• 0:58Speaker 04

  What's up, fella?

• 0:59Stavros Halkias?

You know him from Subway. You've seen a couple of people embarrass themselves next to him on the Subway. You've seen a couple of people say some great stuff. I first saw you from, we were just talking about it, Keep the Meter Running.

• 1:12Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:13Stavros Halkias?

  Which I love.

• 1:14Speaker 04

  My little baby.

• 1:15Stavros Halkias?

I love that show where you just take cab drivers and just say, "Take me to your favorite place," which is such a great, you know, as we got a room full of immigrants here and it's like you take it, it's basically immigrant, it's you, you hanging out with immigrant dads.

• 1:30Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 1:31Stavros Halkias?

I don't think there's been a single person who's not an immigrant dad.

• 1:34Speaker 04

No, no. Well, tech, I mean, do you consider the Irish immigrants?

• 1:37Stavros Halkias?

How soon? What do you talk like?

• 1:39Speaker 04

  Like, always been here.

• 1:40Stavros Halkias?

Oh, yeah. No, okay, all right, he's the one.

• 1:42Speaker 04

  Well, he wants to be.

• 1:43Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 1:44Speaker 04

And I had a native, a New York Jewish guy, so I've had two white-ish people.

• 1:48Stavros Halkias?

  Sure, sure, sure.

• 1:49Speaker 04

And then the rest, the rest have been truly immigrants. But I think, I think when you're just a cabbie, like, you are an immigrant. It doesn't matter, like, you don't have to be of color.

• 1:58Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, absolutely.

• 1:59Speaker 04

But like, a cabbie is an immigrant job.

• 2:01Stavros Halkias?

  Absolutely.

• 2:02Speaker 04

And you go to Paris, and I shot in London, it's like, but in London they have the black cab.

• 2:08Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 2:09Speaker 04

Which is a white man working. Class.

• 2:10Stavros Halkias?

  For sure.

• 2:10Speaker 04

Man's job, but the Uber is an immigrant job.

• 2:13Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, true.

• 2:14Speaker 04

Cause you you don't have to take the knowledge. Are you familiar with the knowledge?

• 2:16Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, you have to do like a test to like, basically, you're not allowed to map or they tell you like, go from here to here, the most efficient route.

• 2:23Speaker 04

You have to memorize every street in central London. I'm literally serious.

• 2:26Stavros Halkias?

It's not, and London's like, London makes New York look like fucking, you know, Athens, Georgia.

• 2:32Speaker 04

And they don't have like, at least here, we have like Fifth and A.

• 2:36Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 2:36Speaker 04

There, it's like, take me to.

• 2:38Stavros Halkias?

  Swally Bonds.

• 2:39Speaker 04

  Boobly mouth.

• 2:40Stavros Halkias?

  Lord Swally Bonds Court.

• 2:42Speaker 04

Right next to, like, right next to, like, what what is a British name, like Wallace's Pub? Go on Google, there's seven hundred.

• 2:50Stavros Halkias?

Take me to the Red Cock and Foster's, uh, right away.

• 2:53Speaker 04

Well, that's such a, that's such a British name. That might be a real place.

• 2:58Stavros Halkias?

It probably is. I went there for the first time, uh, last or this summer and I actually, it pissed me off, cause like, I love shitting on the British. I love talking about how they're, you know, they kind of just get away with, they just were the Nazis to half the world for like a hundred years and everybody just kind of lets that slide, you know? I guess, cause World War Two, it's like, who were the most recent Nazis? And they did it to non-white people mostly. I mean, the Irish got, you know, obviously, but still, the British get let, you know, they their shit gets, they let, we let them slide so much. Their food sucks, whatever, whatever. And then I went there and I was like, this city's fucking incredible.

• 3:39Stavros Halkias?

It's like, it's like, old, it's like, imagine New York, but also there's just something from the year seven hundred.

• 3:47Speaker 04

  Right.

• 3:48Stavros Halkias?

And it's still a library. It was a library that like monks used and you can go in there and get a book today.

• 3:54Speaker 04

They haven't had the the Denver-ification.

• 3:57Stavros Halkias?

  Yes.

• 3:58Speaker 04

  Of every city in America.

• 4:01Stavros Halkias?

They don't have the shitty glass.

• 4:02Speaker 04

  Dude, everything.

• 4:04Stavros Halkias?

  Fucking buildings.

• 4:04Speaker 04

Everything in this country looks like Denver.

• 4:07Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 4:07Speaker 04

Baltimore looks like Denver, Minneapolis looks like Denver, Texas, Austin looks like Denver. It's all Denver. New York looks like Denver now.

• 4:15Stavros Halkias?

You know what's interesting? Calling it Denver so, cause I think everybody maybe associates it with the first shitty suburb they're familiar with. Cause like, you could call, if you're in New York, you say, everything looks like Williamsburg, right? Cause it's that. For me, I don't know if you for you elders, we're from Maryland. Silver Spring, Maryland is what I think of. Which is kind of like, that was the first place I saw those shitty glass and metal.

• 4:38Speaker 04

I don't like the and the paint, the weird window, like it's red.

• 4:41Stavros Halkias?

  Well, yeah, yeah.

• 4:42Speaker 04

  Why is it red?

• 4:43Stavros Halkias?

The skinny letter, the way too skinny addresses. Every and it's like, you're right, everything fuck and London just looks so, everything's old as shit. They kept it, the trains are incredible, the cabs, those black cabs that we were talking about.

• 4:58Speaker 04

  Fire.

• 4:58Stavros Halkias?

You fucking sit, you're facing your friend, like.

• 5:01Speaker 04

  That is something.

• 5:03Stavros Halkias?

  It's awesome.

• 5:03Speaker 04

That is something that's also in Paris.

• 5:06Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, why don't we do that shit? It's a simple shit.

• 5:08Speaker 04

We were just in Paris shooting subway takes. And every time we got the the cruise four people, every time we got in the car, we had a business meeting.

• 5:14Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 5:15Speaker 04

Two guys over there, two guys over here.

• 5:16Stavros Halkias?

It's nice, you're talking to your fucking friends. I'll just, you haven't been to London, have you?

• 5:21Speaker 04

I have a couple of times.

• 5:22Stavros Halkias?

Oh, yeah, you're right, I'm sorry, what am I talking about? You're you've been a, sorry, I forgot how how multicultural.

• 5:26Speaker 04

It's unreal, I I don't know why Americans all want to face the same direction.

• 5:30Stavros Halkias?

I know, I get, people complain about, um, you know, I think fucking car sickness, but shut the fuck up.

• 5:37Speaker 04

Can you get car, I don't know, I drive.

• 5:39Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, I I've.

• 5:39Speaker 04

I get it, I get it when I'm going straight.

• 5:42Stavros Halkias?

  Hmm, interesting.

• 5:42Speaker 04

Which is really bad, because when we were doing Keep the Meter Running.

• 5:45Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, yeah.

• 5:45Speaker 04

And I had it for a moment in time, I had car sickness. But it was during when we were shooting a lot of episodes and I'd be like, in the back of the cab. But then it went away and and it's the only time in my life I ever had it, I feel like I may may have self inflicted.

• 5:58Stavros Halkias?

What was going on at the time, were you stressed, man?

• 6:01Speaker 04

  Was I stressed? I I don't know.

• 6:03Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 6:03Speaker 04

I'm kind of too blessed to be stressed. It's it's, I try to maintain a level of stasis.

• 6:08Stavros Halkias?

  Right.

• 6:09Speaker 04

Where I don't go too up and I don't go too down.

• 6:12Stavros Halkias?

Did was that always the case?

• 6:13Speaker 04

  No.

• 6:13Stavros Halkias?

  Always been a level head?

• 6:14Speaker 04

No, no, I've been on the verge of mental breakdown and bipolar kind of like.

• 6:19Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, really?

• 6:19Speaker 04

  General, generally, I'm I'm a, I'm a, I'm a, I'm a light version.

• 6:24Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 6:24Speaker 04

  Which is called cyclothemia.

• 6:25Stavros Halkias?

  Cyclothemia?

• 6:26Speaker 04

Yeah, which sounds fake but is real.

• 6:28Stavros Halkias?

Sounds like a Strokes album. It's like a fuck it's somewhere in Julian Casa blocks his hard drive.

• 6:35Speaker 04

  Oh my god.

• 6:36Stavros Halkias?

  Cyclothemia.

• 6:36Speaker 04

  Or or Phoenix.

• 6:37Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 6:38Speaker 04

  Cyclothemia.

• 6:39Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, maybe I am literally just thinking of the Phoenix.

• 6:42Speaker 04

Well, they had that listo mania.

• 6:43Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 6:44Speaker 04

Cyclothemia is one is is a rapid cycling. It's essentially the same as bipolar, except it's more rapid. It's like six days up, six days down, six days normal, six. So I would just wake up.

• 6:55Stavros Halkias?

Little slider to the bipolar's burger.

• 6:57Speaker 04

Yeah. And it's not, it's like the the period is not so it's it's not so manic that you're like, I'm gonna go gamble. Like my house.

• 7:07Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 7:08Speaker 04

You're just happy and like really productive, honestly. It's like, I like that part of it.

• 7:13Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 7:13Speaker 04

And so I found this medication, which only treats the depression part.

• 7:17Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, sick.

• 7:18Speaker 04

So now I'm just manic. But it's nice because that's just my like my stasis is now like high energy.

• 7:25Stavros Halkias?

  Interesting.

• 7:25Speaker 04

And like pretty excited and optimistic.

• 7:29Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 7:29Speaker 04

  But it's not, it's not a depression drug. It's not a SSRI.

• 7:32Stavros Halkias?

  Interesting.

• 7:33Speaker 04

I don't know what it is.

• 7:34Stavros Halkias?

You don't know what you just take a loose pill.

• 7:36Speaker 04

And for a while, yeah, I said, I take a Lucy, because there was a moment where I was like, oh, I think I'm cured.

• 7:41Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 7:42Speaker 04

And so I stopped taking it and I fucking tanked immediately and just got really.

• 7:46Stavros Halkias?

I love when people do that. I've had friends who like.

• 7:48Speaker 04

  Just raw dog it.

• 7:49Stavros Halkias?

A couple good years and they like just forget that it's because of the medication.

• 7:55Speaker 04

  I know, that's what happened.

• 7:56Stavros Halkias?

It's the same thing as like, you know, when you you're in a relationship and you're like, whoa, I could fuck hot girls. It's like, yeah, cuz this woman built you up. The second she's out of your life, you're back to being a loser.

• 8:07Speaker 04

  So true.

• 8:07Stavros Halkias?

And it's like that happens a lot where people think they're just it's like, yeah, there maybe there's some side effects, whatever, just stick with it, man.

• 8:13Speaker 04

  Do you have any conditions?

• 8:15Stavros Halkias?

Not really, just the classic stuff, you know, anxiety, depression stuff, barely anything, you know.

• 8:21Speaker 04

  Just the classic American cocktail.

• 8:22Stavros Halkias?

Just like, you know, just but, you know, being fat as shit, I guess.

• 8:26Speaker 04

  Oh, that's nice.

• 8:27Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 8:27Speaker 04

We're the same, we're both obese.

• 8:29Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 8:30Speaker 04

I got the I got the covid shot early.

• 8:31Stavros Halkias?

Oh, wow, fucking stealing valor, dude.

• 8:34Speaker 04

  No. Medically.

• 8:37Stavros Halkias?

No, we're in America, brother. We gotta slide that scale a little bit. We gotta grade it on the curve.

• 8:42Speaker 04

They put me in the obese pile. I said, alright. Every time I go to the doctor, he says, you're obese. And I say, I know, I've been obese my whole life.

• 8:49Stavros Halkias?

  Really?

• 8:50Speaker 04

And then people go, you're not obese.

• 8:51Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 8:52Speaker 04

  And I'm like.

• 8:52Stavros Halkias?

Well, you are wearing the coat. You were talking about being a coat guy.

• 8:55Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 8:55Stavros Halkias?

Maybe you do have a shitty dumpy body under there, because you do have a pretty nice, thick leather coat where I can't. You're cutting a nice silhouette right now.

• 9:04Speaker 04

  Look at this.

• 9:04Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, you know, you're on the ver- I would say you're on the verge.

• 9:08Speaker 04

  Of being obese?

• 9:08Stavros Halkias?

  Of like being.

• 9:09Speaker 04

  Or being fat?

• 9:10Stavros Halkias?

Of turning into like a, a like, you know, dad, like that straight dad bod.

• 9:16Speaker 04

  I have that.

• 9:16Stavros Halkias?

  You know?

• 9:17Speaker 04

I have that already. That, that, when I take my shirt off.

• 9:20Stavros Halkias?

  You're Egyptian?

• 9:20Speaker 04

  Egyptian, yeah.

• 9:21Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, you're, you're in that like Egyptian dad zone.

• 9:24Speaker 04

I know, they have nice bellies. Like Egyptian bodies are, when they're nice, they're nice. That's one of my favorite things when I go to Minnesota, which shout out Minnesota, shout out Minneapolis, which is where I'm from.

• 9:35Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, hell yeah.

• 9:35Speaker 04

Uh, I moved, I moved there when I was like two years old, actually like six months. I, I always forget the details of my childhood.

• 9:42Stavros Halkias?

  Were you from Egypt or?

• 9:43Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah, from Cairo.

• 9:45Stavros Halkias?

  Cool.

• 9:45Speaker 04

Uh, I did, I'm ESL. I actually just realized that I'm ESL.

• 9:48Stavros Halkias?

  Nice dude. Oh, wow.

• 9:49Speaker 04

  Thirty-five.

• 9:50Stavros Halkias?

I am too, but like, I, like, I went to preschool with a Greek accent.

• 9:54Speaker 04

Did you only speak Greek or?

• 9:55Stavros Halkias?

I only spoke Greek when I, but I lived in Baltimore.

• 9:57Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah, yeah.

• 9:58Stavros Halkias?

It was just my parents only spoke Greek to me.

• 10:00Speaker 04

That's pretty much the same condition.

• 10:02Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Eld- eldest Albanian, he actually knew Greek. He's a, this, we're talking to an Albanian refugee over here.

• 10:08Speaker 04

  Oh, that's right.

• 10:08Stavros Halkias?

Who only, only because Greece provided him some safe haven for a couple of years as he allowed in America.

• 10:16Speaker 05

For six months, for six months.

• 10:17Stavros Halkias?

Okay. Say, without Greece, your family would be fucking in the mud farms right now, outside of Tirana or wherever the fuck.

• 10:24Speaker 04

Albanians, I think, are the most underrated.

• 10:26Stavros Halkias?

  No, they're not.

