• 1:01Speaker 03

There's no place to escape to.

• 1:02Speaker 00

This is the last. On the left.

• 1:06Speaker 04

  Side stories?

• 1:09Speaker 03

  That's when the cannibalism started.

• 1:12Speaker 04

  Side stories, yes.

• 1:21Speaker 04

Rumble, young man, rumble. What we got here is the new sheriff in town when it comes to Legos. And honestly, I'm really happy that you came so hard at this branch. I don't know if you even understood that you were coming at the Mormon church directly.

• 1:42Speaker 05

Yeah, I found out later. I was surprised to find out they were Mormon because I thought Mormons aren't supposed to like steal and lie, you know?

• 1:48Speaker 04

You'd be surprised. They also fuck little girls.

• 1:51Speaker 05

  Really?

• 1:52Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:53Speaker 05

Oh, yeah. They, they, uh, they marry super, super young. Yeah.

• 1:58Speaker 04

You're right. They do marry very young, like 12. They go over to Nevada because it's still legal there.

• 2:06Speaker 05

One of my cousins is Mormon and I remember they got married in like their teens, I think.

• 2:11Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:12Speaker 05

  It was very, very young.

• 2:13Speaker 04

So they can have sex with each other in the eyes of the Lord and begin cranking out their Mormon army.

• 2:20Speaker 05

Hey, they knew loopholes too, I guess. So, uh, yeah.

• 2:23Speaker 04

You remember the poopole loophole? Did you ever deal with that as a child?

• 2:27Speaker 05

No, uh, I never, I wasn't raised Mormon, but, um, I've heard about it. Yeah.

• 2:33Speaker 04

  It's not real.

• 2:34Speaker 05

  Oh, it's not.

• 2:35Speaker 04

No, the poopole loophole is, it's not loophole. You're getting done with the butt.

• 2:41Speaker 05

  No.

• 2:41Speaker 04

  It's just as invasive.

• 2:43Speaker 05

It doesn't count and God doesn't see that as sex. God thinks that's fine. Um, yeah.

• 2:49Speaker 04

Well, I'm glad we have that. I'm glad we have that on camera. So what we have here is this guy. I love this fucking guy. You've done such good work with your channel. I'm like, I've, I've been following you since the McCainy Manor story. And what you did over there was fascinating. Uh, I honestly think was extremely, uh, it was necessary. And you're doing it in a very flagrant way, but I think that's why they call you reckless Ben.

• 3:16Speaker 05

Yeah, I kind of just like pull stuff up on my butt and I'm like, maybe this will work out. Let's try it, you know? And we just try random stuff and just document the experience. That's the whole channel, basically. Just us come up with the stupidest ideas we can think of and trying to act them out in real life.

• 3:32Speaker 04

  No.

• 3:32Speaker 05

But doing it for good, you know?

• 3:33Speaker 04

You know, Ben, like, do you feel that, that when you, I, I think that is interesting is that you, were you searching for stories like randomly? Or is it really is like something that inspired you? Like what got you into the whole thing? What, what started your YouTube channel?

• 3:49Speaker 05

Um, so I, I was living in my car across the street at my friend's house and he lives across the street from Scientology and I was going online. So I was like, I wonder what goes on inside. Like I know all these billionaires pay money to believe in a alien that a science fiction writer wrote about. So I'm Googling it online. Like what goes on inside Scientology? And like, there's like rumors of what goes on, but I was like, I don't want to believe some rumor. Like I want to see it for myself. You know, there's all these conspiracies of what goes on inside, but like just show me what goes on inside. So then I look, I start watching these like Scientology documentaries. So I'm like, oh, finally, if I watch these documentaries, I'll find out what goes on inside. And no, the documentary show what goes on inside. I'm like, what the, it's have like million with a million dollars. These guys

• 4:33Speaker 05

couldn't figure out what the answers to Scientology. So I was like, you know what? I'm homeless in my car right now and I could even make a better documentary than, than all these documentaries. So I call it the world's best Scientology documentary. We made it with a $50 budget and I was homeless. I had no video experience ever in my life and I still made it a better documentary. We found out all their secrets and uh, well not all their secrets, but we found out a lot of their secrets.

• 4:58Speaker 04

It's fascinating because we've also, did you find yourself on the bad end of Scientology?

• 5:03Speaker 05

Um, yeah, they, they tried to sue me for like a million dollars, I guess.

• 5:08Speaker 04

  They do that a lot.

• 5:09Speaker 05

Yeah. But then I made my own religion called, uh, the Church of Scientology Sucks. It got approved by the IRS and now I just believe that everything I'm saying in my documentary is true. I just believe that Scientology sucks. It's they can't sue me for what I believe in, you know, or else that's discriminating me against my religion. And that's how I got out of that one.

