My handshake is better than anything I ever signed, right here.

• 0:18Patrick Bet-David?

You are a one of one?

• 0:19Speaker 00

  My son's right there.

• 0:20Patrick Bet-David?

I don't think I've ever said this before.

• 0:27Patrick Bet-David?

So imagine it's Christmas, we're all minding our own business and then everybody starts texting you, "Watch this video, watch this video, watch this video." I'm like, "I'll get to it later, I'll get to it later." And eventually, I watched the video and I start texting everybody, "Watch this video, watch this video, watch this video." Next thing you know, it becomes a top 10 most viewed video. Some are saying top 5, some are saying top 10. Nearly 150 million views after being uploaded a day after Christmas. And it created so much havoc that it made journalists stop working, start working. Come on, why would you do such a thing? CNN had to work, they came after him yesterday. Everybody's trying to find that, they call him MAGA YouTuber, they call him Islamophobe, they call him all this other stuff.

• 1:08Patrick Bet-David?

So listen, why don't you just fly down here, let's sit down to a podcast and talk about what you just did. And we have the one and only Nick Shirley in the house.

• 1:16Speaker 02

  Thank you for having me.

• 1:17Patrick Bet-David?

It's great to have you on. 23 years old and you're doing this.

• 1:20Speaker 02

Yeah, it's been the craziest week of my life these past week or so.

• 1:24Patrick Bet-David?

So I want to, so I want to learn about you, but first tell us, why has it been the craziest week of your life this week?

• 1:30Speaker 02

Yeah, so I've been doing YouTube and doing what I've been doing for years now, for at least two years consistently at this point. But this week, I've hit a new level as far as what I produced and put out on the internet is the most viewed video by any other creator that's not named Mr. Beast for a long-form video. Like, seriously. Seriously, I've never seen a video at 131 million views on X.

• 1:56Patrick Bet-David?

How many followers, when I watched it when he first posted, you had a couple hundred thousand followers on X. Where are you at now?

• 2:02Speaker 02

Now I'm about to hit a million.

• 2:04Patrick Bet-David?

You're about to hit a million, just in the last four days. Why do you think the world and why do you think America is reacting the way that it has?

• 2:11Speaker 02

I think what I covered in Minnesota with the fraud that took place and the way I produced it is a way where really I didn't make it a left or right issue. I just presented the information as it was and just went to the locations to where the fraud was happening. And I went and talked to the people, well, I at least tried to for those that were running the daycares. And you're seeing that the millions of dollars and the billions of dollars that have been defrauded from the people of Minnesota and from people of the United States. You could physically see where that money was going, right? We had all the numbers, we had all the evidence and these people can even answer simple questions or give you a brochure to sign up my son little Joey for a daycare.

• 2:49Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I love when he says, so my son little Joey cannot go to this daycare. And everybody's like, I had no idea Nick had a son named Joey at 23. So I'm like, guys, I don't think he has a son named Joey. He's just trying to find out if they're gonna let the guy. And by the way, here's the power of where social media does today. 23 years old, you go and find out for yourself. You're not waiting on ABC, CNN, CBS, any of these guys. You go ask questions. After asking questions yesterday, I believe it is, was it HHS, Rob, that came out yesterday?

• 3:24Patrick Bet-David?

If I'm not mistaken, they came out yesterday and they stopped $185 million of funding to Minneapolis because of the video you posted. So watch this, folks. This is a byproduct of what Nick Shirley did on December 26th. Go ahead, Rob.

• 3:41Speaker 03

Hello, I'm HHS Deputy Secretary Jim O'Neill. I'm here with Assistant Secretary Alex Adams. Alex oversees the administration for children and families. Entrepid journalists have made shocking, incredible allegations of extensive fraud in Minnesota's childcare programs. We believe the state of Minnesota has allowed scammers and fake daycares to siphon millions of taxpayer dollars over the past decade.

• 4:04Speaker 04

My office, ACF, provides Minnesota $185 million in childcare funds each year. That money should be helping 19,000 American children, including toddlers and infants. Any dollar stolen by fraudsters is stolen from those children. Yesterday, I spoke directly with the director of the Minnesota Childcare Services office. She could not tell me with confidence whether those allegations of fraud are isolated or whether there's fraud stretching statewide.

• 4:30Speaker 03

Today, we have taken three direct actions against the blatant fraud that seems to be rampant in Minnesota. First, I have activated our "defend the spend" system for all ACF childcare payments across America. Starting today, we require a justification, receipt, or photo evidence before we make a payment.

• 4:48Patrick Bet-David?

You can stop it right there.

• 4:49Speaker 03

  Second.

• 4:50Patrick Bet-David?

So the idea is, $185 million, stop. Because you independently went out there, created this content, exposed it to everybody, and then allegedly, was it today that CNN came after you, or was it yesterday?

• 5:01Speaker 02

Yeah, today they put a hit piece out on me.

• 5:04Patrick Bet-David?

And when did they interview? When did CNN come and interview?

• 5:06Speaker 02

  Yesterday.

• 5:07Patrick Bet-David?

  Yesterday they did.

• 5:08Speaker 02

Yesterday I showed up at Quality Learing Center.

• 5:10Patrick Bet-David?

  Is this the one?

• 5:11Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 5:12Patrick Bet-David?

So this is you, you show up, you're in Minnesota yesterday.

• 5:14Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 5:15Patrick Bet-David?

At the Quality Learing Center, we got to say it correctly. By the way, his sweater he's got on, if you guys want to purchase the sweater, we're going to put the link below as well to the Quality Learing Center. It's becoming a hot commodity. Rob, let's make sure you put the link below as well to support what he's doing here. But here's CNN. It doesn't look like they're happy for you doing their work. When they first came up to you, were they friendly? Were they nice to you? What was the approach that they took?

• 5:39Speaker 02

Yeah, the lady came up to me very friendly, and then she kept asking me these questions. I'm like, "Ma'am, you're defending fraud. Like, what are you talking about? Like, the issue is, wasn't, the issue wasn't what time I showed up to the daycare. The issue is that this building right here is receiving $1.9 million, and it's not even operating. And they're showing face right now while they're literally shuffling in kids while the commissioner of children is saying, "The daycare was closed last week."

• 6:04Patrick Bet-David?

That's pretty wild. Okay, so play this clip, Rob. Go ahead.

• 6:09Speaker 05

This is MAGA YouTuber Nick Shirley. Back at a daycare in Minnesota, he alleged was a fraudulent facility in a now-viral video.

• 6:18Speaker 02

You are gonna say this is a left or right issue? But no, fraud is fraud. So I'm not out here trying to put a twist on things.

• 6:23Speaker 05

Shirley's viral video, released over the weekend, in which he says he's uncovering tens of millions of dollars in fraud at Minneapolis daycares run by the Somali community, was retweeted by Elon Musk and Vice President JD Vance. In the video, Shirley tries to open locked doors and talk to people at various daycares he claims are frauds. Did you come during their normal operating hours, when you came to visit?

• 6:46Speaker 02

I came at 11:00 a.m., I believe, and I also came the following day, later in the day. The point of it is not whether or not I came at the right time of their operation hours. The point is that blocked outdoors, they can't give you any information. You call that number, no one answers. I wasn't trying to go inside. There should be a way for somebody to actually be able to call that number and somebody to be able to answer. These aren't real businesses.

• 7:08Speaker 05

But Shirley, you don't think a daycare should just be unlocked? You shouldn't be able to just walk into a daycare?

• 7:12Speaker 02

  There should be a reception.

• 7:13Speaker 05

  No. Every daycare is locked.

• 7:16Speaker 02

And so, okay, you bring up a fair point, then why can't they actually give me information on how to enroll a child?

• 7:23Speaker 05

Federal law enforcement has been investigating fraud in Minnesota for several years. Both Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Cash Patel said on social media they've indicted dozens of defendants. DHS has posted multiple videos of agents they say are conducting a massive fraud investigation. Do you think that federal law enforcement hasn't done enough? I mean, they would say, "Look, these fraud cases have been going on," but they've already done like 80 indictments, the cases have been going on. So funny, they're defending Trump now.

• 7:50Speaker 02

I show up one day in Minnesota and go to all these daycares, no children, they're receiving millions of dollars, we uncovered nearly $110 million in fraud in one day.

• 7:59Speaker 05

How do you know that all the allegations that you're making are true?

• 8:02Speaker 02

How do I know that they're true? Well, we showed you guys what was happening, and then you guys can go ahead and make your own now.

• 8:09Speaker 05

We're coming so we can make our analysis. Are you 100% sure you're true?

• 8:11Speaker 02

  Yeah, I am 100% sure I'm true.

• 8:13Speaker 05

CNN is looking into Shirley's claims. Hi, my name's Whitney Wilde, I'm a correspondent for CNN. We reached out to several of the daycares featured in the now-viral video. Only one daycare facility answered and said they are a legitimate business. Have you seen the videos? You know, purporting that some of these daycares don't have kids inside. Minnesota Republicans say despite the new focus from the Trump administration, they have been sounding the alarm on fraud for years. You know, we have talked about fraud. We have gotten stories. We have, we've tried to push this forward every way that we can.

