Speaker 03

He, uh, he, hold on, it says, his name, uh, you can look him up, he makes couches, he doing a TV series, his name is, is it Matt?

• 59:23H. Foley?

  Is that him? Pierre Pauline?

• 59:26Speaker 01

No, no, that guy's old. French furniture designer.

• 59:32Speaker 01

  Huh.

• 59:33H. Foley?

  I love where he's at.

• 59:34Speaker 01

I know. I mean dude, Cybertruck getting a, you get a basketball court built today? That's something else.

• 59:41H. Foley?

  Yeah, that's alright.

• 59:42Speaker 01

How often do you think you're gonna use the basketball court?

• 59:44Speaker 03

Uh, I got it from like, cause I live so far, I'm getting it from my brothers in there. So like, when people come over, it's something to do.

• 59:50H. Foley?

  Something to do.

• 59:50Speaker 03

Yeah, so I, I think for my guests, not for me.

• 59:53H. Foley?

Have you had any, have you had any parties? Have you had any cookouts or anything like that at the house?

• 59:56Speaker 03

We have like swimming parties sometimes.

• 59:58H. Foley?

  Okay. Who's working the grill?

• 1:00:00Speaker 03

Uh, my brother, Black. He's in there. Yeah, he know how to cook.

• 1:00:02H. Foley?

  He's working the grill?

• 1:00:03Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah.

• 1:00:04H. Foley?

Nice. And we're hooking it up? What, what, what, what would be on the menu for something like that for a cookout?

• 1:00:09Speaker 03

Uh, we just buy random stuff.

• 1:00:10H. Foley?

  Steaks, burgers, hot dogs?

• 1:00:12Speaker 03

  Yeah, pig feet.

• 1:00:13H. Foley?

  Really?

• 1:00:14Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:00:14H. Foley?

  Going old school?

• 1:00:15Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:00:16H. Foley?

  Alright, I like it.

• 1:00:16Speaker 03

Pig feet used to be good. My mom used to make that.

• 1:00:18H. Foley?

  Potato salad?

• 1:00:19Speaker 03

  Uh, nah.

• 1:00:20H. Foley?

  Not a potato salad guy?

• 1:00:21Speaker 03

Nah, I am, but it, it's different when you come from like, yo, mama really making it.

• 1:00:25H. Foley?

  I'm aware.

• 1:00:26Speaker 03

Yeah, and they, that ain't the same.

• 1:00:28H. Foley?

  I'm aware.

• 1:00:28Speaker 03

Like, like even Thanksgiving, it's not the same. I don't even know what I'm doing for Thanksgiving.

• 1:00:31H. Foley?

No store bought potato salad, I assume?

• 1:00:33Speaker 03

  Nah.

• 1:00:33H. Foley?

Yeah, I learned that the hard way.

• 1:00:35Speaker 03

  Y'all celebrate Thanksgiving?

• 1:00:36Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 1:00:36H. Foley?

  Yeah, of course.

• 1:00:37Speaker 03

  What y'all doing?

• 1:00:37Speaker 01

Uh, just going to my, my mom's house.

• 1:00:40Speaker 03

  Hmm.

• 1:00:40Speaker 01

  Simple.

• 1:00:40Speaker 03

  How's it go? What's y'all routine?

• 1:00:42Speaker 01

Standard, damn, he just flipped the script on me. I was like, I was like, what the fuck? Who's show am I on? Uh, standard turkey, mashed potatoes.

• 1:00:50Speaker 03

  Y'all say prayers? Like?

• 1:00:51Speaker 01

  Yeah, we'll say grace.

• 1:00:52Speaker 03

  How long does it last?

• 1:00:54Speaker 01

  Prob, not that long.

• 1:00:56H. Foley?

Dear God, thank you for everything we've had this year.

• 1:00:58Speaker 03

See, black prayers, they last for a long time.

• 1:00:59Speaker 01

I was gonna, I was gonna say, probably shorter than the...

• 1:01:01Speaker 03

Especially the old one, the one that go, he like, I want everybody coming together.