• 5:27Speaker 04

Dude, have you thought about getting a law degree with this, or talking to a lawyer or like, you know, getting a lawyer? They like, you got, your lawyers at this point have to be so tired.

• 5:40Speaker 05

Um, no, I've never used a lawyer until like a couple of weeks ago, actually. Um, so the, everything I've done my entire YouTube career has been without a lawyer. And I think if I had a lawyer, I wouldn't be able to do the stuff I'm doing, you know?

• 5:51Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 5:52Speaker 05

The, the like two or three times I've ever talked to a lawyer, they're like, "That's the worst idea in the world. If you go through with that, you are screwing yourself." And then I end up doing it and it ends up like always working out, so.

• 6:02Speaker 04

  Well, you're doing-

• 6:03Speaker 05

I guess the lawyers have always just been wrong.

• 6:05Speaker 04

Well, you're really, I think you're harnessing, obviously, is this, I mean, the power of the people. Like, you have a, when people watch and have a mandate and are interested in it, and everybody is, I kind of like, that's kind of what brings us to this story. It's just how many people are interested in, you know, this level of, it's low-level corruption that fucks us every day.

• 6:30Speaker 05

Yeah, and if I follow the lawyer's advice, then I won't get the people on board, because then there's not the entertaining story, you know, so. At the end of the day, by disobeying the lawyer, I get the people on my side. And by getting the people on my side, then I take down the company. So by disobeying the lawyer indirectly, it kind of takes down the company, you know, I don't know.

• 6:45Speaker 04

It can. It just, I'm just worried about you, bro. I don't want you to get yourself into such insane trouble that you can't get yourself out of it.

• 6:55Speaker 05

Yeah, um, yeah, I, I always try to ride that line, you know, like, how close can I get to like crossing that line without actually crossing it? And I feel like I get like this far away from crossing the line every single time, which is my favorite thing to do, you know? It's always like, how close can that, to that line can I get without crossing? I'm like, okay, I've actually screwed myself, you know?

• 7:15Speaker 04

But this story, so this story is like, you're just a recent video that just came out. It's like already at like 5.5 million views. Like, I don't even really want-

• 7:23Speaker 05

  Really? Whoa.

• 7:24Speaker 04

Yeah, bro. It's fucking huge. I, I want you to know, like, straight up our audience, go watch the original Reckless Ben videos. If you don't quite know what we're talking about here, about the bricks and minifig story, go watch Reckless Ben and go through that whole line, then come back. Because I do think it's important for, because I don't want to start from zero with you, talking about this subject. But you stumbled into, not stumbled, obviously, Brian Mansell approached you, correct?

• 7:54Speaker 05

Uh, yeah, I just, well, I put out a feeler. I was like, hey, if anyone has like crazy problems that the police can't solve, like, I'll solve it for you, you know?

• 8:02Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 8:03Speaker 05

And I probably got like 10,000 emails and that was just one of like the 10,000 I received.

• 8:08Speaker 04

So it was randomly, you, you, you just chose that randomly or was it just like one, like you were going through and you're like, oh, we'll get to more. And this is the one that came up?

• 8:16Speaker 05

Well, he, he was telling me that this corporation was telling him that if he sues them, they're gonna drag it out in court later. Like, and they're gonna use every legal loophole they can in order to like basically destroy his like dad who's in poor health and. I don't know, it's just that, that story seemed like super compelling. I was like, well, I'm, I use crazy legal loopholes, you know? So I was like, if they're using crazy legal loopholes for bad and I use crazy legal loopholes for good, this will be the perfect battle, you know? And so that was my thinking going into it.

• 8:47Speaker 04

Well, but did you, did you even, did it seem like when you were entering to this, they would get this extreme?

• 8:56Speaker 05

Um, I don't know. I, I just tried like 20 or 30 videos all at once and about half the videos I would. I thought there was gonna be like super extreme, you know, and I show up and then I'm like, okay, let's take down these bad guys. And it turns out they're like not bad or like there was a misunderstanding or something. So that was about like half the videos and then. Um, like this was just one of the ones where it was like, I showed up, I'm like, okay, let's hear their side, you know, like, let's just go in the store and be nice with them. And within 10 seconds of me being in the store, it's get out or we're calling the cops like, ah, if you want your Legos back, like. All the, like, they're harassing us and it was, so. Like I tried to give them an opportunity to be the good guys, you know, and they didn't take it.

• 9:38Speaker 04

  Well, the audio.

• 9:39Speaker 05

Like they could have, I could have just moved on to a different video, like all the other videos, you know, but they, it seemed like they wanted me to make a video on this by the way they treated me, you know?

