• 1:09Speaker 01

  A jacket.

• 1:10Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, nice jacket. I love a nice jacket.

• 1:12Speaker 01

Oh, yeah, that jacket, nice jacket.

• 2:04Speaker 03

Hi Coco, welcome to Conan O'Brien Needs a Fan.

• 2:08Conan O'Brien?

  Hello Coco.

• 2:09Speaker 04

Hi Coco, nice to see you.

• 2:12Conan O'Brien?

Your name is, I'm told your name is Coco T. Bear, is that correct?

• 2:16Speaker 04

  That, you nailed it, yeah.

• 2:19Conan O'Brien?

And there's a lot to ask you

• 2:22Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 2:22Conan O'Brien?

right away because I'm looking at a Zoom and I'm being presented with an incredible image of, of all kinds of stuff. There's all kinds of stuff next to you Coco T. Bear. And I encourage people to maybe go online, check out, just see what I'm seeing. I'm seeing a large gong, I'm seeing what looks to be a bunch of instruments and beads. You are

• 2:47Speaker 04

  Chimes beads.

• 2:48Conan O'Brien?

You are wrapped in various, very multi-patterned robes.

• 2:54Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:55Conan O'Brien?

You, you look like a religious figure Coco T. Bear. Are you a religious figure?

• 3:00Speaker 04

  Uh, no.

• 3:01Conan O'Brien?

Well, that's it for our interview.

• 3:03Speaker 04

All right, nice to see you.

• 3:05Conan O'Brien?

No, no, um, tell us what's going on Coco T. Bear? Because I can't figure it out by just looking.

• 3:11Speaker 04

I do, I do refer to myself as a sonic shaman.

• 3:15Conan O'Brien?

  Sonic shaman.

• 3:16Speaker 04

A shaman being someone who teaches you what they know.

• 3:19Conan O'Brien?

  Yep.

• 3:19Speaker 04

Um, and what I know is sound. Um, and how sound can not only help us connect to each other, but also release the bullshit we go through in our day-to-day life.

• 3:32Conan O'Brien?

  Hmm. That's interesting.

• 3:34Speaker 04

And, uh, I, I like to use instruments that are, uh, easy. Like a piano has a lot of notes that are not good to play. And like guitar, you can hit a lot of wrong notes.

• 3:46Conan O'Brien?

  Sure.

• 3:46Speaker 04

But none of my instruments, uh, have any wrong notes.

• 3:50Conan O'Brien?

  Like it's just.

• 3:52Speaker 04

  Ooh, that's nice.

• 3:54Conan O'Brien?

  Ooh.

• 3:55Speaker 04

Yeah, so I just, uh, I found these instruments that I loved hearing, feeling, and then I was like, I wanna, I wanna play those instruments.

• 4:05Conan O'Brien?

  So, forget the viola. Yeah.

• 4:07Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 4:08Conan O'Brien?

Uh, listen, you're talking to a guy that said, "Forget the viola," in the 1960s.

• 4:13Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 4:13Conan O'Brien?

Coco T. Bear, I'm using, do you prefer that I call you Coco or Coco T. Bear?

• 4:19Speaker 04

To hear Coco O'Brien say the full thing is like, really nice.

• 4:24Conan O'Brien?

Okay, I'll just stick with Coco T. Bear. Coco T. Bear, you are a sonic shaman.

• 4:31Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 4:31Conan O'Brien?

Let's say, uh, is this, and this is something that you do professionally?

• 4:36Speaker 04

People do pay me for this, yes. I insist on it.

• 4:39Conan O'Brien?

So, um, I think that's, get the cash up front, I would say.

• 4:44Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 4:45Conan O'Brien?

  So.

• 4:45Speaker 04

  Venmos.

• 4:48Conan O'Brien?

Let's say, uh, where are you right now in the world?

• 4:51Speaker 04

Uh, in the world, uh, I am in a place of love. No, I am in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee.

• 4:57Conan O'Brien?

Oh, you're in East Tennessee, okay. That's so cool.

• 5:00Speaker 01

I was gonna say, Dolly territory.

• 5:02Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 5:02Speaker 04

Um, my license plate has Dolly Parton on it.

