Encounters x294 - Oops, We Haunted You Again

Eight years of hauntings, laughter, and pure paranormal chaos—welcome to a very special Two Girls One Ghost anniversary Encounters episode! We’re celebrating this milestone with a collection of listener stories that prove this really is the most haunted podcast in America. Glitching tech and vanishing emails are par for the course as we round up the most haunted episodes and the terrifying, troubling and heartwarming hauntings caused by this podcast. Sven is as active as ever — and maybe a little annoyed to be called out like this. Listener Hauntings Include: A ghost that slammed doors and killed the lights mid-podcast stream. A demonic shadow linked to a notorious episode followed one listener home and lurked in their backseat. A fearless feline who protected her owner from a dark, dream-invading entity. Our resident ghost, Sven, hijacking phones, YouTube videos, and even creating late-night screen recordings. A lost loved one making contact through icy AC blasts during a podcast episode about loved ones reaching out from the other side. Whether you’ve been personally targeted by our ghost, or you’re just here for the spine-tingling encounters, this episode is your invitation to laugh, scream, and wonder what, or who, might be listening along with you. 👻 Watch the video version here. Have ghost stories of your own? E-mail them to us at [email protected] New Episodes are released every Thursday and Sunday at 12am PST/3am EST (the witching hour, of course). Very spooky.

• 2:08Speaker 03

  Hello.

• 2:09Corinne Vien?

This is Two Girls One Ghost.

• 2:10Speaker 03

Two Girls One Ghost. And today is a very special day because it marks our eight year anniversary. How crazy.

• 2:20Corinne Vien?

  Glad we signed up.

• 2:24Speaker 03

Happy eight year anniversary. Happy anniversary, Two Girls One Ghost. Happy eight years, T G O G. Happy eight years, guys. Eight years is weird. Happy anniversary. I love you guys so much.

• 2:34Speaker 04

I love and adore you too, and the friendship that you have, the way that you love, care, and support each other, you can feel it.

• 2:43Speaker 03

My favorite memory is when I got to talk to you guys on Campfire Stories. You guys have created a community that unlike any other podcast, this feels like a support network of, you know, ghoulish gals and gents. You guys are amazing and you're fun. You make us all feel safe in our weirdness. I love you guys. Thank you for the vulnerability and the safe space.

• 3:09Speaker 05

You guys have definitely brought out the haunting and the witchiness in me.

• 3:12Speaker 04

Happy eight year podcast anniversary. First of all, it's kind of rude for you to try and make us pick.

• 3:18Speaker 03

  Our favorite memory.

• 3:19Speaker 04

  One moment.

• 3:20Speaker 03

  We have so many.

• 3:21Speaker 04

Because we've literally been friends for years at this point. You were our first podcast friends. We've run around drunk at hotels with you.

• 3:30Speaker 03

That might be my favorite. That was the best. Doing a Noah Khan music video.

• 3:37Speaker 03

The tower honestly should never be seen. Don't ever, don't ever leak it.

• 3:42Speaker 04

But we love you so much.

• 3:43Speaker 03

We love you guys so much. I don't know what I would do without this podcast.

• 3:48Speaker 04

I've had some weird shit happen. Dead Man's Dog, that episode, that picture. Chef's kiss. But my favorite memory is taking my 84 year old mother to the live show in Charlotte.

• 4:01Corinne Vien?

Thank you guys for getting me haunted. I appreciate that. I still love you though. It's okay.

• 4:08Speaker 03

Thank you for going to bed with me for so many years and for being my friends in real life. There is no one that I would rather talk about aliens, Bigfoot, and ghost sex with.

• 4:19Speaker 06

What I love about the show, everything. It's amazing. It's fun.

• 4:22Speaker 07

The GOG changed my life. I wouldn't be doing the things that I'm doing today had I not met you both.

• 4:29Speaker 08

I love camp fires because I like being able to talk and chat with everybody. Can't wait to see what's in the future.

• 4:33Speaker 04

Every time I turn on the podcast, I feel like I'm just chilling with my friends.

• 4:37Speaker 03

My daughter Austin and I want to say thank you.

• 4:43Speaker 03

Long nights, many more to come. We just love you both. Happy eight years. We love you.

• 4:50Speaker 09

Love the show. Enjoy all the historical episodes, most of all.

• 4:54Speaker 03

Happy anniversary. You guys make up words all the time, so, which I love. A classic. Congratulations on eight years.

• 5:01Speaker 08

Hopefully I will see you on the other side. See you on the other side.

• 5:08Corinne Vien?

  Show up and that's enough.

• 5:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And get haunted.

• 5:11Corinne Vien?

Wait, the candle already went out.

• 5:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, I don't think you lit it.

• 5:14Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 5:16Corinne Vien?

This one's so big. That's what she said. Let's see if you can light it. It's hard to do this left-handed. I'm like shaking. Okay, here we go.

• 5:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We are your ghostesses. That is Corinne.

• 5:26Corinne Vien?

  Hello.

• 5:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I am Sabrina and in honor of our eight year anniversary, we've brought Sven front and center, of course. And also, we are gonna honor our podcast. We like to say we are the most haunted podcast in America and it's not a joke anymore. It is fact. And you all have had countless hauntings while listening to our podcast. Are you just breathing really heavily over there?

• 5:48Corinne Vien?

No, this one, this is the one candle that hadn't been lit before, so the wick was super long.

• 5:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We should do like a cord cutting ceremony. What are we cutting out of our lives?

• 5:59Corinne Vien?

I have a lot of things.

• 6:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay. But none of you. And so in preparation for this episode, I posted on our Instagram story, asking people what they have experienced while listening to our podcast. So I'll read a couple. Okay, so I'm just gonna read a couple of these little nuggets of hauntings that people have experienced. So I asked, have you been targeted, personally targeted by our ghost? And this is what people have said.

• 6:28Speaker 07

Y'all are out here changing lives and haunting them.

• 6:31Corinne Vien?

  Haunted, yes.

• 6:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Courtney Shearer said, I had to stop listening while in my house. I can't explain, but those are the rules. I can only listen when I'm in the car or walking. Mm hmm.

• 6:40Speaker 05

I do have a piggy the doll incident.

• 6:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

This is terrifying. Not me, but my uncle. After listening to the PTD episode, he had a heart attack. He's okay. But is this a coincidence? I don't think so.

• 6:54Corinne Vien?

Oh, I hate that because that's one of the things that happens, people having heart attacks.

• 6:58Speaker 11

Ben has definitely helped pause my recordings. And I, of course, have had a mimic in my house.

• 7:04Speaker 12

Thank you, guys, for getting me haunted.