• 9:46Speaker 04

Yeah, they've, they expanded this into this whole, almost like a morality battle.

• 9:53Speaker 05

They were giving me, as a YouTuber, they're giving me like the perfect content. Like, that's exactly what I want for a story, you know?

• 9:59Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah.

• 10:00Speaker 05

It seems like by the way they acted, it's almost as if they wanted this to happen, you know?

• 10:04Speaker 04

How was the jail when you were in jail? Like, how was it? How was that experience?

• 10:09Speaker 05

It was pretty fun. Uh, yeah, I've never been in jail before, so, um.

• 10:15Speaker 04

I like your positivity, man. Like, this is awesome. This would be devastating to me. I'm 42 years old. I can't sleep on a cot, man. I'm fucking out of it.

• 10:23Speaker 05

It was a little sad because, well, I was only in Utah for like four or five days and we had all these like cool things we wanted to do. So it was a little sad being like just sitting in a jail for like eight to 10 hours, just being like, well, I guess I spent all this money on all these props, you know, and I guess I can't do this, these ideas anymore. So that was sad. But like the actual jail part was like fun. I like, it was like a cool experience. I just like doing things I've ever done before, like, like trying something new every day, you know? So I was like, yeah, something new. Um, I guess if I was in jail for like five or six days, then that would suck because it's like, okay, now I'm not doing anything new. I'm just doing the same thing over. That would suck.

• 10:56Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 10:57Speaker 05

But the fact that I was only there for one day was like perfect, you know? It was like, oh, I get to try a new thing and then.

• 11:02Speaker 04

Oh, yeah. You got to experience something and then leave. But it's like, did you notice like in your travail, in your travels and all this kind of shit like? When you bumped into the sort of like Mormon hand of the police? What was the distinct difference? Like, is there a difference between like when you wandered in this scenario? Like, does it? Cause to me Mormon world is its own universe. They don't really like to have us go inside. They don't want us in there.

• 11:31Speaker 05

That's how it felt. Yeah. It, it felt like, oh, I'm able to verify everything with evidence, but they don't like the fact that I'm here. And I want to say Mormons didn't like the fact that I was here. Everyone happened to be Mormon that didn't like the fact that I was there. Whether or not that's the case or not, I don't know. Um.

• 11:48Speaker 04

What I find is that they whitewash quite often when Mormonism is involved because of how much money.

• 11:55Speaker 05

  I'm also white too, so.

• 11:57Speaker 04

But yeah, but literally I think that they cover up when Mormonism is involved in criminality. Like they specifically, I've noticed every single time I've covered cult leaders, murderers, family annihilators, that all happen to be Mormon. They always kind of leave that out. And they kind of like, because there's somebody.

• 12:15Speaker 05

It's weird. Yeah. Which is so weird because Mormons are supposed to be nice. And there's actually, it's crazy because a lot of Mormons are actually, I'd say the majority Mormons are on my side actually right now. Uh, there was a Mormon protest and I like showed up in disguise and um, I was like, how long can I last before people realize who I am, you know? But they did a whole Mormon protest against the police for what they're doing. So, um, and a bunch of like very nice Mormons showed up who seemed very reasonable, you know, that were like, this is not what Mormonism stands for and but it was, it is so strange that so many Mormons too though are defending this like. Uh, I'm, I'm, I'm not gonna get like too much into details for like privacy reasons,

• 12:55Speaker 05

but one of the guys that was at the raid, his uh, wife might be divorcing him because like the Mormon police are against him and because of that, he must be doing something bad, even though, and she won't even watch the videos because all her Mormon friends are like, don't watch this, this is anti Mormon propaganda, you know?

• 13:15Speaker 04

  That's so funny.

• 13:16Speaker 05

And so they can't even watch my video and so they might be getting a, he's not Mormon, but she's Mormon and so like, it seems like they're getting a divorce because of, he got arrested by the Mormon police, so because of that, it's like, oh, well, if the Mormon police are against, he must be, have done something bad. And he, he's like, well, just watch the video and it'll explain everything and she's like, why can't, that's anti Mormon propaganda. And he's like, he's like, no, a bunch of Mormons are actually like loving this, like, look at this Mormon podcast, he was like, the Mormons are praising this and she's still like, no, it's anti Mormon propaganda.

• 13:45Speaker 04

It's kinda funny though. That's what happens, man. It's weird, it's weird, it's weird how it creates these blinders. Uh, I want, so now, so they had created a way out, right? Wasn't there a way out of this situation for a hot second where they were gonna try to, there was some kind of settlement and then they, and then it just not had, it didn't happen, correct?