• 5:05Conan O'Brien?

  That's very cool.

• 5:06Speaker 01

  What?

• 5:07Conan O'Brien?

And so does Dolly Parton. I know, it's the, you guys must be running into each other all the time. Whenever you get a parking ticket, she has to pay it.

• 5:14Speaker 04

  Nice little scam.

• 5:15Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, exactly. Uh, you're a sonic shaman, you're in eastern Tennessee. Do individual people visit you for a session? What is it called, a session? What are they visiting you for?

• 5:29Speaker 04

Uh, I mean, different things, but the most common is, uh, sound bath.

• 5:32Conan O'Brien?

Sound bath, I've heard of sound bath.

• 5:34Speaker 04

  Los Angeles.

• 5:34Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 5:35Speaker 04

That's, uh, that, but I'll also sometimes use, uh, osteophonic tuning forks or bone vibrating tuning forks. Um, so they're very quiet, but when you put them near somebody.

• 5:46Conan O'Brien?

Do you ever put that near the, um, you know, there's a little bone, the mastoid process? Do you ever put it on the mastoid process?

• 5:54Speaker 04

So I, yeah, oftentimes I love to play it. So that's the whole point, the bone vibration. You can actually press it against the skeletal structure and let your body share that vibration with it.

• 6:04Speaker 03

Why the mastoid process? What does that do?

• 6:06Conan O'Brien?

  I'm glad you asked.

• 6:07Speaker 04

  What's up with that?

• 6:08Conan O'Brien?

Well, I bet I've always thought that that was a good place. Uh, it's very susceptible because it's so close to the ear and the ear canal. Uh, it's, uh, that, that right behind the ear, of course, the mastoid process.

• 6:20Speaker 01

  I didn't know that.

• 6:21Conan O'Brien?

Is, uh, is, would be a great susceptible place to feel vibrations. I apologize for my ignorant friends, Coco T. Bear, but.

• 6:31Speaker 04

  Not necessary. We don't require.

• 6:33Conan O'Brien?

Not all of our fathers can be doctors.

• 6:35Speaker 01

Wait, are we high when we're doing this? I'm sorry.

• 6:37Conan O'Brien?

I'm, you seem high now. The answer for you is. Yes, Coco T. Bear, that's a very good question. How many people are high or on some kind of high, um, when they're having a sound bath?

• 6:52Speaker 04

I do like to know when people are high. You don't need to be high. But I would say 15% of the time, people are already on another substance when they come to a sound bath. Uh, I used to do an event at a petite émetage over there in West Hollywood. Called the Highest Hour, and they would have a sound bather come and, uh, a different dispensary would come and bring a special product. So I met a fella who, he was 55 years old, first time he'd ever smoked weed and then had a sound bath. So.

• 7:24Speaker 01

  That's great.

• 7:25Conan O'Brien?

So what, so a sound bath, how long does a sound bath last for? Um, you're creating different sounds in the sound bath and, and, and how many people? You could have 10, 15 people having a sound bath together?

• 7:37Speaker 04

Yes, I've had, I've had an event up to 55 folks. But yeah, usually it's in that four to 20 range, somewhere in there.

• 7:47Conan O'Brien?

  Four to 20 range and.

• 7:48Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 7:48Conan O'Brien?

They're having a sound bath together. You're creating the sounds, they're silent. Is that correct?

• 7:53Speaker 04

They are silent, except for, you know, every now and then I call snoring the standing ovation to a sound tealer. So every now and then people are, people are breathing, you know, there are other sounds and people are rustling and I just like to remind them that during that space, that sacred space we've created together, all sounds are meant to be.

• 8:12Conan O'Brien?

  What if someone's chewing gum?

• 8:13Speaker 05

  Oh.

• 8:14Speaker 04

I mean, they're there for a reason. You know, we're here to get annoyed sometimes.

• 8:18Conan O'Brien?

Okay, so that's part of the sound bath. It's, hey, man, this is what's happening.

• 8:23Speaker 04

Hey, yeah, this is what's happening right now. What's it doing to you right now?

• 8:27Speaker 03

Could you think, could you do a sound bath without doing bits? For how long do sound baths last?

