Now, more than ever, we need someone on our side. But Rob Whitman? Whitman's votes drove up costs, cut Medicaid, and risked 350,000 Virginians' healthcare to pay for tax breaks for himself and his donors. He's not on our side. Shannon Taylor will fight corruption, cut taxes, and bring down costs. This November, vote for Shannon Taylor. She's for us. Paid for by HMP, the House Majority PAC dot com. She said, "Give your shit back, then we can go back to not knowing each other." Dude, she said you were stalking her.

• 1:17Speaker 03

Yeah, afterwards, but during that time, it was not my fault that she...

• 1:20Caleb Hammer?

  It's her!

• 1:21Speaker 03

It was not my fault. It was not my fault that she actually found out.

• 1:27Speaker 04

Actually, her knows all these different things, and we actually had a few different discussions that I'm pretty sure he might not have told you about.

My name's Liam. I'm from Conroe, Texas, and this is Financial Audit.

• 2:11Caleb Hammer?

Thanks for coming down. You got a little bit of a Nazi look to you. Just a little less of the blonde hair, but that blue eye is screaming at me and you definitely look like you want to kill some minorities, especially in that small Texas town of Conroe. Also, it just sounds like a racist town. It sounds like a town where you just, you know, kill some blacks.

• 2:29Speaker 03

  No.

• 2:30Caleb Hammer?

So what do you do in racism?

• 2:32Speaker 03

In racism? Absolutely not. More for me, for my work, I deliver for Uber Eats.

• 2:39Caleb Hammer?

Oh, you got the accent of a racist too. But you're delivering Uber Eats. So you're working with them. So that's good.

• 2:45Speaker 03

  Yeah. Yeah.

• 2:46Caleb Hammer?

Okay, inclusive. Well, Uber Eats doesn't really pay that well these days. Listen, did great during COVID.

• 2:52Speaker 03

  Well, actually, actually.

• 2:53Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, actually.

• 2:55Speaker 03

Actually, they do pay quite a substantial amount now versus whenever they first came out. I'm making now.

• 3:03Caleb Hammer?

When they first come out, like, what are we comparing it to in that, in that little argument? What are we comparing it to?

• 3:09Speaker 03

Like, seven, eight years ago, you'd get maybe like a five, six dollar order to drive like 20 something odd miles or just drop off some McDonald's.

• 3:16Caleb Hammer?

How many people are Uber eating in Conroe?

• 3:18Speaker 03

I would say just a small, maybe two dozen.

• 3:23Speaker 03

But that stretches all the way from like Willis, Conroe, Montgomery.

• 3:27Caleb Hammer?

Okay, you're saying words that I don't recognize.

• 3:30Speaker 03

The cities, the cities. But no, with the amount of drivers, it's, it's pretty equal all around. Everyone makes a pretty good share. I don't really know how well the driver, other drivers are doing, but I know I'm doing pretty well.

• 3:41Caleb Hammer?

How many hours do you drive a week?

• 3:47Speaker 03

Well, they fluctuate. I try to drive 12 hours from basically noon to midnight, the lunch rush and.

• 3:53Caleb Hammer?

Every day, seven is a week.

• 3:55Speaker 03

Well, that, that's what I'm trying to do right now.

• 3:57Caleb Hammer?

What is trying to do? You do it or you don't? How do you try to do that? You do or you don't? That's just one of those things where you could just do it.

• 4:02Speaker 03

Last week, I wasn't able to because.

• 4:05Caleb Hammer?

Last week's one week, but what do you do on average?

• 4:08Speaker 03

Okay, on average, I'm looking at 60 to 80 hours a week.

• 4:12Caleb Hammer?

  So make what a week?

• 4:13Speaker 03

I made a thousand for one week and this.

• 4:16Caleb Hammer?

  Before gas?

• 4:18Speaker 03

  Before gas, yeah.

• 4:19Caleb Hammer?

What do you make after gas and after maintenance percentage? Let's calculate that.

• 4:25Speaker 03

If I were to give like a pretty good estimate, because maintenance fluctuates as well when it comes to tires, oil, everything else, I would say maybe 700, 750 a week.

• 4:36Speaker 03

Well, right now I don't have car insurance, so that's not also kind of including that.

• 4:41Speaker 03

Even though they sometimes require it, but it's fine.

• 4:45Speaker 03

Did you actually know that Uber, uh?

• 4:47Caleb Hammer?

You're just talking. What are you talking about? Who are you talking to?

• 4:49Speaker 03

No, I'm trying to feed off of what I was just saying. Like, I don't have insurance right now.

• 4:52Caleb Hammer?

I said I'm looking in. The percentage that is recommended is set aside for maintenance because I assume you would not know.

• 4:58Speaker 03

But, no, no, no, no, no. But you're not listening to me, though. Whenever I'm telling you.

• 5:01Caleb Hammer?

  I'm hearing your words.

• 5:02Speaker 03

Well, you're not, you're not interpreting what I'm trying to say because you're not trying to listen. What I'm saying is like Uber already has insurance that they provide to their drivers now.

• 5:10Caleb Hammer?

  Uh huh.

• 5:10Speaker 03

So they take, I think, about 1% to 2% off all the trips I do and they, um, it basically kind of covers the insurance if I were to ever get into an accident.

• 5:18Caleb Hammer?

Well, that's insurance. I'm looking for maintenance. I don't understand.

• 5:21Speaker 03

Oh, well, you did. Oh, I thought you were saying insurance. I didn't, I didn't.

• 5:23Caleb Hammer?

Well, I said maintenance. So are you sure I'm not the one listening?

• 5:27Speaker 03

  Okay, okay, my.

• 5:31Speaker 03

  I was hearing the insurance.

• 5:33Caleb Hammer?

  Did I say insurance?

• 5:37Speaker 03

  I, I, I. Sorry.

• 5:41Speaker 03

Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. I was, I was, I was told to mute. Sorry.

• 5:47Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, you were told to mute?

• 5:48Speaker 03

  Yeah, yeah, my bad.

• 5:49Caleb Hammer?

So why didn't you and why is that your tone?

• 5:53Speaker 03

I, I forgot. I'm sorry. I, I forgot to mute it. That's my bad. No, no, go, go ahead, go ahead.

• 6:01Speaker 03

  It's okay.

• 6:08Speaker 03

  But besides all.

• 6:09Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, my gosh, what?

• 6:10Speaker 03

But besides all that, uh, we're, I'm, I'm trying to help fix my finances.

• 6:16Caleb Hammer?

Oh, are you? Is that why you're on Financial Audit?

• 6:18Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 6:19Caleb Hammer?

  That's interesting. That's a, that's a unique, that's unique.

• 6:21Speaker 03

I know you have just a whole plethora of just bad people that have been on the show that have.

• 6:28Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, you're one of them, trust me.

• 6:30Speaker 03

No, no, no. Oh, here's the thing. No, I'm not. Here's the thing. I'm not racist. I actually do consider myself.

• 6:36Caleb Hammer?

  Racist.

• 6:36Speaker 03

I'm not a racist, dude. In my personal opinion, I do actually consider myself a nice guy that's just been through just bad situations.

• 6:42Caleb Hammer?

  Nice guy that hates blacks.

• 6:43Speaker 03

Dude, come on. I got plenty of black friends.

• 6:45Caleb Hammer?

  Jews, too.

• 6:48Speaker 03

  Yeah, I don't not.

• 6:49Caleb Hammer?

  Yeah. He hates the Jews.

• 6:52Speaker 03

No, no, just cuz part does not mean I hate Jews. It's fine. No, no.

• 6:58Caleb Hammer?

Well, that's not your fake name, but either way, um, we'll bleep that. But regardless, I think that fart going off right there was a notification for Nick Fuentes just went live.

• 7:10Speaker 03

No, that was actually quite coincidentally, my Chase app. Uh, it told me that I was actually going in overdraft.

• 7:17Caleb Hammer?

I thought you just said you were the good guy, the one who's coming on. That's not like all the other degenerates. You're a degenerate. If you've been accepted to be on this show, you're. I don't know why you think you're better. What are you talking about?

• 7:33Caleb Hammer?

Pondering life over there? What? What was that?

• 7:40Caleb Hammer?

  Oh.

• 7:44Speaker 03

I just want to get my finances.

• 7:45Caleb Hammer?

Oh, that's interesting. No guest has ever wanted that before. Okay, I would have finished typing this out while I'm looking for the recommended percentage to set aside for maintenance.

• 7:55Speaker 03

  You're still looking that up?

• 7:56Caleb Hammer?

Dude, you keep interrupting me and I am trying to actually focus on what you're saying when you talk.

• 8:00Speaker 03

  But you're not typing.

• 8:01Caleb Hammer?

I just finished it. Now it's now it's looking. It's doing the thing where it looks.

• 8:05Speaker 03

  Oh, you're using Jet GPT.

• 8:07Caleb Hammer?

Okay, it recommends setting thirty to forty percent of your Uber Eats income aside for gas, maintenance, vehicle cost. Now, the thing is forty percent is what we're gonna do. We're gonna do the high end cuz gas prices all go up right now. Who knows by the time this comes out, but straight or her moves not looking great at the moment. Kinda got a two sided standoff on that. So a thousand dollars made that week. Well. That becomes six hundred dollars. How many hours did you work that week?

• 8:30Speaker 03

  About sixty to eighty.

• 8:31Caleb Hammer?

Sixty to eighty. That's like saying I made, what, what do you mean? Dude, six hundred to eight hundred. What did you make? Well, how many hours did you work? That hour, that, no, no, no. When you made a thousand, how many hours did you work? When you made a thousand, how many hours did you work?

• 8:43Speaker 03

I don't know. Can I? Can I pull out my phone and show you?

• 8:46Caleb Hammer?

  Yeah.

• 8:47Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 8:47Caleb Hammer?

  Okay.

• 8:48Speaker 03

Okay. It's just, man, it's so hard for you to understand, man, whenever like.

• 8:52Caleb Hammer?

  Pull out phones?

• 8:53Speaker 03

No, no, just these finances, dude. It's just, it's.

• 8:56Caleb Hammer?

It's hard for me to understand?

• 8:57Speaker 03

  Well, yeah.

• 8:58Caleb Hammer?

I think I just understood your maintenance better than you ever have.

• 9:00Speaker 03

Well, no, no, no, it's, okay, here.

• 9:03Caleb Hammer?

Well, it's hard for me. You just tell me the number. I'm not touching a little racism phone.

• 9:07Speaker 03

It. I'm in the situation that I'm at because

• 9:11Caleb Hammer?

Hey, can you just tell me how many hours you drove for that thousand dollars?

• 9:14Speaker 03

  The time's right there, dude.

• 9:15Caleb Hammer?

Okay, I don't know how to read this. I haven't done it.

• 9:17Speaker 03

  Forty-two hours.

• 9:18Caleb Hammer?

Okay, I did Jimmy John's. Forty-two. Okay, so for your six hundred net, which by the way, is before you set aside money for taxes contractor. It isn't necessarily a bad thing, but that's fourteen bucks an hour. Guarantee you could be making fifteen bucks an hour somewhere there. So you're making worse income than you would working at basically any fast food place in Austin.

• 9:40Speaker 03

  In Austin.

• 9:41Caleb Hammer?

In Austin, Conroe, you're probably finding what, twelve, thirteen, fourteen?

• 9:44Speaker 03

No, not Conroe. I tried applying for McDonald's and Burger King. Those are both about ten to eleven dollars an hour. I can't sustainably live off of that and try to pay off my debt at the very same time. When it comes to like just trying to pay off those debts, man, I, I, I was basically just kind of like put in this hole. I was not putting myself in this hole. Everyone else did.

• 10:04Caleb Hammer?

Thing is, when I'm looking at this recommended from, uh, from the sources that, you know, many people use, because that was actually from the Internal Revenue Service mileage rate. So this is like gig driving IRS mileage rate. That was last year. That was before the straighter move. So setting aside forty percent, it's probably fifty percent now for gas. So even still, you're probably making it under what that would be at McDonald's and whatnot. That's the thing. So it's typical starting range in common crew member right now listed online in Conroe is twelve to fourteen dollars an hour, which after current gas prices, you are below. So you're working more hours for less pay.

• 10:49Caleb Hammer?

Okay, big contemplation happening. Where does, where does it end? That is a crazy face. You're giving me like a Gollum face.

• 10:57Speaker 03

I was not, I was not the one who put myself in this situation, man. Okay?

• 11:00Caleb Hammer?

In the situation of you driving Uber Eats, I would think so. Who forced you to do that? Who put a gun to your head? I didn't. I don't remember doing that.

• 11:06Speaker 03

I was let go from my job because I wasn't able to focus on my work.

• 11:09Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, it's happened to everyone. Go get another one.

• 11:11Speaker 03

Well, no, no, no, no. You, I tried. I tried. But you're not understanding whatever I said.

• 11:15Caleb Hammer?

You gave him the Gollum face during your interview?

• 11:17Speaker 03

No, I wasn't able to focus on my work. I was a car salesman. So I had a lot of stuff going on, a lot of drama going on, uh, while I was actually working there. And I was basically on the lot, on the lot, walking back and forth, basically on the phone, uh, just trying to clear and settle some things out.

• 11:33Caleb Hammer?

Drama with, okay, fine, fine. I'll bite. What drama?

• 11:37Speaker 03

  Okay, so.

• 11:39Speaker 03

This is, it's all just gonna be a lot. My ex, uh, my most recent one, uh, we were together for about, uh,

• 11:44Caleb Hammer?

Let me guess, you're a victim from your ex, like everyone on the show and they, and you're never the problem.

• 11:49Speaker 03

Well, well, okay, more 75, 25, uh, 25 me, 75.

• 11:55Speaker 03

What, what I'm saying is I, whenever we were actually in our relationship, dude, everything was just going swimmingly. I was, I, I did lie a little bit in the beginning of the relationship, but it was-

• 12:06Caleb Hammer?

Lied a little bit? Just like you lied to me working 12 hours a day?

• 12:09Speaker 03

  I, I, I lied-

• 12:10Caleb Hammer?

  22 hours a week.

• 12:11Speaker 03

  I lied-

• 12:11Caleb Hammer?

  You? Continue. Liar.

• 12:13Speaker 03

I lied in the sense saying that, um, I wasn't with or, uh, talking with my son's mom during the time that I was actually-

• 12:23Caleb Hammer?

  Son's?

• 12:24Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 12:24Caleb Hammer?

Wait, you got a baby mama?

• 12:26Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 12:27Caleb Hammer?

Why aren't you supporting baby mama? Where are you with baby mom? What do you mean? What are you, you weren't talking to? What do you mean you weren't talking to?

• 12:33Speaker 03

  Well, well, no, the-

• 12:34Caleb Hammer?

  How's your kid? One?

• 12:36Speaker 03

  My kid's two.

• 12:37Caleb Hammer?

  You have a single kid?

• 12:38Speaker 03

  I have a single kid.

• 12:39Caleb Hammer?

  Okay, thank-

• 12:41Caleb Hammer?

