• 0:55Patrick Bet-David?

All right, folks. If you're ready, we got a lot of stuff going on today. By the way, Zuckerberg, who came out and wrote a letter to honorable chairman Jim Jordan about the $400 million he helped out and how Biden and all those guys came out and he shouldn't have done that, it was on him. You know who he just gave a million dollars to for his inauguration party?

• 1:12Speaker 02

  For? No.

• 1:13Patrick Bet-David?

  Trump.

• 1:14Speaker 02

  Are you serious?

• 1:15Patrick Bet-David?

  Did you hear about this?

• 1:15Speaker 02

  No.

• 1:16Patrick Bet-David?

Just this morning, news came out, yes. We got a few other things that's going on that's interesting. You got, for those in Jersey, you know how many people from Jersey told me they're actually concerned like, what is going on with these drones? What is it? Is it Iran? Is it FBI? We're asking the FBI, they're like, we don't know what it is. How do you not know what it is, right?

• 1:35Speaker 02

  They know.

• 1:35Patrick Bet-David?

Simultaneously, Chris Wray decides to step down before being fired, which is a pretty wise move for your resume, because you get, when you write the book, you get to say what?

• 1:44Speaker 02

  I resign.

• 1:45Patrick Bet-David?

I resign. Wise move two, three weeks away when you're saying something like that. Mel Gibson was at Mar-a-Lago, the new White House of the East Coast, hanging out, saying a few different words, and we'll play a couple of clips when that happens. You'll see it here shortly. Trump's gonna ring the New York Stock Exchange, opening bell amid Time Person of the Year. I ask Marc Benihoff, can we change it back to Ben of the Year? I don't care if you do Woman of the Year or Man of the Year, what is this Person of the Year? Just doesn't sound right. By the way, Elon Musk.

• 2:14Patrick Bet-David?

This poor guy, Ben, he just crossed 400 billion dollars. Oh, God. Net worth, yeah, 600 away from a trillion. I told you guys, it'll take two to four years for him to be a first trillionaire. He's at 400 billion, right? 400. 400 billion he just crossed. 400 billion ain't what it used to be. It's just not, though, it's not, but so.

• 2:30Speaker 02

Well, they say the Saudi royal family is actually the first trillionaire.

• 2:34Patrick Bet-David?

Right, that's right. But the family is, not an individual. He said, who, Saudi Aramco? Right, right. So 50, these are Adam's friends that we never meet. But 50 Cent trolls Jay-Z and Diddy with AI-generated arrest video after the child rape lawsuit. 50 also made comments about Luigi Mangione. He made a comment saying, this is my kind of a guy. You won't understand it. I may do a documentary on him. And he came out in another clip yesterday that went viral screaming at people. I don't know if you saw that or not.

• 3:07Speaker 02

And what he, you, and what, you know, is that what he?

• 3:08Patrick Bet-David?

We'll show, we'll show, we'll show the clip and we'll talk about it.

• 3:10Speaker 02

  Can't wait.

• 3:11Patrick Bet-David?

The famous twin realtor brothers arrested amid sexual assault allegations. And the mugshot doesn't look good. It just doesn't look good. We'll talk about that as well. Few other things that's going on at the same time. Trump, a new name for Justin Trudeau is officially out there and it's going viral. He's calling Justin Trudeau Governor Trudeau. He wants Canada to be a state, funny.

• 3:33Speaker 02

And you heard what, and Justin Trudeau said something yesterday.

• 3:35Patrick Bet-David?

  What did he say?

• 3:35Speaker 02

When he was talking about the woman president, I'll play the clip. He's just, he's just, he doesn't know what to do with himself.

• 3:41Patrick Bet-David?

Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon says Trump's very pro-growth agenda to boost deal making. That's good. Deal making can be translated into IPOs, raising money, a lot of different things, which is good. More than 75 Nobel laureates urge Senate to, ready? Reject RFK Jr. We're trying to find out if these 75 are related to the 51 Secret Service intelligence agents that said there's nothing in that laptop. But who knows? We'll find out. Borders czar Tom Homan warns that opposing ICE is a result you don't want. Biden, Trump's tax and tariffs plans are a major mistake.

• 4:24Patrick Bet-David?

US Treasury turns frozen Russian assets into $20 billion loan for who? Ukraine. Wait till you see KJP talk about 50 billion. I thought she said instead of 20 billion. Rob, if I'm not mistaken, did she say 50 yesterday instead of 20? I don't know why I thought I saw 50. But we'll show that on top of that, that 20 is going to Ukraine. Iran's getting another $10 billion in sanctions relief days after Trump's one election. What a noble thing for Biden to do to give another $10 billion to Iran. And we got a bunch of stories on the United Healthcare CEO. Phil Mickelson issue is the golfer. Praise to Daniel Penny and Random Thoughts Twitter post CNN panel goes off the rails. After Scott Jennings calls Daniel Penny, one of the good guys.

• 5:08Patrick Bet-David?

Ron DeSantis invites Daniel Penny to Florida to get his life back. We'll talk about the drones. Uh, Joey Reed from MSNBC says conservatism itself justifies, ready? Violence. They elected the Joker.

• 5:26Tom Ellsworth?

Well, so does looting, Joy. So let's talk.

• 5:28Speaker 02

Joy Les Reed. Her name is Joy Les Reed.

• 5:30Patrick Bet-David?

Trump is sending a message to supporters to use violence and commit crimes. And this is from MSNBC's Vans. Uh, we talked about Ray stepping down. Uh, there's an article here from SF Gate, San Francisco Gate, America's obsession with California failing. California failing. Trans pedophile, okay? Flashes penis after being moved to women's prison. What a, and by the way, and this was Tom's choice. He wanted to react to the story. We're gonna go to Tom. Tom actually wanted to show you the video. We said no.

• 6:01Tom Ellsworth?

You can't take a weapon into prison.

• 6:03Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, that's right. And you know, whatever it is.

• 6:06Speaker 02

  It's called a shiv.

• 6:07Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah. CDC warning drug 100 times more potent than fentanyl is on the rise. Turkish cities offer refugees one-way tickets back to Syria. Microsoft shareholders vote against investing in Bitcoin. This story, we have to cover this one. Judge rejects Alex sale of Alex Jones Infowars to pinion. In dispute over bankruptcy action. Then we'll talk about Jamie Foxx. We'll talk about Caitlin Clark. Which is drives me insane that she did that. It's, you know what? I was ready to go all in until this comment was made. I was gonna buy a jersey. I'm actually not playing with you.

• 6:44Speaker 02

  I called it.

• 6:45Patrick Bet-David?

She still has skill set, relax. No, she's nasty. Women are getting, and by the way, this is not a, this is not a new product. Because I'm a transition to products, I don't want to confuse you. This is not our product. Yeah, just to be clear. Disclaimer, so people are not going out there saying, I didn't see it on VTmerch.com. Women are getting designer nipple fillers for perkier bosoms.

• 7:07Speaker 02

  Tom's.

• 7:08Patrick Bet-David?

Not something to hide anymore. Again, Rob, can we confirm that? That's not our product.

• 7:14Speaker 02

  We're not selling.

• 7:15Patrick Bet-David?

It doesn't say, "Future looks bright," and there's like, it's not.

• 7:19Speaker 02

  Nipples look hard.

• 7:20Patrick Bet-David?

No, we can't. Future looks pokey. Yeah, that's right. That's not our product. So, we got a lot of things to go through, but before I get into it, I can't say how many DMs I got from people telling me, "Pat, I want my Christmas hat. Where is it?" Well, the reason it wasn't shipped yet is because we sold a thousand more than we had, and that hat just arrived yesterday. We just shipped out a thousand of these, I think, today that's going out. And by the way, for those of you that want it, that you didn't get it because it was gone, we got a few hundred more for you to get. And if you order before the 15th, you can gift this to a family pre-Christmas. Nice. And people are buying five, 10, 15 of these at a time to gift somebody because it says Merry Christmas,

• 8:04Patrick Bet-David?

it says Future Looks Bright, ValueTainment here, and Future Looks Bright here. These are, if you're somebody that's church-going, and you like the actual award, "Christ, Merry Christmas", these are here as well. Limited supply left just for this season. And then these sweaters, I saw Chris Mono, shout out to Chris Mono. The Happy Holidays crossed out Merry Christmas. Incredible quality sweaters are here. You can go to VTmerch. And last but not least, these hoodies, okay? These hoodies that Tom works out at Equinox late at night. These ugly sweater hoodies, we have officially, ValueTainment is on there as well on VTmerch.com.

• 8:45Patrick Bet-David?

Place your, or if you place the order now, you will get it pre-Christmas. We're shipping these things out again for Christmas gifts. Get these out. It's become a big hit. Future Looks Bright combined with Merry Christmas. Okay, all right, so, let's go into the first story. Rob, can we pull up these clips with these drones? I really want to find out what's going on with these drones. A congressman even came up and he commented on it. But first, Rob, let's show, okay, go for it. You can play this clip. Matter of fact, let me just read a little bit about it and then we'll go to the stories that we have. You know, folks in Jersey, they're like, Pat, I'm seeing this stuff and people are actually worried. Is this Iran? Is this us? How the hell does our own government not know what it is?

• 9:26Patrick Bet-David?

So, New Jersey Senator John Bramnik, is that the video you have, Rob? Or no?

• 9:31Tom Ellsworth?

  I have Jeff Van Drew.

• 9:32Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, so let me read this one here. Issued a press release urging the state to issue a limited state of emergency banning all drones until the public receives an explanation regarding these multiple sightings following reports of large drones flying over President-elect Trump's Bedminster Golf Course. Give me a flipping break. You think that's accidental? And near military research sites in New Jersey, Governor Phil Murphy noted 49 reports of drones Sunday alone acknowledging that some could be possible sightings and potentially the same drone being reported more than once. White House Press Secretary Corrine Jean-Pierre stated, "We are certainly aware, the President is aware, so we are closely tracking the activity and coordinating closely with relevant

• 10:15Patrick Bet-David?

agencies, including DHS and FBI to continue investigate these sightings incidents." She confirmed the drones are not foreign. How do you know that, by the way? If you know it's not foreign, then what is it? But she said she did not have anything else to share regarding the investigation. If you want to play the clip, Rob, with the reaction of this Senator, I think it's a congressman that had an insider share something with him. Go ahead, Rob, play this clip.

• 10:40Adam Sosnick?

Iran launched a mothership probably about a month ago that contains these drones. That mothership is off, I'm gonna tell you the deal. It's off the east coast of the United States of America. They've launched drones. It's everything that we can see or hear. And again, these are from high sources. I don't say this lightly. Now, you know, we know there was a probability it could have been our own government. We know it's not our own government because they would have let us know. It could have been some really glorified hobbyist or hobbyists that were doing something unbelievable. They don't- don't have the technology. But let's pretend that's possible. The third possibility was somebody, an adversarial country, doing this.

• 11:21Adam Sosnick?

Know that Iran made a deal with China to purchase drones, motherships, and technology in order to go forward. The sources I have are good. They can't reveal who they are because they are speaking to me in confidentiality. These drones should be shot down. Whether it was some crazy hobbyist that we can't imagine, or whether it is Iran, and I think it very possibly could be, they should be shot down. We are not getting the full deal, and the military is on alert with this.

• 11:53Speaker 02

  Vinny.

• 11:53Patrick Bet-David?

  Look, um.

• 11:54Speaker 02

Okay, so, and Rob, Rob's from Jersey. I'm pretty sure he's heard some stuff. I have some friends and I have some families on the East Coast. The, the fact that the FBI and the, the lady from the Pentagon went up there too, and they have no idea what the hell is going on. They're all lost. Here is a congressman that's involved with transportation and aviation. He sits on these committees, and he's saying that his people are saying that they know it's Iran and it's off of our coast, okay? My thing is, why the hell are they lying? Or if they're that incompetent, what is the FBI and our intelligence community doing all day? What? If it doesn't have to do with Trump, I feel pat my heart of hearts, they don't give a shit. I guarantee you if one of these drones had a sticker of Trump's face, they'd shoot them all down and they, and they put them in jail. It's just unbelievable.

• 12:38Speaker 02

If you saw that video, have you seen this one? It's, it's.

• 12:42Patrick Bet-David?

  Rob, play this clip.

• 12:43Speaker 02

This is like, what would you do if you saw this in your neighborhood?

• 12:45Tom Ellsworth?

It's just like Darth Vader's ship flying sideways, doesn't it?

• 12:48Speaker 02

And listen, listen. That's not a plane. What the hell is that?

• 12:53Speaker 00

• 13:27Speaker 02

And here's the thing, are you ready for this too? A guy from Jersey, I was talking to chat about it, a guy from Jersey, put his own drone up into the sky to try to get near one of them, fully charged, totally like a really good drone, EU batteries done and it fell down. Be quiet. I'm dead serious, I'm dead serious. So it's, it's either they think that we're stupid and we're not, something's going on. And let's not pretend like this hasn't been going on. The spy balloons from China literally went from one side of our country to the other. And they're like, yeah, no, they're just weather balloons. They're lying and, and think about this, there's 39 days left to this election. If it's Iran and I don't trust anybody that's in our government, who knows what the hell they're doing? We still have a bunch of days. Iran is our enemy, right? That, that's what the media is telling us. How can they let this happen?

• 14:10Speaker 02

How could she sit up here, this is the Pentagon girl? And we don't know the information? What are we talking about? What are we talking about?

• 14:17Tom Ellsworth?

The first thing, you brought up the balloon, great point to bring up, because the balloons floating on there, our government knew about it. Biden didn't do it about it. And then finally, finally, finally, finally, we shot one down, right?

• 14:26Speaker 02

Yeah, finally, after, after it crossed over the whole country.

• 14:29Tom Ellsworth?

So it's like there's something going on where somebody is giving a wink and letting it do it. The next thing is if this is Iran, why are you testing, why are you using your drones over New Jersey? Why wouldn't she be like over, you know, Quantico or places that you want to check out? Or is this just a test? And if it is a test, why haven't we responded to it? You know, we, Pat and I grew up in California. And there's these four cities, Lancaster, Barstow, Mojave and California City. You know what they have in common?

• 14:55Speaker 02

  Hmm.

• 14:56Tom Ellsworth?

A lot of sightings that they think are UFOs. But would you like to know what is exactly in the middle of California City, Tehachapi, Mojave, Barstow and Lancaster?

• 15:07Speaker 02

  What?

• 15:07Tom Ellsworth?

  Edwards Air Force Base.

• 15:09Speaker 02

  Yeah, weird.

• 15:09Tom Ellsworth?

  It's us.

• 15:10Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 15:10Tom Ellsworth?

And people would talk about seeing bat-like planes that didn't show up on civil radar. You know what they were? They were F-22 stealths.

• 15:18Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 15:19Tom Ellsworth?

So we were testing stuff five years before we even saw it. So I know that we do tests and do things like this. But what bothered me, the same thing bothered you. A congressman is coming out saying, hey, I'm part of aerospace and transportation committees. And I'm telling you, it's not. Us testing, they say it's something else. That bothers me because we do test.

• 15:38Patrick Bet-David?

  Yep.

• 15:38Tom Ellsworth?

And we do confuse our own citizens. California citizens used to report it. And it turned out it was our own test. But now they're coming out saying, nope, this is somebody else. Well, then why haven't we shot it down like the balloon? Why did we take our time?

• 15:49Patrick Bet-David?

By the way, here's a question. If the US government's saying it's not theirs, right?

• 15:55Tom Ellsworth?

  Yes.

• 15:56Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, so here's a question, Tom. If you're in your backyard, okay? Your job as a man of the household is to protect the backyard of your house. Okay? You see something. A drone on top of your house. A small little drone on top of your house. And not just you got a good size, that's what an acre. You ask your kids, hey, is this one of ours? No. Hey, is this any of the guys? No, shoot it down.

• 16:21Tom Ellsworth?

Absolutely, it's like looking inside your daughter's bedroom or the bathroom or something, getting pictures. Because you can have bad kids next door. Hey, let's see if you can get a picture while she's taking a shower. Kids are going to do this with Jones. Those things over my property, it's coming down.

• 16:33Patrick Bet-David?

By the way, what if it's a drone above a military base? What if you fly a drone above an airport?

• 16:39Tom Ellsworth?

  Oh, you're finished.

• 16:39Patrick Bet-David?

If you fly a drone over an airport, what do you do to the drone? You shoot it down.

• 16:44Tom Ellsworth?