• 8:34Speaker 04

You guys, up to an hour, hour and a half. I've done 12 hour sound bath.

• 8:38Conan O'Brien?

Okay, that's a good question I have, because I do, I did a lot of bits. I'm a, I'm a, you know, nuclear bits machine and, uh, no, I am a nuclear reactor, just firing out bits at the speed of sound. So that would be a problem, right? Because I have a very active mind and a very active mouth. I don't know that I'm the right candidate for a sound bath. What would you do if I was sitting there in your class of 24 people? What would you do?

• 9:05Speaker 04

  I'll give you an example.

• 9:06Conan O'Brien?

  Sound bath, pass the soap.

• 9:09Speaker 04

You, you know, you know, someone who's been in one of my classes, even Kevin Nealon can take this serious.

• 9:14Speaker 05

  Oh.

• 9:15Conan O'Brien?

You're kidding? Kevin Nealon did the sound bath?

• 9:18Speaker 04

If even Kevin can take this seriously, I think of all people, even Conan O'Brien might be able to.

• 9:24Conan O'Brien?

That's incredible. So can you spill the beans a little bit, Kevin? Did he come to you in Los Angeles or did he come to Tennessee and do it?

• 9:33Speaker 04

I used to work at a fancy resort.

• 9:35Conan O'Brien?

  Uh, he likes those.

• 9:37Speaker 04

Yeah. Oh, he loves a fancy resort. Um, that's actually how, that's how I found out that his son can do the entirety of a airplane. He can just quote the whole thing. Um, but yeah, that was the first time we met and then we've actually done a few in Nashville at a mutual friend's, uh, home.

• 9:54Conan O'Brien?

That's so fascinating. You know, I will say.

• 9:56Speaker 04

  Him and Susan.

• 9:57Conan O'Brien?

Uh, Susan, lovely Susan. Uh, they are terrific people and I adore Kevin. Um, I, I think he may be soulless, but that's a different matter.

• 10:10Speaker 04

But I've also been in sound baths where people could not help but make monkey noises and things like that. So I think there is a space for people like you.

• 10:20Conan O'Brien?

Because I'm gonna be making random noises. I'm going to be chattering, making little commentary. And so I don't know if that's gonna be disruptive to the other people in the sound bath.

• 10:29Speaker 03

Well, could we do an example of this where Coco, T-Bear, you kind of begin a sound bath? Let's see how you handle this.

• 10:34Conan O'Brien?

I think that's a good idea. That's well produced, producer.

• 10:36Speaker 03

  Thanks.

• 10:37Speaker 04

Oh, man. Now I see why y'all brought Gourley in.

• 10:41Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 10:42Speaker 04

So go ahead and inhale in through your nose. And exhale through the mouth. And as these sounds move through you, your mind might wander.

• 10:59Speaker 01

  Don't do that.

• 11:04Speaker 04

Just bring your mind back with a breath. In. And out.

• 11:10Conan O'Brien?

Okay, that makes me feel a genie's here. I feel, I'm sorry, I, there's no way I don't feel like a genie's here when I hear that sound.

• 11:29Speaker 01

I wanna do this with you, too.

• 11:30Speaker 04

Or like I'm having a flashback.

• 11:31Conan O'Brien?

Oh, wow. Levitation. That feels like levitation. I'm just gonna narrate these sounds.

• 11:39Speaker 01

No, don't do it, please. Don't narrate.

• 11:42Conan O'Brien?

Inhale. Ah, exhale. That's cool. I hope he hits that gong soon. Okay, now I feel like I'm getting a massage.

• 11:52Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 11:53Conan O'Brien?

  This is massage music.

• 11:54Speaker 04

Yeah. It does relax me, though. The massage.

• 11:58Conan O'Brien?

That's beautiful. What a beautiful sound.

• 12:00Speaker 01

I'm already closed. You guys aren't closing?

• 12:04Conan O'Brien?

  Oh.

• 12:05Speaker 04

No, I wanna see what he's doing.

• 12:06Speaker 01

  Oh.

• 12:07Conan O'Brien?

  Got my eyes closed.