• 10:27Speaker 04

  New York category.

• 10:28Stavros Halkias?

  Per, per, properly rated.

• 10:30Speaker 04

No, no, no. Everyone's always talking about all the Italian Americans, all the Greeks, all the Italians, the Greeks.

• 10:36Stavros Halkias?

Greeks, number one with a bullet, we can all agree, and there'll be no further discussion.

• 10:40Speaker 04

I think Albanians are treated unfairly in this, in this city.

• 10:43Stavros Halkias?

That's true. Stop, stop, you're gonna lose your fucking, your soundboard privileges, okay?

• 10:51Speaker 04

When's the last time somebody said, "Oh, you're in town? Let's go get an Albanian meal." They don't do that. They go, "Oh, let's go have Polish food. Let's go have pierogies."

• 10:58Stavros Halkias?

Pierogies, I will tell you, I will, I am willing to move Albanians up in the white European rankings, past Poland, right? Here's the thing, I like to keep Elvis down, because this is sort of the, are you familiar with the Greek-Albanian? We sort of, we're trying to basically teach, this is like, this is like how Sesame Street teaches little kids about like, you know, like, how to act in school, or how to eat vegetables, or whatever. We're trying to teach people who don't know about Greeks and Albanians.

• 11:28Speaker 05

  This is Greek state media.

• 11:28Stavros Halkias?

This is Greek state media, because we've had this our whole lives.

• 11:32Speaker 04

  You guys have a kinship.

• 11:33Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I mean, we've literally been friends since we were five years old, and, uh, and we've, that's always been a fun element of like, you know, just kind of, truly ironic racism is, it happened to me so early, because,

• 11:49Speaker 04

  Because of that guy?

• 11:49Stavros Halkias?

Because of Elvis, because we had, because we had another friend's family who was literally racist again. Greeks who were like villager idiot Greeks, who thought they were better than Albanians. And I remember thinking as a little kid, like, "Wait, they actually think Elvis is a fucking piece of shit?" I was like, "That's cra-" And then it like, was, that was the first time I realized, maybe, dude, honestly, maybe you and our pal and, you know, that set my life down the course of thinking, like, like thinking racists are funny because of how stupid they are, from like, a young age. I was, I was introduced to that concept literally like, seven years old.

• 12:31Stavros Halkias?

One of like, the dumbest guys I knew hated my little, nice little kid best friend, because he's Albanian, and he's just like, this drunk Greek idiot, and I'm like, "Wait."

• 12:41Speaker 04

Wait, he was an adult? Oh, the adult didn't like the Albanian?

• 12:46Speaker 04

I thought it was like, a little seven-year-old that was like, that's like, "Are you fucking Albanian, dumb?"

• 12:51Stavros Halkias?

Our friend's dad would let him in the house, dude.

• 12:53Speaker 04

  Are you Muslim Albanian?

• 12:54Speaker 05

  No, I'm not Muslim.

• 12:55Speaker 04

  No, never mind.

• 12:56Speaker 05

But I'm close to a Muslim.

• 12:57Speaker 04

  Never mind, dude.

• 12:59Stavros Halkias?

  And we see the agenda.

• 13:03Speaker 04

Nevermind, nevermind. He takes back everything he says. I was out here trying to help you guys, but.

• 13:10Speaker 05

We each have our little MOs under the surface, don't we?

• 13:15Stavros Halkias?

• 15:25Stavros Halkias?

No, they are the, they are, it's a, it's a fascinating, it is literally fascinating because.

• 15:30Speaker 04

  That entire corner.

• 15:31Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 15:32Speaker 04

Of the world, I feel like is an underappreciated, like I want to go to like Turkmenistan.

• 15:37Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 15:38Speaker 04

  You Google Turkmenistan.

• 15:39Stavros Halkias?

Isn't that like, that guy's kind of on some North Korea type shit.

• 15:42Speaker 04

They're all kind of on it over in that little region, like Turkmenistan, oh, type in Turkmenistan, uh, gates of hell. Check out this, this tourist attraction, why hasn't anyone got, talked about this? It's literally just that.

• 15:54Stavros Halkias?

  The door to hell.

• 15:55Speaker 04

It's been on fire for like fifty or seventy years.

• 15:58Stavros Halkias?

  That's so sick.

• 15:59Speaker 04

And, and you go there, take a selfie in front of it?

• 16:01Stavros Halkias?

  It's just on fire?

• 16:02Speaker 04

That's all it is, it's a pit of fire, it's so sick.

• 16:04Stavros Halkias?

  Fucking cool.

• 16:04Speaker 04

And then, uh, if you do Azerbaijan rug museum.

• 16:08Stavros Halkias?

  Oh shit.

• 16:09Speaker 04

This is cool because it's in the, uh, you'll see, look, look, look at the architecture here.

• 16:16Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, nice.

• 16:17Speaker 04

  It's a rug.

• 16:18Stavros Halkias?

  Wow, that's fucking cool, dude.

• 16:21Speaker 04

Right? Like, these places are sick.

• 16:23Stavros Halkias?

Hon- I'm a big rug guy, my mother, so when my, my, my grandparents, my mom's parents came here in the seventies. Her dad was a, you know, he was like a machine worker and the first job, my grandma, my grandma was just like, I'll do whatever for a buck. And well, I mean, you know, within reason. She didn't go to America selling pussy, everyone, relax. Uh, but she, she, she had never worked on rugs before, she like off the like, off the plane, got a job repairing like, Oriental rugs and so my mom and my grandmother, my whole life, like I would go after school to my mom's job where she would repair,

• 17:03Stavros Halkias?

just in this old, like sick rug store and I would just like be playing and so I love, that's my, I, this museum I actually would love to go to.

• 17:11Speaker 04

Let's fucking go. Let's do the pot of.

• 17:13Stavros Halkias?

  Azerbaijan, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 17:15Speaker 04

No, that whole like it's it's so like wild, wild west out there.

• 17:19Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 17:19Speaker 04

Like there's another city I forgot or like another country or city. I don't remember. But like the guy's obsessed with white, like white marble.

• 17:26Stavros Halkias?

  Hmm.

• 17:26Speaker 04

So the whole town is just white.

• 17:29Stavros Halkias?

  Interesting.

• 17:30Speaker 04

It's all white marble. It looks like it looks like heaven.

• 17:32Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 17:34Speaker 04

  It looks like this.

• 17:35Stavros Halkias?

  Beautifully.

• 17:35Speaker 04

Uh, except it's not, it's not, uh, it's not dilapidated.

• 17:38Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 17:40Speaker 04

You know, so it just like looks weird. It's just like a weird.

• 17:42Stavros Halkias?

  White marble town.

• 17:44Speaker 04

  Oh, there it is.

• 17:45Stavros Halkias?

  Is that Turkmenistan also?

• 17:46Speaker 04

  That's Ashkabat.

• 17:48Stavros Halkias?

It's also in Turkmenistan, yeah, the capital. Yeah, I think this guy is like some kind of fucking.

• 17:53Speaker 04

  No, they're not good.

• 17:54Stavros Halkias?

  No.

• 17:54Speaker 04

  I don't think they're good people.

• 17:56Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, that's a sick statue, though. Go down a little bit, elders.

• 17:58Speaker 04

  That little skeleton boy?

• 17:59Stavros Halkias?

More motherfucker right there. Yeah, that like weird gold guy on top of a mountain. It kind of looks like a dick now that I see it, though.

• 18:07Speaker 04

Everything's a dick if you look hard enough.

• 18:09Stavros Halkias?

  That's sure.

• 18:10Speaker 04

Or if you look long enough, really.

• 18:12Stavros Halkias?

But that has kind of dick and balls.

• 18:15Speaker 04

Oh, those little hats, too. I like their little hats.

• 18:17Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, they have a nice little swag to them for sure. They have a, they have a nice little swag of like.

• 18:22Speaker 04

Eastern Europeans are that. Well, that culture is coming back like the Slavic Slavcore.

• 18:27Stavros Halkias?

  Turkmenist.

• 18:28Speaker 04

  Slavcore.

• 18:28Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, we have a little, I Greek, I I've said like Greeks are. I've, I have a bit where I say Greeks are the whitest like Arabs. But I, but it's like you also have to sprinkle some Slav in there.

• 18:41Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 18:41Stavros Halkias?

Because it all, it basically north, that basically means north and south. People never think of Greece as like northern and southern because you just think the islands, all this place. But like by the mountains, it's like it kind of is like my grandma in her pictures of like when she's kind of young. Kind of looks like a Turkmenist like Kazakhstan where people like kind of look a little Asian.

• 19:02Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 19:02Stavros Halkias?

Like my grandma has like the high, those high ass cheekbone and like.

• 19:06Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 19:06Stavros Halkias?

Like she's such an old little lady now that like, you know, she just looks like an old lady to me. And then you see a picture of her and it's like this could be the Turkmeni dictator's daughter. Like she like straight up looks Kazakh.

• 19:17Speaker 04

  Royalty?

• 19:18Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 19:19Speaker 04

I mean, you, you, you have a little Asian in you.

• 19:21Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I think that's. I think that is just being fat.

• 19:25Stavros Halkias?

I think that people think of a smiling guy with fat cheeks then the whole sumo thing I think.

• 19:31Speaker 04

  No, I'm not saying that.

• 19:33Stavros Halkias?

I went to Popular Jewelry the in Chinatown and this is when I had my head shaved and I had no facial hair and I was like hairless.

• 19:41Speaker 04

They thought you were a Russian.

• 19:42Stavros Halkias?

And they literally, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, they asked me if I was Chinese and it was the first and I wasn't, I was less fat at the time. And I was just like, truly, these were people that like barely spoke English Chinese.

• 19:55Speaker 04

And they were like, are you Chinese?

• 19:56Stavros Halkias?

  Thought I was Chinese.

• 19:57Speaker 04

  That's tight.

• 19:58Stavros Halkias?

So that was interesting. That was the first, yeah, they actually did. And I was like, they're like Chinese? And I was like, what? I was like, I was like, it took me like five minutes to get what they were asking because it's never happened. So, yeah, maybe because of my grandma.

• 20:12Speaker 04

That's so, that's, that's, well, that's good though. Being ethnically ambiguous, I realized. Is great because you can go, I can go to Italy and people are speaking to me, but bon vite or whatever they're saying. Go to London, they're like, okay, he's something.

• 20:27Stavros Halkias?

It is true, depending on how, yeah. And depending on how you dress, you could be five different.

• 20:32Speaker 04

Yeah, I could be Puerto Rican, I could be Dominican. The only place like, like, like, but if you're Norwegian.

• 20:38Stavros Halkias?

  Right.

• 20:38Speaker 04

And you go to Italy, like you don't blend in, like you're obviously a tourist. So I realized that like having the dark features. Because I used to not like mine. I don't know if you had the same problem, but like.

• 20:48Stavros Halkias?

  Not really.

• 20:49Speaker 04

I was like, I don't really wanna be, I don't like curly hair. I don't like, I don't even wanna beard. Look at this guy's beard.

• 20:55Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, yeah.

• 20:55Speaker 04

  Fucking power.

• 20:56Stavros Halkias?

  He does love it.

• 20:57Speaker 04

How much power is in that beard?

• 20:58Stavros Halkias?

Elders is, elders is that, the thing is, he's not ethnically ambiguous. That's if you look up Albanian. Well, this has the Minecraft Albanian head.

• 21:07Speaker 04

  Why are Albanians white?

• 21:09Stavros Halkias?

  Huh? I don't know, man.

• 21:10Speaker 04

  They're so white.

• 21:10Stavros Halkias?

  I don't know, they're very, they're, they're snow white. I think it's their inbred, right?

• 21:15Speaker 05

  I don't know, I wouldn't say.

• 21:17Stavros Halkias?

I think I would say that pretty confidently.

• 21:20Speaker 04

They're so nice though. I had an Albanian Uber driver the other day and he was really a nice guy.

• 21:25Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, don't make me admit that I like Albanians on camera, man. Don't make me admit that I have, that my closest friend is an Albanian and that I.

• 21:33Speaker 05

Albanians are gonna be part of the new world order.

• 21:37Stavros Halkias?

Thankfully, Elders says shit like this and knocks me off my.

• 21:40Speaker 05

  The shift is happening.

• 21:42Speaker 04

Who's at the top of the new world order?

• 21:44Speaker 05

God, I don't know. But it will be Albanians.

• 21:46Stavros Halkias?

Let's not rank the races right now.

• 21:49Speaker 04

No, no, no, we're not ranking the races.

• 21:52Stavros Halkias?

Let's not get an Albanian's perspective on which races are the most powerful.

• 21:56Speaker 04

We just wanna know when the US falls.

• 21:57Stavros Halkias?

Right. Well, I think China, right? China's kinda poised.

• 22:01Speaker 05

A for, an ally of Albania, by the way?

• 22:05Speaker 05

  Ally since the seventies.

• 22:07Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 22:08Speaker 04

  India's a little sleeper. They're a little sleeper.

• 22:10Stavros Halkias?

  That is true.

• 22:11Speaker 04

I think, I think we, we, we take them for, like, we're like, we're like, oh, they're not a threat.

• 22:15Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 22:15Speaker 04

But they got a lot of people.

• 22:16Stavros Halkias?

  They got numbers.

• 22:17Speaker 04

They got numbers, dude. They're doing numbers. They have a strong work ethic.

• 22:21Stavros Halkias?

  Yep.

• 22:22Speaker 04

You know, Chinese also have a strong work ethic. Arabs, that's why we're never gonna be on top again.

• 22:27Stavros Halkias?

And that's why I say Greeks are kind of like Arabs. Cause it's a chilling culture.

• 22:31Speaker 04

  Yeah, you hang out.

• 22:32Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, drink a little, drink a little coffee cups.

• 22:34Speaker 04

  Coffee, little tea.

• 22:35Stavros Halkias?

Eat meat off a fucking, eat meat off a thing. Yeah, it's awesome.

• 22:39Speaker 04

A lot of like, a lot of joking around. Not a lot of, not a lot of business.

• 22:44Stavros Halkias?

  No.

• 22:44Speaker 04

Unless it's import, export, of course.

• 22:46Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. A lot. Well, Egyptian in particular, I feel like is kind of its own little, you know what I mean? Like, cause you, you guys kinda have like, I don't know, like, the North African thing, it's not quite the Middle East, you know what I mean? It's like you're in North Africa, it's not quite, it kinda has, yeah, like, you're in that, we could take a corner of the, like a circle of the world that kind of has Greece, um, you know, Egypt, Turkey, and like a little piece of like, the Slav, those more southern Slavs, and it's like, they're all pretty much the same type of guy, a different flavor of the same type of guy.