  You see this kid?

• 12:42Speaker 03

Yeah, oh yeah, no, no, no. We, we don't have any custody agreement or anything going on right now. We're trying to, uh, co-parent right now.

• 12:48Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so I, I, okay, so you're walking around the parking lot, talking to baby mama all day?

• 12:53Speaker 03

No, not, not really. I'm talking to, uh, my most recent ex, but the, the reason-

• 12:58Caleb Hammer?

  Who's the most recent ex?

• 13:00Speaker 03

The most recent ex was actually my son's daycare teacher.

• 13:06Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 13:07Caleb Hammer?

  What the are you doing?

• 13:08Speaker 03

  No, no, it-

• 13:10Caleb Hammer?

  What the are you doing?

• 13:11Speaker 03

I, I didn't know really what I was doing. She, she was very cute. She was very nice and I-

• 13:16Caleb Hammer?

  Show me a picture.

• 13:19Speaker 03

Do you want to see my son too?

• 13:21Caleb Hammer?

  No.

• 13:21Speaker 03

Oh, he's cute. He actually just turned two. His, uh, birthday was a week ago.

• 13:26Caleb Hammer?

  Happy birthday.

• 13:27Speaker 03

  Oh, thank you.

• 13:28Caleb Hammer?

  To the kid.

• 13:29Speaker 03

Well, no shit, not, not to me.

• 13:31Caleb Hammer?

So you cheated on your baby mama with, uh, with the daycare teacher?

• 13:35Speaker 03

Um, so that was her. So not really that much of a flattering photo.

• 13:40Caleb Hammer?

No, she's cute. I mean, I totally would, but would I cheat? No.

• 13:44Speaker 03

  It's not that I.

• 13:45Caleb Hammer?

All right, show me your nudes.

• 13:47Speaker 03

  No, no.

• 13:49Caleb Hammer?

  I'm kidding, I'm kidding.

• 13:49Speaker 03

No, no, no. It's more along.

• 13:51Caleb Hammer?

The fact that you considered it is rough.

• 13:53Speaker 03

It's more along the lines of, I was still talking to my son's mom whenever I actually first started talking to her.

• 13:59Caleb Hammer?

Well, that's good. You should probably talk to your son's mother.

• 14:03Speaker 03

Well, more than talk before I actually started talking to my most recent, we were sleeping together, we were trying to.

• 14:09Caleb Hammer?

  Who was sleeping together?

• 14:10Speaker 03

Me and my son's mom after we had broken up.

• 14:13Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so you guys were still [BLEEP]. Very good. So at that point, what, you went into the daycare and slipped it in?

• 14:20Speaker 03

No, it was more in the back of my truck.

• 14:24Speaker 00

• 14:53Caleb Hammer?

  At the daycare?

• 14:54Speaker 03

No, no, God, no. No, no, no, no, no.

• 14:56Caleb Hammer?

  Where?

• 14:56Speaker 03

  Uh, at my old work.

• 14:58Caleb Hammer?

  The cardio ship?

• 14:59Speaker 03

  No, no, no.

• 15:00Caleb Hammer?

  That you got fired from?

• 15:01Speaker 03

No, no, no. My, my work before that, that I left.

• 15:03Caleb Hammer?

  Which was?

• 15:03Speaker 03

  Uh, AT&T.

• 15:07Speaker 03

I've been in sales now for the past, uh.

• 15:09Caleb Hammer?

  That's very good, aren't you?

• 15:11Speaker 03

Well, no, actually, I got, uh, offered a store management position with AT&T, but I decided to leave that to go to, uh, car sales.

• 15:18Caleb Hammer?

  Why?

• 15:19Speaker 03

I thought it would be a better opportunity during that time, but.

• 15:23Caleb Hammer?

Okay, why were you [BLEEP]? The mother of the child and?

• 15:28Speaker 03

  No, no, no.

• 15:28Caleb Hammer?

The babysitter, or well, the tutor, whatever.

• 15:31Speaker 03

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I wasn't sleeping together at the very same time with both of them. No, no, no, no, no. I, I was sleeping with the baby mama and then the very first week that I was talking to the most recent ex at the daycare, that's whenever I officially cut things off with the baby mama, but I didn't tell her.

• 15:44Caleb Hammer?

Why'd you [BLEEP] his daycare teacher? That is just so, you're setting yourself up for mess. Just mess. What are you doing?

• 15:51Speaker 03

  I didn't, I didn't think much about it during the time. I, I, I was basically just.

• 15:58Caleb Hammer?

  I know how it works.

• 15:59Speaker 03

I know what I did was bad, but at the very same time, the way that everything went.

• 16:03Caleb Hammer?

I don't even know if it's necessarily bad, but you were setting yourself up for an absolute mess.

• 16:07Speaker 03

I know it should not have gone the way that it did, though, in my personal opinion, because I was still doing everything I possibly could to be, to be the better person for my son and to be the best.

• 16:18Caleb Hammer?

In what way are you the good guy here? You're not a good guy.

• 16:22Speaker 03

  No, no, no, no.

• 16:25Caleb Hammer?

  Babysitter.

• 16:26Speaker 03

Every, everything had, everything had a reason for why I was doing it. I was doing it for the better of my, the betterment of my son during that time.

• 16:34Caleb Hammer?

Ah, yes, having sex with the daycare teacher of your son is for the betterment of your son. Definitely not for your dick to knock.

• 16:41Speaker 03

If, if you want to hear the actual explanation, you gotta let me talk, okay? So when it actually comes.

• 16:46Caleb Hammer?

  I know you did.

• 16:47Speaker 03

  No, no.

• 16:48Caleb Hammer?

  That was the whole point.

• 16:49Speaker 03

The whole reason that I was still with the baby mama and still sleeping together, even though we were already, we were broken up during that time was I was, I kept telling her, it's like, hey.

• 16:57Caleb Hammer?

Can you pause? I'm listening, but can you pause? Remember, he started this with saying, oh, it wasn't me that got into this. It wasn't necessarily my fault. And then he continues down this story of everything that were his choices so far. Continue.

• 17:14Speaker 03

I basically kept telling her that we would get back together. I was basically sitting there like.

• 17:20Caleb Hammer?

  Manipulative too.

• 17:21Speaker 03

  Yeah, I,

• 17:25Speaker 03

I was sitting there under the impression, I kept telling her like, hey, we'll get back together because I was so afraid that if, whenever we had broken up 100% and I stopped talking to her, I, she would not allow me to see my son because she already showed that same exact pattern of results because she didn't allow me to be there for the birth of my son. Whenever my son was actually born, I wasn't actually aware of his birth.

• 17:49Caleb Hammer?

Not for showing up to the birth, but custody.

• 17:51Speaker 03

See, no, that, I, I was trying to be the nice guy in the situation. I didn't want to actually take her to court.

• 17:56Caleb Hammer?

Nice guy. This is like the fourth time you brought a nice guy. A nice guy. You fucked the daycare teacher. She didn't know. How'd she find out? Did she find out? Does she know?

• 18:05Speaker 03

  She, she knew, uh.

• 18:06Caleb Hammer?

How she, she knew? You were telling her?

• 18:08Speaker 03

  No, the, the, okay, hey.

• 18:10Caleb Hammer?

  Recording and showing?

• 18:11Speaker 03

Okay, look, you don't understand the situation, okay? You, you don't, I'm trying to, you're not letting me talk.

• 18:17Caleb Hammer?

Yes, I am. I'm just interrupting.

• 18:19Speaker 03

Like every other word that I'm saying, dude.

• 18:20Caleb Hammer?

  Of course, financial audit, continue.

• 18:23Speaker 03

I'll continue if you don't interrupt me as much.

• 18:25Caleb Hammer?

Well, then you will not be continuing.

• 18:30Speaker 03

  Lost my train of thought.

• 18:33Speaker 03

See, okay, see, okay. You, you gotta stop interrupting me as much, man.

• 18:38Caleb Hammer?

If I have a question, I'm going to ask the question.

• 18:41Speaker 03

But dude, I, I'm already on a train of thought. You, I, I am trying to sit here and actually explain everything to you.

• 18:45Caleb Hammer?

  Try.

• 18:46Speaker 03

  Yeah, I'm, I'm trying to.

• 18:47Caleb Hammer?

If I have a question, I'm gonna answer it.

• 18:50Speaker 03

While you're talking to me. I can't even hear myself think while you're speaking. I'm not, but I have ears and I can't hear them while you're sitting there just.

• 18:58Caleb Hammer?

  Hear them.

• 18:58Speaker 03

  Yeah, over your.

• 18:59Caleb Hammer?

  Your own thoughts?

• 19:00Speaker 03

  Over you talking, yeah.

• 19:01Caleb Hammer?

  Own thoughts?

• 19:02Speaker 03

I can hear, yeah, they're inside my. I can't even hear you, dude. I, I, no, it's, I can't even hear myself, man. I just.

• 19:09Caleb Hammer?

  You listen to yourself?

• 19:10Speaker 03

Ah, dude, okay, okay, I, I, I just.

• 19:15Caleb Hammer?

  So how'd you find out?

• 19:16Speaker 03

I feel like we just need to take like a real quick, like just pause, like it just kinda like a little, like a de- decompression.

• 19:22Caleb Hammer?

  No, how'd she find out?

• 19:24Speaker 03

  Like, I just.

• 19:25Caleb Hammer?

  How'd baby mama find out?

• 19:29Caleb Hammer?

How many schools have you shot up, dude? You're a fucking freak.

• 19:33Speaker 03

No, I haven't shot up any schools, asshole. No, I, I, what I've actually been doing is trying to like figure out my life in the future, not trying to be some sort of racist school shooter. All right?

• 19:44Caleb Hammer?

Racist? Why do you have to be racist about it?

• 19:46Speaker 03

You said it in the very beginning.

• 19:48Caleb Hammer?

Why, why are you only targeting minorities at this school?

• 19:53Speaker 03

God, I can't with you. I can't. Oh, jeez. All right. How did baby mama find out? Is that what you're trying to ask?

• 20:00Caleb Hammer?

Who'd you shoot first in this room besides me?

• 20:01Speaker 03

How baby mama found out? Let's try to just stick on that. I was sleeping with baby mama. She already knew. She was the one that told my ex while I was sleeping with her.

• 20:13Caleb Hammer?

  The daycare lady told her?

• 20:15Speaker 03

No, my baby mama told the daycare lady.

• 20:17Caleb Hammer?

What did your baby mama tell the daycare lady?

• 20:20Speaker 03

That I was sleeping with her, um, whenever I first met her.

• 20:24Caleb Hammer?

Okay, pause. So the thing is, and this is why I have to ask questions, buddy, cuz in no normal world does a person just go up to their daycare teacher and be like, you know, I'm the guy, the, the, the father of the child. Why would she just say that? You, this is why I have to ask questions. People get upset that I interrupt, but you're, that makes no sense! That makes no sense! That makes no sense. You are clearly leaving out information.

• 20:47Speaker 03

Yeah, I'm leaving out a lot of information cuz you're not allowing me to like fill in those gaps. Okay, okay.

• 20:53Caleb Hammer?

  I just did.

• 20:54Speaker 03

We had taken him out of that daycare. We had taken him out of that daycare while I was with the daycare teacher during that time. And while I was with her, we moved him to a brand new daycare. Okay, so in between that time, we actually just stopped seeing her altogether. There were, uh, me and baby mama together. We didn't see her together. I was the main one seeing her because I was dating her. She broke up with me, um, whenever she actually found out, uh, about everything while I was, um...

• 21:24Caleb Hammer?

  How?

• 21:25Speaker 03

  If you were listening.

• 21:27Caleb Hammer?

I am. I am. Just tell me how. I don't need your whole floor. I'm just, how did she find out?

• 21:33Speaker 03

Baby mama told the daycare teacher that I was sleeping.

• 21:39Caleb Hammer?

  Why would she say that?

• 21:40Speaker 03

Because she wanted to hurt me, dude. She wa- she's, she did it out of spite.

• 21:43Caleb Hammer?

But how would that hurt you?

• 21:46Speaker 03

Because I had already bought a promise ring for this woman. I was ready to get engaged.

• 21:49Caleb Hammer?

No, I'm asking how baby mo- you found out. How did your baby mother find out that you were daycare teacher?

• 21:58Speaker 03

  Oh, my bad.

• 22:00Caleb Hammer?

  Dude, you're pathetic.

• 22:01Speaker 03

My bad, my bad. Okay, I see what you're saying. I see what you're saying.

• 22:04Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, you figured it out?

• 22:05Speaker 03

  All right, all right.

• 22:06Caleb Hammer?

  After the 30th time.

• 22:07Speaker 03

  Again, don't interrupt. So...

• 22:08Caleb Hammer?

  I wasn't interrupting. I asked that question 40 times.

• 22:12Speaker 03

She found out, um, via Facebook. We, me and, uh, daycare teacher, we talked all the time on Messenger. We are friends on Facebook. Me and baby mama are friends on Facebook. She saw her as a suggested friend, already knowing that was his previous daycare teacher. And she kind of put two and two together, confronted me about it. I lied initially.

• 22:31Caleb Hammer?

  Shocker.

• 22:32Speaker 03

And then came out about it at the end. That's how she found out.

• 22:37Caleb Hammer?

Great. Yeah, what a good guy you are.

• 22:40Speaker 03

I'm trying to be. I'm trying to be. Because here's the thing, dude.

• 22:42Caleb Hammer?

Trying to be? What have you done that is trying to be? You're not trying to be. There's no trying. I didn't see trying. What are you talking about?

• 22:48Speaker 03

  I know.

• 22:49Caleb Hammer?

Did it get the daycare teacher in trouble?

• 22:51Speaker 03

She, she got scolded by her boss, yes. Um, but it was basically just water under the bridge after that.

• 22:59Caleb Hammer?

So who, how, how'd you slide into that?

• 23:03Speaker 03

Um, it was more just a simple like, "Hey, um, I've been wanting to talk to you about getting your number recently. I would love to take you out for, uh, I'd like to take you out for a movie. We tried to organize for a movie."

• 23:16Caleb Hammer?

I didn't do that to the person who was watching it. I just don't understand. This is like a boundary thing. I don't give a about two consensual adults. This is, it's just complicated. And then, listen, again, you constructed that whole

• 23:32Caleb Hammer?

borderline mentally story in your ability to tell it off the fact that you were walking around a parking lot on your phone. And how that's not your fault.

• 23:43Speaker 03

I wasn't able to focus on sales and I was trying to

• 23:47Caleb Hammer?

What was happening in that moment?

• 23:49Speaker 03

I was walking around the lot. That's all I was doing. I wasn't able to talk to any customers.

• 23:54Caleb Hammer?

They don't talk to them, you pathetic salesman!

• 23:57Speaker 03

I do, I am supposed to talk to them.

• 23:59Caleb Hammer?

That's what I'm saying. Do that instead of walking around like a weirdo, like a freak that people should be afraid of.

• 24:06Speaker 03

Why would they be afraid of me?

• 24:07Caleb Hammer?

