What do you do when things get tough? You don't give up. You stand your ground. If you've been diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer and have tried hormone therapy, ask your doctor about Pluvicto. Lutetium Lu 177 Vipetide Tetraxitan. Pluvicto is not chemotherapy. It's a different treatment that targets PSMA-positive cells. Pluvicto can be used before chemotherapy for some people. Pluvicto is a prescription treatment used to treat adults with prostate-specific membrane antigen-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, or PSMA-positive MCRPC, who have already been treated with hormone therapy and are considered appropriate to delay chemotherapy. Pluvicto involves contact with radioactivity, which may increase the risk for cancer and cause fetal harm.

What's up congregation? It's your girl, Lacey Mosley, AKA Scam Goddess. Back with another episode of the show, Scam Goddess. Yes, I named the show after me, honey. I always say I'm excited by my guests. I always mean it, but I truly am because this happened on Twitter, honey. So this is actually on y'all. Shout out to the Twitter fans who have started making requests and bookings, honey. Bookings. So guys, we have Ira Madison III in the building.

• 2:59Speaker 04

  Hello.

• 3:00Laci Mosley?

  How are you?

• 3:00Speaker 04

Good, good. I really did get booked via Twitter.

• 3:04Laci Mosley?

Booked via Twitter. He has a really amazing podcast called Keep It that you all should be listening to if you're not already. It's hilarious, it's so good. And he's a TV writer. And if you love you, he's on the second season of You, making a little cameo. And it's so good.

• 3:17Speaker 04

Talking about scams, scam my way into that.

• 3:20Laci Mosley?

Oh, my gosh. Yes, right, right, right. Because you write for TV and then you know someone, you know someone who made that show?

• 3:26Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 3:27Laci Mosley?

Yes, that's so dope. Wait, so you're the third. So there's, there's three other Ira Madison, your grandpa?

• 3:32Speaker 04

  There's two others.

• 3:33Laci Mosley?

  There's two other, I can't count.

• 3:36Laci Mosley?

I was like, and there's three more?

• 3:37Speaker 04

Yeah, they're dead. It's all good. We can talk about that.

• 3:40Laci Mosley?

  Okay.

• 3:43Laci Mosley?

All right, well, there we go.

• 3:45Speaker 04

  Ira, the only.

• 3:47Laci Mosley?

You're the only person to, to make that statement after the former. Oh, I love it, guys. As you can see, this is already going to be a fun ass episode. I can't wait. So Ira, what is your relationship with scams?

• 3:58Speaker 04

What is? You know, I feel like I love a good scam. You know, anything from when I went to like the Golden Globes, like after parties last year. I stopped, I stopped by Sephora and got the face done.

• 4:16Laci Mosley?

  You know, I learned that.

• 4:17Speaker 04

Before, before going home and changing.

• 4:20Laci Mosley?

  Next top model.

• 4:21Speaker 04

  Did you?

• 4:21Laci Mosley?

  Yes.

• 4:22Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 4:22Laci Mosley?

If you're out, you gotta go somewhere and you need to beat your face real quick. Just go into a makeup store and just start using all the products.

• 4:27Speaker 04

Yes. Oh, no, I, I sat, I sat down and got like a, oh, just show me, you know, like the highlighter, like the, the everything.

• 4:34Laci Mosley?

  Show me the full face.

• 4:35Speaker 04

Yes, I was like, ooh, can I get some of those samples? And then rolled out.

• 4:39Laci Mosley?

Show me a lash, show me a blotting sheet, show me a to-go bag. I love it. I love it. Yes. I um, I stopped scamming on award shows a few years ago because I was like, okay, I'm getting to the point where like, I will be invited to them, so I need to stop just showing up and scheming. It's too hot, but I used to do that.

• 4:59Speaker 04

It's so easy in LA to do it too, like trying to scam your way into a party too.

• 5:02Laci Mosley?

  Oh, yeah.

• 5:03Speaker 04

  It's great.

• 5:03Laci Mosley?

I scammed my way into the Fox Searchlight Emmys party last, uh, two years ago.

• 5:07Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 5:07Laci Mosley?

Two and a half years, maybe three years ago.

• 5:09Speaker 04

  How'd you do that?

• 5:09Laci Mosley?

Um, I just showed up and it was funny because we were just at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors, which is a whole different vibe. I was wearing a white plastic dress. It worked, but not-

• 5:21Speaker 04

But they weren't ready for it.

• 5:21Laci Mosley?

  Not the Emmys vibe, though.

• 5:22Speaker 04

  They weren't ready.

• 5:23Laci Mosley?

No, no, no, no, no. Uh, but I showed up and I was like, ah, I left my whatever credentials and I was like, I gotta go. I just pretended to be drunk and I was like, I gotta go back to the bathroom. I left my wallet and they were just like, okay.

• 5:37Laci Mosley?

I ain't been up in there at all.

• 5:38Speaker 04

  I love it.

• 5:39Laci Mosley?

Yes. It was good. It was great. Yes. So you know, so all you gotta do is act like you belong there. That's one of the things I love about scammers. It's just acting like you belong.

• 5:46Speaker 04

You always get caught when you walk up and look nervous like you're about to ask someone a question. You just gotta keep walking.

• 5:51Laci Mosley?

Exactly. And look bored. You gotta look like everything here is nasty.

• 5:55Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 5:55Laci Mosley?

I don't want to be here. And that's how you get inside.

• 5:57Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 5:58Laci Mosley?

Yeah. Well, guys, we have a listener letter for What's Hot and Fraud. Guys, you've been sending in such great listener letters. My only notice, some of these is too long, honey. Y'all sending me books, okay? Look, I read my books on my vacations. I do not read them in my inbox, y'all. Keep it succinct, okay? Um, but this one comes from, what am I gonna name you? Leroy Jenkins. And Leroy says, "Love the podcast." Oh, thank you. Okay. "I want to tell you about an old scam that my coworker was running at a restaurant that I worked at in college. She would enter a tip on the credit card when closing out the table, and she would add a dollar or two to whatever the tip the person left. And she got away with it for months before someone actually checked their credit card statement and called about it. I wasn't working there anymore when she got caught, but I heard she got arrested for it."

• 6:43Laci Mosley?

So, oh no. Also, she was having an affair with the owner.

• 6:50Laci Mosley?

You dropped dime on my sis.

• 6:52Speaker 04

Ooh, you know what? That reminds me. Uh, so I used to be a bartender, um, but one of my bartending gigs was on Broadway, like the Broadway theaters, like at the Phantom of the Opera Theater, uh, in August, Osage County. Uh, I did a chorus line at Chicago a couple of times.

• 7:09Laci Mosley?

  Were they drinking a lot?

• 7:10Speaker 04

  Yes, yes.

• 7:11Laci Mosley?

  Those are drinking shows.

• 7:12Speaker 04

Yes, particularly Phantom of the Opera. Uh, I love that musical, but the stage show is the same one since eighty-six. It needs to update. Um, but there'd be people who took like their wives or like girlfriends and stuff to the show, or even some women sometimes too, but they'd just be like, during the second act, they'd be like, I'm, I'm good. Like they're downstairs, just like knocking back, knocking them back.

• 7:36Laci Mosley?

I bartended too. I also did wait tables. I'm trying to.

• 7:39Speaker 04

I'm sorry. The reason I brought this up was because I worked with someone who used to tell people higher prices that, cause the prices weren't listed. So they would be like, oh, like, say like a vodka soda is seven dollars. It's Broadway, so it was like ten. But they'd be like twelve. And then that extra two dollars, they would put into the tip jar.

• 8:05Laci Mosley?

Yes, that's a scam. Listen, people don't be tipping and as someone who's worked for tips.

• 8:10Speaker 04

And I was like, I'm not snitching. So, because we shared tips. So I was like, well.

• 8:15Laci Mosley?

Look, I'm not robbing people, but if you.

• 8:17Speaker 04

Right. I joined, I just joined too. Um, so I was like, they've been running this racket for you. Like this ain't got nothing to do with me.

• 8:25Laci Mosley?

Don't fuck up the bank. Now, wait, were you giving the accurate price? Cause then that could fuck it up. If like they went to homie once and then, and it was twelve and then they come over to you and it's ten.

• 8:32Speaker 04

Right, but these people were drunk and like, it, I feel like one time it got messed up and then someone was just like, um, oh, you must like me. He charged me a little bit more. I'm like, I'm discounting like whatever.

• 8:43Laci Mosley?

They're a scammer too. Cause instead of being like, what's going on here? They were like, ooh, less?

• 8:47Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 8:48Laci Mosley?

  I will take less.

• 8:49Speaker 04

Yes, but you know, I was like, I was broke. I was living in New York. I was twenty-one. I was like, as long as they are doing their scam, let me.

• 8:57Laci Mosley?

  Listen, I bartended.

• 8:58Speaker 04

They were the boss too, so.

• 8:59Laci Mosley?

Okay, well then you gotta just play your position. Okay, yeah, exactly. I hate when somebody doesn't play their position. I did bartend too in New York. When I was actually at twenty-two, uh, I was working in the Hamptons. And child, it was so many scams going up in my job, like. We, the, the, the, the owner, not the owner, but the manager was just like, uh, cocaine and he was drunk all the time. So he would just be gone. Like, so then, like, eventually I learned all the pass codes, all the systems. So that I would be doing the managing, cause he would be somewhere turned up. And there was waiters, they was selling drugs. It was a wild place.

• 9:33Speaker 04

I love the jobs where you can be, so one of my first jobs in New York was working at Banana Republic.

• 9:39Laci Mosley?

  Oh.

• 9:39Speaker 04

  And Thirty Rock.

• 9:41Laci Mosley?

Yes, that's a busy Banana Republic.

• 9:43Speaker 04

Yes, well, I wouldn't know. Why did I transfer there from the one that I worked at in Chicago when I moved to New York? And I, at a certain point, I stopped going. I really only went because I had a friend who was in New York for the summer that year that I first moved there. And they were interning at Business Week. And so they would always be like going on group lunches and it was in Thirty Rock. And I was always like, oh, I'll have lunch with y'all. Like, that's how I made friends with them.