• 12:09Speaker 01

  Stop talking. Stop.

• 12:20Conan O'Brien?

My god, that's terrifying. Yeah. Don't go down that hallway. Go down the hallway. That's like the Blade Runner soundtrack. Oh my god. I mean, I am impressed. These are very cool sounds. I know, but I feel like we're gonna get a visit from La Yarona. I wish I knew what that meant.

• 12:40Speaker 05

My god, you do need to shut up.

• 12:43Conan O'Brien?

Shh, Stana, we're trying to listen. So you're the only one that's high, so. Come on. That sounds like cheering. I love that sound. That's the Chicago Theater. That's me at the Chicago Theater. That's me at the Elgin Theater in Toronto. Oh my god, I was killing at that theater. I've never... Wait, where did the cheering go? Oh, I love the... Where did the cheering go? Doesn't that sound like... I swear to god, that sounded like a crowd cheering, and I love that sound.

• 13:14Speaker 01

This is like a Rorschach test.

• 13:15Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 13:16Speaker 01

Because I just heard like some movement.

• 13:18Conan O'Brien?

  I heard...

• 13:19Speaker 03

  I heard fajitas.

• 13:21Conan O'Brien?

I heard a cheering crowd in Chicago or Toronto. Thank you. Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Is that in stereo? It isn't stereo. What is that? What is... That's a giant disc that has... Oh my god, that laugh, too. I love the laugh.

• 13:39Speaker 01

  I'm gonna buy one.

• 13:41Conan O'Brien?

Wait, you've got... Oh my god, cheers and laughter. I swear to god, I love this.

• 13:46Speaker 03

  I'm at El Torito.

• 13:49Speaker 01

  Sounds like rain.

• 13:51Conan O'Brien?

  Oh.

• 13:51Speaker 01

  To me.

• 13:53Conan O'Brien?

  Who was the laugh?

• 13:55Speaker 04

  That was just me laughing.

• 13:56Conan O'Brien?

Oh, that was your laughing. Oh my god.

• 13:58Speaker 04

I enjoy the podcast, so this is just me having a great time.

• 14:01Conan O'Brien?

  Would you ever... Oh, god.

• 14:05Speaker 01

  Oh.

• 14:07Conan O'Brien?

He's good at this. Yeah. I really wanna do.

• 14:12Speaker 05

  Without you two.

• 14:15Speaker 05

I want to do a podcast without either one of you. I really just want to. I just want to be happy again in my life.

• 14:24Speaker 05

My God. I just want to do something relaxing without the two of you chiming in. Two seconds. You guys want to talk about James Bond or something? Oh, my God.

• 14:33Conan O'Brien?

  Okay, so.

• 14:42Conan O'Brien?

You know, winning an award, that's a big achievement, right?

• 14:45Speaker 01

  Yeah, I love awards.

• 14:45Conan O'Brien?

Every now and then in life, maybe something nice like that comes your way. Winning them consistently is almost impossible. It just doesn't happen. You know? Well, guess what? Winning five times in six years? You know what that sounds like to me? Sustained excellence.

• 14:59Speaker 01

  Nice.

• 15:00Conan O'Brien?

• 16:07Conan O'Brien?

Did you know that one in four Americans targeted by scams end up falling for them?

• 16:12Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 16:12Conan O'Brien?

  You fell for one.

• 16:13Speaker 01

  I fell for a scam.

• 16:14Conan O'Brien?

Now, you didn't lose too much money, but you did lose.

• 16:16Speaker 01

I did lose, and it was very inconvenient, and now they put protections on my account like I'm, uh, dumb.

• 16:22Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, I don't know where they got that impression.

• 16:26Conan O'Brien?

Criminals are now using AI to make scams look more realistic than ever. In 2025, AI fraud spiked 1,210% and cost Americans $893 million. That's incredible. Well, with AI, it can get so smart now.

• 16:42Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 16:43Conan O'Brien?

Do you know what I mean?

• 16:43Speaker 01

  Maybe I should start scamming.

• 16:45Conan O'Brien?

  No, that's not the point.

• 16:46Speaker 01

Oh, no, that's not the point of this.

• 16:47Conan O'Brien?