I'd be terrified you walking around with your little blue eyes twink looking skeleton face. Absolutely pulling up to a parking lot. I feel like I'm gonna get blasted in the face.

• 24:16Speaker 03

  What?

• 24:18Caleb Hammer?

Really? Yeah, every once in a while when you make your little Gollum face, man? Scary.

• 24:23Speaker 03

It's so weird hearing you call me, uh, like the Gollum face whenever you look exactly like Al from Toy Story 2. Look exactly like him. It's the hair a little bit and hair needs a little bit more work, but very close.

• 24:34Caleb Hammer?

  Is that the big dude?

• 24:35Speaker 03

Uh, yeah, the guy that owns the toy store.

• 24:37Caleb Hammer?

The bald man with the comb over?

• 24:39Speaker 03

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. A little bit more work on the hair. Like, that'd be a really good Halloween costume.

• 24:44Caleb Hammer?

You're receding. My hairline's perfectly fine.

• 24:48Speaker 03

Well, no, no, no, no. You're hiding your hairline right now. Do this.

• 24:50Caleb Hammer?

No, I'm not. It's just long hair. It's just

• 24:53Speaker 03

  Oh, no.

• 24:53Caleb Hammer?

It's not hiding. No, I'm perfectly fine. Well, good attempt. Drowning in student loans with massive interest rates? I see it on the show all the time. People get a loan to advance their careers only to be left with sky-high interest rates and crazy minimums that leave their paycheck gutted. Maybe you've already gone to a normal lender to try to refinance your private student loans, and they looked at your less-than-perfect credit score and hung up the phone. Maybe a part of you even thought, "Yeah, that tracks. I guess I'm stuck. Stop it." You don't deserve to be buried in a high-interest loan for the rest of your life because you hit a rough patch. The banks aren't rejecting you because you're a lost cause. They're rejecting you because you're not profitable enough for them at a manageable rate. That's where Yrefi comes in. Yrefi works specifically with borrowers who can't get refinancing through traditional lenders. It's their whole thing.

• 25:38Caleb Hammer?

They refinance private student loans so you're only paying interest between 0.1% and 5.99%. And they legally cannot charge you more than that. They'll even customize your payments to get you out of debt at a pace that works for you. And if you need a co-borrower released from your loan, they've got a program for that, too. Plus, their team is in Phoenix, Arizona, so when you call them, you talk to a real person. It only takes three minutes to check your rates, and it doesn't impact your credit score. If you've been told no a million times, try Yrefi. Head to yrefy.com/hammer. That is Y-R-E-F-Y.com/hammer. Or call 888-Y-REFI-78. That is 888-Y-REFI-78. Break free from the high-interest trap and get your finances under control once and for all. You suck with money, so you download a budgeting app.

• 26:20Caleb Hammer?

You start with the classic one, YNAB, but everyone just deletes it because it's way too complicated to use. So you go to EveryDollar. That's Dave Ramsey, the personal finance guy, right? Well, they're gonna force you to use it his way. That's not very personal finances. Rocket Money, they got a lot of commercials, but they're owned by Rocket Mortgage. Guess what they want to sell you in the end? Then there's the new guy on the block, Monarch. Hundreds of millions of dollars of private equity raising so far.

• 26:47Speaker 05

But private equity doesn't have the best track record when it comes to private data.

• 26:51Caleb Hammer?

That's why I like Dollar Wise. Built by these people just like you for people just like you. No private equity, no gimmicks, just the best budgeting app there is. Download it now and start the free trial. DollarWise.com. Link in the description below. Body.

• 27:08Speaker 03

  Mine's all.

• 27:09Caleb Hammer?

What do you think that zoom in on that?

• 27:11Speaker 03

  My hairline's all right, dude.

• 27:12Caleb Hammer?

Dude, it got zoomed in on.

• 27:13Speaker 03

  It's fine.

• 27:14Caleb Hammer?

Well, you didn't even lift it. You're you're like, look. Then he hit it.

• 27:17Speaker 03

  It's fine. It's fine.

• 27:20Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so you tried to make a comparison, didn't really work. Well done. I don't know. Okay, so you tried to give her a promise ring. So you had to walk around a parking lot for like 30 days. You couldn't make a single sale because you're a piece of shit at your job?

• 27:35Speaker 03

  I wasn't.

• 27:36Caleb Hammer?

Dude, we've all dealt with struggles.

• 27:38Speaker 03

Here's the thing. Here's the thing. I actually did make sales, but they weren't under my name.

• 27:43Caleb Hammer?

  Huh? What?

• 27:45Speaker 03

  So, um.

• 27:46Caleb Hammer?

  Under golems then.

• 27:48Speaker 03

  I'm sorry.

• 27:48Caleb Hammer?

  Continue.

• 27:49Speaker 03

What I'm saying is, um, whenever you're a car salesman, you go through a small training phase and you're supposed to be making about $2,000 a month normal. And then you you only make about $75 per car that you sell on the lot. I still talk to customers. I still brought them in and I actually gave them to other employees and they paid me more under the table.

• 28:12Caleb Hammer?

  Okay, did you say that?

• 28:15Speaker 03

I did, but they needed sales on paper because it seemed because it seemed as though for two and a half months, I had just been in there collecting $2,000 with the checks every month and not selling anything. When in reality, I had already sold about four to five cars.

• 28:30Caleb Hammer?

So did you give her the promise ring? Did you give her your precious?

• 28:33Speaker 03

I gave her the promise ring. Yes.

• 28:34Caleb Hammer?

Okay, very good. So you guys are still together. So it worked out in the end?

• 28:37Speaker 03

  No.

• 28:38Caleb Hammer?

Okay, well, that promise ring didn't last long.

• 28:40Speaker 03

Yeah, I gave it to her, I think, December, maybe 20th, and she broke up with me.

• 28:46Caleb Hammer?

Of this past December, the one that just happened?

• 28:48Speaker 03

Yes, and she broke up with me December 23rd.

• 28:53Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, your life sucks.

• 28:58Caleb Hammer?

Oh, wouldn't want to be you.

• 29:00Speaker 03

Yeah, no, you should. You should have actually seen it from my family. They had my one, my aunt that only met her one time, had already bought her presents, her gifts, and she had already asked me to return them, so.

• 29:14Caleb Hammer?

I know that sucks. No, I'm sorry. What happened?

• 29:17Speaker 03

I begged. I pleaded. I did many, many times.

• 29:20Caleb Hammer?

Well, I don't know if that's what keeps them around.

• 29:23Speaker 03

Yeah, no, especially for what happened afterwards.

• 29:26Caleb Hammer?

  Well, what happened afterwards?

• 29:28Speaker 03

Um, I found out that she was still in contact with my sister and.

• 29:33Caleb Hammer?

  Your sister?

• 29:35Speaker 03

Yeah, I asked her to ask her where her new apartment was because I thought she had moved into this apartment that was right next to my old work, but found out she had

• 29:46Caleb Hammer?

She's your ex. Why do you need to know where she lives?

• 29:48Speaker 03

I wanted to apologize and send her flowers and say

• 29:52Caleb Hammer?

We've all been there. You can have your crazy moments. I had my crazy breakups. We all did. Maybe in early college, not at 27. Continue.

• 30:01Speaker 03

Um, then there was a whole thing of she basically asked me to stop contacting her and

• 30:08Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, yeah.

• 30:09Speaker 03

But I, I just asked for just one last thing, just my stuff and the promise ring back. I wanted to return it. I wanted, because there's no value in it no more. There, obviously she wasn't going to be using it like that. So

• 30:21Caleb Hammer?

I don't think that's what constitutes value of a ring.

• 30:23Speaker 03

Well, it's a bit of a promise written like that. There's a significance behind it. So I just like

• 30:28Caleb Hammer?

I don't think that's what she thought. She was like, oh, this is money.

• 30:32Speaker 03

Yeah. Um, so I asked for my clothes back, my hoodie that I got from boot camp.

• 30:37Caleb Hammer?

She didn't want contact. I understand you wanted your shit back, but you're probably a freak. Okay, show me your text messages.

• 30:44Speaker 03

  Oh, uh.

• 30:45Caleb Hammer?

  Yep.

• 30:47Caleb Hammer?

Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. And don't you delete any?

• 30:52Speaker 03

  I'm not, alright.

• 30:54Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, let's see, Mr. Liam.

• 30:57Caleb Hammer?

  Oh.

• 30:59Speaker 03

And you should be, you should be in no position to be judging, man. You should be in no position

• 31:03Caleb Hammer?

What do you mean? I have a girlfriend. We're working. Like, everything's great, actually. I'm in the position.

• 31:09Speaker 03

You don't understand like how difficult it can be sometimes, man, like

• 31:12Caleb Hammer?

What do you mean? Yes, I do. I've lived a life. I've had bad, bad breakups. What are you talking about?

• 31:17Speaker 03

Well, for your life right now, dude, you are living the dream right now.

• 31:20Caleb Hammer?

For two years, I've had a lot of money. I was living longer than you've been alive right now with less money.

• 31:26Speaker 03

I'm just saying, man, when it comes to like

• 31:28Caleb Hammer?

You literally can't say that. That's bullshit. Just because someone becomes successful, doesn't mean the rest of their life didn't happen.

• 31:34Speaker 03

Well, what matters right now, what matters the most is what is going on currently in the life versus what has happened in the past. You learn from it absolutely, but what's going on right now matters more.

• 31:43Caleb Hammer?

At 27. It's just very pretty, so I get it.

• 31:48Caleb Hammer?

This will be my past message to you. Starting it off with a typo. That's gonna get her back. Not out of spite or anger, just so I stop bothering you. I'm sorry. I have no idea how to feel, what to believe, and what to do anymore. I thought. Why?

• 32:08Speaker 03

No, that's enough, man. Come on, come on. That's enough. That's enough. Like, there's, there's, there's no need for all that.

• 32:14Caleb Hammer?

  No need for it. Absolutely.

• 32:15Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 32:16Caleb Hammer?

I agree. First of all, why are you on Boomer text, man?

• 32:20Speaker 03

  What?

• 32:20Caleb Hammer?

Oh, you can zoom in and out on this. That's actually kind of nice.

• 32:22Speaker 03

  Yeah, iPhone can't do that.

• 32:24Caleb Hammer?

No, iPhone can't. Tim Cook, before you leave, if you're listening.

• 32:30Caleb Hammer?

I thought if I was mad at you, I could move on easier, but that was wrong. I thought, by the way, I wouldn't have done this if you said literally your income problems weren't because of this. This is all you. This is your choices. This is you. I wouldn't be doing any of this. Not a single moment of this. Wouldn't even be considering it. In fact, I wouldn't have even known it existed. Colton, did you know this existed? Mm hmm. Mm hmm.

• 32:55Speaker 03

You have, you might have smoked.

• 32:57Caleb Hammer?

  Yes.

• 32:58Speaker 03

  All right, cool.

• 32:59Caleb Hammer?

No, I do mind, is what I just said.

• 33:01Speaker 03

I'll be quick, I'll be quick.

• 33:01Caleb Hammer?

No, I do not consent to it. I will kick you out.

• 33:08Caleb Hammer?

  What's wrong with you?

• 33:09Speaker 03

It was just real quick. It was just real quick. You're not gonna die from it. It's fine.

• 33:12Caleb Hammer?

  Addict, disgusting pathetic mother.

• 33:15Speaker 03

  It's fine.

• 33:15Caleb Hammer?

  I'm glad she left.

• 33:16Speaker 03

  You're gonna die tomorrow?

• 33:17Caleb Hammer?

  Good. I don't know. I hope not.

• 33:19Speaker 03

  Oh, your immune system's shot.

• 33:21Caleb Hammer?

  Huh?

• 33:21Speaker 03

Your immune system is shot then if you're gonna be dying tomorrow from that.

• 33:23Caleb Hammer?

Whoa, I could get hit by a car. I don't know what's happening.

• 33:25Speaker 03

  Then that's not my fault.

• 33:27Caleb Hammer?

I didn't say that. I thought if I asked for my stuff back, I would stop thinking about you. I was wrong. I've been wrong a lot in my life and I've made a lot of mistakes, but when we got together.

• 33:40Speaker 03

Is there anything else that you could possibly be doing right now besides just blasting that? Is there anything else?

• 33:46Caleb Hammer?

But when we got together, I was happy, truly happy. Like, I just made the best decision in my life. But it's.

• 34:23Caleb Hammer?

Started on a lie and ended up with more lies. You didn't deserve them. I thought I could get away with it, but I was wrong again. I really enjoyed the memories we shared and I will always hold those close to my heart.

• 34:38Speaker 03

  Are you happy with yourself?

• 34:39Caleb Hammer?

I'm sorry that I've been an asshole lately.

• 34:41Speaker 03

I can tell you're kind of enjoying this.

• 34:43Caleb Hammer?

I just miss what we had. And I also got mad that you moved on and I didn't. Last Saturday, when Name Blacked Out confirmed it. I was furious that you were happy and I wasn't. That was a selfish thought and I will most likely feel it again, probably tomorrow or next week. But honestly, I'm happy for you.

• 35:07Speaker 03

Hey, can we just stop? Like honestly, just that, that, that dude, that, that's not helping. That's not solving anything. I feel like you're just doing this like for your own, for your own little thing. So that, that, that.

• 35:19Caleb Hammer?

For my show, yes. I really only ever wished happiness for you and Name Blacked. But I haven't been displaying that. That's why after this message, I'll be blocking you on everything I can find. Uh huh. I think she was the one trying to block you, dude. Come on. Listen, I've been here. We've all sent the crazy texts. We've all done this. You don't do it at 27. This is a high school, early college thing.

• 35:52Caleb Hammer?

Because I know I'll reach out again if I see something on your Facebook, Instagram or whatever. I just want you to be happy. I've been a mess of emotions these past two, two months. Good death, man. And you've only seen the worst of me through it. How long you guys were together before that?

• 36:08Speaker 03

  Five months.

• 36:10Caleb Hammer?

Oh buddy. Five months on, two months bad. Rough living. I still love you and always will. But the best thing to do now is to let you be happy. Keep the ring. Throw it away into the lava of Mordor. It's you. Yours to do with as you wish. I really want to become a better person and I am trying. I don't want to repeat any more mistakes in the future. I wish you and blank a safe and bountiful journey in y'all's future. Who is that person? I'm bleeping the name.

• 36:45Speaker 03

  That is, uh, her daughter.

• 36:47Caleb Hammer?

Well, she has a daughter and it is not yours.

• 36:49Speaker 03

  Not mine.

• 36:50Caleb Hammer?

  Okay.

• 36:55Speaker 03

  You happy?

• 36:55Caleb Hammer?

I didn't get a screen recorded because it's Android. I don't know how to start it.

• 36:58Speaker 03

  Cool.

• 36:59Caleb Hammer?

So, um, he blocked her. This was Thursday. He said he'd block her.

• 37:04Caleb Hammer?

But he didn't because then the Sunday that came after that, hey, are y'all at church? I thought I saw that name in the indoor playground.