  Right.

• 16:45Patrick Bet-David?

But when we were in Acropolis, I don't know if you remember when we were in Greece. And we were trying to get the drone.

• 16:51Tom Ellsworth?

Oh, we went to the open area, yeah.

• 16:52Patrick Bet-David?

And we, it's like, hey, immediately it's like, hey. Bring the drone down. You know, one of the camera guys was using a drone. But if we don't know what it is, why are we even questioning it?

• 17:03Tom Ellsworth?

Exactly, then they know. The only answer to that is then they know. If it's not ours, what are you doing?

• 17:09Patrick Bet-David?

If it's not yours, why are you okay with that staying up there? Rob, what is this next clip? Is this Pentagon?

• 17:13Tom Ellsworth?

So this is the Deputy Defense Press Secretary, Sabrina Singh. Where she came out yesterday after Congressman Van Drew said that they were from Iran. She came out and said that they were not.

• 17:26Patrick Bet-David?

She came out and she said they were not. Let's hear, let's hear what she has to say.

• 17:30Speaker 05

Jen. Sabrina, can you tell me what the Pentagon is doing to address this issue of drone sightings over New Jersey? It's near sensitive installations, the FBI is involved. What is the Pentagon doing?

• 17:42Tom Ellsworth?

Sure. So at this time, so aware of those drone sightings that have been reported, at this time, we have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary.

• 17:54Patrick Bet-David?

By the way, can you go back real quick? This is kind of weird. So check this out. Go back to the beginning. She points at Jen, then moves the page to the page that she's going to read the question.

• 18:05Speaker 02

  Oh, beforehand.

• 18:06Patrick Bet-David?

Wait, watch this again, the body language. Tell me if I'm, you know, off a little bit. See if she is already knowing what Jen is going to ask her. Go ahead, Rob.

• 18:14Tom Ellsworth?

  Jen.

• 18:15Patrick Bet-David?

  Watch.

• 18:16Speaker 05

Sabrina, can you tell me what the Pentagon is doing to address this issue of drone sightings over New Jersey? It's near sensitive.

• 18:23Patrick Bet-David?

How do you know she was going to go to that?

• 18:24Speaker 05

Installations, the FBI is involved. What is the Pentagon doing?

• 18:27Tom Ellsworth?

Sure. So at this time, so aware of those drone sightings that have been reported, at this time, we have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary. We're going to continue to monitor what is happening, but, you know, at no point were our installations threatened when this activity was occurring.

• 18:48Speaker 05

Can you rule out that these are American drones or US military drones?

• 18:52Tom Ellsworth?

These are not US military drones. Again, this is being investigated by local law enforcement. What our initial assessment here is that these are not drones or activities coming from a foreign entity or adversary.

• 19:07Patrick Bet-David?

No, no, what I'm asking is, how long does it stay up there? Five minutes? It's been two, three days?

• 19:13Speaker 02

  Long, 50 of them.

• 19:15Patrick Bet-David?

No, listen, it's immediate, immediate attack ahead of it, rather than staying and keeping it up there. Now, the only reason why you may not attack it immediately, where the, everything's going to fall and it could destroy some homes and things like that. But think about it this way, the other plane that was flying into Pentagon, what did they do to that plane? 9/11? There was two planes, right? The one attack, the one was 9/11.

• 19:39Speaker 02

The one that hit the Pentagon.

• 19:40Patrick Bet-David?

The other one that was going where?

• 19:41Speaker 02

One was in Colorado, that was headed to the White House.

• 19:43Tom Ellsworth?

The one that went down in Pennsylvania.

• 19:46Speaker 02

  Pennsylvania, my bad, my bad.

• 19:47Tom Ellsworth?

They had scrambled, and the one that allegedly went down in Pennsylvania was going to be shot down.

• 19:52Patrick Bet-David?

That's exactly the point. So that story is, why'd you shoot it down?

• 19:56Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 19:56Patrick Bet-David?

  Why'd you shoot it down?

• 19:57Speaker 02

  Yeah, cuz they know.

• 19:58Patrick Bet-David?

  Why didn't you hesitate?

• 19:59Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 19:59Patrick Bet-David?

Why didn't you hesitate? Why'd you shoot it down? How did you know whose it was?

• 20:02Speaker 02

  Mm-hmm.

• 20:03Patrick Bet-David?

How, how, so you don't know what this is? So, you, in five minutes, you could figure out who playing that was, but you, you can't figure this out in three days?

• 20:09Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 20:09Patrick Bet-David?

  Don't give me this bullshit.

• 20:10Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 20:10Patrick Bet-David?

So, what are you allowing this to, is this a exchange for someone that, uh, watch this? Could this be the enemy? You just gave me ten billion dollars. My country is Iran.

• 20:22Speaker 02

  Mm-hmm.

• 20:22Patrick Bet-David?

Iran made a video showing how a little drone goes and follows Trump while he's golfing. Remember that video they made two years ago? It was an older video, two, three years ago. You think they would want, they, like, how often you think Trump's gonna golf the next four years?

• 20:37Speaker 02

  A bunch.

• 20:38Patrick Bet-David?

At, at, at the Jersey place?

• 20:40Speaker 02

Uh, uh, at the Bed, Bedminster.

• 20:42Patrick Bet-David?

How often he thinks it's gonna, Tom, you're, you, you golf. How often you think Trump's gonna golf at Bedminster the next four years?

• 20:48Tom Ellsworth?

Bedmister, he, he'll, he'll golf more than a few times, but not every day.

• 20:53Patrick Bet-David?

No, give me a number, Tom. Fifty times?

• 20:55Tom Ellsworth?

I, over the next four years?

• 20:57Patrick Bet-David?

  Yes.

• 20:57Tom Ellsworth?

  I would say...

• 20:58Speaker 02

  Way more than that. No.

• 21:00Tom Ellsworth?

  No, no, no, no, no.

• 21:01Speaker 02

  Thirty to forty.

• 21:01Tom Ellsworth?

I would say, under a hundred times, probably twenty-five times a year during the wet, the good weather.

• 21:06Patrick Bet-David?

That's exactly what I'm saying, so let's just say fifty to a hundred times.

• 21:08Tom Ellsworth?

  Correct.

• 21:08Patrick Bet-David?

How valuable is that for me to send a drone to learn everything I can about that golf course above it? Like, are you dumb to think these, these drones could've gone anywhere? They're above Bedminster? Why do you think they're above Bedminster?

• 21:25Speaker 02

  Right.

• 21:25Patrick Bet-David?

Do you think this is a fa- famous golfer that's trying to improve their golf skills because they wanna build a better golf course than the one in Bedminster? Or do you think this is a place that this guy's gonna go? Look at this, they gave you a glimpse of what they did. This is an Iranian video. Look, this is an Iranian video that came out a few years ago.

• 21:41Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 21:41Patrick Bet-David?

Hey, you wanna mess with us? Look what kinda technology we have access to.

• 21:44Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 21:44Patrick Bet-David?

We can get you. Go back a little bit, Rob, that shows the Mar-a-Lago clip, cuz that's what I wanted to show, yeah. Go back a little bit, you know, the, the part that was above it? Maybe go forward like five seconds, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going? Okay, right there, right there, back up a little bit? So, wha- what is that? How do you get that footage?

• 21:59Speaker 02

  It's a drone, it's a drone shot.

• 22:00Patrick Bet-David?

How do you get that stuff? Yeah.

• 22:01Speaker 02

  It's a drone shot.

• 22:02Patrick Bet-David?

So, you don't think they wanna learn every single piece of the property on what to do? I don't know, man. The fact that, so, the, the, this gets me to, you know, the people that are questioning. When did Chris Ray resign? Yesterday.

• 22:15Speaker 02

  Yesterday.

• 22:16Patrick Bet-David?

  He stepped down.

• 22:17Speaker 02

  Yup.

• 22:17Patrick Bet-David?

The former FBI, he's the head of FBI.

• 22:19Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 22:19Patrick Bet-David?

He steps down, okay? He allowed somebody to go through Melania's drawer in her, in Mar-a-Lago.

• 22:26Speaker 02

  Yup.

• 22:27Patrick Bet-David?

Even though Trump was working with them to get the files back, they went and embarrassed him and, you know, Mayorkas, all that stuff. Not Mayorkas, Garland, right?

• 22:36Speaker 02

  Merrick.

• 22:36Patrick Bet-David?

Right? While, while they're doing all that stuff, investigating Kim, nothing with Joe, nothing with any, the laptop. Nothing with anybody, but you do that, and then you're doing this at this time? With Iran getting 10 billion on the same day? The hell is going on here? No wonder people are not trusting you.

• 22:55Speaker 02

  Exactly.

• 22:56Patrick Bet-David?

By the way, by the way, this is the part where, when they ask the questions and they say, "Are you gonna do anything to have a revenge on these guys? Are you?" "Am I gonna..." "Can I ask you a question? Kristen Welker, what's her name?"

• 23:13Speaker 02

  Exactly.

• 23:14Patrick Bet-David?

Okay. Can I ask you a question?

• 23:16Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 23:17Patrick Bet-David?

"What would you do if 50 drones were over your house? Where you and your husband and kids are living?"

• 23:24Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 23:24Patrick Bet-David?

How, would you wanna know who was behind it?

• 23:26Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 23:26Patrick Bet-David?

Of course. Is that called revenge? What do you call that?

• 23:29Speaker 02

  It's called wanting to know.

• 23:30Patrick Bet-David?

Would you say, what if I told you, "Wow, what a, what a vengeful person you are, Kristen Welker. Why do you wanna know why these drones are trying to see what you're do- You're such a pervert, you think they wanna know what you're doing in the bedroom? They're just a bunch of innocent drones, Kristen. Except the difference is, you're just a journalist, I'm the damn president. And we're moving this slow? This is pathetic. You know, last year, every year I do my business plan and I choose two words on January 31st, on December 31st? I already know one of my words for 2025. Two words I had for 2024 were sell and drive. One of the words in 2025 is speed. Speed. We had executive meeting, I told them, the, the theme this year is LFG, it's all speed. Nothing going slow.

• 24:15Patrick Bet-David?

You have a crisis like this going on, you moving this slow on it? What? Hell, no. Go. Intel, what do we know? We don't know, call everybody. Are these yours? Are these yours? Are these yours? Are the, everybody, call everybody and ask them if they're there. It's not yours? If we find that it's yours, 300% tariff on you and public humiliation, we're shooting the shit down and going and getting it right now. You ready? Boom, shoot it. Open area? Yes. Right now, shoot them down because it's going to drop here in open area. Let's investigate exactly whose it is. We go back to them publicly. This was XYZ's. Every once in a while, you have to make an example of a country. If you don't do it, they'll keep doing it. And you leave it like this? I don't know, this is frustrating to me.

• 24:58Patrick Bet-David?

Protection and safety and security is so important. That when you do something like this, to the man that just became a president, before he's about to become the president, president-elect, and we're just kind of like, "Yeah, uh, yeah, uh, Jen? Yes, I don't know. Yeah, I mean, we don't think, it's not Iran, but you know, we're looking into, we're doing our part, we got some intel." Pentagon? Freaking no wonder you're missing so much money and everybody's trying to figure out-

• 25:23Speaker 02

842 billion dollar budget they can't accomplish for the sixth year in a row. And I love that you said that, and I'm just really, really quick. I love that you said that. The fact that they're just letting this go makes people like me question every single thing that they do. She's, by the way, she's, uh, that girl that was up there, she's the Corrine Jean-Pierre for the Pentagon. She just goes up there and spits BS with zero answers and there's no accountability to them. And God forbid, and I know, listen, we only have less than 40 days for Trump to come in. What about the four years that he's going to be in? If they're doing stuff like that, they're not going to stop. I've said this before. They are not going to stop going after this dude. And this is just, to me, this is showing me that just like-

• 26:03Patrick Bet-David?

I just want to know. All I want to know is, we're the greatest country in the world. We have the best, uh, uh, FBI. You know who said we have the best FBI? You know who said that? I'll, I'll, what conservative recently said? And I'll go down and say it again. We have the best, you know-

• 26:18Speaker 02

Conservative said this? Oh, they're definitely not telling the truth.

• 26:20Patrick Bet-David?

  Intelligence.

• 26:21Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 26:22Patrick Bet-David?

Or, or, I'll find out exactly who it was. If we have it, let's find out what happened. If you can find a person missing fifty dollars on their tax return, but you can't find out what the hell this drone is coming from, stop it. Adam, final thoughts?

• 26:37Adam Sosnick?

Yeah, I'll sum this thing up. So they didn't shoot any of the drones down, is that what you're saying?

• 26:42Speaker 02

Not at all, one guy tried.

• 26:43Adam Sosnick?

So you're gonna have to give me a good reason why you would not shoot this down. Now, they're speculating that it's Iran. I don't know if it's Iran or if it's not, but let me make an argument. Iran, you know the show on TV, The Biggest Loser? You know how that Donald Trump just won Time Person of the Year, Man of the Year? The biggest loser of the year has been the Islamic Republic of Iran. And that's not just my opinion, it's according to, wait for it, Wall Street Journal. Iran suffers blow of historic proportions with Assad's fall. They said, quote unquote, "The Islamic Republic thought that Hamas's October 7th attack would be a turning point in history." That's true, but in an entirely opposite direction for what it hoped for.

• 27:27Adam Sosnick?

So they've funded, you know, we talk about in finance, ROI, return on investment. You talk about ITR, investment, time and return. They've spent decades funding these militant jihadist groups, Hamas, Houthis.

• 27:42Speaker 02

  Who has?

• 27:43Adam Sosnick?

  Iran has.

• 27:44Speaker 02

But we've given them the money to do it, right?

• 27:46Adam Sosnick?

  Hold on, Vinny.

• 27:46Speaker 02

  I'm just saying.

• 27:47Adam Sosnick?

So, but Iran has funded these groups. And where are they all now? Hamas is destroyed, Hezbollah is basically decapitated. The Houthis have basically said, "We no mas," like the Roberto Duran. So Iran is looking at themselves and they're like, "What did we all do this for? We're an active terrorist state." Meanwhile, I'm not sure if you're following this, I'm sure you are, PBD. Apparently Ayatollah Khomeini is not doing well.

• 28:13Speaker 02

He's not doing well, but he's not been doing well for a couple of months.

• 28:16Adam Sosnick?

Correct. We saw the last president, almost a year ago, died in a helicopter accident. The newest president is supposed to be a moderate, let's see what's going on with that. You did an episode about the misery index in Iran, right? One of the highest misery indexes in the world. Their happiness, they have happiness levels of different countries. One of the most just unhappy, miserable countries in the world. The people of Iran are not the government of Iran. The people of Iran, the Persian people, are amazing people, I'm telling you. But the government is subjugating all its people and they're terrorizing their own people. Their goal is to terrorize the world. So the GDP per capita, I think, per person in Iran is about $5,000 per person. Why do I bring all this up?

• 28:58Adam Sosnick?

So meanwhile, their people are suffering, their people are miserable, their entire investment, of their entire terror regime has basically crumbled. And this is what they're trying to do, apparently? Fly drones? It makes no sense to me, but it gives you a little reasoning as to what their methodology is. They are not there to help their people. They're here to just basically provide terror to the world.

• 29:22Patrick Bet-David?

So this is what I just, Rob, I, yeah, I'm glad you posted this. Okay, so mystery drone spotted over New Jersey Staten Island. So look at the locations it's going over.

• 29:31Patrick Bet-David?

Arsenal Military Base, Trump International National Golf Club Bedminster. Okay, New York, Burlington, all that area, right? That area's got a lot of information there. But Rob, do you know when was the first drone sighting that started in Jersey? Do you know when it happened?

• 29:48Adam Sosnick?

  When was it?

• 29:48Patrick Bet-David?

So Rob, do me a favor, go to Google and search the following. First sighting of New Jersey drones. You will be surprised by what comes up, and I hope I'm wrong. November 18th. The drones, with some residents say, peer larger than hobbyist drones, those used for recreational purposes have been spotted almost every night flying over northeastern US states since November 18th.

• 30:13Adam Sosnick?

  Four weeks, almost four weeks.

• 30:15Patrick Bet-David?

Guys, this is not just a few days. November 18th, and were initially sighted near Picketney Arsenal, a US military base, research and manufacturing facility, since November 18th. You're telling me since November 18th, you've known about this? And you, can you open up that article, Rob, to see where it goes, Al Jazeera? So zoom in a little bit to see what else it's gonna tell us about the dates.