  That's not the point.

• 16:48Speaker 01

  It's so much money.

• 16:49Conan O'Brien?

One accidental click, Sona, can expose your information, putting you at risk of identity theft. Luckily, this is the point. Not that you should start scamming, but that everyone should get LifeLock.

• 17:29Conan O'Brien?

The holidays are supposed to be about making memories, not managing the mess that comes with them. Between winter weather, road trips, shopping, and family gatherings, your vehicle can take a beating. Mine sure does.

• 17:40Speaker 01

  Same.

• 17:41Conan O'Brien?

Especially when I'm back in the Northeast, driving around. I mean, I grew up with that.

• 17:45Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 17:45Conan O'Brien?

Cars were red, the salt on the road, people throwing rocks at me.

• 17:49Speaker 01

  Whaaat?

• 17:50Conan O'Brien?

That's not a weather thing. That's more of a me being, making people angry problem. WeatherTech helps protect your vehicle from snow, slush, salt, and seasonal messes. They also make the best gifts for automobile protection, from floor liners and cargo liner to side window deflectors, even gift cards. Great for today and to prevent future messes. Everything is built to last, easy to clean, and designed for harsh winter conditions, okay? I got, I grew up with this.

• 18:16Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 18:16Conan O'Brien?

And the salt would eat away the car. We actually did have a Chevy. My dad had a Chevy Impala, and the floor rusted out, and you could see the road going by.

• 18:23Speaker 01

  Oh, what?

• 18:25Conan O'Brien?

Boy, we were praying for WeatherTech, and we didn't even know it. That was before it existed.

• 18:30Speaker 01

  That's cool.

• 18:30Conan O'Brien?

So get a gift today at weathertech.com.

• 18:54Speaker 01

  Oh.

• 18:55Conan O'Brien?

And I didn't get cash back, and I regret it now.

• 18:58Speaker 01

Oh, okay. Well, that's a very thoughtful gift.

• 19:01Conan O'Brien?

Do you wear a wig, or is that your hair?

• 19:03Speaker 01

Absolutely not. It's definitely my hair. And so it's kind of insulting you would buy that gift for me.

• 19:08Conan O'Brien?

Well, I'll just return it anyway, but I do wish I got cash back.

• 19:11Speaker 01

  Yeah.

Can I ask you a question? There's no school for this. You just seem to know how to do this. I am impressed, because I didn't... I have to say, you can think there's gonna be some chicanery or skullduggery when someone says I'm a sound shaman. And then what you're doing actually sounds very relaxing.

• 19:43Speaker 01

  It does.

• 19:44Conan O'Brien?

And it sounds like it would work.

• 19:45Speaker 03

I'm a hard seller on this kind of thing, and I think you have such a good attitude with this. You don't seem too self-serious, and it seems very pleasing. And, yeah.

• 19:52Speaker 04

Yeah, when I found this, I was still using the phrase hippy-dippy bullshit on a regular basis.

• 19:57Speaker 01

  Oh.

• 19:58Speaker 04

I was quite a skeptic, and, um, because there are a lot of goofballs to be nice about it. And, but if you just approach it as a musician, and I found a really great teacher. I was going to three to five of her sound baths a week in Los Angeles. Her name's Lauren Rose. Hi, Lauren. And she did a three-month program where we actually went over, like, dynamic sound and what sound can do for the body. And we studied how vibrations affect you on a cellular structure. And then on top of that, she was like, well, what are you trying? She didn't just say, "Play these instruments." It was about feeling the energy in the room.

• 20:41Speaker 04

I did improv in Chicago for seven years. So like, I just kind of lean into that, that...

• 20:47Conan O'Brien?

That'd be fascinating to combine this with improv. Like, if you didn't have a good... You're doing a scene, you sort of start to lose, like, "Oh, I couldn't know where to go now. I'm gonna start using this gong and these maracas, and switch over to sound bath." That would be a good way to get out of that scene, you know?

• 21:04Speaker 04

There were some nights at I O that I wish I had a gong. Yeah, 100%.

• 21:09Speaker 01

  Can we hear the gong?

• 21:10Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, can we hear the gong?