• 10:12Speaker 04

So I would just show up to work really to like come to lunch with them and take like a long lunch. Cause you know, you only get thirty minutes on like retail, but I'd be there for an hour. And then at a certain point, I just stopped going. And then they called me and said, like, a month later, and were like, hey, you've been missing us some shifts. Like, do you wanna come in? And I was like, sure. And then I went in. And then like halfway into the shift, I was like, no, I gotta quit, I gotta go.

• 10:36Laci Mosley?

I can't believe, they must've been, the Nanner must be desperate, honey, cause they, they were like, please come back to work.

• 10:41Speaker 04

It was Thirty Rockefeller in the middle of the summer. I feel like they were just like, they needed bodies.

• 10:46Laci Mosley?

Right, they didn't even care who it was. Cause I was about to say, Ira, you are a black man, you are very tall. And I was like, how did nobody notice your black ass was missing from the Banana Republic? Guys, I think we are short a negro. Haven't seen Ira in a while.

• 11:00Speaker 04

  Where's he at? Golden class?

• 11:04Laci Mosley?

Everybody just keeps saying you in the back.

• 11:05Speaker 04

  Right.

• 11:07Laci Mosley?

Yeah, they must have been real busy because in retail usually like it's a high turnover. So they'll get rid of you quick, but they were like, please, sir, can you just come back to where if you don't mind? If you have any free time, could you come back to your employment?

• 11:18Speaker 04

  Just please.

• 11:20Laci Mosley?

  Shout out to Banana Republic.

• 11:23Laci Mosley?

  Are they still doing okay?

• 11:25Speaker 04

I don't know. I I I tried to go into a Banana Republic recently and I was like, it's just really nothing for.

• 11:30Laci Mosley?

  Who are their clothes for?

• 11:32Speaker 04

I I don't know, because I feel like when I was in like high school, well, I went to a all boys like Catholic high school. But even I felt like when I was in high school and like college, like that was a thing like that was fancy, quote unquote, right?

• 11:46Laci Mosley?

  Right.

• 11:46Speaker 04

For like my family. So they were like, oh, we'll go get you like a sweater at Banana Republic, something like that. Uh, but then, I don't know, at a certain point, living in New York, I grew out of shopping at Banana Republic. Because what would I get there?

• 11:59Laci Mosley?

I did too. And now I'm thinking about like who their demographic is. I feel like it's like.

• 12:02Speaker 04

  White secretaries.

• 12:03Laci Mosley?

  Anybody who calls a manager.

• 12:05Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 12:06Laci Mosley?

Um, I feel like that's who they're outfitting. Yeah. And I guess like corporate, you, yeah, yeah. I don't know, child. But was Michelle Obama wearing Banana Republic?

• 12:15Speaker 04

Maybe, but you know, probably like couture Banana Republic. Okay.

• 12:20Laci Mosley?

  Plantain Republic.

• 12:24Laci Mosley?

Michelle got on that new plantain. Yes.

Guys, it's time for my favorite. Savor it and favorite.

• 14:22Speaker 04

  Savor it.

• 14:23Laci Mosley?

  Savor it.

• 14:24Speaker 04

  Savor the favorite.

• 14:25Laci Mosley?

Yes, savor the favorite. Section of this podcast called Historic Hood Wings. So I'm going to regale Ira with a very infamous con and we're going to get his thoughts on this one. So I thought about you when I, when I chose this. I think that you'll enjoy this and you already said you worked in retail. So you know a little bit about the fashion and the flexing.

• 14:47Laci Mosley?

The story is a fake Saudi prince who flaunted on Instagram and has been sentenced to major fraud schemes. And he posed for decades as a name or under the name Prince Khalid. Yes.

• 15:01Speaker 04

  The singer?

• 15:05Laci Mosley?

  Bring it right back.

• 15:06Speaker 04

  Removed from Instagram.

• 15:08Laci Mosley?

Um, so when his cover was about to be blown, he staged a tantrum in an Aspen hotel to try to cover it up. So he fought till the end. And that's what I love. Like, I don't want you to give up. I don't want you to quit. Like, if it's going left, like, you go down with the ship. My man's played it like the Titanic. He was on his violin, just playing as the scam ship went down. And I'm living for it. So this is how it started. His name is Gignac, and he's right behind you. If you want to take a look at him, he kinda cute.

• 15:36Speaker 04

Oh, he is cute. He's cute.

• 15:37Laci Mosley?

Yeah, I feel like that furthered the scam. We've talked about this. Scammers have to be courageous. It helps if you a little sexy. You know what I mean? Because everybody likes to look at a sexy person.

• 15:45Speaker 04

Yes. Ugly scammers, I'm very proud of them.

• 15:49Laci Mosley?

Because they have overcome the odds.

• 15:50Speaker 04

  Yes, they have.

• 15:51Laci Mosley?

Because everybody looked at them and said, no. And they somehow got them to say yes. And I am, if you're a not-so-hot scammer, honestly, you're doing the Lord's work. Damn, this is his current Instagram. He has 3,000 followers.

• 16:04Speaker 04

What's the recent photo? When was it recently taken?

• 16:07Laci Mosley?

  Yeah, click on that.

• 16:09Laci Mosley?

  And it was-

• 16:10Speaker 04

  Oh, October 2017.

• 16:11Laci Mosley?

Okay, so he been in the clink for at least two years.

• 16:14Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 16:15Laci Mosley?

Why you not on a gram in the clink, bruh? JT had her jail gram popping.

• 16:20Laci Mosley?

JT never missed a photo shoot.

• 16:22Speaker 04

  Double Tap JT.

• 16:23Laci Mosley?

  Right.

• 16:24Speaker 04

Free JT and Double Tap JT.

• 16:26Laci Mosley?

Every time they said they had yard time, she was like, bet, let's get the lights together. Get my ring light. Because she gave us looks in the prison, okay? Okay, so damn, he was living good, I guess, until up around October 2017.

• 16:40Laci Mosley?

His Instagram has like 3,000 followers. The name is like Prince underscore O7? Which don't sound like-

• 16:46Speaker 04

  Prince Dubai O7.

• 16:48Laci Mosley?

Prince Dubai O7, which honestly sounds like something I would have made my AOL AIM profile when I was in 7th grade.

• 16:54Speaker 04

Look, this thing with like a stack in the car, okay.

• 16:57Laci Mosley?

So his name is Gignac. That's his real name, not Prince Khalid. And, um, he went by the moniker Prince Khalid, Al Saud of Saudi Arabia. And for more than three decades, honey, three of them things. Chronicle because of his phony life of luxury on Instagram, which we're looking at right now. The 48-year-old lived in Miami's star-studded Fisher Island, which-

• 17:20Speaker 04

  Forty-eight?

• 17:22Speaker 04

  People are good.

• 17:22Laci Mosley?

  Right?

• 17:24Speaker 04

  The G's.

• 17:25Laci Mosley?

Khalid, what are we rubbing on that skin? Cause I need some. So, he referred to himself as prince, sultan, and his royal highness. These are the names for himself. And he demanded pricey gifts from his business partners. But in reality, Gignac was from Colombia, an orphan born Anthony Moreno. So, that ain't even his name. So, his real name is Anthony Moreno. We got three aliases going on here, and I love a scammer alias. Mine is a little too obvious. I've said that before, I'm gonna work on it.

• 17:53Speaker 04

People are so rude, the comments on this.

• 17:55Laci Mosley?

  What the, what?

• 17:56Speaker 04

These posts were made before he got sentenced to eighteen years. Wow.

• 17:59Laci Mosley?

Damn. People are so disrespectful. The next one says, bahahaha. Wait, go back. The next one says, bahahaha. Great seeing him on American Greed. Cry face, cry face, cry face. So, he must have been on another show called American Greed, cause people are getting the tea. Wait, scroll up, I wanna see some more of these comments. People are disrespectful. I gotta have somebody deactivate my Instagram when I'm dead, cause I do not want y'all commenting on my swimsuit pics. I'm so R.I.P.

• 18:25Speaker 04

He will read our comments in twenty thirty-eight.

• 18:30Laci Mosley?

  Ooh, y'all are shady.

• 18:31Speaker 04

  Oh, free Foxy.

• 18:33Laci Mosley?

Yes, free my mans, I'm with it. Is Foxy the dog? He taking a picture with a dog. I can't. Guys, people are rude, okay? They are on his Instagram, turning the fuck up, and it's very funny. Well.

• 18:46Speaker 04

All you envious people, most of you would trade, gladly trade your whole lives for one month of his in his prime.

• 18:53Laci Mosley?

Listen, you better stand up for our king.

• 18:55Speaker 04

Right, my whole life though? Come on.

• 18:57Laci Mosley?

My whole life? For, for, okay, would you trade your whole life for thirty years of being filthy nasty rich?

• 19:03Speaker 04

Well, thirty years? I'm old now too. Like.

• 19:08Laci Mosley?

  I was really contemplating.

• 19:10Speaker 04

Send me to prison at that age. I don't even wanna be here no more.

• 19:14Laci Mosley?

Is it, yeah, I feel like going to prison older is definitely better than going younger. Even though, I guess you would want creature comforts when you're older, but when you young, you hot, spicy. Like, you're supposed to have them thighs out here in the streets.

• 19:24Speaker 04

  Yeah, three decades.

• 19:27Laci Mosley?

  That's a long time.

• 19:27Speaker 04

I would be like, you know, like, you're supposed to do that scam and then like quit, right? Before you get caught, but I guess if you did it for three decades, you. You just get used, you think you're never gonna get caught.

• 19:37Laci Mosley?