• 7:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  My gosh, you remember when?

• 7:08Corinne Vien?

Oh, my gosh. And she lost all of her photos?

• 7:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes, one of our Patreon members is a wedding photographer. And which episode was it? It was one of the ones that we were telling people, like, don't listen to this one, because people are getting.

• 7:20Corinne Vien?

  Was it Smurl?

• 7:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It might have been Smurl.

• 7:22Corinne Vien?

Yeah, I think it was last year.

• 7:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

These people were experiencing a ton. And so we're like, don't listen, or like, listen at your own risk. And yeah, she lost.

• 7:30Corinne Vien?

  Everything.

• 7:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The thing was just corrupted for no reason.

• 7:33Corinne Vien?

  For no reason.

• 7:34Speaker 13

I remember when I first started listening to the podcast, I would get nightmares. I would get like, just feelings that somebody was watching me.

• 7:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Haley Vav said, I was in my apartment bathroom and your podcast was playing. What just fell on me?

• 7:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It looked kind of like fruit fly, but.

• 7:50Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 7:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, it's.

• 7:52Corinne Vien?

Oh, it's the, yeah, because I'm seeing.

• 7:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, see, part of paranormal is trying to debunk.

• 7:57Corinne Vien?

  What was it?

• 7:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Is it ash?

• 7:59Corinne Vien?

Yeah, there's small bits of ash from this.

• 8:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Flying, I can see one right here.

• 8:04Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 8:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Haley Vav was in their apartment bathroom when the podcast was playing and all of the doors slammed and the lights turned off.

• 8:11Corinne Vien?

  That was scary.

• 8:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Carly Ten wrote, "If I listen or watch at my boyfriend's house, I'll be touched, I'll hear things or see things at his house." And there's a lot of like, audio going out, or episodes being skipped, episodes playing in reverse. What?

• 8:27Corinne Vien?

How do you even make that happen?

• 8:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I don't know.

• 8:29Speaker 06

Smith, I don't think he's ever sort of, I don't like it too. Like, say hi.

• 8:33Corinne Vien?

Okay, yeah, so people are haunted.

• 8:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 8:36Corinne Vien?

And I do appreciate that a lot of people email us with their hauntings too, and give us specific, this isn't, I don't have any like EVPs pulled, but I do really like when people post screenshots or pull screen grabs of when they hear EVPs.

• 8:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yep.

• 8:49Corinne Vien?

Or just like, what they're experiencing during listening to particular episodes, because then it also lets us know which episodes are haunted.

• 8:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And we recommend actually recording, or screen recording, the EVP, because if you just send a time code, it's often, with ads and the way that it is programmed, it's hard to find the exact moment.

• 9:10Corinne Vien?

Anyway, those are instructions for sending us more, but so many of you already have sent us a ton.

• 9:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes, and I also asked what people believe is the most haunted episode or episodes of our podcast.

• 9:22Speaker 07

Probably that Halloween where y'all did a bunch of stuff you shouldn't have.

• 9:27Speaker 07

  Can we do that again?

• 9:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Ray Fray said, "Listen to episode 328, and a system at work glitched. I lost an entire project," which never happens.

• 9:35Corinne Vien?

  No.

• 9:36Speaker 12

So you guys did an episode on, I don't want to say his full name, because I don't want to get haunted again, the haunted artifact, Billy, the, I have the wildest, craziest nightmare that I'm trapped in this abandoned building.

• 9:52Speaker 08

Probably the rig story and the fairy queen in the woods.

• 9:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  So if you're curious.

• 9:56Corinne Vien?

I'm tempted just to say episode 12, because it's like scary haunted. That's true. Yeah, the examples, even though there are fewer examples of people experiencing things when listening to that episode, when people do, they're extreme, like car accidents.

• 10:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right. Animals running into their cars.

• 10:14Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 10:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And then the other one I, I feel drawn to say is like the Smurl possession from last year.

• 10:21Corinne Vien?

  That one had a lot.

• 10:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  What would you say?

• 10:24Corinne Vien?

Well, I feel like, yeah, the Smurl possession, I feel like a lot of people experienced hauntings during that, but I think you and I experienced more.

• 10:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  With Julia's possessed.

• 10:33Corinne Vien?

  Wait a second.

• 10:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  What?

• 10:35Corinne Vien?

  PTD.

• 10:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know, but I didn't experience anything while recording that. A lot of people listening.

• 10:40Corinne Vien?

A lot of people listening did.

• 10:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Did.

• 10:42Corinne Vien?

And then when we covered La Urona, remember? There's a lot of like weird water pipes, different things.

• 10:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That followed you.

• 10:50Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, that one was me.

• 10:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I feel like recently we've just been having, maybe it's because I'm getting more in touch with my psychic, I don't know, whatever, spiritual side, whatever you want to call it. It's, I feel like I'm such a fraud if I say I'm psychic because I'm not, but I feel like I've been, you two have been having a lot more physical experiences when we're covering topics.

• 11:11Corinne Vien?

And I do wonder if that's just because we're together, because before we were remote. Guys, we're gonna get a couch so that we can hold hands better. Closer.

• 11:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 11:20Corinne Vien?

  Nicer, more frequently.

• 11:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 11:23Corinne Vien?

  Instead of just.

• 11:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm gonna play footsies with you.

• 11:27Corinne Vien?

Don't play footsies with me, I will vomit.

• 11:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh.

• 11:30Corinne Vien?

  I don't like footsies.

• 11:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, now I'm going to do it. Because I'm evil.

• 11:35Corinne Vien?

It's the exorcism coming out of me.

• 11:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Why don't you go?

• 11:38Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 11:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And then at the end, I'll read the comments of the most haunted episodes.

• 11:43Corinne Vien?

Okay, perfect. Uh, this one is called, "Your podcast ghost is an asshole."

• 11:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay. What?

• 11:51Corinne Vien?

Watch. I don't want to like fully turn my iPad because I don't want to expose everybody's last names. It won't let me open it. It starts loading it and then sends me back into the folder.

• 12:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I can open it on mine. Do you want to read it on mine?

• 12:02Corinne Vien?

  I guess.

• 12:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That's so weird.

• 12:04Corinne Vien?

Sven, are you okay? They don't mean it.

• 12:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Can I hold your handless arm?

• 12:08Corinne Vien?

Okay. "Your podcast ghost is an asshole."

• 12:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's not you. It's just a ghost that pretended to be you. Or maybe it is you.

• 12:16Corinne Vien?

  Or maybe it is you.

• 12:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Own up to it if it is.

• 12:19Corinne Vien?