• 1:01:04Speaker 01

She names everybody she's ever met? Yeah.

• 1:01:05Speaker 03

Yeah, and it's, and everybody, he says a prayer for H and everybody and, and just, you know, it'd be always the uncle that's about to pass. He'd say it, like.

• 1:01:15Speaker 01

  Oh, really?

• 1:01:15Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:01:16H. Foley?

  Yeah, that makes sense.

• 1:01:17Speaker 01

I've, I've seen a video where the, like, you know, it was a black grandma and she called out the one, like, the one uncle for drinking too much. And she's like, I hope he gets sober. And he's like, what the fuck?

• 1:01:24Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:01:25Speaker 01

I hope, I hope he finds his way. She, she, she starts fucking spilling the tea on him.

• 1:01:30H. Foley?

Is that the plan this year? Are you doing the big Thanksgiving?

• 1:01:32Speaker 03

I, I want to, but it's like, my family, they have to like, you know, they, my family is everywhere. So I'll be trying to get them together, but they all be, they always arguing and shit. I'm like, bro, come on, like, let's just get together one time and disnial you.

• 1:01:44H. Foley?

That's part of the family though.

• 1:01:45Speaker 03

  Exactly.

• 1:01:45Speaker 01

How many people would it be? Forty?

• 1:01:48Speaker 03

Uh, no, not forty. Uh, some of them dead. Uh, let's see.

• 1:01:54Speaker 01

He takes a hard left sometimes.

• 1:01:56Speaker 03

Nah, it would probably be like twenty, twenty.

• 1:01:58H. Foley?

There you go. Get a big table. How big's the dining room table at the house?

• 1:02:01Speaker 03

I had a big one, but I got rid of it because I was the only one, so.

• 1:02:05H. Foley?

You sitting there eating by yourself like Bruce Wayne?

• 1:02:07Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:02:10H. Foley?

What are the snacks at the house? What do you like to give a little?

• 1:02:12Speaker 03

I got a lot of snacks, but I stopped eating snacks, so it's just for the guests again, like.

• 1:02:16H. Foley?

  Walk-in pantry?

• 1:02:17Speaker 03

  Yeah, walk-in pantry.

• 1:02:18H. Foley?

  What are we talking?

• 1:02:18Speaker 01

  Basketball court.

• 1:02:19H. Foley?

  I know!

• 1:02:19Speaker 01

Of course you got a walk-in pantry. You don't get a basketball court before a walk-in pantry.

• 1:02:23Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:02:24H. Foley?

What would be in there? I come over, I start poking around the kitchen.

• 1:02:27Speaker 01

  Gushers.

• 1:02:28Speaker 03

Gushers, food snack. Cupcakes ain't the same like they used to. Zebra cakes used to be good. They changed. Remember?

• 1:02:32Speaker 01

  I haven't had one in a.

• 1:02:33Speaker 03

Like Star Crunch, they used to be good.

• 1:02:35H. Foley?

Star Crunch used to be awesome.

• 1:02:36Speaker 03

  Remember Fudge Rounds? They changed.

• 1:02:37Speaker 01

  Yeah, that all.

• 1:02:38Speaker 03

No, you want to know what really changed? Hawaiian Punch used to be great. It sucks now.

• 1:02:42H. Foley?

No kidding? I haven't had a Hawaiian Punch in a minute.

• 1:02:44Speaker 03

  That's why, because it sucks.

• 1:02:46H. Foley?

  Huh.

• 1:02:46Speaker 03

  Why?

• 1:02:47H. Foley?

I was big on the oatmeal cream pies. We used to put them in the freezer.

• 1:02:49Speaker 03

  I didn't like them.

• 1:02:50H. Foley?

  Aw, Lord.

• 1:02:51Speaker 03

But I know they was big.

• 1:02:52H. Foley?

Yeah. Those in the chocolate chip cookie ones that had the cream in the center.

• 1:02:55Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah.