• 14:08Speaker 05

There was like, uh, probably at least like thirty-five to thirty-six ways out by now, I'd say.

• 14:13Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 14:14Speaker 05

Right now, I, I, I am starting to make the ways out slightly harder, so right now their way out is now they have to do the chicken dance. Um, so it's harder than, before it was just give back the Legos, now it's give back the Legos and do the chicken dance. I think next month, we're gonna upgrade it to, uh, the American Fork Police has to rename American Fork like reckless bend town or something. Um, so each, each month, so we're starting to give them ways out, but each month it's just gonna get slightly harder and harder, you know? So it's like, if you wanna get, like, do that stuff now, it's the easy way, it's just gonna get harder and harder the longer they wait, you know?

• 14:46Speaker 04

So they put a gag on, order on you, they've arrested you, they've searched you, they just, and they are still, we are still at point zero.

• 14:56Speaker 05

Uh, so they finally took the gag order off. Our lawyers contacted their lawyers and were basically like, hey, like, if I'm not able to talk, like, they, they told, like, I don't know what you're on the set Netflix, but they said I was gonna bomb their building.

• 15:10Speaker 04

Yeah, you were, yeah, all full of shit, yeah.

• 15:12Speaker 05

Um, and obviously I never said anything like that. So basically we said, because you lied to get me silenced. That's like, super illegal on their part, you know? And they're going to be, for every day I'm silenced, they're going to pay damages. So, like, we can report a lot of damages, like, we were going like this, and then the minute my gag order hits, we go like this, you know? So they're technically responsible for every day I'm silenced, because they lied to silence me. And we can prove their lies with proof and evidence. So it's basically a slam dunk case we have against them. And, uh, I guess their lawyers, after that, got super desperate and were like, like begging the judge, like, please give them his freedom of speech back. Like, we don't want to be responsible for these damages. And so, uh, and so they gave us our, so

• 15:57Speaker 05

we revised the restraining order. Basically, everything is still in there, just freedom of speech back. So some of it's still kind of bogus, but, uh,

• 16:03Speaker 04

So you can't, you just can't go there anymore, right? Like, you can't go to any brick mini figs? You can't go talk to those guys anymore?

• 16:11Speaker 05

Yeah, I can't take a picture of the, I can't, so I can't be 300 feet away, but also can't be 400 feet away and take a picture of their building. So that's also a no-go. Um, there's, there's some other stuff, but at least I can talk about them, which is good. That's like, the main thing I wanted back was like, just talking about them.

• 16:29Speaker 04

So Brandon Best and Josh Johnson, are they still like, they're still the main, kind of, what do you say? I'm not gonna say villain, but they're the main, like, source still, right, of the issues? Or are they kind of, are they out of the picture now? Is it all bricks and mini figs corporate?

• 16:45Speaker 05

I don't know. Um, so bricks and mini figs corporate would hire Josh and Brandon to do what's called franchise churning, which is where you take, have a small business owner, build up a franchise, and then you steal that franchise from them, and you take it as your own, you screw them over it, now we profit a whole, like, half a million dollars or whatever, you know? It's called franchise churning. And Brandon and Josh were the ones that would go and take over the, like, do the hostile takeovers, is what they call it. And

• 17:15Speaker 04

So this has happened more than once?

• 17:18Speaker 05

Oh yeah, there's like, at least like 10 people who've personally reached out to me, probably more that haven't reached out to me yet, but.

• 17:24Speaker 04

So Bricks and Minifigs has literally done this multiple times in terms of this, this concept of, I've never heard the term franchise churning.

• 17:31Speaker 05

And this isn't proven yet, so.

• 17:33Speaker 04

  No, I know, I know, you're fine.

• 17:34Speaker 05

Blame their franchise churning, but the theory is that this is a big part of their business model, is having small business owners build up a business, you steal the business from them, and then you give it out. That's, that's what the theory is right now.

• 17:46Speaker 04

  Got it.

• 17:47Speaker 05

Hopefully in the fourth episode, we can prove that, I guess. Um, that's what we're working on, so.

• 17:52Speaker 04

So that is, but that's really cool. So when you do stuff like this, so like, when, with your videos and all this kind of stuff, can that actually be used in court after the fact?

• 18:02Speaker 05

Uh, yeah, they're using it in court against us and we're using it in court against them.

• 18:06Speaker 04

  Got it.

• 18:07Speaker 05

They're like, look at all the shenanigans they did. That's why they should get arrested. And we're saying, look at all the evidence we found. Let's, let's take them down, you know?

• 18:14Speaker 04

So where is Brian Mansell now? Like, where, where is this situation as it stands right now? But I mean, like, in terms of like, where, where does it stand now? Like, in terms of like, there's still no, there's no.