• 37:13Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, she didn't respond to that or any of them.

• 37:15Speaker 03

Yeah, no shit. I also have the text messages because it's my phone. I know. Can I have my phone back now, please?

• 37:22Caleb Hammer?

Dude, I mean, her, the most recent message she sent to you. I got told of the times you were stalking me without me knowing, so no trust from your part. And there's other shit too. So you basically played both. What is this? She said, I'd give your shit back and we can go back to not knowing each other. Dude, she said you were stalking her. She said, no, this was not set up. We didn't know what was happening. I mean, we, we, we knew there was something like, we, we knew you that you or Colton knew that you her and that's like a weird thing, but she said you were stalking her, man. That's real. That's up. And again, we've all had the crazy breakup, but not at 27.

• 38:03Speaker 03

It was, it was my first time actually in a relationship.

• 38:06Caleb Hammer?

Dude, you got a girl pregnant. You have a child. That deep, you were five months in.

• 38:11Speaker 03

That honestly, you really want to know the real story behind that?

• 38:15Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, here we go.

• 38:16Speaker 03

  He was an accident.

• 38:22Caleb Hammer?

Oh, we all are shocked at that information.

• 38:26Speaker 03

  He was an accident.

• 38:27Caleb Hammer?

  Yeah, you busted.

• 38:28Speaker 03

And here's the thing, and here's the thing, I do not, I would not take back anything that I would do regarding that. I still love my son with my entire heart and I would not take anything back. But it's one of those things, if you really want the honest truth, when it came to the relationship between me and baby mama during that time.

• 38:42Caleb Hammer?

She said, "You're not gonna make me feel bad for wanting to move on when you were quick to run to your ex." Dude, you were together for five months. You will move on. This is like a little painful hole you have right now, but after a couple of months, you will move on. Everyone moves on.

• 38:57Speaker 03

I've already moved on. I've already moved on. I've already moved on. That's why I'm trying.

• 39:03Caleb Hammer?

You've had a crazy breakup in your life, right? No, you've never once like had a moment of like, oh my goodness.

• 39:11Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, Brandon has, Lindsay. Yeah, we all have, Mark. Yeah, we've all acted weird. I have had too. It's a little late in the game, dude.

• 39:20Speaker 03

I'm trying to, I'm trying to be better for, I'm, it's, the situation blew.

• 39:25Caleb Hammer?

  A stalker.

• 39:26Speaker 03

The situation blew up into such a proportion that it was not supposed to be that bad.

• 39:33Caleb Hammer?

But you, you, and you started this again, would not be in any of this, would not be in any of this. The situation, because you said it wasn't your fault that you're in this situation. That was all you. You stalked her.

• 39:49Speaker 03

Yeah, afterwards, but during that time, it was not my fault that she.

• 39:53Caleb Hammer?

  It's her!

• 39:54Speaker 03

It was not my fault, it was not my fault.

• 39:58Caleb Hammer?

  911!

• 39:58Speaker 03

That she actually found out between me and baby mama, because baby mama was the one that told her. That wasn't me. I did not.

• 40:05Caleb Hammer?

  You're stalking her!

• 40:06Speaker 03

That was after everything. That was after everything. Yes, I'm not saying it was.

• 40:10Caleb Hammer?

It's not your fault that she found out that you were stalking her?

• 40:12Speaker 03

It wasn't my, okay, I'm not, it's, okay, it was my fault. Okay, you're, okay, you're twisting up my words a little bit.

• 40:19Caleb Hammer?

  I know, I'm just hearing.

• 40:20Speaker 03

All right, here's the thing, here's the thing. For what I did, yes, it was bad, and I'm trying to fix it, but at the very same time, I would not have done it. If things

• 40:32Caleb Hammer?

  Justifying stalking?

• 40:33Speaker 03

If things did not play out the way that they did.

• 40:35Caleb Hammer?

  What? You can't justify stalking?

• 40:38Speaker 03

I'm not trying to justify it. No, no, no, no, no.

• 40:39Caleb Hammer?

  You said, you said, what?

• 40:41Speaker 03

I'm not trying to justify it. No, no, no, no, no. Don't, don't, don't. I'm not trying to justify. What I'm trying to say is, what I did had motives behind it.

• 40:52Caleb Hammer?

You thought she was cheating, Colton's telling me. Thought, not confirmed thought. And you're probably just going delusional. And here's the thing, I know you also went to the apartment and says, oh, she can't afford this on her own, her new apartment, by the way, so she must be with another man.

• 41:04Speaker 03

  That, that's all.

• 41:05Caleb Hammer?

  Pathetic, disgusting, weird.

• 41:06Speaker 03

  That's assumptions.

• 41:07Caleb Hammer?

  Leave her alone!

• 41:08Speaker 03

She has nothing, she has not given me any other reason to think otherwise.

• 41:12Caleb Hammer?

What? It doesn't matter. Wait, hold on. Why are you entitled to know? It doesn't matter!

• 41:18Speaker 03

Because due to that, her moving into this brand new apartment, that, uh, we had no idea, we had no idea to talk about, leaves me only to assume that she was already talking to someone else before we had broken up.

• 41:30Caleb Hammer?

  No, that's stupid.

• 41:31Speaker 03

No, how are you gonna move in with someone?

• 41:33Caleb Hammer?

  Maybe she found someone.

• 41:34Speaker 03

  Huh?

• 41:35Caleb Hammer?

  Maybe she found someone.

• 41:36Speaker 03

Well, hey, good for her. But at the very same time, within like two weeks, then you guys are gonna move in together? Then you guys are gonna be sharing rent and trust and so on?

• 41:41Caleb Hammer?

But also, you don't know. You don't know that there's someone there.

• 41:45Speaker 03

Everyone's just assuming right now. We have no confirmed answers.

• 41:48Caleb Hammer?

Dude, you sound crazy. You actually sound crazy. Everyone's just assuming? No one's thinking about this. You're obsessing over here. Nobody knows that she's with someone. You don't know she's with someone. You're assuming that because you show up to her place like a freak.

• 42:01Speaker 03

I did not show up to her place. No, no. I, I sent her, I sent her flowers to the apartment.

• 42:07Caleb Hammer?

  She said, leave her alone!

• 42:08Speaker 03

I didn't know her apartment number. I never found out her apartment number.

• 42:10Caleb Hammer?

She said, leave her alone, dude!

• 42:12Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 42:12Caleb Hammer?

Why are you sending her flowers?

• 42:14Speaker 03

Because she did never sent back the promise ring. She sent me everything.

• 42:18Caleb Hammer?

Oh, so you sent her flowers. I'm a girl's girl. I'm on her side.

• 42:21Speaker 03

She sent me everything else. She sent me the hoodie. She sent me all of my old belongings, my, my veterans hoodie. She sent me everything. But she did not send back the promise ring, and I don't know why. And I tried asking her about it, and she got very defensive about it. So that's why I was questioning.

• 42:36Caleb Hammer?

  Blocked your ass.

• 42:37Speaker 03

No, well, I blocked her on Facebook and when I actually came to messaging, I don't know if she actually blocked me or not. Well, you don't see that on Android if she, if the actual person blocked you or not, like you can't see that. But I don't know what she did with that promise. I don't know if she still has it.

• 42:53Caleb Hammer?

All this. So here's the thing. You went through a rough breakup. That's it in the end. Well, other than you being a freak stalker creep. Uh, man, that every woman in this world should be afraid of. But besides all that. That was still your fault and you're saying that it's not your fault that you got laid off and now you have to drive Uber Eats. Yes, it is. You could have shown up to work and separated life from work. It's impossible to do that fully, but you could have done your job. But you just walked around the parking lot and that's on you.

• 43:22Speaker 03

I was still doing my job while I was on the phone. I was still doing my job. I was.

• 43:27Caleb Hammer?

  You're just walking around, man.

• 43:29Speaker 03

I was walking around and whenever. When a customer came out on the lot, I would greet them. I would talk to them. And at that point in time, I would then bring them inside and that's whenever I would talk to another coworker, be like, hey, they want this car. I brought them in.

• 43:43Caleb Hammer?

Listen, the fact is you're not over her and you shouldn't be taking this out on your baby mama and current kid. Cause I'm being told you're just now that after the, that she threw you out, you're like, oh shit, I don't know what to do. Now you ran back to her and you're trying to build a happy family and considering even moving in. No buddy, you're showing up sending flowers to apartments. You're a freak. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You're scary. You're a scary individual. We'll probably double security for a few weeks because of you. You are.

• 44:09Speaker 03

Three months ago, people change, man. People change. I'm being better. I'm becoming better.

• 44:13Caleb Hammer?

I agree. People change. Three months is insane.

• 44:15Speaker 03

Maybe for you, not for me.

• 44:17Caleb Hammer?

  For any human being.

• 44:19Speaker 03

Change can happen within 24 hours.

• 44:21Caleb Hammer?

Also, the breakup was three months ago. You were showing up.

• 44:24Speaker 03

You're making it sounds, you're making it, stop, stop. Anybody can change within 24.

• 44:29Caleb Hammer?

The breakup was three months ago. You're still showing up and sending flowers and searching her up and shit.

• 44:35Speaker 03

The official breakup was end of December.

• 44:37Caleb Hammer?

Show me the text. Show me the text.

• 44:38Speaker 03

Okay, okay. Official breakup was December. We did it in person, so I really don't know if it's actually gonna be on text or not.

• 44:45Caleb Hammer?

It might not be, but just show me the text.

• 44:45Speaker 03

  Yeah, alright.

• 44:46Caleb Hammer?

If I find nothing, I find nothing, that's fine.

• 44:48Speaker 03

Yeah, uh, okay, there you go.

• 44:50Caleb Hammer?

  Okay.

• 44:51Speaker 03

Go back to it. You've already read most of it, so who cares?

• 44:54Caleb Hammer?

Your last text was March 1st. This was not three months ago. You have not changed. March just happened.

• 44:57Speaker 03

  March, no, okay.

• 44:58Caleb Hammer?

When was March? March was like last month.

• 45:00Speaker 03

Two months ago. That was two months ago, so I was off.

• 45:02Caleb Hammer?

It was exactly two months ago today.

• 45:03Speaker 03

Three months ago, two months ago, I apologize.

• 45:05Caleb Hammer?

You're saying you changed from sending that text message? Doubt, doubt, doubt, doubt, doubt. Doubt, doubt, doubt, doubt.

• 45:10Speaker 03

You just met me today. You don't know how I really am.

• 45:12Caleb Hammer?

Buddy, you're a freak. I've learned more about you in 42 minutes that every woman should stay away from you.

• 45:16Speaker 03

Nah, that's your own personal opinion. That's your own personal opinion. You don't know anything else really about me. You only know the worst. You don't know how nice of a person I actually truly am.

• 45:25Caleb Hammer?

Oh, you're the good guy. Still.

• 45:27Speaker 03

You don't know how far, like, how I've been actually willing to go when it actually comes to, like, helping people.

• 45:32Caleb Hammer?

Uh, yeah, I, I was so nice. I was helping her, making sure I showed her to her apartment that she could afford it. I was so nice by making sure she could afford her new place after she blocked me and told me not to. I was so nice by sending her flowers after she was telling me that.

• 45:43Speaker 03

Recent events don't back up what I was saying, but, okay, if we were to go back, okay. If we were to go back, I lived in Virginia for a good two years. Give you a prime example. Uh, I was off work one day, I was taking my, uh, sister's car, and I was actually driving back home and I saw this homeless man on the side of the street. And I was saying like, "Hey, man, everything okay? Everything all good?" Uh, he was like, "Yeah, man, I just need some money." I was like, "Alright, cool." So I handed him a 10. And I was like, "Hey, do you need anything else?" He was like, "Yeah, hey, you got, you got anymore?" It's like, "Actually, yeah, yeah, um, here. Uh, let me run by a, uh, ATM real quick." No problem. He's like, "Alright, cool. Uh, do you mind if I get in with you?" It's like, "Yeah, sure." So he got in the car, he got in the passenger seat, we, uh, went over to an ATM, I pulled out a hundred dollars for him, and I gave it over to him.

• 46:26Speaker 03

And, uh, but, but the backside of it, uh, maybe a week ago, uh, I saw he was, uh, out there again. And, kind of, curiosity kind of peaked, uh, a little bit. I was, uh, getting off work, I saw he was, uh, walking towards the parking lot, and I was like, "Oh, let me see what's going on." Um, he got into a car. It was, I couldn't recognize the name, but it was a clean car, it was a nice car. I was like, "What the hell?" So I... I followed him and um he he drove home. This this homeless man had a home and I

• 47:07Caleb Hammer?

  You're weird, man.

• 47:08Speaker 03

  I I can

• 47:10Caleb Hammer?

  You're a freak.

• 47:11Speaker 03

  I I can I yeah.

• 47:12Caleb Hammer?

You're a freak following people. What is wrong with you?

• 47:14Speaker 03

  I was curious.

• 47:16Caleb Hammer?

Also, wow, yeah, you're such a good guy. Here's the thing. When when Colton was talking to you, you're so defensive and you brought up your good guy attitude, but you told him the exact same story. You only have one story of one time you've done something decent. Your good guy thing shouldn't be things you can brag about. One big story. It should be just things you're doing throughout your life that nobody knows. This is so weird, man. And then you're following him home. You stalked the homeless man. Maybe he stayed at someone's place tonight. Maybe his family member picked him up. You don't know. You know, maybe he's in a halfway house.

• 47:46Speaker 03

Oh, it was not a halfway house.

• 47:47Caleb Hammer?

  I don't know.

• 47:48Speaker 03

No, it was no, it was a nice, nice two story.

• 47:51Caleb Hammer?

  It might be a friend.

• 47:52Speaker 03

But that's that's the thing. You don't know. I don't know. Everyone is always it's always an assumption. No one actually knows any kind of real story until you actually ask. No, I'm not.

• 48:01Caleb Hammer?

You just did. I'm saying maybe it's something else. Maybe it's something else. I'm not assuming nothing. But you were saying, no, he lives in a nice house. Homeless man lives in a nice house.

• 48:10Speaker 03

Well, you weren't there. I was.

• 48:12Caleb Hammer?

Well, you yeah, you stalked the homeless man. That is true. I didn't.

• 48:15Speaker 03

Well, no, I was the one that saw the house. You just said that he may be a little like halfway.

• 48:19Caleb Hammer?

Owns a house or who he drove with. So you can't say.

• 48:21Speaker 03

So that yeah, that's we don't know. So we're assuming.

• 48:28Caleb Hammer?

• 52:08Caleb Hammer?

Okay. Doubt it. If you want your score, no, we're not doing that.

• 52:15Caleb Hammer?

If you want your stalker score,

• 52:19Caleb Hammer?

go to Calebhammer.com/stalker, figure out how much of a stalker you are. You should probably take that score and do some self-assessment later on. But so far, I'm thinking it's at least an eight and a half out of 10.

• 52:31Speaker 03

  I would say zero.

• 52:32Caleb Hammer?