• 8:47Patrick Bet-David?

You can pause it right there. So this is yesterday in Minnesota?

• 8:50Speaker 02

  Yeah, yesterday in Minnesota.

• 8:52Patrick Bet-David?

Wow. And, and you went back to Minnesota because you just told me that you're working on a part two yourself?

• 8:57Speaker 02

Yeah, because there's a lot more fraud.

• 8:58Patrick Bet-David?

How much more did you find?

• 9:00Speaker 02

Oh, we found a lot more businesses that don't exist. There's millions of dollars. We found a lot, we found daycares with more million dollar daycares. I mean, there's literally hundreds, hundreds of daycares receiving millions of dollars in Minnesota at this moment as we speak.

• 9:14Patrick Bet-David?

So from the first one, you guys were over a hundred million dollars of fraud that you found, right? With the second one, now the, the recent one that you were there yesterday, how much more did you guys find yesterday?

• 9:25Speaker 02

Um, I have to do all the numbers, which I'll do when I do my, all my editing, but at least around, at least another 10 million dollars.

• 9:33Patrick Bet-David?

Another 10 million bucks. Okay, so on the other side, while you're doing this, what caused you, and you, you, we see this man named David, right? We keep seeing this man named David, who I think yesterday, he said, if you want to, I'll put a hundred thousand dollars for anybody that can prove any of this wrong, because this is government document. How did you and David, if, Rob, is this the clip where he says that? Yeah. Do you want to play this clip of David?

• 9:56Speaker 06

No, don't call any parents. Anybody want to take me up? You owe a hundred thousand dollars if you-

• 10:01Patrick Bet-David?

  A hundred thousand dollars?

• 10:03Speaker 06

If you can disprove my information.

• 10:05Speaker 07

So give me a copy of what you have and I can-

• 10:07Speaker 06

If you can disprove my information-

• 10:09Patrick Bet-David?

A hundred thousand. A hundred thousand, a hundred thousand, a hundred thou-

• 10:14Speaker 06

Page by page, page by page. Get going. Come on, girl. Just keep your video on it. And just screenshot it while you're going. Let me know when you got it.

• 10:22Speaker 02

All those people out there defending the fraud. And then he gives them the option.

• 10:26Patrick Bet-David?

  They're defending the fraud.

• 10:27Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 10:28Patrick Bet-David?

  They're not on your side.

• 10:28Speaker 02

  No.

• 10:29Patrick Bet-David?

How many of those people are on your side right there?

• 10:31Speaker 02

Um, none of those people you're hearing in the background.

• 10:33Patrick Bet-David?

Just you and David and the camera guy?

• 10:35Speaker 02

Just me and Dave. Yeah, I was my, I was my cameraman.

• 10:38Patrick Bet-David?

  So who's recording you there?

• 10:39Speaker 02

  That's somebody doing a livestream. That's-

• 10:41Patrick Bet-David?

From them? That's not even yours. That's that Kadra Absheer that's recording you?

• 10:45Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 10:46Patrick Bet-David?

Got it. So they're recording you and he's offering a hundred thousand dollars to go prove if any of these things are wrong?

• 10:54Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 10:54Patrick Bet-David?

So how did you and David get linked up?

• 10:56Speaker 02

David messaged me on Instagram and out of the hundreds of DMs I get, um, I just opened David's and he had all the proof. Cause I've known about the fraud happening for so long in Minnesota since back in June. I've known about the fraud, but it's hard for me to go out and get all the information because they make it very hard to get the information. Luckily David had somebody inside the Capitol who's been leaking him all the numbers, leaking him all the information.

• 11:18Patrick Bet-David?

  Somebody from the Capitol?

• 11:19Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 11:19Patrick Bet-David?

  In Minnesota?

• 11:20Speaker 02

Yes. So all the numbers that David has are 100% correct and also they're on the state, also they're, um, from the government, from, from the state. Bet David told me he knew the numbers and I said, okay, I'm coming to Minnesota. Let's do this video. Uh, line out some of the daycares you'd like to go see. Cause I know about the fraud. I knew that the fraud was happening. I just needed somebody like David to come, that's lit, that's lived it, to be able to really solidify my claims and my ideas about the fraud that's happening. And he saw the video. Everything we said was true.

• 11:53Patrick Bet-David?

And, and this is David explaining the, the, uh, the fraud, right Rob? Is this is in front of Minnesota? Go for it.

• 11:59Speaker 08

Massive fraud is going on here in the state of Minnesota, especially in Minneapolis. Explain to me what's going on with the daycares.

• 12:06Speaker 06

So one of the things that I've noticed is there's an exceptional number of childcare centers that are set up mostly in Minneapolis, but also in St. Paul. And I said, wow, this, I mean, how many kids are there in the Twin Cities? Some of them are by my office and I would watch and I said, well, there aren't any kids there. And I go to another one, there aren't any kids there and I'd see just some guys, some Somali guys outside smoking cigarettes. So I stopped at one of them and I said, hey, I'm just wondering, I've got a grandson who's looking for childcare and I wonder if this might be a good facility. And they said, no, we're all full, we're all full. And they had the door open and I looked and there were no kids. There was like a couch and a table with a couple of chairs and I said, well, are the kids out back playing?

• 12:51Speaker 06

Or what kind of place is this? And the guy said, you go, you go. And he almost pushed me out the door and then he followed me down the street to my car. And that's when I said, wait a minute, there's something going on here. And that's gotta be maybe five years ago. This fraud is so massive. When the dust settles on this, it's going to be found to be the largest fraud in the history of the country and probably the world. It's that big.

• 13:16Patrick Bet-David?

You can pause it right there. Is that true that genetics is, that's genetics right there? Is that mom?

• 13:21Speaker 02

  Yes, my mom.

• 13:22Patrick Bet-David?

So now, good for you. You got great genes. You know, she's very comfortable doing this as well. Very cool. So the largest fraud in the world, in America, on what he's talking about. I hope, I hope we get to the bottom of this. So you and David get linked up and then you just said, why don't we just go interview? That's kind of how it started.

• 13:39Speaker 02

Yeah, I thought, I thought when we go, like, we'll walk these daycares, we'll talk to them. But the first daycare we go to, all the windows are blacked out. And I tried to open the door and nobody answered. I ring the doorbell, nobody answered. And that daycare, they had two daycares running out of that same building. And they had both had two different contracts of more than a million dollars for these daycares. And I was very shocked to see that. The response from the public after that was, oh, why is he going and knocking on these doors? Because millions of dollars are going there. We have a responsibility to know where our dollars are going. But it just went to show that the fraud is insane. And then the people are saying, well, that daycare is closed. Well, how come there's a sign that says it's open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.?

• 14:21Patrick Bet-David?

  Is that what it says?

• 14:22Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 14:22Patrick Bet-David?

There's, so the one that the CNN reporter claimed that you came after business hours, that you said you came at 11 to 5 o'clock. They have a sign that says they're open Monday through Sunday?

• 14:32Speaker 02

That one right there. The first video, part in the video.

• 14:35Patrick Bet-David?

Open seven days a week. What is, zoom in a little bit, Rob, can you?

• 14:38Speaker 09

  I can't because it's a video, but it says, open seven days a week, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• 14:42Patrick Bet-David?

It says that right on the sign.

• 14:44Speaker 02

  Right there.

• 14:44Patrick Bet-David?

  Got it.

• 14:44Speaker 02

  Right at the phone number.

• 14:45Patrick Bet-David?

This is the Mako, what is it called? Mako Childcare Center?

• 14:48Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 14:49Patrick Bet-David?

Is that another misspelled Mako? Or is that really the name?

• 14:52Speaker 02

I don't know, but what's funny about that is there's actually two childcare companies inside that same building, but they're not showing the second one. And so they have two childcare businesses operating that same room.

• 15:01Patrick Bet-David?

  Within the same place?

• 15:02Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 15:03Patrick Bet-David?

And how much money are they getting?

• 15:04Speaker 02

Um, this one together over the past few years, they have it right there. But combined,

• 15:09Patrick Bet-David?

  1.6 million?

• 15:09Speaker 02

  They received over $5 million.

• 15:11Patrick Bet-David?

  Stop it.

• 15:12Speaker 02

  Just that one building alone.

• 15:13Patrick Bet-David?

And so what is the business model? Somebody just stays there all day? No kids and they just take the cash?

• 15:18Speaker 02

Yeah, that's why all the windows are all boarded up. Or why they're all blacked out.

• 15:21Patrick Bet-David?

Now, let me ask you, Nick. There was a, there was a video from 2019. Is it 2019, 2020? You know the video where parents would come, drop off the kids and then take the kids out a minute later? Not even drop them off. Come in, register, then they leave. You know, you know which video I'm talking about, Rob? And allegedly, they were getting paid. That's the one right there. What, what year is that video from?

• 15:44Speaker 02

  It says 2015, March 31st of 2015.

• 15:47Patrick Bet-David?

  This is from 15?

• 15:49Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 15:49Patrick Bet-David?

That they've been doing this? So this is a surveillance. Maybe you can narrate to the audience what's going on here.