• 18:28Speaker 05

Oh, they're suing him for probably $10 million minimum.

• 18:31Speaker 04

  They're suing Brian too?

• 18:33Speaker 05

Well, yeah, because, well, they only got like, what, what was that collection worth? Like, the high value could have been from like $150,000 to $200,000. That's not enough money for Bricks and Beefeater. They need like $10 million from him. You think they're gonna stop at $200,000?

• 18:47Speaker 04

  He has no money!

• 18:49Speaker 05

From an innocent man? You think they're gonna stop it robbing an innocent man at $200,000? They need way more than that from innocent people.

• 18:55Speaker 04

Tell me about it. I know, I get it. Believe me, I wish I could extricate $2 million from every single vulnerable person. I could, I wish I could, but I don't have God's mandate.

• 19:05Speaker 05

Yeah, no, they need way more than that. Uh, like, our videos are destroyed. They need as much money as they can from the innocent people they stole from.

• 19:12Speaker 04

God, because it's so funny to me, because this all comes from the most innocent world of stupid ass Legos.

• 19:19Speaker 05

Yeah. Well, yeah, I think Legos is just kind of the front of it.

• 19:23Speaker 04

  Yeah, sure.

• 19:24Speaker 05

  I think.

• 19:25Speaker 04

Legos are not, I don't think Legos happy about this.

• 19:28Speaker 05

Yeah, probably not. They haven't made any comments about it, which is crazy, but they're kind of just staying out of everything. I think they have the perfect opportunity to capitalize on it, actually. I think if they just said that what Bricks and Minifigs is doing is wrong, people, this would be a great advertisement for Legos, you know, because now so many people that have never been interested in Legos are now like interested. I think this could be like the biggest Lego brand deal ever, you know?

• 19:48Speaker 04

  Seriously?

• 19:49Speaker 05

They're just choosing not to say anything, which is a little strange, I guess.

• 19:52Speaker 04

Cause Bricks and Minifigs literally has nothing to do with big Lego.

• 19:58Speaker 05

Yeah, it's like GameStop having nothing to do with Nintendo. You know, they just resell Nintendo stuff.

• 20:04Speaker 04

So you guys, because I know the last video, so the last video you came out, it's already like, it's fucking huge. You're already putting out all this like evidence. So like now, like, do, is the goal now is like, oh, we're going to the fucking end of the end of the end of this?

• 20:19Speaker 05

Um, I mean, probably, uh, like, it's, it's been a net positive for me, so why would I quit, you know? Um, it's been a net negative for Bricks and Minifigs, so I could see why they would want to do the chicken dance and get out of this, but I don't know, I've been told by some pretty high up people that they are never going to do the chicken dance. So it's, do the chicken dance or destroy your $400 million company? Which one's worse? I don't know. Some pretty high up people have told me that both options seem equally as bad for Bricks and Minifigs.

• 20:53Speaker 04

It does seem, it does seem bad. Do you have like, do you have people come and do free legal work for you?

• 21:01Speaker 05

No, um, I have been watching, so actually, well, kind of now. There's a lot of like law channels, like Legal Eagle, like, um, there's probably like 10 different law channels that have been covering this that have been doing a really good job. Um, so I just watch their videos and I feel like I can get free legal advice, which is nice. Um.

• 21:18Speaker 04

Cool. How do you feel? How do you feel as like as a dude? Like, I know you were talking about you've been traveling like crazy and stuff like, has this changed your day to day from before?

• 21:32Speaker 05

No, not really. Before, my day would be like, I wake up, edit, go to sleep, and like, film. And then, right now, I just wake up, film, edit, go to sleep. It's pretty much the same.

• 21:41Speaker 04

  Got it.

• 21:41Speaker 05

Uh, I guess, I have been, I try to watch like, one or two videos when I, right when I wake up, just to see what the new updates are, you know? Uh, cause all those channels kinda like, dig in, find stuff that I don't even find, which is awesome.

• 21:52Speaker 04

  That's so funny.

• 21:53Speaker 05

I try to watch like, I try to watch like, one legal video a day, and one drama video, like, right when I wake up, you know? And then, uh, and then, besides that, the rest of my day is the same, so.

• 22:02Speaker 04

Have you tried getting on any other big shows? Are you gonna be like, is, do people want you around? Like, or everyone's afraid, are people afraid of the Mormon church?

• 22:11Speaker 05

Um, no, people aren't afraid. Uh, I don't know, I've just been, I've been on a lot of podcasts and stuff. A lot of it was when I was on the gag order, so I couldn't talk about them, but then, we just, we'd post it afterwards. Uh, but, yeah, I don't know.