• 30:44Patrick Bet-David?

Go a little lower, Rob, if you could. Okay, perfect, go a little lower, see if there's anything else to read, or is that it? Okay, so in a, December 4th, cautioning residents of-

• 30:54Patrick Bet-David?

From Park of Borough in Jersey about the drones, Chief of Police Joseph Orlando wrote, "Over the past two weeks, the drone sightings have been occurring nightly, beginning just after sunset and lasting well into the early morning hours." He described the appearance of the drones as nefarious and nature go la laur. He also noted that the drones are flying above critical infrastructure such as water reservoirs, electric transmission lines, train stations, police departments and military installations. On December 5th, Jersey Governor Phil Murphy wrote that on social, "There is no known threat to the public at this time." Yesterday, I covered a briefing with Mallorca, senior officials, DHS, and members of congressional delegation to discuss. Bro, I don't know, man.

• 31:35Patrick Bet-David?

Listen, November 18th, you own a property, you own an office, you see something that you typically don't see in your office, what do you do? How long does it take you to investigate what's going on? What if nobody does something about it? Do you just sit there and take it and that's it? I don't know about this.

• 31:52Adam Sosnick?

By the way, last thing, PBD, do you think these occurrences, not New Jersey, in America, around the world, are gonna happen more or less?

• 32:00Patrick Bet-David?

Well, wait a minute. Listen, they're making laws about deep fakes. If you take someone's daughter and you make deep fake porn, they wanna make that a crime, right? Okay, so this is the speed of crime. When we ran an insur-- I was talking to a lawyer yesterday, when we ran an insurance company, I'm still the CEO of the company, had a meeting with them last week with a bunch of different things that's going on, every insurance executive, CEO, big ones came in, we sat down, we had a two-day meeting with them. One of the things you have no choice but to get very get at in insurance is compliance. And when we're in 50 states, including Puerto Rico, and I think we're the third or second largest in Puerto Rico, and we got, we've licensed 60,000 agents in 50 states, you

• 32:43Patrick Bet-David?

deal with every single department of insurance, you pay taxes in every one of those states, I don't know how many states we pay taxes in, Tom. Honestly, you know how we do, my CPA would come, he's like, "Here's this much for this state, this much for that state, this much for this state." Every state we're paying taxes in that we have to, pretty much, if we had to, we paid it. You'll learn about compliance. And what happens is you learn new ways that people commit a crime. So what's the old school way of crime in sales? You're a realtor, you go, you do a loan 1003, the client forgets to sign one thing. What's the old school method of sales that people do? That you screw up and you use, you use, you lose your license. What is it? Ah shit, I don't want to go back 40 minutes to meet the client. Let me just do what? Forge the signature. You lose your license. You're a dummy. You know what's another one? Oh, you know what? I'm a better salesperson than my wife.

• 33:28Patrick Bet-David?

My wife's the broker, I don't have the license. I'll sell it, I'll go there, I'll fill out the paperwork. Then we would investigate and find out this guy out of Carolina, who was selling to somebody while the wife wasn't there and the wife's the licensed one. We called every one of the clients that day. It took us one day to realize. She doesn't sell. He sells. How long did it take us until we terminated this guy? 24 hours.

• 33:50Tom Ellsworth?

Oh, yeah, less than that. We made the decision immediately.

• 33:52Patrick Bet-David?

But you know what happens? Then comes social media, then comes Zoom. Then comes every time we have to accelerate the process of the threat and how people try to take advantage, you're supposed to move quickly. Right now with us in, in like 10 M B D C, we're going through it right now. You investigate quickly, whoa, you're using that for this? Really? What? You were doing this? Interesting. Well, that's double dumb, but guess what? It's a crime. Here we go, we gotta do what we gotta do. If you want to go, you, you go through it. But you're telling me for something like this? They need to put a law. Where I'm going with this is if you think deep fake of a girl, that she's not in it, but she's being used in porn should be a crime? Which I agree, if you're gonna do that, should be a crime? Guess what?

• 34:36Patrick Bet-David?

What's the new crime that we want to put with drones? It needs to be a crime. It, it needs to be a crime. If it's either crime or you shoot it down. If it's not our drone and we don't know whose it is, no one's taking ownership, shoot the shit down. Don't sit on it since the 18th. How, by the way, if you're watching this, I'm curious. Whether you agree with me politically or not, because there's about 15% of you that watch this, that you watch it because you don't agree, well, you don't agree with us, which you have no idea how important you are and I love it. You tell me, left, right, center, wherever you are. I want one person to tell me, a good argument, on why you're okay with the drones being up there

• 35:20Patrick Bet-David?

and the US government telling us they don't know what it is and we're not shooting those things down. Tell me one person, aside from safety reasons, which I agree with you on where it crashes, aside from safety reasons, give me one reason why those drones shouldn't be shut down. Why not? Do you have one? You don't have one? I don't have one. The hell are we doing? What are we doing? And where? In an area that's the financial capital of the world, Bedminster President? What? This is... Anyways, we gotta go to the next story, because this is really just a... Very annoying. Security is your number one job as a man and a husband and a father. Security is your number one job as the FBI Director, the President. The current President is Biden. VP Kamala. That's your job to protect me, you, us, our families.

• 36:05Patrick Bet-David?

You're not doing it. What the hell are you waiting for? It's a basic phone call. Two hours, call every head of state. What the is going on here? Is this you? Because I'm shooting the shit down. And I swear to God, if I find out it's you, it's over. Do you understand me? You think I'm playing with you? We're not. What do you want to do? It's ours. Take the shit down right now. Out. And whatever you have, give me every single file. And if you don't, public scrutiny and 200, 300% of tariff coming your way and sanctions on your country for one year. I swear to God, the fear of death is coming your way. Closest thing to it. Um, this is like...

• 36:50Patrick Bet-David?

Anyways, let's go to the next story. Frickin', very annoying to me. People in Jersey, average day-to-day families, you want kids to... You want me to have my kids go to school? And I'm worried about what's gonna happen with these things? Are you out of your frickin' mind? Are you out of your mind in two of our most special states in America, Jersey and New York? How rich are those people personalities that come out of those places? Anyways, let me go to the next story before I frickin' turn off the podcast today.

• 37:15Patrick Bet-David?

Alright, let's go to the next story.

• 37:16Tom Ellsworth?

Not bad for a first topic for people to get fired up.

• 37:18Patrick Bet-David?

Let's go to the next. Let's go to a little bit more of a different kind of a story here. So what do we got here?

• 37:24Patrick Bet-David?

Uh, alright, let's talk about Alex Jones. Judge rejects sale of Alex Jones Infowars to The Onion in dispute over a bankruptcy auction. So, is this kinda like a spoof that Onion wants to buy them to kinda put them out of business? And say, "Hey, we bought them and we used our money and we closed them up." Like, is that kinda what they're trying to do, Rob? Is that what this is? Cause Onion is a liberal left. Onion is the old-school, watered-down Babylon Bee.

• 37:49Tom Ellsworth?

  Correct.

• 37:49Patrick Bet-David?

Is that fair to say that? Because Onion is what they wish they were Babylon Bee, but they can't be because they're just not as talented and creative as the guys at Babylon Bee are. It's not even close, by the way. Let me read this story to you. And then let's go to this. Okay, here we go. Page 13. So, "A federal judge on Tuesday rejects the sale of the conspiracy..." Who wrote this article? New York Post. Okay. "Of the conspiracy platform Infowars to The Onion's satirical news outlet after Alex Jones claimed that a recent bankruptcy auction was fraught with illegal collusion, The Onion was named the winning bidder on November 14th over a company affiliated with Jones. U.S. bankruptcy judge Christopher Lopez decision made Jones can stay at Infowars.

• 38:31Patrick Bet-David?

In Austin, Texas, The Onion had planned to kick Jones out and relaunch Infowars in January as a parody." Okay, so they're trying to mock him, right? "At the end of a lengthy two-day hearing in a Texas courtroom, Lopez criticized the auction process flawed and said the outcome left a lot of money on the table for families of victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. You got to scratch and claw and get everything you can from them." Lopez said. Rob, is this a clip from who? Is this the lawyer or who is this guy here?

• 39:00Tom Ellsworth?

No, this is actually, he is the CEO of the parent company that owns The Onion. This is back from November where he talked about them winning the bid, The Onion winning the bid of...

• 39:11Patrick Bet-David?

And then you have an Alex Jones clip as well.

• 39:13Tom Ellsworth?

I do. You wanna play Alex first? Cause Alex lays out what exactly happened.

• 39:16Patrick Bet-David?

Is this Alex's most recent clip or is this guy's first clip?

• 39:20Tom Ellsworth?

No, Alex's clip is from November as well. It's when he first finds out about the judge.

• 39:23Patrick Bet-David?

  Which clip came first?

• 39:24Tom Ellsworth?

Uh, Alex came first, this came second.

• 39:27Patrick Bet-David?

So, play Alex first. Go for it.

• 39:30Speaker 02

Ladies and gentlemen, it is 7:50 right now. I'm about to upload this to X. I just got word 15 minutes ago that my lawyers and folks met with the US trustee of our bankruptcy this morning, and they said they're shutting us down even without a court order this morning. The Connecticut Democrats with the Onion newspaper bought us. They asked, did they outbid? They said, well, it was competitive, so they changed all the bidding rules, made it secret two days ago. I had a bad feeling. I told you that. And just like they tried to shut us down back in late May without a court order, they're supposed to have a court order. There's going to be injunctions filed. I'm about to go live out of Harrison's American Journal studio. I don't know what's going to happen, but I'm going to be here until they come in there and turn the lights off. I'm going to say, where's your court order?

• 40:13Speaker 02

So this is all going down right now. They want to silence the American people, but we're not going to be silenced. Be sure and follow me at the Alex Jones Network, at AJN Live on X right now. They're filing court to take real Alex Jones away. That's totally unconstitutional. The judge already said no, so they filed in other courts. So live feed going up by the time you see this at AJN Live and at Real Alex Jones right now. Share this everywhere. This is a total attack on free speech. The deep state is completely out of control. The private security hasn't even been told all this yet. They tried to tell them last time the other US trustee to shut us down with a court order. You know, these folks said no. So this is all happening right now. This is the tyranny of the new world order, desperate to silence the American people, the mandate of Trump against all the

• 40:56Speaker 02

lawfare. They don't care. So the system still thinks it's in charge. I'm going live right now from what probably will be the last transmission from this building. God bless you all for your support. Please support our sponsors so we get funds to stay on the air at the Alex Jones Network, alexjonesstore.com. Take action. I need your support.

• 41:11Patrick Bet-David?

Go to the other clip, Rob.

• 41:13Tom Ellsworth?

And this is Ben Collins, the CEO of the parent company of The Onion, talking about why they wanted to own Alex Jones's Infowars.

• 41:20Patrick Bet-David?

Let's hear it. Here we are. We own, The Onion owns Infowars. Look, we're going to go after all of the, like, every facet of alternative media that is trying to get you addicted to stupid stuff. Like, there is a whole world of podcasters and TikTok influencers. I'm glad I'm seeing this video. Who have some really curious ideas of the world. And I also think that we're learning right now that their followings are just as big, if not bigger, than traditional celebrities. And...

• 41:55Tom Ellsworth?

  They've, they've gone unmarked.

• 41:59Tom Ellsworth?

They've gone, uh, they got a free pass to this point. And we don't think that that's fair.

• 42:05Patrick Bet-David?

You don't think that that's fair? That's the word again. I'm sorry, Onion. Let me, Tom, can you do me a favor? And pull up, like, is there a way to track? Traffic going to the Onion versus? Babylon Bee and measuring the two together for the last three years? I am begging you to find this. There used to be a site called Alexa.com. Can you please find the two together? I don't know the data, by the way, so I could be wrong and Onion's been crushing it. But from what I see, I am willing to bet Babylon Bee's traffic versus the Onion?

• 42:48Patrick Bet-David?

They're destroying the Onion. And Onion wishes they could be Babylon Bee. And, and you know, you know what'd be funny with this entire part that, is, this is who, by the way? This is who, Rob, that you just put in? Organic traffic? And this is on what website?

• 43:08Tom Ellsworth?

  Uh, it's A H refs.com.

• 43:12Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, and they showed up as what, 273? Can you do me a favor, just take, copy paste to our, the, the, what do you call it, the link? And just open up a new window, so don't close it, so we can compare the two together? And put up a new window? And on this new window? That you do? Put Babylon Bee? In there and let's see what it's doing? The same way you just did it, I don't know what, oh, it doesn't let you do two at a time?

• 43:37Tom Ellsworth?

Let me try a different way, give me one second.

• 43:40Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I would be very curious to know because, so this guy had? A play where he wanted to publicly? Humiliate? He said conservative podcasters, what did he call them? He says these other? Traffic? So who is ahead, Rob?

• 43:56Tom Ellsworth?

It says, right, according to this website, Babylon Bee's at 95.5,000? And the Onion is at 273,000?

• 44:03Patrick Bet-David?

  Onion is still ahead.

• 44:04Tom Ellsworth?

  According to this website.

• 44:05Patrick Bet-David?

Can you do me a favor, find out, when did Babylon Bee start and when did the Onion start? When did Babylon Bee start? The Onion's been around for, for a decade. Babylon Bee started in?

• 44:14Tom Ellsworth?

  Yeah, it was a newspaper.

• 44:15Patrick Bet-David?

Babylon Bee started eight years ago, okay, when did Onion start? It was a college newspaper.

• 44:21Speaker 02

  Yeah, it was a newspaper.

• 44:21Patrick Bet-David?

Nineteen eighty-eight. Nineteen eighty-eight, Madison. Eighty-eight. One of the more liberal cities in America, by the way. Right, so eighty-eight, eighty-eight, twenty sixteen is what? Twenty-eight years before Babylon Bee started, right? Now, Musk is a big fan of Babylon Bee. So, these guys are buying Infowars to try to humiliate, uh, what do you call it? Uh, Alex. And by the way, is there the dollar amount, Rob, that we have in an article? Because I think the number when I asked you yesterday was like one point seven five million dollars. Less than two million dollars. And they're giving seven hundred thousand dollars to, what do you call it? The family, the Sandy Hook family. The family and all this other stuff. Can you go to that, Rob, real quick?

• 45:03Speaker 02

One point seven five million in cash and then part of that settlement was seven hundred and fifty thousand that would go to the families of the Sandy Hook victims.

• 45:12Patrick Bet-David?

So, give or take two and a half million dollars to buy Infowars?

• 45:15Speaker 02

  Correct.

• 45:15Patrick Bet-David?

It's nothing. Elon, Elon has that in his pocket right now. Does the lawsuit come, does the lawsuit come with it?

• 45:23Speaker 02

Um, I think that sticks with Alex personally, but I'd have to read the, I'd have to read the bankruptcy filing because there's certain things you can't do to get out of trouble.

• 45:33Patrick Bet-David?

So, let's just say, let's just say, let's just say somebody wanted to buy Infowars. And, but, but the company that wanted to buy him, they wanted to buy him minus the liability that comes with it. Right? Meaning, I don't, I want to be held harmless of the lawsuit. I want to be held harmless of all the prior debt. Could you do that or no?

• 45:52Speaker 02

  Um.

• 45:52Patrick Bet-David?

Out of the bankruptcy? Because you're, are you buying it out of bankruptcy or no?

• 45:56Speaker 02

Yeah, you're, you're, you're buying it in a, in a bankruptcy court. And depending on what it is, it's like, uh, when we were looking at buildings to buy, you know, sometimes if there's a construction debt, that's got to be paid by whoever buys the building, right? Because some construction guys worked on the building. However, I do not know, but if you bought a building from a criminal and he's going to jail, his penalty goes with him. You don't have to pay that penalty. But you could go buy a building out of bank, out of bankruptcy from the government. Makes sense?

• 46:28Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah, I got it.

• 46:29Speaker 02

So, it depends on how much of this is on Alex Jones by the government and how much of this is on Infowars because... The only way, look, if they're trying to auction off Infowars, the US bankruptcy judge trying to force Infowars to be auctioned off, to make money to give the Sandy Hook, you're not going to be able to auction it off if you're stuck with, you know, another, you know, $10 million you owe Sandy Hook because you bought Infowars. That's got to stay with Alex. So it's, it'd be interesting to see, how is the US bankruptcy court assigning these?

• 47:09Patrick Bet-David?

  What do you mean?