• 15:55Speaker 02

Yeah, so basically what they're doing inside these daycares, I don't doubt that there's one or two or a few children inside these daycares. It'd be very stupid to be receiving millions of dollars and not bring at least a few kids to daycare every day. Right? But what they're doing here is they're bringing in children and then they're then just leaving after a few minutes of being inside the daycare. And I don't know if this is the same video where it shows the guy giving the cash to the ladies working?

• 16:18Patrick Bet-David?

Do you have the audio on there? So there is one that says ca- that's, they're showing that-

• 16:22Speaker 02

  Oh, there it is.

• 16:23Speaker 10

From that same case, he's handing the cash. Shows a man handing out envelopes of what are believed to be kickback payments to parents who are in on the fraud.

• 16:31Speaker 00

Where was the money going? I don't know exactly where it went, but it-

• 16:35Speaker 10

In order for the scheme to work, the daycare center-

• 16:39Patrick Bet-David?

You gotta be kidding me. So I'll come in, I register my kids, you're able to write them off to to make money off. You send that to the Minnesota government, hey, I have this many kids, then they get paid, then they come and give a kickback to the parents.

• 16:52Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 16:53Patrick Bet-David?

So the problem with this is, there's, these parents are no longer gonna get payments. And someone's gonna call somebody out. And this has been happening for over a decade. It's not like this is a new thing that's happening. How many whistleblowers have been emailing you, DMing you, you know, texting you, getting ahold of you? How many more whistleblowers have gotten ahold of you and David?

• 17:15Speaker 02

Yeah, so many people have been reaching out. It's been almost like overwhelming to go through all the messages. But there's, the people in Minnesota are so fed up with this fraud because now finally, somebody's actually getting it out to the national level. Because local journalists have been talking about it for years, but they've never been able to get it out to a national level like I was able to do. And so the, just the millions of dollars, and if you talk about the, why they're just giving them cash? It's because the money they receive is tax exempt, see cap funding, and then these women that are working inside these daycares. They're not, I, my assumption is that they're not actually on payroll. And that's why 81% of the Somali populations on welfare inside the state of Minnesota is because they don't actually receive a W2 or 1099,

• 17:58Speaker 02

whatever it would be, to claim that they're actually receiving an income. Because if you're running a daycare of a million dollars, you should be able to pay your person a salary of at least $50,000, you know what I mean?

• 18:07Patrick Bet-David?

But none of that is documented.

• 18:09Speaker 02

No, not that I know of, because why, it doesn't make sense why there's so many people on welfare if they're making millions of dollars.

• 18:16Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, so the first day this came out, you know, people on Twitter were talking about it. The second day, silence. The third day, Cash Patel responds to it, and I'm sure you saw the tweet on here, hey, the FBI has a word of recent social media reports in Minnesota. However, even before the public conversation escalated online, the FBI had searched. So he sends this tweet, right? It's dismantle $250 million on fraud, et cetera, et cetera. And then finally, it got to a point that it was so viral that everybody had to cover it. And they barely started covering it yesterday. I don't even think they did on the 29th. I think they started on the 30th. CNN, ABC, CBS, a lot of this other stuff. Has Cash Patel or anybody from the White House reached out to you yet?

• 18:58Speaker 02

No, Cash Patel hasn't. Uh, other people have reached out as far as like, hey, do you want to come with us to see what's happening? Or do you want to see what's happening? A lot of people have sent me messages on X. I mean, uh, Mike Johnson was talking about it. And

• 19:11Patrick Bet-David?

  J.D. Vance talked about it.

• 19:12Speaker 02

J.D. Vance talked about it. Attorney General Pam Bondi talked about it. Everyone's talking about it. I mean, literally the GOP was using a video referencing my video on their Instagram yesterday.

• 19:22Patrick Bet-David?

  The GOP was?

• 19:23Speaker 02

  The GOP official Instagram account.

• 19:25Patrick Bet-David?

I mean, look, the Vice President responded. This dude has done more useful journalism than any of the winners of the 2024 Pulitzer Center Prize. Uh, uh, the VP is giving you, but, but the FBI hasn't reached out to you at all.

• 19:38Speaker 02

No, I mean, I think, I can't, there's been so many people that messaged me, but there's people who are wondering how I got my information from the government. And I, I've been willing to say like, yeah, I got it from David. If you want to talk to David, here's David's contact info. Um, but I, I don't know how the government doesn't have all this information. It's kind of like surprising to me.

• 20:01Patrick Bet-David?

So you're surprised that the government doesn't have this information?

• 20:04Speaker 02

Yeah, they're reaching out to me to figure out what's going on. A few of them are.

• 20:07Patrick Bet-David?

  Really?

• 20:07Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 20:08Patrick Bet-David?

  Pretty high up, high officials?

• 20:10Speaker 02

Uh, not the high officials, but the departments.

• 20:12Patrick Bet-David?

Departments are reaching out to you to see how you got it?

• 20:15Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 20:15Patrick Bet-David?

So are they reaching out to you, uh, asking how you got it? Because they want to catch the person that's blowing the whistle? Or are they reaching out to you because they want to actually find out the work that you're doing? Like some access to the information that they don't have themselves?

• 20:31Speaker 02

Well, I think they're trying to figure out how to go about this fraud because it's so big and so massive. Because it's not just the daycares, it's the home healthcares, it's the transportation companies, it's the people, it's the translators at the, at the hospitals. It's so vast and big that the network is massive. So I think they're trying to get an understanding of how big it is. And that's why you hear them talking about, we've had fraud for years. Tim Watts literally admits to the fraud. He's been talking about fraud for, he, he, he admitted to fraud yesterday. And he said, it's been happening for years. Okay, if it's been happening for years, why don't you stop it?

• 21:03Patrick Bet-David?

He said this yesterday, yeah, and there was the one clip that he moved a flag and there's a whole thing about how Minnesota changed its flag to look pretty much identical to Somalia's flag, Somalia's flag. If you've not seen this, take a look at this. First, this is the clip of that. You can play this clip and then we can go matching the flag. Old flag to the new flag. So this is the old Minnesota flag, right Rob? That's the Minnesota flag, the old one, and he replaces it with the new flag. I believe that's the new Minnesota flag. I don't think that's Somalia's, but I think that's their new flag. But if you go to the picture next to you on X, you see how it says go next? No, right there, right, right there? Yeah. Look at that. They changed their picture. That's

• 21:47Patrick Bet-David?

the old Minnesota flag on the top left. The bottom left is the new Minnesota flag. And then go look at Somalia's flag on the right. You tell me if you see any similarities. So they changed their flag. Minnesota, nicest people in the world is what they're supposed to be, to the Somalia flag. And then Tim Walz is sitting out there talking about that. They've been dealing with this for many years. Yet he was bragging, if you have that one clip, when he was debating with J.D. Vance, that they're opening up the most daycare centers and record-breaking daycare centers, and they're doing such a good job. This was in the debate, folks. Watch this.

• 22:25Speaker 11

We in Minnesota passed a paid family medical leave. You have a child? You. And I had to go back to work five days after my kids were born. This allows you to stay home a certain amount of time. What we know is, that gets the child off to a better start, the family works better, we stay in their employers, we get more consistency in that. So Kamala Harris has made it a priority. We implemented it in Minnesota, and we see growth. That's how you become a pro-business state. And so a paid family medical leave program, and I will tell you, go to the families or go to the businesses and ask them. As far as childcare on this, you have to take it at both the supply and the demand side. You can't expect the most important people in our lives to take either our children

• 23:06Speaker 11

or our parents to get paid the least amount of money. And we have to make it easier for folks to be able to get into that business and then to make sure that folks are able to pay for that. We were able to do it in Minnesota, and I'm still telling you this. We were listed as the best state. We're still in crisis on this. A federal program of paid family medical leave and help with this will enhance our workforce, enhance our families, and make it easier to have the children that you want.

• 23:30Patrick Bet-David?

So in this debate, he challenged you. If you want to find out, go there. You took up the challenge.

• 23:34Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 23:34Patrick Bet-David?

  You went there.

• 23:35Speaker 02

  Took up the challenge.

• 23:35Patrick Bet-David?

And maybe he shouldn't have said that.

• 23:37Speaker 02

Yeah, he shouldn't have said a lot of things.

• 23:39Patrick Bet-David?

He shouldn't have said a lot of things.

• 23:41Speaker 02

  He's not the brightest guy.

• 23:42Patrick Bet-David?

So what, what, uh, so the FBI hasn't reached out to you. You guys are continuing to go out there and do your thing. And, and by the way, if some of the people that are watching this, if you have any questions and you want to support the work, because you have to realize, Nick, you're not part of CBS.

• 23:56Speaker 02

  No.

• 23:56Patrick Bet-David?