So what's this installment loan agreement? How much did you borrow to follow her around?

• 52:37Speaker 03

  Which one?

• 53:10Speaker 03

  What's the email?

• 53:11Caleb Hammer?

Can you stop with your deep like

• 53:15Caleb Hammer?

every five seconds? Like buddy, you are not thinking hard enough for those noises.

• 53:20Speaker 03

What's the install and what's the email?

• 53:22Caleb Hammer?

It is you borrowed 1,970, but you'll pay back a total of 5,923 cuz it's a 100% interest rate, not credit. What are you doing? Here's the thing, listen, man, this doesn't make any sense. I don't even understand why you did that because personal loans and shit like that can be really good. Obviously not as a tool for you unless you change your financial situation. But on Calebhammer.com, we also have those services when people want to get good interest rate personal loans that they can qualify for. For like that $2,000, people can go to Calebhammer.com, get a decent interest rate personal loan. Cuz personal loans can be good. They can be used if you change your behavior, a lot of things like that. But you financed it at 100%. What the is wrong with you? What did you do here?

• 54:03Speaker 03

  So

• 54:03Caleb Hammer?

  little freak?

• 54:04Speaker 03

So two things, the story behind that is actually

• 54:06Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, story.

• 54:08Speaker 03

Story behind that's kind of interesting. But the second thing is that's not really the highest APR that I got going on right now.

• 54:14Caleb Hammer?

Oh, yeah, that doesn't surprise me unfortunately with you. Okay, I've strapped in. Give me the story that certainly won't answer any questions I have and I'll have to interrupt.

• 54:23Speaker 03

So I pulled out the loan because a close friend of mine.

• 54:27Caleb Hammer?

Have you considered pulling out instead of making children? Cuz you certainly can't afford that payday loan guy. Okay, I had to get one interrupt then continue.

• 54:35Speaker 03

A close friend of mine, she recently got into a dispute with her significant other. I won't say any names or anything, not my business. But I had to pull out a loan to help her pay for attorney fees. She wasn't able to pull out on her own because she doesn't work. She has no credible income.

• 54:51Caleb Hammer?

So 100% interest rate payday loan? I'm pretty sure they'd still let her borrow.

• 54:56Speaker 03

That one, I wasn't 100% sure. We talked about

• 54:59Caleb Hammer?

  100% interest.

• 55:01Speaker 03

We talked about cosigning, but I was just like, you know what? It's easier if I just do it by myself. So I gave her 1,500 and I kept 450.

• 55:09Caleb Hammer?

Why'd you take, why'd you took up more than you needed? Why'd you need to take some for yourself? It's still at 100% interest rate. That 400 is gonna

• 55:17Speaker 03

Well, well, no, that was for me. She needed

• 55:18Caleb Hammer?

I know, I know that. Why'd you need that?

• 55:20Speaker 03

She, she, I got, I pulled it out. I pulled it out for her.

• 55:25Caleb Hammer?

I know that I'm saying the 400. For you asshole.

• 55:27Speaker 03

Yeah, it was for daycare for that month.

• 55:30Caleb Hammer?

What? So you could find another?

• 55:31Speaker 03

No, for his daycare that month.

• 55:33Caleb Hammer?

I know, so you could find another.

• 55:35Speaker 03

  No.

• 55:36Caleb Hammer?

  Yeah, this one?

• 55:37Speaker 03

No, it was ninety five doll. It was ninety five dollars a week.

• 55:42Caleb Hammer?

She's not cute enough for you this time?

• 55:44Speaker 03

Me and baby mom, baby mama, split his daycare every Friday and I gave my friend.

• 55:50Caleb Hammer?

  Feels comfortable splitting your future.

• 55:55Speaker 03

  I gave my friend.

• 55:56Caleb Hammer?

  So easy, man, I'm sorry.

• 55:57Speaker 03

I gave my friend fifteen hundred dollars for attorney fees and for her to renew her registration. Yeah.

• 56:03Caleb Hammer?

I'm talking about your part. Which, by the way, was insane. Like, I understand, I like the giving spirit for what it's worth. I'd wanna help a friend out too. But you're borrowing at a hundred percent. Are you sure you're the person to help? That doesn't make any sense. Why didn't you go borrow something that wasn't a hundred percent? Let's call it thirty percent, which isn't even good, but.

• 56:19Speaker 03

I needed something that same day.

• 56:21Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, so that's, you can get funded like that anywhere.

• 56:24Speaker 03

  I wasn't aware of it.

• 56:25Caleb Hammer?

What do you mean? Just look up loan.

• 56:27Speaker 03

I, I didn't really put much thought in or depth.

• 56:31Caleb Hammer?

You could have put it on a credit card at a thirty percent interest rate for fifteen hundred bucks.

• 56:36Speaker 03

Oh, oh, a brand new credit card. I would not have gotten approved.

• 56:39Caleb Hammer?

Okay, probably not. Well, Credit One probably would have approved you for three, five hundred dollars. Not even saying doing that. I'm just saying there's alternatives and you chose a literal payday loan.

• 56:47Speaker 03

  Oh, no, me.

• 56:47Caleb Hammer?

  Which is crazy.

• 56:48Speaker 03

Me and Credit One already have a bad history.

• 56:51Caleb Hammer?

Okay, well, there are more. You can go even further down the predatory rabbit hole. Not that I'm advocating for it, but again. Like, even just Calebham.com, you would have got a personal loan.

• 56:59Speaker 03

Probably, um, but like, what the fuck are we doing here, man? I just, I don't understand. No.

• 57:05Caleb Hammer?

Understand. Okay, so does she owe you back for this? Or is it a gift?

• 57:09Speaker 03

Uh, no, she owes me back for it.

• 57:10Caleb Hammer?

Okay, well, what's your minimum payment on this?

• 57:12Speaker 03

Uh, eighty eight dollars every two weeks.

• 57:14Caleb Hammer?

  Okay.

• 57:18Caleb Hammer?

So one seventy six a month?

• 57:20Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 57:22Caleb Hammer?

With, I don't know what the balance is at today, but it's gonna balloon to five thousand two hundred twenty three by the end. How many payments is it? That's all this is done?

• 57:30Speaker 03

  Uh, couldn't tell you.

• 57:32Caleb Hammer?

Oh, okay. When'd you take this out?

• 57:33Speaker 03

  Uh, February.

• 57:35Caleb Hammer?

Bro. Okay, so you're still obsessing over the freak. So your mind wasn't in a good spot. Uh, okay, if you just, I'm gonna assume it's like twenty five hundred at this point. It's only going up right now.

• 57:47Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so she's supposed to be paying you. Very good. You're doing 176 a month for, you're on your third month now. Is she paying?

• 57:55Speaker 03

  She's only paid once.

• 57:56Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so maybe she's not the best person to loan to. Almost like no one would loan to her for a reason. And you loaned to her at a loan you're getting for 100%. What are you doing? She paid you once, what? How much? When?

• 58:09Speaker 03

  Uh, $44.

• 58:11Caleb Hammer?

  Okay.

• 58:14Speaker 03

  We, we-

• 58:14Caleb Hammer?

It's not even a third. It's not even a third of a month.

• 58:18Speaker 03

We agreed that we would split the payment every two weeks.

• 58:21Caleb Hammer?

Split? You're not. Okay, so she paid once every two? So you've had one, two, three, four, five, six? You've had six of the every two weeks? You've had six of the every two weeks and she's paid one. One out of six. What the is wrong with her?

• 58:33Speaker 03

  She doesn't work.

• 58:34Caleb Hammer?

No shit? So why the did you get-

• 58:36Speaker 03

She tries to work. She does-

• 58:39Caleb Hammer?

You don't give a loan to someone that doesn't work. There's a reason she wasn't being qualified for all these.

• 58:43Speaker 03

She, she delivers as well, uh, on her own time, but she also has her own bills and her own fees that she has to prioritize first before.

• 58:52Caleb Hammer?

  Why?

• 58:52Speaker 03

That one, I, I haven't really talked to her much about-

• 58:55Caleb Hammer?

Let me see the text messages between her.

• 59:01Speaker 03

Half this episode is just you going over my texts.

• 59:03Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, getting context. Yes, it is. Absolutely. It's important to get context so you can make a informed opinion on something. Um, okay. I only have 20 to my name at the moment. This is her most recent thing. I'm barely making payments on time right now. I've had to take on more bills and business and business. It's still bad. What business?

• 59:21Speaker 03

  Uh, she, her delivering.

• 59:23Caleb Hammer?

Okay, that doesn't make any sense. She delivers the same as you. You got 40 hours last week.

• 59:26Speaker 03

Her vehicle's not as reliable and she has anxiety while she drives.

• 59:31Caleb Hammer?

Okay, if she has anxiety while driving, her job shouldn't be driving. Like, is she, she's obvious. Have you ever stuck it in her?

• 59:39Speaker 03

  No.

• 59:40Caleb Hammer?

  Are you trying to?

• 59:41Speaker 03

I, I previously did have feelings for her a while ago.

• 59:45Caleb Hammer?

This is why you're willing to do all this. This is insane.

• 59:47Speaker 03

  But those feelings have dropped.

• 59:49Caleb Hammer?

100% interest rate for a girl. Usually doesn't come out of nowhere. I'm thinking I'll have to love sub pay you. Ha, ha, good luck. My attorney fees end in August. Oh my gosh. Okay, my bills auto draft. No shit. So I don't have anything available. That doesn't change anything. What do you mean? You said, sorry, I freaked you out yesterday. I thought it was funny and then she never responded to that. What the did you do? You are freak- You're scaring women. What did you do?

• 1:00:15Speaker 03

I was delivering to her apartment and I recognized her car with her hazard lights on outside her significant other's house. So I just text her, be like, hey, lol, you left your headlights on. Just trying to make a joke.

• 1:00:28Caleb Hammer?

Does everyone in this house know that you're an obsessive freak?

• 1:00:31Speaker 03

It was just coincidence at that point in time, man. That was not stalking.

• 1:00:35Caleb Hammer?

  Is she cute?

• 1:00:37Speaker 03

  What are you doing?

• 1:00:38Caleb Hammer?

  Calling her. Is she cute?

• 1:00:39Speaker 03

  Why?

• 1:00:40Caleb Hammer?

  Just talk to her.

• 1:00:45Caleb Hammer?

  Who is that? The volume?

• 1:00:46Speaker 04

  Hello?

• 1:00:47Caleb Hammer?

  Hello?

• 1:00:51Caleb Hammer?

  How you doing?

• 1:00:53Speaker 04

  Who's this?

• 1:00:54Caleb Hammer?

Hi, my name is Caleb Hammer. You are currently on financial audit. A million people are tuning in at this exact moment. Just so you know, I have a friend here. I'm calling him Liam and you are anonymous. Trust me, no one knows who you are. Your name has been bleeped. But his name is...

• 1:01:11Caleb Hammer?

What we're calling him Liam today. You owe him a lot of money. Why are you not paying him a lot of money that you owe him?

• 1:01:19Speaker 04

Why am I not paying him?

• 1:01:20Caleb Hammer?

  Yes.

• 1:01:20Speaker 04

He actually already knows all these different things and we actually had a few different discussions that I'm pretty sure he might not have told you about, but...

• 1:01:29Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, you can tell me your perspective. I'm on your side here, girl. I'm a girl's girl. Let's go.

• 1:01:36Speaker 04

Well, as far as everything goes, I told him I was going to be able to pay him after August because I have other financial obligations. For a while, we have been going back and forth through text and prior to that, I was actually trying to talk to him about maybe setting up Chapter 7 in some things because I saw

• 1:01:59Speaker 04

15 and I don't have the finances to pay him until I get some bills knocked out of the way.

• 1:02:04Caleb Hammer?

Um, I am sorry though. You owe him literally only $42 every two weeks. I know you don't do well, but $42 every week for a friend who borrowed a massive loan at 100% interest for you. I think it is kind of disgusting and unfair that you're not willing to give him $42 every week, every two weeks. I know for a- Fact, I know for a fact, just by looking at documents and everything, there is no way you didn't spend eighty four dollars last month on personal fun.

• 1:02:31Speaker 03

It it's one of those things. We've already had a discussion regarding that. We've already had.

• 1:02:36Caleb Hammer?

Did you spend eighty four dollars last month on any fun, like going out to eat? Doing anything bullshit? Will you send me statements to prove it?

• 1:02:44Speaker 04

I can actually open up my bank account right now, but can we?

• 1:02:47Caleb Hammer?

  Credit cards.

• 1:02:47Speaker 04

I don't have credit cards anymore. I have the, all of those, um, canceled out and closed.

• 1:02:53Caleb Hammer?

Why aren't you making much money?

• 1:02:55Speaker 04

I'm still searching for a job. I've been putting in applications and, um, I mean, I've been doing try or trying to do delivery work. But.

• 1:03:06Speaker 04

That's a gig work. You don't get guaranteed earnings on that.

• 1:03:10Caleb Hammer?

Kind of, but he did forty hours last week. You could do at least thirty.

• 1:03:15Speaker 03

  Dude, come on.

• 1:03:17Speaker 04

I don't think you know what my, what's going on in my life, but I can't show you or I can't say for a fact that in the past month, what I've spent is on my, uh, my big bill, five hundred. Then there's optimum, uh, more optimum, which is phone stuff. Spent a little bit to get some groceries and that's actually last month. So between all of that.

• 1:03:47Caleb Hammer?

Maybe a thousand bucks total, maybe a thousand two hundred. If you're driving thirty hours Uber Eats, making the amount of money he's ma- uh, making, uh, just about for hours.

• 1:03:57Speaker 04

I don't, I don't do Uber Eats and it's, yeah, that's, that, that's the different thing. Um, it's a different delivery jo- job, but.

• 1:04:05Caleb Hammer?

You could make more money. How many hours are you working?

• 1:04:10Speaker 04

Well, that again, average that I can actually get, cause it's dependent on the gig work. Based off of. Well, it won't let me. There are certain jobs that like you get on a waitlist. So I've been trying to do like user testing. I've applied the jobs. I haven't heard anything back for a lot of different applications. I've, I don't know what to tell you, man. Like I've been trying to have this conversation with him before and a while back I asked him about what he thought on these different options for trying to figure out finances. Um, I think that was back in like February and he never responded to me on that. And then comes back and he asks if I have some

• 1:04:53Speaker 04

money for him. Um, on like a random day and I told him that I don't have anything right now. Try again later. And then when he did contact to me, I had literally just paid the $500 that I owe and I only had 20 left in my account. So I sent him $20. And then I told him, I'm not sure I'm going to be able to pay you because like I said, I've been doing gig work. It's not something that's consistent. I can't consistently lay out what I'm gonna make.

• 1:05:24Caleb Hammer?

So the thing is, he borrowed at 100% interest this debt for you and he told our producer for the show that he feels quote, taken advantage of here. Listen, I'm willing to be on your side.

• 1:05:35Speaker 04

The thing is, I have, I have text messages to like, I could send you.

• 1:05:39Caleb Hammer?