• 47:11Speaker 02

How are they assigning it? How much is attached to Infowars and how much is attached to the libel that was committed by Alex Jones, the citizen?

• 47:21Patrick Bet-David?

Benny, what are your thoughts on the story?

• 47:22Speaker 02

I don't know. I was looking up while you guys were checking out who this guy, Ben Collins was. He's from Massachusetts. He worked for NBC, no surprise there. His mother's a librarian. Went to Emerson, Thomas Emerson, pretty freaking liberal. Completely. Okay, thank you. And I just, I don't like- It's one of the small northeast colleges. Like, I get it. Okay, listen, if it's up for sale and you want to get it, I don't like that smug crappy attitude where it's like these conservative, like, they're trying to get in there as if we're the ones spitting out this poison. It's these people. Those are the people that everybody's been talking crap about, just like what, Tim Walz's daughter, what was she saying yesterday? Tim Walz's daughter was saying that people that listen

• 48:05Speaker 02

to Joe Rogan's podcast are red flags.

• 48:09Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah, red flags.

• 48:10Speaker 02

And you gotta stay, stay away from us. And it's like, I'm just sick and tired. And it's just like, we keep hearing these people and they're just not learning. They're not getting it. They're not getting the message that America wants to hear people like us. They want to hear people like Joe Rogan. They don't want to hear this. And listen, I, and apparently it's not going to happen and I, I hope it doesn't. I think it's stupid.

• 48:31Speaker 05

Walk me through what happens here.

• 48:31Patrick Bet-David?

In April 2024, Collins announced that the CEO of Global Tetrahedron, a company that has purchased Onion. So Onion was officially just sold six months ago.

• 48:43Speaker 05

  To who?

• 48:43Patrick Bet-David?

  Did you know that, Tom?

• 48:44Speaker 05

  I did not know that.

• 48:45Patrick Bet-David?

  Onion was bought by Global.

• 48:47Speaker 05

  Tetrahedron.

• 48:48Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, can you, can you see what they paid for? Because I just looked up what they, they used to have 500,000 subscribers at their peak. And then it just fell off, according to one of the articles I just read. The purchase originated from a post by Collins on Blue Sky after news broke that the then GO was looking for, to offload the magazine amongst other titles. And Collins won the assets of the website Infowars at auction despite the family's own, the federal judge.

• 49:21Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, interesting. Interesting to see this guy's background and where he's at now.

• 49:26Speaker 05

By the way, the reason that the Jones and everybody were alleging tampering by the federal government is because the other bidder that bid three and a half million is First United American. It is affiliated with Alex Jones and it sells a lot of the stuff that he sells. There's apparel and I think there's health supplements or the things that he sells, the prepping vitamins and stuff. So people were saying, you can't let First American buy this for three and a half million dollars. You're letting Alex Jones buy it from himself out of bankruptcy and he's still going to have a big mouth on the media. Well, so what? If that company is capable of buying it, then are they a bona fide bidder or not? Maybe they are.

• 50:11Speaker 05

And if the federal government doesn't like that and they want to give it to the Onion, that was what Alex Jones was saying was, was the flaw to the process.

• 50:19Patrick Bet-David?

I tell you, I actually think it's a great move on the left to buy Infowars and dump it. I think it's a great move on the left to buy Infowars and dump it strategically. You it's like Elon Musk buying MSNBC.

• 50:31Tom Ellsworth?

  Correct.

• 50:32Patrick Bet-David?

The opposing side will be celebrating that. I think it's a great move to do that. But if it's only for two and a half million, there's nobody else that's willing to buy Infowars? For three million? For three and a half million? All the content? It's gonna be used later on in documentaries and stuff? I don't know. I think there's something there. You don't have to agree with it or not, but that's gonna be something that could be used for many, many years to come. Okay.

• 50:57Adam Sosnick?

If they buy his network Infowars, Alex Jones just doesn't just go away. He's not gonna be silenced. We still have the First Amendment.

• 51:05Patrick Bet-David?

Oh, they can fire. They'll fire.

• 51:07Adam Sosnick?

  No, they will.

• 51:08Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 51:08Adam Sosnick?

But then he'll go, I think he at one point said, "Welcome to the Alex Jones Network." He's just gonna start a new company. I know this reminds me of, it's a totally different situation. So it's not an exact analogy, but do you remember what they did with our buddy James O'Keefe? What was his company called? Project Veritas? What does Project Veritas do now? I don't know, nothing, but I see what James O'Keefe is doing. He's out there crushing it. He just came out with a movie. He started the O'Keefe Network. So OMG O'Keefe Media Group, I wanna say. But the point is, even if they buy Infowars, Alex Jones is not gonna stop. And I'm not saying that everything that Alex Jones does is right or wrong. We all know that he's paid the price for what he did with the Sandy Hook thing and the false claims and the

• 51:51Adam Sosnick?

crisis actors and everything that happened there. Tragedy, horrible, but let's move that aside. You know, everything he did with Bohemian Grove, everything he's talked about, "With the gay frogs, they're turning the frogs gay." You know, 9/11, what's that job? This is freedom of speech. This is the First Amendment. He's allowed to say these things. He's paid the price for what he's done. I mean, by a, how much was that? Uh, how much did he have to pay? 1.5 billion dollars?

• 52:16Patrick Bet-David?

  It's a mess.

• 52:16Tom Ellsworth?

  That's the person.

• 52:18Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah, see, that's personal.

• 52:19Adam Sosnick?

Insane. So he's paying the price. I mean, if you ever spent time with Alex Jones, actually enjoyed having dinner with him, good guy. I mean, this guy is probably stressed the hell out.

• 52:29Patrick Bet-David?

Rob, does it tell you, does it tell you what the onion sold for?

• 52:32Tom Ellsworth?

It didn't. It said that the, uh, the financial terms of the deal were not publicly disclosed.

• 52:37Patrick Bet-David?

If you type in the onion top line revenue, do you know what it is? Top line revenue. I know at one point, Trump was, I'm sorry, Musk was interested in buying the Onion Digital Media Corporation with $21.8 million in top line revenue with 389 employees.

• 52:58Tom Ellsworth?

  It's not a big number.

• 52:59Patrick Bet-David?

No, it's a small number since 1988. If that's the right number. Chicago, Illinois. Here, Rob, if you want to.

• 53:06Tom Ellsworth?

Elon Musk can buy this stuff with the change in his pocket right now.

• 53:09Patrick Bet-David?

Well, I mean, this is the part, if you want to show this, Rob. This is where I found the article from rocketreach.co. No, just look at the link I just texted you. Because rocketreach.co shows how big these guys are. And they're buying Infowars. Interesting. All right. It's not really them buying Infowars. It's who bought them is buying Infowars. Yeah, zoom in a little bit. There it is. The Onion, $21.8 million in rev, 389 employees, 159 on rocketreach, founded in 1988. I don't know how accurate this number is, but those are the numbers that you got. So it's a small company since 1988. That's still doing 21, 22 million a year that was bought out.

• 53:51Tom Ellsworth?

And everything they've published about themselves has always been a joke. Like right here. The Onion now enjoys a daily readership of 4.3 trillion and has grown into the single most powerful and influential organization in human history. They used to write all kinds of stuff out about themselves.

• 54:05Patrick Bet-David?

Oh, you used to text me Onion stuff 15 years ago. Tom was a, Tom was a big fan of Onion. They changed in 16.

• 54:11Tom Ellsworth?

Yeah, you notice I don't send anything. I don't read it. And you don't like Onion, so.

• 54:15Patrick Bet-David?

  No.

• 54:16Tom Ellsworth?

  You actually hate Onion.

• 54:18Adam Sosnick?

That is probably the most true statement.

• 54:20Patrick Bet-David?

All right, let's go to the next story. Let's talk about United Healthcare. So, Rob, do you have the clip of his outburst outside the Pennsylvania courthouse? If you have that, let me just read this while you're looking for it. So, oh, you have it. Okay, let me just read this real quick. Luigi Magione, the man charged with the murder and the death of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson broke his day of silence with an outburst as he was escorted into a Pennsylvania courthouse where he challenged his arrest. It's completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people. And it's lived experience, Manjoe shouted prompting his detail of about 10 officers to hurry him inside, dressed in orange jumpsuit. Manjoe appeared unfazed. He was seen whispering

• 55:04Patrick Bet-David?

with his attorney, Thomas Dickey, great last name, glancing at reporters and mumbling to himself at the Blair County Court hearing around 2pm. Prosecutors say he has $8,000 in US cash and $2,000 in foreign cash, masks, a passport on him in addition to a ghost gun and a silencer resembling the weapon killed to kill Thompson when he was apprehended by police in Altoona on Monday. Go ahead, Rob.

Complete insult to the intelligence of humankind.

• 56:17Speaker 02

  To the American people?

• 56:18Patrick Bet-David?

Can you play it again on what he says? Did you catch what he said, Rob, or no?

• 56:21Adam Sosnick?

Insult to the intelligence of the American people.

• 56:24Speaker 02

And why they won't let him say nothing? He can talk.

• 56:31Patrick Bet-David?

  Out of touch.

• 56:37Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay, it's really three things.

• 56:39Adam Sosnick?

Intelligence of the American people and their lived experience.

• 56:42Patrick Bet-David?

  And their lived experience.

• 56:43Adam Sosnick?

  Yes.

• 56:44Patrick Bet-David?

Right. And their lived experience. So I got something here yesterday that was sent to me that I was reading and I kind of showed it with you guys with Tom. Okay, Rob, I'll text this to you if you don't mind showing this. I'll keep reading it so the audience can see it as well. On uh uh the timeline of what happened here, okay? So it was interesting reading this. The story says, it says, born into a wealthy family, attends a forty year, forty thousand dollar a year private school, becomes valedictorian, earns a bachelor's and master's in computer science by twenty six, no criminal record, no behavior red flags, clean slate, sharp dressed, photogenic,

• 57:25Patrick Bet-David?

active on social media, vacations abroad, post polished photos, looks like he's thriving, lands internship and builds a resume that screams success, spends free time exploring AI mushrooms and self optimization trends, writes a Goodreads review on Ted K's Sprinkles and Safe Edgy, joins the professional world, follows the system's scripts perfectly, no sign of instability, just another rising star in tax scene, disappears with friends for three months, then he kills the CEO. What happened for those three months? Who are the friends? What do we know about him? Now, while this is going on, Fifty Cent posted something, Rob, if you don't mind pulling this up on Fifty Cent.

• 58:08Patrick Bet-David?

Fifty Cent posted this on Instagram. Uh, on Instagram, he posted a picture of uh uh of Luigi. And then he said something like, you won't understand me posting this. Do you see it? Or maybe he was, he's not a guy that would take you down. He posted something and said, you won't understand this, but I made the Fifty Cent, Luigi Mangione. He said something about, I don't know, I kinda like this kinda killer. Right there, zoom in, do you see it right there, zoom in a little bit? I don't know, I kinda like this killer. Uh, I'm sorry that this is going this way, uh, since deleted the post, makes sense. I'm sorry this is going this way, it is, but I'm doing a documentary on him.

• 58:53Patrick Bet-David?

He is special, I apologize in advance for anyone who doesn't understand. 50 Cent said this about the guy. So, Vinnie, what do you know so far about what's going on since the last podcast?

• 59:02Speaker 02

And you, you mentioned this yesterday in the prep. It, it doesn't make any sense. Like, I, I keep hearing these stories. Every time something like this happens, I take a step back. Like, when Adam, when you say, you know, follow the money, sometimes I'm like, what, what is happening? What makes somebody do something like this? And it came out of nowhere and it's a complete shock to everybody. In the book Chaos, remember the book Chaos that Candace told me to, recommended by Tom O'Neill? It was talking about the CIA, Charles Manson, and all the 60s and what they were doing back in those days. There was a psychiatrist, and for those that have read, read the book, who spoke to Jack Ruby. Remember the guy that shot Lee Harvey Oswald in the basement?

• 59:39Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah, of course.

• 59:39Speaker 02

Yeah. So, his name was Dr. Louis Jolien Jolly West. His name was Dr. Jolly West. He was a prominent psychiatrist with documented ties to the CIA's MKUltra program. He was focused on mind control experiments. They used drugs, they used psychological manipulation and other techniques. So while Ruby's in prison, this Dr. West, who has connections to the CIA, examined Ruby for several hours. By himself, no cameras or nothing, just talking to him in the prison. And when he was done with him, he had lost his mind. He literally lost his mind. He was saying stuff like, "I was injected with something, I'm being silenced." He was like a completely different person. He's like, "They're going to kill the Jew." Like, he lost his gourd, okay?

• 1:00:22Speaker 02

And he, once he left that several hour meeting, his mental state deteriorated and it led to his death. So, my thing is, and great point, who was talking to this guy? Who and why? Is it, is it a distraction? Was this guy unleashed to do whatever he was gonna do because of all the stuff that's happening in Syria? The stuff that's happening with Jay-Z? I don't know. It, it just doesn't add up. And all this is gonna be is in the news for another week, Pat, and then it's gone. And then we don't hear about this guy. But the explanation, I would like to get deeper. Can it, connect that for me a little bit better? Yes. The psychiatrist goes in.

• 1:00:54Tom Ellsworth?

  So Jack Ruby kills Oswald.

• 1:00:55Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:00:56Tom Ellsworth?

Uh, the, the cop moves out of the way. They all believe that.

• 1:00:59Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:01:00Tom Ellsworth?

Uh, Ruby was told to do it.

• 1:01:01Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:01:01Tom Ellsworth?

  Um, so Ruby kills Oswald.

• 1:01:04Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:01:04Tom Ellsworth?

  It's a quick trial. He's guilty.

• 1:01:06Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:01:06Tom Ellsworth?

  He goes to prison.

• 1:01:07Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:01:07Tom Ellsworth?

This guy, connected to the CIA.

• 1:01:09Speaker 02

  Doctor Jolly West.

• 1:01:10Tom Ellsworth?

Jolly West, goes to review him, hour or two, whatever it was.

• 1:01:14Speaker 02

  Several, several hours.

• 1:01:16Tom Ellsworth?

Several hours. And you're saying, when that guy leaves the prison, he was bonkers.

• 1:01:21Speaker 02

  Lost his mind.

• 1:01:22Tom Ellsworth?

  Okay.

• 1:01:23Speaker 02

And he said he was injected with something while he was there. From the, from, he said he was injected and he was trying to be silenced and then he literally lost his mind.

• 1:01:31Tom Ellsworth?

Okay, now, take that back now to, to this guy.

• 1:01:34Speaker 02

Yes. While he was, where, for these three months that he was gone, who got to him? Who spoke with him? Who radicalized him so much?

• 1:01:42Patrick Bet-David?

  Could somebody have?

• 1:01:44Tom Ellsworth?

  Yes.

• 1:01:44Patrick Bet-David?

Put him, could somebody have taken him during, during those 90 days to shape his mindset?

• 1:01:50Speaker 02

To take out and do something like this?

• 1:01:53Tom Ellsworth?

Yep, I, I, I agree and I'll tell you why.

• 1:01:55Speaker 02

  Okay.

• 1:01:57Tom Ellsworth?

There was deep investigations. You can go look at the London subway bombings. What's that, 12 years ago now? Something like that? The London subway bombings? And you can go, uh, find out what they found out about the radical Muslim clerics. And people said, um, yeah, oh, 20 years ago now, it's now 20 years ago, 2005.

• 1:02:18Tom Ellsworth?

That people said, yes, I'm a Muslim, but we're, we're peaceful Muslims. This is what we care about. But my son was with these clerics and it didn't take long, to your point, Pat. What happens those 90 days?

• 1:02:31Patrick Bet-David?

  That's what I'm interested in.

• 1:02:32Tom Ellsworth?

And people said that there, you said, we were, you know, there were confused Muslim parents that when you listen to them speak, they didn't seem like, you know, out there. It sounded like that Muslim was their faith.

• 1:02:44Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:02:44Tom Ellsworth?

But they were not radicalized and they were shocked at what had happened at the hands of these clerics in such a short time with their kids. So it, there are precedents we have out there to say, wow, something can happen pretty quick. If, if people that know what they're doing, get to your kid and you get to a person and turn them into.