You're not ABC, you're not CNN, you're not Fox, you're not part of anybody. You're an independent journalist. A guy asks you a question, who do you work for? Um, myself. Yeah, who pays you? My, myself. You make money off YouTube, don't you? Yeah, that's how I make my money. I make my money off my YouTube channel. This is what I've been doing for many years. But if some of you guys are watching this and you want to support him, either go buy this sweater that he has here, or number two, Manect him if you have any other questions or things that you're working on. If you want to be in contact with him, you have other information that's coming in. Imagine he's getting tens of thousands of emails and DMs right now. He can't get through everybody. But if you have something that you want to do with him, have a conversation with him. He's officially on Manect as well, Rob. If you want to put up the QR code, it's, it's the link below. Are they seeing it right now?

• 24:39Speaker 09

Yeah, the, and the link is in the description.

• 24:41Patrick Bet-David?

So let's go back. Rob, can you go to Nick's YouTube channel? Can you go to Nick's YouTube channel?

• 24:45Speaker 02

Kind of have an interesting story. If you look at, if you look at my YouTube channel.

• 24:48Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I want to hear about it because the average person maybe who doesn't follow you, we know who you are, we know the great work you do. But the average person who doesn't know you, can you kind of share with them your story of how you got started to eventually doing a video like this? This is not the biggest, first big video you've done on YouTube. You've done many of these. But how did you get started?

• 25:07Speaker 02

Yeah, I've been doing YouTube ever since I was a sophomore in high school. I remember 2017, start watching people like Logan Paul or you start watching other bloggers and I thought, well, I can do this. Like I want to go, I want to have like this lifestyle. I want to have a fun time and be able to record these memories. So I started making YouTube videos in high school and it was just high school pranks. Stunts, you name it, sneaking into Jake Paul's wedding, doing just like-

• 25:28Patrick Bet-David?

  Sneaking into Jake Paul's wedding.

• 25:30Speaker 02

Yeah, just like doing the typical YouTuber stuff at that time. And I had like little success, but I could never, I could never reach like the next level. I moved to LA, pursued YouTube, I'd do collabs with people who had 10 million views. They'd look at my analytics and they'd be like, Nick, what's, they'd be like, wait, how's this, how are you not blowing up? Like all your, every, all your analytics, like shouldn't, your channel should be blowing up, but I, for some reason, YouTube would not push my, push my content, no matter how good my click through rates were, how good my attention graphs were, everything like that, they wouldn't give me an opportunity. But in hindsight, I think it was God just holding me back to learn, to help me learn, and then propelling me to where I'm at now. But based off of what I was doing on YouTube, and I kinda got into, I got really interested

• 26:15Speaker 02

in the politics when I graduated high school, and I started seeing how the world was working and how, how crazy and how, especially during COVID, how people could use information against you, how they were censoring you. And I remember, I started making more political videos on my YouTube channel, and anytime you'd put the word Trump in your YouTube channel, or on your video, they would demonetize you, which means you can't make, can't make money. And if you can't make money, you can't do what you, you can't do it. And so, you literally could not use Trump's name in a thumbnail, or in a title, and receive compensation for your work on YouTube. And then I, after that, I ended up going on to a, to your mission for my church, and I made a plan on my mission, exactly how I wanted to come back, what I, kind of videos I wanted to do.

• 26:57Patrick Bet-David?

  Where was the mission?

• 26:58Speaker 02

  In Chile, Santiago.

• 27:00Patrick Bet-David?

And you said, mission with the church?

• 27:02Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 27:03Patrick Bet-David?

  Which church?

• 27:04Speaker 02

I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints.

• 27:06Patrick Bet-David?

Let me tell you, man, that is such a massive edge, massive edge. So, you know, they, they would send, I work with a lot of folks from the LDS stake presidents, a lot of guys, so I read all the Gordon B. Hinckley, John Huntsman, all these major names, the Cleon Skousen, I think is also a, a LDS author. He wrote a book called Naked Communist. He was a former 15-year CIA, and the FBI and the CIA would come and try to learn from Mormons on how- They would teach a language for somebody that would go on a mission for three weeks, or you know, within three weeks, four weeks, you're learning the language. How much, how much did you going on that mission make you fearless to be able to do the journalist, the, the citizen journalism you're doing right now?

• 27:50Speaker 02

Yeah, I've always been fearless in a way, like I was the younger brother. Um, my brother-

• 27:54Patrick Bet-David?

So that's, that's your older brother?

• 27:56Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 27:56Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay.

• 27:57Speaker 02

So if I was the younger brother, I was always trying to impress my older brothers. So it's like, if you want to do a bike jump, if we're, if we're bike jumping, we're going snowboarding, Nick, you're also jumping.

• 28:04Patrick Bet-David?

I love it. I love it.

• 28:06Speaker 02

And, uh, but on my mission, you also, you also just talked to thousands of people and you have such little success for how much work you put in. As far as like, you're talking to a thousand people, you might get a few, a hundred to say, yeah, let me sit down and have a discussion with you.

• 28:20Patrick Bet-David?

Did you speak, how long did it take you to speak the language?

• 28:23Speaker 02

Um, I learned Spanish in about six weeks, I could start having conversations.

• 28:27Patrick Bet-David?

In six weeks, you learned Spanish?

• 28:29Speaker 02

Yeah, and I, I knew it when I was younger and then I forgot it. And then I learned it back up in six weeks.

• 28:35Patrick Bet-David?

Can you speak now or no?

• 28:36Speaker 02

Yeah, cause I speak fluent Spanish.

• 28:37Patrick Bet-David?

  Seriously?

• 28:38Speaker 02

Yeah, I could have a full on conversation with the president.

• 28:40Patrick Bet-David?

So maybe in Spanish, give a message to Tim Walz. What would you say?

• 28:44Speaker 02

Tim Walz, él es muy mal, muy estúpido. Él no sabe cómo hacer nada. Literalmente, él es muy tonto, no sabe nada.

• 28:52Patrick Bet-David?

There you go, Tim Walz. If you're paying attention, that's a message here from a young 23-year-old man. So you come back from Chile, you're making a decision, what you want to do when you return with your YouTube channel, then what happens next?

• 29:03Speaker 02

Yeah, so on the mission, I came out with a plan, like the, the videos I wanted to make, cause I wanted to get more into kind of showing things for what they are. On your mission, you're, all you do is talk to people, right? And I saw a lot of effects of mass migration, especially on my mission from people fleeing Venezuela. And so I was super curious, like what's happening in Venezuela? How come people are like moving around? You always hear about migration of animals, but you never hear about, about humans. And so then when I come back to the US, I had no money from, after my mission, I had like $6,000. And so I didn't, I knew I needed to make $10,000 to be able to fund my YouTube channel for a few months, cause then I didn't think I was gonna be able to make enough money for the first few months. So I knew I needed to get to $10,000. And so I went and power washed houses for a month, made $10,000 in cash, and then I

• 29:47Speaker 02

went to Amfest in Phoenix go interview people. I went all myself, I just set up a tripod, interviewed people, and from there, I went to the, went to the border. And at the border, I was the first person to ever really go to the border and interview people as they were crossing the border in Spanish.

• 30:05Patrick Bet-David?

Which, which one is this by the way? Is there the clip here if you type in Nick Shirley border?

• 30:09Speaker 02

Yeah, if you just go to... Like that's a, that's a few of them, but that wasn't the first one. Yeah, the "I interviewed illegal migrants at the US border."

• 30:24Patrick Bet-David?

  This is you?

• 30:25Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 30:26Patrick Bet-David?

  How old are you here?

• 30:26Speaker 02

  Um, 21.

• 30:28Patrick Bet-David?

So this is two years ago?

• 30:29Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 30:30Patrick Bet-David?

You're the first person that goes there?

• 30:32Speaker 02

Yeah, I'm the first person to show people that people are literally just walking over, being trafficked over, and I'm interviewing them, and these people are as proud and happy to be to be coming to the United States. I was like fearful when I went down there, I was like, "Okay, how, like, aren't, aren't these people supposed to be running?" Like, they just crossed over the border, but no.

• 30:50Patrick Bet-David?

Wait, they're not worried, they're just...

• 30:51Speaker 02

They were so thrilled. And then I went and watched them go sit down and get picked up and shuffled across the country, and I tracked even one of these ladies down from the border to New York City. And I tracked her down because she gave me her WhatsApp, and I was like, "How did, in one day, you go from the border to America's biggest city?" And then from there, kind of...

• 31:11Patrick Bet-David?

You're by yourself here, Nick. Nobody else is here with you.

• 31:13Speaker 02

  Yeah, I'm all by myself.

• 31:14Patrick Bet-David?

Let me tell you how many millions, tens of thousands of young boys, young men are watching this, saying, "If this guy's got this kind of courage," I cannot tell you how many people you're probably inspiring right now with the world, because it takes fear to do this. There's, there's a guy, Rob, if you go to my Twitter account, there's a guy named, uh, I don't know if you saw this tweet from him yesterday, I think you did, no, you did see it, because you commented on it as well. This guy named Josh Gerstein, okay? Josh Gerstein is somebody that's been a... Go a little bit, right there, right there. If you just type on his tweet, look what he says.

• 31:50Speaker 02

  Who is this guy?