I, I read the text. I read the text. I'm willing to take your side if you are willing to text him a screenshot of your last 30 days of your checking account. So we can see proof that you are prioritizing life over.

• 1:05:52Speaker 04

So I don't have the ability to screenshot my bank account. That's one of their policies that they don't.

• 1:05:58Caleb Hammer?

Download a statement and send it to him.

• 1:06:03Caleb Hammer?

  What checking account is it?

• 1:06:04Speaker 04

  I'm sorry, you're breaking up.

• 1:06:05Caleb Hammer?

What, what checking account is it?

• 1:06:06Speaker 04

It's a USA checking account. It's a federal checking account in the app.

• 1:06:13Caleb Hammer?

Can you download the statement and send it to him?

• 1:06:18Caleb Hammer?

Can you download the statement and give it to him?

• 1:06:20Speaker 04

I haven't spent any money on.

• 1:06:23Caleb Hammer?

Can you show us? Can you prove it?

• 1:06:25Speaker 04

Yeah, I can prove it. I'm just saying, or I'm just asking, like, just so I'm proving that I haven't spent any money on anything fun, right?

• 1:06:32Caleb Hammer?

Yes, just send us your checking account. We'll, we'll blackout anything personal. Like, you will never be doxed. You can look up the show and, and see that no one's ever been doxed. But, listen, just send us your most recent statement. I mean, he's having hard trust issues and I am too, and I want to be on your side. But this man took out a thousand percent interest payday loan and for forty, uh, forty-two dollars every two weeks, it's not the, you know, most.

• 1:07:00Speaker 04

Did he tell you that it wasn't just for me?

• 1:07:03Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, he said, I think, four hundred aside for him, yeah.

• 1:07:05Speaker 04

It wasn't just four hundred that was a set aside for him, but okay.

• 1:07:10Caleb Hammer?

Um, I'm looking it up and.

• 1:07:12Speaker 04

Cause he said he pulled out nearly two thousand. That's what, supposed to be eight hundred that went back towards him?

• 1:07:18Caleb Hammer?

Okay, well, hold on. He did not say that.

• 1:07:21Speaker 03

No, that was not eight hundred towards me.

• 1:07:23Speaker 04

Oh, no, cause it was supposed to be about two thou- almost two thousand that he pulled out from that loan.

• 1:07:28Caleb Hammer?

  Yeah, it was two thousand.

• 1:07:29Speaker 04

Is what he said. Yeah, almost two thousand. And then he gave me twelve of that. And so two thousand minus twelve hundred is eight hundred dollars.

• 1:07:37Speaker 03

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. That was not twelve. I have bank statements and the Zelle transaction of me sending over a thousand and then a second transaction, uh, sending over, uh, I believe it was three hundred. And then after that, it was another two hundred.

• 1:07:49Speaker 04

  It was two hundred.

• 1:07:50Speaker 03

Yeah. So I remember actually sending over a full fifteen hundred because it was for your tires and then for your registration and then the insurance.

• 1:07:58Speaker 04

No, you didn't give me money for my registration and ins- insurance. I had, I know that there was the thousand and then there was the two hundred. Because one, one was, you had.

• 1:08:08Caleb Hammer?

  Two losers right now.

• 1:08:09Speaker 04

That it lets you send. And then you sent the other two hundred for the tire. And then we were talking, we were talking about the insurance and the, the registration. And I was telling you that I had to be working on that. Um, but then I had a lot of medical things and other stuff that I had to pay for.

• 1:08:28Caleb Hammer?

Um, do you have an Android or iPhone?

• 1:08:29Speaker 04

  Okay, I have a Android.

• 1:08:32Caleb Hammer?

Okay, you're right. It would block screenshots. Can you just download the statement and send it to us?

• 1:08:36Speaker 04

Um, let me try to figure that out.

• 1:08:38Caleb Hammer?

It's literally just in the statements thing. You should be able to pull that up. It's it's super easy.

• 1:08:42Speaker 04

I'm I'm sorry. My anxiety is just really high and I'm really, really, really shaking. I have this thing called P N E S, which um can cause me to have stress release related seizures.

• 1:08:56Caleb Hammer?

  Um, okay. Well, okay.

• 1:08:58Speaker 04

Yeah, so just give me a second. I'm I'm my my brain is uh blinking on it, so I'm just searching through.

• 1:09:06Caleb Hammer?

I'll I'll hang I'll hang up so you can just send it to us. Take a few deep breaths, calm down. I don't want you to get hurt.

• 1:09:12Speaker 04

Um, I I don't I don't wanna uh have anything get messed up for you guys, cuz I I don't I don't know if I'll I'll follow through with sending it to you if you if you hang up cuz of um.

• 1:09:26Caleb Hammer?

Fair enough, then I'm gonna I'm gonna hand you over to my producer then, uh, who's gonna step out of the room and get you to text him the number, okay?

• 1:09:37Speaker 04

Um, so that I I'm texting it to to who?

• 1:09:41Caleb Hammer?

  Uh, to to your friend.

• 1:09:44Caleb Hammer?

  You!

• 1:09:45Speaker 03

  I have.

• 1:09:47Caleb Hammer?

  Lie a lot.

• 1:09:48Speaker 03

I have my Samsung Notes on my front page that shows that that shows the exact amount.

• 1:09:55Caleb Hammer?

  That you wrote down?

• 1:09:56Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:09:56Caleb Hammer?

That's what that's what you wrote down? You writing down something that's not proof?

• 1:10:00Speaker 03

It's not proof. It isn't, but I also have bank statements showing that transaction and that transfer from my account. Yes.

• 1:10:08Caleb Hammer?

This is an insane personal loan to take out for someone that doesn't have a job and someone who can't drive because of their anxiety and their job is driving. What's her gig work?

• 1:10:15Speaker 03

  Uh, Instacart.

• 1:10:16Caleb Hammer?

That was a good phone call to make. We should have made that. I'm glad we did.

• 1:10:23Caleb Hammer?

You see how much bullshit is going on in your life, even regarding you or not?

• 1:10:27Speaker 03

I just know the aftermath of it all is just gonna just come crashing down.

• 1:10:32Caleb Hammer?

Well, what's the aftermath? She either admits, grows up, or doesn't pay and you cut her off? That's good. Don't have losers in your life that abuse you. What? The ex that you don't talk to is not gonna talk to you even more? You're right. Okay, that's not a bad thing, man. What's the bad thing? And also, why didn't you tell us not to do this if you didn't want to do it anyway?

• 1:10:53Speaker 03

I didn't have the balls to do it myself, I guess.

• 1:10:55Caleb Hammer?

Do what? Confront her? Yeah, you should have.

• 1:10:59Speaker 03

If I were to be honest.

• 1:11:00Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, yeah, I know. All your balls do is just put babies in other women. We know. Oh, you got a speedy cash loan? Let me guess, another payday loan? Certainly sounds like it. 346% interest rate. What the is wrong with you? What did you borrow this for, possibly?

• 1:11:18Speaker 03

  Rent.

• 1:11:19Caleb Hammer?

Possibly. So, in the month of February, you had to take this payday loan out for rent? And then yet you still took out this previous payday loan for her? And what world does that make sense, my friend?

• 1:11:34Speaker 03

  Well, it's...

• 1:11:35Caleb Hammer?

Conroe ain't an expensive city, anyway.

• 1:11:37Speaker 03

It's not an expensive city, but the place, the house that we are in, it's a bit outside my budget. It's grown outside my budget.

• 1:11:44Caleb Hammer?

  Guy.

• 1:11:44Speaker 03

We, we plan on it. We plan on it.

• 1:11:46Caleb Hammer?

Who's "we"? What are you talking about "we"?

• 1:11:48Speaker 03

Um, me and baby mom are slowly trying to work things together and we have the...

• 1:11:53Caleb Hammer?

Doesn't make sense. You going back to her as a backup option is not gonna be fair to her and the kid in the end. It's not.

• 1:11:58Speaker 03

That's why we're trying our best to work through our problems.

• 1:12:01Caleb Hammer?

Two months ago, to this day, you sent that other girl that you're obsessed with and showing up to her place messages.

• 1:12:07Speaker 03

I didn't show up to her place. I sent her flowers.

• 1:12:11Caleb Hammer?

You went to her place to figure out she, you, and then you said, "Oh, she can't afford this. She must be with another guy." Yes, you did, man.

• 1:12:18Speaker 03

  That was me assuming. Yes.

• 1:12:20Caleb Hammer?

Yes, there you go. You did. I didn't say you showed up for the flowers. I know you sent those separately, but you showed up.

• 1:12:27Caleb Hammer?

  Stop breathing so heavily.

• 1:12:29Speaker 03

Trying to, trying to. It's just a lot, just a lot.

• 1:12:31Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, it's barely started, unfortunately.

• 1:12:33Speaker 03

Oh, and a little side note, that payday loan, that principal hasn't changed since I got it out.

• 1:12:41Caleb Hammer?

Yes, it's at a 346% interest rate. What is your monthly payment on the $750 payday loan of rent stupidity? Dumbassery.

• 1:12:49Speaker 03

  It's not a monthly payment.

• 1:12:51Caleb Hammer?

Okay, median rent, it's actually a little more than I thought, but you can get a one bedroom for $1,195. What's your portion of rent right now?

• 1:12:58Speaker 03

  $1,110.

• 1:12:59Caleb Hammer?

Okay, yeah, go get us, go get yourself a studio, man.

• 1:13:02Speaker 03

Plan on it. But like I was saying.

• 1:13:04Caleb Hammer?

When? If you have a plan, that's great. I love hearing you have a plan. So tell me of the details of this plan.

• 1:13:09Speaker 03

Whenever we actually leave this current.

• 1:13:11Caleb Hammer?

  That's not a plan. You don't have a timeline?

• 1:13:13Speaker 03

  No, because we're waiting till.

• 1:13:14Caleb Hammer?

You're not planning on it then?

• 1:13:15Speaker 03

This loan that I'm trying to get to, it's not a weekly payment. Uh, this loan is a bit different. Um, they have two different type ones. Uh, the very first one is a weekly payment one where you pay a small portion of the principal plus interest and everything else. And then the principal goes down.

• 1:13:31Caleb Hammer?

  Just what's your payment?

• 1:13:32Speaker 03

Uh, well, that's, uh, the payment is 750. That's the thing. 100, $163 is taken out of my account every Monday if I can't pay it.

• 1:13:41Caleb Hammer?

Fuck. Woo, man, if I had no morals. Ooh, the amount of money that could be made. We have like good personal loans that we help connect people with on the website. Good credit cards that we help people connect with on the website. And more services coming soon because we want to help people. This is kills people, but man, it helps the business owner. Let me tell you, that's a crazy shit. So until you can pay the full thing in full, it hits you with 150 bucks every Monday?

• 1:14:09Caleb Hammer?

time. Who would have thought? That's incredible. Check it out. Link in the description below. And the principal doesn't go down.

• 1:15:42Speaker 03

  Principal does not go down.

• 1:15:44Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, baby.

• 1:15:45Speaker 03

Do you mind if I use restroom quick?

• 1:15:47Caleb Hammer?

  Do you have to?

• 1:15:49Speaker 03

I've been holding it for the past 30 minutes.

• 1:15:51Caleb Hammer?

  Alright, go pee, girl.

• 1:15:55Caleb Hammer?

Oh, already taking your deep breaths, I see. That's good.

• 1:15:58Speaker 03

  I feel much better, though.

• 1:16:00Caleb Hammer?

  Good, I'm glad.

• 1:16:01Speaker 03

Nice to come back to this immediately.

• 1:16:03Caleb Hammer?

This show that you drove here for, yeah.

• 1:16:05Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:16:05Caleb Hammer?

Good it is. Okay, um, so it's like, um, 600 bucks a month with the principal. I don't know. I don't even know how to incorporate that into your minimum monthly, so. Figure that out by the end. Okay, this is on your credit, so what is this? JP Morgan card. It's closed, but is it in collections? Probably not if it says JP Morgan. So it must be, and, okay, pull it up. No, you can't. You don't have your phone. Fair enough. Okay, so tell me, what's going on with this JP Morgan card?

• 1:16:33Speaker 03

Uh, I have not paid it in the past, I believe, nine months.

• 1:16:38Caleb Hammer?

Oh! Well, good thing we're taking out payday loans for our friends that can't pay back and don't have jobs. What the is wrong with you? Why aren't you paying? A minimum to pay? What was the minimum? Twenty-five bucks? Twenty-five bucks? It was like twenty-five bucks?

• 1:16:49Speaker 03

  Three hundred and fifty.

• 1:16:50Caleb Hammer?

No, not before you started missing payments. It was not.

• 1:16:53Speaker 03

No, I, um, the mo- whenever I maxed out the card at seven thousand, the minimum payment was, um, uh, three hundred and fifty.

• 1:17:02Caleb Hammer?

Okay, yeah, maybe. So what the [bleep] dude? Well, you got it down to two thousand six hundred forty-five.

• 1:17:08Speaker 03

Oh, the Amazon card. That's eighty-six. I thought you were talking about the other card. I apologize. No, the-

• 1:17:12Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so Amazon, how'd you [bleep] this?

• 1:17:14Speaker 03

  Uh, I don't remember.

• 1:17:15Caleb Hammer?

Well, where- what's the status of it now? I know it's closed, but it's not in collections yet. So you can still make your minimum payments. You just can't purchase on it.

• 1:17:23Speaker 03

Oh, I could, absolutely. Uh, I just-

• 1:17:25Caleb Hammer?

  No, you can't. It's closed.

• 1:17:26Speaker 03

Well, I could make the minimum monthly payment.

• 1:17:28Caleb Hammer?

  Why don't you?

• 1:17:29Speaker 03

Uh, I choose not to. I have to pay.

• 1:17:31Caleb Hammer?

Why do you choose not to? Choose, choice, choose.

• 1:17:34Speaker 03

Because I have to prioritize utilities, uh, gas, rent.

• 1:17:38Caleb Hammer?

Prioritize utilities. Spent two hundred hours going out to eat last month and this minimum payment's like eighty-four bucks. Shut the [bleep] up. Subscription alone was, uh, uh, one seventy-five. Subscription alone, one seventy-five. It's double the minimum payment for this. Choose, choose. Yeah, you're right. Choose.

• 1:17:52Speaker 03

Subscriptions, that sounds like AT&T. That sounds like my phone bill.

• 1:17:55Caleb Hammer?

Potentially. We'll see. But one forty-three also miscellaneous bullshit either stopping at gas stations, vending machines. Who even the [bleep] knows? So your bolstered alone was...

• 1:18:04Caleb Hammer?

And then other large purchases was thousands. We don't know what those are yet. I don't know what those are yet. We will go through them, but at a minimum, we know the bolstered purchases were like five hundred bucks. You're telling me? Choose. Yeah, you chose. You chose bullshit overpaying [bleep] minimum. So you just want your credit score to go below four or five hundred because of Will? What's your plan here? What's your plan here? You plan. You're a planner. What's your plan?

