Position of Neutrality: Understanding Faith and Alcoholism in Step 12 AA The Hidden Truth About Alcoholism Revealed!

Join Joe McDonald as he discusses the importance of walking in faith and understanding alcoholism as a fatal illness in Step 12 of Alcoholics Anonymous. Joe explains that both faith and recovery require us to believe in things we cannot see, which is why improving our consciousness is essential. He also emphasizes that alcoholism is not just a condition of the mind but also of the body, referencing the doctor’s opinion that alcoholism may manifest as an allergy. Joe asks us to reflect on how alcohol, a sedative, paradoxically energized many of us, further complicating our understanding of the illness. In Alcoholics Anonymous, Step 12 encourages us to carry the message of recovery to others and explain the true nature of alcoholism. Joe invites us to deepen our understanding of both faith and the conditions that accompany this disease. To support and learn from journeys like Joe McDonald, please like, comment, and share.