Right. Also, it's a profession, like scamming is a profession. And a lot of people, some people get in and get out, or they get in and they go straight. Like Jay-Z was a scammer and then he went straight, cleaned up all his money, paid a friend to go to jail for him. Y'all, don't, don't have Beyonce out here trying to kill me, dawg. That's all I'ma say, okay? Beyonce, I didn't mean any of that. I love your husband. You, you love him right now, right? We loving him? I just gotta check with Beyonce before I say I love Jay-Z.

• 20:02Laci Mosley?

She love him, I love him. She don't wanna talk to him, I'm not talking to him. That's how it goes. Um, but okay, so, the real Prince Khalid is actually seventy-nine years old. Um, and he's the governor of Mecca, which I thought was interesting too, because he picked somebody so old that like, we're not gonna see any pics of real Khalid on the gram. Like, ain't no seventy-nine-year-old out here posting Snapchat, so we've probably never seen photos.

• 20:23Speaker 04

  Just Drake's dad.

• 20:26Laci Mosley?

Drake's dad is too lit for me. I've seen Drake's dad in the club and it made me question my life choices.

• 20:31Speaker 04

  Truly.

• 20:31Laci Mosley?

I was like, Drake's dad is right here. What am I doing?

• 20:35Laci Mosley?

One of us is not supposed to be here, and I'm thinking it's me. So, the word was spreading that there was a Saudi prince in Miami and he was looking to invest six hundred million dollars. And people were excited. The city was talking, the streets were talking. So Jeffrey Soffer, who's a billionaire real estate developer who owns the famous Fountain Blue, which I've stayed in, and the Fountain Blue is very cute, so you can meet your little athlete up in there, honey. Okay? Um, and it's in Miami Beach, uh, they have a few of them. Oh, and it's also where Club Live is. Isn't Live in the Fountain Blue?

• 21:05Speaker 04

  I think so.

• 21:06Laci Mosley?

Yeah, it is. I'm pretty sure. So it's a very lit place. There's always celebs, there's always a rapper, and a Maybach, Maybach music. So, he says he wants to invest six hundred million dollars in the Fountain Blue. So Soffer initially fell for the ploy. That's the guy who owns it. Um, gifting the Crooked Shake with fifty thousand dollars in luxury items. Because this is like a customary thing, like amongst like Saudi Arabian culture and how they do business. It's like you will gift people, uh, with, you know, possessions or whatever, just so, I guess like good faith or whatever. So this was not abnormal for Jeffrey Soffer in this kinda situation. Surprisingly. I'mma call him Anthony. They got him listed in here as Giknak, but I'm like, who is that? His name is Anthony Moreno.

• 21:50Laci Mosley?

So Anthony Moreno has been arrested 11 times for Prince-related schemes prior to the latest case. So he has been getting caught.

• 21:58Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 21:59Laci Mosley?

  But he's been getting out.

• 22:00Speaker 04

  He kept doing it. Okay.

• 22:02Laci Mosley?

Which I, I love that, because maybe it's like he gets caught and he's like, okay, let me tweak that, let me recalibrate.

• 22:06Speaker 04

Yes. It's like feedback, criticism. Yes.

• 22:10Laci Mosley?

He gets caught and it's criticism. He's like, okay.

• 22:12Speaker 04

  Feedback, feedback.

• 22:15Laci Mosley?

They're like, sir, why are you taking notes right now? He's like, no. So what else y'all charging me with? Okay, and how did y'all find that out?

• 22:23Laci Mosley?

He here trying to improve. I love it. I would love to just go to jail and be like, yeah, so what am I doing wrong in my crimes? Like, please let me know. So he keeps up this gimmick, um, by always traveling with his Chihuahua Foxy, which we saw his fans on his Instagram.

• 22:36Speaker 04

  Yes, Free Foxy.

• 22:38Laci Mosley?

Free Foxy. And where did Foxy go? That's the real victim here. And she had a diamond encrusted collar, honey. Is that diamond collar in that picture? Very rich. If your dog has jewelry, then you know you're rich. So that's a diamond encrusted collar for your dog.

• 22:53Speaker 04

Yes. Why are you flooding out your dog? I have questions.

• 22:57Laci Mosley?

Damn, I just want to be your dog at this point.

• 22:59Speaker 04

  Can I get the collar?

• 23:01Laci Mosley?

That'll fit around my neck. I'm gonna get that around my neck, get a little extension going. Give me some rope. Um, I'm new, I'm his new dog. So, to save money on keeping up appearances, he often bought cheap Rolexes available, and then, or the cheapest Rolexes available, and then he would have a jeweler glue inexpensive diamonds to them, many of them fake.

• 23:21Laci Mosley?

Listen, as much as I'd like to think that I have an eye for diamonds, if someone had a jewel encrusted Rolex, like, it was some zirconia on there, I wouldn't know.

• 23:29Speaker 04

  No.

• 23:30Laci Mosley?

Especially if he mixed it in, if it was like a few real ones with some zirconiums too, child. And diamonds are a scam. You know how many diamonds are in the world? The only reason they're precious is because they're hoarding them and bringing them out little by little. So, as you guys know.

• 23:42Speaker 04

  Free the diamonds.

• 23:43Laci Mosley?

Free the diamonds. That's my new campaign. Free the diamonds. So he leased and borrowed luxury cars, yachts, and under various pretenses, he would like have these different cars and vehicles. And then, when they would disappear, he said he'd grown tired of them. So we'd be like, oh, hey, hey, Priscillie, what happened to that Maybach you had last week? Oh, uh, I was tired of it. I was tired of it. But wasn't it a 2020? Yeah, yeah, but you know, it's some new shit out.

• 24:10Speaker 04

What happened to that boo you was dating? Got tired? I got tired. I moved on. I'm in your apartment. I got tired of it.

• 24:18Laci Mosley?

I got tired of my apartment.

• 24:19Speaker 04

That's why I'm at this hotel.

• 24:21Laci Mosley?

  What happened to your shoes?

• 24:24Laci Mosley?

I got tired of shoes. We're going barefoot now. That's what real rich people do. So, we would all go to lunch in Miami and the Sultan would say, "Let's go to the Four Seasons because my family owns it." Recalls Visser, who was a CBS sportscaster. So now he did the next scammer thing, which is I could just scammer crew, like friends who got money, people who make you look pop. So when Leslie's husband asked the prince, "Which one of the king's wives is your mother?", he chuckled and responded, "The good one."

• 24:56Laci Mosley?

Yo, my man's just a liar. Like, why would you hear that and then be like, "Okay, that adds up."

• 25:03Speaker 04

  Yeah. It's very sketchy.

• 25:06Laci Mosley?

Like, if I asked you who your parents were, okay. So, her husband, who was with the CIA for 10 years, and she says, "We were pretty aware of people, you know, who are shady or who were liars because, you know, being around the CIA, but we were totally fooled." Maybe I weren't that good in the CIA.

• 25:23Speaker 04

  Maybe.

• 25:25Laci Mosley?

If I asked somebody which mama was their mama and they said, "The good one",

• 25:29Speaker 04

  The good one.

• 25:30Laci Mosley?

And then I'd be like, "Okay, but who?"

• 25:31Speaker 04

  Who, who, who really?

• 25:34Laci Mosley?

No follow-up questions. You're like, "Checks out? Alright, who, who, we can stake."

• 25:39Speaker 04

  What's she look like?

• 25:40Laci Mosley?

No, which I want to stake? We've moved on. So, she said her husband once saw him write a note in Arabic and thought it looked authentic. So remember, he's from Colombia, and I will hope over this period of time, he's learned like a little bit of Farsi.

• 25:55Speaker 04

I bet it wasn't Farsi at all. I bet it wasn't Arabic.

• 26:01Laci Mosley?

  Don't say that.

• 26:01Speaker 04

I don't trust her. She didn't even ask about the right mob. It was probably fake.

• 26:05Laci Mosley?

  Right.

• 26:06Speaker 04

  It's probably wingdings.

• 26:08Laci Mosley?

Not webdings? He got rid of his squiggles. Did you see that picture of a donut that was going around? Um, some crazy right-wing people were posting this picture of a donut from Starbucks that had like squiggly icing on the side and they were like, "This is Farsi and they're telling us about Sharia law."

• 26:26Laci Mosley?

I was like on a donut from Starbucks.

• 26:28Speaker 04

  Only white people at Starbucks.

• 26:30Laci Mosley?

So she's like, look, I saw this donut once at Starbucks. I know that's Arabic, okay? So even agents with the diplomatic security service were impressed by one aspect of Anthony's ruse. While they were executing a search warrant of his condo, a boy who looked like he was maybe nine or 10 years old approached one of them and said, are you a DSS agent? He asked, and the agent was startled. Most people have never heard of the DSS. How do you know that? He demanded. And the boy said, oh, the prince that lives up there, he has DSS agents. So he hired people to pretend to be diplomatic security service people. And I'm just wondering, how much were they getting on the payroll? Is this like a backstage cast thing? You know, is this a Craigslist?

• 27:13Speaker 04

  Can I audition?

• 27:14Laci Mosley?

Can I audition to be a secret service member?

• 27:18Laci Mosley?

So the prince has supplied his personal bodyguards with bogus diplomatic security service badges that looked better than the real thing, is what the people in the agency said. So he had the drip.

• 27:27Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 27:28Laci Mosley?

They had earpieces that led to nowhere, that heard nobody. You put the earpiece on, it's nobody.

• 27:38Laci Mosley?

So, okay. All right, so people started getting suspicious because despite his elaborate efforts to maintain his image, he forgot a well-known Muslim rule, which any respectable Saudi prince would honor, which is pork is off limits. My man's got ousted by bacon.

• 27:54Speaker 04

  I, even I know that.

• 28:00Speaker 04

If you got all this money, all these schemes, do you really need to still be eating bacon?

• 28:08Laci Mosley?

Listen, bacon is good, rich or poor.

• 28:11Speaker 04

  True, but, but.

• 28:14Laci Mosley?

  You're right.

• 28:14Speaker 04

  For the bling.

• 28:15Laci Mosley?

  You're right.

• 28:16Speaker 04

  Give up the bacon.