• 1:18:26Speaker 03

I planned on accumulating everything into one big loan through JG Wentworth, uh, once I actually had a, um, sustainable job.

• 1:18:37Caleb Hammer?

  Eight seven hundred cash now.

• 1:18:41Caleb Hammer?

Oh, why, why, why, why, why though? Why not just make your minimum payment? Why are you [bleep] yourself?

• 1:18:48Speaker 03

  I have no money. I, I have-

• 1:18:50Caleb Hammer?

You do, you spent 500 on bullshit minimum last month. You could have made an 85 dollar minimum payment. What is it, 85? I'm still putting that on your minimums, you're paying that. Stop being a [bleep] baby.

• 1:18:58Speaker 03

But I still owe people a whole lot of money. I, I, I can't sit there and prioritize-

• 1:19:04Caleb Hammer?

But you prioritized 500 dollars on bullshit. You can't use that excuse when you spent money on bullshit. It doesn't work. If you spent zero on bullshit and you said I have to pay other people things? Yes. But no, you spent money on bullshit. It doesn't work anymore.

• 1:19:18Speaker 03

It is something that I do need to change. You are absolutely correct. It's, it's, it's, stuff like this just happens, honestly. It just happens. I, I'm trying my best to get out of it, but-

• 1:19:29Caleb Hammer?

  It just happens?

• 1:19:30Speaker 03

It just happens, like, dude, like-

• 1:19:31Caleb Hammer?

What does that even mean? It just happens? You did it.

• 1:19:34Speaker 03

Yes, yes, but it, it, it's snowballed into such this effect that-

• 1:19:38Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, but you could still just make your minimums. That's all I'm saying.

• 1:19:40Speaker 03

But it still wouldn't even like begin to even make a dent.

• 1:19:42Caleb Hammer?

  Doesn't matter, even be-

• 1:19:43Speaker 03

Well, no, it does matter because that 85-

• 1:19:45Caleb Hammer?

It absolutely doesn't matter in that context because-

• 1:19:48Speaker 03

That 85 could be used elsewhere.

• 1:19:50Caleb Hammer?

Is you are getting missed payments on your credit report, which is [bleep] you.

• 1:19:53Speaker 03

Yeah, it, it, it is absolutely [bleep] me, but I shouldn't be prioritizing.

• 1:19:57Caleb Hammer?

  Qualify for Wentworth.

• 1:19:59Speaker 03

That 85 that I spent towards that credit card is 85 that I basically made in that one to two days. Maybe one day, if it was a bad day.

• 1:20:08Caleb Hammer?

It's actually 500 dollars you spent on bullshit. That month. So, so what the [bleep] are you talking about? And also, your friend, they're still talking.

• 1:20:18Speaker 03

  Yes, uh-

• 1:20:19Caleb Hammer?

Why would you possibly give that person money? She's irresponsible, she makes excuses for everything. No way she can't pay 80 bucks a month. I refuse to believe it. I refuse to believe it. And if she doesn't send a statement, it's a pathetic thing that's happening.

• 1:20:32Speaker 03

That's when I try to get-

• 1:20:34Caleb Hammer?

You got it? We have it. It's official. It's on the phone?

• 1:20:39Caleb Hammer?

Huh? Get to your text, my friend. Get to your text, let's see. Did she deliver? Let's find out.

• 1:20:47Speaker 03

Uh, you swipe from left to right.

• 1:20:49Caleb Hammer?

Okay, I get that, I get that.

• 1:20:51Speaker 03

I just tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I tried to understand her situation. She was in, she's still in a ve- uh, that's her, um, that's her boyfriend that she got into the dispute with.

• 1:21:01Caleb Hammer?

Okay, let's see. Okay, yeah, she can work more than this. There's no way. She only brought in $500 last month. She's choosing not to at that point. At that point, she's choosing not to.

• 1:21:12Speaker 03

I'm trying to give her the benefit of maybe something came up, or I'm just trying to sit there and be like, hey, stuff happens.

• 1:21:20Caleb Hammer?

Stuff happens, but she's choosing Spotify over you. I'm not saying she can't do Spotify, but she is choosing Spotify over you. Right there, $6 charge. She can listen to ads on YouTube. It's annoying. It sucks. I get it. It doesn't matter. She is choosing that over paying you. It's as flat as that. Let's see. Um, okay, she zelled someone, not you, $160. She chose that person over you.

• 1:21:44Speaker 03

  That may-

• 1:21:45Caleb Hammer?

  Her ex!

• 1:21:46Speaker 03

  That-

• 1:21:47Caleb Hammer?

  It's her ex!

• 1:21:47Speaker 03

Well, no, no, no, no, no. Um, the, the, the name that you said previously, that is her, uh, current, uh, situation.

• 1:21:54Caleb Hammer?

Okay, why'd she send him $386 there, $160 there? She's doing that instead of paying you.

• 1:22:01Speaker 03

It, it may have been a portion for rent. I don't know.

• 1:22:03Caleb Hammer?

Now, for what it's worth, you're right. Other than Spotify, there isn't a lot of bullshit here. But the fact that she's only making $500, she can make more. And the fact, if she's too anxious to drive, she needs another job. Call center, call center. She can work at a call center today. I'm not saying that's a great job, but she can do that, make more money and pay you back. She's being selfish.

• 1:22:20Speaker 03

I don't look at it that way.

• 1:22:21Caleb Hammer?

Of course you don't, because you want to [bleep] her, because you're a [bleep] weirdo. Let me see what she looks like. Show me what she looks like. Show me what she looks like. I'll see if this is worth the simping.

• 1:22:30Speaker 03

  It's not simping.

• 1:22:32Speaker 03

It's, uh, that profile right there in the black and white. I'm sorry if the picture's too tiny.

• 1:22:36Caleb Hammer?

  Instagram or something, dude.

• 1:22:37Speaker 03

Yeah, no, it won't load. I think it's the wifi.

• 1:22:39Caleb Hammer?

  Instagram won't load?

• 1:22:40Speaker 03

  I don't know.

• 1:22:41Caleb Hammer?

You're not on wifi. Wifi's down?

• 1:22:46Caleb Hammer?

Ah, shit, it's a storm. That sucks. Well, I'm on cellular.

• 1:22:52Speaker 03

Yeah, I don't know why it won't load, but-

• 1:22:53Caleb Hammer?

  Well, because wifi's down.

• 1:22:55Speaker 03

Well, yeah, but profile won't load. Can, can you not see that?

• 1:23:00Caleb Hammer?

She's potentially attractive. I don't know- about simp where they try to pull her up on Instagram. I turned off wifi.

• 1:23:06Caleb Hammer?

Why do you owe your sister 4,000 hours? Possibly why?

• 1:23:08Speaker 03

  Oh, 4,000?

• 1:23:10Caleb Hammer?

  Possibly why? That's insane.

• 1:23:13Caleb Hammer?

Did you stalk your sister too?

• 1:23:14Speaker 03

No, I haven't paid my utilities for the home for almost a year to a year and a half.

• 1:23:20Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, you spend $500 a month on bullshit at a minimum. What is wrong with you? What is wrong with you? What's your monthly utility payment? This is pathetic. Your sister must hate you.

• 1:23:30Speaker 03

All around, I would say monthly utility payment from my share. I know I pay water. That's already 140.

• 1:23:39Speaker 03

  Electricity.

• 1:23:40Caleb Hammer?

What does your sister think of you? You're pathetic.

• 1:23:42Speaker 03

My sister does try to have my back when it comes to.

• 1:23:45Caleb Hammer?

She's enabling. If you're not paying your utilities and you're having fun instead, that's having your back? No, that's pathetic.

• 1:23:51Speaker 03

  She's family. She's family.

• 1:23:53Caleb Hammer?

Yes, and family enables more than any other. I'm just gonna be man, man to man, man to man. The life you're living is pathetic. Okay, I'm dropping, dropping, you know, going crazy, you know, with the show and everything. Your life is pathetic. The way you stalk women at 27, the way you treat women, you're taking out payday loans at 100% to simp for women. You're not paying your sister, you're spending on bullshit instead of paying people back that you should. It's pathetic. You're living a pathetic life at 27. And you shouldn't be. You pacing around in the parking lot, not being able to do your job because you're going through a breakup is pathetic. A breakup of five months. As a guy, you are pathetic right now. You don't have to be. But you need to grow up. You need to man up. You need to start acting your age. It's not a guy thinking that I'm just man demanding.

• 1:24:41Caleb Hammer?

This is pathetic. You're living a pathetic life. You need to wake the up.

• 1:24:46Caleb Hammer?

Do you have a minimum monthly payment to your sister?

• 1:24:49Speaker 03

  I do not.

• 1:24:50Caleb Hammer?

Why do I have owed to X 1,200? Okay, which X? The one you're stalking or the one you're trying to get with as a last resort?

• 1:24:57Speaker 03

  That is my son's mom.

• 1:24:59Caleb Hammer?

  The last resort, okay.

• 1:25:00Speaker 03

I claimed our son on my tax return.

• 1:25:05Caleb Hammer?

  Okay. Did she?

• 1:25:07Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:25:08Caleb Hammer?

Okay, so you both didn't try to, okay?

• 1:25:10Speaker 03

  So, no.

• 1:25:11Caleb Hammer?

So you owe her half the child tax credit?

• 1:25:12Speaker 03

No, um, I claimed him, uh, last year on, uh, the 2024 taxes, and I claimed him again this year on 2025, even though-

• 1:25:23Caleb Hammer?

Did she say that was okay?

• 1:25:24Speaker 03

No, we agreed that she would be claiming him.

• 1:25:26Caleb Hammer?

So every other year you split?

• 1:25:28Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:25:28Caleb Hammer?

Did you do this behind your back?

• 1:25:30Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:25:31Caleb Hammer?

What, buddy? What is just wrong with you? I don't know what is wrong with you!

• 1:25:36Speaker 03

  I needed-

• 1:25:37Caleb Hammer?

  Why do you do this?

• 1:25:38Speaker 03

  I needed the rent money.

• 1:25:39Caleb Hammer?

  She needed money too!

• 1:25:41Speaker 03

She barely has any bills. All that she has going on right now is-

• 1:25:45Caleb Hammer?

It's her child tax credit as well.

• 1:25:46Speaker 03

I know, and that's why I owe her that. I plan on paying her back, I just-

• 1:25:50Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, no.

• 1:25:51Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:25:52Caleb Hammer?

This is pathetic. The way you are living your life, behind your baby mama's back. Show me your baby mama. Let me see what she looks like.

• 1:26:02Speaker 03

I feel like half this, half this thing is just you looking at pictures.

• 1:26:05Caleb Hammer?

It really is, cuz your entire endless thing is just phone shit, man. Phone shit! The same ex he technically just stole money from, is that the tax return? Or did he steal more? Did he steal more? It's so, okay, oh, thank goodness he didn't steal more.

• 1:26:26Caleb Hammer?

I was just kind of attracted to, like, you, you, you can be a good-looking guy when you're not making facial expressions or talking or doing anything. So I understand how you're kind of getting some of the attractive people. That's the least attractive of them, unfortunately, is the one you had a kid with, but-

• 1:26:38Speaker 03

That, I believe that was a bit much, though.

• 1:26:40Caleb Hammer?

  What?

• 1:26:41Speaker 03

She's not ugly. She is very gorgeous to me!

• 1:26:46Caleb Hammer?

No, but she's the least attractive out of all three.

• 1:26:49Speaker 03

Well, hm, it's a personal opinion.

• 1:26:53Caleb Hammer?

Yes, that's why I said it.

• 1:26:55Speaker 03

Can I see a picture of your wife?

• 1:26:56Caleb Hammer?

  Nope, girlfriend, but no.

• 1:26:58Speaker 03

  Oh wait, you're not married?

• 1:26:59Caleb Hammer?

  No.

• 1:27:00Speaker 03

  Oh, I thought you were.

• 1:27:02Caleb Hammer?

It's an aura ring on the middle finger.

• 1:27:04Speaker 03

  It's an aura ring.

• 1:27:05Caleb Hammer?

  Oh.

• 1:27:07Speaker 03

  Alright.

• 1:27:08Caleb Hammer?

Oh, you owe your friends money too. I'm glad you're using and abusing them, while we're at it. Why not? For the X, by the way, do you have a payment plan of this 1,200?

• 1:27:16Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:27:16Caleb Hammer?

No, I'll just pay back what I can. I promise, I promise, I promise, babe. I'm not getting with you as a last resort because the other woman I actually love more than you hates me because I stalked her and I'm a fucking crazy mother- Yes.

• 1:27:28Speaker 03

  Not true.

• 1:27:28Caleb Hammer?

Yes, we saw the text, yes.

• 1:27:30Speaker 03

Yeah, okay, that was true before, currently not true.

• 1:27:34Caleb Hammer?

Two months ago. So, at this exact date, your friends, who'd you stalk this time?

• 1:27:41Speaker 03

Not stalk, uh, two of my friends, uh, I've been very, very close with them. Uh, I asked them for rent money, I believe it was sometime last year, they were very, very gracious for it and back.

• 1:27:54Caleb Hammer?

No wonder she didn't stick with you. Why would you want to be with someone who can't manage their own shit?

• 1:27:58Speaker 03

I did pay them back, um, a fifth of it. I played, I paid them $250 at one point, but I had to take out another 200 because they were about to cut our electric-

• 1:28:06Caleb Hammer?

Take out? You're calling your friends, take out?

• 1:28:09Speaker 03

I had to ask for an additional 200.

• 1:28:11Caleb Hammer?

  For what?

• 1:28:11Speaker 03

Because they are about to turn our electricity off.

• 1:28:15Caleb Hammer?

Dude, your life is an absolute-

• 1:28:20Caleb Hammer?

I'll get you a course career certification. Listen, a lot of people in the audience have used those and converted them into either pay raises or six-figure jobs at another job. I will get you that. I will get you that. I'll get you, I'll get you on the mine card as well. Just listen, you gotta get another job. So we gotta boost your qualifications. If you're, if you're struggling, I bet your job applications are shit and you don't know how to do a resume.

• 1:28:40Speaker 03

Oh, I actually do have a resume. I do have a resume.

• 1:28:42Caleb Hammer?

I bet you don't know how to do it is what I said. I'll look at it in the post-show. It's probably shit.

• 1:28:47Speaker 03

  It's actually pretty good.

• 1:28:49Caleb Hammer?

Depends what you're applying for. People don't know how to curate resumes, is the issue. And if you're not getting any hits at all, go work at McDonald's, you'll make more money.

• 1:28:56Speaker 03

But no, the resume is supposed to stay the same. It's supposed to-

• 1:28:59Caleb Hammer?

No, it's not. You gotta curate for the job you're going for. It's a game, you're competing with other people.

• 1:29:04Speaker 03

You're supposed to change your resume every single time you apply for a brand-new job?

• 1:29:08Caleb Hammer?

Depending the sector you're in, yes. Focus on the skills and qualities that apply to that sector more. Don't make it look like you're just taking that job, it's a temporary job and you're gonna immediately- Move on when you get something that gets to your resume. Yes, you have to play the game.