• 21:11Speaker 04

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, for sure. Don't, Sona never apologized for asking what you don't want.

• 21:15Conan O'Brien?

  She should.

• 21:17Speaker 04

  Well, I mean.

• 21:18Speaker 05

  Oh.

• 21:19Conan O'Brien?

Oh, look, he's not banging it like I would.

• 21:21Speaker 05

  It's like he's caressing it.

• 21:23Conan O'Brien?

  He's fondling it.

• 21:25Speaker 05

  This is sort of sexual.

• 21:26Speaker 01

Yeah. Oh, I like what they're doing.

• 21:29Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 21:30Speaker 01

  I like what's happening.

• 21:31Speaker 04

We're gonna give it a nice, now that it's warmed up, and we can give her, give her a roll.

• 21:34Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 21:38Speaker 05

  Oh, man.

• 21:47Speaker 01

  I, I came.

• 21:50Conan O'Brien?

Oh, my God! You just, you what?

• 21:55Speaker 04

  I was watching her.

• 21:56Conan O'Brien?

  You just.

• 21:57Speaker 04

  Oh, my God.

• 21:58Conan O'Brien?

  Sona!

• 21:59Speaker 04

  Oh, my God.

• 22:00Conan O'Brien?

  Sona, what would Tac say?

• 22:04Conan O'Brien?

  What would your mom say?

• 22:05Speaker 04

Oh, like he's got a fan.

• 22:06Speaker 01

  We gotta edit that out.

• 22:07Conan O'Brien?

No, we are not editing that out. That's it.

• 22:09Speaker 04

I can't wait to tell my best friend that.

• 22:11Conan O'Brien?

  That's incredible.

• 22:14Conan O'Brien?

Wow. Wow. I've never been with a woman once she orgasmed. It's, this is a first for me. I always thought it was like a yeti, just something you heard about, but it didn't exist. Incredible! Well, there it is, ladies and gentlemen, proof that the female orgasm does exist. It's a long line, straight line.

• 22:38Conan O'Brien?

Wow. Well, Coco T. Bear, you just got a killer, that was a high, high moment.

• 22:45Speaker 04

  I'll hear what she's hearing.

• 22:49Conan O'Brien?

  Wow. I'm a believer, I have to say I'm a complete believer.

• 22:53Speaker 01

  I am.

• 22:53Speaker 04

  I'm impressed.

• 22:54Conan O'Brien?

And, and knowing that Kevin Nealon and Susan did this, uh, I, it, and I know Kevin's a bit of a seeker. He's looking, because clearly he hasn't found it, but he's, he's looking for the answer. And, um, and I could see him doing this. This is fascinating.

• 23:11Speaker 04

He also like, so I, at one point, I was doing 10 of these a week at minimum. And so I had my own little Southwest jokes, you know? Things that always killed in the room. And then Kevin laughed at zero of them. And I was convinced he hated me.

• 23:24Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 23:25Speaker 04

Uh, and then I realized that it's, uh, it's buffoonery that he prefers.

• 23:30Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 23:30Speaker 04

By listening to your show, so thank you for that.

• 23:32Conan O'Brien?

Yeah. He, um, uh, this is fascinating that there's, uh, are there any? I mean, I have a question for you. We make a podcast. We make a podcast here. And it's how you've come to us.

• 23:46Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 23:47Conan O'Brien?

On a sonic level, you as a sound shaman, what do you think of a sonic shaman? What do you think of the podcast just on a soothing sonic level? And be honest.

• 23:59Speaker 04

Uh, Eduardo, I've told Eduardo this. He does a great job. If it wasn't for the levels on this show and the editing of the pops and the ums and the breaths that Matt does. This is a tight show and I listen to very few podcasts. This is actually the first podcast I ever actually started listening to regularly.

• 24:16Conan O'Brien?

  That's nice.

• 24:17Speaker 04

I would get into pod, I would try to try one, it would sound terrible. There'd be echoes. Uh, and so I would just move on. Um, and it made me actually regret not watching your show all those years.

• 24:28Conan O'Brien?

  Thank you, Coco.

• 24:30Speaker 04

Cause you're so, like, this is funny. This is great.