• 1:02:56Speaker 01

How many, I'm sorry. How many suits do you think you own?

• 1:02:59Speaker 03

I just got started getting the suits. I probably got like ten of them right now.

• 1:03:01Speaker 01

I just started getting, he's got ten of them. Yes.

• 1:03:04Speaker 03

I just started like, what, like this, last month.

• 1:03:06H. Foley?

  Designer suits?

• 1:03:07Speaker 03

No, they, it's, uh, called Rich Man Looks. It's a, it's a company that makes them and I teamed up with them.

• 1:03:13H. Foley?

  Nice.

• 1:03:13Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:03:14Speaker 01

And you know how to tie a tie?

• 1:03:15Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:03:15Speaker 01

  No.

• 1:03:16Speaker 03

  Yeah, that's a lot.

• 1:03:17Speaker 01

  It's a lot. It takes a lot.

• 1:03:18Speaker 03

Some shit I just don't want to know how to learn because it takes away like me saying I don't know how to do it.

• 1:03:22Speaker 01

Sure. Yeah, it's funnier to not know how to tie a tie.

• 1:03:24Speaker 03

Yeah, it's just some shit I don't want to know how to do.

• 1:03:26H. Foley?

  That's a great answer.

• 1:03:27Speaker 01

It's also, you've reached a point in your career, you don't need to tie a tie. You should, there's nowhere you're going that unless you go.

• 1:03:31Speaker 03

I mean, not even that. I don't give a fuck if I was homeless. I still don't want to know how to tie a tie. Like.

• 1:03:34H. Foley?

You get your stake order however you want when you're in a business meeting with those people. They're trying to get your business.

• 1:03:39Speaker 03

Yeah. I'm just, I'm, some shit is okay with just, like spelling. Like, I'm not good at spelling. I don't want to know how to spell. Because I feel like your brain is like a memory card and I feel like it's other shit I gotta remember.

• 1:03:50Speaker 01

  Yeah, no, hey.

• 1:03:51Speaker 03

And I don't think God gonna be like, "Do you know how to spell this before you get into heaven?" I don't think it's that important.

• 1:03:55H. Foley?

No one's grading on grammar, don't sweat it.

• 1:03:57Speaker 01

Uh, do you have name brand luggage? What kind of luggage you got?

• 1:04:00Speaker 03

  Uh, I got Louis Vuitton.

• 1:04:02H. Foley?

Get the fuck out of here.

• 1:04:03Speaker 03

I got it, but I know I'mma keep that forever, that's why I got it.

• 1:04:06Speaker 01

Uh huh. You have the big one? Do you have the whole set?

• 1:04:08Speaker 03

I got the, uh, carry on, both carry ons, that's it. But I know, I, that was an investment for me because I know, I'm not, I'm, when I get something I don't get, like, oh, I need to know it, I'm not, I get it one time.

• 1:04:19Speaker 01

You got it, and it's good.

• 1:04:20Speaker 03

I'm okay with keeping it for a while, until somebody steal it.

• 1:04:23H. Foley?

This is gonna be, this is gonna be a dumb question, that's what I want to ask you. Does Louis Vuitton make bags that you would check?

• 1:04:28Speaker 03

Mm-hmm. Oh, you like check in?

• 1:04:30H. Foley?

  Yeah.

• 1:04:30Speaker 03

Yeah, I think some of them do.

• 1:04:32H. Foley?

Well, yeah, but who would do that?

• 1:04:32Speaker 03

But you can lock it up, though. You can lock it.

• 1:04:34H. Foley?

But they can still steal the bag.

• 1:04:36Speaker 03

  Exactly.

• 1:04:36Speaker 01

I would say, I would say if you have the full, I don't know, I'll listen.

• 1:04:39H. Foley?

  The full set?

• 1:04:40Speaker 01

If you have the full set, you're probably not flying coach.

• 1:04:44H. Foley?

  Oh, you're gonna private plane.

• 1:04:45Speaker 03

But people that, yeah, but the people that has, you know, sometimes if somebody was stealing, they got cameras. I don't think some people want to risk getting caught and fucking up their whole.