• 1:03:02Tom Ellsworth?

a pawn that didn't look like

• 1:03:04Patrick Bet-David?

why don't we do this why don't we do this why don't we do this okay can we do this can we map out what the possibilities are okay from the from the logical one to the wildest one okay let's kind of go through it one um the surgery that happened on his back rob if you can pull up the surgery on his back uh the pictures of the surgery on his back you know which one I'm talking about there's picture right there right that's him can you see newsweek okay so did Luigi mangione's back pain surgery go wrong click on the story let's see what that is go wrong what we know about this story all right zoom in a little bit so let's read this mangione was facing charges okay got it since the shooting this enforced significant speculation motivation of bull's guilt down with correct okay now

• 1:03:49Patrick Bet-David?

back pain according to reports from Forbes mangione posted a Reddit on Reddit that back that is pain in his back in the months before the shooting writing my spandy went bad on me last year it was completely devastating as a young athletic person according to WaPo friends of mangione said that the reason he moved to Hawaii which is his registered last address was to get better help mangione posted on his x-ray of his spinal social media with the image appearing to indicate a case of spondylitis thesis okay a condition caused by vertebrae slipping slipping out of place which can cause chronic pain in analysis of

• 1:04:31Patrick Bet-David?

the image neurosurgeon Tyler Cole said that the surgery mangione received appeared to be suboptimal and that he would likely have continued to experience nerve pain after the operation go lower

• 1:04:43Tom Ellsworth?

so this is an expert doctor commenting on what he saw

• 1:04:45Patrick Bet-David?

that's right so the lack of good ALIF along with the subsidence likely worsened the L5 radicular pain by not restoring disc height and causing neuroformal compression you can fuse with continued misalignment as long as disc height is restored and forming are open But the overall point is valid, looks like suboptimal surgery. Okay, so the doctor's speaking in the doctor language. In the analysis of the expert, Grunge said, this potentially could mean he even suffered from failed spinal fusion. A failed spinal fusion could lead to chronic back, okay, individual. Okay, very aware of this, I totally understand this part.

• 1:05:30Patrick Bet-David?

I take care of these kinds of patients all the time and it is constant battle with insurance company trying to get patients, what they need to help them deal with their pain. Okay, so, simple. Hey man, you did the surgery, my pain is worse. You and I, we talk about this all the time, right? And you go to the doctor, there's three things we can do. We can do surgery, no, you can do the PRP, alright, whatever, you can do the steroids or you can do the stem cell. Here's one thing you can do, stem cell out of your joint, the bone that puts it, the marrow and that's the high quality, we can improve it. Alright, I don't recommend, we can burn the nerve. That's what they want to do with me now, yeah. We burn the nerve and it kind of alleviates some of the pain every year and then maybe you'll burn it again and burn it again, burn it again. But, almost everybody you talk to is, don't do a surgery on your back. Period.

• 1:06:15Patrick Bet-David?

Ninety percent of people say, if you don't have to do, don't do it. Alright, is that a reason to kill somebody? Maybe, let's set that aside, one, speculation. Two, go, you know, ninety days, the story you said, they got to him, brainwashed him, whatever happened, prepare him to go out there and take him out. Yes. Okay, three, bad friends, manipulation, hardcore, hating the government, hating insurance industry, let's do something about it, somebody told him, nobody will, I will take this guy out. That's four. Five, Brian Thompson is going to it, somebody got this guy to go take him out because of whatever reasons that was gonna happen, okay.

• 1:06:55Patrick Bet-David?

Six, Brian Thompson, who had the highest percentage of what, declines, thirty-two percent? Highest percentage of declines, thirty-two percent? Maybe he was gonna go in and recommend to say, guys, we gotta kind of become industry standard, we're hated by everybody right now, we can't be doing this. And the investors are like, no, no, no, we can't do this, we gotta take this guy out. I don't know if you guys have seen the movie The Accountant? Shout out to Kevin O'Gonner, phenomenal director. The accountant remembered that investigation he did, that he found that that was happening? They're like, wait a minute, you gotta get the hell out of here, you're getting a little bit too deep into this stuff. I mean, what else could it be outside of that, Tom? Vinny, what else could it be outside of that?

• 1:07:33Speaker 02

I'm trying to rack my baby, because I was thinking, maybe somebody in this family got screwed over by the thing.

• 1:07:39Patrick Bet-David?

But that's not the case. We read yesterday, Family, Thursday, families are very, very well off family. Thirty-seven grandkids, he's one of the thirty-seven grandkids, the rest of them are doing apparently fine. And he's the guy that kills the CEO.

• 1:07:50Speaker 02

And that's when you have to ask yourself a question, because when we talk about MKUltra, you talk about the CIA, people want to just brush you off. From the 50s to the 70s, they were doing this stuff. Verbal manipulation, LSD, drugs, and think about it, it's 2024. Do you know how advanced they have to have to have gotten? I don't know the actual motive. Is it to distract us? Is it because they wanted to actually take this guy out? It doesn't take that long. If it took Jolly West, and this is documented, this psychiatrist worked with the CIA, for, imagine, that was for a couple hours with Ruby. If you have three months with this guy, easy money, just the way he did it. Guys, Tom, I'm an expert marksman and two guns, okay?

• 1:08:33Speaker 02

If I had a gun, and you shoot all the time, why are you stopping, sitting while he's walking away and moving target, and you're doing this? A real shooter, you just walk up, bow, one shot behind the head, and you walk away. This was just, uh, boom, like a robot. It doesn't match. It doesn't make sense.

• 1:08:51Patrick Bet-David?

Where are you going with that? Doesn't match, I didn't like.

• 1:08:54Speaker 02

The shooting, the killing, he's not a shooter.

• 1:08:57Tom Ellsworth?

Sorry, it's not a pro hit.

• 1:08:59Speaker 02

Exactly, it's not a pro hit.

• 1:09:01Patrick Bet-David?

Did you see the other picture, the picture with the eyebrows, the fact that the eyebrows don't match? Have you seen that one, Rob? Luigi Manjoni, you tapping eyebrows, and everybody's talking about, not that, not that one, it's the other one, right there. Uh, no, there's one that's, uh, one that's a better one, that shows the eyebrows just don't match. You know, one eyebrow, the eyebrows were more divided in, in that picture, yeah, well, I don't know if it's that one or not. Anyways.

• 1:09:27Speaker 02

Can I ask you a question? Do you think, here's, like, is he gonna be able to talk, are we gonna hear him? Are we gonna be able to hear why and what? Is he gonna be on one of those interviews where we could sit with him? You really think so? I, I'm very intrigued to find out who's gonna talk to this guy, that's it right there. Like, he has some bushy, bushy eyebrows. That's before, that's when the shooting happened, and now all of a sudden, he's grown, um, he looks Middle Eastern from there, but I don't know. I don't, I don't see us talking to this guy.

• 1:09:57Patrick Bet-David?

  Adam, what do you think?

• 1:09:59Adam Sosnick?

This is a very disturbing situation because let's just start some facts and then some opinions that I want to give you some quick headlines. Allegedly, and we're going to use that word very lightly, this guy just murdered this guy in cold blood from behind, 6:00 in the morning, silencer, gun, boom, dead. So, my question is, why are so many people sympathetic to this guy? Specifically on the left, why do so many people on the left treat this guy as a hero? I'm in a group chat with a bunch of my buddies, they're like, "He did the right thing, they needed to do this." I said, "He needed to cold-blooded murder the CEO of this company?"

• 1:10:39Adam Sosnick?

Here's this guy, Brian Thompson, came from a middle-class family, worked his way up, became CEO of a massive company, we all understand what that... But then you read some of the headlines, and what I'm trying to do is unpack why people feel a certain way about this, right? So, the alleged killer has ill-will toward corporate America, we understand that, corporate profits, United Healthcare, double what the industry average of declination rates was. Joe Rogan had some things to say, he was speaking with Quentin Tarantino, he said the following: "Healthcare, healthcare industry, it's effing gross, it's a dirty, dirty business, the business of insurance is effing gross, especially healthcare insurance, it's effing gross."

• 1:11:24Adam Sosnick?

That's Joe Rogan. We saw what Burger King, I'm not sure if it was true or not true, what happened with that, I texted this, Rob, if they actually did this, they said Burger King, "We don't snitch." Almost mocking the fact that...

• 1:11:37Patrick Bet-David?

But wait a minute, I said, I didn't find it on their Twitter account.

• 1:11:40Adam Sosnick?

Okay, that's what I'm saying, I don't know if it was true or not true.

• 1:11:42Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I don't think they tweeted it.

• 1:11:44Adam Sosnick?

But the point is, people are making a joke of someone being murdered in cold blood.

• 1:11:48Patrick Bet-David?

Can you explain why you put that? Why did Burger King say we don't snitch?

• 1:11:51Adam Sosnick?

Because he was caught in McDonald's, and McDonald's basically called the cops. As they should.

• 1:11:56Patrick Bet-David?

And when they did, what ended up happening is Google, that McDonald's got so many negative reviews that Google had to pull the, is this the part Rob? Put this up real quick, 30 seconds, just put this up.

• 1:12:10Tom Ellsworth?

It's the McDonald's where he was spotted. It's called review bombing. Negative, even one star reviews have flooded the restaurant's Google and Yelp pages, forcing the two companies to remove the comments. Some of them had terms like rats and snitches.

• 1:12:26Adam Sosnick?

And even before Mangione was identified, legions of online. It's, I mean, it's disgusting to the point where people are just mocking murder. So in New York, New Yorkers celebrate the assassination of United Healthcare CEO with a lookalike contest. This is the winner right here. The winner, you know how much money the winner won from doing this? From, from doing a lookalike contest on the murder, you know how much money they won? A whopping, ready? $50. They held a controversial shooter lookalike contest in Washington State Park, mocking the assassination of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. So, there we go. And then you have the girl Taylor Lorenz, we talked about her, here's Morgan, saying, "I felt joy about this." Guys, this guy was murdered in cold blood.

• 1:13:09Patrick Bet-David?

What's the professor, Rob? Pull up the professor.

• 1:13:10Adam Sosnick?

Yeah, the professor. Here we go. Um, there's a professor of Columbia.

• 1:13:15Patrick Bet-David?

  This is her? Penn, Penn.

• 1:13:17Adam Sosnick?

  Oh, no, was it Penn?

• 1:13:18Patrick Bet-David?

  Play this clip, Rob.

• 1:13:19Tom Ellsworth?

So I can't play, she has music in the background, but this is the clip that.

• 1:13:23Speaker 02

I've never been prouder to be a professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

• 1:13:25Adam Sosnick?

  Okay, Penn, here it is.

• 1:13:26Speaker 02

  Blue hair.

• 1:13:27Adam Sosnick?

No, here it is, right here. Um, Julia Alexia via faced backlash after celebrating Luigi Mangione, celebrating him. She is a socialist and an anti fascist on TikTok, including where she wrote, "I have never been prouder to be a professor at the University of Pennsylvania, accompanied by the song, 'Do You Hear the People Sing?'" She reportedly called Mangione "the icon we all need and deserve."

• 1:13:55Speaker 02

What a disgusting, like unbelievable, like what the hell are you? Bro, yet again, the left is showing their freaking true colors, man. It's unbelievable.

• 1:14:04Adam Sosnick?

Then again, you know, my, my, um, but my interest is understanding. Why so many people are treating this guy like a hero.

• 1:14:12Patrick Bet-David?

  Well, which what people though?

• 1:14:13Adam Sosnick?

This isn't new. You saw what he wrote on the bullets was it was denied, defend, depose.

• 1:14:18Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay.

• 1:14:19Adam Sosnick?

The number one cause for bankruptcy in America are medical bills. There's something going on here and I'm not that I'm condoning this whatsoever.

• 1:14:26Patrick Bet-David?

  First of all.

• 1:14:26Adam Sosnick?

But it is helping create a conversation.

• 1:14:28Patrick Bet-David?

We've done so many episodes on hospitals ripping people off per night that they're staying there. Health insurance. I left the health insurance industry specifically because of how it was half the time. Like every single time you wanted to use something for the services. Well, you know, this is going to be this. Well, I don't know about this and well, I don't know about this. Well, I don't know about this. And then you watch John Q and John Q was a movie where it's like, dude, like this is a little out of control. And then you see the number of declines, like the reason why I liked life insurance. You know what life insurance does? Like the day you have a two-year in contestability clause, right?

• 1:15:03Adam Sosnick?

  The CNS period contestability.

• 1:15:04Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah. Which means guess what? If you, if I buy life insurance and I don't tell you have AIDS and you know, all of a sudden you die in six months. And it's like, oh, $2 million. What, what, what happened? You just only paid $600 a premium and I gotta pay $2 million? I'm going to investigate it in contestability clause. No, we're not doing this. You didn't disclose that to us. Boom. You use somebody else's blood when they tested you. This isn't you. We're not paying the $2 million. Insurance companies can do that for two years to protect them. Happens all the time. After two years, guess what? Hey, it is what it is. We have to pay the premium out. Life then PNC right now. The problem with auto insurance is auto insurance companies are not making money right now. So they're leaving states.

• 1:15:44Adam Sosnick?

  I remember.

• 1:15:45Patrick Bet-David?

Property and casualty companies are leaving states like Florida and they're leaving states like California. And they're leaving states where there's a lot of theft with cars being stolen, New York, some of the place. Like dude, it's just not profitable to be there, right? Health insurance, man, those guys are fricking, you know, on, on big pharma, what they do with a medicine that you can sell for five bucks. They sell it for $2,000 because they can. There's a lot of that going on and that's the part that you're hoping Bobby and some of these guys do something about. But at what cost? To celebrate killing a CEO?

• 1:16:14Adam Sosnick?

  That's, yeah, I don't play that.

• 1:16:15Patrick Bet-David?

No, no, you gotta be careful with that, Tom.

• 1:16:18Adam Sosnick?

There's a couple of things going on here. So let's just for one moment.

• 1:16:23Tom Ellsworth?

You know, step away from the fact that it was health insurance industry and all the gooey grime and disgust that we're talking about. Let's just look at the celebration over the killer. There is underlying a war going on in this country with socialist Marxists that literally want capitalist conservatives dead. I'll prove it to you. Do you remember the Boston bombing? The two brothers?

• 1:16:50Adam Sosnick?

  Yeah, of course.

• 1:16:51Tom Ellsworth?

  Tsarnaev, I think it was.

• 1:16:52Adam Sosnick?

Tsarnaev, he ended up on the cover of...

• 1:16:55Tom Ellsworth?

  Rolling Stone.

• 1:16:56Adam Sosnick?

  Yeah, Rolling Stone.

• 1:16:57Tom Ellsworth?

He's on the cover of Rolling Stone as the hot terrorist and being glamorized. Let's remember what happened there that a week prior...

• 1:17:06Adam Sosnick?

  2013.

• 1:17:07Tom Ellsworth?

He ran over his brother, killing him in the police chase. Do you remember that?

• 1:17:12Adam Sosnick?

  Yeah.

• 1:17:12Tom Ellsworth?

  He ran over his brother.

• 1:17:14Adam Sosnick?

  Yeah, of course.

• 1:17:14Tom Ellsworth?

Who, the two of them that had made the, um, the crock pot...

• 1:17:17Adam Sosnick?

  Pressure cooker.

• 1:17:18Tom Ellsworth?

The pressure cooker, crock pot bombs with nails and, and everything in there designed to off like a grenade.

• 1:17:23Adam Sosnick?

10 years ago, 11 years ago, right, Tom?

• 1:17:24Tom Ellsworth?

Uh, more than that, isn't it?

• 1:17:26Adam Sosnick?

I want to say it was 2013?

• 1:17:28Tom Ellsworth?

  2013.

• 1:17:29Adam Sosnick?

  Yeah, okay, there it was.

• 1:17:30Tom Ellsworth?

So, remember the romantic moment they had with him? It's the same, forget about healthcare just for a second. It's the same romantic response from certain members of the left socialist Marxists that like it when they think, they think of these guys as freedom fighters. They think of these guys as soldiers in their cause. Don't mistake that. That's why they're like, "I've never been proud of, oh, this guy." And so, I don't know what, what 50 Cent is saying and what he's meaning or what he's not meaning, but there's a lot of voices go out there that, "Oh, this is Joy from a reporter who's clearly a socialist Marxist." She absolutely is. She hates capitalism, she hates Trump, she hates all that it stands for. She's there.

• 1:18:15Tom Ellsworth?

There is a romantic love when one of their guys breaks through, because it's simple. They think he's a soldier.

• 1:18:22Adam Sosnick?