• 31:51Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, so you should know, this guy's been around, he is a, well, not, not, not "you should know," he's a, he's an establishment mainstream media guy. "At some point, the amateur effort to knock on door, doors of home daycares intersects with robust stand-your-ground laws." Do you know what he's saying? So somebody can attack you. Now, look what Twitter, on the bottom readers, added to it. Stand your ground laws, remove the duty to retreat from a threat when a person is in a place, you have a legal right to be knocking on doors of a supposedly public business does not constitute a threat, so stand your ground could not be invoked as a defense. That's Twitter responding to it. If you go to my response to it, above Rob, if you go to, just go back one, yeah, there you go.

• 32:37Patrick Bet-David?

And I said, at some point amateurs have to do the job that professional journalists refuse to do. That's what's called courage. Can you go Google him? Can you go Google him to see who he is? Josh Gerstein, because he's not a regular guy. This is a guy that's been around the block for a while. Go to his Wikipedia. Uh, uh, go to, maybe type it, maybe put his name on YouTube. Okay? This is a political guy. If you type his name on YouTube, uh, you go a little bit lower, you see right there says Josh Gerstein Politico. He's been on media all over, you know, all, for many, many years. This guy's calling out a 23-year-old, which, the reason why I did this is because the video you're showing me right now back on the border, go to the border video he just had up a minute ago. It takes courage to do this.

• 33:22Patrick Bet-David?

There's, your brother's not with you, your family's not with you, not a friend is with you.

• 33:26Speaker 02

  No, I'm all by myself.

• 33:27Patrick Bet-David?

What did your family think when you said, "I'm going out here to the border"?

• 33:30Speaker 02

A lot of times I don't tell them, especially when I'm gonna go do a video.

• 33:33Patrick Bet-David?

  I'm sure mom loves this.

• 33:34Speaker 02

I don't tell them, um, but I'm gonna go do something until it's done. I kind of learned that's the best way to go about things at that point. But, uh, yeah, I think everyone was shocked. I mean, I was down there and some guy who's, uh, works for Border Patrol, he's, he's like, "What are you doing? Like, don't you know there's a cartel war on the other side"?

• 33:52Patrick Bet-David?

The Border Patrol guy's telling you this?

• 33:54Speaker 02

Yeah, a guy who used to work in Border Patrol. He's like, "Don't you know there's a cartel war going on the other side"? I'm like, "I don't know, like, I'm giving these people like food. I thought these people were like starving. I thought they were like coming over, like just fleeing. I was like giving them food, talking to them, like I give a kid a shirt off my back so he could have a new shirt when he came over. Like, I thought like, these people were like fleeing and coming in, but they were just being trafficked by the cartel and, uh... So yeah, I just went up there and started doing journalism.

• 34:24Patrick Bet-David?

And then outside of this, Rob, if you go back to his channel, it's important if you go to videos and then go to popular. Okay, video, popular, zoom in a little bit, Rob. The most popular video on YouTube you did is not even the Minnesota one. That's your sixth most popular video. The most popular one is you went inside Seacott, the mega prison full of deadly gangsters, that's in El Salvador.

• 34:45Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 34:46Patrick Bet-David?

Then you infiltrated Rio, Brazil's most dangerous gang, that's you right there interviewing somebody, okay? Then you went inside America's city of zombies, Kingston, Philadelphia. Then inside world's most unconventional prison, this is again El Salvador. Then Los Angeles has fallen, anti ICE protesters take over. And then it's the Minnesota video that you've done. So for those that don't know, you've been doing this for a minute and it's grown in the last couple of years to a million subs. How many subscribers did you have on YouTube early this year in January?

• 35:19Speaker 02

In January, I think I had like 300,000.

• 35:22Patrick Bet-David?

  300,000 subs.

• 35:23Speaker 02

But since I've been home for my mission, which has been two years, I came home, I had 20,000 subscribers. Now I just hit 100 and, or 1 million, 1.2 million subscribers.

• 35:31Patrick Bet-David?

1.2 million subscribers. Unbelievable. And while you're doing this, are you seeing others that are doing? Cause I saw something with Ohio, right? Wasn't there something with Ohio? Another thing with Kent, Washington. Are these your friends or these are just others that are independently being inspired to do the same?

• 35:48Speaker 02

Um, like, I wouldn't say, some of them are my friends, but a lot of them are still probably just inspired by what I'm doing. And they're just, I would say they're like fellow comrades, I guess, like mutual respect for each one. Um, I try not to give all my information to people because the reason why I've had my success is because how I go about and do stuff. So I'm not just like telling people to go and copy me, right? I think there's like an art form and if you want, there's a way to be inspired and there's a way to just copycat people.

• 36:15Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I will tell you, either way, I think it's phenomenal. Even if other guys are same, and I want to go to what Nick does, go at it because you can't be in 300 places at the same time, right? You have to be in, you know, you can, I'm looking at your eyes, you know what your eyes are telling me right now? You haven't slept a lot.

• 36:31Speaker 02

No, I haven't slept, the past three nights, I probably slept like 10 hours.

• 36:35Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, that's what it looks like, but that's what it takes. I mean, look, here's the reality of it, folks. Let me tell you, today it's December 31st, okay? It's December 31st, it's New Year's Eve. He's not from Fort Lauderdale, okay? What is a 23-year-old doing in a city he's not to just come on a podcast? You know, he could say, "Well, you know, the average 23-year-old, you know what? Why don't we do January 2nd after the New Year's?" No. "Hey, Nick, I want to do a podcast. I want to sit down and talk to you. Let's figure it out. I'm in Minnesota. Rob calls, boom, boom, boom, boom. He's in here in town. We're doing..." These are things that, you know, most investigative journalists would do, would need to do. You would expect people like this to do it.

• 37:19Patrick Bet-David?

But today, the biggest competition they have is independent journalists that are willing to go out there and be a G, that are willing to go have 10 hours of sleep in three days to expose a story. So I'm proud of the work that you're doing. There's a lady that made a video and said, "Nick Shirley, please, if you see this..." Did you see this video? Rob, can you play this clip? Watch this, folks. Go ahead, Rob.

• 37:41Speaker 07

Nick Shirley, I hope you see this video. Please come to Columbus, Ohio. The reporting you did in Minnesota was amazing. Thank you for that. And if you come to Columbus, Ohio, you will find the exact same fraud. You will see the exact same things. Daycares everywhere, the home healthcare. I mentioned that in my video. I do not have your bravery to go out here and knock on doors like you did. I don't even want to leave my room right now, okay? But you could come here and do what needs to be done, please. Please investigate. Please talk to our government officials.

• 38:23Speaker 07

And you see how the police escorted you out of that building? The Columbus police are on the same take, I am sure. Allegedly. Let me say allegedly before I got the Columbus police coming after me, as well as the Somalis. It's a lot. In the meantime, please come here and investigate. You will find the exact same things. And the rest of the country needs to know that it is real.

• 38:57Speaker 07

Thank you for all you are doing and please, please, please stay safe.

• 39:02Patrick Bet-David?

And by the way, this is one of many videos of people that are making, asking you to come to different places. Do you, do you, do you have plans? Because I, I'm sure you've seen the numbers while they're doing this. California wants to put a 5% tax on the wealthy and then they get exposed for $24 billion of homelessness fund that they got Newsom that nothing happened to it. The train that they said they're gonna build, 18 billion, nothing's been built yet. Not a single rail's been put there. All of these things that are being exposed. Some people may be saying, hey Nick, maybe California, maybe New York, maybe this. Are there certain places you're targeting next?

• 39:37Speaker 02

Yeah, I have a whole list of places I wanna go next, especially with the fraud. So me and David will be going to more cities. I'm gonna bring David, cuz David, David's the man dude, everyone loved him.

• 39:46Patrick Bet-David?

  Tell me why.

• 39:47Speaker 02

But he's so, he's, one, he's super smart and he just, he, he just cares about the country and he cares about law, uh, being upheld. And fraud is fraud, like, it's so annoying that you have people receiving millions of dollars. Meanwhile, we are all working so hard just to give our, sometimes even half of our check to the government. Right? And so, we'll be going to more places and when you have a place like California where they just lose $24 billion.

• 40:16Speaker 02

It needs to be investigated. People deserve to know where they're going, especially when it's affecting your quality of life. If, if you're living in California.

• 40:22Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, there's no question about it. By the way, Theo Von yesterday, did you see what he tweeted yesterday?

• 40:26Speaker 02

Yeah, he's like, why are we paying taxes?

• 40:27Patrick Bet-David?

Why are we paying taxes? Right, if you're paying taxes, it's because you wanna see good happen with the taxes that you're paying.

• 40:33Speaker 02

Yeah, and I think what's so amazing is my journalism is actually, actually creating change. What we saw with, uh, what's the department called? The, uh, not HSI.

• 40:43Patrick Bet-David?

  HHS?

• 40:44Speaker 02

  HSS, yeah. HSS.

• 40:46Patrick Bet-David?

HHS, it's the 100, uh, 100, uh, what is it, 100, uh? Eighty-five million dollars that they're stopping?