• 1:04:53H. Foley?

You're flying up front, I assume?

• 1:04:54Speaker 03

  Sometimes, yeah.

• 1:04:55Speaker 01

No, you're not still in fucking coach, get out of here.

• 1:04:58Speaker 03

Okay, so look, what I'm saying is.

• 1:04:59Speaker 01

We're not in fucking coach anymore.

• 1:05:00Speaker 03

What I'm trying to say is.

• 1:05:01Speaker 01

  I gotta Samsonite, alright?

• 1:05:02Speaker 03

Sometimes it's okay not to. It just like, it depends on how long the flight is. L.A., you gotta fly first class, cause it's far.

• 1:05:10H. Foley?

  Sure.

• 1:05:11Speaker 03

That's it. But like, if it's somewhere like two hours, and then you get, uh, what's the other one? You gotta sit in, what, uh, Comfort?

• 1:05:16Speaker 01

  Comfort.

• 1:05:16H. Foley?

  Comfort Plus?

• 1:05:17Speaker 03

  I can sit in Comfort.

• 1:05:17H. Foley?

  Okay.

• 1:05:18Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:05:18H. Foley?

What about, uh, PJs? You flying around?

• 1:05:20Speaker 03

Not yet, I ain't got there yet, no.

• 1:05:22H. Foley?

  You've been in one, though.

• 1:05:23Speaker 03

  No, I haven't.

• 1:05:23H. Foley?

  You haven't?

• 1:05:24Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:05:24Speaker 01

  Not even stunned?

• 1:05:26Speaker 03

No, I ain't been in one.

• 1:05:26H. Foley?

  What? That makes me sad.

• 1:05:29Speaker 03

I ain't been in one yet.

• 1:05:31H. Foley?

  That's crazy.

• 1:05:32Speaker 03

Well, I mean, if y'all wanna take me on a spin, I'm just waiting.

• 1:05:34Speaker 01

We've, we've also never been in one, so don't, don't make it.

• 1:05:37Speaker 03

  I'm just waiting, man.

• 1:05:37H. Foley?

I got a conversion van, I can ride you around in. That's about it.

• 1:05:41Speaker 01

  Huh.

• 1:05:41H. Foley?

Man, will you bring, will you bring food on the plane?

• 1:05:44Speaker 03

Yeah, I would, if we get that, like, a, a PJs, I would, yeah.

• 1:05:47H. Foley?

No, no, I'm saying, like, when you get.

• 1:05:49Speaker 03

No, when I get on plane, I go to sleep, cause I don't wanna ever be up in the, the plane.

• 1:05:54Speaker 01

  Go down.

• 1:05:55H. Foley?

  Oh, you don't like flying.

• 1:05:55Speaker 03

I like to be asleep. I wanna be asleep and wake up.

• 1:05:58Speaker 01

Would that be scary to wake up on the way down, though?

• 1:06:00Speaker 03

Yeah, I know, yeah. No, but if somebody wake me up, it'll piss me off. I'm slapping the shit out of them.

• 1:06:04H. Foley?

On the way down, yeah, no shit.

• 1:06:05Speaker 03

They're like, we bout to crash. I'm like, you bout to get fucked up.

• 1:06:08Speaker 01

That's at least your problem, buddy.

• 1:06:09Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:06:11H. Foley?

  Alright, man.

• 1:06:12Speaker 01

  I mean, listen.

• 1:06:14H. Foley?

  Definitely garbage.

• 1:06:15Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 1:06:16H. Foley?

  Hundred percent.

• 1:06:16Speaker 01

But in a very classy way at the same time.

• 1:06:19H. Foley?

  Very classy. He's giving back.

• 1:06:21Speaker 01

  Walks in both worlds.

• 1:06:22H. Foley?

Everything with the family is absolutely fantastic. I'll be honest with you, brother. We love you.

• 1:06:26Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 1:06:27H. Foley?

  We're so happy for you.