• 22:25Speaker 04

The Mormons sit on a thing called, what they call their rainy day fund. Which is a hundred billion dollar surplus that they sit on. So...

• 22:35Speaker 05

It's for when Jesus comes back, I think.

• 22:37Speaker 04

But, my question, Ben, is, if everybody's dead, why do they need money?

• 22:45Speaker 05

I don't know, I'm not Mormon. I feel like they'd have an answer for you, but, I don't know. Um...

• 22:49Speaker 04

Why have this money? Why have this money in a post-money world?

• 22:54Speaker 05

I feel like the Mormon, I feel like the Mormons would love to answer that for you. I don't know. Uh, I, I could just see like, the Mormon podcast I was on, if I answered, they'd be like, super excited, like, I could answer that.

• 23:02Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 23:05Speaker 05

  I don't know. I, I haven't studied it, I don't know.

• 23:07Speaker 04

Did you meet any fine Mormon ladies that were like, "Please get me out of this and bring me to California"?

• 23:14Speaker 05

No, I think they're all pretty happy being Mormon. Uh, I don't know. Um... There was a couple, yeah, there was, there was a bunch of Mormon girls at the protest, or the protest we were at, but yeah, they seemed pretty happy to be Mormon, I guess.

• 23:28Speaker 04

Yeah, it's weird, right? Because I do think that in many ways, for a man being a Mormon, it's fantastic. You get, oh yes, you get, one of the secret things also within the Mormon communities is how if you're a man of a certain standing with a certain family, you just get a job dude. You just get, you just walk, they just take care of you. They're super, super, as you can see, they're very concerned about money and making money and building businesses. It's a part of their religious views is the idea of-

• 24:00Speaker 05

Do you think that's why some of them will make like scam businesses because there's like such a high pressure for them to be successful that if they don't have the skills to be successful, they turn to scams, I guess?

• 24:10Speaker 04

I think that you just hit upon a central tenet of the Mormon mind. Which is that exact thing, which is that you have tripped into this-

• 24:21Speaker 05

  That's so sad.

• 24:21Speaker 04

No, it is. It is an entire-

• 24:24Speaker 05

Because there's such a pressure for them to be successful that if someone's just like stupid, they can't be successful, they're just, it's like, oh, I have to turn to scamming, you know?

• 24:33Speaker 04

Exactly, because it is about that. There is a celebration of the central patriarch being a businessman, a family leader, a lot of pressure. The woman unfortunately is like a passenger. She's kind of kept like a pet that's gotta make babies. Right? And so on some levels for ladies, they don't get a lot of say at all. The men get all the say, they get all the stuff. They essentially get handed a wife and a job and a whole lifestyle. But exactly, if they can't keep up, the rest of them will bury them.

• 25:09Speaker 05

Oh no, all the things are connecting up because that was my biggest question is like, why would a Mormon lie and steal? But now it's kind of making sense.

• 25:16Speaker 04

It is about, I do think that that's the idea is that it's ordered to look powerful to the others. And you have arrived as a young man with this confidence into their very, very controlled world.

• 25:32Speaker 05

Dang, yeah, they definitely didn't like- Me showing up, uh, serving court papers or making a GoFundMe, that was a no-go for them. I think they have something called a crowdfundmeitis, which is what I think they might have. Um, it's, it's basically like the fear of GoFundMes and I think they have that in American Fork Police. Um, it sucks, it's like really rare, uh, like not many people have, like, uh, almost like no one has it, you know? But it's weird that like someone in a police department, it's just unfortunate that someone in a police department would have that, uh, condition, you know?

• 26:05Speaker 04

  Well, you know why?

• 26:05Speaker 05

  Um.

• 26:06Speaker 04

It's because they sit on a bunch of commas and then they don't like anybody being able to catch up.

• 26:13Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 26:14Speaker 04

You know, that's what they would like. They don't want you to show up with the ability to defend yourself because they're really used to having total control of the area. And no one goes there. Who the fuck goes to American Fork?

• 26:25Speaker 05

Um, yeah, it's just a small little neighborhood. Yeah.

• 26:27Speaker 04

  Yeah, why would you go?

• 26:28Speaker 05

It's like everyone knows each other. Yeah.

• 26:30Speaker 04

Yeah, why would you as a human, where are you, where, can I, like, are you, are you LA, are you Cali or New York?

• 26:36Speaker 05

  Yeah, Los Angeles. Yeah.

• 26:37Speaker 04

  It's like, what?

• 26:37Speaker 05

And so also, it seems weird because like LA is known for like, Yeah, LA is also known for like, like defund the police and like, we're like atheists, you know? And that's like what the stereotype of LA. So the police officers see like all this defund the police stuff going on in LA, all these riots and stuff. And they're like, oh, LA is probably a bunch of hooligans. Someone from LA is gonna come and tell our, our high up Mormon friends how to do business. I don't know. Uh, yeah.

