About this episode
This week we're looking at the past, and how a new understanding can completely transform the past. We're going to look at it from the perspective of what is true and what is useful. Because what happens is that the mind is so powerful and the way it represents things is so believable, that when the mind remembers the past, it looks like it's going actually back to some event. But it’s not. The past doesn't exist as something somewhere. So in this episode, we’re going to look at what the past really is, and how we can change and transform it from the space of sanity and freedom. What is Covered: -What is memory and how we think about the past-How the mind organises information into past, present and future-Why one piece of information can change an entire event from the past-How to harness the mind’s superpower to interpret the past-The illusion of identity and the past-Looking at the past with understanding, sanity and freedom Resources: -Download our exclusive recording Free Subliminal: Supporting the Enquiring Mind bit.ly/podcastsubliminal -Learn more about me and my work at https://claredimond.simplero.com/ -Find me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/claredimondreal -Let’s connect on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/clare-dimond-b533007/ -Follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/clare_v_dimond/