• 23:22Speaker 04

  Same body, though.

• 23:23Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, definitely same body. Definitely same body.

• 23:26Speaker 04

  Variations of us.

• 23:27Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, I love it. I love that. And it's a great, that is the thing, you're, you're right in that there's a Slavcore and also like an Arab thing of like, you could be a big fat piece of shit with the hottest woman you've ever seen in your life. And that's like kind of expected. Like if you like, no one thinks, and that is something I am truly leaning into. That's what I've found in my, you know, in my advanced age of soon to be, well, now, when this comes out, thirty six years old. Um, I've definitely found that out of like, that's the, you know, these are some lessons I can learn from my four fathers.

• 24:01Speaker 04

We're very, we're blessed at a time when you and I were growing up. It was the Brad Pitts. It was the Freddie, Freddie Prince Jr.

• 24:11Stavros Halkias?

  Right.

• 24:11Speaker 04

You know, it was, it was the, the Ryan Reynolds.

• 24:13Stavros Halkias?

  You're right.

• 24:14Speaker 04

  And now.

• 24:15Stavros Halkias?

It's kind of bifurcated to you're either a twink that women want to fuck, or you're like.

• 24:20Speaker 04

  Just like a fucking daddy.

• 24:21Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, some kind of daddy.

• 24:23Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 24:23Stavros Halkias?

And that's the beauty of it.

• 24:25Speaker 04

  It's great.

• 24:25Stavros Halkias?

There's a lot of different flavors of that, too.

• 24:27Speaker 04

Yeah, there's the Adrian, Adrian Brody, long nose, very skinny. He's like a hybrid of a twink and like an ugly guy.

• 24:33Stavros Halkias?

  Right, right, right, right.

• 24:35Speaker 04

And then, and then there's like the thick men, like I would consider Javier Bardem as like a thicky.

• 24:40Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 24:40Speaker 04

  He's a thick, he's got a thick booty.

• 24:42Stavros Halkias?

  Claim him, but yeah.

• 24:43Speaker 04

  You don't think so?

• 24:44Stavros Halkias?

I think he's the, the, the ideal.

• 24:47Speaker 04

  The ideal man?

• 24:48Stavros Halkias?

The ideal of that, you know what I mean? Like.

• 24:50Speaker 04

Yeah, he's the hottest, ugly guy.

• 24:52Stavros Halkias?

Yes, like when a woman's like, I have a Javier Bardem, like that, like a woman with an ugly boyfriend who just kind of, you know, has a nice head of hair, maybe, you know, so, you know, they'd be like, I'm really into Javier Bardem types, you know what I mean? Like that, the way, the way you might be like back when Pamela Anderson was an archetype and it was just like, any blonde lady with like big tits, even if she wasn't like that hot. Knockers, knockers is good. I do like knock, actually, I don't really use knockers that much.

• 25:20Speaker 04

  Well, I'm, I'm, I'm taking myself back.

• 25:22Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 25:23Speaker 04

  Dude, she has huge knockers.

• 25:25Stavros Halkias?

  Fucking fat knockers.

• 25:26Speaker 05

My life, my wife does love Bar, uh, Javier Bardem.

• 25:30Stavros Halkias?

I mean, point proven, right there.

• 25:32Speaker 05

Every time she says that, I'm like, God, he's not really my type.

• 25:36Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 25:36Speaker 05

I do go more for the Brad Pitt, call me old fashioned.

• 25:39Speaker 04

We're all, we're all idolizing Brad Pitt and they're all, are idolizing, like, who's another ugly hot guy?

• 25:45Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, mm, who's another one of these guys?

• 25:48Speaker 04

Like, I mean, there's old, like, Serge Gainsbourg, just straight ugly. Like, he has a baddie, you know what I mean? Like, a baddie, like, he's like, he's known for being ugly.

• 25:56Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 25:57Speaker 04

But like, his wife, I mean, Jane Birkin, like, a total babe.

• 26:00Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, the, uh.

• 26:01Speaker 04

  Look at this.

• 26:01Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, that's awesome stuff.

• 26:03Speaker 04

It's, that's, that is, to me, that is an inspiration to all of us.

• 26:07Stavros Halkias?

  Mm-hmm.

• 26:07Speaker 04

Kind of like, off looking guys.

• 26:09Stavros Halkias?

The, my vision board is the pit, there's like a couple, I've said it before, red carpet pictures of, um, uh, Joe, um, fuck. I can't believe it. My cousin Vinny, Joe Pesci.

• 26:21Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah.

• 26:21Stavros Halkias?

And it's like, him and his mod, his like, model wife that is like, fully a foot and a half taller. And like, the, the fucking aura just buzzing off him.

• 26:33Speaker 04

  Fucking drip.

• 26:34Stavros Halkias?

Like, it's like, that's the, the thing of like, I, you know, not tall, like, I don't, I don't give a fuck about height, I would date a tall one. But it's just like, that imbalance of the like, there's something to be said of like, just having that much sauce, that it just doesn't matter.

• 26:47Speaker 04

  Extra sauce.

• 26:48Stavros Halkias?

Extra, drip, being very sauce, so, I think, cause I did grow up around, see, I never had that thing of like, you know, not liking being, in fact, Greek people, I think, have the opposite problem of like, weirdly thinking we're the best for no reason, and I grew up in a, I grew up in a, in a Greek community, like, to the point where we called non-Greek people, we called them Americans, like, other white people. We would just call them Americans, like, you know, he hangs out with a lot of Americans, or that, and that was a point of like, when you went to Greece, that was an insult.

• 27:21Speaker 04

  Right.

• 27:21Stavros Halkias?

Where it's like, oh, this fucking Americanaki, right? And so, I never, I grew up around all that stuff, in Minneapolis, was it just like you and your family?

• 27:29Speaker 04

  I think that's the difference.

• 27:30Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 27:30Speaker 04

Like, we didn't have really a community.

• 27:32Stavros Halkias?

  Right.

• 27:32Speaker 04

Like, there was not a community of Arabs, and when I went to Egypt, they would call me Agnebi, which means foreigner.

• 27:39Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, oh, foreigners even worse.

• 27:41Speaker 04

My family there is like, oh, what's up, you little foreigner? You know, I'm like, what? I was like, I'm not a foreigner, I'm Egyptian. But like saying it in English, just like that.

• 27:49Stavros Halkias?

  Totally, totally, totally, totally.

• 27:51Speaker 04

I'm not a foreigner. To my grandma and like, yeah, I think that that I was gonna say that the key word, I think in order to have that, you have to have a some sort of community.

• 28:00Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 28:01Speaker 04

And our community was just not, I mean, wasn't there.

• 28:05Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 28:05Speaker 04

You know, it was not, there was not, like, my dad was one of the first Egyptians to move to America, or at least to Minnesota.

• 28:11Stavros Halkias?

  Right, yeah, yeah, it's Minnesota.

• 28:12Speaker 04

And it was like him and a couple of boys, nineteen sixty nine, on one plane.

• 28:15Stavros Halkias?

  Wow.

• 28:16Speaker 04

And it was fire, though, because everyone was like, that's when it was like dope.

• 28:20Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 28:20Speaker 04

That's when people hadn't met an Arab.

• 28:22Stavros Halkias?

  Totally, totally, totally.

• 28:23Speaker 04

And it was like, Lawrence of Arabia type shit, like exotic. Omar Sharif.

• 28:27Stavros Halkias?

  Totally.

• 28:27Speaker 04

  Exotic creature, like a rug.

• 28:29Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, and it's the, it's fucking nineteen sixty nine, summer of love.

• 28:33Speaker 04

Yes, and my dad just full on Travolta. Do you watch Saturday Night?

• 28:38Stavros Halkias?

  A closeted gay man?

• 28:40Speaker 04

You know, you never know. You never know.

• 28:43Stavros Halkias?

  It would be fun.

• 28:43Speaker 04

Just wa- like, watch that movie. That's me, that's the closest thing to me.

• 28:47Stavros Halkias?

  Slick the shit back.

• 28:48Speaker 04

He went full like disco balls hanging out of the pants, like, in every photo that I have of him is balls. They're massive, massive hog.

• 28:58Stavros Halkias?

  Respect, dude.

• 28:58Speaker 04

  Did not bless me.

• 28:59Stavros Halkias?

Damn, that's really tough. Did not only know that, but like, see the pics.

• 29:03Speaker 04

I mean, they're, they're literally in my face every time I look at old photos and I get embarrassed, because every time I show like, a woman in my life, they're always like, damn, and I'm like, I know, I know exactly what you're thinking. And then, and then it's a letdown. My dad had a huge dick.

• 29:21Speaker 04

  Like enormous, R I P, R I P to my dad, but.

• 29:24Stavros Halkias?

That he's hogging in heaven right now.

• 29:25Speaker 04

  Cause of death, massive hog.

• 29:27Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, too much blood flow.

• 29:29Speaker 04

He tripped on it and just fell down the stairs.

• 29:31Stavros Halkias?

  I get that, man.

• 29:32Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 29:32Stavros Halkias?

  Damn, dude.

• 29:33Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 29:34Stavros Halkias?

  R I P to the boy.

• 29:35Speaker 04

  R I P to the boy.

• 29:36Stavros Halkias?

  So he moved by himself?

• 29:38Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 29:39Stavros Halkias?

  Is your mom American, or?

• 29:40Speaker 04

No, she's Egyptian too. He went, he went home, he did the old.

• 29:43Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, wow.

• 29:43Speaker 04

He did the old, let me get me, let me get myself a, a nice little Arab girl.

• 29:47Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, went to the wife store?

• 29:49Speaker 04

Yeah, went to the wife store, did a little lying, which I thought was interesting. Told her, told her he was, uh, I, okay, so, he lied about his age. He, he was twenty years older than her, but he told her that he was only ten years older.

• 30:03Stavros Halkias?

  Wow.

• 30:04Speaker 04

And she didn't discover it until they were married and I was born.

• 30:07Stavros Halkias?

  Wow.

• 30:08Speaker 04

Which at that point is kind of her fault.

• 30:10Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I mean, that's doesn't say much about your mom's detective skills.

• 30:14Speaker 04

Like, mom, like, you didn't know until I was born and then she was like, and then it was too late. I was like, what a good liar.

• 30:20Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 30:20Speaker 04

Like Mad Men. My dad was on this Don Draper show.

• 30:22Stavros Halkias?

You're born, he's like, oh, anyway.

• 30:25Speaker 04

  He wasn't even there, bro.

• 30:26Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, yeah.

• 30:28Speaker 04

  He was taking a nap.

• 30:29Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, he's playing fucking backgammon, smoking a cigarette.

• 30:32Speaker 04

He was forty-five when I was born.

• 30:33Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 30:34Speaker 04

  And my mom was twenty-five.

• 30:35Stavros Halkias?

  Damn.

• 30:35Speaker 04

And she thought he was thirty-five.

• 30:37Stavros Halkias?

  Wow.

• 30:37Speaker 04

I know, but he had a.

• 30:38Stavros Halkias?

Did he look, from what you're telling me?

• 30:40Speaker 04

  He looked good.

• 30:41Stavros Halkias?

  Did he look youthful, though?

• 30:42Speaker 04

Yeah, he had that hog, nice youthful.

• 30:44Stavros Halkias?

  She was dickmatized.

• 30:46Speaker 04

He had this kind of look going on. Yeah, he was, he was like an ugly hot guy.

• 30:49Stavros Halkias?

  Gotcha, gotcha, gotcha.

• 30:50Speaker 04

So he was all good. Yeah. Wait, is your, your, your old man second generation? You're second generation?

• 30:55Stavros Halkias?

Uh, I'm the first generation born here.

• 30:57Speaker 04

  Oh, so.

• 30:58Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. So my, my family, my family came here in the eighties, like seven years, a few years before I was born, seven years before I was born, they came here. And, uh, yeah, they were, they were already married. My mom moved with her family, her dad got a job, and just moved the family to America without even, like, consulting his wife. He just came home one day, was like, by the way, got a sick job offer, it's in Baltimore. And you know what's really fucked up? He had the choice between Astoria and Baltimore. And he fucking chose Baltimore because he knew one guy that.

• 31:29Speaker 04

  That's the classic move.

• 31:30Stavros Halkias?

  And by the way.

• 31:31Speaker 04

That's how my dad ended up in Minnesota.

• 31:32Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 31:33Speaker 04

  There was one guy.

• 31:33Stavros Halkias?

Just that you know, fucking one, one of your boys. And I say I'm pissed, but like, if my mom came to New York, she's probably not going. She hated Baltimore so much that she, and they weren't even in, like, the city, they were, like, the burbs. She hated it so much that she went back to Athens by herself. That's where she met my dad. So I say I'm pissed because in my head, I'm like, he would just own a house here that's worth, like, their house in fucking, the shitty neighborhood that we grew up in is probably worth. A hundred seventy thousand dollars and the house we if they had bought a house here would be worth two point five million dollars but having said that my mom probably never goes back to Greece I'm never born whatever

• 32:14Stavros Halkias?

or or who knows how consciousness works maybe I'm born with my mom maybe it's passed to your mom and I'm just so fucking sexy I don't have my dad's stupid cowardly anger problem genes and I'm just or heart problem like

• 32:28Speaker 04

  that's a yeah that's a that's a good take sperm doesn't matter

• 32:30Stavros Halkias?

  yeah yeah yeah

• 32:31Speaker 04

like the essence is born from the mother's womb

• 32:33Stavros Halkias?

  yeah I could see that

• 32:34Speaker 04

is is more about like vibes

• 32:36Stavros Halkias?

yeah just fucking fleshing it out there's probably a couple things that sperm gives you

• 32:41Speaker 04

  yeah

• 32:42Stavros Halkias?

there are I you know I've I've been reading AKA seeing a couple TikToks I think it's because I think it's because um my my brother just had a kid so I've been like just more interested in baby stuff and like or and it's probably spying on me

• 32:56Speaker 04

so you're on dad talk now

• 32:57Stavros Halkias?

so it's just yeah it's just like I'm getting videos that are like talking about babies but also talking about like what does you know what does a baby get from its mom versus instead of apparently like you get certain you do it does work that way where it's like certain things really are like you know way more determinative depending on

• 33:15Speaker 04

send me those videos I just had a kid

• 33:17Stavros Halkias?

oh you just had a kid

• 33:18Speaker 04

  I just had a kid

• 33:18Stavros Halkias?

congrats wow how how old are you talking how old's the baby

  oh cute

• 33:24Speaker 04

  she's dope

• 33:25Stavros Halkias?

  that's awesome

• 33:25Speaker 04

she's very cool imagine if I was like she's

• 33:28Stavros Halkias?

  she's so shitty man

• 33:30Speaker 04

  she doesn't even know it

• 33:30Stavros Halkias?

  she's yeah she doesn't chill she doesn't

• 33:33Speaker 04

she's she doesn't chill I'll tell you that much she's like a like an annoying chihuahua like just doesn't stop moving

• 33:39Stavros Halkias?

kind of has your thing maybe

• 33:40Speaker 04

and I keep calling my mom I'm like what is go she's like

• 33:42Stavros Halkias?

didn't you say you're always moving

• 33:43Speaker 04

  yeah

• 33:44Stavros Halkias?

maybe she's got your little fucking

• 33:45Speaker 04

  my jeans

• 33:46Stavros Halkias?

  your yeah insanity

• 33:47Speaker 04

  Papa's motor

• 33:47Stavros Halkias?

yeah yeah yeah your little bootleg bipolar maybe she's got it

• 33:52Speaker 04

  bipolar minus

• 33:52Stavros Halkias?

  she's fucking choking bluey

• 33:54Speaker 04

she's she's she's the one thing that concerns me is I feel like her hands are too big

• 33:58Stavros Halkias?

  oh okay

• 33:59Speaker 04

and I'm like you know with a dog

• 34:01Stavros Halkias?

  yeah

• 34:02Speaker 04

that means it's gonna be a big dog

• 34:03Stavros Halkias?

oh she might be a big girl that's cool

• 34:06Speaker 04

  Is it cool?