• 28:17Laci Mosley?

  Yeah.

• 28:18Speaker 04

Or at least don't eat it in front of people.

• 28:19Laci Mosley?

Right, or at least make a little like note to it, like my father would kill me and then nibble on it. You can't just be.

• 28:26Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 28:26Laci Mosley?

He was like, let me get a grand slam.

• 28:30Laci Mosley?

Y'all got maple bacon? Yeah, fresh off the pig, thank you. And some sausage. Like, what are you doing, bruh? I hate that it was something as small as bacon, but I feel like when you're scamming, it always like the little thing.

• 28:40Speaker 04

  It's always something very tiny.

• 28:42Laci Mosley?

Yes. And so when Shaffer, who was the hotel magnate who owns the Fountain Blue, caught him eating bacon and other pork products, so he didn't stop with bacon. He hired private investigators to look into the alleged prince, which ultimately led to an FBI probe. The FBI probe did not settle well with the prince. Prince Khalid, Ben Al-Saud, was having a thunderous meltdown in the lobby of the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen, which that is a very nice hotel.

• 29:08Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 29:08Laci Mosley?

I love a St. Regis, honey. Ranting and raving about a crime being committed against him. The crime was disrespect.

• 29:16Speaker 04

Hmm, I say that's St. Regis in Atlanta. Those were cute.

• 29:19Laci Mosley?

And that was nice, too. That's cute. I like the St. Regis in Atlanta. I've been there, it's a cute around.

• 29:23Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 29:23Laci Mosley?

And I look like a prostitute, but... But be available.

• 29:30Speaker 04

So he had a meltdown in Aspen?

• 29:33Laci Mosley?

Yes, which is very funny. So Prince Khalid...

• 29:36Speaker 04

  An apres ski.

• 29:37Laci Mosley?

Listen. I wish I could've been there. I wish I was in the lobby, you know, toasting my snow boots and I could've caught this because this is very funny. So he says, "You have assaulted my honor," the prince shrieked. "My father, the king, is going to be very upset. This is not how you do business with royalty."

• 29:55Speaker 04

  My father, the king.

• 29:57Laci Mosley?

  The king.

• 29:57Speaker 04

  No name. The king.

• 30:01Laci Mosley?

Did he even look up names? Because my mans has said zero names.

• 30:04Speaker 04

  None, none.

• 30:06Laci Mosley?

  My father, king, father.

• 30:11Laci Mosley?

Oh shit, he about to be pissed. Like, sir, you couldn't, you could've did a quick Google. We could've had at least one Google. He could've came up with one mom who was his mom, not the good one, not the king. This is getting a little lazy for me, but he did it for 30 years, so... Who am I to say what you need to know? So accompanied by his diamond bedecked chihuahua foxy, the prince was screaming at Shaffer's representatives, threatening to sue them for their intolerance. And he wasn't even a prince. He was a serial con artist, right? So the Colombian orphan adopted by a Michigan family had embarked on this for 30 years, like we talked about. After the meltdown, he upped it to a higher level.

• 30:51Laci Mosley?

So he could have stopped, but yet he persisted, which I appreciate perseverance. Do you think if you got this far, like you would stop? Would you be like, ah, never mind, I don't got six hundred million dollars, I see y'all.

• 31:01Speaker 04

I mean, it's probably a rush, right? Like, you, you just gotta keep doing it.

• 31:05Laci Mosley?

  Yeah, that's true.

• 31:05Speaker 04

Because what's he supposed to do? Just go back to a normal life and not scam people?

• 31:09Laci Mosley?

He's like, alright, y'all right, my name's Anthony, I'm gonna pack up.

• 31:12Speaker 04

  Right.

• 31:12Laci Mosley?

God bless. Well, and he also scammed us pretty far. Like, this is the same region, this isn't even the Fountain Blue of Miami anymore. So now he's, he been flued out.

• 31:20Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 31:20Laci Mosley?

So I guess you gotta keep it up. So he has his investment banker approach, so he has an investment banker. Does his investment banker know how much money he has? Or is this another hired person from backstage?

• 31:30Speaker 04

Probably, you know, he probably does have money.

• 31:32Laci Mosley?

You have to amass some amount of money, right?

• 31:34Speaker 04

  He had money.

• 31:35Laci Mosley?

And then maybe if he's selling off these items and doing these rentals, you're right, you're right. He done got a little coin. So his investment banker approaches one of Schoffer's associates, and Schoffer again is the hotel magnate, and says, this deal is gonna fall through. She warned him, so this is a woman.

• 31:49Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 31:49Laci Mosley?

  Okay, sis.

• 31:51Speaker 04

She was like, I'm not about to get implicated.

• 31:55Laci Mosley?

She said, but no, but she's keeping up with the scam. She says, you have insulted the prince's honor. And here's how you need to get back into business with him.

• 32:03Speaker 04

Okay, so she wasn't, she wasn't trying to give them a heads up?

• 32:05Laci Mosley?

No, she was in on the scam.

• 32:07Speaker 04

She was in on the scam, okay.

• 32:09Laci Mosley?

I see you, sis. Um, she probably wanted to be an actress.

• 32:13Speaker 04

  Where's she at?

• 32:14Laci Mosley?

I know, we need to figure out who this woman is. I'm gonna have to look it up. So here's what you need to get back in graces with him, you need to give him a gift. So extracting gifts, like we talked about before, are part of the negotiation process. In the Middle East, it's a sign of respect. So Schoffer had already given him expensive artwork, along with a five thousand dollar diamond encrusted dog collar and other trinkets for his dog. Now his highness wanted something pricier. It has to be at least fifty thousand dollars, she said. I don't think he'll know it's fifty thousand dollars.

• 32:44Speaker 04

Right? Just give him a gift.

• 32:47Laci Mosley?

Or just give fifty, you're just saying like, maybe also just give us fifty thousand dollars?

• 32:51Speaker 04

  Give us fifty thousand.

• 32:52Laci Mosley?

And also, how does that work? Like, I'm gonna give you six hundred million dollars, but you need to give me fifty thousand dollars.

• 32:57Speaker 04

  Right.

• 32:57Laci Mosley?

This sound like the Nigerian prince scam. This is like the escalated in-person Nigerian prince scam. Which they actually found like, a bunch of money in some apartment in Nigeria on Twitter. People were tweeting like, damn, that prince really was.

• 33:12Laci Mosley?

He really was trying to give us the money. Um, I love Nigeria. That's a great industry for scams there. Omo Nija. You guys know. So, the next day, Shaffer and his team presented a fifty thousand dollar Cartier bracelet to the prince. So this is after Shaffer, my mans has already been like, oh, I saw homie munching down on some pork chops. I have people investigating him. Now he gets mad, throws this fit, and you retract all your suspicions?

• 33:40Speaker 04

Mm-hmm. And you call Cartier and say, get me something that is fifty thousand dollars.

• 33:44Laci Mosley?

That's probably was the phone call. He's like, hello, Cartier?

• 33:47Speaker 04

  What's fifty K? Okay, we'll take it.

• 33:51Laci Mosley?

Don't even look at it. Yeah, no, bring it to the hotel. Thank you so much. So he got him back in. He reeled him back into this scam. Yo, I gotta admire my mans Anthony, cuz his, this worked. Him getting angry worked. That, that makes sense. I like that. You gotta have some gumption, some audacity. So the next day, they give him this bracelet, right? Gift in hand, Anthony responds by enhancing his deception even further. So my mans could not stop here. You just got a fifty thousand dollar bracelet, bruh. He gets a phone call, or at least he pretends to get a phone call, and says some weird code like, Zulu Red Echo thirty-three.

• 34:28Laci Mosley?

So my mans, he's like, hold on, my phone ringing. Sir, there's no one, your phone not lighting up. No, no, no, it's ringing. This is Android. Um, hello? Zulu Echo Red.

• 34:38Speaker 04

Don't drag people with the androids.

• 34:41Laci Mosley?

I'm always dragging an android. I'm sorry, you're fucking up our group chats, okay?

• 34:44Speaker 04

They, we have a work group chat and it's

• 34:47Laci Mosley?

  One person, right?

• 34:49Speaker 04

  One person with an android.

• 34:50Laci Mosley?

Always one. You think you're getting away with it.

• 34:52Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 34:52Laci Mosley?

You start putting the names in, blue.

• 34:54Speaker 04

The worst part of it is when you, when you react to texts, it always just says, spells out like, so and so laughed at, so and so emphasized.

• 35:04Laci Mosley?

It's so frustrating. And Apple is the one who's doing this because

• 35:07Speaker 04

I know. They want us to have.

• 35:09Laci Mosley?

This is a gang. It's the gang mentality. They know they got us. Look, I stabbed the person to get in on the Apple gang. Who didn't? I shiv them good. That's what Steve Chops told me I had to do.

• 35:21Laci Mosley?

If I wanted them blue texts and I said anything, absolutely. Robbery.

• 37:23Laci Mosley?

So he tells the whole table, that was the State Department and they are checking in on me. I have a computer chip in my neck, so they always know where I am. At which point his business partner, Carl Williamson, says, I have a chip in my neck as well. And then points to some random person in the restaurant and says, see that guy right there? He's the Secret Service. So I Googled like chips in the neck to see if chips in the neck are a thing. And there's like maybe 100,000 people who have like a digital chip like installed them. They do it in like dolphins and they do it in like other animals and farm livestock to keep track of them. But some people have like often to try to put a chip in their body and see like what that's about.

• 38:04Speaker 04

  I'm okay.

• 38:05Laci Mosley?

  You don't want a chip?

• 38:06Speaker 04

  Nope.

• 38:07Laci Mosley?

  That's the new thing?

• 38:08Speaker 04

  Nope.

• 38:08Laci Mosley?

Like we're going full Black Mirror.

• 38:09Speaker 04

Yes, I don't want a chip. I don't want to be found at all times.

• 38:13Laci Mosley?