• 40:52Speaker 02

Yeah, so what's so amazing about what I'm doing right now with my journalism is that it's actually creating change. So people are mad at me for this though. You're seeing them come at me on CBS, CNN, and every single time they point out something, they say conservative YouTuber, MAGA YouTuber, they just can't admit that I'm creating real change inside of the country right now. Never before have one of their investigations ever led to a point where they say, "Oh wait, we're gonna stop funding and we're gonna make sure everything's legit before we start giving them money." I mean, that video alone, I could have just saved the country hundreds of millions, if not billions of dollars.

• 41:29Patrick Bet-David?

Well, I think you did. I think what you did is, a lot of people are now getting exposed and they're not happy about it. Matter of fact, there was a, when you were in Minnesota, a guy pulled up to you, right? And he says, "I think I know what you're doing, okay? Why don't you just say what you really wanna say?" Right? This is the exchange. Is this yesterday or just a couple of days ago?

• 41:51Speaker 02

  This is yesterday.

• 41:53Patrick Bet-David?

  This is yesterday?

• 41:54Speaker 02

Yeah, so we have a whole nother video coming out about other fraud that's taking place.

• 41:57Patrick Bet-David?

You have a whole new video coming out?

• 41:59Speaker 02

Whole new video. It's gonna be a masterpiece, cuz it is crazy. And each and every single time-

• 42:03Patrick Bet-David?

  More than the first?

• 42:04Speaker 02

Oh yeah. It's gonna be crazier, cuz now the people, now the Somalis were right, they were after me. Like, they were coming and people were stopping in the middle of intersections, hopping out of their car, and I had to get security for this video, coming out just trying to literally attack me.

• 42:18Patrick Bet-David?

I saw one of the videos that somebody tried to attack you and you tried to protect your camera guy.

• 42:22Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 42:22Patrick Bet-David?

Is that still part one or is that part two?

• 42:25Speaker 02

There's so much going on, I don't know.

• 42:27Patrick Bet-David?

You know which one I'm talking about, because I saw one of the clips where you're like, "No, no, you didn't let the guy hit your camera guy." Every time they were swinging at the camera guy, you were standing in front of it.

• 42:35Speaker 02

Yes, I think that was part one. Part one, yeah.

• 42:38Patrick Bet-David?

  Could've been.

• 42:39Speaker 02

Yeah, that was, that was part one. This one, people were literally pulling over and getting out, like, in the middle of an intersection, a red light. They're stopping their car and coming out, and they're just coming out and trying to slam me for being a racist, for being Islamophobe. Meanwhile, I'm interviewing another black man in Minnesota, and they're calling me a racist.

• 42:57Patrick Bet-David?

Show, show that one video, Rob, the one with the guy saying, "Why don't you just tell the truth on what you're trying to do?" Go ahead, Rob, that one.

• 43:05Speaker 02

  Yes, sir.

• 43:06Speaker 12

Why are you sensationalizing the propaganda?

• 43:09Speaker 02

  What are we sensationalizing?

• 43:10Speaker 12

To attack our community. What's your final objective?

• 43:14Speaker 02

We're not attacking your community by any means.

• 43:16Speaker 12

Are you making good money from this?

• 43:18Speaker 02

We're looking for fraud. For instance, can you answer our question? Where's Safari Transportation Company 607?

• 43:23Speaker 12

  One second.

• 43:24Speaker 02

  It's not there.

• 43:25Speaker 12

How much, how much money are you?

• 43:27Speaker 02

Why don't you answer the question?

• 43:28Speaker 12

How much money are you making?

• 43:30Speaker 02

  Dreamline Security.

• 43:31Speaker 12

How much money are you making off of this?

• 43:32Speaker 02

I make money off of YouTube. That's how I make my money.

• 43:33Speaker 12

You got this. So you're making money off of sensationalizing?

• 43:35Speaker 02

  Not my job.

• 43:36Speaker 12

  And attacking the Somali community?

• 43:38Speaker 02

I'm not attacking you guys. We're asking.

• 43:40Speaker 12

I'll tell you the reason why this is happening. Alright, let me tell you the reason why you're attacking this.

• 43:43Speaker 02

  Fraud is fraud, correct?

• 43:44Speaker 12

  Yes.

• 43:44Speaker 02

This has nothing to do with race. This is fraud.

• 43:47Speaker 12

This absolutely has to do with us being Muslim?

• 43:50Speaker 02

  No, it does not.

• 43:51Speaker 12

Alright, and us being from Africa. This is a constitutional argument. If you don't want us here, change the freedom of religion. Say, listen, we don't want Muslims in this country anymore.

• 44:02Speaker 02

  We're not saying that.

• 44:03Speaker 12

No, no, no, no. Because when, when I go onto your comments, when I, when I go onto your comments,

• 44:08Speaker 02

  My comments are...

• 44:08Speaker 12

What I see is people that say, "We do not want Muslims here", "Kick every single Muslim in Minnesota out of Minnesota."

• 44:15Speaker 02

  That's a comment.

• 44:16Speaker 12

You are, listen, you preparing, you're preparing for the Somali community to me, to maybe be taken to concentration camps. Just some British Japanese community, alright? You're sensationalizing.

• 44:26Speaker 02

  No, we're not.

• 44:26Speaker 12

  Alright, something that...

• 44:27Speaker 02

  We're asking about fraud.

• 44:28Speaker 12

You know, you are, you, what you do,

• 44:30Speaker 02

  We're asking about fraud.

• 44:31Speaker 12

  You, you hate Muslims.

• 44:32Speaker 02

I'm not saying I hate Muslims.

• 44:33Speaker 12

You hate Muslims, you know you hate Muslims. Why are you attacking us? Are we the only community that suffers because of fraud?

• 44:39Speaker 02

  We're talking about fraud.

• 44:39Speaker 12

Are we the only community that does fraud? Listen, let me say something.

• 44:43Speaker 02

  This is about fraud.

• 44:44Speaker 12

There, we have, what, a thousand providers?

• 44:46Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, what did he just say?

• 44:48Speaker 12

  Even, even it's two thousand.

• 44:49Patrick Bet-David?

Are we, okay, let, let it continue because it's important what he's saying here? Sorry.

• 44:53Speaker 12

Sacrifice the safety of eighty thousand people because of fucking two thousand providers? Are you fucking mad? Are you stupid?

• 45:03Speaker 12

  You sensationalizing.

• 45:04Patrick Bet-David?

  Dude, I love your courage.

• 45:05Speaker 12

  What happens in Minnesota.

• 45:06Patrick Bet-David?

That's what you can't teach, folks.

• 45:08Speaker 12

Any Somali, every one single Somali gets hurt. It's because of you sensationalizes, you son of a bitch. Sensationalizes. Get the fuck out of our neighborhood. Get the fuck out of our neighborhood. Get the fuck out of our neighborhood.

• 45:21Patrick Bet-David?

  Oh, let me tell you.

• 45:23Speaker 12

Get the fuck out of here. Get the fuck out of here.

• 45:29Speaker 12

You want to sensationalize, you want to click? You got clicks?

• 45:33Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah. So you can pause it right there. Listen, you can't teach courage. You cannot teach courage. You can read all the books in the world, you cannot teach courage. You either have it, you don't have it, you got it. Major props to you. By the way, here's Newsweek. You ready? This is from AP. When he says, "Why don't you go target other audiences, other communities?" From AP, in Newsweek, Rob, if you can pull up this article, you know which one I'm talking about. We read about this yesterday. AP cited, citing the US Attorney's Office for Minnesota, reported that Somali-Americans made up 89% of those that had been charged in connection with the case of December 19. Trump has repeatedly criticized the state's large Somali community in recent weeks.

• 46:17Patrick Bet-David?

Meaning, all the fraud that's happening, 89% of it was tied to that community. The new allegations follows a series of fraud cases involving government programs and a state. The firestorm over alleged mass fraud began earlier this year and intensified in December after the state acting. US Attorney said $9 billion or more in federal funds allocated to 14 state-run programs since 2018 have been stolen, and 89% was tied to Somalis. We don't care what nationality you are. We just want to know who's doing it. If you come to America, you simulate, you make the place a better place, let's turn you into a flippant hero. But if you come and you steal from taxpayers, and you have the data that came up, Rob, which is so frustrating,

• 47:02Patrick Bet-David?

  that says 10 years after.

• 47:05Patrick Bet-David?

You know which one I'm talking about, the chart I sent it to yesterday? Folks who lived in America, Minnesota, for 10 years plus, what percentage of them were still taking welfare or social, you know, social programs that we have? 78% were 10 years after living in America, in Minneapolis. What do you mean 78%? 78%, these are numbers and stats that are out there. Uh, Rob, if you don't have it, I'll send it to you so the audience can see this. And by the way, while I'm looking for this, can you do me a favor while I'm looking for this, Rob? Can you play the clip of that one guy saying, "Yes, you white man, yes, you white girl, you go work while I'm paying for this, yes, you..." You know which one I'm talking about, I sent that to you yesterday, and...

• 47:46Speaker 02

The entitlement's insane from these people.

• 47:48Patrick Bet-David?

The level of boldness. What is the energy while you're talking to this guy in that video? What happened afterwards? Did he leave? Did cops come? Did security come? What happened afterwards?