• 34:06Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, she's fucking huge hands.

• 34:08Speaker 04

  The hands are massive.

• 34:10Stavros Halkias?

My, my boy, my little guy, my nephew has, he has huge, he has huge hands.

• 34:15Speaker 04

Okay, maybe it's just a baby thing.

• 34:17Stavros Halkias?

I think it's a baby thing. They look big in comparison to their little ass bodies.

• 34:20Speaker 04

  They're so big.

• 34:20Stavros Halkias?

Cause their arms are short as fuck.

• 34:22Speaker 04

  Like T-Rex.

• 34:23Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, but their hands are kind of, you know.

• 34:25Speaker 04

  They're big, man.

• 34:26Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, I don't know.

• 34:27Speaker 04

  I, I hope her hands don't grow.

• 34:29Stavros Halkias?

Oh, you want her to grow into them?

• 34:31Speaker 04

Yeah, they should stay that size.

• 34:33Stavros Halkias?

You want dainty little hands, dude? Nah, dude, you want a big workman style girl. Fucking, it's, it's a, you know, a modern, a modern, we're talking, she's gonna be twenty in twenty forty-five.

• 34:44Speaker 04

So she can man the AI machine?

• 34:47Stavros Halkias?

Dude, it's gonna be the big girls, it's gonna be for the big girls, dude.

• 34:51Speaker 04

We need a big girl to man the AI computer.

• 34:53Stavros Halkias?

Do you want, what, you know, could be a fucking athlete, you know?

• 34:57Speaker 04

She could be an athlete, but that, that, we would have nothing, I'm like not a throw the baseball around type of guy.

• 35:02Stavros Halkias?

  Right, yeah.

• 35:03Speaker 04

  Like a, like, let's, let's make a funny movie.

• 35:05Stavros Halkias?

  Sure.

• 35:05Speaker 04

You know, I'm hoping that she's a nepo baby.

• 35:07Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 35:08Speaker 04

  Like, I, I really.

• 35:09Stavros Halkias?

  Clock's ticking.

• 35:11Speaker 04

I am working, I am working very hard.

• 35:14Stavros Halkias?

  Right now, she's okay.

• 35:17Stavros Halkias?

No disrespect, I like your work, but there wouldn't be, if she gets cast in something, there wouldn't be an expose of like, her dad had some sick web series.

• 35:27Speaker 04

No, that's why I'm working so hard. That's why I'm working so hard. It's true.

• 35:32Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, you want her.

• 35:33Speaker 04

Now I would say like, uh, daughter of niche micro internet celebrity. Niche of micro, niche micro internet vertical short form unscripted video series creator Kareem Rahma's daughter. Cast in a new unscripted, vertical, unscripted video series directed by her father.

• 35:57Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, dude, you want people pissed off when, you want people to love her and then figure out, you know, you want that cycle of, oh, this girl's rules and then it comes out.

• 36:06Speaker 04

Right. So she can't use my last name, she has to like, like Lily Rose Depp, brave.

• 36:11Stavros Halkias?

  Brave.

• 36:12Speaker 04

  Brave woman.

• 36:12Stavros Halkias?

  Very, very brave.

• 36:15Speaker 04

  I'm Lily Rose Depp.

• 36:16Stavros Halkias?

I'm Lily Rose Depp and my dad didn't do anything weird.

• 36:20Stavros Halkias?

  My dad's still chill.

• 36:21Speaker 04

  And my dad's a pirate.

• 36:22Stavros Halkias?

She's ten years too late, man. Ten years ago.

• 36:25Speaker 04

  I know.

• 36:25Stavros Halkias?

It was, he's the fucking fun pirate guy. He's not, there's nothing weird about him.

• 36:31Speaker 04

He's someone that was very attractive.

• 36:33Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 36:33Speaker 04

And then decided to literally look like a pirate.

• 36:36Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, he really was just like, am I liter- did I, did he lose my, did he lose his mind on like Pirates of the Caribbean four? Where he's like, I am this guy.

• 36:44Speaker 04

It's like, what was Austin Butler when he couldn't stop doing that Elvis voice?

• 36:48Stavros Halkias?

That guy fascinates me. I love that guy.

• 36:50Speaker 04

  I like, I love, I like the bit, I, I wonder if it's a bit. He's like, I can't do it.

• 36:54Stavros Halkias?

I don't think so. I think the best actors are so fucking stupid. Like, I think, like, they, it's, they don't think, they just are.

• 37:01Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 37:01Stavros Halkias?

You know, and I think he's one of those guys. Like, that's how I feel about Brad Pitt. Great actor. You hear him talk, it's like, what the fuck? Or you hear him trying to be like funny and it's like, like, this sucks.

• 37:13Speaker 04

I just think about, I just think about the name of his production company, which is Plan B Entertainment. I'm like.

• 37:17Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 37:19Speaker 04

I'm like, brother, like, you've never heard of this other plan? Like, like, come on, like, yeah, you might be right. Your theory might be correct.

• 37:26Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 37:26Speaker 04

I, I was looking at all the production company names, cause I want, obviously want to start one, and they're not good.

• 37:31Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 37:32Speaker 04

  Like, no one's getting creative.

• 37:33Stavros Halkias?

  Right.

• 37:34Speaker 04

You know, and it's a little upsetting.

• 37:36Stavros Halkias?

  Trying to think of any.

• 37:37Speaker 04

Like, like Jordan Peele, shout out Jordan Peele, but like Monkey Paw, I don't like that.

• 37:41Stavros Halkias?

  I like it.

• 37:42Speaker 04

I would like to be in a monkey paw.

• 37:43Stavros Halkias?

  Not the horror?

• 37:45Speaker 04

  But it's just like.

• 37:46Stavros Halkias?

  The classic Monkey Paw wish?

• 37:47Speaker 04

I know, no, I, I had to Google it, but it's just, but it's just not like.

• 37:52Stavros Halkias?

  I like it.

• 37:53Speaker 04

Okay, you wanna, I know what you're doing.

• 37:55Stavros Halkias?

  Huh?

• 37:55Speaker 04

  I know what you're doing.

• 37:56Stavros Halkias?

  I think it's great, Jordan.

• 37:59Speaker 04

You know, come to think of it, you're right. I didn't realize, okay, so it's based on lore.

• 38:04Stavros Halkias?

Actually, like, I'd love to trash things, you know, other things, but it's based on, I, the Monkey Paw wish, to me, is such a funny.

• 38:11Speaker 04

Could you explain that? I forgot what, I Wikipedia'd it and I forgot.

• 38:14Stavros Halkias?

Basically, it's, it's basically like, whatever, it's like the, it's like, I wanna have the, you know, it's like, if you were like, I wanna have the biggest dick in the world, right? And then they just shrink everybody else's dick? That's a Monkey Paw wish. You know what I mean? It's like. It's like, you know.

• 38:31Speaker 04

  It's like, it's like, it's like Robin Williams's genie.

• 38:34Stavros Halkias?

  Exactly.

• 38:35Speaker 04

  It's like, yeah.

• 38:35Stavros Halkias?

  It's basically genie.

• 38:36Speaker 04

  There's always a.

• 38:37Stavros Halkias?

It's a more intense genie thing.

• 38:39Speaker 04

  There's always a.

• 38:40Stavros Halkias?

  Unintended consequences.

• 38:41Speaker 04

  Yeah, or like a catch.

• 38:42Stavros Halkias?

Okay, there's always a catch. It's basically a more severe catch type thing where the genie's always trying to trick you. The monkey paw is just like, basically that.

• 38:49Speaker 04

Well, if you had a genie, what would you wish for?

• 38:54Stavros Halkias?

I mean, I would like a bigger penis.

• 38:58Speaker 04

If they did a survey, that's gotta be.

• 39:00Stavros Halkias?

It's number one with a bullet. Everyone, even guys with a, even your dad. Your dad before he would wish to be back to life. He would wish to be in heaven with a fatter dick.

• 39:11Speaker 04

  One more.

• 39:11Stavros Halkias?

  Just one more.

• 39:12Speaker 04

One more. I wanted to touch my knee.

• 39:16Stavros Halkias?

Um, I don't fucking know, uh, just to, just to. I guess I would, I would honestly just wish for my body to be reset to like factory health settings.

• 39:28Speaker 04

  That's a great.

• 39:29Stavros Halkias?

You know, cause I have like a fucked up shoulder. You know, and so I would like to just lose, and not even, by the way, don't, I don't wanna lose. I don't wanna be the BMI a man should be at my height, cause then I would weigh a hundred twenty-five pounds probably. Uh, I wanna, I wanna.

• 39:44Speaker 04

  You'd be Timothy Shannon.

• 39:45Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I would literally like, you know, on those, those charts are fucking hysterical. Uh, but I would just like to be, you know, still fat, but not this fat. And just all my nagging injuries are gone. That's nagging in, all, you know, health reset is the number one thing.

• 40:01Speaker 04

I think that that is honestly really good.

• 40:03Stavros Halkias?

  Thanks.

• 40:04Speaker 04

And, and down to earth and cool.

• 40:05Stavros Halkias?

So hopefully the genie, genies, if you're out there.

• 40:07Speaker 04

I woke up today sore. But I didn't work, like, I was sore from.

• 40:12Stavros Halkias?

  It's a tough feeling.

• 40:13Speaker 04

  Walking around yesterday.

• 40:14Stavros Halkias?

  It's a really tough.

• 40:15Speaker 04

But I walked a lot. I've gotta get, probably around ten thousand, I would say.

• 40:18Stavros Halkias?

Not, not enough to be sore.

• 40:19Speaker 04

  Not enough to be.

• 40:22Speaker 04

But I'm I'm like my my feet were sore, my shoulder is also sore. And you know, having the kid. Yeah. Has made me. I mean, eleven months, you're in the thick of it right now. No, but it's made me realize that like I, yeah, my dad died when I was twenty. And he didn't really take care of himself. Yeah. And it made me, I I'm like, I don't want to die. Yeah. Like, I already saw my my like mortality when my dad died. Right, right. And when you're a young man, you're like, I'm gonna live forever, I'm gonna do all this dumb shit, like, you know, I'm invisible. For sure. And so I immediately clicked into like responsible guy. Yeah. You know, didn't have as much fun as I probably should have had. And now with. In your twenties, you're talking about. Yeah, in my twenties, like, I had I had fun, but I didn't do like, I didn't like study abroad, I didn't like, you know, I I had no real vision

• 41:07Speaker 04

for my life, aside from like, I need to like be the father to my fam- like my actual mom and my brother and my sister, I was like stepped into that role. Right, right. So I missed out and and and work, so I started working when I was fourteen. Damn, what are we doing? McDonald's at fourteen. Wow. Which which is like really young. Yeah, you need a fucking special paper. I I'm like my fourteenth birthday. Wow. I was like, I need a job. Did you have a beard already, or? No, I but but you know what was fucked up? I went to, I went from, so I started working in the summer of eighth grade. Mm hmm, damn, dude, that's fucked up. And I gained like forty pounds. Of course, dude. And I so I went to high school as like a fat boy. Oh, no.

• 41:49Speaker 04

All my life before that, I was like, I was like this, like almost fat, but not actually. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the access to the fucking nuggets, boy. I mean, I would literally walk past the nuggets and pop one. Yeah. And in my head, I'm like, fuck, you know, it's a nugget, so like, but forty calories, that's how many in one nugget. Yeah. Times twenty. Every day. And then also. Eight hundred extra calories. And then mix in like. And that's no fries. No, no, but mix those in, mix, mix in the. McFlurry. I mean, I was eating five thousand McDonald's calories. Yeah. And I think that McDonald's and those types of fast foods, I think that their calories, I I really think are harder to lose. Hmm. Than like regular cal- like, I think that they're like sticky. Okay. It's like they make it, I I'm. Love this kind of bro science.

• 42:34Speaker 04

I'm doing, yeah, I'm doing Joe Rogan science. But it sounds convincing. Put that music under it, elders.

• 42:41Speaker 04

Yeah. But ba- back to the original point. Yes. My, the kid, like, I'm now. I'm like.

• 42:47Stavros Halkias?

  You wanna live?

• 42:48Speaker 04

I'm like, should I monitor my health? Like, they make it so easy, like the Oura ring. I don't have one yet, but I'm thinking about it.

• 42:53Stavros Halkias?

I don't think those are real.

• 42:54Speaker 04

  Does that thing monitor?

• 42:55Stavros Halkias?

This doesn't really do shit. It's purely the steps. And, you know, I, it's like, it hasn't really. I've done a lot of health things where it's like, why haven't I seen any difference? But I think about like, what would happen if I didn't do it? Like, I've been sober for a year and people are like, I'm sober and I cut out soda and I lost five hundred pounds. And like, literally, nothing happened. And, and then the same thing with like, this Fitbit, it's like, I don't fucking, I'm not a exercise, I'm not a huge exercise guy. But when I don't wear it, I just, there's just something in your dumb brain. When it's like, you're kind of, I'm not doing shit and I see like, oh, fuck, I only have four thousand steps, like.

• 43:34Speaker 04

  Right.

• 43:34Stavros Halkias?