• 24:33Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 24:33Speaker 04

And I had to go back and watch the things like FedEx boat.

• 24:37Conan O'Brien?

Pretty historic. I don't know how you missed out on those.

• 24:40Speaker 04

  They're saved on the internet.

• 24:41Conan O'Brien?

Yeah. Let's move past the part where you're unaware of my work on television.

• 24:50Speaker 04

  Wait, I just came.

• 24:53Conan O'Brien?

That was a quick, that was a fast orgasm. Flute did it for you? Yeah, oh my God. The heart wants what the heart wants. What did I say? You heard a second of a flute and you came instantly and very quickly. Oh, there I came. Oh, there I came. Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, flute. Oh, there I came.

• 25:17Conan O'Brien?

Coco T. Bear, this is hilarious. And also, I'm buying what you're selling. I really am.

• 25:22Speaker 03

  This is my favorite one.

• 25:23Speaker 01

Do you ever come to Los Angeles? Can I see you?

• 25:28Speaker 03

  You're a married woman, so. You're a married woman.

• 25:31Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah.

• 25:31Speaker 01

  What?

• 25:32Conan O'Brien?

  Ever come to Los Angeles?

• 25:33Speaker 01

  Well, I mean, not.

• 25:34Speaker 04

  I do.

• 25:35Speaker 01

Okay. I'd like to see you.

• 25:37Conan O'Brien?

  We would like.

• 25:37Speaker 01

  Romantically.

• 25:38Speaker 03

Wait, can we do, could we, next summer? Because we've already got Chill Chums planned.

• 25:42Conan O'Brien?

  Yes.

• 25:42Speaker 03

But in 2026, could we do a sound bath session with Coco T. Bear for Chill Chums?

• 25:47Conan O'Brien?

  Yes, yeah.

• 25:47Speaker 03

  It's perfect.

• 25:47Conan O'Brien?

Who knows? It doesn't even have to be at Chill Chums. We'll find a slot. I think there's a sound bath in our future. Because guess what? We all need a sound bath. You know, it's been a while. And.

• 25:57Speaker 04

I'm convinced they brought me here to chill you out.

• 26:00Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, that's never, I mean, it, I don't know if it's chilled me out, but.

• 26:04Speaker 04

They were like, we're gonna do this after the Oscars, okay? And then they were like, actually, we're gonna do this after the Mark Twain Awards. And I was like, oh, yeah. Yeah, let's wait till everything's chill.

• 26:13Conan O'Brien?

We're always waiting for a time when my life isn't crazy and I don't feel like there's a gun in my mouth. And it never comes. But I will say this.

• 26:21Speaker 04

I almost, oh, I just almost regret to say this. But like, you have mentioned your own sound soothing, that you do. It is unfortunately in the waste of time of others, but you like attention. And you noodling on a guitar is your own version of self-soothing.

• 26:40Conan O'Brien?

And also, I do a thing when people are talking sometimes where I go, ooh.

• 26:47Speaker 04

  You're a little verbal.

• 26:47Conan O'Brien?

  And I.

• 26:48Speaker 04

  Murderer, murderer.

• 26:49Conan O'Brien?

Murderer, murderer. And I do that, and I do it to try to do it in a way where the other person, like if someone's driving me in an Uber, and they're saying, oh, it's, you know, okay, we're gonna take a left, where I go, oh, yeah. And I make little strange noises and they, I don't, they don't hear me, but they give me pleasure. You've been around with me when this is happening.

• 27:11Speaker 01

Yes, and it's, that's why I don't think I want to do this sound bath with you. And I mean that in a loving way.

• 27:19Speaker 03

Private and personal thing for you.

• 27:21Speaker 04

I have done this for people's assistance aside from doing it for them. That's usually the case. See, what you're doing is not, that's like the opposite for us of a sound bath. It's like a sound cesspool or something where we're subject to this sewage dumped on us. It's like, it's like the antithesis of a Goldblum growl. Yeah.

• 27:39Speaker 01

  Yes.

• 27:40Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 27:40Speaker 01

Oh, I bet he'd be great in a sound bath.

• 27:43Conan O'Brien?

Oh, yes, he is a sound bath.