Let us read it. "Hello, ghostesses. It's me again. I'm not sure if you've seen my other two emails about ghost stories and some pictures, but I wanted to reach out with one story, a much shorter one and very recent. I know your podcast is advertised as the most haunted podcast. It always freaks me out when I hear other listeners of the podcast's ghostly encounters. And when my fellow ghost-sensitive friend, who's also a coworker, as the story takes place in the office, asked me about the podcast earlier and if I'd had any ghost encounters because of your podcast. I told her I hadn't and that she'd be safe to listen to because she was worried about another spirit bothering her. Well, your ghost is an asshole and he proved me wrong." After that conversation, I got back to my desk. I turned on the episode that I was

• 13:03Corinne Vien?

listening to. My phone then suddenly started playing a whole new episode, a completely random one. So it wasn't like I accidentally skipped or went back an episode or two. No, I was listening to a 2021 episode. And then suddenly I was in 2022. Super strange, can't explain it. So I resumed listening to the correct episode and then had some funky audio with Corinne's voice. But the craziest thing happened next. I got an email from one of the vendors that I work with that said something along the lines of, hey, I just received your email, but there's no content to it. So I'm not sure what you were trying to pass along. But I didn't send her an email. I hadn't emailed her since the previous week, but she was claiming that I just sent one. So I checked my sent

• 13:43Corinne Vien?

box and there was nothing there. Yet she on her end had an email from me. So moral of the story, I denied the presence of your ghost. And so your ghost said, bitch, you thought. Thanks for being my ghosty besties who I've never met. See, see y'all on the other side, Kirsten.

• 14:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, that's not as bad as I thought it would. That was okay, Sven. You can do that. I feel like there are a lot of occurrences where Sven or a ghost who is around you will change the episode that you're listening to.

• 14:17Corinne Vien?

  Frequently.

• 14:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And I'm like, is that because there's a message that you're supposed to be learning? Or like something you're supposed to be paying attention to in that other episode?

• 14:25Corinne Vien?

I know that this is really sad to reference, but it does remind me of the one listener we had who was in a really rough spot and the podcast started playing. She thinks that I think she thought it was her mom like using the podcast to get through.

• 14:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 14:38Corinne Vien?

And jumping around and choosing words of our voice to give a message.

• 14:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I tried to find that story again because I was like, it'd be nice to read that again at the end, but I couldn't find it.

• 14:50Corinne Vien?

It's always weird when that happens. It's like,

• 14:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I know.

• 14:52Corinne Vien?

We'll remember a full sentence or like certain words, so we should be able to just

• 14:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Search that.

• 14:56Corinne Vien?

  pulls up.

• 14:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 14:57Corinne Vien?

But so frequently it doesn't. We found that so much when we were trying to do, we referenced this in a previous encounters, maybe like last encounters or the one before this, that we have a few episodes that are like our most referenced. I think we called them like our favorites or something, where over the past eight years, we've referenced certain emails a bunch of times. So we were like, oh, let's pull all of these emails and reread them in a few different episodes so that people can kind of have like a cheat sheet, a go to, like, oh, they always talk about this. Let me just listen to this one episode. So I can be in the know too. But there were so many stories that you and I were like, trying to help each other

• 15:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 15:29Corinne Vien?

find that we would reference and then we wouldn't be able to find them.

• 15:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The one that still kills me to this day, because I remember reading the story so vividly and like the one detail that always sticks out to me is like this listener's uncle being cursed and like going through all of this effort to try to remove the hex from them.

• 15:48Corinne Vien?

  Mm hmm.

• 15:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

They like had to pee on the toilet on like Saran Wrap. But then the woman who had cursed her uncle had so much, like her hair was falling out. She started aging really fast. So that's how they were like, oh, she for sure put the curse on him.

• 16:02Corinne Vien?

Wasn't she like the nanny or something?

• 16:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I

• 16:05Corinne Vien?

I feel like she lived with them.

• 16:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, it was something wild. So if you remember what episode that was in, please let us know.

• 16:12Corinne Vien?

Yeah, it's hard being haunted, you guys.

• 16:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It is.

• 16:15Corinne Vien?

When you're trying to find stuff.

• 16:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, but kind of how Kirsten said that Sven sent an email. We've also had encounters where people have sent us emails, but we don't get it. They disappear.

• 16:27Corinne Vien?

  Yes.

• 16:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Um.

• 16:28Corinne Vien?

Oh, this is, sorry. This reminds me of when I had read an email and responded to the email in like 2017 or 2018. And then I couldn't find it. And then do you remember like two years later, the email came in?

• 16:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, as if it was the first time.

• 16:42Corinne Vien?

As if it was the first time it was ever emailed. But I was like, no, I've read this and I responded to it and I was trying to find it to read it again.

• 16:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Didn't exist. Okay, well, this is a double whammy. It has to do with episode 12 and with an email semi self corrupting.

• 16:58Corinne Vien?

  Oh, no.

• 16:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So this is from our listener, Justy, and Justy sent an email that

• 17:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Wait, this is so weird.

• 17:08Corinne Vien?

  What?

• 17:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I literally added this into the folder this morning.

• 17:12Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 17:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And when you look on it and on your desktop, half of the email is missing because so it's two emails. And Jesse is like, so the image I sent and the second half of my story is deleted for some reason. I have no idea. And I saw it that the first email, like it just cut off mid-sentence. Like the rest of the story and the photo that was attached were gone. And they resent it.

• 17:34Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 17:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But now, when I look at it on my iPad, the whole email is there in the first email.

• 17:39Corinne Vien?

  That's weird.

• 17:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay.

• 17:41Corinne Vien?

Sven is not enjoying this episode, I think. It's like we're putting him on trial. He's being exposed. He's trying to undo what he did right now. Don't worry about me being an asshole. Don't, I didn't do that corruption to the email.

• 17:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, I will say that this is not Sven haunting our listener. This is potentially Rick haunting.

• 18:00Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 18:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Hi, I'm a new listener and fan. I had y'alls in my Spotify library for a while, but just started listening. I cannot wait to catch up. But I just finished episode 12 and my God, I had an experience. I was at work pretending to work while listening to the podcast. And the story of Rick's possession came on. I completely stopped working. My brain told me to stop, to listen. And the shadow slash demon was described. I could see it clear as day in my mind's eye. And of course I got chills because yeah, no, thank you. And then the story progressed to Rick going to the listener's home.

• 18:35Corinne Vien?

  Hmm.