I'll go walk for, even if you just, I'll just go pop out and like, go fucking grab eggs or whatever.

• 43:40Speaker 04

  Top it off.

• 43:41Stavros Halkias?

And then I'll just, I'll take an extra fucking, it's purely like, kind of like the McDonald's thing of like, something you're constantly thinking about, you're con, this kind of constantly puts the, it's purely steps. I don't monitor.

• 43:52Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 43:53Stavros Halkias?

I also don't believe that these things actually monitor your sleep or your any of that shit. I think that's all, yeah, go crazy.

• 43:59Speaker 04

Uh, I just wanna ask him.

• 44:00Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, thank you, thank you, thank you.

• 44:02Speaker 04

I, I, I don't know. I, like, my friend was like saying it like monitors your oxygen, it can tell you when you're about to get sick. I, I don't know.

• 44:09Stavros Halkias?

  I think that's all fake.

• 44:11Speaker 04

  You think so?

• 44:11Stavros Halkias?

I think that's, we, we all are worried about dying and they know that and they're like, oh, they'll buy this five hundred dollar piece of fucking metal if we say it'll make them live longer. That's my guess. I think it, don't get me wrong, I think it can work. I just think you probably, for it to really work, you probably have to calibrate it. And that's different for different people's bodies and all this other shit. There's a way to track things for sure, um, and maybe whoop those straps are better. I don't fucking know. And I'm sure some of them work. I just feel like a lot of the data you're getting. It's probably fucking like that fucking weird guy that like, you know, measures his son's cock at night.

• 44:46Speaker 04

  I just watched the doc.

• 44:47Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah, like he has the ability to like track his shit.

• 44:51Speaker 04

You think he sneaks into the room with a little tape measure?

• 44:53Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, he's got, yeah, yeah, he takes a string and he measures the diameter of his son's cock. No, but he is, yeah, he's measuring his son's erections or whatever and he just does, he just looks like a regular, he looks like a fucking regular ass dude and he just, he looks shiny as fuck.

• 45:07Speaker 04

He looks really shiny, but that's just the skincare routine.

• 45:09Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, exactly.

• 45:10Speaker 04

But, okay, so I've heard you talk about your weight a lot. Are you actively trying to lose weight? And is it because you are afraid of like, I don't know, like a card, card, card, card, Larry? I don't know, like some sort of like, are you afraid of like a blood clot or like, are you, or is it more about your appearance?

• 45:26Stavros Halkias?

It's not about my appearance at all.

• 45:28Speaker 04

  Sexy boy.

• 45:28Stavros Halkias?

  Thank you, I appreciate that.

• 45:29Speaker 04

  Truly.

• 45:30Stavros Halkias?

It's actually fucked up. I appreciate that.

• 45:32Speaker 04

  Joe Pesci sauce.

• 45:33Stavros Halkias?

  Thank you, thank you.

• 45:34Speaker 04

You are, you are Joe Pesci.

• 45:35Stavros Halkias?

Stop it, stop it, that's too much. It's, it's actually, I wish I, it was about my appearance, cause like, in the past, when I wasn't as confident, when I wasn't successful, when I didn't have shit going on, the things that made me lose weight were my appearance and feeling like insecure and all this stuff. And like, you know, do, will I see a picture I'm tagged in from a angle I wasn't aware of and be like, God damn, what the fuck is going on? Yeah, I'll have that, you know, and appearance wise, I would legitimately like to lose like thirty pounds, but I would be very comfortable being like two seventy, you know, but I should, I should be less than that. And it's purely health, it's exactly what you said, it's like, I wanna fucking live.

• 46:20Stavros Halkias?

And then especially, you know, it's not my kid, but a nephew is like a real, I'm like, I wanna be around for this kid and, and it's even, you know, I'm even thinking about, do I wanna have kids, do I wanna have a family, whatever, and the nephew really makes you think like, oh, this is a fucking.

• 46:36Stavros Halkias?

New, it's a crazy, just put it plainly, it's a new generation.

• 46:39Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 46:40Stavros Halkias?

And that this kid, I have to be for this kid, what my aunts and uncles and like the people that are still in my life. And it just kinda makes you think like, holy fuck, there is a before this kid was born and there's an after. And then you think about how you only know your parents for half their fucking lives. And like, I'm at the age right now where my, about the age where my parents had, they had my bro, they had me at thirty-three or thirty-four and my brothers at thirty-six. I'm a, I'm thirty-six, so I'm like at the age, every life experience I have had. It's like, I don't, I don't know that part of my family's life, a whole, what, my entire existence is like.

• 47:20Stavros Halkias?

So I have, I want to have that level of life after this kid and like, it's just insane to think like, oh, I'm entering the second half of life. Where I'm the adult to some babies and some kids and so like, yeah, it's that.

• 47:34Speaker 04

  It's weird.

• 47:35Stavros Halkias?

It's the invincibility thing and that's over and not only that, but it's thinking like, wait, what did I waste my youth on? Like some guys fucking do drugs, whatever, it's like, we ate ice cream, like I ate ice cream and didn't get that much pussy and you know what I mean? Like, it was like, I didn't do cool shit, I didn't like jump off cliffs.

• 47:54Speaker 04

But you had a good, you had a, you had a good fourth quarter.

• 47:57Stavros Halkias?

I had a good, yeah, yeah, we closed strong for sure.

• 48:00Speaker 04

Good, maybe even, maybe even third and second half, you had a good second half. Cause when does the second half start, like twenty-four?

• 48:06Stavros Halkias?

  Twenty, twenty.

• 48:08Speaker 04

  It's like twenty-four to thirty-four.

• 48:09Stavros Halkias?

I had a good twenty-five, I had a horrible three after that and the rest were pretty good.

• 48:14Speaker 04

  You had a horrible three?

• 48:14Stavros Halkias?

  Just moving here is tough.

• 48:16Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah.

• 48:16Stavros Halkias?

I don't know, what, what age were you when you moved?

• 48:18Speaker 04

  I was twenty-five.

• 48:19Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, so I moved to twenty-six.

• 48:21Speaker 04

  It feels old.

• 48:22Stavros Halkias?

  It feels a little old.

• 48:22Speaker 04

It feels a little, you gotta catch up.

• 48:24Stavros Halkias?

And it's exactly, it's like, you're going through shit you should be going through when you're twenty-one. Like the shitty apartment, I lived in this place, but it was shitty, you know, we had a bunch of roommates and I lived in the living room and like, you're so fucking broke. You move, I, I came from, you know, I was doing stand-up and you come from your little town where you're the man. And then you come here and everyone hates you, you know what I mean? And it's. Like no one wants.

• 48:46Speaker 04

  No one cares about you.

• 48:47Stavros Halkias?

Even the people that like you, it's like they can't help. The people that like you and are nice can't help you. It's because it's the shittiest people in the world are bookers and like, you know, whatever.

• 48:55Speaker 04

  Right.

• 48:56Stavros Halkias?

That's not true. Shout out to Patrick at the stand. He fuck, I got past the stand very quickly. He was the man for that, but like, you know how like small time bookers that are shitty comics that want some power in the world? So they run a bar show and, and then those people, if you're actually funny are mad because they're like, great. Another person who's better than me.

• 49:14Speaker 04

  More competition.

• 49:15Stavros Halkias?

  You know what I mean?

• 49:16Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 49:17Stavros Halkias?

And so I was so depressed. I broke up with this girl and I felt weird about it and it was just like a depressing.

• 49:24Speaker 04

  It's hard.

• 49:25Stavros Halkias?

You know, and then, you know, I got a fucking, and I had a shitty, you know, writing job, which it was for shitty website, but at least I had, I wasn't, I could pay my rent, which is huge. And then, you know, eventually come down, took off and I didn't have to, once I didn't have to worry about money and then people would start seeing me on the road. Cause I was, I was working a lot as an opening act, um, but even that's like, I would make like after fucking expenses, like you make $300 a weekend. You know what I mean? Like, it was just fucking brutal, but in, so that was really depressing, but yeah, the, the, the tail end of it has been good, but even that it's like, it's its own issues of, I don't do well with excess. Now the last couple of years I had too much, I had everything I wanted.

• 50:08Speaker 04

  Right.

• 50:08Stavros Halkias?

  That killed me.

• 50:09Speaker 04

  Right.

• 50:10Stavros Halkias?

That if I, that was gonna kill me. So it was like, you know, it's all, it's all its own.

• 50:14Speaker 04

Balance, the balance, learning, but I, I think as you, as, as we enter early man, I guess late manhood, what are we in? I guess mid man, mid.

• 50:24Stavros Halkias?

Mid manhood. Yeah, we are mid men.

• 50:27Speaker 04

Like the changes, the changes are like the shoulder pain, like waking up and feeling sore.

• 50:31Stavros Halkias?

  My bag is just fucked.

• 50:32Speaker 04

It's just so weird because it's like, you never thought it would happen.

• 50:35Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 50:36Speaker 04

  And it's here.

• 50:37Stavros Halkias?

It's here. You, you hear people talk about it. You're like, those old pieces. There was pathetic old cock. And I, I went to the doctor with, and I had a, I went to it for a checkup and they were like, they saw like some fucked up discs. And I go to like a back spec, I'm about to go on tour. So I'm like, you know, actually dreamboat tour. It's been going on for a while. Buy your tickets. And, uh, and I was gonna, I was gonna, I was like, oh, I should get this fixed before I leave for the tour. I'm gonna sleep on a bus. It's gonna be weird.

• 51:03Speaker 04

  It's gonna be awful.

• 51:03Stavros Halkias?

And then he, I go to the doctor. He's like, okay, well, so. Um, really nothing you can really do about this. You can maybe put some shot if the pain is really bad. Here's a doctor that will shoot you up with like, I guess what they give NFL players.

• 51:17Speaker 04

  Yeah, steroids.

• 51:18Stavros Halkias?

When they have fucking ACL tears and they still want to play in the Super Bowl. And I was like, what?

• 51:22Speaker 04

I have the same thing. I have a herniated disc.

• 51:25Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, I have a, yeah.

• 51:26Speaker 04

And the worst, like, I never really did anything about it for a long time. I've had it for a long time, but it was like, it was annoying, but it wasn't the worst thing in the world. And this summer, it slipped.

• 51:37Stavros Halkias?

  Hmm.

• 51:37Speaker 04

And I couldn't fucking walk. Dude, I thought I was paralyzed.

• 51:41Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, damn dude.

• 51:41Speaker 04

And I had to go to the ER and I, and it was like painful driving to the ER. And it was only like fifteen minutes away and I was in Long, I was on Long Island at the time. And I couldn't walk and I felt like I was like, I had to get uh, painkillers, which were nice.

• 51:56Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, that is nice.

• 51:57Speaker 04

And then it happened again, like two weeks later, right after I'd recovered. So I finally was like, I need to pay attention to this thing. So I went to like, I had the same situation. They're like, well, we could do surgery, but we don't recommend it unless it's like really bad. I'm like, well, what's really bad? And they're like, you know, it's like hard to tell what's really bad.

• 52:15Stavros Halkias?

They're like, well, if you can never walk, if you have to spend all your time in a hot tub. Like that happened to fucking Bill Walton, the NBA guy. He had such a bad back that he just was in a hot tub for like nine hours a day.

• 52:26Speaker 04

  That's awful.

• 52:26Stavros Halkias?

He would just be chill. And it was a cool hot tub. He lived in like fucking somewhere tropical.

• 52:31Speaker 04

But now I, I, I'll, I'll send you this thing. I bought this thing on Amazon that I lay on every morning.

• 52:35Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 52:36Speaker 04

And it kind of decompresses the spine.

• 52:38Stavros Halkias?

I think it was the spiky thing?

• 52:39Speaker 04

It's a little spiky thing, but it's not too spiky. It's more of just a curve.

• 52:42Stavros Halkias?

  Alright, alright, alright.

• 52:43Speaker 04

But I do it every morning for like five minutes.

• 52:45Stavros Halkias?

  Bro, I'm interested.

• 52:46Speaker 04

I feel like it loosens it up a little bit.

• 52:48Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 52:48Speaker 04

Um, and it's, you know, it's minimal amount of work, which is nice because it doesn't take too much time. And then yoga has helped. I haven't had it since I started doing that and yoga. I haven't herniated a disc. And but anyways, yeah, it was like something that needed to be addressed for a long time.

• 53:05Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 53:05Speaker 04

And I finally addressed it and now I'm like, okay, what do I do about the shoulder? Like, do I fix it?

• 53:10Stavros Halkias?

Once you start doing, that's where I met where I fi- I started addressing my shit and it's like, damn, there's so much shit to do, man.

• 53:16Speaker 04

I know. And who has time? I think about people that I don't know if you work out or not.

• 53:20Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I do. I do. That's the other fucked up thing. I've been working out truly three, three times a week. And I've been doing like, like a whole year, like this year has been, I've been sober, I've been working out with the exception of maybe two week stretches here and there. I've been fucking getting my steps. My diet has, that's how bad my diet can get where it's like, that's the only bad thing and that's fucking me up. But yes, I do work out.

• 53:45Speaker 04

Well, maybe internally you are actually healthy, though.

• 53:48Stavros Halkias?

I would, you know, I did go to the, I actually got a bunch of, I keep, my doctor keeps being like, he doesn't say, the subtext is like, why don't you have diabetes? After, after every, after every test and I'm like, he's like literally made me check my heart and my diabetes like three times. I hired like a, like a one of those doctors that comes to your house and shit. Cause I just like was in Baltimore and I was like, let's just figure this, I, I need to make sure I don't die on this tour. And yeah, I weirdly ha- am some, but.

• 54:19Speaker 04

So maybe the, the working out system is working.

• 54:21Stavros Halkias?

  Even that, that's.

• 54:22Speaker 04

  You don't trust that?

• 54:22Stavros Halkias?

It's the, it's the meme of the guy, uh, getting to the like diamonds and that's my diabetes. It's like, keep going. He's, he's not gonna lose weight. One more year and we, we're giving it to him.

• 54:34Speaker 04

Every time I go to, like, I didn't get a physical for like two years and I was like, again, baby was born. I was like, I should get this. I actually just got it like probably last month. And I was like, this is not gonna be good. Cause I was like, I'm, I have high cholesterol. I have diabetes. Like, I don't eat that well. Like, I eat, I, I do a lot of cleansing. I'm a vintner.

• 54:51Stavros Halkias?

  Tells you to eat.

• 54:52Speaker 04

Yeah, and sometimes that's not a good idea. And, uh, and he was like, he was like, you're pretty healthy. You, you, you should watch the cholesterol.

• 55:00Stavros Halkias?