• 47:56Speaker 02

A whole mob of Somalis came, like, they stopped the street and they just started honking. Probably at least 10 or so.

• 48:02Patrick Bet-David?

And did they at all, at any point, try to hit you, swing at you, or no?

• 48:06Speaker 02

That guy kept coming after me and security had to keep getting in front of him.

• 48:09Patrick Bet-David?

  Your security or his security?

• 48:10Speaker 02

  My security.

• 48:11Patrick Bet-David?

So you had to hire security for the second time around you went to Minnesota?

• 48:14Speaker 02

Oh, yeah, I had to, I had to get, I got, I had to get massive security for this video. I had, I had four people with me because of how crazy these people got. I mean, literally, they pushed me, they, that guy pushed me off the street. He came after me and you see they try to call you Islamophobe, racist. I'm like, I'm like, well, answer the question. Where is Safari Transportation? Is it right here? Because that address says it's right here from the state of Minnesota. But it's a wiring company, it's for money. And you want to answer the question. They can't, they, they know fraud's happening, like, that guy dang well knows that fraud's happening inside his, his place. He said, "Are we the only community that commits fraud? Are you only coming after us because we commit fraud?" And...

• 48:54Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, it's pretty wild. This is the clip of a guy, and we verified on X to see if it's real or not. This is a Somali guy, look what he's... Folks, if you're wondering, like, "Hey, be fair with this community, be fair with that community," and all this other stuff, it's very simple. Find out for yourself on what they're saying. Watch the energy of this guy. What does, does this decrease your blood pressure? Or does it increase your blood pressure? Go ahead, Rob.

• 49:23Speaker 13

Thank you for working so hard so I can be home all day, free. I can use my EBT. Go to work for me, white boy, white girl. Yeah. Go to work for me, you **** white animals. **** work for me. And the US government is, they work for me. All of you work for me. Now go to work. Ha ha.

• 49:46Patrick Bet-David?

By the way, I showed this to Jake. I said, is this 3D? He starts laughing. I said, is this AI? He says, Pat, that doesn't look like. Every second he's watching it, he started going like, maybe it is AI. Because this doesn't sound right for somebody to talk like that. Then I had Humberto and Rob look into it. Then we went to Grok, because you know, verifies the videos. That's an actual video. There's another video, Rob, of a guy that's at Home Depot. And a Home Depot employee is getting upset at these guys. And he says, do you have our kind of cash here? Let me throw some cash your way. Let me throw some cash your way. Did you see that clip? I, I texted to you earlier. Uh, you, you should have it. I just sent it to you again. If you check your, uh, uh, X, uh, your texts, you'll have it. While you're doing that, Rob, can you pull up that chart? And I'm going to go to Nick on this one. If you can pull up the chart. So this is the chart.

• 50:32Patrick Bet-David?

This is very important chart, guys.

• 50:33Speaker 02

  Eighty-one percent.

• 50:34Patrick Bet-David?

Eighty-one. Can you tell them what this chart is, Nick, please?

• 50:36Speaker 02

Yeah, so this chart is showing the population of Somalis inside of Minnesota compared to native households. And you're having eighty-one percent of the Somali population is on welfare and fifty-four percent on food stamps and seventy-three percent on Medicaid. So it's not even, and I'll tell you why there's so many that, and why they're able to do this. Is for instance, just take the daycares, for example. So a Muslim man, he's able to have four wives. They go and work at these daycares. They don't actually get, uh, any tax. They don't get any, how, how do you say, like, to get taxed? These people don't actually get taxed or they don't actually file that they're working. So they're just getting paid cash, as you saw in the video. And so then when they go, so then when they go to the office and whatnot,

• 51:20Speaker 02

they're able to say, well, we need money because we don't, we're not working. And so you have four, you can, you could, you could have up to four wives all collecting welfare for one marriage.

• 51:29Patrick Bet-David?

  What a business model.

• 51:31Speaker 02

Yeah. And they're all living inside these communities. And so their money is just getting funneled around millions of, literally billions of dollars, is getting funneled around inside of these communities. And they're also collecting welfare on top of it. So they don't pay for their food. They're not paying for their housing because they're all on welfare. Meanwhile, they're getting cash because the money they get from C cap from these daycares, for instance, is all tax exempt. And then just wait till I tell you guys about how they're moving millions of dollars to the airport and sending it back to Somalia.

• 51:59Patrick Bet-David?

  Airport?

• 52:00Speaker 02

Yes. I have some, I had a whistleblower come on my new video that we're creating and inside the Minneapolis airport for years now, you can even see it, Fox News covered in 2017, they have been funneling millions of dollars in cash through TSA.

• 52:17Patrick Bet-David?

  Through TSA?

• 52:18Speaker 02

  Through TSA, they'll-

• 52:19Patrick Bet-David?

I saw something about this. I'm trying to see if it's the same thing.

• 52:23Speaker 02

Yeah, I believe, it probably is because they've, but they've literally receiving millions of dollars and they just send it back over to Somalia and they're, they just have to get to Dubai. They have to get to, they're, they have to get to Dubai so then they can then send off that money.

• 52:36Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, here's a New York Post story, Rob. Minnesota multimillionaire day K fraud reportedly stretches back to 2014 saw scammers leave US with up to a million dollars a pop in cash. Okay? So, this story, tens of millions of dollars in cash transported in luggage started flying out of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport around a decade ago with a marked uptick beginning in 2016 with travelers departed with a total of 84 million dollars and another 100 million dollars the next year Fox 9 reported in 2018. The troubling report has taken an explosive new significance since the feds alleged a

• 53:17Patrick Bet-David?

mind boggling up to $9 billion of fraud scheme in which supposed businesses such as daycares were taken away. So, so here's a question.

• 53:28Patrick Bet-David?

How much of this you think Tim Walz knew is happening?

• 53:34Speaker 02

Oh, he's known about it. That's why he's saying fraud's been happening for years. He's literally knows that fraud has been happening. Like, he is so stupid. Like, he knows it's happening. If someone's stealing money from me and if I'm giving them money and they're going to do something with it, what am I gonna do? I'm gonna stop giving them money. He's enabled and continued to let this fraud happen and so is everybody else inside of that Capitol building because they're the ones writing the checks.

• 53:56Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, Rob, is this the clip? Because this, this, this kind of brings me to a completely different thing that I'd like some people to look into. Rob, is this him talking about that he knows fraud is happening?

• 54:05Speaker 09

  In 2019, yep.

• 54:06Patrick Bet-David?

  This is a 2019 clip?

• 54:08Speaker 09

  Yep.

• 54:08Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, go for it, six years ago.

• 54:09Speaker 14

I want to be clear that the legislative's audit report gave us a clear path. It told us that we could do better, and just like Menlars, I now own that, and I own the fix for that. But I do want to be clear, before we take some other questions on this, that what needs to stop is a demonization of one community involved in this. What needs to stop is an absolutely unproven storyline that continues to resurface on the House floor, that this money went to terrorists, and it's targeted at one group of our citizens here, of Minnesotans. We'll own that this thing needs to be fixed. We'll own that there were problems in this. We will own that there are fixes, and we think we proposed the right amount, but we're

• 54:51Speaker 14

open to that, to try and close this. But, again, I am not going to allow folks to use this as a hammer against a group of people.

• 55:02Patrick Bet-David?

Okay. So he's not going to allow to use this as a hammer? Okay, so then the next question is, how do you think he benefit from it? Not just election-wise, but you think he benefit from it financially? How do you think he benefit from it?

• 55:14Speaker 02

There has to be some sort of incentive where he's benefiting from it. Whether it be he's actually receiving money, or, or, obviously, the votes. But he has to have some sort of incentive to allow this happen. Maybe he's getting somebody else rich, and then he's then getting money to funnel for his next campaign, whatnot. That's kind of how, I even had a mayor in California tell me once that, that's why there's so many nonprofits, is because they create these nonprofits, and that, and that money can go back to funneling somebody else's campaign. But, so Tim Walz, he's probably receiving some sort of benefits. I know he's been to China a lot, Tim Walz. He's actually not even from Minnesota. He was born in Nebraska. I don't even know if he owns a home in Minnesota. Like, I don't think he actually, like, physically owns a home in Minnesota. He lives in the governor's mansion, but lots of really strange things.

• 56:00Speaker 02

Underneath Tim Walz and why would it take if Pat if you're giving somebody millions of dollars? And you've noticed that millions of dollars are going to places where they shouldn't be? How many years do you think it'd take for you to solve that issue?

• 56:13Patrick Bet-David?

Six months, three to six months. You'd put the entire team behind it because you want to be able to gain credibility that we're addressing this issue and it cannot continue.

• 56:23Speaker 02

So he's had six years and then 2023, he says, we're going to, or he's either 2023. I think he said, we're going to give them a raise. We're going to give the childcare a raise in Minnesota.