I don't know, I feel like that's real love. I feel like if I get married to somebody, we gotta get chip. Or they gotta get chipped at least.

• 38:21Speaker 04

  Not me.

• 38:22Laci Mosley?

If you always gonna be where you at, then I ain't gotta check on your chip. So what's good?

• 38:25Speaker 04

Your iPhone might as well be a chip, right?

• 38:28Laci Mosley?

That's true, you can do find my iPhone, but then you also can turn that shit off or leave it somewhere. But you can't turn a chip off when you gonna rip that shit out your neck?

• 38:34Speaker 04

  That's true. Okay, I don't, I don't believe in it.

• 38:37Laci Mosley?

  That's true love and commitment.

• 38:39Speaker 04

I do not like the chip life.

• 38:40Laci Mosley?

Let me put a chip in you. If you're listening and you want to be my boo, let me put a chip.

• 38:46Speaker 04

  Let me get that chip.

• 38:48Laci Mosley?

I don't even like keeping tabs on people like that, but it would be fun to just see how far someone would go for my love. This is why I don't got no man. Or a woman. Anyway, so he's, they say they're both shit and then they point to some random ass dude in the restaurant and like, see him? He working for us. And it's like, how do you dispute that? Are they gonna walk up to that person and be like, are you Secret Service? They could just say no and be lying. Or this could be another backstage actor. I'm not exactly sure. Um, we need to put my mans in the guild though. He needs to be in the union because he's employing us. So eventually the software team contacted DC Page, a former federal agent who specializes in providing business intelligence. When Page emailed a friend who is a member of the Saudi royal family and asked if Anthony was really a prince,

• 39:30Laci Mosley?

he got a two-word response, "No" and then a capital "No!" exclamation point.

• 39:37Laci Mosley?

Why does it feel like they should have did that in the first place?

• 39:39Speaker 04

Right. Why did they call after the first suspicion?

• 39:44Laci Mosley?

Like, we saw my mans chomping down.

• 39:46Speaker 04

  On the pork. Come on.

• 39:49Laci Mosley?

We saw my man eating the sausage links, the porks and the pork chops. That wasn't like, let's just call. That's one phone. I guess it's probably not easy to actually call the royal family. But there's also internet.

• 40:03Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 40:04Laci Mosley?

We got a whole wi- world wide web. Yeah, so this, this seems silly to me. So Page also went on Google, duh, to research the diplomatic license plate on Anthony's Ferrari. He said, "I got a pop-up to buy the exact same license plate on eBay for $79", which is in fact exactly where Anthony bought this. Anthony went on eBay and was like, "Diplomatic plates",

• 40:31Laci Mosley?

and then put them shits on his car.

• 40:33Speaker 04

That's great. I'm glad he never got put all by the police though.

• 40:36Laci Mosley?

  Right.

• 40:37Speaker 04

Because if they run those plates, what's gonna happen?

• 40:39Laci Mosley?

Exactly. And also I'm surprised he didn't get put off by the police because he is variously brown.

• 40:44Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 40:44Laci Mosley?

And driving a nice car, these feel like.

• 40:46Speaker 04

  Plenty of nice cars.

• 40:47Laci Mosley?

Maybe he wasn't driving the car. Maybe his backstage actors were.

• 40:51Speaker 04

  Hmm, yeah.

• 40:52Laci Mosley?

Because you know, if you're gonna have a good scam, you gotta get at least one white man involved, if you are a person of color, to be the face of the scam while you do the schemes in the background. Because we, they looking for us.

• 41:02Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 41:03Laci Mosley?

Yeah, so you're right, like, that's a little too obvious. Also eBay, what the fuck? Like, if you're gonna sell diplomatic license plates, can you, like, vary them up? You selling the same exact plate with the same exact letters and numbers to everybody? That's not right. That's not, that's not how we scam. I don't like it. You gotta have some integrity. So, Aegis discovered.

• 41:22Speaker 04

That's what he gets for doing the first search, right? Because obviously, he picked Google and just hit the first hit.

• 41:29Laci Mosley?

And you gotta go down the O's.

• 41:30Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 41:31Laci Mosley?

You're right, you gotta go at least nineteen O's down when you're doing crime.

• 41:33Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 41:34Laci Mosley?

Damn, it came up on the pop-up page.

• 41:37Speaker 04

  Right.

• 41:37Laci Mosley?

  That's, that's lazy.

• 41:39Speaker 04

Because nobody ever goes past the first page. They always do it, add a different word, right?

• 41:43Laci Mosley?

  Exactly. And everyone does.

• 41:44Speaker 04

You search, it's like, page two, I'm like, oh, let me type these words in.

• 41:48Laci Mosley?

I'm trying to think the last time I went page seven on a Google.

• 41:50Speaker 04

  Right?

• 41:50Laci Mosley?

Never. Never. Yeah, my man's, come on now, Anthony. Also, you've been in the industry for thirty years. These seem like rookie mistakes. So, Aegis discovered by this point, Anthony had allegedly bilked investors out of almost eight million dollars in fraudulent friends and family pre-offers. What I tell you about pre-reimbursement? I don't do reimbursement, I do pre- reimbursement. Give me the money upfront.

• 42:13Laci Mosley?

So, he getting these pre-offers of what promised to be the biggest IPO in history, the initial public offering of Aramaco, the Saudi oil giant. So, he's over here telling people that he is about to get the oil popping. And nothing makes an American rock harder.

• 42:28Speaker 04

  Than oil.

• 42:31Speaker 04

  Oil, the oil's popping.

• 42:32Laci Mosley?

  Ugh.

• 42:33Speaker 04

  They love it.

• 42:33Laci Mosley?

Popping. I honestly think them Don commercials where they was rubbing that oil off them little birds. People are horny for those.

• 42:40Speaker 04

  Please.

• 42:42Laci Mosley?

I don't think they got the effect they wanted to. They were like, ooh. You know what I mean? Stop running those ads. Also, how y'all pull up on the birds at just the right time to get them all oiled up like that? I feel like they was putting oil on them birds and then washing it off with Don. Don, I'm trying to see something. Tweet me if you work for Don in advertising.

• 43:02Speaker 04

  The scam.

• 43:03Laci Mosley?

I think they put that oil on them birds.

• 43:05Speaker 04

Yeah, if you write, if you work at Don, write in a letter, you will be anonymous.

• 43:09Laci Mosley?

  Yes, you will be anonymous.

• 43:10Speaker 04

Don't send it from your work email.

• 43:12Laci Mosley?

  Do.

• 43:15Laci Mosley?

So agents discovered that Anthony was not only impersonating this diplomat, but also traveling on somebody else's passport.

• 43:23Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 43:24Laci Mosley?

The confidence. I feel like you have to be a person of color to do this because they think we all look alike.

• 43:31Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 43:31Laci Mosley?

  But then, wait a minute.

• 43:32Speaker 04

But also, whose passport? Because like, if you're traveling with him, wouldn't you notice that's not your name?

• 43:39Laci Mosley?

  Right.

• 43:39Speaker 04

Prince? And they'd be like, hella like saying your names at the airport, too.

• 43:44Laci Mosley?

They say it loud and proud. They put your government.

• 43:46Speaker 04

  Thank you, Ira.

• 43:50Laci Mosley?

  But you know what?

• 43:50Speaker 04

I'm like, okay, can I board this Delta flight?

• 43:52Laci Mosley?

Exactly. Like, y'all pressed. Come on now. Also, you just brought up a good point. They say your name at the airport. And who mostly works at TSA?

• 43:59Speaker 04

  Black people.

• 44:00Laci Mosley?

  Exactly.

• 44:01Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 44:01Laci Mosley?

So they would have been able to knew.

• 44:02Speaker 04

  Mm hmm. That wasn't him.

• 44:03Laci Mosley?

Hmm. But wait a minute. Maybe he was traveling. I just learned about the rich people airports.

• 44:07Speaker 04

  Private, yeah.

• 44:08Laci Mosley?

Mm hmm. That were a mile away and they don't do all that.

• 44:10Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 44:11Laci Mosley?

That's probably where he was traveling. Because that's how the little rappers begin, all the codeine and weeds on the plane.

• 44:15Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 44:16Laci Mosley?

Hmm. So maybe he could get away with traveling for somebody else's passport for this long. So they started tracking him on his far flung route from Dubai to Hong Kong to London, and arrested him when he landed in JFK Airport carrying a sizable amount of cash. Chauffeur was among 26 of the victims across the globe who Anthony stole millions of dollars. So he had millions. But you know what? He was keeping up a millionaire lifestyle, so that money is probably flowing out like water.

• 44:42Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 44:43Laci Mosley?

Because if I got eight million, I'm gonna sit down.

• 44:45Speaker 04

The money comes in, the money goes out.

• 44:47Laci Mosley?

You're right. I feel like I would just be Anthony at that point. But you know what? This life is pretty cushy. I get it, Anthony. If I was traveling like Kylie Jenner, like, it might be hard to quit.

• 44:55Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 44:56Laci Mosley?

So he was sentenced to more than 18 years in prison, which pisses me off because all he did was rob rich people. And I'm like, Amber Geiger, who shot a black man in his own home, got 10 years in prison.

• 45:06Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 45:06Laci Mosley?

But this, this guy gets 18.

• 45:08Speaker 04

Right. Robbing rich people, they deserve it.

• 45:10Laci Mosley?

Which, and also, there's the people who have so much.

• 45:12Speaker 04

That's Elizabeth Warren's plan, okay? He was the first wave.

• 45:20Laci Mosley?

Elizabeth Warren is gonna pull a lick on rich people.

• 45:23Speaker 04

Okay, Anthony Moreno, okay? That's where she learned it from.

• 45:27Laci Mosley?

  Okay, the box.

• 45:30Laci Mosley?

Elizabeth Warren. Thug life. Okay. So, a nineteen ninety-one article in the Los Angeles Times called him the prince of fraud. In nineteen ninety-one? He was called the prince of fraud. Mind you, he been out here fraudin' up until at least twenty seventeen.