  Mm-hmm.

• 55:01Speaker 04

Which I had high cholesterol when I was 14 due to the nuggets.

• 55:03Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, me too. I think, I think literally, I had, I, I worked at, as a telemarketer across the street from a Wendy's.

• 55:10Speaker 04

  I was a telemarketer too.

• 55:10Stavros Halkias?

And that's what did it. Oh, nice dude. We have a lot to get to, man.

• 55:13Speaker 04

  What'd you sell?

• 55:13Stavros Halkias?

  Mortgages.

• 55:16Stavros Halkias?

  Part of the

• 55:17Speaker 04

  Subprime mortgage.

• 55:18Stavros Halkias?

Part of the housing crisis for sure. I mean, I didn't, the good thing is I was so bad at it, I did not convert a single mortgage.

• 55:23Speaker 04

  Really?

• 55:24Stavros Halkias?

I worked there for like, you know, uh, I don't know, six months, one year.

• 55:28Speaker 04

So your name was never on the board?

• 55:30Stavros Halkias?

Never on the board. One time it almost was, and then the guy's credit like fell through at the last second. And it actually saved me from having that on my, off my conscience.

• 55:38Speaker 04

Right. Now you don't have to worry about destroying a family.

• 55:40Stavros Halkias?

Yeah. Um, we could talk forever, but we need to get, we need some of your fatherly wisdom. You gotta come back. We have so much, we have more to talk about for sure. Telemarketing, how you feel about being a father. Was the child on purpose? Lot of questions. Uh, but let's take some of this advice. Let's do a little advice and something to plug here in the middle. Obviously Subway Takes, whatever you want.

• 56:01Speaker 04

Subway Takes, keep the meter running. We're doing a live show, uh, of Subway Takes, Subway Takes Live in March at Joe's Pub. Tickets already available, but we haven't promoted it yet.

• 56:10Stavros Halkias?

Hopefully the show hasn't happened yet. Uh, we don't know when this comes out. So either buy your tickets or look out for the next one.

• 56:19Speaker 04

  Connoisseur in there?

• 56:21Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 56:21Speaker 04

Oh, and a movie. I have a movie, Or Something.

• 56:23Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, there we go.

• 56:24Speaker 04

Watch it. Written, produced, starred, co, co, co. By me. It's called Or Something. I don't know when that's coming out, but hopefully.

• 56:30Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, we'll put it in right now. If we know the date, we'll do this for a second. Movie comes out on, and then we'll put the date right there. Uh, go ahead, Al. Just play us some fucking, play us some calls, little buddy.

Hey, hey, Savvy, hey, Elvis, hey, guest of honor. Um, so I'm twenty three. I live in New York City. I have about like four months of living here, deadline, whatever, it's fine.

• 57:30Stavros Halkias?

  Deadline.

• 57:31Speaker 07

I spent the entirety of twenty twenty four sexless.

• 57:36Stavros Halkias?

  Mmm.

• 57:36Speaker 07

I didn't have sex one time.

• 57:38Stavros Halkias?

  Sexy voice.

• 57:39Speaker 07

And like, I'm hot, so. I need to know some tips on how to get good, hot sex.

• 57:50Stavros Halkias?

  That's hard.

• 57:52Speaker 07

  In the city.

• 57:53Stavros Halkias?

  Sex is not hard.

• 57:54Speaker 07

  Dating app.

• 57:55Stavros Halkias?

And you don't want to use dating app.

• 57:56Speaker 07

  I, I, I want a bar scene meetup.

• 57:59Stavros Halkias?

  Mmm.

• 58:00Speaker 07

  That classic like.

• 58:02Stavros Halkias?

  Come on.

• 58:03Speaker 07

Seeing each other and then going home with each other. Like, what are, what are the tips here? Because no one in my generation does anymore.

• 58:12Stavros Halkias?

  That is true, bro.

• 58:13Speaker 07

I just need to know some tips, so.

• 58:15Stavros Halkias?

  Go ahead.

• 58:15Speaker 04

  She's misguided. She's misguided. She's very misguided.

• 58:19Stavros Halkias?

  Okay, what are your thoughts?

• 58:20Speaker 04

Well, I think she chose to be sexless, and that's why she's not having good hot sex.

• 58:25Stavros Halkias?

Well, first of all, I want to, let's start there. Good hot sex. You're twenty three. Guys in your jo- I'm just thinking about how bad I was at fucking at twenty three.

• 58:35Speaker 04

She can't fuck a twenty three year old.

• 58:37Stavros Halkias?

Hey, he, he said it, not me. The guy with a kid. You know?

• 58:41Speaker 04

She needs to go thirty plus.

• 58:43Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 58:44Speaker 04

  Like thirty to thirty five.

• 58:45Stavros Halkias?

Or even late twenties, but like, right in twenty, yes, exactly. What she's looking for does not happen. I remember being twenty three and like, going to a bar and like, you know, looking at a girl and like, be like, hey. And her being like, um, hey, and then me being like, can I have a beer, please, sir? You know, like, just the second it didn't go perfect. Like, I can count on my hands at that age, how many women I met. And it went well. And the whole time I was, I was like, the whole time it felt like when you're just like, are trying to keep something like, trying to keep the DDR multiplier going. We're like, I can't miss a fucking single step or I'm back to zero.

• 59:24Speaker 04

  It was hard.

• 59:25Stavros Halkias?

You know, and so. That's part of it. I mean, yes, probably going older is is the especially in New York is the quickest. Um, solution. There's so many man children that have done nothing, but there's so many people that were losers in high school and didn't get pussy and moved to this city.

• 59:41Speaker 04

  And now they're rich.

• 59:42Stavros Halkias?

And now they're rich, you know, so. And all they've done is, you know, whatever thing got them rich and try to fuck girls for fifteen years.

• 59:50Speaker 04

But she's not looking for relationships.

• 59:53Stavros Halkias?

She's just trying to get smashed out.

• 59:54Speaker 04

I think she needs to go to rich, elegant places. Like, I think she's got to stop by like, like Balthazar.

• 1:00:01Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 1:00:02Speaker 04

She's got to go to the classics. Like, she's going to bars. She's got to go to restaurants that have bars.

• 1:00:07Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 1:00:08Speaker 04

And hang out at these places that have like a sixty dollar steak.

• 1:00:12Stavros Halkias?

  Hmm.

• 1:00:13Speaker 04

I think she's she can't go to like Cowboys and divorces. In Williamsburg. You know, she can't go to like the Levy. She can't go to like, she can't go to Delancy Street.

• 1:00:24Stavros Halkias?

  Right, right, right, right.

• 1:00:25Speaker 04

There's too many hoes running around. There's too much competition. She needs to go to like a nice, elegant and stand by the bar and just put out riz.

• 1:00:34Stavros Halkias?

  I just wonder.

• 1:00:35Speaker 04

She sounds like she has riz.

• 1:00:36Stavros Halkias?

Well, she doesn't though, because she spent a whole year not getting fucked.

• 1:00:40Speaker 04

  But that's my choice.

• 1:00:41Stavros Halkias?

  Right, but she's they're they're like.

• 1:00:43Speaker 04

  Her body, her choice.

• 1:00:44Stavros Halkias?

She could, yes. But I guess part of it is also like, you can't sit in your fucking room.

• 1:00:49Speaker 04

  No.

• 1:00:49Stavros Halkias?

Or even just at a bar with your friends and just, you know, and like, basically, she's like, I'm so hot that I should be able to just like, be wherever I am and a a guy that I will like and that will fuck awesome. Not even just fuck me, but will fuck awesome will approach me. And like, all that stuff happens, especially good hot sex, you know, we're no prudes here, we're pro hoes, everything, but.

• 1:01:14Speaker 04

  Bro.

• 1:01:15Stavros Halkias?

We but like, you do have to have a for actual good hot sex, you can't you either have to have some sort of connection with the person or like. Nothing in common and weirdly you guys fuck awesome.

• 1:01:26Speaker 04

  Just a primal.

• 1:01:27Stavros Halkias?

There's just like, those are the two, that's the two ways that happens.

• 1:01:29Speaker 04

I think that she could also quarterback it a little bit more. Like, like, like she needs to be like, I see that guy, he fucks.

• 1:01:36Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 1:01:37Speaker 04

I would like to fuck him and she needs to come up and say.

• 1:01:39Stavros Halkias?

  A smile.

• 1:01:40Speaker 04

  How you doing?

• 1:01:40Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:01:41Speaker 04

Or like, here, this is my.

• 1:01:42Stavros Halkias?

Even make eyes, like, it's not gonna take that much. I guess my question is, if we were talking to our friend here live. Okay, you don't wanna be on dating apps. To me, you're already setting yourself up. You could be selective on dating apps. A hot woman gets one hundred thousand matches.

• 1:01:57Speaker 04

  A day.

• 1:01:58Stavros Halkias?

A day. Like, it's like, so you could just find a hot, and the, and the second you don't like what's going on, you could just fucking drop it. It's no big deal. That's the whole point of the, that game, right?

• 1:02:06Speaker 04

It's like shopping for a car.

• 1:02:07Stavros Halkias?

Exactly. And so, you know, you could do that. You already say you don't wanna do that. So you've already eliminated one avenue to potential dick, right? Which is fine, I get that. Dating apps are weird. But then, how often, yeah, are you putting yourself out there? Are you, I wouldn't even necessarily say, don't go to those trashy places that we all went to when we were in our fucking twenties. But like, yeah, have a mix of pla- you have to be like, we have to kinda give her the same, even though she's a hot woman, we have to give her the same advice we would give incels, which is what she is. She is an incel. She's literally a fuck, she's femcel. So, you have to, uh, uh, your dating life starts with your social life. So are you doing shit?

• 1:02:47Speaker 04

  Right.

• 1:02:47Stavros Halkias?

Are you like, putting yourself in a position to meet people? You don't wanna be on apps? Okay, are you fucking, uh, going to, you know, cool gallery openings, movies, you, you know, movie, places you might bump into?

• 1:02:58Speaker 04

  Stand-up comedy shows.

• 1:02:59Stavros Halkias?

I would stay away from those. Especially if it's from podcasters.

• 1:03:03Speaker 04

  I think also.

• 1:03:04Stavros Halkias?

For all the good hot sex is to be found.

• 1:03:08Speaker 04

It sounds like she's new maybe to New York City and doesn't realize it's a cutthroat city.

• 1:03:13Stavros Halkias?

  It's a cutthroat city, babe.

• 1:03:15Speaker 04

  To get good, hot sex.

• 1:03:16Stavros Halkias?

Even if you're a hot twenty-three-year-old. And that's true, it is cutthroat for everyone. Everything is a little harder here, but the rewards are so much better. And also, she says she's living here deadline, like. You're only twenty-three, you're already gonna move back to fucking Iowa.

• 1:03:30Speaker 04

She might be running out of money.

• 1:03:32Stavros Halkias?

  That's true.

• 1:03:33Speaker 04

Or she just needs dick that badly.

• 1:03:35Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I'm gonna go home where I can get fucked.

• 1:03:39Stavros Halkias?

I think, yeah, the, I remember being young and having an idea of what New York is gonna be. And if she's like, I need to fucking, some hot guy to fuck the shit out of me and I need to get famous in four months or I'm moving home. You gotta give it a little more time. You gotta give it a little more time, you know, we've all been there. Um, but so that's, these are, these are our general questions. Are you putting yourself out there? You seem to have, you know, confidence. So if that's, you're good there, but it's like, you do gotta put yourself out there somewhat. You at least have to put the ball in play, you know what I mean? Like, you can't just be, fine, you don't wanna take charge, I get that, you're, you're, you're a beautiful young woman. You have an idea of how you want these things to go.

• 1:04:19Stavros Halkias?

But you have to put, you have to, to win, you have to at least be in some games.

• 1:04:25Speaker 04

  Nothing comes easy.

• 1:04:26Stavros Halkias?

So, get out there, baby girl, go to a wide variety of places.

• 1:04:30Speaker 04

  Believe in you.

• 1:04:31Stavros Halkias?

  We do believe in you.

• 1:04:32Speaker 04

I think that you're, you got a great voice, too.

• 1:04:34Stavros Halkias?

And also, if you have a couple of bad ones, don't let that discourage you.

• 1:04:38Speaker 04

  Nope.

• 1:04:38Stavros Halkias?

Right? Like, if you're looking to get, you know, turbo fucked or whatever it is you're into.

• 1:04:42Speaker 04

First you don't succeed, brush yourself off and try again.

• 1:04:44Stavros Halkias?

That's right. The road, the road to a W is littered with losses.

• 1:04:48Speaker 04

You miss a hundred percent of the shots you don't take.

• 1:04:51Stavros Halkias?

That's right, it's true. What else we got, LD?

• 1:04:58Speaker 08

  Stop, bro, Scott again.

• 1:05:01Stavros Halkias?

  Hi, Scott.

• 1:05:03Speaker 08

  Hope you guys are well.

• 1:05:07Speaker 08

Uh, so, biggest problem I've been having lately is, I just overeat, man. You know, I go hit a McDonald's, right?

• 1:05:18Speaker 04

  It's addictive.

• 1:05:20Speaker 08

Get the fucking quarter pound of cheese, large fries, large coke.

• 1:05:26Speaker 04

  Light work.

• 1:05:26Speaker 08

  Solid.

• 1:05:29Speaker 08

I'll eat that. And then right after, I'll hit Taco Bell.

• 1:05:33Stavros Halkias?

Right after? Okay, now you have my attention.

• 1:05:37Speaker 04

I understand. This is something I'm addicted to as well.

• 1:05:40Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 1:05:41Speaker 04

  It's really bad.

• 1:05:42Speaker 08

  Supreme style.

• 1:05:44Stavros Halkias?

  I love this guy.

• 1:05:45Speaker 04

  I'm so hungry.

• 1:05:46Stavros Halkias?

  Me too, actually.

• 1:05:47Speaker 04

  I'm so fucking hungry.

• 1:05:50Speaker 08

And at the end of the night, I feel like shit.

• 1:05:53Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 1:05:53Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:05:54Speaker 08

So I guess my real question is, what do you do to curb this?

• 1:06:01Speaker 08

Eat, acting out with the eating?

• 1:06:03Stavros Halkias?

  I mean.

• 1:06:04Speaker 08

  Thanks. Love you guys.

• 1:06:07Stavros Halkias?