Yeah, I think it's such a great point, because the Boston bomber, how they romanticize this guy, put him on the cover. There's a direct line from this guy, an actual terrorist who killed Americans in the Boston bombing, rroop, right to the Gays for Gaza Brigade. Basically celebrating Hamas terrorists killing innocent people. There's something going on there with the.

• 1:18:41Speaker 02

What about the member of the night?

• 1:18:43Tom Ellsworth?

You're right, Adam. They think they, the left Marxist thinks they're soldiers. I've never been more proud to be at University of Penn because we helped educate. And this guy is a soldier in the cause. And look at the people that are showing up.

• 1:18:55Speaker 02

Yeah. Remember, remember the night stalker, serial killer and rapist in California? You remember this guy, Richard Ramirez? Bro, he got married, girls were coming and like I'm, they, they were, had a crush on this guy.

• 1:19:06Patrick Bet-David?

It just happened recently with Wade Philip, what was the guy's name? Wade, not Wade Phillips. Wade Wilson. Wade Wilson. No, Wade Wilson, this guy.

• 1:19:14Adam Sosnick?

  Who's this guy?

• 1:19:14Patrick Bet-David?

Who girls were crazy about for this guy.

• 1:19:17Speaker 02

It's like, oh, he rapes and kills women and they're like, I like, he got married.

• 1:19:21Patrick Bet-David?

  Well, listen, totally understand that.

• 1:19:23Adam Sosnick?

Like the professor thing. You know, Neil deGrasse Tyson, I'm not bringing him into this, but when you're, when you've built nothing and you're just, all you do, those that can't do, teach. And you're just in school and you're getting educated and you're in these Marxist universities. You've never built a company, you have no employees. All you want to do is take.

• 1:19:42Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, let's go to the next story. Let's go to the next story. All right. So next story I want to go to is, uh, uh, the acquittal of Daniel Penny. That just happened. Phil Mickelson, while this is happening, um, I mean, Phil Mickelson, some call him one of the greatest golfers of all time. Goes on Twitter and says the following, random thoughts. Mike Tirico, Chris Collinsworth, our great in the booth. Day of the Jackal is an incredible show. If a deranged individual threatens to kill you, let's hope there's a Daniel Penny around. Phil Mickelson, good for him for saying that. Then on CNN, the great Scott Jennings goes off again.

• 1:20:27Patrick Bet-David?

And watch what happens when he says this, just be ready for it. They're going to lose their mind in three seconds. Go ahead.

• 1:20:34Speaker 02

And left tonight. Here's my chart. The good guys today, Daniel Penny. The bad guys, Luigi Mangione. It seems to me.

• 1:20:42Speaker 05

  How do you?

• 1:20:43Speaker 02

  Everybody on the left.

• 1:20:44Speaker 05

  What's the chart for victims?

• 1:20:45Speaker 02

I'm just, I'm just telling you what I see out in the world today.

• 1:20:48Speaker 05

I know, I know. I just want you to finish the chart.

• 1:20:50Speaker 02

  What I, what I.

• 1:20:50Speaker 05

Which victim is good and which victim is bad.

• 1:20:53Speaker 02

  What I'm telling you is.

• 1:20:54Speaker 05

That's not on the second page?

• 1:20:55Speaker 02

People on the left. People on the left can't seem, can't seem to tell the difference between the good guys and the bad guys.

• 1:21:02Speaker 05

I'm not actually asking you about people on the left. I want to know whether you think that as Congressman Crane does, that Daniel Penny should get the Congressional Gold Medal to recognize his heroism. I'm not asking you about anyone.

• 1:21:14Speaker 02

I think he ought to get medal. I think they ought to build a statue of this guy in New York City.

• 1:21:17Patrick Bet-David?

  Good, good.

• 1:21:19Speaker 02

I'm gonna say it. I'm gonna say the dreaded R word.

• 1:21:21Patrick Bet-David?

  Here we go.

• 1:21:22Speaker 02

  Race plays a role in.

• 1:21:23Patrick Bet-David?

  Race, here we go.

• 1:21:24Speaker 02

And so we see it. Yes, absolutely, because the statistics say that.

• 1:21:28Patrick Bet-David?

No, no, you need it to be about race, Tom. Hang on, hang on, back up. You have to hear what he says here. Back up. You have to hear what he says here. Very important. Go ahead, Rob.

• 1:21:35Speaker 02

... in this, right? And so we see it. Yes, absolutely, because statistics say that. Wasn't there a similar case in New York City the same time this was going on? That when people kill people who are white, they tend to get harsher sentences, especially if they're people of color. What about the Jordan Williams case? That is what happens in our criminal justice system. No, I'm not gonna stop because race absolutely plays a role in this. I said, what about the Jordan Williams case here in New York? Same situation. African American gets on a subway, ends up killing a guy. Grand jury tosses it out at the exact same time as the Penny case.

• 1:22:07Speaker 05

  That's it.

• 1:22:09Patrick Bet-David?

  This guy's single-handedly.

• 1:22:11Speaker 02

Everything is about, I love, no, no.

• 1:22:13Patrick Bet-David?

Just handling CNN. And they're paying him to do it.

• 1:22:15Speaker 02

I sent this to Rob. Pat, can I, can we show that, Rob? When's the last time you were on a New York City train? What, this is the type of stuff that people on the train have to deal with every single day? And this is just a regular one. He doesn't have a knife. He doesn't have a gun. But you're sitting on the train trying to go to work. Look at this guy, Tom. Look, look. He's just, look, look, look.

• 1:22:39Speaker 02

Crazy people on the train. Nobody's doing anything. Yeah. Look, and he probably, this goes on. You can stop the crap. Hey, this happens all the time. There's a, there's another one I saw where there was shooting outside. People are on the bottom of the train. One guy's laying sideways, urinating all over the place. Okay? This guy stepped up. The fact that that guy goes, I hate to use the R word and bring in race. You don't hate it. You love it because it's all you have to go on.

• 1:23:04Tom Ellsworth?

That's exactly right. The fact that the victim, unfortunately, this, this, this guy that was deranged and it was threatening people, was African-American, reminds me of the T-shirt in Almost Famous. You need that T-shirt. That T-shirt you love. It allows you to say everything you want to say. So in this case, the fact that the assailant that was neutralized and perished, let's remember, he wasn't attacked. He was neutralized, restrained, and he perished after, because citizens took actions, including an African-American citizen that was helping Penny hold them down when he was still waving his arms and struggling. Right?

• 1:23:49Tom Ellsworth?

Why was he struggling? Because he wanted to get up and hurt people. And so now you go on CNN and you sit here and you say, race played a part. Yeah, the part it plays is it gives you something to talk about. It gives you something. The United States is not a perfect country yet. We've still got growth and things we have to do. But you know what? When you sit there and you refuse to look at the facts of what's happened and you use, so you refuse the facts and you use things to make your point and to bend it the other way, you are disingenuous, you are wrong-headed, and you are the racist that's inciting the violence going in the other direction.

• 1:24:32Tom Ellsworth?

  I'm looking at you, MSNBC.

• 1:24:35Patrick Bet-David?

Tom, Adam. Yeah, there's. Shoot, Tom's pissed. This is all sort of downstream from one thing, which is critical race theory, which needs.

• 1:24:43Tom Ellsworth?

A victim mentality in order to basically exist.

• 1:24:48Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:24:48Tom Ellsworth?

It's the whole oppressed versus the oppressor mentality. It's the hero versus the victim. We've seen this, but it's, it's interesting. All these buzzwords that get thrown out there. You know, the people on the right, what I've come to realize, use the buzzwords like common sense, accountability, efficiency, merit. This is what, these are the words they use. The people on the, on the left use words like diversity, equity, inclusion. It's not fair. It's racist. It's sexist. They're constantly making excuses for the reasons that they're right and the other side is wrong. We see what's going on here. And look, Trump was just elected because he was the least crazy person in the race. All right.

• 1:25:33Tom Ellsworth?

So the left is eating themselves and you have this guy Scott Jennings out here just basically bing, ding, bing, dismantling CNN and they're paying him to do it. It's incredible. So what was the whole situation when he said, excuse me ma'am? What was that whole conversation?

• 1:25:50Patrick Bet-David?

  Oh yeah, with Julie, whatever.

• 1:25:51Tom Ellsworth?

  Don't call me, um.

• 1:25:52Patrick Bet-David?

  Dear.

• 1:25:53Tom Ellsworth?

Don't call me dear. You called me dear. Like guys, you're freaking out because some guy called you dear. It's just so interesting to me there. It's just victim culture.

• 1:26:03Tom Ellsworth?

Because I thought dear was more polite than crazy bitch. Sorry. Sue me.

• 1:26:07Patrick Bet-David?

  How's your dear girlfriend doing?

• 1:26:09Tom Ellsworth?

My dear girlfriend's doing okay, PBD. Thank you about that. But what it is, is it's upside, up is down, left is right, hell is heaven. And it's the home invader who's basically suing the guy who owns the home because you shot me because I entered your house illegally. He's like, ah, you were mean to me when I tried to rape and kill your family out here, grape, and now I'm suing you. It's so backwards and this is why common sense needs to be brought back to America.

• 1:26:39Patrick Bet-David?

All right, let's go to the next one. So folks, with the last few weeks left until inauguration, Joe Biden decides to give Iran $10 billion in sanctions relief days after Trump won election. And at the same time, the US Treasury turns frozen Russian assets into $20 billion loan for who? Ukraine. Rob, if you can play the clip of KJP talking about the, the money they're giving out. Watch this clip here, folks. Go ahead.

• 1:27:09Speaker 05

Following the G7's June agreement and the president's October commitment, the United States has dispersed $20 billion to a new World Bank fund that will provide economic support for Ukraine. The US and G7 loans will be paid back by the interest earned from Russia's immobilized sovereign assets, increasingly putting the cost of the war on Russia, not on US taxpayers. Bullshit. After Russia's brutal invasion of Ukraine, the G7 made a commitment that Russian sovereign assets in our jurisdictions will remain immobilized until Russia ends its aggression and pays for the damages it has caused Ukraine.

• 1:27:52Speaker 05

The United States and G7 are now making good on that commitment. Together, we will leverage income earned from frozen Russian sovereign assets to provide a total of $50 billion of extraordinary revenue acceleration, ERA loans, to Ukraine. This will lend vital support to the people of Ukraine as they defend their country, and it also makes clear aggressors and tyrants will be responsible for the damage they cause.

What about the drones in Jersey, you dumb idiot? Like, like, $50 billion. Tom, I'm gonna have a heart attack.

• 1:29:18Tom Ellsworth?

Yep, and I'm gonna, I'm gonna help you.

• 1:29:20Speaker 02

  Have it?

• 1:29:21Tom Ellsworth?

Watch this. Okay, Rob, can you find us the chart for?

• 1:29:26Speaker 02

  Oh, my God.

• 1:29:27Tom Ellsworth?

  S I A D, which is the S and P 500 Aerospace and Defense Index ETF. Yep, it's a, it's ETF. Yeah, S I A D, or maybe dollar sign S I A D. Dollar sign S I A D ETF chart. Yep.

• 1:29:46Speaker 02

  Oh.

• 1:29:47Tom Ellsworth?

Yep, there you go. What you can look at is over, and if that's, that's like the day, you need to find it for like the year, but you'll notice these little spikes. And these little spikes happen right after we give money to Ukraine. You want to know why? Because the investors in this know exactly what's going on, and part of that money makes a U-turn back to Boeing, General Dynamics, Honeywell, and people make shit that blows up.

• 1:30:13Speaker 02

  Wow.

• 1:30:14Tom Ellsworth?

And it comes, makes a U-turn, and that's what's going on. And when you go take S I A D. There you go. And it's an ETF, and it's an ETF that tracks the, these stocks. And so every time we give money to Ukraine, you can watch it make a little pop up. It's Nancy Pelosi on steroids, ladies and gentlemen. And so who is unfreezing them? Lobbyists. This isn't Biden. Biden is drooling in the back somewhere, wondering what's in the eggnog. That's where Biden is. This is the shadow government that's been doing this for a while, finding more money. Hey, what if we unfreeze the Russian assets and just point them over here? And then the defense, the defense lobbyists, oh, man, that's brilliant.

• 1:30:59Tom Ellsworth?

Do that. It's simple. I think that's all that's happening right now. I think that's all that's been happening.

• 1:31:04Speaker 02

So, Tom, somebody that, like, obviously that's not that smart to just sit there and grab their phone and do that. We know Ukraine is, has been corrupt for, forever. Okay? So, the fact that we're, they're giving all this money, they're giving all this- Money Tom, so you're saying, let's, because we've given them so far.

• 1:31:20Tom Ellsworth?

And now they're corrupt in Bentleys.

• 1:31:22Speaker 02

Yeah, exactly. We've given them almost 200 billion of your dollars, my dollars. So we give them this money, then they have to hire American companies to protect the bombs, the planes, everything. So the people that are sending it and approving it.

• 1:31:36Tom Ellsworth?

Where do they get their war toys? They're not buying nukes, they're not buying heavy stuff, but where do they get their basic war toys?

• 1:31:41Speaker 02

  From us.

• 1:31:41Tom Ellsworth?

  Right.

• 1:31:42Speaker 02

Wow, so it's just a money laundering scheme, a big ass money laundering scheme.

• 1:31:46Tom Ellsworth?

  I, I, I, I believe that. I believe that.

• 1:31:50Patrick Bet-David?

When they're going and meeting with Trump at all these meetings. And Trump's shaking Macron's hand and almost breaks his shoulders.

• 1:32:00Patrick Bet-David?

He looks like he's breaking his shoulder. There's one part where Macron says, hey, can you hug Zelensky's hand? I don't know if you saw that clip or not. And then he comes back. Have you seen that clip?

• 1:32:09Speaker 02

  No, but.

• 1:32:10Patrick Bet-David?

You have to see Macron's handshake. Who shakes hands like this?

• 1:32:14Speaker 02

Oh, boom, get it up there. Get it up there DJT. He's never shake, he loves.

• 1:32:20Tom Ellsworth?

  He's grimacing.

• 1:32:21Speaker 02

  Macron's like, I love.

• 1:32:22Patrick Bet-David?

There's another one, Rob. The hand, this guy's famous for his handshakes and what he does. Go back a little bit.

• 1:32:26Tom Ellsworth?

When he gets out of the car.

• 1:32:27Patrick Bet-David?

Type in Macron and Zelensky. Just type in, no, no, right there. Just add Trump, Macron, Zelensky handshake. Let's see if they have it. It's hilarious, right? That's the middle one right there. He's like, hey, you mind shaking Zelensky's hand?

• 1:32:40Speaker 02

Yeah, I'll rip his arm off. Hey, come over here. Boom, yeah. I love the tap. The tap with the left. Like he hits you twice. He almost ripped your arm off and then he slapped your head.

• 1:32:49Patrick Bet-David?

What's Trump telling him? He's saying, hey.

• 1:32:51Speaker 02

  Hey, come here.

• 1:32:51Patrick Bet-David?

  Just so you know.

• 1:32:52Speaker 02

  The money's done.

• 1:32:53Patrick Bet-David?

  It's done.

• 1:32:54Speaker 02

  It's over, bro.

• 1:32:54Patrick Bet-David?

Get as much as you can. Cause when I'm here, you better get your act together and go start dancing again.

• 1:32:59Speaker 02

Yeah, and go put on a suit, little jerk.

• 1:33:00Patrick Bet-David?

Start dancing again. Anyways, the greatest fundraiser of all time. You gotta give him some kind of credit on what he's done. Adam.

• 1:33:06Adam Sosnick?

  Look, um.

• 1:33:10Adam Sosnick?

You did an amazing episode about the history of income taxes or how to eliminate income taxes. I encourage you guys all out there to watch this. It's actually pretty, uh, eye popping and mind blowing how basically this works. Back to 1776, 100% of our, 99. something percent of our federal revenue came from tariffs. It's, it's an amazing explanation of how we can all basically pay 0% in income taxes, how it could be done. You know, um, Doge, the Department of Government Efficiency is gonna basically come. And hopefully cut the fat, clean house and make our government more efficient. And hopefully we can all pay a lot less in taxes.

• 1:33:51Adam Sosnick?

But what it was 1894 Supreme Court ruled that income taxes were unconstitutional. 1913, they came out with the Revenue Act. That's what it was right there.

• 1:34:00Patrick Bet-David?

  Federal Reserve.

• 1:34:02Adam Sosnick?

  Okay.

• 1:34:02Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:34:03Adam Sosnick?