• 18:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And around that time, Rick switched to not Rick in the story. I got the same chills. My brain then saw and sensed a cloaked shadow was standing behind my chair looming over me. I'm used to my overactive imagination. So mentally, I'm like, yeah, it's probably not real. But just in case, fuck off, this is my space. I continued with Rick's possession story and this entity continued to lurk behind me. And I got angry at this shadow bastard. How dare it F with a life? Insert internal yelling at this thing in my brain for messing with lives when we're just trying to vibe and survive. So the story ends, but my brain will not let go of why this demon didn't want its picture to be shared. My inner thought says, know your enemy. So I surmise it doesn't want people knowing about it at all.

• 19:20Corinne Vien?

  Hmm.

• 19:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That way it can keep whispering secretly into people's minds. So as I continue in this mental self-talking, I thank you guys so much because the moment I left work and got into my car, I saw this shadow demon.

• 19:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yikes. And I'm pretty sure this is where the email cut off in the first, first rendition, but now apparently it's here. Okay. So there I am, sitting in the car in my dark parking lot, waiting for my car to warm up. And I was going through my phone and went to go follow you on social media. I looked in the rearview mirror and I saw that the middle seat shadow was oddly shaped. My car has headrests in the back, so in the dark, the outline wasn't smooth like it should be. Hmm. So again, I had the same mentality I had earlier, just write it off. It's probably my backpack and the coat on top of it. I put them in the backseat earlier, so maybe my brain's just creating some creepy images.

• 20:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But again, just in case, I say in my head, this is my space. Fuck off. I stupidly, or don't stupidly, physically turn around to confirm what the shadow is. And I start driving home and start listening to episode 13, the pet cemetery one. I was blinded from the tears from that episode, but I made it home. And then I look in the rearview mirror again. And that's when I realized the shadow of the middle seat area does not look like it did earlier. Brain in high scared pitch, ahhhh.

• 20:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, maybe my coat and backpack moved on my drive. I get out, I open the back to get my things. Brain in even higher louder pitch, ahhhh. My backpack was seated perfectly behind me, my coat underneath it. Everything was below the headrest lines. Nothing should have slipped around, nor did I hear anything shift while driving. What made that weird shadow? The demon? So I scurried inside and this time said, unreal. This is my space filled with light and love. Anything that means me ill will or harm is not welcome and needs to fuck off now. So yeah, here I am emailing about my first ever visual experience. And as unnerving as that was, it was exciting. Great experience all in all. 10 out of 10. Uh, would recommend not.

• 21:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I am very into and dapple in witchy spiritual things and have wondered when I would see something supernatural. So thank you both so very much for giving me my first physical encounter. It makes me nervous that it involved a car. I know. Sending you good vibes to protect you all from the spooky stuff. Dang.

• 21:49Corinne Vien?

Something was in there. I do feel like that's the thing with episode 12, which if someone hasn't listened to episode 12, we revisited it and soundscape it actually for

• 21:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Halloween of like 2021, 22?

• 22:02Corinne Vien?

Yeah, something like that. So you can listen to it twice, basically.

• 22:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's on YouTube.

• 22:07Corinne Vien?

Yeah, the listener story involves a boyfriend who potentially was possessed with something

• 22:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Definitely.

• 22:14Corinne Vien?

Really, really dark. It's one of those things that just, I mean, we've heard this before that like demons hear when you're gossiping about them and they're intrigued and sometimes they're just curious about what you're saying and it's like a fun little gossip moment to just like pop in and then other times you're basically summoning

• 22:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It to come to you.

• 22:32Corinne Vien?

The entity to come to you.

• 22:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, I do absolutely believe that whatever dark entity was tormenting Rick in that episode 12, I do believe it would come to check people out and just like leave this lingering ominous like I'm always watching. Because even in that episode, the demon, the demonic entity that was possessing Rick, told our listener, do you want to know what I did earlier today? And like talked about how it was tormenting someone else while simultaneously tormenting Rick.

• 23:09Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, like a true torture.

• 23:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 23:11Corinne Vien?

  With very disturbing graphic images.

• 23:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes. All right. What do you have?

• 23:16Corinne Vien?

I'm just trying to remember if I brushed my teeth today.

• 23:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Did you?

• 23:19Corinne Vien?

  I'm not sure.

• 23:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm so excited. I'm getting my whole body MRI scan from Prenewvo in a couple of weeks. It's honestly so important. Okay. Um, no, I won't work.

• 25:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

What the heck? Who, who do you want to read?

• 25:15Corinne Vien?

  I want to read Aslan.

• 25:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay, here you go.

• 25:18Corinne Vien?

  Thanks.

• 25:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

See, this is why we also need to be closer because

• 25:22Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 25:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's like a stretch to even pass that to you.

• 25:25Corinne Vien?

Okay, this is called, "The Sven is haunting me." And similar to what you had with like a corrupted email, the first version of this email, which I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it's just like, it looks completely blank. And then you realize the text is all white. And so then the email's again and said, okay, hey, girly pops, my name's Aslan. Yes, like Narnia. Just in case the original is invisible for you guys too, I'm re-sending this.

• 25:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  What?

• 25:52Corinne Vien?

I've been listening to you guys since I was 15 to 16 years old and now I'm 21. I have gotten a response from you guys back in the day when you guys used to respond to every email. Oh my God, remember that? We wish we still did. I told you some stories from when I used to see ghosts as a kid, but I have grown into a spooky adult now and I've experienced many ghostly things since then, especially since I've been dabbling in the boo boo things for years.

• 26:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Dabbling in the woo woo.

• 26:19Corinne Vien?

Dabbling in the boo boo. Six years of tarot, crystals, astral projection, pagan holidays, astrology, astronomy, et cetera.

• 26:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Hell, yeah.

• 26:26Corinne Vien?

And I lived in a haunted dorm my first year of college at Pemberton Hall in Eastern Illinois University.

• 26:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I like the name Pemberton.

• 26:32Corinne Vien?

  Pemberton Hall.

• 26:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It does sound fancy.

• 26:34Corinne Vien?

  It does.

• 26:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, I just booked a flight to be in Edinburgh, Scotland for Halloween.

• 26:40Corinne Vien?

Wait, that is crazy because I literally, when you were driving here, I just kept thinking about how you never got to do what you said you were gonna do before.

• 26:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, I'm going.

• 26:50Corinne Vien?

  This is gonna be great.

• 26:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I booked my flights.

• 26:51Corinne Vien?

  Are you solo traveling?

• 26:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yes.

• 26:53Corinne Vien?

That'd be so fun. And what good timing.

• 26:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know, I was looking at like cool Airbnbs and I wanna do, I think I'll go to London for a little bit too. So I'm gonna look and see if like there's a small little cottage holiday vibe town on the way down to London that I can stop to. So if anyone has recommendations, Edinburgh, any like cutesy little towns between Edinburgh and London, London, yes.