It's so, so fucking hard. He said this and it just transported where, especially the last girl. Uh, now she, she already started me getting on being twenty-three. And then this guy, and I'm like, oh my God, I remember the fucked up shit we would do at McDonald's, dude. At Taco Bell, the like, the like, I, coming home from open mics, from D, I would go to drive to DC. And there was one DC, there was a McDonald's on Route One, right before you got to two ninety-five to drive to Baltimore. And if I had the willpower to get, like, it was like, I was literally like, don't turn. Don't turn. But the problem was, there was one also at the exact opposite.

• 1:06:46Stavros Halkias?

There was one where you got off the highway at ninety-five, eh, right before, and so it was like, if one McDonald's, the McDonald's in DC didn't get me, the McDonald's in fucking, in Baltimore would get me. And I remember just, the orders creep. It's starting like, kind of, you know, like, not crazy, a sandwich, fries, and some, and a diet, I would even go like diet coke, and then it would just be like, well, let's throw it, you know, I'm getting a.

• 1:07:10Speaker 04

  Throw in the nuggets.

• 1:07:10Stavros Halkias?

Let's throw in some four nuggets on a fucking burger.

• 1:07:13Speaker 04

  McFlurry.

• 1:07:13Stavros Halkias?

And then, and then it just like, yeah, it just fucking cascades. I respect this guy for being this level of like, he's gotta get two places. Um, curbing it is tough. Honestly, you have to fucking, in my, in my experience, you have to fucking treat yourself like a fucking gremlin, like a Mogwai, whatever, and like, lock yourself up overnight. But if you're out there, and also, finding things that feel indulgent, like, what I tried for years was pure diet, pure like, uh, I'm having, um, apples with a little peanut butter at midnight instead of a fucking, and that's not gonna happen.

• 1:07:55Stavros Halkias?

You have to, you have to have like the methadone of junk food, in my opinion. This is harm reduction. This is not like, so, you're not, this is not solving your problem completely, cause if you're built this way, you're gonna wanna do this, and like. Even where I've lost, you know, this past year I've lost like approximately at my, I I lost forty pounds, I gained twenty of it, I lost ten. So like, let's say, right now, I'm like thirty-ish pounds down from this time last year. And I wanted it to be a little more this, obviously, you know, I wanted, I wanted that to be better. But uh, when I was on my, when I was really on my shit and eating really clean, or like eating really good, I just tracked my calories. And I I knew I was a late night eater, so honestly, it sounds fucking stupid.

• 1:08:40Stavros Halkias?

I just wouldn't eat, I and I don't need, I'm a guy who doesn't really need breakfast, I learned. I just didn't eat, I just saved my calories for later. And then, and not only that, but I would, I, there's, there's a brand, there's a Costco brand of chicken tenders. That's very lightly breaded, that the macros are pretty good on it, and like, you eat that with a little dipping, with a buffalo sauce. It feels like you're eating something, but, and you can have like. So you need a placebo effect. You need the placebo, and then even uh, Halo Top, right, like a little fucking fake ice cream. You can eat the whole pint. You can eat the whole pint, and you do, I have had nights where it's like, I, I will have a seven hundred fifty calorie meal that if you took a picture of it, looks like a really fucked up meal.

• 1:09:24Stavros Halkias?

But it's chicken tenders and it's fries that I would, you know, you can cut the fries, and if you don't want that, there's, you know, there's like frozen fries that you can put, tenders in air fryers, and the macros are pretty good on. Less oils. Less oils, all this shit, like, there's just little stuff you can do. Because you sound pretty young, there's also a pretty, you know, whatever, this is a problem. Cause this is a little, this is also, it feels fucking good. It's your little ritual, and if you can have that positive feeling, and not have the negativity. Like, that's nice, like, I remember when I was dieting really heavy in the summer.

• 1:10:03Stavros Halkias?

I would like, it was my ritual, it was the same way when I would come home and I would have, I would have a fucking diet A and W root beer. With like, I would make these like, protein pancakes that were cottage cheese, egg whites, and a little bit of oat flour. And I would put a little bit of fucking Halo Top, and I would fucking, and I would make it like a little fucking crepe roll up thing, and it's like, that thing was like two hundred calories with a bunch of protein, and like, and it, but in my head, I'm like, I'm having a pancake with ice cream. You're gluttonous. And I would eat a little, and so. That's what's worked for me in the past, trying to pretend this is not the disability that I have, that I must have something delicious. And this guy, and I'm only saying this because this guy does not sound like he's in the place to go cold turkey.

• 1:10:48Stavros Halkias?

You hear it in his voice.

• 1:10:49Speaker 04

I don't, I don't think he should go cold turkey. I will say, I think, I think it's okay what he's doing, but it needs to happen in moderation. So I think if he wants to hit that Taco Bell.

• 1:11:00Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, I'm not saying to cut it out of your life completely, for sure.

• 1:11:03Speaker 04

I, I, I feel bad because he sounds like it's really, it is, it's a curse.

• 1:11:07Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, it is. Believe me, I have this. I have whatever he has.

• 1:11:11Speaker 04

I, I, yeah, I can't comment on, because I'm not addicted to fast food. I like it. I look at it like a treat.

• 1:11:16Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:11:16Speaker 04

Like when I go to Taco Bell, I'm like, I think about it for two days.

• 1:11:19Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:11:19Speaker 04

So that's the delayed gratification, like that. Now I will have Taco Bell probably within the next four days.

• 1:11:25Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 1:11:26Speaker 04

  Because it's come up.

• 1:11:27Stavros Halkias?

  About it, yeah, yeah.

• 1:11:27Speaker 04

But if I see it, I, I don't really think about eating it, but if we have a conversation and start thinking about how good KFC is.

• 1:11:33Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 1:11:33Speaker 04

It tastes like fake and delicious, like, and then the tacos are fire, like.

• 1:11:37Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:11:37Speaker 04

And then you can get a whole accoutre, like accoutrement.

• 1:11:39Stavros Halkias?

You get a nice setup, dude, for sure.

• 1:11:41Speaker 04

And so, I, I don't know, it's a, it's a, it's definitely a tough situation, but I think hang in there. I think, try to moderate, I think look at it as a reward to a tough day.

• 1:11:50Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:11:51Speaker 04

Like if you're trying to, you know, it's like anything.

• 1:11:53Stavros Halkias?

Get caught in that feedback, like I just, speaking of a guy.

• 1:11:56Speaker 04

  What is a weekend?

• 1:11:57Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, speaking of a guy, speaking of a guy who literally like this, this is what I'm, that's what I've learned more than anything. It's like, I have taken pretty much every drug and it's fine. Like I can stop, I legitimately can't stop. I cannot, this is so, this is harder by an order of magnitude. It's like food, weed, and then like I guess when I was taking pills. And I wasn't taking it that much, don't get me wrong, I was never like, oh, I need to take a fuck pills. But it's like, those are just so good that you're like, the first day you're like, I need to chill out. It's kinda look, it's kinda like the fucking Lord of the Rings, where you're like. Ah, maybe just one more, yeah, maybe one more night.

• 1:12:35Speaker 04

Those are, those are, all those feel good.

• 1:12:38Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, well, you.

• 1:12:39Speaker 04

This doesn't make you feel good, though.

• 1:12:40Stavros Halkias?

The second you're eating it, it does.

• 1:12:42Speaker 04

Yeah, but then you go home and.

• 1:12:43Stavros Halkias?

  Incredible minutes.

• 1:12:45Speaker 04

  Sweating in bed.

• 1:12:45Stavros Halkias?

But see dude, I've said this before, it to me, it kind of is like, it is kind of pill heroin like where it's like, you're in that fucked up, like I'm so full, I can't do shit. I literally like that feeling. That afterwards where I'm, I don't like shitting my fucking brains out or whatever, but I like being there stuffed to the fuck. I'm also, you're usually high too. It's like.

• 1:13:06Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:13:07Stavros Halkias?

You're stuffed, you're high, your blood, your crash, your blood sugars crashing, you're just a fucking vegetable. And you're watching fucking Aqua Teen Hunger Force. You're like, this is the happiest I'll ever be in my life. And I literally mean that where it's like, if there was a pill I could take to have the moment of just smoked a little bit. Ate the food, so I feel stuffed, but it's not starting to hurt my stomach. There is like a beautiful half hour.

• 1:13:34Speaker 04

I think you need that stick.

• 1:13:36Stavros Halkias?

  What stick?

• 1:13:36Speaker 04

  That O stick.

• 1:13:38Stavros Halkias?

  What's that?

• 1:13:38Speaker 04

  Little zemp.

• 1:13:39Stavros Halkias?

Oh yeah. No, for real. I.

• 1:13:41Speaker 04

  That makes me feel full.

• 1:13:41Stavros Halkias?

I have done, I have done some very serious research. I'm looking into with my medic, healthcare professional. My, me and my team are in.

• 1:13:50Speaker 04

  Medical team.

• 1:13:50Stavros Halkias?

Me and my medical team are engaged in some serious discussions because that is, that is kind of what this last year taught me is that like, yeah, even this, this guy asked a question about McDonald's and I have not shut the fuck up for twenty minutes. Kareem has not gotten a word in edgewise and he had, he had stuff. He was like, oh, I know you were like excited and I just, I was just thinking about how much.

• 1:14:10Speaker 04

  He's a fucking expert.

• 1:14:11Stavros Halkias?

It wasn't even, I, and I didn't meet, I literally just snapped out of it. Like I have this addiction. So that is sort of what, I am, I do think I'm gonna try it. I do think, I do think I'm gonna.

• 1:14:22Speaker 04

I know some people that have, that have lost a lot of weight.

• 1:14:25Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:14:25Speaker 04

And it's easy. It seems like it's effective.

• 1:14:28Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:14:28Speaker 04

It's, it's, and, and it makes you feel full. So you just, you're just, nothing changes in your body.

• 1:14:33Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 1:14:34Speaker 04

I mean, it does, but like.

• 1:14:35Stavros Halkias?

  Something, I mean.

• 1:14:36Speaker 04

You just feel, you eat less because you feel full.

• 1:14:38Stavros Halkias?

  For sure.

• 1:14:38Speaker 04

  And you feel satisfied.

• 1:14:39Stavros Halkias?

Yeah. And there's, I, you know, I've been looking into it and I'm not even worried about the long-term shit now. I'm like, all right, like what about the side effects? And especially going on tour. It's like, I don't want to be fucking having diarrhea on a tour bus. Fucking twenty hours a day, but whatever, we'll see. I have some, I, I, you know, like I said, we're in discussions.

• 1:14:56Speaker 04

  We're in discussions.

• 1:14:57Stavros Halkias?

And I do think, I think I am gonna try it this year because.

• 1:15:01Stavros Halkias?

What I tried this last year was, what if I really tried to be healthy and like it worked until I started having to work? Until I started, until tires came back, until I had, I had this movie to promote while tires were shooting and that was actually the, that's what killed me.

• 1:15:16Speaker 04

Also doing it with sobriety is hard.

• 1:15:18Stavros Halkias?

  And sober.

• 1:15:18Speaker 04

  Because, because the, you know.

• 1:15:20Stavros Halkias?

  All you have left is.

• 1:15:21Speaker 04

  Is the food, yeah.

• 1:15:23Stavros Halkias?

When you're stressed. Anyway, I think that was enough for you, but you see, you, take my advice. You see that it pains me greatly that I've gone through what you've gone through. Um, and yeah, just, I think you're at a point where you need to keep the ritual, but make it a little less harmful for you right now. I am fucking hungry now that we're talking about.

• 1:15:43Speaker 04

  I'm so hungry.

• 1:15:44Stavros Halkias?

I got some fucking rice in the rice cooker.

• 1:15:46Speaker 04

I might go to Taco Bell.

• 1:15:47Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:15:48Speaker 04

  Is there one around here?

• 1:15:49Stavros Halkias?

There is one pretty, pretty close. Well, not super close, but yeah.

• 1:15:53Speaker 04

Oh, yeah. Oh, wait, no, I'm on a cleanse right now.

• 1:15:57Speaker 04

I'm actually on a cleanse. That's why I'm so hungry. Oh. Yeah, I do these seven day bursts. I do a little burst.

• 1:16:05Stavros Halkias?

And what's the, you don't eat?

• 1:16:06Speaker 04

Cleans your body. No, you do a smoothie. This is why I like it. You do a smoothie in the morning and they give you like all this powder and stuff. And you can put like pretty much any fruit and vegetable in there and then you do a very healthy lunch where, where you can get anywhere. That's why that's fits into my life. Cause I can go, go to lunch, get like a salmon salad or.

• 1:16:22Stavros Halkias?

Oh, you just, they put it on you to get a healthy.

• 1:16:25Speaker 04

Yeah, but you just like, you have a list of foods that you can eat and not eat, like cheese is not on the list and, but like salmon is. So like, I can still be social. Have lunch and then at night it's another smoothie.

• 1:16:34Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 1:16:35Speaker 04

Um, and these supplement pills and, and tea. But it is more of a, like I look, I actually look great. I'm on day three right now. I'm de-bloated, completely de-bloated.

• 1:16:46Stavros Halkias?

• 1:17:02Stavros Halkias?

I might fucking do it. I might fuck around and do that.

• 1:17:04Speaker 04

  It's fun. Yeah.

• 1:17:05Stavros Halkias?

Um, alright, let's get a fuckin' another question here. I am fuckin' hungry. I'm gonna have some salmon, but...

• 1:17:57Speaker 09

Hey, Stavi baby. How you doing, man? It's so nice to hear your voice and see your beautiful face.

• 1:18:02Stavros Halkias?

  Thanks, man.

• 1:18:02Speaker 09

Um, I have a quick question for you.

• 1:18:07Speaker 09

So, my wife is a rock star. She lets me have a girlfriend.

• 1:18:12Stavros Halkias?

  Whoa.

• 1:18:14Speaker 09

  And, uh, it's pretty fun.

• 1:18:16Stavros Halkias?

Damn. That's so... This guy is the most mild-mannered... Even calling your wife a rock star.

• 1:18:22Speaker 04

  Like a LinkedIn?

• 1:18:23Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, exactly.

• 1:18:25Speaker 04

  Total social media rock star.

• 1:18:26Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah. He really has that. And he was just mild-mannered as fuck. Awesome. All... Did not expect that go... To be where this is going, but go ahead.

• 1:18:35Speaker 09

  Um, but my girlfriend's husband...

• 1:18:40Speaker 09

He's struggling doing his husbandly duties.

• 1:18:42Stavros Halkias?

Come on, Eldis. Let's just put this on Eldis Got Duped Watch.

• 1:18:47Speaker 04

  This is a total...

• 1:18:48Stavros Halkias?

  This hat...

• 1:18:48Speaker 04

  This is a total bit.

• 1:18:49Stavros Halkias?

  This is fucking fake.