• 27:07Speaker 04

Well, I'm proud, man. I'm proud of you, dude. This is hard. But so now the next steps are, so what are these next, I mean, you were just saying you're, you're, you're making, continuing to make videos. You believe that maybe, you don't know, but in your next video, we're gonna get to some action.

• 27:22Speaker 05

Yeah, so the, the first and second video were like pretty adventurous, I'd like to say. And the third video was kind of more like classroom vibes. I like to call it where you're just kind of like learning facts, you know, it wasn't. I don't know, I just thought there was a bunch of important information. It was hard to like turn it into an adventure. At this point, I was like gagged and stuff and restraining orders and in trouble. So I was like, how do I just want to make a video just getting this information out there? And then the fourth video, we're going on another crazy event. I think it's gonna be the craziest uh, video in the whole series. I always like to like end, it might be the last video, I don't know, but if, if they do the right thing, we'll see. If not, we'll just still keep going, which I hope we keep going, but

• 28:05Speaker 05

if Bricks and Minifig is smart, they'll make this the last video, but um, I, I do like to make like, if you watch for my other series, it's always kinda like, it's good. And then the last video is always like, there's always like a video like towards the end, which is like an absolute banger. And that's what this video, I think this one's gonna be the best one of the whole series. Uh, this is gonna be amazing.

• 28:24Speaker 04

Okay, I can't wait to see, man. So go check out Reckless Ben YouTube. It's just Reckless Ben, right?

• 28:32Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 28:32Speaker 04

I just wanna make sure they know that. Um, I, I support you, bro. I support you from here.

• 28:37Speaker 05

  Oh, thanks.

• 28:38Speaker 04

You have a Satanist fellow in LA that will do anything. If you ever need, I'll also say straight up, you need information about the Mormon church, I can give you quite a bit if you never want to deal with it. If you, if you want to know what the hell you're, you might be dealing with. Or if you come across this in the future, because these guys are completely insane. That's the thing about them. No one, things don't understand about Mormons. Also, a big thing is massively arrogant.

• 29:01Speaker 05

  Really?

• 29:02Speaker 04

Mormons have what we, it's a Mormon ego, which is we're above everybody else.

• 29:09Speaker 05

I definitely felt that, yeah. Uh, I don't know if all Mormons are like that, but the Mormons I dealt with, like the police and the Josh and they're like thieves and liars, but they still feel like, oh, I'm more important, I'm more special than you guys. It's like, why? Like, shouldn't thieves and liars be like below that? I don't know. Uh,

• 29:27Speaker 04

Well, they're doing it for God. It's like, guys, because they used to have also, um, they used to have a blood mandate. So they used to believe, there, there was like a whole section of Mormonism where they believed that if, to save your soul, they can kill you. And absolve you of your sins for it's called blood atonement and that they do it to help you.

• 29:51Speaker 05

  Dang.

• 29:52Speaker 04

  Not all of them.

• 29:53Speaker 05

  That's crazy.

• 29:54Speaker 04

But there's a whole chunk of them. There was like a whole, um, there was a whole line of Mormons and it depends on whether or not it's real or not. They were considered like the heavy proletariat guard that would do fucked up shit for the main Mormons.

• 30:07Speaker 05

  Dang.

• 30:08Speaker 04

So I, you know, thankfully, I think where you truly where you were was very, you were in cute Mormonity. Which is good.

• 30:16Speaker 05

  Yeah, yeah.

• 30:17Speaker 04

I think it's good for you. You were in cute Mormonity and they didn't understand and that's why they're doing all the legal stuff. You know?

• 30:23Speaker 05

Yeah, it's great for footage. I love how insane this has gotten. Uh, they just keep like making up lies about me and. I think it's great because I have all the footage to prove my innocence. I'm like not scared at all, you know? It's like funny. That's like why I went to this without a lawyer at first because I was like, I don't even need a lawyer. Like I have all the footage to prove myself and then. I saw how they were like, oh, we can't even watch the footage like we have this footage is like, well, first of like, we didn't watch the footage. I'm like, well, here's the footage. Like, well, even if we do watch it, it's still not credible. I'm like, we haven't even watched it. How do you know it's not credible if you haven't watched it? It shows everything. And they're like, yeah, but we, uh, and so I'm like, okay, maybe now it's time to get a lawyer involved. So.

• 30:58Speaker 04

  Maybe.

• 30:58Speaker 05

So I thought it was gonna be as easy as like, I thought the legal system was as easy as like, okay, here's what's being claimed about you. If the evidence shows that's all a lie, then you're innocent. That's what I thought, but.