• 1:06:28Speaker 01

  Fantastic, man.

• 1:06:29H. Foley?

  This is awesome.

• 1:06:30Speaker 03

  Yeah, I appreciate that.

• 1:06:30H. Foley?

Hundred percent garbage. Funny Marco. Brand new celebrity interview series on The Wave Original Network, October 21st. Open Thoughts with Funny Marco.

• 1:06:40Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 1:06:40H. Foley?

Who you got lined up for this?

• 1:06:42Speaker 03

Um, we got different, you know, guests and I want to give people opportunities up and coming.

• 1:06:47H. Foley?

  Love that.

• 1:06:47Speaker 03

And that's what I want to do is just also give.

• 1:06:49Speaker 01

  Kid's a giver.

• 1:06:49Speaker 03

Uh, like, and I send some, you know, people over and over sometimes it's about giving people, creating moments with people. Even if it, I think everybody think everything is a banger, but sometimes it's okay to create a moment.

• 1:07:00Speaker 01

  Sure.

• 1:07:01Speaker 03

To really realize, because somebody gonna die, somebody and they'll be like, damn, I remember working with him. So I just like, I want to be able to, somebody to say like.

• 1:07:08H. Foley?

  It's all old people.

• 1:07:10Speaker 03

Yeah, because it's like, like, you know, life is a prize. So you just gotta have fun while you're here. Understand that it can end any day and be happy, you know?

• 1:07:16H. Foley?

Also, I want to say this. You're aware of what you did, right? You're aware of how you created what you created and the industry comes to you.

• 1:07:25Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:07:25H. Foley?

How, how, I mean, I'm sure you know.

• 1:07:27Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:07:27H. Foley?

  Unbelievably impressive, man.

• 1:07:28Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:07:29H. Foley?

Couldn't be more happy for you.

• 1:07:30Speaker 03

  No, thank you.

• 1:07:31H. Foley?

We love you. Kip, what do you got?

• 1:07:32Speaker 03

  Same with y'all too.

• 1:07:32Speaker 01

  Thank you.

• 1:07:32Speaker 03

That came along with, because what, you say he, who was homeless? One of y'all?

• 1:07:35H. Foley?

Homeless? Nobody said it was homeless.

• 1:07:37Speaker 01

He's airing our business out there. I slept on a few couches from time to time.

• 1:07:40H. Foley?

Yeah, I was sleeping on some kitchen floors. As when you're coming up as a comedian in New York, you know, before the, you know, the, the big podcast boom and, and we came up with this.

• 1:07:48Speaker 01

  No money.

• 1:07:48H. Foley?

Yeah, we were, we were grabbed, you know, like.

• 1:07:50Speaker 03

You don't really get to, because that's why I told, I be telling people, like, the hardest job is trying to be a comedian, because you don't know when the money gonna come.

• 1:07:55Speaker 01

Yeah, right. And sometimes it just doesn't, yeah.

• 1:07:57Speaker 03

And you gotta keep going and like prime example, Kevin Hart, just seeing his growth. Look at him now, eh? Like, it's just like, it, it works for you. Like, sometimes let your job work for you. People don't understand that, but do the job and the job's gonna work for you because you're doing something and you never know, like, who's gonna see you, like, and just want to put you in that position.

• 1:08:15Speaker 01

  Of course.

• 1:08:15H. Foley?

  Hundred percent.

• 1:08:16Speaker 01

  Yeah, man.

• 1:08:17H. Foley?

Sharp guy. Kip, what do you got for him?

• 1:08:18Speaker 01

Uh, guys, we're on tour right now. Uh, a lot of the stuff selling out. Uh, get your tickets to Philly, December 13th at the Met Theater. Get them tickets. We'll see you there.

• 1:08:27H. Foley?

Yeah, we love, Marco, we love you, buddy.

• 1:08:28Speaker 01

  Appreciate you, man.

• 1:08:29Speaker 03

  Love you too.

• 1:08:29H. Foley?

Gang, we love you. We'll see you next week. Peace.