• 27:19Corinne Vien?

I'm so excited for you. This is gonna be so great.

• 27:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I'm very excited.

• 27:23Corinne Vien?

But also weird that I was, were you thinking about it on your drive here?

• 27:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, I didn't sleep last night, so I was like up till like 4am just looking at Airbnbs and stuff.

• 27:32Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 27:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I spent a lot of time doing it last night.

• 27:36Corinne Vien?

I also have a best friend in high school whose mom-

• 27:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  A best friend?

• 27:39Corinne Vien?

  Did I say that?

• 27:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Maybe.

• 27:40Corinne Vien?

Oh, I also had a best friend in high school whose mom was a practicing pagan, who was very influential on me. She was a lovely woman who changed my life with everything that she taught me.

• 27:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That's so sweet.

• 27:51Corinne Vien?

But as of right now, I have some video evidence of what I can only assume is Sven haunting my phone. The first clip I will insert is a screen recording from June 30th. At 2:28 a.m. It's a screen recording of an episode of the podcast that I swear on my sweet dog's life I did not take. It shows the ending of one of your videos, plays two ads, and then just sits there for several minutes before turning off.

• 28:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  At 2:28 a.m.?

• 28:18Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 28:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Wait till like Aslan woke up to this on their phone?

• 28:21Corinne Vien?

It woke up to the screenshot, like a screen recording.

• 28:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Uh, right.

• 28:26Corinne Vien?

Of the podcast being recorded at 2:28 a.m.

• 28:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right, so Aslan was asleep.

• 28:30Corinne Vien?

Yep. Aslan says, "I do not listen to your podcast to go to sleep because I have night terrors, and listening to spooky stuff while I'm falling asleep tends to make this worse. It's also kind of hard to accidentally screen record on an iPhone, and I just learned how to purposely do it a couple of weeks ago. When I saw that in my camera roll, I was really, really confused. But I moved on for like a week or so, and today I was watching YouTube as people these days do, and I went to watch something that wasn't your content, and it did not work. So clicking on random videos, nothing will play until I click on yours.

• 29:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  See, that is Sven. Yes.

• 29:06Corinne Vien?

  That's Sven.

• 29:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Pat on your bony back.

• 29:08Corinne Vien?

Usually Sven doesn't let people listen.

• 29:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right. Except for that person who randomly found our podcast because their car started playing.

• 29:15Corinne Vien?

  Turned off.

• 29:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And they've never listened to podcasts.

• 29:19Corinne Vien?

Yeah, didn't, had never pulled up a podcast app and our.

• 29:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Never heard of us before.

• 29:23Corinne Vien?

  So wild.

• 29:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 29:24Corinne Vien?

Clearly that guy needed to listen to something. So I watched a few episodes of your podcast and then noticed that none of the ads were playing either. And so then as I scroll your page, none of the videos are showing previews either. So I thought, that's weird. And I told my skeptic boyfriend who's currently talking in his sleep next to me, like an absolute freak.

• 29:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Cool.

• 29:43Corinne Vien?

Uh, well, I told him about it and he thought that it was creepy and he responded, "Yeah, I don't like that. Email it in." So here I am emailing it in. You guys are what keeps me sane and spooky in this very mundane life as a chronically ill, stay-at-home mom to a dog, and I'm glad you guys are on YouTube now. But please ask Sven if I can watch other content occasionally from Azzy.

• 30:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Is this why we've like all of a sudden gotten more views on YouTube?

• 30:10Corinne Vien?

  Maybe.

• 30:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Is Sven is just like playing it at night for everyone while you're sleeping? I don't hate this haunting. We can include the screenshot.

• 30:18Corinne Vien?

  A timestamp.

• 30:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  A 2:28 a.m.

• 30:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That is wild. Well, I'm on board. Sven, you can keep doing that.

• 30:25Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 30:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I like having Sven here.

• 30:27Corinne Vien?

  Me too.

• 30:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Because it now really feels like Sven's a part of the conversation.

• 30:31Corinne Vien?

  Should this be more permanent?

• 30:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. And when we get a couch, he can like.

• 30:36Corinne Vien?

Oh, sorry, that was not the right move on my part.

• 30:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

When we get a couch, I like to imagine Sven on the back of it with his arm.

• 30:44Corinne Vien?

  With his arms over?

• 30:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 30:47Corinne Vien?

Okay. Got to get him little hats so that his metal head isn't exposed.

• 30:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We should dress him up for Halloween.

• 30:53Corinne Vien?

We should. He has different outfits too. He surprises us.

• 30:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, everyone needs to send us costume ideas for Sven.

• 31:00Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 31:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Easy to do because.

• 31:02Corinne Vien?

  Because look at him.

• 31:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

There's not much to work with.

• 31:04Corinne Vien?

  Limited mobility.

• 31:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Limited body.

• 31:06Corinne Vien?

  Half a body.

• 31:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 31:07Corinne Vien?

A third of a body, really.

• 31:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But if he's behind a couch, then people won't see his bottom half.

• 31:13Corinne Vien?

  That's true.

• 31:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That is missing.

• 31:13Corinne Vien?

  That's true.

• 31:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yes.

• 31:14Corinne Vien?

It was also a mystery because we left the podcast office.

• 31:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Untouched.

• 31:19Corinne Vien?

Two months later, came in and he was broken into pieces.

• 31:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  He was chopped in half.

• 31:24Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 31:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

He was trying to do a magic trick and did it wrong.

• 31:27Corinne Vien?

  He fought hard.

• 31:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 31:28Corinne Vien?

  With whatever happened to him.

• 31:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, we're glad you're here with us.

• 31:31Corinne Vien?

  Mm-hmm.

• 31:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, I have one. This is from our listener Lydia, and it is called, "How Your Podcast Haunted Me and My Cat Saved Me."

• 31:41Corinne Vien?

  Ooh.

• 31:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The Smurl family. Hi, ghouls, goblins, zays and gays. Longtime listener, first time caller, and yes, you can use my name. So, I want to share my experience I had after listening to the two-parter of the Smurl family, and after I listened to episode 258 where someone else shared what they had experienced. So, for a little backstory, I've always had experiences with the paranormal. Things like hearing footsteps walking around in my apartment that I'm the only one at, seeing demons, hearing things. And when I first found your podcast, I thought, "The most haunted podcast? Wow, what a catchy little line." But no, wow, I didn't realize how haunted you could be by a podcast.

• 32:18Corinne Vien?