• 45:49Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 45:51Laci Mosley?

How are you the prince of fraud in ninety-one? That would make him, that would twenty-six years.

• 45:57Speaker 04

Did they have his real name in ninety-one?

• 46:00Laci Mosley?

Obviously, his government don't matter, cuz I done gave him three names.

• 46:04Laci Mosley?

He was like, that's fine, I'll get a new name. So, he was arrested at that time in ninety-one for flaking on ten thousand dollars in bills from a limousine company and from the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. And that's, see-

• 46:18Speaker 04

And they let him stay at another Regent?

• 46:22Speaker 04

Also, stop staying at the Regent.

• 46:23Laci Mosley?

  Y'all don't got that-

• 46:23Speaker 04

Maybe he knows that it's easy to scam the Regent.

• 46:25Laci Mosley?

  He must.

• 46:25Speaker 04

And he thought they were classy.

• 46:26Laci Mosley?

Right. They must have lots of ins and outs and holes. I've worked in nice hotels, and it's not as nice on the back of the house as you think it is. Like, it's still a shit show, like every other business. Also, I'm like, y'all don't got a picture of my man's up? I feel like if he scammed out of ten thousand dollars, every-

• 46:40Speaker 04

  Every Regent.

• 46:41Laci Mosley?

And it should just be in the corner, like-

• 46:42Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 46:43Laci Mosley?

Y'all should age him up like a missing child.

• 46:47Laci Mosley?

This is what we think he look like now. We use the forensics.

• 46:49Speaker 04

  Don't let him in.

• 46:52Laci Mosley?

Like, I can't believe y'all let him get y'all in.

• 46:54Speaker 04

  He looks so young, too.

• 46:55Laci Mosley?

He does. He still looks very young. Look, I didn't know scamming could keep you so-

• 46:59Speaker 04

  Colombian scam.

• 47:00Laci Mosley?

You, oh, yep, exactly. Scamming could keep you so youthful, guys. Do a scam, you know? Keep that, that's my anti-aging, that's my moisturizer. Robbery.

• 47:08Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 47:09Laci Mosley?

Wrinkle-free. But so, the other thing that is always crazy to me about this is like, when I go to a hotel, they shake my ass down, they want a credit card.

• 47:16Speaker 04

Mm-hmm. They want a credit card, they want, they want, especially if you're in another country and you foreign, like, what's the passport?

• 47:23Laci Mosley?

And they're not even, it's not just they want a credit card, they're gonna bill you, they're gonna go ahead and charge and hold you for at least three hundred dollars to make sure you got it.

• 47:31Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 47:32Laci Mosley?

That's how they treat the regular folks.

• 47:34Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 47:34Laci Mosley?

But you got a ten thousand dollar bill and no, they had no way of finding you.

• 47:38Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 47:39Laci Mosley?

That's crazy. But this is what they do for rich people. Like, they think like, oh, they have it, so we're gonna give it to them. So, this was in ninety-one. In his latest scheme, a US district judge imposed a fairly heavy sentence, calling his crimes truly remarkable, which sounds to me like praise.

• 47:56Speaker 04

  Judge was impressed.

• 47:58Laci Mosley?

He was like, you know what, I am gonna have to send you to jail, but shout out to a king.

• 48:04Laci Mosley?

Which I love. Um, so he had a public defender representing him, which I'm like, bruh, you had eight million dollars and you don't have enough money to get you a real lawyer? You got the public defender with the stack of court cases and he don't know your name?

• 48:16Speaker 04

Cause he knew he wouldn't get paid.

• 48:18Laci Mosley?

True. Damn. He had a sweaty lawyer and a cheap suit.

• 48:23Speaker 04

  I knew I wouldn't see my money.

• 48:26Laci Mosley?

Big facts, because the whole case is about how you don't pay nobody.

• 48:28Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 48:29Laci Mosley?

Yeah, I would just want my retainer up front. This is a high-profile case, I would've took this.

• 48:33Speaker 04

  The government froze it.

• 48:35Laci Mosley?

I would've conquered the shit out of this case.

• 48:40Laci Mosley?

Yo, I'm like, the dog collar don't fit? You must've quit.

• 48:43Speaker 04

Right, I, I sure would've been like, now, you saw him eating the pork. Why didn't you do something then?

• 48:50Laci Mosley?

Right, I'd be like, you wanted to.

• 48:52Speaker 04

  You wanted to be scammed.

• 48:53Laci Mosley?

Y'all had a relationship, didn't you? I'd be making up all types of shit.

• 48:55Speaker 04

Prince of fraud nineteen ninety-one, you don't know how to Google.

• 48:59Laci Mosley?

Exactly. Also, this is wild to me because just a public defend, like you couldn't get nobody, you got homie in a suit from Men's Warehouse defending you? When you stole millions of dollars from very, very rich, powerful people?

• 49:11Speaker 04

They could've been like, it's someone doing pro bono though, you know?

• 49:14Laci Mosley?

  I hope so.

• 49:15Speaker 04

I don't know, like, wasn't Annalise Keaton doing public defender last season? I don't know.

• 49:19Laci Mosley?

If he would've got off, he had Annalise limping up into the courtroom. With that little heavy walk, okay? He would've got right on off, so.

• 49:27Speaker 04

  My client.

• 49:31Speaker 04

My client didn't do that, Your Honor.

• 49:35Speaker 04

You're trying to do my Violet.

• 49:37Laci Mosley?

  I'm leaving.

• 49:38Speaker 04

I'm standing here with you, Troy.

• 49:44Laci Mosley?

I'm leaving, I'm sorry. I'm packing up my things and I'm going. The podcast is over, it's canceled.

• 49:51Laci Mosley?

Violet, don't kill us, okay? I still, I wanna cross not with you, queen, don't, don't kill us. We love you.

• 49:59Laci Mosley?

So, and honestly, if Violet was, was, you know, doing the case, he could've murdered a couple people too.

• 50:03Speaker 04

This is pressureless to my client. Your Honor.

• 50:09Laci Mosley?

My hands are on my face. So, the entire blame of this operation is on me and I accept that, said Anthony at his sentencing, insisting, "I am not a monster." I don't think you're a monster, Anthony.

• 50:25Speaker 04

  I, I agree.

• 50:26Laci Mosley?

I think that you were living the life that you deserve to live.

• 50:30Speaker 04

  We all deserve.

• 50:31Laci Mosley?

  We all deserve.

• 50:32Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 50:32Laci Mosley?

And you were just bold enough to do so, so you know what?

• 50:35Speaker 04

Free college, free diamond collars. For all.

• 50:39Laci Mosley?

  That's Bernie's slogan, right?

• 50:40Speaker 04

  Yes, that's Bernie's.

• 50:42Laci Mosley?

If you want to be a bad bitch.

• 50:43Speaker 04

You know, it's so hard to pick Bernie, Warren, right?

• 50:46Laci Mosley?

  Closer together.

• 50:47Speaker 04

They both learn from Anthony Moreno.

• 50:49Laci Mosley?

Exactly, which I love. Guys, Anthony,

• 50:54Laci Mosley?

I hope you can hear us in the clink. I hope.

• 50:57Speaker 04

Right? If you could hear us in the clink, get back on the gram.

• 51:00Laci Mosley?

Get back on the gram, because your fans need you.

• 51:02Speaker 04

We want to see the fits.

• 51:03Laci Mosley?

  Give us a look, okay?

• 51:04Speaker 04

You know he's scamming in the clink, too.

• 51:06Laci Mosley?

  He has to be.

• 51:07Speaker 04

  Has to be scamming.

• 51:08Laci Mosley?

Yes, I'm sure he's in there still trying to flex his rich persona.

• 51:11Speaker 04

  Yes, wearing Gucci prints, yeah.

• 51:13Laci Mosley?

They're like, "Sir, you can't wear..."

• 51:16Laci Mosley?

It's just a prison uniform, Gucci all over it.

• 51:21Laci Mosley?

Man, y'all need to free my... When is Anthony's appeal day? When do we go to appellate court? Because I'm gonna be out in front with my sign, trying to free my man.

• 51:30Speaker 04

Saying he did what he had to do.

• 51:31Laci Mosley?

To survive. Yes, survival meant a private jet and diamond accrusted car collars. It means something different to everybody. Shout out to a king. We love you, Anthony.

• 51:44Laci Mosley?

And in the honor of hotel scams, I'm gonna give y'all one more listener letter, because our, our hoodwink was a little short. And I know y'all be mad if these are under an hour.

• 51:54Laci Mosley?

They be mad at me. Y'all, this is free. They be emailing me and writing me and DMing me.

• 51:59Speaker 04

  Really do.

• 52:00Laci Mosley?

Yeah, I feel like I'm starting to be a slave. I started this in my own volition.

• 52:04Speaker 04

  I hate slavery.

• 52:05Laci Mosley?

I hate slavery. That is my favorite gift. I use it all the time.

• 52:13Laci Mosley?

It's a right, you're a coin. So disclaimer, I still work for this company, just in a different capacity. Okay, so they also have asked that we use the name Clyde. Okay, so they said, hi, hi Lacey, here's the scam. I'm skipping the nice stuff Clyde, but thank you. I used to work in a hotel in the front desk as a supervisor. One of the front desk incentives was for every guest, we would like enroll in the royalty program. We would receive 50 loyalty points to our account. So if they could get somebody in the loyalty program, they got to kick back.

• 52:49Speaker 04

I know where this is going.

• 52:53Laci Mosley?

All right, true scammer. The catch was it had to be a valid enrollment, a new enrollment, including a street address, an email, and it had to be consented by the guest. This is important because I broke all these rules. All right Clyde. So I started off by just enrolling people with no email address. My manager found out and said my enrollments were flagged for the next month and to be careful. This made me nervous, so I started enrolling them with a letter or an added number in the email, so they didn't know they were being enrolled. So when your manager said, be careful, you didn't take that as quit. You was like, like our mans earlier, Anthony, you were like, what exactly did I do wrong? Okay, okay, emails, okay, I'll add that.