• 1:18:51Speaker 04

  It's a great bit, though.

• 1:18:52Stavros Halkias?

But let's, let's hear it out. We're on Eldis Got Duped Watch, everyone. Go ahead.

• 1:18:58Speaker 09

He's struggling doing his husbandly duties and...

• 1:19:02Stavros Halkias?

  Come on, man.

• 1:19:03Speaker 09

Uh, just being a good dad and...

• 1:19:06Stavros Halkias?

This guy's trying not to laugh his whole time.

• 1:19:07Speaker 09

And good provider overall. I'd like to give this guy some advice.

• 1:19:11Stavros Halkias?

He wa... Okay. So, I'm to believe that you want advice for your girlfriend's husband?

• 1:19:19Speaker 04

  It's a great bit.

• 1:19:19Stavros Halkias?

And by the way, it's like, yeah. Ah, this is crazy.

• 1:19:22Speaker 04

  It's a great bit. I mean, I don't wanna minimize it, though, if it's not a bit.

• 1:19:25Stavros Halkias?

I, I would. I do. But go ahead, Eldis. Let's just finish it out.

• 1:19:29Speaker 09

Cause I'm able to keep... His wife and my wife happy. Um, so just, I don't know how to filter it to him without

• 1:19:38Stavros Halkias?

  What are you talking about?

• 1:19:39Speaker 09

Making him like a total cuck.

• 1:19:41Stavros Halkias?

  He wants to be nice.

• 1:19:42Speaker 09

Yeah, any pointers you can give would be helpful.

• 1:19:45Stavros Halkias?

  This is not real.

• 1:19:45Speaker 09

Trying to get uh his wife.

• 1:19:49Stavros Halkias?

This is not how these poly fucking freaks talk.

• 1:19:50Speaker 09

Obviously, he's not a great listener. Um, yeah, any pointers would be appreciated. Best of luck. Love your show. Stay on your diet. You look beautiful. Bye.

• 1:20:00Stavros Halkias?

I think he should fuck the husband. Yeah, fuck his ass. Like literally fuck him. Yeah. That will. Honestly, yeah, you have to fuck each other for supremacy of the polycule. And then he has to listen to you. Um, this isn't real. There's no way this is fucking real. That's definitely not real. Cause you don't sit your fucking girlfriend's husband down and have a life chat with him. That's not, these people fuck each other. You fuck your girlfriend. You don't fucking give her husband fucking life advice, Aldous. Jesus Christ. Yeah, it sounds like he's a little more, uh, he's a little controlling. Yeah, that's your issue, buddy. She likes the guy. You don't get a. Yeah, first of all. You don't get a medal in their life. Yeah, yeah. She's happy. He's happy. We don't believe you. If you want to come back, call back with, you know, some proof.

• 1:20:45Stavros Halkias?

I don't know how you would do it. Some proof, maybe make it sound less like you're smiling the whole time. I mean, it literally sounds like he's about to laugh the whole time. And he's like talking in short clipped sentences so he doesn't lose it. So we don't believe you. Aldous is fucking stupid. Next question, Aldous.

• 1:21:04Speaker 10

Hey, Stabby. Hey, Aldous. I'm Steve's guest. I'm calling because I have a bit of a predicament with a friend of mine.

• 1:21:11Stavros Halkias?

  Mm hmm.

• 1:21:12Speaker 10

Um, she fancies herself a bit of a matchmaker and has convinced herself that she has found the perfect soulmate for me.

• 1:21:24Stavros Halkias?

  Hilarious.

• 1:21:25Speaker 10

And she's really interested on introducing us and has been for the last two or three months. The problem is that the last person she introduced me to, I ended up having to get a restraining order against. So obviously, I don't really trust her judgment.

• 1:21:46Stavros Halkias?

Come on, this one feels me too. Keep going.

• 1:21:50Speaker 10

For some reason, she's just. Insistent on trying to get me to go out with this guy that she thinks will be the love of my life. So I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to approach this with her? I don't want to be mean to say, hey, I don't think that you're a good judge of character.

• 1:22:10Stavros Halkias?

Why don't you want to say that?

• 1:22:12Speaker 04

Pause this. Just say, as your friend, as your friend, you know that the last time you hooked me up with a guy, he went to jail.

• 1:22:20Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, yeah. Somebody cooks you a meal and you get violent diarrhea from it. And they're like, hey, I got some fucking linguine for you. You might not have the fucking linguine. I mean, what is this?

• 1:22:33Speaker 04

I think she's, I think she's being too soft. I think it's easy. Hey, friend, I know you have good intentions and you want to set me up with a, with a guy. I'm okay.

• 1:22:43Stavros Halkias?

Also, like, she doesn't feel bad about the guy, the other person having a fucking restraining order?

• 1:22:50Speaker 04

  No, she's re-upping.

• 1:22:51Stavros Halkias?

Maybe, okay, that actually could be it. She might feel so bad.

• 1:22:54Speaker 04

  That's easy, yeah.

• 1:22:55Stavros Halkias?

And she's like, oh, I can fix this if I, if I get her her actual husband. And so, yeah, look, you're more, we're, and maybe I do believe this because this is, it is how funny, like, this is like, you know, women not trying to hurt anybody's feelings and being so, like, so, dating being so hard. Like, you're, that, you're just like, maybe I should do it, but it's like, you don't want to do it. If you had to, if you had to meet this person, like, also, your friend is fucking weird too, because it's like, what is she telling this guy? Like, if, if someone is telling me for months, like, you gotta meet my friend.

• 1:23:29Speaker 04

  The love of your life.

• 1:23:30Stavros Halkias?

What is she saying to the other person?

• 1:23:32Speaker 04

  Probably the same thing.

• 1:23:32Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 1:23:33Speaker 04

I don't know. It's, it's, it's, it's, it sounds like you just, if it's, if she's your good friend, just have a serious conversation.

• 1:23:39Stavros Halkias?

  That you don't say that.

• 1:23:40Speaker 04

  Yeah, that's the first thing.

• 1:23:42Stavros Halkias?

Mark tried to fucking stab me. I don't want to get fucking noodles with this guy. That's what you say, like, you're on probation from, what do you mean you don't want to say that? That's crazy.

• 1:23:53Speaker 04

She could also lie. And just say, I, I, I, I'm dating someone.

• 1:23:58Stavros Halkias?

No, she can't lie. She can't live like this. Her friend introduced her to somebody who she had to get a restraining order against.

• 1:24:04Speaker 04

I don't want her to lie, but it, just in case she needs, like if she just, if it's complicated.

• 1:24:08Stavros Halkias?

No, no, because something's fucked up in this, in their relationship with this friend.

• 1:24:11Speaker 04

  The power dynamic?

• 1:24:12Stavros Halkias?

If you can't tell her, are you out of your fucking mind? I'm gonna go on a fucking date?

• 1:24:16Speaker 04

  That's true.

• 1:24:17Stavros Halkias?

With somebody after the last guy fucking was in my air vents? Like then you, then you, like, what, this isn't a friend. This is a person you're scared to speak up around and that's something you need to think about and that's something you have to like. This is an assertiveness problem overall for you, I think. Like that's even underlying this thing. Like, look, you don't have to meet this guy. And yes, you could lie, whatever, but you don't want to be the kind of person that somebody fucks you. I mean, this, your friend fucked you over. She might had good intentions, whatever, but like, you're allowed to be pissed at this person.

• 1:24:52Speaker 04

  You're allowed to say no.

• 1:24:53Stavros Halkias?

Like they fucking had a, they brought a weird criminal stalker into your life. Like you're allowed to not, and yeah. Even if you're not pissed, you're like, hey, I get it. You couldn't have known. You just met this guy at work and you thought he was cool. I just don't fucking try. You're on, you're on setting me up with people probation.

• 1:25:09Speaker 04

  I think it's okay. I think she just says, it's a pass.

• 1:25:13Stavros Halkias?

But I do think you have, she, she, cause she, well, she wants to say you're not a good judge of character. And the friend earned it. It's not like she's, it's not like her friend has a fucking, you know, lazy eye and she wants to like, be like, you know, be like, uh, treated with kid gloves and be respectful. It's not something that like, her friend made a fucking weird mistake and it pisses her off. She should be able to say how she feels about it. Like if this happened to me, and again, I just go back to what, what if this happened to me and Eldis? It would, it'd actually be kind of a gift because I would never stop shitting on him for, for the rest of my life. I would just bring it up non-stop. He made these really salty brownies once. We'll talk about it for the rest of our lives.

• 1:25:57Speaker 04

  Constantly.

• 1:25:57Stavros Halkias?

And he tried to sneak out. That was the best part.

• 1:25:59Speaker 04

  Is this her true story?

• 1:26:00Stavros Halkias?

  He made very salty brownies.

• 1:26:02Speaker 04

Don't eat it, don't eat it.

• 1:26:04Stavros Halkias?

And then he was like, alright, guys, I'm gonna head out. Before he cut the brownies. Who does that? Who makes a dessert? And doesn't wanna see everybody's face as they eat it?

• 1:26:13Speaker 04

Or try it themselves, take one to go.

• 1:26:15Stavros Halkias?

He tried a little bite, he saw how salty it was, and he was like, okay. Didn't clean up, by the way, there's bowls in the fucking sink. He's like, see, he's got his backpack on, like.

• 1:26:24Speaker 04

  Oh, headphones on?

• 1:26:25Stavros Halkias?

By the way, we all hang out until like midnight here, all the time. This is the most uncharacteristic, he thought he was being fucking slick.

• 1:26:32Speaker 04

  I gotta go, guys.

• 1:26:32Stavros Halkias?

  Yeah.

• 1:26:33Speaker 04

And we were like, what? Hey, the brownies are done. I gotta go, guys, enjoy.

• 1:26:36Stavros Halkias?

  Yes.

• 1:26:37Speaker 05

  I was on the time.

• 1:26:38Speaker 04

Imagine a grandma, a grandma or a mom, come on. You can't, you can't make the brownies and then dip.

• 1:26:45Stavros Halkias?

  So the salty brownies.

• 1:26:46Speaker 05

I didn't feel like cleaning that shit, I don't care.

• 1:26:48Stavros Halkias?

It's crazy you didn't clean after fucking ruining those brownies.

• 1:26:52Speaker 04

What's alarming is she says, I don't wanna be mean to say, hey, I don't think that you're a good judge of character. It's not me.

• 1:26:58Stavros Halkias?

And that's what I'm saying, that's, that's my point is like.

• 1:27:00Speaker 04

  It's a normal conversation.

• 1:27:01Stavros Halkias?

You have to stop living your life in fear of being mean. My hunch is this is an overarching problem for our friends.

• 1:27:07Speaker 04

  In this relationship dynamic.

• 1:27:08Stavros Halkias?

And this is a safe way, not just in the relationship dynamic, she, I think this probably has to do with everybody. That's my guess, right? Just cuz I, I, this was something I worked on when I was younger too, like just not being assertive, not whatever.

• 1:27:19Speaker 04

  People pleaser.

• 1:27:20Stavros Halkias?

People pleasing stuff, right? And so I think this is a good way amongst frie- you're with a friend, and she did something fucked up that you're not even mad about, you just want it on the record that because of your error, I will no lo- you drove, you drove me home drunk, I'm not getting in your Corolla again. This is that, that's what she's doing. Like, you, you fucking put me in danger, whether you wanted to or not, I'm not going. And you're fine to say that. She is a bad judge of character, clearly.

• 1:27:51Speaker 04

  Confirmed.

• 1:27:51Stavros Halkias?

So yeah, you're good. And you, you know, you can, you don't have to be super mean about it, really, you can even like laugh it off, but you, I just am very, I just don't want people to ever have to live in somebody else's fake reality. You want to live in the real world, and if your friend is pretending like that was no big deal, you have to be like, hey, it's cool, I get it, the guy kinda was weird.

• 1:28:13Speaker 04

  No harm, no foul.

• 1:28:14Stavros Halkias?

No harm, but I'm obviously not trusting your setup.

• 1:28:17Speaker 04

We don't gotta go around it.

• 1:28:18Stavros Halkias?

You know what I mean? Yeah, exactly.

• 1:28:20Speaker 04

  The bang bang.

• 1:28:22Stavros Halkias?

What do you say, one more Eldis? What do we got here? You got, you got time for one more Kareem?

• 1:28:26Speaker 04

I got, I got one more, I mean.

• 1:28:28Stavros Halkias?

We can, we can wrap up, super quick, he like, we like to end on a very quick one.

• 1:28:33Speaker 11

Eldis, I know you, you vet these first.

• 1:28:36Stavros Halkias?

  Fake voice.

• 1:28:37Speaker 11

I'm literally watching Let's Start a Cult right now. Can you fucking let your boy know that he doesn't even have a fucking IMDb photo? What is what? He has a whole ass movie and he doesn't even have an eye, a picture of his beautiful, great face.

• 1:28:54Stavros Halkias?

Check, I think I did put one up.

• 1:28:56Speaker 11

Saying, like, bro, please get on his ass. I went, I, I forget why, oh, I wanted to see when the hell it actually came out. It came out in October last year. I'm sorry, bro, I'm also lying. But listen, I was, I was shocked. He ripped people apart about fucking advertising and stuff. And one of the main fucking things that people with movies up on, he doesn't have a photo. Sorry, I'm talking your ear off. Alright, love you, love Savi, obviously, please give him some shit and, god, don't put this on the show, okay, bye.

• 1:29:26Stavros Halkias?

Put, put, let's go to my IMDb. Do I have a fucking picture up?

• 1:29:30Speaker 04

If he's right, he's right. If he's right, he's right.

• 1:29:33Stavros Halkias?

It used to be Shane Gillis. Someone put-

• 1:29:35Speaker 04

  That's so funny.

• 1:29:38Stavros Halkias?

  Oh, it's up there.

• 1:29:39Speaker 04

  Yeah, you look great.

• 1:29:41Stavros Halkias?

  Okay.

• 1:29:41Speaker 04

And that's the trailer for the film?

• 1:29:43Stavros Halkias?

  That's the trailer.

• 1:29:44Speaker 04

  That's sick.

• 1:29:44Stavros Halkias?

Yeah, fuck you, you piece of shit. I got a picture. Update your internet connection. That's how it works. Um, alright, well, that's the show. Kareem, this was great, brother.

• 1:29:55Speaker 04

This was great, man. Thank you for having me. Listeners, I love you all.

• 1:29:59Stavros Halkias?

Yep, go watch Kareem's stuff. And, uh, we will talk to you guys later. Bye-bye.

• 1:30:04Speaker 04

  See you on the flip.