• 1:29:21Speaker 03

We'll talk about it in the post show because I have to talk about this.

• 1:29:26Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:29:26Caleb Hammer?

  Behind car payment. Truck?

• 1:29:29Speaker 03

  Truck.

• 1:29:29Caleb Hammer?

Oh, you, why do you need a truck? You were in car sales and before that you were in phone sales. What are you getting a forty four fifty four?

• 1:29:39Speaker 03

  I.

• 1:29:39Caleb Hammer?

You're a pussy, your dick's small, you don't need a truck to compensate.

• 1:29:43Speaker 03

I actually got that truck five years ago at a very, very, very good deal. And I'm trying to hold on to it the best I possibly can.

• 1:29:49Caleb Hammer?

Well, you do have a $2,000 equity position in it for what it's worth. Why do you need to hold on to it?

• 1:29:54Speaker 03

  Because it's a 1.9% interest rate.

• 1:29:56Caleb Hammer?

Okay, yeah, but it's a minimum payment you obviously can't afford because you're behind by a month.

• 1:30:00Speaker 03

  Yes, which.

• 1:30:01Caleb Hammer?

Probably two now, by the way, but $369.16 on a normal monthly basis. You owe $9,494.99.

• 1:30:09Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:30:10Caleb Hammer?

But of course you're behind because you can't pay a single bill to save your life.

• 1:30:15Caleb Hammer?

Wait, it's supposed to be repossessed for.

• 1:30:19Caleb Hammer?

  A second time?

• 1:30:20Speaker 03

If I do not make the payment by the end of next month, yes, the vehicle will repossessed again. It was repossessed once.

• 1:30:28Caleb Hammer?

  Second time.

• 1:30:28Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:30:29Caleb Hammer?

  So you got it back?

• 1:30:30Speaker 03

  Yes.

• 1:30:34Speaker 03

  So here's.

• 1:30:34Caleb Hammer?

Bro, your life is a mess and it doesn't need to be.

• 1:30:37Speaker 03

Here's what happened. I was under the impression originally that my car payment was on auto draft. And I didn't even glance at my bank for the longest time. I had a lot of stuff going on. I can't even remember exactly.

• 1:30:51Caleb Hammer?

It's connected to the dollar wise, it's automatic and it'll just tell you.

• 1:30:54Speaker 03

Well, no, no, there's no notification on my phone. I.

• 1:30:57Caleb Hammer?

Doesn't matter, it's automated, it would tell you. Go on.

• 1:31:00Speaker 03

I was never told, the whole thing was a very big surprise to me. And whenever they actually came to tow the truck, I was, I was just wondering why, like what was happening? And I finally looked at my bank during that time and I noticed that I had $1,500 in my bank account that wasn't going towards my truck. And so I used that same amount, got my truck the very.

• 1:31:21Caleb Hammer?

  And what about this time?

• 1:31:22Speaker 03

  This time.

• 1:31:23Caleb Hammer?

  You're just not paying.

• 1:31:24Speaker 03

  This time I'm just not.

• 1:31:27Caleb Hammer?

  Nah, paying.

• 1:31:28Speaker 03

I don't have a reliable job and I actually wanted to ask you the whole other reason.

• 1:31:32Caleb Hammer?

Probably because your mindset on resumes are completely wrong.

• 1:31:35Speaker 03

Well, I actually wanted to ask you the second reason why I actually came over here was I love the show that you guys do and I was actually wondering if you guys were hiring.

• 1:31:43Caleb Hammer?

The one that you're like freaking out about this whole time?

• 1:31:45Speaker 03

  Yes, but well.

• 1:31:46Caleb Hammer?

Wait, hiring? Yes, we're hiring a lot of people.

• 1:31:48Speaker 03

  Really?

• 1:31:51Speaker 03

Okay, um, would you mind if I send in my resume?

• 1:31:53Caleb Hammer?

  What job are you applying?

• 1:31:56Speaker 03

  What are you hiring for?

• 1:31:56Caleb Hammer?

Okay, that's not how this works. That immediately just disqualified you for every job.

• 1:32:01Speaker 03

Well, I don't know what you guys are hiring for. That's why I was asking.

• 1:32:04Caleb Hammer?

It's disqualified you for every job. Just hire me for anything. What? That's not how it works. Why would I pick you over someone who's better qualified for those actual positions?

• 1:32:13Speaker 03

Well, you don't know, you don't actually know my qualifications.

• 1:32:16Caleb Hammer?

Buddy, but you didn't apply. You just said, hire me for anything. That's not how this works. That immediately makes you worse than every applicant.

• 1:32:22Speaker 03

But that's why I was asking you, what are y'all hiring for?

• 1:32:25Caleb Hammer?

  So pathetic.

• 1:32:26Speaker 03

  What are y'all hiring for?

• 1:32:26Caleb Hammer?

Hey, maybe if you wanted a job, you should know.

• 1:32:29Speaker 03

Well, yeah, no, you are absolutely right, but I thought about it while I was driving over here that I didn't actually think about. Oh, can I?

• 1:32:37Caleb Hammer?

No, I'm saying you should have looked at your phone before you came in here. Affiliate marketing manager, senior video editor for YouTube, design manager, growth marketer, product, YouTube producer, finance, senior product manager, content writer, producer and show producer. All of the time, Austin, Texas. Calebhammer.com by the way for that one.

• 1:32:56Speaker 03

  Wow.

• 1:32:56Caleb Hammer?

Yeah. What are you qualified? None of them? Good. Off. No, you're not getting a job. You're pathetic. You will literally show up to this.

• 1:33:03Speaker 03

The script writer, I could qualify for that.

• 1:33:05Caleb Hammer?

You're gonna show up and kill everyone someday. I'm never gonna allow you back in this studio ever again. You are shot on sight. You are a scary individual that stalks people.

• 1:33:17Speaker 03

  That's a bit exaggerated.

• 1:33:18Caleb Hammer?

I would never subject the women of this office to your existence.

• 1:33:22Speaker 03

  That's a bit exaggerated.

• 1:33:23Caleb Hammer?

  No, it's not.

• 1:33:24Speaker 03

  That's a bit exaggerated.

• 1:33:25Caleb Hammer?

It's really not. Uh, your checking account started with $19. Also, no, you are beyond, your application has been burned. Burned and put on notice to block.

• 1:33:36Caleb Hammer?

183 is what you got it with.

• 1:33:40Caleb Hammer?

  Who would I ever?

• 1:33:43Caleb Hammer?

What world would I hire you? Weirdo, what are you talking about?

• 1:33:46Speaker 03

No, you don't even know what I'm qualified for.

• 1:33:48Caleb Hammer?

I'm your... Pretend this was the interview.

• 1:34:21Speaker 03

Okay, first of all, those would not be interview questions. And the interviewer wouldn't be going through the phone bill. Oh man, look what he did. Like, no, that's...

• 1:34:28Caleb Hammer?

  Maybe I would.

• 1:34:29Speaker 03

Maybe you would. And that's what you're looking for of a person that you would be willing to hire.

• 1:34:33Caleb Hammer?

If they stalk and kill women, yes.

• 1:34:34Speaker 03

And you would find that out.

• 1:34:35Caleb Hammer?

UPS store, food, coke, smoking vape. That's good instead of paying your bills. Going inside, getting some bullshit. Netflix.com, that's good instead of you're paying your bills. YouTube's free, by the way, and better. More people watch it on TV than Netflix. That's just on TV, that's not even phone, tablets and computers. Netflix sucks. Netflix is okay. YouTube's better. Bullshit. Jack in the Box, Playstation, Total Wine and more. Yeah, drink yourself through this, the pressure of not getting over the woman that hates you. Whole life, Taco Bell, Playstation. Guys, I don't have any money to pay my fucking bills. Pathetic. Bullshit, bullshit. YouTube Premium, are you stopping and getting energy drinks?

• 1:35:13Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:35:14Caleb Hammer?

Good. Taco Bell. GameStop's if you do, though. It's better. More affordable, too.

• 1:35:18Speaker 03

  What flavors is that?

• 1:35:19Caleb Hammer?

Take five. Well, you don't get any because you're not stopping and getting them. Think that's actually gas, take five?

• 1:35:24Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:35:25Caleb Hammer?

Okay, then that's fine, you gotta get gas. Obsidian King, definitely gotta get that. Bullshit, Sonic, Zelling Out Money, ATM withdrawal, $22, smoke counsel. Wow. Going to the nice places. Bullshit. Okay, city of Conroe, yeah, that makes sense. Same with the payment fee. Potential bullshit, definitely bullshit. McDonald's, Auntie Anne's. Auntie Anne's.

• 1:35:48Speaker 03

Their pretzels are very good. Their pretzels are very good.

• 1:35:51Caleb Hammer?

They are, $14, you're not paying your bills, you're pathetic. Shut the [bleep] up.

• 1:35:53Speaker 03

They're not $14, it's $7, you get the pretzel bites.

• 1:35:55Caleb Hammer?

Okay, you got two then, shut the [bleep] up. You're not paying your bills. Pathetic child. Going inside, getting some bullshit. Then we got $200. Uh, bullshit. Bullshit. Bullshit. In-N-Out? Text tag, definitely don't be taking tolls. You can't afford to even pay bills. Tolls, Spotify, Donalds, Sonic, Sonic, bullshit. This is disgusting, pathetic, selfish, nasty. What is wrong with you? I'm disgusted by your existence. KFC, vape city, Ben Moen out, tolls, bullshit. My Xbox subscription, yeah PlayStation and Xbox subscription.

• 1:36:34Speaker 03

So the Xbox subscription, uh, that is actually paid for by my sister. Yeah, but it just comes out of my account.

• 1:36:41Caleb Hammer?

You don't have money. And donuts. And if I'm not mistaken, I don't know what the, you've overdrafted like four to eight times this year so far. Which is pathetic. We're not even halfway done through the, uh, um, year or so.

• 1:37:00Caleb Hammer?

I don't know, man. No, uh, what did we determine that you have leftover on a monthly, uh, on a weekly basis 600? Is that what we chose? That we said before taxes?

• 1:37:10Speaker 03

  About that.

• 1:37:10Caleb Hammer?

Is that what it was? Okay, let's call it 450 after taxes. I got to pay a ton. You'll get the child tax credit when it's your turn.

• 1:37:21Caleb Hammer?

Income, not great, but yeah, we'll look at that resume in the post show. It gets your course careers, but also I mean, your mindset on the, it speaks for itself. It's pathetic. It's bad. It's disgusting. You're broken.

• 1:37:33Caleb Hammer?

And you're scratching for that vape you addict?

• 1:37:36Speaker 03

  Maybe just a little bit.

• 1:37:38Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, maybe change your behaviors. Fix yourself. You can't afford that shit. Debt payment, 630, 16. Your portion of rent?

• 1:37:47Speaker 03

  $1,110.

• 1:37:50Caleb Hammer?

Yeah, we're already almost breaking even after taxes and everything. Uh, is that including your portion of utilities?

• 1:37:56Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:37:57Caleb Hammer?

Oh, and how much is your portion on a monthly basis?

• 1:37:59Speaker 03

I would say estimated about, uh, 350 or 375. I would say estimated because I, I don't see any of that. I only see the, um, water. Everything else is in my sister's name.

• 1:38:09Caleb Hammer?

And we're over budget. So the thing is.

• 1:38:13Caleb Hammer?

No, we're not over yet, so we'll keep going. Phone bill?

• 1:38:16Speaker 03

  Uh, $170 a month.

• 1:38:18Caleb Hammer?

Do helium, 15 bucks? 15 bucks? What is wrong with you? Do helium? Will you switch? Do you owe on your phone?

• 1:38:24Speaker 03

  I don't know.

• 1:38:26Caleb Hammer?

Okay, pay that off first. Gas, vroom, vroom, drive, drive. Okay, okay. Most of that super, so that's actually taken out in that assessment early. So we don't have to worry about that. Car insurance, how much?

• 1:38:35Speaker 03

  I don't have car insurance.

• 1:38:41Caleb Hammer?

  That's illegal.

• 1:38:42Speaker 03

Yes, um, but while the only reason I would ever be driving anywhere.

• 1:38:48Caleb Hammer?

You're hitting me with a butt for not having car insurance?

• 1:38:51Speaker 03

While I'm doing Uber Eats, while I'm actually driving, they already have an insurance policy that kind of goes with it.

• 1:38:55Caleb Hammer?

You drive nothing else, nowhere else, anytime, ever. Yeah, go [__] yourself. Food bill $300, meal prep meal plan, use the, use the meal plan, digital cookbook as well, TP phone, 100 bucks, anything else you need to survive. Medical healthcare, are there copays and shit on a monthly basis? Do you have health insurance? Well, you should get health insurance. We'll do like 150 bucks a month for the shittiest one ever. So you just don't go bankrupt with an emergency. Subscriptions, I'll try to give you 25 bucks, pick two. Do you have any pets?

• 1:39:26Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:39:27Caleb Hammer?

  Oh, thank [__]. Jim?

• 1:39:29Speaker 03

  No.

• 1:39:30Caleb Hammer?

Okay, how much is your internet?

• 1:39:31Speaker 03

Uh, it went down from 96 to 75.

• 1:39:34Caleb Hammer?

May have messed up a number, but we'll be very close. I mean, you're already over your budget, but even if I mess up a number, it's still pretty close. You're about a thousand over. Thousand over your budget.

• 1:39:46Speaker 03

I've been living outside my means for the past year and a half.

• 1:39:49Caleb Hammer?

No, that's, that's, you just can't afford life anymore because you're just taking on debt. Um, listen, bankruptcy or personal loan consolidation tool, those aren't bad options. They're bad options for you because you haven't changed your behavior. If you change your behavior for three months, I will allow those. But you have to do that consistently for three months. So you don't end up in the same situation again. Besides that, yes, follow the budget. You need to go get another job immediately. You need to be working 10 times as much as you are. Unfortunately, easier said than done. Yes, McDonald's will pay you more than you're making now. You need to go work a trillion hours, a trillion hours a week. It's just, you don't have the option, unfortunately. And that's even after bankruptcy because then you gotta have a six month emergency fund and catch up in retirement, which I didn't see a single cent. So you're [__]. You have [__] your life.

• 1:40:30Speaker 03

I do have a Roth IRA.

• 1:40:32Caleb Hammer?

  Very good. How much?

• 1:40:33Speaker 03

I believe it's a hundred dollars right now.

• 1:40:36Speaker 03

I opened it up about, uh, two and a half years ago. I believe it's a hundred and 10 now.

• 1:40:41Caleb Hammer?

Now, more than ever, we need someone on our side. But Rob Whitman? Whitman's votes drove up costs, cut Medicaid, and risked 350,000 Virginians' healthcare to pay for tax breaks for himself and his donors. He's not on our side. Shannon Taylor will fight corruption, cut taxes, and bring down costs. This November, vote for Shannon Taylor. She's for us. Paid for by HMP, the House Majority PAC dot com.