Yeah, well, neither did we. So.

• 32:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 32:21Corinne Vien?

  We're all in this together.

• 32:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  We're all in this together.

• 32:27Corinne Vien?

  Once you know, oh, love.

• 32:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I was listening to your episodes on the Smurl family at work because your voices make it a little bit more bearable. And I stood up to take something to my boss and I got to the side of my desk and all of a sudden doubled over in pain with horrible stomach pain.

• 32:45Corinne Vien?

  Oh, no.

• 32:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I breathed through it and it finally went away. I went about my little walk and didn't think anything else of it. But when I sat back down at my desk, Sabrina starts saying how someone was driving and they had horrible stomach pains while listening to the Smurl family episode. I thought, weird, what a weird coincidence. I go about my day. I go home, do my nightly things, get in bed, fall asleep. My husband always comes in after me and watches TV to wind down in bed after I've already fallen asleep. And at some point I woke up. It was after he had turned off the TV to a horrendous pain in my right eye. It felt like it was on fire, like someone had stuck a needle through my eyelid. I tried to grab my eye, but I couldn't move and immediately somehow fell back to sleep.

• 33:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

When I woke up the next morning, I went to look in the mirror. I had no marks, no scratches, nothing. But I know that pain was real and I still remember what it felt like. The next night, my cat, whose name is Kitty, who always sleeps by my husband's feet, curled up next to my legs. I thought, ooh, I'm special tonight. Well, girls, that night I had a horrible dream. I actually don't know if it was just a dream or something else. I was immediately in my daughter's room and she was crying and I asked, what's wrong? And she pointed to the corner of her room towards the ceiling. I looked up and over and there was this creature, completely black, completely still. But the outlines were still moving like liquid and it looked at me and smiled this huge grin. And the teeth were so sharp.

• 34:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I get goosebumps still thinking about it. Being raised Christian, I did the only thing I knew how to do and I threw myself over my daughter and started praying. I prayed for about 30 seconds, turned around and it was still there, still watching me, still smiling. So I prayed more and more and then I turned around and it was gone. I immediately woke up in that moment and Kitty, who was at my feet, was alert. Small things here and there continued to happen over the course of a week. Small stomach pains, sharp head pains, hearing things banging and walking around to find nothing had fallen. For that whole week, Kitty slept beside me until one night I woke up to a bang, like something had fallen. I thought it was my dog getting off his bed, so I checked the camera in his room. Yes, he has his own room and he was sound asleep.

• 34:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Kitty was now standing on the bed, looking out into the hallway. She walked to the side of the bed closest to the door, stood there for about 20 seconds on alert, then ran out of the room like she was chasing something.

• 35:09Corinne Vien?

  Oh my god.

• 35:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

After that, I have never had an experience again. So that's the story of how your podcast made me a believer in being able to be haunted from states away by people I have never met, and how I'm 99% sure my cat took on a demon, won and saved me.

• 35:22Corinne Vien?

  Oh my gosh, yeah.

• 35:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Love you, girls. I hope to write again about some of the things that my daughter and I have experienced together, so she can hear you talk about her. She isn't listening to this story yet. Thank you for everything you do. Also, here's pet tax of demon fighting Kitty and her annoying brother who slept through mom being attacked but is cute anyway. Lydia, she/her. Oh my god, Kitty is such a chonk. Look at Kitty.

• 35:45Corinne Vien?

Oh my gosh, Kitty is so cute.

• 35:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And then the smile.

• 35:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh my god, I saw a TikTok yesterday and it was like, someone was at a restaurant. It had like 40 million likes. It was that amazing. The dog is like laying on the ground and the person is filming and she goes like, hi puppy. The dog lifts its head off, stares at her and fully smiles at her. It's the cutest thing in the world.

• 36:13Corinne Vien?

  I'm pulling it up.

• 36:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's so cute.

• 36:15Corinne Vien?

I feel like that'll be an easy search.

• 36:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah. Oh, right here.

• 36:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, 48 million likes.

• 36:32Corinne Vien?

  With the tongue like a...

• 36:36Corinne Vien?

  That's so cute.

• 36:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's so cute.

• 36:38Corinne Vien?

See, smiling dogs, adorable. Smiling demons, terrifying. So that's why you get a cat.

• 36:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Kitty protected you.

• 36:47Corinne Vien?

  Which is great.

• 36:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And we haunted you. I'm sorry.

• 36:49Corinne Vien?

Although some people argue that cats are a version of a demon.

• 36:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I love the story from my listener Camilla, whose cat has like shown its human form to her.

• 36:59Corinne Vien?

Hmm. Was it its human form?

• 37:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Or like demon form?

• 37:03Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, it's demon.

• 37:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

She says, I think my cat is a demon because it looks like one of the 72 demons of Solomon. But, okay, here you go. Passing it back.

This is called Haunted Objects episode, Broke My TV.

• 38:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's funny because I feel like all of these emails are related to the story or the episodes we talked about in the beginning being the most haunted.

• 38:25Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 38:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  So.

• 38:26Corinne Vien?

Well, I think because we just received so many emails from people and so many comments. So like that sticks out in our mind as most haunted. Okay. Hi, Ghoulies. I'm Brienne, very new listener, like just discovered your podcast on YouTube last month, and I've been absolutely binging and just joined Patreon.

• 38:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yay.

• 38:42Corinne Vien?

I'm so excited to have found y'all because everything about what you guys talk about is so my vibe. Just a quick note, I watched the Haunted Objects episode last night, the one with Greg and Dana's collection that made Sabrina's camera glitch out. And when the episode ended, my TV froze. It wouldn't play any more videos. So I just took that as a sign to go to bed. But now, the next night, after a full day of work, I tried to watch more videos and it just would not work. Like all of the other apps on the TV played fine. And even other YouTube videos would work, but it would not play a single video from your channel. And I tried like three. So I cleared the cache. Is it cache, cachet? That's one of the words I've never like, I don't hear people say out loud. It's just you clear your cookies and your...

• 39:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I clear my cookies.

• 39:28Corinne Vien?

  They cleared their data.

• 39:31Corinne Vien?

From the app, still nothing. I had to entirely restart my TV and all the settings before I could get another episode of your podcast to play. I didn't experience anything weird during the episode that I watched last night, but I definitely think that there's some weird juju that glitched my TV. Love you all, can't wait to watch more, see you on the other side, Brienne.

• 39:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Wow, sorry Brienne.

• 39:54Corinne Vien?

  Sorry.

• 39:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But at least you got to finish the episode.

• 39:57Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 39:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And then the ghost was like, time for bed.

• 40:01Corinne Vien?