• 31:08Speaker 04

See, what they can do is. Yes, because what they can do then is because if they have way more money, they can just push and push and push. The goal is to make it so it never gets to the point where the evidence is presented.

• 31:21Speaker 05

Yeah. What I found out in court is it's not who is right, it's who has more money. That's who wins. Uh, who's, who's innocent, who's guilty doesn't really matter. What matters is who has more money and who has less money. That's what matters in court.

• 31:34Speaker 04

Yes. And did you, do you get access to that GoFundMe or no?

• 31:39Speaker 05

Um, so right now it's sitting in a legal trust that Brian set up. So that's all for Brian.

• 31:43Speaker 04

  Great. Good.

• 31:44Speaker 05

And he's only gonna use, well, he's very adamant on the fact that he's only once what was wrongfully taken from him and once he's made whole, like he doesn't want to profit from this because he has a job, you know, he's doing well for himself. He only, like he's, I mean, he's not doing like well, but he's, he's doing good, you know?

• 32:03Speaker 04

Yeah, he lives in Utah. He's fine. You know what I mean? In terms of money, he's okay, you know?

• 32:07Speaker 05

He only wants to make what was wrongly taken from him. He doesn't want to profit from this. He doesn't want to become famous off of this. He doesn't want to make money off of this. He just wants to go back to before this even happened. You know, like the situation he was in before this happened, that's what he wants, you know?

• 32:21Speaker 04

Yeah, I get it. I get it because this is, no, any real Mormon doesn't like all this drama. They just want to go back to their life. They just want to have a nice life. Most people want to have a nice.

• 32:30Speaker 05

  Brian's not Mormon, but.

• 32:31Speaker 04

Oh, yeah, he's not Mormon, right? He's just kind of living there.

• 32:35Speaker 05

No, he's not even living there. He's in, uh, he's in Oregon.

• 32:39Speaker 04

  Oh, shit. That's right.

• 32:41Speaker 05

They, they went to Utah. Yeah, he has nothing to do with Mormons or anything. He's just a dude.

• 32:46Speaker 04

  Poor guy.

• 32:46Speaker 05

  He's just a dude.

• 32:48Speaker 04

Jesus Christ. Well, I wish you luck, man. And we're gonna be following the story and we're gonna be following the fourth episode. We're gonna be talking about it. And, uh, I'd love to have you back at any time to talk shit, man.

• 33:00Speaker 05

Yeah, next time I'll be more than on three hours of sleep, just waking up. Normally it's the opposite. I feel like you're, this is like the highest energy podcast I've been on and I'm like the lowest energy I've ever been on. Normally it's like, I'm the high energy person. Everyone else is just like super chill, like, so what happened with these Mormons? And I'm like, ah, and I feel like the roles are reversed on this podcast. It's kind of funny.

• 33:21Speaker 04

That's my job. I, um, I'm just filled with rage. Okay, Ben? I'm just filled with the power of pure rage, pure 42-year-old man rage. And you'll get there. And when you feel this anger, God help you. God fucking help you, young man. Cause when you're here, you better be ready. That's why I'm, I'm now, I'm deadlifting.

• 33:41Speaker 05

  Oh, nice.

• 33:42Speaker 04

Yeah, so I can punch. My goal is to attack.

• 33:46Speaker 05

Deadlifting is with your feet. You could kick with the deadlifts, right?

• 33:49Speaker 04

  I can jump.

• 33:50Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 33:51Speaker 04

  It makes.

• 33:51Speaker 05

You can jump on top of them.

• 33:52Speaker 04

Yeah. That's my goal. Get on the shoulders.

• 33:55Speaker 05

I heard like leg day is actually the most important for your upper body too, because it builds the most testosterone. So if you want your upper body to look big, don't skip leg day. That's what I heard actually.

• 34:03Speaker 04

And then it's one of the best pieces of advice I've heard all day. And you could take that and put it because it's true because I love leg day now. I love it.

• 34:11Speaker 05

Yeah, no, it actually makes your upper, it builds testosterone, which then in like indirectly helps your upper body too.

• 34:16Speaker 04

No, I'm more manly than I've ever been. I'm, I'm rock hard right now.

• 34:20Speaker 05

  Nice.

• 34:21Speaker 04

That's just because I love podcasting. And I just want to say reckless man, man, thank you so fucking much for talking to me, dude. And we are going to be covering this.

• 34:31Speaker 05

Oh, nice. Sweet. Thanks for having me on. This is sick.

• 34:34Speaker 04

Of course. Thank you. Hell Satan. God bless.

• 34:39Speaker 06