• 53:35Laci Mosley?

Then I started enrolling guests and changing one or two numbers of their address. So like 7737 Main became 7733 Main Street. Okay, I got caught by a guest, but I denied it. I then realized that if I asked the guest and they said no, but I found an old account for them, they would accept the enrollment. So if these people said no, you would just go dig into their business and find an old account? Sir, so he said, I started telling people, oh, it looks like you had an account previously, but it expired. I'll just reactivate it with this reservation. So he would just do this every time and just make a new account and double time these people. So he said he averaged an extra $150 a month for three years.

• 54:16Laci Mosley?

And he had enough points to go on a two-week-long vacation to the beach with his family in a resort where the average day was $300 a night for free.

• 54:26Speaker 04

Now, they didn't have to pay for these.

• 54:28Laci Mosley?

So this is the part, he was the number one royalty.

• 54:31Speaker 04

Right, they didn't have to pay for these.

• 54:33Laci Mosley?

This is true. Who got hurt here?

• 54:35Speaker 04

  Nobody.

• 54:36Laci Mosley?

  Nobody?

• 54:37Speaker 04

  Nobody.

• 54:38Laci Mosley?

  Yeah, I mean, honestly.

• 54:39Speaker 04

Maybe the person who he was competing against was number two. They probably pissed.

• 54:43Laci Mosley?

  Imagine some honest, hardworking person.

• 54:46Speaker 04

Right, they're number two. They're mad.

• 54:47Laci Mosley?

  Really slanging these enrollments.

• 54:49Speaker 04

  Life ain't fair.

• 54:50Laci Mosley?

Life is not fair. And if you want to get ahead, charge $12 for the drink.

• 54:54Speaker 04

  Right.

• 54:55Laci Mosley?

  So, you know what?

• 54:56Speaker 04

They made it a game, so of course people were gonna play it.

• 55:00Laci Mosley?

  Exactly.

• 55:00Speaker 04

  Your honor.

• 55:03Speaker 04

My client was just playing the game.

• 55:06Laci Mosley?

Annalise comes back to defend herself. She limps in. It's the slowest walk down the courtroom aisle you've ever seen. Oh, Viola's walk is just like, the ti- like.

• 55:16Speaker 04

  Truly.

• 55:17Laci Mosley?

  Truly like.

• 55:18Speaker 04

I want to talk about the day that she decided to give her character that lip, right? Like, she was on set like, I think Annalise was.

• 55:26Laci Mosley?

This is an acting choice. Look, I'll just say that no one has ever personified the tiredness of the black woman in society.

• 55:35Speaker 04

  Than Annalise Keating.

• 55:36Laci Mosley?

Annalise Keating's walk. She's so tired.

• 55:41Laci Mosley?

Oh, I love it. Well, I wanted to mention that one just because we're talking about hotels. And I think that people think like hotels are organized and like you're staying at this place. No, it's a shit show back there.

• 55:51Speaker 04

They never are. How many times do I ask for early check-in at the Standard? And they're always like, oh, well, you know, it's not guaranteed, but you can ask. I'm like, shut up.

• 56:00Laci Mosley?

You can always get it. Early check-in, late checkout. I've also learned if you call for late checkout and they're like, I'm sorry, we can't offer it today. Just stay in your room.

• 56:11Laci Mosley?

  What they gonna do?

• 56:11Speaker 04

  Right.

• 56:12Laci Mosley?

  Who gonna check me, boo?

• 56:13Speaker 04

  Right.

• 56:13Laci Mosley?

I'm gonna stay here. You know what the lady gonna do? She gonna go, hello?

• 56:17Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 56:17Laci Mosley?

  And you gonna go, no.

• 56:18Speaker 04

Yeah. Yeah, right. Come there to clean. I'm like, oh, it's okay. No.

• 56:23Laci Mosley?

  Exactly.

• 56:24Speaker 04

  Late checkout. Bye.

• 56:25Laci Mosley?

Yeah, you just say late checkout to the cleaning people because that's literally all it is, is like they're trying to get the room turned over so they can get somebody else in. But if you need to late checkout and so does everybody else, guess what? Just stay there.

• 56:36Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 56:37Laci Mosley?

What they gonna do? Some people like, I guess, maybe charge a fee, but I haven't even seen that. I've never been charged a fee if someone said there was no more late checkout and I just stayed in my room.

• 56:46Laci Mosley?

  Try it.

• 56:48Laci Mosley?

So guys, it's time for the last segment of the show and then I have to let Ira go. It's so sad. This has been wonderful. Um, this is our first time meeting is in this studio.

• 56:57Speaker 04

  I know.

• 56:57Laci Mosley?

And I feel like I like know you. This is like, you're so cool.

• 57:00Speaker 04

  We're here.

• 57:00Laci Mosley?

Good vibes. So scammer of the week.

• 57:03Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 57:04Laci Mosley?

  Is Payless.

• 57:05Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 57:06Laci Mosley?

I just want to shout out to Payless.

• 57:07Speaker 04

  They still around.

• 57:08Laci Mosley?

Tell, I guess. This is their attempt to come back into relevancy and I stand.

• 57:13Speaker 04

  BOGO.

• 57:16Laci Mosley?

More like bogus, but you know what? I love it. Payless is a brand known for budget friendly shoes. That is a nice way to put it.

• 57:24Speaker 04

Yes, that is a very nice way.

• 57:27Laci Mosley?

It was Payless shoes have no grip. You will fall and bust your lip. Did you ever hear that as a kid?

• 57:33Speaker 04

I did not, but I sure know that we did not want to be caught with no Payless shoes.

• 57:38Laci Mosley?

  No, why pay more?

• 57:39Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 57:40Laci Mosley?

  When you can pay less?

• 57:43Speaker 04

Dress shoes though. You always got the dress shoes.

• 57:45Laci Mosley?

Oh yeah. I mean, come on Easter Sunday.

• 57:47Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 57:47Laci Mosley?

Popping. Okay. So they're known for their-

• 57:51Speaker 04

They're so disorganized, by the way. I went in one like three, few years ago. Yes. Yes, when I was living on the east side when I was broke. Um, I was just tried to go up in one. I was like, y'all don't even have my size. They're disorganized. There's nobody working in the store.

• 58:02Laci Mosley?

  Oh, the shoes sell themselves.

• 58:07Laci Mosley?

Honestly, I don't know if I've ever had anybody, when I've gone into a Payless, the times that I can remember, I don't think anybody ever helped.

• 58:13Speaker 04

No, they're just like, go ahead.

• 58:15Laci Mosley?

You know what a, you know what a Payless is? It's like the back stockroom of any other store. But they were like, let's just put this shit in the front. Fuck it. Cause it's just tall shelves of boxes of shoes. And I remember climbing. They had the ladders in there, but they put a mirror on it to be like, oh, this is so you can look at your foot. But really it's so you could calm your bitch ass up and get the shoes yourself. It's so trifling. So, the Payless store in Los Angeles in a mall invited influencers to their grand opening. The store was stocked with Payless shoes in disguise.

• 58:50Speaker 04

  Oh, I remember this scam.

• 58:52Laci Mosley?

Yes. The girls were mad on Twitter.

• 58:54Speaker 04

  They were, they're very mad.

• 58:55Laci Mosley?

Upset. So, one of the influencers said, "I would pay $400 or $500 for these shoes." And she's holding up a pair of 1999 sneakers. Another shopper calls the Payless store elegant and sophisticated, because, mind you, they didn't call the store Payless. They called it "Pelezi," which nobody thought that sounded a lot like Payless.

• 59:18Speaker 04

Right. Also, like, Payless shoes still look like Payless shoes. I'm sorry. Like, I'm sure they look fine, but I'm like, I would look at it and be like this.

• 59:26Laci Mosley?

No, that leather, it's dull. It's very dull, or it's too shiny. It's one or the other. Um, it's definitely, I've never seen a Payless shoe and been like, that, I'm shocked. Yeah. And I feel like I could see them out in the wild.

• 59:41Speaker 04

  Right.

• 59:42Laci Mosley?

  This is fascinating to me.

• 59:43Speaker 04

Didn't Google the brand? I don't know. Every time I see a brand I don't know in the store, I'm like, "Oh, what's this?"

• 59:49Laci Mosley?

I'm like, "Who is in this?"

• 59:50Speaker 04

  Who rocks it?

• 59:51Laci Mosley?

  Who's in the drip? Exactly.

• 59:52Speaker 04

Right. You need to see who, who wears that kind of brand, because like, you don't want to be like, wearing something and then you're like, "I don't know."

• 59:58Laci Mosley?

Right. Well, one, I need to know if the Nazis are in it.

• 1:00:00Speaker 04

Right. Need to know if the Nazis.

• 1:00:02Laci Mosley?

Step one, is David Duke in this drip?

• 1:00:04Speaker 04

Right. Need to know if, like, Lena Dunham is a brand ambassador. You just gotta know. You gotta protect it.

• 1:00:10Laci Mosley?

You do need to protect yourself. So, I guess nobody, but you know what? When someone offers you a coin and is like, show up to this event, especially when you're an influencer, your whole hustle is just getting coins off your followers.

• 1:00:21Speaker 04

  Of course.

• 1:00:21Laci Mosley?

So, I feel like influencers aren't really caring about what the product is. Because, I mean, look at Flat Tummy Tea. Like, that's shit soup. It literally is a drink that makes you poop. But listen, if they offer $50,000, I'm, I'm be sipping on it on my Instagram.

• 1:00:38Speaker 04

Listen, you already had Jamila on your podcast. She see you, she see you sell Flat Tummy Tea. It's over. It's over. She know how to find you. She know how to find you. It's over.

• 1:00:51Laci Mosley?

Although I would love being dragged.

• 1:00:52Speaker 04

She'll tell Earwolf, "Cancel that podcast."

• 1:00:54Laci Mosley?

I show up, all my things are gone. I show up, all my shit is in a box in the corner.