So the US government, I want to say this year brought in about 4.7 trillion dollars income in taxes. But we spent what 6 trillion over 6 trillion. So we're in the black, we're in the negative, we're not balancing the budget. The last time we balanced the budget was Clinton, I believe, in his second term in the late 90s. Regardless, tariffs are a thing. The reason I bring that up is when you look at what we're spending our money on, right? Our biggest expenses are in the trillions. That's social security, healthcare. What is it 1.6, 1.4, just massive, massive amounts. But when you go line by line, I want to say our defense budget is just slightly below a trillion, about 800, 900 billion.

• 1:34:48Adam Sosnick?

Is that what it is PBD? Defense, that's money that we're spending on defense. I want to say the money that we're paying just into payoff our debt alone is what a trillion bucks PBD? Okay, so when people are saying we're spending all this money in Ukraine, we're giving this money to Israel, Taiwan, 1%. 1% of foreign aid. So do I want to see this money going all across the world? No, I would like to see it used at home. But let's not pretend that that is the biggest expenditure that we have in our, in our balance sheet. This is pennies on the dollar to protect quote unquote our allies. Now, do I want to see more money flow, flow and flow Ukraine?

• 1:35:32Adam Sosnick?

I would like to see this war end for sure. But I will say with the fall of Syria, it sort of made us at least take a pause and say, maybe, maybe this is a return on investment that is worth the price. Why? Because let's say Iran falls next. Let's just say, let's say they fall next. Is that worth the price of 100 billion dollars? I would say yes. So is this money have a return on investment? It might be so because if Syria, if Iran had money to basically give money to the Assad regime.

• 1:36:07Patrick Bet-David?

Bashar al-Assad would still be in power. If Putin wasn't fighting this war in Ukraine, he was their biggest backer, I want to say, in Syria. They would have basically bailed out Syria. So, all I want to do is acknowledge the fact that maybe, just maybe, the fact that we are funding Ukraine, as well as the EU, and funding our allies, that our actual biggest enemies, Russia, Iran, possibly North Korea, might end up falling in the line.

• 1:36:34Speaker 02

I absolutely disagree 1,000% with any money going to, especially Ukraine. Russia is not our enemy. Russia is not threatening us. We're the ones that are pushing this dude to F with us. I 1,000% disagree, not $1.

• 1:36:47Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, but you're gonna have to give me math, not just emotions. Just give me math, not emotions.

• 1:36:53Speaker 02

Look how calm I am right now. If you think, for right now, that $200 billion to a losing war, because they're funding this money, and we still have people in the United States, homeless and dying in North Carolina.

• 1:37:07Patrick Bet-David?

  Everyone uses the homeless thing.

• 1:37:08Speaker 02

What do you mean they're homeless? There are, and veterans.

• 1:37:10Patrick Bet-David?

You know what you can do to fix homelessness? You know what you do? Nothing. Losers are gonna be losers. I'm sorry if...

• 1:37:16Speaker 02

  Adam, what?

• 1:37:17Patrick Bet-David?

If you have a drug prop...

• 1:37:19Speaker 02

You think every homeless person is a loser?

• 1:37:20Patrick Bet-David?

How does someone end up homeless? So you just want to fund the homeless? That's what you want to do? As if they're gonna just...

• 1:37:25Speaker 02

  No, no, Adam.

• 1:37:26Patrick Bet-David?

Because you give them a home, they're just gonna stop doing drugs? And just take care of themselves?

• 1:37:29Speaker 02

  You're talking about the best...

• 1:37:30Patrick Bet-David?

You're gonna have to do better than that.

• 1:37:31Speaker 02

Did you even listen to what I said?

• 1:37:32Patrick Bet-David?

  I'm just saying.

• 1:37:32Speaker 02

I said people in North Carolina that were affected by a freaking hurricane that did have money, because we're giving money to illegals in Ukraine.

• 1:37:39Patrick Bet-David?

  That's part of the CBL.

• 1:37:40Speaker 02

  No, timeout.

• 1:37:41Patrick Bet-David?

  1% of our budget.

• 1:37:42Speaker 02

  I want... Hold on.

• 1:37:43Patrick Bet-David?

  Focus on the 99%.

• 1:37:44Speaker 02

I don't want, Adam, zero money going to any country until everything here is fixed. I'm talking about everything.

• 1:37:52Patrick Bet-David?

Vinny, I love you, you're living a pipe dream.

• 1:37:53Speaker 02

No, I'm not. No, I'm not, because you keep giving the money away.

• 1:37:56Patrick Bet-David?

  Every year, we do this.

• 1:37:57Speaker 02

No, but guess what? Then something needs to stop.

• 1:37:59Patrick Bet-David?

If you want to solve the problems in America, start with the trillions that we're spending on healthcare, the trillion that we're spending on defense, the trillions that we're spending on social security. That's like saying, "Adam, I'm broke." And me being like, "Hey, Vinny, cancel your Netflix subscription." No, buddy. Stop spending $3 in rent, and move into a $1,200...

• 1:38:20Adam Sosnick?

...apartment, that's gonna move the needle, not the 9.99 uh expense that you're spending on your your reoccurring monthly expenditures.

• 1:38:27Tom Ellsworth?

But I think there's two sides here. I think there's really two sides here between the two of you.

• 1:38:31Adam Sosnick?

  Not the little Netflix.

• 1:38:32Tom Ellsworth?

I I'm not supposed to interrupt anymore, but I'm gonna push in a little bit here. And I hear what Vinnie's saying, we have an urgent incremental problem with all of these people that are still trying to recover from the hurricane in North Carolina. In the middle of that urgent incremental problem, why do we have urgent incremental money going to Ukraine in a war? But you are right, if you step back to the US budget, he's right, Vinnie, you step back to it and you look at it as an annual budget thing, the unfunded, committed, you know, future promises in Medicare and Social Security is a freaking Mount Everest compared to some of the stuff.

• 1:39:13Adam Sosnick?

  That's what I'm saying.

• 1:39:14Tom Ellsworth?

That's what he's saying, but you're you're right, I'm I'm gonna side with Vinnie on this, when I see an incremental issue with Americans at home that still haven't been able to get full relief from the hurricane, why can't the government be putting the incremental dollars there than sending it across the ocean to a war? That's what you're saying.

• 1:39:31Adam Sosnick?

  Can I ask you?

• 1:39:32Tom Ellsworth?

And you're getting emotional about it because you see the hardship on the people, and I'm with you.

• 1:39:35Adam Sosnick?

Yep, I feel you. Rob, I don't know if you could pull up the YouTube link, everyone should watch this thing, but you did this episode, it came out, what, Monday, Tuesday?

• 1:39:41Patrick Bet-David?

Uh, about? Tom's got Vinnie's back. Did you catch that? Tom's trying to say, I got you, Vinnie.

• 1:39:47Adam Sosnick?

Do me a favor, one of the editors, I want you to just make a a video of all the times they said, you know what, Adam was right, Adam was right, Adam was right, Adam was right. Thank you, cuz you say it from time to time, you say it from time to time, just saying, I'm just saying, but this video right here, the history of income tax.

• 1:40:00Speaker 02

No, this is, I saw this last night.

• 1:40:02Adam Sosnick?

  It's great, it's fantastic.

• 1:40:03Speaker 02

  Yeah, this was.

• 1:40:04Adam Sosnick?

What was your biggest takeaways from doing this?

• 1:40:06Patrick Bet-David?

  From what, from that?

• 1:40:07Adam Sosnick?

Yeah, just saying, how we're gonna.

• 1:40:08Patrick Bet-David?

Can I make a comment on the Russia-Ukraine thing real quick? So the the part about the Russia-Ukraine thing, that's kinda technical when you go through the the history, where Putin wants to join NATO.

• 1:40:19Adam Sosnick?

Which makes no sense to me.

• 1:40:21Patrick Bet-David?

No, no, he goes to Clinton, says, I wanna join NATO. Clinton calls back eight minutes later, he says, not right now.

• 1:40:27Adam Sosnick?

  NATO exists because of Russia.

• 1:40:30Patrick Bet-David?

No shit, Sherlock, but what I'm saying is Putin's asking to join to say and give a message to the world, I also don't want war. That's what Putin's saying to Clinton. Then why, who does Clinton call? To call back and says not right now, why? Is it because if all of a sudden we seen that everything is under control and good? Then they can't be expanding west? They can't be expanding more east, is that what it is? Why, when he wanted to kind of figure things out, how come they were doing that? By the way, here's the other part that they did, which I kind of love. Putin's move here was phenomenal, and I hope we do it in America. When all the protesting was taking place in Ukraine and Russia, you know what he blamed?

• 1:41:13Patrick Bet-David?

He blamed the protest, particularly from the US, accusing Western-funded NGOs. Non-government. Of inciting unrest, which by the way, you know what he did in 2012? A law passed in 2012 in Russia, requiring NGOs receiving foreign funding to register as foreign agents. Would we not love that in America, by the way? If you're getting NGO money from somebody else, if Soros is doing what he's doing, hey man, I just want to let you know, I'm XYZ. And then afterwards, when that's taking place, he wants to find a way to make things happen. Hey, let's make this work, no, we're gonna get closer, no, we're gonna go east. Of course the guy's gonna be pissed off, so. In regards to the other stuff with the taxes, you were talking, we already talked about that.

• 1:41:57Patrick Bet-David?

Uh, on the fact that, you know, the income taxes being unconstitutional since 1894, 1913 becomes income taxes. Then Federal Reserve, then we're okay with people taking money out of our pockets. I just, I'm excited to see what happens if we decide to cut a lot of our expenses. But anyways, let's go to the next story here. Uh, next story I want to go to is, Rob, if you want to pull up Joy Reid, and then we got Caitlin Clark, and then we should wrap up. Joy Reid from MSNBC says conservatism itself justifies violence. Matter of fact, I think she can do a better job saying it than I just said it. Go ahead, Rob. Joyless.

• 1:42:34Speaker 07

We should not be surprised in this country that just re-elected the president. And I mean, the reality is, you know, if you go back to the Trayvon Martin case, you go back before that. You can go back to the justification for lynching conservatives, whether the conservative is wearing the D uniform or the R uniform. Conservatism itself has justified violence, January 6th, burning down Tulsa and Wilmington, overthrowing the government there. If it's violence for the purposes they want, they're cool with it. If the victim is somebody that I don't like, or the victim is someone who they feel deserves it, then a lot of times people are willing to justify violence. It's an unfortunate thing, it's a very American thing, right? I mean, we worship vigilante violence, we worship action heroes.

• 1:43:12Tom Ellsworth?

We worship Charles Bronson and all these people who take it into their own hands. Al Capone. Al Capone, you know criminals and everything else like that. I think the sad part about this frankly is that I am not going to pretend that in a country that's been started and operated off of violence, that violence doesn't sometimes solve things.

• 1:43:28Tom Ellsworth?

I mean, can we just play some videos from the Black Lives Matter protests?

• 1:43:32Speaker 02

  Are you joking?

• 1:43:33Tom Ellsworth?

Can we play the, can we play from what happened in Chicago?

• 1:43:35Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:43:35Tom Ellsworth?

  In Chaz and Portland?

• 1:43:37Speaker 02

But you know, but you know.

• 1:43:38Tom Ellsworth?

Just play some of those videos, please.

• 1:43:39Speaker 02

  You know, drives me crazy.

• 1:43:40Tom Ellsworth?

Let's talk about that, Joy Reid.

• 1:43:41Speaker 02

People like that, people like that, it's only, it's only, I don't wish it, but like, she's not riding the train. She's not sitting there with a crazy guy saying, "I'm going to kill somebody and I want to go to jail." And dealing with that person, it's these people, it's the Robert De Niro's that are in their high-rise, Upper East Side buildings that are like, "Oh, no, I don't see it. Who was the Jane Fonda sitting in front of Bill Maher, smoking a cigar and drinking his freaking alcohol?" They're like, "I don't, I don't see it. Yeah, Jane, because you're sitting in a mansion protected with security and you're not with the people. We're the ones on the ground. We're the ones going." And I, I really wish that somebody like that is put in a situation where they're going

• 1:44:24Speaker 02

to need help, but there's no cops, where there's nobody, and a white guy is going to save her ass, or save a family member, and save something, or the white guy goes, "Hey, listen, Joyless Reid, I kind of want to help, but I'm white and the guy's black. I have to leave you here." I wish that happened.

• 1:44:39Tom Ellsworth?

Continue your rant, but let me, let me say.

• 1:44:41Speaker 02

  Oh, I'm done.

• 1:44:41Tom Ellsworth?

The people of Minneapolis and Portland, two years later, said they wanted their cops back. Yeah, I remember that. Defund the police and they're like, "No, we want you back." No, how about refund the police? Yeah, exactly. It's, you know what, you've got it. Conservatism justifies violence. This is really, they are living in the coping and in the angst and in the anger and then the frustration and, and just the, the emotional, you know, Trump derangement system stress of post-election reality because they, they hate that it happened. They hate it. I will say what I've said before. It says, "Look, I, as a conservative, I just think they're wrong. I don't want anything bad to happen to Joy Reid. I wish that something good could happen."

• 1:45:22Tom Ellsworth?

That we could actually talk. I just think she's wrong. She thinks I'm evil and that it is justified to use violence to shut me down. That is the reality. That is what's going on. Conservatism justifies violence. If you go the other way and you could say, "Well, liberalism is stealing with me through taxes," and you start going down those rabbit holes, it's bad. You end up in a place where people say, "Let's take up arms against our oppressor because they're stealing with us in tax." No, we have to come to moderated viewpoints in a civil society and move people's minds to a new level of understanding. And

• 1:46:04Tom Ellsworth?

what they say is you're evil and you should die. That's what Joy Reid is saying. That's what MSNBC has allowed her to say. If it was going the other way, that person would be off the air in five minutes. And that's their point. Me, I don't hate Rachel Maddow. I think she's wrong. I don't hate Joy Reid. I think she's wrong. I-

• 1:46:24Patrick Bet-David?

I actually like her hair, dude.

• 1:46:26Tom Ellsworth?

Her hair is getting less Trump-ish. There's a lot of people. Well, she lives very economically. Doesn't spend a lot on hair. So, the thing, and you know what? There's people that are on CNN. I think they're wrong and they annoy me. Do they annoy me? Yeah. Do they frustrate me? Yeah. But I don't want them dead. I don't want something bad to happen to them. I want them to come to understand why I understand what I understand. But they yell, they name-call. They started cancel culture, not us, not the conservatives.

• 1:47:24Speaker 02

But here's the thing. This stock out. But you would think MSNBC would get the like, why, why aren't they, they're losing money. They're, they're getting pay cuts. Rachel Maddow went from 25 million to what 20, which I cannot, that, that should just prove to people.

• 1:47:40Tom Ellsworth?

And it may not be over, by the way, that negotiation may not stop at 20.

• 1:47:43Speaker 02

Oh, yeah, it might be a little, but, but think about what that says. She gets paid, she was getting paid 25 million dollars. That's how important their BS propaganda of hate and divisiveness, that's, that's, that's how much they have to pay her. But you would think MSNBC would get the picture. You're a businessman, so are you. Wouldn't you guys at this point change the tune? We're losing money, we're losing viewers. Enough is enough. They, they just can't help us. You know who she is? You know what MSNBC is? You know those violin guys on the, on the Titanic? The ship is going down, but like, no, no, we're gonna just keep on playing the music. They have to change.

• 1:48:19Tom Ellsworth?

Vinny, the, the adults that own the company have changed their tune.

• 1:48:22Speaker 02

  She's not.

• 1:48:23Tom Ellsworth?

No, no, no, no, no, they're cutting the salaries. Those people are not attracting new viewers and they're for sale. So the owners have said, you know what? This isn't working. We're cutting everybody's salary and they're for sale.

• 1:48:35Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I'll just go real quick. Again, it's the same thing I said before, it's just victim mentality. It's so hard to look in the mirror and just be like, we gotta do better. It's just so easy to be like, it's them, it's them, it's them. The, the, the, the reality is one side are creators and builders and provide supply. The other side are takers, destroyers, and they just make demands. And I truly, and here's my point, there's no fixing Joy Reid. But what can be fixed are the people that watch Joy Reid and be like, time for me to turn the, the channel, time for me to realize, wow, I've been watching this day in and day out, night in, night out for five years, 10 years, 20 years.

• 1:49:15Adam Sosnick?

Let me go flip to the channel and watch something different as to why America voted for this sexist racist Hitler. Basically identify what the other side want and your side lost and you'll find the answer.