It well, it makes me curious too, if you were able to watch one of the three that you'd clicked on, or if like those specific three, you're never supposed to listen to.

• 40:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, that's interesting. Hmm, try again, let us know. Okay. If Sven says no, try, try, try again. I have, okay, this is like a very sweet one.

• 40:17Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 40:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Which is surprising of me. It's from a listener. Whoa. London and Lydia literally started their emails the exact same, that I almost was like, wait, did I pick the, like, did I?

• 40:30Corinne Vien?

Like, literally, it's the same thing.

• 40:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

London said, hey, girls, ghouls, gays and theys.

• 40:35Corinne Vien?

  I like it.

• 40:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I love it. But like, we've never gotten that before, and then now we got two of them. Anyway, this is from London, and it's titled, "My deceased bestie contacted me through Two Girls One Ghost. I've debated writing and sending this email for a long time, so while I sit here and listen to an Encounters episode because I'm fully addicted and it calms the noise in my brain, I have decided I may as well try to see what you guys think. So, for some backstory, I don't remember much of my childhood because of trauma, but I do remember that I've always been a spooky kid and have had an interest in the paranormal, the real stuff, not the fake shit. When I was way too young of a child, like, early 2000s, I would create my very own Ouija boards and play all by myself in my room."

• 41:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Can you imagine walking into your child's room and they're just using Ouija board by themselves?

• 41:22Corinne Vien?

No, now, from my perspective, but I feel like that was like, kind of maybe a normal thing in the 90s and early 2000s.

• 41:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. I couldn't tell you why, but I've always felt a pull towards these darker interests because I haven't had that much actual experience with the paranormal, besides the occasional sleep paralysis accompanied by the old faithful man who loves tall hats.

• 41:42Corinne Vien?

Hmm, that's quite a lot of experiences though already.

• 41:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

All right, so, to get to the point. Did my deceased bestie reach out to me through a Two Girls One Ghost episode? Question mark, question mark? Let me set the scene for you. A few months ago, I was driving from where I currently live on the northwest coast of California to central California for my uncle's funeral service. I make this drive regularly, so I wasn't expecting anything unusual. It's a long drive filled with beautiful sights and no service. So I did as I usually do, and I downloaded way too many hours of Two Girls One Ghost episodes, pressed play, and began my drive. I was a little less than halfway to my destination when, in the middle of nowhere, my car starts acting funny. I have a relatively newer car, and I do know a lot about cars, so I was very confused when, out of nowhere, my AC would turn on full blast onto the coldest setting.

• 42:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know that cars can be on auto, but I had mine turn off, and even if it was on auto, it wouldn't just blast me with frigid air while driving through a rainstorm. Note that it has never done this before. So here's some more backstory. A little over two years ago, I moved into college in a completely new place, hours and hours from anywhere I'd ever been before. As a person with a few anxiety disorders, it was a little bit tough. On my first day in my dorm, there was a knock on my door, and there was this adorable woman named Sari, and it was friendship at first sight. She was truly one of the most kind-hearted people I've ever met and had this amazing energy just fill the space she was in. We spent months bonding, and she was the person who made me feel comfortable with my true identity. We always said that we were kindred souls.

• 43:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Sadly, addiction is a truly awful disease, and one morning almost a year ago, I'd walked into Sari's room, and I saw that the addiction had taken her.

• 43:23Corinne Vien?

  Hmm.

• 43:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I've experienced so much death before, but for some reason, this was much different. Okay, so back to me in the car. The AC kept turning on. I would turn it off, it would turn back on. I would turn it off, it would turn back on. We played this game for way too long. And admittedly, I tend to talk to myself when I'm alone, so I start making comments out loud. At this point, I may have lost my mind, but while listening to ghost podcasts, I think, this must be a ghost. So I turn it back off, and I ask out loud, "If someone is making this happen, will you do it again?" It immediately turned back on. I thought of my uncle because he had recently passed away and I was on my way to drive to his funeral and we never got to say goodbye. So maybe I thought it was him. I kept making silly little comments and eventually I said that I was more than happy

• 44:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

for this spirit to be there, but I really needed them to stop freeze blasting me because I was going to turn to ice and it stopped. To this day, my car has never done it again. I sat with myself for a while and I thought about what had just happened until I realized that the episode I had been listening to while all of this was happening was an encounters episode where you were reading a story about a group of friends that had been together. Their friend had recently passed away due to an overdose and they thought that they had been reaching out through a Mariah Carey song on the radio. As soon as I processed this, I verbally said, "Sorry?" And I got full body chills that ran through my entire body that I have literally never experienced before.

• 44:47Corinne Vien?

Ooh, I just got them now too.

• 44:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

To this day, I'm not sure what happened, but I like to believe that she was there with me, trying to contact me in the most obvious way that of course flew right over my head. Well, you figured it out.

• 44:59Corinne Vien?

  Mm hmm.

• 45:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Thank you for all that you do and for making our inner spooky kids feel at home. Remember to tell your people you love them and God bless Mariah Carey. From Sid, They, Them.

• 45:10Corinne Vien?

  That's so nice.

• 45:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know. And also like Sid, give yourself a break. Like, of course you didn't realize it at the time because you're so distracted by this like rush of cold air that you're not listening to what the story is on the podcast.

• 45:23Corinne Vien?

  Right, right.

• 45:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  But you put it together.

• 45:25Corinne Vien?

Yeah. And too, I feel like if that were happening to me, I wouldn't necessarily jump to it's a ghost right away. Right?

• 45:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 45:33Corinne Vien?

It wouldn't be like, oh, someone's making contact.

• 45:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'd be like, did I press something accidentally?

• 45:36Corinne Vien?

What's happening with my car? Like, do I need to take it in? Like, what's going on?

• 45:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, should I pull over?

• 45:40Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 45:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. But then, oh, the way that it responded to when Sid was like, okay, I'm turning this off and then out loud.

• 45:49Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 45:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

If there's a spirit here doing this, turn it back on. And immediately.

• 45:53Corinne Vien?

Chili relays. I do like, so I know that we talk about Sven a lot because Sven is clearly busy.

• 46:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That's where the other half of Sven's body went.

• 46:06Corinne Vien?

He's running around. He's on the run. His head's here, but the rest of him is elsewhere. Because I do think that there is a lot of activity that like, maybe happens because of the energy around our podcast. But we found this a lot when we were on tour too. Just the energy, not even just from us, but from like everyone who listens.

• 46:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yep.

• 46:28Corinne Vien?

Being directed into this one place, wherever it all ends up. I do think that it tends to open the veil for people.

• 46:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  100%.