• 27:44Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 27:45Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 27:46Speaker 05

He's soothing and he's so tactile.

• 27:50Conan O'Brien?

Coco T Bear, you're, you've risen in, um, in my, to the top. You've risen to the top. I, I wanna have a sound bath. I want you to be my sonic shaman. And I think we're gonna make this work out sometime in the future. Until then,

• 28:07Speaker 04

  Amazing.

• 28:07Conan O'Brien?

take care of yourself and really, um, so nice, so nice to get a chance to talk to you.

• 28:14Speaker 04

And can you play us out?

• 28:15Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, play us out with something that-

• 28:17Speaker 04

Can I, can I first do two nerdy questions though?

• 28:20Conan O'Brien?

  Yeah, sure.

• 28:23Speaker 04

  I mean, if it's a bother, don't worry.

• 28:25Conan O'Brien?

And you didn't have to say nerdy, just say two quests, just say two questions.

• 28:28Speaker 04

Okay, but they're, they're ultimately nerdy.

• 28:31Conan O'Brien?

  Well, I knew that.

• 28:32Speaker 04

Do you know of a, of like a lesser known Civil War battlefield here in the South? That I could go play my gong at that maybe doesn't get as much of attention as like Gettysburg?

• 28:43Conan O'Brien?

Oh, well, the South is just filled with battlefields and then, yeah. So I'd have to look it up. I mean, I don't know my battles well enough to know like, oh, right, Eastern Tennessee, I know where you can go, but, um, you know, why not go, you could get to Georgia pretty quickly. It's not a battlefield, but you could go to Andersonville, which is where prisoners of war were kept and that might be a great place to heal because a lot of, there was a lot of suffering there. So you could go to, that's where northern, uh, you know, POWs were kept. So, and many of them died of dysentery. So you banging a gong in that field might bring them peace and, peace and relief.

• 29:19Speaker 04

Yeah. And if you're looking for a Star Wars battlefield, I'd say this Planet of Scarif. Yeah, I'm not, I'm not. Okay. Uh, cause I mean, I know that stuff. Okay.

• 29:29Speaker 04

But then, uh, this is Simpsons related. Yeah. I, I was once actually told, hey, don't approach Matt Groening. And so I made sure to go and tell him how much I loved him. Um. As, as a figure, as a leader that sees himself as a Stalin-esque leader. Uh, and then I saw you dance and sing at the Oscars. Um, your favorite episodes, you've said are the one, the musical and Mr. Burns episode. Have you ever thought of like a live action Mr. Burns Broadway play?

• 29:57Conan O'Brien?

Well, that would be intellectual property that I'd be stealing. I'd have to do that. So if The Simpsons develops something like that, I don't pretend to have the best.

• 30:04Speaker 04

  To you.

• 30:05Conan O'Brien?

Yeah. And also I don't pretend to do the, I mean, uh, yeah, I don't think that would be the best use of me in the musical format. I think Fiddler on the Roof is where I belong.

• 30:15Conan O'Brien?

It's about time an Irishman tackled that role.

• 30:17Speaker 04

  Strong, Javi.

• 30:19Conan O'Brien?

  It went back in.

• 30:22Conan O'Brien?

All right. Well, let's get that, let's get a deuce crack. Just picturing sperm go, let's get back in everybody. They pack up their suitcases.

• 30:28Speaker 04

My god, my daughter just disappeared.

• 30:31Conan O'Brien?

All right, Coco T. Bear, we salute you. Take us out with some of your. Oh, wow.

• 30:40Conan O'Brien?

Yeah, you said these couldn't go out of tune, but that sounded very out of tune. Sorry, man. Well, I'm all nervous now. Oh yeah, I know. Hard to perform on command.

• 31:09Conan O'Brien?

That was amazing. Thank you so much.

• 31:11Speaker 04

  My pleasure.

• 31:12Conan O'Brien?

  Take care, Coco T. Bear.

• 31:14Speaker 05

  I love you.

• 31:15Speaker 04

  I will of you, dude.

• 31:15Conan O'Brien?

  Go in peace, man.

• 31:17Speaker 04

  Good to talk to y'all.