• 1:49:29Patrick Bet-David?

Well, let me read this next story here to you. Katelyn Clark is named time athlete of the year. 22 years old. She had a record break in season with the Indiana Fever in the WNBA. She shattered six rookie records for points and assists, four franchise records and multiple all time NBA records, including the most assists in a single game 19. Reflecting on her impact, she stated, "I've been able to captivate so many people that have never watched women's sports and then turn them into fans." Before joining the WNBA, Clark became the highest scorer in college basketball history at Iowa, drawing a staggering 18.9 million viewers for March Madness finale and against

• 1:50:14Patrick Bet-David?

South Carolina. Second most watched women's sporting event in U.S. history times. Sean Gregory wrote, "Good luck naming another player who altered the trajectory of the entire sports scene within five months on the job." And Katelyn Clark responds with the following. Adam, I'm going to come to you first. She says, "Acknowledged her privilege as a white person in a league built on the contributions of black players." In her time interview, she stated, "I want to say I've earned every single thing, but as a white person, there is privilege. The more we can elevate black women, that's going to be a beautiful thing." She also credited black basketball icons like Lisa Leslie, Maya Moore for paving the

way for her success during an appearance on SNL. Despite her unprecedented accomplishments, including all the records that she had. So rookie season, criticism arose over her popularity. Golden State, North Carolina, suggested that her stardom reflects the great white hope syndrome. Okay, it's what they called her. And while the three time MVP, Aja Wilson claimed Clark's race was a huge contributor contributor to popularity. It doesn't matter what we all do as black women. We're still going to be swept underneath the rug. Tom, Adam, I'm gonna come to you first.

• 1:51:33Adam Sosnick?

Look, we had this conversation, I don't know, three months ago, six months ago during the WNBA season and I was like, yeah, I don't give a shit. It's, she's been catapulted to this amazing star. By the way, you know what, how many championships she won in college? Zero, she's 0 for 2, she didn't win. Is she a good player? Sure. The WNBA is a zombie company that loses money year in and year out. Actually, I have good news. They were projected to lose $50 million this year. But because of Katelyn Clark and all her great success, they only lost $40 million this year. Amazing, great job, Katelyn, thank you. So there it is, they lost $40 million.

• 1:52:16Adam Sosnick?

Name me a company that continually loses money, let's give her a trophy because we only lost $10 million less than we expected. It's an absolute joke, it's absolutely absurd. Will she be a great WNBA player? Sure, I don't give a shit. If I actually want to see her actually win her merit, put her in the NBA. Have her play against Steph Curry, have her play against LeBron, have her play against Kevin Durant, have her play against the greatest players in the world, then show me what she does. The WNBA is a zombie company that is subsidized by who?

• 1:52:49Patrick Bet-David?

  Lesbians.

• 1:52:50Adam Sosnick?

The NBA, yes, it is, I think 70% lesbian.

• 1:52:52Patrick Bet-David?

  Your thoughts?

• 1:52:53Adam Sosnick?

But that's all good. But by the way, let me just address the racist thing right now, because that's part of it.

• 1:52:58Patrick Bet-David?

  I just have to, Rob.

• 1:52:59Adam Sosnick?

Okay, the whole notion that she's just been given white privilege, really? Okay, tell that to the greatest black female athletes of all time. Tell that to Serena Williams, the greatest female. Tennis player of all time, tell that to Flojo or Jackie Joyner Kersey, the greatest track and field athletes all time, tell that to Lisa Leslie or Diana Taurasi, the WNBA players, greatest players of all time, tell that to the greatest gymnast of all time, Simone Biles, it's absolute ridiculous and she fell for it, she fell for the DEI LGBT thing rather than MEI, she deserved where she was at because she was a good player. But I have one suggestion for you, Kaitlyn, you're making, I think, I don't know what.

• 1:53:39Speaker 02

  Sponsors are ridiculous.

• 1:53:40Adam Sosnick?

She makes, I don't know, maybe 150 grand, 250 grand, she makes 24 million, 28 million from her Nike deal, go donate that to the rest of your homegirls out there. That, if you actually want to change the narrative, go donate all your money, Kaitlyn.

• 1:53:53Tom Ellsworth?

Yep. I'll take you one more, what does LeBron change salary this year?

• 1:53:57Adam Sosnick?

  I think it's about 50 million bucks.

• 1:53:59Tom Ellsworth?

Exactly. So think of the WNBA, they run the whole thing all year long and they end up with a $40 million loss, let's just call it what it is, a cost, for the cost of less than one LeBron James, they can run this massive diverse DEI program, the NBA can, called the WNBA, and that's the point, they're trying to elevate women's sports, they're trying to do it, and they see it as a marketing cost, Adam, it's a marketing cost, because net, net, you guys, we're gonna, we're gonna lose 40, 50 million bucks on this, you know what, guess what, you know, we, we'll keep trying, we'll keep doing it.

• 1:54:32Speaker 02

She just lost, like, let me explain something to you, I was never gonna watch a game, but if there was ever a chance that I was, it's all gone, because you know what, Kaitlyn, you didn't make it to the WNBA because of the color of your skin, you played because you worked your ass off, hours in the gym, you know, sweat, sacrifice and everything, not, not some imaginary head start that you got, okay, let's be honest with each other, if white, if this was a white privilege was a thing, every broke ass white person in middle America would be dunking on all of us, I think somebody, Adam, she didn't change it, somebody talked to her, they were, all, remember all the girls that were just all talking shit about her from the beginning, this was a tune change because that's how they rolled, that's the most, that WNBA is woke as shit, the NBA is woke as shit, and

• 1:55:14Speaker 02

they had to tell her, you better change your thing or we're not gonna get behind you 100% and she did, she bowed down and that's exactly what happened and I'll never, I, I would, I would have bought a jersey, done.

• 1:55:25Adam Sosnick?

What, you would actually, what, what jersey?

• 1:55:27Speaker 02

  Would you have bought?

• 1:55:28Patrick Bet-David?

  Clark.

• 1:55:29Speaker 02

  I would have.

• 1:55:29Patrick Bet-David?

  I would never.

• 1:55:30Speaker 02

So that's how, you know how I know you're gay, Vinny?

• 1:55:32Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:55:32Speaker 02

  That's how.

• 1:55:32Tom Ellsworth?

I think it's very clever and it's an evil plot on Katelyn Clark's.

• 1:55:36Patrick Bet-David?

  What?

• 1:55:37Tom Ellsworth?

I think she's trying to play nice and say some things, loosen up the defense and break her own records next year.

• 1:55:43Patrick Bet-David?

  Ooh.

• 1:55:43Speaker 02

  Yeah, that's right.

• 1:55:44Patrick Bet-David?

  Stop, that's so funny.

• 1:55:45Speaker 02

  Strategic.

• 1:55:46Patrick Bet-David?

  Tom tried to get like.

• 1:55:47Speaker 02

That guy won the World Series. And it's not gonna work.

• 1:55:49Patrick Bet-David?

Here's what I'll say, I, I just got a couple of thoughts and then we'll wrap up because uh, we got, we got certain things we gotta do. So, you know, I, I actually do wanna see WNBA succeed. You know, because there's nothing wrong with girls competing with girls. There's nothing wrong with that. I actually like it. I think it's great if uh, if that's, when you have four kids, they all have different dreams. All you care about as a parent is, hey, what's your dream, kid? Let me help you get to it, right? And I'd love if, if Brooklyn or, or Senna, they're like, hey daddy, I wanna be a basketball player. Let me, so you know, Saturday, Sunday, I would send her, she's shooting baskets and we go back and forth to record as she's made six shots in a row and

• 1:56:30Patrick Bet-David?

it's a cool little moment that we have together. I enjoy it. Does she like playing basketball? No. We just do it as a form of exercise that we have. I don't mind this winning. I actually wanna see WNBA do well. But what she just did is exactly why I haven't watched a minute of an NBA game this year. I'm done.

• 1:56:55Patrick Bet-David?

I'm unattracted. When, when NBA did the BLM thing and all this stuff in their NBA fields said BLM, BLM, BLM, and they were bitching about everything that's going on and DeSantis is a bad guy, yet you did your NBA playoffs in Orlando.

• 1:57:10Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:57:11Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, where it's the only state that would allow you to do it and then you wanna bitch about bad policies of Florida? You came to Florida.

• 1:57:17Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:57:18Patrick Bet-David?

I was done with the NBA. LeBron James destroyed a great game and a lot of people can say stuff about him. I'm, I'm just, I, I still put him as a second greatest. I was hoping Katelyn would stay and say, look, I respect everybody. I've earned to be here. I've worked very hard. But to go to the victimhood mentality place, so disappointing, so unattractive, that I couldn't even sit there and have my kids look up to her as a hero. That's the part. I, I, I wanna find a kid for my daughters to look up to. We don't agree with victimhood mentality.

• 1:57:53Patrick Bet-David?

When you put, because we're Middle Eastern. Can you imagine, it's like, oh, oh, we don't have white privilege. Their daddy is as Middle Eastern as it gets. We don't believe in that stuff. My dad was a cashier at a 99 cent store in Inglewood. The man never complained about hard work. He's 82 years old, about to turn 83. Good luck hearing this guy completely, you know, complain about his health and the pain and all this stuff that he has. We don't have any kind of privilege about white people have it over us. I've never felt it that way before. I've never felt it that way with, well, these, this community is this, that community is this, this community is this. What an unattractive acceptance speech. What an unattractive acceptance speech by a 22 year old that's been fed all this stuff.

• 1:58:38Patrick Bet-David?

Such a big turn off. I'm so disappointed. I was wanting to take my girls to a Indiana Fever game this year, courtside to watch her play. I'm done. I'm, I'm so upset and disappointed with this.

• 1:58:51Speaker 02

  You and me both.

• 1:58:52Patrick Bet-David?

Why can't you just not make a comment like that?

• 1:58:55Speaker 02

Yep. Just play the game, you're playing a game.

• 1:58:57Patrick Bet-David?

WNBA, would you like conservatives to watch the game?

• 1:59:00Speaker 02

  Of course they would.

• 1:59:00Patrick Bet-David?

Would you like capitalists to watch the game?

• 1:59:03Speaker 02

  Yep.

• 1:59:03Patrick Bet-David?

Would you like libertarians to watch the game? Would you like independents, would you like Republicans to watch the game? You don't want them to watch the game and you want to keep using them? No problem, go ahead, just have your liberal audience watching WNBA. Go ahead, do your thing. Not interested.

• 1:59:18Speaker 02

PBD, I'm happy that you finally came to the good side.

• 1:59:22Patrick Bet-David?

No, it's not, it's not the point. No, your, your point when you were saying, you and I, our debate was that the WNBA doesn't have a shot at being profitable. You know, when you say 50 million to 40 million to this? The biggest, for many years, Amazon was criticized because they weren't making profits. And everybody was like, listen, if you're not comfortable with this, don't buy our stock. Don't expect dividends for years. But if you're thinking long term, you're eventually gonna make a lot of money. He made people a lot of money. In an interview last week, he said something very interesting. The guy says, "How does it feel having a net worth of $2 billion, $200 billion?" He said, "Actually, don't look at it that way." He says, "How do you look at it?" He says, "Well, Amazon is worth roughly $2.4 trillion."

• 2:00:07Patrick Bet-David?

He says, "Yeah?" He says, "I look at it as, I've helped create $2.2 trillion of wealth for other people."

• 2:00:14Adam Sosnick?

  Nice.

• 2:00:14Patrick Bet-David?

That's the milestone I celebrate. So, I hope these guys figured out. I want businesses to do well. Every time a business goes out of business, I don't like it. But I cannot stand to the core when we hear these messages about victimhood. It's so unattractive. It's so annoying. And a parent like myself doesn't want to applaud someone like that. Right now, we had a meeting this week about, you know, "Hey, Pat, what's the next book you wanna write?" "Next book I wanna write the next, you know, two to four years. We're looking at what it is." It takes a lot of time every time we go through this. You know, it's either something to do with business, but a lot of people are asking about fatherhood. Here's the thing. If I write a book on fatherhood, first chapter, you know what it's gonna say? "Read this book at your own risk."

• 2:00:59Patrick Bet-David?

"Don't look at me as a great father." We'll know if I'm a good father or not in 40 years. But if you wanna apply, this is how I raise my kids. You wanna do it, great. You don't, I totally get it. But, ah, it's such an unattractive thing. It's just not attractive.

• 2:01:12Adam Sosnick?

10 seconds. Uh, listen to this, uh, audience at your own risk. The WNBA will never succeed. It's never gonna make money. It is a zombie organization. It does not have mass market appeal or provide value like Amazon and Jeff Bezos did. Uh, there's limited interest. Sports fans, 80% of sports fans are men. Zero interest in the WNBA. It's a lesbian league that they're trying to shove down our throats. We have no interest.

• 2:01:37Patrick Bet-David?

Adam, it's very hard to pull.

• 2:01:39Adam Sosnick?

  The proof's in the pudding.

• 2:01:40Patrick Bet-David?

No, it's not. No, no. No, no, wait a minute. Isolate concerns.

• 2:01:44Adam Sosnick?

It's all shit show. None of it is working.

• 2:01:48Patrick Bet-David?

You don't get 18.9 million viewers in a college championship game. That's more than the NBA finals.

• 2:01:57Adam Sosnick?

Yeah, I agree with you. I agree.

• 2:01:59Patrick Bet-David?

  You know why?

• 2:02:00Adam Sosnick?

Unless Caitlyn Clark goes back to college.

• 2:02:02Patrick Bet-David?

You know why the reason you get it?

• 2:02:03Adam Sosnick?

She's gonna be in the WNBA.

• 2:02:04Patrick Bet-David?

You know why you get it? It's because the world is obsessed with competition. Reese against Caitlyn, all that stuff. They love competition.

• 2:02:12Adam Sosnick?

  Yeah, manufactured.

• 2:02:13Patrick Bet-David?

  She screwed up.

• 2:02:14Adam Sosnick?

  Big time.

• 2:02:15Patrick Bet-David?

Caitlyn's comments just got me to have this much interest in what's gonna happen in the sport. I'm out.

• 2:02:20Adam Sosnick?

It peaked. You know how they say it peaked?

• 2:02:22Patrick Bet-David?

  No.

• 2:02:23Adam Sosnick?

  WNBA, college.

• 2:02:24Patrick Bet-David?

You keep going back to make yourself feel like it's two different stories. She effed up because she could have brought a new audience to the WNBA, but she effed up because she caved. And the people in WNBA, the executive team thinks they did the right thing. They just effed up. They had a half of the population. You know what CMO should have done? Should have been like, hey, please, say what you say. Try to say something to the American. I love them. I love America. Greatest country in the world. That's all you have to say. Oh, wow. Okay, good. She loves the country. She loves America. I'm willing to support. You wanna say, yeah, but I have white privilege, dude. We're out. So you just lost that part.

• 2:03:04Adam Sosnick?

I see exactly what you're saying, how you wanna segment different things.

• 2:03:07Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 2:03:07Adam Sosnick?

In my opinion, it's all baked in the cake.

• 2:03:10Patrick Bet-David?

  I got you.

• 2:03:10Adam Sosnick?

It's all baked in the cake, and this is why this league will never succeed.

• 2:03:14Patrick Bet-David?

This is why, this is why I wanna recognize somebody. You know when I said to you, we had a few of these hats left to order? So shout out to Brian Crows from Michigan. This guy ordered 21 of them.

• 2:03:26Adam Sosnick?

  21 hats?

• 2:03:27Patrick Bet-David?

21 of these for Christmas, for his family. And by the way, the first 100 orders, we're getting the new Future Looks Bright mugs that we just got that came in. So again, Christmas, December 15, we have all this Christmas gear. You have to, this has gotta be shipped. They just came in. A thousand of these are being shipped out here today. But this badge goes, and once it goes, we're not ordering again until next year. So, go place your order. We will not sell these after Christmas. They're out, cuz the season is out. So, go place your order, put it as a gift for a loved one for Merry Christmas. Anyways, Rob, do you have anything else tomorrow? We don't have anything, cuz tomorrow's Business Planning Workshop, right? No, next week, Oliver Stone. Tony Robbins and two home team. Oh, we have a bunch of things tomorrow. Okay, sounds good. Holy moly.

• 2:04:11Patrick Bet-David?

Well, God bless everybody. Have a great weekend. Take care. Bye bye, bye bye.