• 46:35Corinne Vien?

Like sorry to come in and whether it makes the person who's listening more receptive and that sorry and other people are always there. Or if there's just like some sort of like pocket where like it's, there's more opportunity, I don't know, but I do, I like that part of.

• 46:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 46:52Corinne Vien?

  Being haunted.

• 46:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I liked this story because it reminded me that not all encounters that Sven or our ghost or the ghosts of the podcast cause, like, they're not all scary. There are some really positive ones, beautiful ones that your loved ones are like showing you that they're there.

• 47:11Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 47:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

There's even someone, I think they shared this on Campfire Stories where their dad had recently passed away. They had never heard of our podcast before, but that like it came up on their YouTube and the like story that first played was very reminiscent of their dad. And they were like, I fully believe my dad wanted me to find your podcast to help me process his loss. I know.

• 47:40Corinne Vien?

  So emotional.

• 47:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It is. Okay. Well, to wrap this up, let's see what you all say are the most haunted episodes.

• 47:47Corinne Vien?

  And if we agree.

• 47:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, we forgot about one.

• 47:51Corinne Vien?

  What?

• 47:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The Crone of Catskills. That one is haunted.

• 47:55Corinne Vien?

Oh, yes. That one is haunted and that one to me is the scariest episode. Like content wise, I'm most scared of that story out of all the ones we've covered.

• 48:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes, because that's such an intense. Yeah. Anything Greg and Dana I think is haunted.

• 48:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, and then everything else is Rick? Any episode where Demon House is mentioned? Oh, my gosh, I don't know what this means. But this one listener submitted saying Julius Possession and any one where Corinne talks demon stories instead of Sabrina talking demon stories? Which is, oh, that's interesting.

• 48:31Corinne Vien?

Wait, oh, Julius Possessed, Smurl Possession, Crown of Catskills.

• 48:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. The Greg and Dana Haunted Objects.

• 48:39Corinne Vien?

  Haunted Objects.

• 48:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Weird.

• 48:41Corinne Vien?

  That is weird.

• 48:43Sabrina Deana-Roga?

They also then wrote, also unrelated, but the Indrid Cold episode had a massive picture jumpscare that I peed myself. What?

• 48:51Corinne Vien?

Did we just like flash on YouTube like him, the grinning man?

• 48:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Did we?

• 48:55Corinne Vien?

Maybe it was scary enough? I don't, I don't know.

• 48:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I kind of love that. I'm so honored to have made someone pee themselves. That's truly like, I didn't know I needed that title, but I needed that title.

• 49:07Corinne Vien?

You know how some people have like the signs that say it's been like this many days since I pooped my pants, you need like, it's been this many days since I've made someone pee their pants.

• 49:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, the first sign would say seven days.

• 49:20Corinne Vien?

  That's true.

• 49:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm sorry, this is gonna like scare everyone away. It's not Sven, it's my.

• 49:26Corinne Vien?

  Fiber intake.

• 49:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Lou talk. Yeah. What just happened?

• 49:31Corinne Vien?

I just heard like a little like, and so I just assumed, I think it's probably flower, dried flower petals falling.

• 49:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Can I ask something real quick?

• 49:41Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 49:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Are you open to?

• 49:43Corinne Vien?

No. What are you gonna ask, ghost tube?

• 49:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 49:48Corinne Vien?

  Sure, we can do it.

• 49:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Just for like a couple minutes?

• 49:50Corinne Vien?

  Just a couple minutes.

• 49:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It feels like the right time.

• 49:53Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 49:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The right episode. Okay. Do you want to set intentions because this is your space?

• 49:58Corinne Vien?

Sure. We are recording a podcast where we talk about the paranormal. And if you feel that this is the right time to come through and make contact with us, knowing that whatever happens is also going to be shared with other people. It's not necessarily a private conversation. You are welcome to do so. However, once we end this session, the expectation would be that the communication and opportunity to communicate ends until we.

• 50:26Corinne Vien?

Tell you that we're willing to open it up again.

• 50:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And nothing with any ill intent is welcome into the space. We are surrounded by love and light. And I will echo what Corinne said, there is no ghost podcast host discretion here.

• 50:40Corinne Vien?

Yes, and the communication should be with us right here in this specific room. The child is off limits.

• 50:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Good. This room is the only place you can be. Okay, an open ghost tube. Sven, do you have anything to say for yourself?

• 50:57Corinne Vien?

Is there anyone here who would like to communicate? Is this podcast studio haunted?

• 51:05Speaker 03

  No thanks.

• 51:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, they don't want to communicate?

• 51:08Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 51:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay.

• 51:10Corinne Vien?

  Well, thanks.

• 51:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No need to communicate then. Thanks for being here. Thanks for haunting everyone. And thank you, everyone, for listening. We listen to the rules. We follow the rules of the ghost. If they set a boundary, we respect it.

• 51:23Corinne Vien?

  They said no.

• 51:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We did strictly tell them to stop haunting, so they're like, why are you changing your?

• 51:29Corinne Vien?

  Nothing.

• 51:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 51:31Corinne Vien?

Or maybe they just don't want to be on YouTube.

• 51:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That's fair.

• 51:34Corinne Vien?

Privacy. Privacy goes a long ways these days.

• 51:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Sure, but they can watch us naked in the shower, but yeah, we don't get to see them naked.

• 51:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Please let us know if we've made you pee your pants because it's such an honor. And I want to know how many people we've made pee their pants.

• 51:52Corinne Vien?

And if you've experienced a haunting from the podcast, please email us. And if you've experienced anything within the paranormal, email us. Our email is [email protected]. If you're watching on YouTube, that email is coming across the screen whenever we say that in every single episode. And you can also find it on our show notes, on all of our social media, on the website.

• 52:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

All the things. And we also want to say thank you all so much for being here. Regardless of when you joined, whenever you found us, thank you. It's been such a cool experience for us over the last eight years. Started out as a hobby, started out as something that we never thought like anyone would listen to. We both now are full-time podcasters. Where we talk about ghosts. Like, that is the coolest thing in the world.

• 52:40Corinne Vien?

We talk about ghosts for a living.

• 52:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And you all have made it possible.

• 52:43Corinne Vien?

  For a living.

• 52:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  We talk about the dead.

• 52:47Corinne Vien?

Thanks to you. So keep listening. So keep letting us do this. Please. You can follow us on social media, support us by telling other people about the podcast, or rating and reviewing wherever you listen. Shout out to Jamie Ryan, who edits and produces our podcast, and shout out to all of you. We love you. Maybe Sven does too. Sven definitely loves you. And we will. See you on the other side.