• 1:00:59Speaker 04

  Cut the podcast. Da-da.

• 1:01:04Laci Mosley?

They literally cut the cord to my microphone as I'm talking. Somebody just comes in here, start cutting this shit. Jamila said, "We gotta cancel your ass."

• 1:01:10Speaker 04

Yeah, we selling no flat tummy tea.

• 1:01:13Laci Mosley?

You know, I love to curl up with a good book and a hot cup of flat tummy tea.

• 1:01:18Speaker 04

Your honor, my client was selling fraudulent tea.

• 1:01:21Laci Mosley?

I'm hiring you to be my Annalise Keating in the court of public opinion, okay? You better show up and you better limp, Ira. This is what I paid for. You better have just had a sip to pop off.

• 1:01:31Speaker 04

I've been waiting all my life to limp into a courtroom.

• 1:01:35Laci Mosley?

You better be freshly drunk off vodka.

• 1:01:37Speaker 04

Yes. Always on the verge of being disbarred.

• 1:01:43Laci Mosley?

That's how I like my lawyers, okay? You have a little sex in the chambers with your sexy black cop man and then come in drunk. Um, God, oh, I remember those scenes. Remember Viola Davis was having sex with that man on TV? I had to watch my aunt. Oh, he's very fine, in person too. I had to watch my auntie get her box ate. That was, that was challenging, but I appreciated it, Viola. So, back to these influencers. So, a shopper gasped in disbelief, oh, sorry. A shopper gasped in disbelief when the secret was revealed. "Shut up, are you serious?" she says. About 80 influencers who attended this over two nights were in complete shocked, shocked, shocked, when they realized that these were Payless shoes.

• 1:02:28Laci Mosley?

Mind you, this is after they've shelled out about $3,000 in purchases. So, they invited these influencers, paid them to show up, and then the influencers bought the Paylessy shoes.

• 1:02:41Laci Mosley?

First of all, if I show up and I'm being paid to be there, I'm not gonna buy nothing.

• 1:02:45Speaker 04

  Where's, where's the free merch?

• 1:02:46Laci Mosley?

Yeah, you get the free merch. I'm gonna put the shoe on my foot and for a photo, I have now paid for the shoe. I don't know what this is. So, one shopper spent $640 on a pair of boots, which represented a 1,800% markup from the cost of the actual shoe.

• 1:03:04Speaker 04

Yeah, you're not inviting me to something that have me pay.

• 1:03:07Laci Mosley?

  $640.

• 1:03:10Laci Mosley?

So here's the thing, I I know that there's some shit that like they put a brand on it and now it's more expensive, but it's made in the same factory as cheap shit. But I can tell a cheap shoe from an expensive shoe.

• 1:03:20Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 1:03:21Laci Mosley?

To a certain degree, like I feel like when you get into the like mid level, yeah, like a Yeezy is cheaper than a Balenciaga, but if you're looking at them, they're both made pretty well.

• 1:03:31Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 1:03:32Laci Mosley?

Where, but I feel like a boot, like, come on, sis. So Payless returned their money and let them keep the shoe. So it was like a little trick, so they made them pay for it and then was like, ha ha, look, see, our shit is nice. And then gave them their money back, which is nice. I would have kept the money, Payless, how well are y'all doing?

• 1:03:49Speaker 04

  Right.

• 1:03:49Laci Mosley?

I feel like y'all need that money.

• 1:03:50Speaker 04

Keep the money. But also was this ad, I guess the advertisers that like, oh, our shoes look so good, you think their designer, right?

• 1:03:58Laci Mosley?

  Yeah, that's the whole point.

• 1:03:59Speaker 04

This the thing is this just like, you just scam some people.

• 1:04:02Laci Mosley?

  Yeah.

• 1:04:02Speaker 04

And then I'd be like, okay, why don't y'all open Plezi?

• 1:04:06Laci Mosley?

  Maybe you should, yeah.

• 1:04:07Speaker 04

  Open Plezi, yeah.

• 1:04:09Laci Mosley?

Stop doing Payless and do Plezi, because I think we like Plezi better.

• 1:04:12Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:04:12Laci Mosley?

I think you're right, I think that's the moral of the story, but Payless was like, no, no, no, no, we gonna take this Plezi sign down and put back up the Payless sign.

• 1:04:19Speaker 04

  Right.

• 1:04:20Laci Mosley?

So the campaign plays off the ignorance discrepancy and it aimed to remind consumers that there's still a relevant place to shop for affordable fashion.

• 1:04:29Speaker 04

Just pay influencers to wear Payless on Instagram.

• 1:04:33Laci Mosley?

  That would have been simpler.

• 1:04:34Speaker 04

  Right.

• 1:04:35Laci Mosley?

And that would have been better.

• 1:04:37Speaker 04

Fly shoes and that like on someone's Instagram, you know, get like, get like a little, get like a little Tyler Oakley in like some shoes, you know?

• 1:04:46Laci Mosley?

Get your girl Billie Eilish in a Payless drip.

• 1:04:49Speaker 04

Get Gigi, you know, get something in there.

• 1:04:52Laci Mosley?

  I do it in Payless.

• 1:04:53Speaker 04

Like something that looks real cute and it's like, oh, this is for Payless.

• 1:04:56Laci Mosley?

Right, get the Kardashians in Payless.

• 1:04:58Speaker 04

  Get it.

• 1:04:59Laci Mosley?

And the girls will comp, yes. Also, I mean, the Kardashians literally brought Fendi back to life. They gave Fendi CPR on the table and now people are wearing the Fs again.

• 1:05:07Speaker 04

  Yeah, Fendi prints on.

• 1:05:10Laci Mosley?

And Nikki, I want, I want her collection, the capsule.

• 1:05:13Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:05:14Laci Mosley?

It's really cute, it's a little ratchet too, I was like, yes. She was like, I want something I could wear in a hood and I could also wear it to a nice event. And then I saw it and I was like, okay, I could definitely wear it in.

• 1:05:23Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 1:05:25Laci Mosley?

  I love it.

• 1:05:25Speaker 04

  To an Emmy's party.

• 1:05:30Laci Mosley?

I don't know if I can wear the give much capsule fended to an Emmy's party.

• 1:05:33Speaker 04

  All right.

• 1:05:34Laci Mosley?

  I certainly would try.

• 1:05:35Speaker 04

  Wear that plastic dress.

• 1:05:38Laci Mosley?

Guys, y'all love scrolling my Instagram for old favorite. Find the plastic dress.

• 1:05:43Speaker 04

Find, find the plastic dress. I want to see the plastic dress.

• 1:05:48Laci Mosley?

It's on there, along with that scam magazine article that y'all found. I told them I did Voyage L.A. Have you heard of that?

• 1:05:52Speaker 04

  No.

• 1:05:53Laci Mosley?

Oh, it's a scam magazine where you, uh, they scam you into giving them the information of you and ten friends to say they're gonna write an article about you online, but you write the article yourself. And then they post it online and you act like you was in a magazine, but you was never in a magazine.

• 1:06:05Speaker 04

  Oh, my God.

• 1:06:06Laci Mosley?

And I posted this on my Instagram years ago, and then people found it. They found it, and they were like, damn, sis, it's still up. I was like, I live in my scams. I live in my truth. I'm proud of my scams. So y'all find that plastic dress, and there's a picture of me holding some Emmys from some white men's that I took. So.

• 1:06:19Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 1:06:20Laci Mosley?

  So enjoy.

• 1:06:21Speaker 04

Hold them Game of Thrones Emmys.

• 1:06:23Laci Mosley?

I'm gonna get my own one day. So, guys, that brings us to the end of the podcast. And Ira, where do you want to be found? That's what I ask people.

• 1:06:32Speaker 04

In conclusion, you can find me in the courtroom.

• 1:06:36Speaker 04

Defending justice. Uh, you can find me on Twitter, at Ira Scammed That Three Letter Name.

• 1:06:44Laci Mosley?

That is a fantastic Twitter name, and your Twitter's so good. It's so entertaining.

• 1:06:48Speaker 04

Thank you. I, I tried to be more entertaining for the girls. You know, for a minute, it was like, it was 2016, it was very serious.

• 1:06:54Laci Mosley?

  Oh, yeah.

• 1:06:54Speaker 04

Still gotta talk about politics sometimes, because the streets are wild. But, you know, just like, I just try and tweet stuff that's funny to me now and like, wild. Because I don't need the girls like in my mentions being like, actually.

• 1:07:07Laci Mosley?

Yeah, I'm so tired of the plaid guys.

• 1:07:08Speaker 04

  I'm like, I don't, I don't want fights anymore.

• 1:07:10Laci Mosley?

  Exactly.

• 1:07:10Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 1:07:11Laci Mosley?

Also, you're not Pammy. You're fighting with Abby with no photo.

• 1:07:13Speaker 04

If I tweet something that you can earnestly reply to like that, I'm, I'm doing my job wrong. Enough.

• 1:07:18Laci Mosley?

Right. Like, but we can have a, we can talk for fun, but yeah, I don't want to, please don't come over here with your nonsense. But what, you were talking about the circle on Twitter recently.

• 1:07:26Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 1:07:28Speaker 04

  I love the circle.

• 1:07:28Laci Mosley?

I finished the circle, so I won't give you any spoilers.

• 1:07:30Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 1:07:31Laci Mosley?

But guys, if you want something to watch that literally is just like little lab rats in a cage, and it's pointless, and your mind will just be free of impending doom.

• 1:07:42Speaker 04

You've got to watch the circle.

• 1:07:43Laci Mosley?

  Watch the circle.

• 1:07:44Speaker 04

Got to get up in that.

• 1:07:45Laci Mosley?

And there's some scammers on the circle, and that's why I like the circle, too.

• 1:07:47Speaker 04

  Yes, yes.

• 1:07:49Laci Mosley?

Yes. Well, guys, as always, you can find us at [email protected]. Please email us your cons and your frauds. If you haven't heard your con or fraud on the show, it's still gonna happen, guys.