• 56:35Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, this, this is a little weird because the, the one thing when, when Kamala Harris was choosing the VP. And you know, is it going to be Newsom? Newsom rejected it. Is it going to be Josh Shapiro? They're not comfortable that he was Jewish and that, you know, he had some stuffed skeletons in a closet from a previous friend that he protected. They claimed that was the reason, right? And Josh is not a fan of Kamala Harris. Nobody in a million years thought it was going to be a guy named Tim Walz. But here's what happened, Rob, if you want to pull this up. When they announced Tim Walz, what's weird is 24 hours after announcing Tim Walz. A record breaking $36 million went into the campaign. It was a record breaking thing that happened.

• 57:15Speaker 02

  Whoa.

• 57:16Patrick Bet-David?

I don't know if you knew this or not. Harris's campaign raises $36 million in 24 hours after announcing Walz as running mate. Where that money came from, of course, someone can investigate this. And they said this was a record breaking number. Who is Tim Walz? It's not like it's a massive name. Where is that money coming from? You know, you, you know, we don't, we don't know who this individual was to be able to get this kind of money. But it gets people to question where this money came from.

• 57:41Speaker 02

Yeah, 100%. That's good, kind of goes back to my point that they'll start these organizations or start these daycares and then they can just get all this money tax free and then they can funnel it wherever they want.

• 57:52Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, so that that is the part where how is he winning from doing this? Then there's also some people that were speculating saying, you know, Tim Walz getting in. This is such a big issue nationwide with Democrats in different places. I even saw one that said Pennsylvania is also another place they're looking into. If this becomes a national thing on the Democratic side for fraud, this is not just bad for Tim Walz. This is bad for everybody. Yesterday Scott Jennings on CNN, I don't know if you saw this exchange between Scott Jennings and Dear Abby. Yeah. Did you see that exchange? Rob, if you want to play this clip, it was it was it was Scott doing his typical thing, which is, you know, destroying everybody on that show and, you know, the CEO of CNN.

• 58:36Patrick Bet-David?

Rob, if you want to play this clip real quick, watch this exchange, folks.

• 58:39Speaker 15

Why is it that right now, everything seems to be about whether or not the people involved here are Somali, even though one of the biggest people who were involved in in one of these frauds was not Somali at all. She was a white woman. So respond to that.

• 58:57Speaker 16

Doesn't that disprove everything he just argued?

• 58:59Speaker 15

  Well.

• 58:59Speaker 16

They're obviously rounding up. No, the answer is no. They're rounding up everybody who is involved in fraud.

• 59:04Speaker 15

No, they're not rounding up everybody. They're all talking about Somalis, that's the point.

• 59:08Speaker 16

I want them to round up anyone who is involved in defrauding American taxpayers of what apparently amounts to $9 billion in a very, very small state, Somali, whether they're citizens, immigrants, white, I don't care. You don't care if they target one community? I want the fraud to stop. But do you support the targeting of this one community or not? I support the targeting. You think that's the right thing to do? I support the targeting of people engaged in fraud. But do you support the targeting of the Somali-American community as directed by the president? If they are engaged in fraud. Based on their ethnicity. That's not what he said. That's it.

• 59:44Patrick Bet-David?

That is precisely what he said. If data says it's the case, who cares? Go keep playing it.

• 59:50Speaker 16

Should that make them immune? That's a straw man argument? No. Just answer the question. I did. Should we target people based on their ethnicity? Anyone involved in fraud. But not based on their ethnicity. I want it based on whether they're involved in fraud. Is it really so hard to answer that question? Yes. I want it. Yes. Is it so hard? The only criteria. To sit there and say we shouldn't target people based on their ethnicity? The only criteria I have is fraud. Can you say? Can you say? We shouldn't target people based on their ethnicity? Can you say? I can say that. Can you say that? I can say that. Absolutely. Everyone here can say. Anyone who's not a plural human being can say you shouldn't target people. But Scott Jennings won't say that. Why won't you say that? Because I don't agree that that's what's happening. I don't agree with your fallacy. You've heard from the president. I don't agree with your stupid. Add hominem attacks.

• 1:00:29Patrick Bet-David?

There's another clip in this one, right? There's another clip where he is just going at it with Abby. It's an exchange between the two of them. But finally, these types of conversations, is this the one?

• 1:00:39Speaker 16

  I think, no, that's not.

• 1:00:41Patrick Bet-David?

There's one that he's going with Abby back and forth. And it's a very, very strong exchange that they have it. The point is, at this point, is this the one?

• 1:00:51Speaker 09

This is where they talk about Tim Walz claiming that fraud was a white supremacy.

• 1:00:56Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, this is the one. Go ahead.

• 1:00:58Speaker 16

It's Democrats who have put Somali diaspora in Minneapolis at the center of their party and their state's politics. It's a small portion of the population. There is a bunch of fraud that goes on. And even Tim Walz has claimed that any investigation of this fraud is akin to white supremacy.

• 1:01:15Speaker 15

No, he hasn't. No, he has not claimed that. He has not said that.

• 1:01:18Speaker 16

  He has said that.

• 1:01:19Speaker 15

  He has not said that.

• 1:01:21Speaker 11

This is what happens when your own federal government wages war against you. This is what happens when they target communities for their own benefit. This is what happens when they scapegoat. And this is what they happens when they no longer hide the idea of white supremacy. The idea of white supremacy. The idea of white supremacy. The idea of white supremacy.

• 1:01:40Patrick Bet-David?

See, this is why you can't do things like that today. There's a 17-year-old kid that's a great editor that knows how to take it, find it. And he has all the time in the world, Dear Abby. You can't say stuff like that with CNN anymore. You can't. Someone like a 23-year-old Nick Shirley that's fearless with courage is gonna come and say, "Let me investigate this a little bit more if this is true or not, if he ever said this or not." Go ahead.

• 1:02:00Speaker 02

Yeah, Tim Walz said it himself.

• 1:02:02Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:02:02Speaker 02

He called me and everybody else a white supremacist.

• 1:02:04Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah. Yeah.

• 1:02:06Speaker 02

For simply just caring about fraud.

• 1:02:07Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:02:08Speaker 02

And that's why he's allowed fraud to happen because he's so scared of being called a racist, be called an Islamophobe, and for saying things for what they are. That fraud is fraud, and it's a fact that the Somali population inside Minnesota are committing eighty-nine percent of the fraud.

• 1:02:23Patrick Bet-David?

Eighty-nine percent of the fraud in Minnesota is coming from Somalis?

• 1:02:27Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:02:28Patrick Bet-David?

I mean, what does that do to you? I mean, the question then becomes, from the White House, yesterday Eric Trump tweeted, I don't know if you saw this tweet, the best part about this tweet is the comments below. And Eric Trump, we're friends with Eric, but Eric tweets something and says, I don't know if you saw this, Rob, he says, man, people better get, start getting right there. He said, people better start going to jail in Minnesota. And the most common retweet was, dude, your dad's the president, like, meaning, you know, give him a call and do something. But the reality of it is, if an Eric Trump is saying, people better start going to jail.

• 1:03:06Patrick Bet-David?

Don Jr. had you on, I think, last night, you were on a show last night with him. People simply want to see if anyone's going to be held accountable or not going into 2026. Do you think with the work you're doing, you're almost forcing them to have to make a decision of people getting arrested? And if that, have you started seeing people getting arrested? Like, when you went to Minnesota, did you see the government there as well?

• 1:03:29Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:03:29Patrick Bet-David?

  Going knocking on doors?

• 1:03:30Speaker 02

Yeah, and that was directly because of my YouTube video, and because of the video that went viral on Next. So, when have you ever seen a piece from a journalist, from a YouTuber, that's created such a change where literally within hours, they launch a full-fledged investigation to go and crack down on the fraud?

• 1:03:47Patrick Bet-David?

  Is this one of them?

• 1:03:48Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:03:49Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, Rob, can you play this?

• 1:03:57Patrick Bet-David?

Where did they find you? What's this one?

• 1:03:59Speaker 02

They're just going door to door, just

• 1:04:00Patrick Bet-David?

  Looking for people.

• 1:04:01Speaker 02

Asking people about fraud. Because I guarantee inside of this business, there's probably a transportation company that's also labeled there, there could be a home healthcare business there, there could be an adult daycare, and it's a grocery store. So, that's how these companies are operating. I went to so many places where they don't even have a real business.

• 1:04:18Patrick Bet-David?

Wow. So, this could be three or four businesses?

• 1:04:22Speaker 02

  Oh, yeah.

• 1:04:24Patrick Bet-David?

What else did you find, Rob? Have they made any major arrests? Have you seen people walking out getting arrested? I haven't seen any of that yet. I haven't seen any of that yet that's taking place. I haven't seen the full on, like, the way 1980s, when Rudy Giuliani went out there and a bunch of mobsters were getting arrested, 240-something of them getting arrested, coming out with handcuffs? Handcuffs? We haven't seen that yet. I think that's what the American people want to see. They want to see some accountability taking place. By the way, you know that other video that we played where the guy said? Uh, uh, Rob, can you go to the video of the guy claiming that Nick Shirley came out of time, that nobody was here, and that's not fair because the time is this? And I'm here, there's kids here every day, I've been here for eight years,

• 1:05:09Patrick Bet-David?

there's always kids here, there's kids here. The, the, the, there's a video right there, that guy right there. So, watch this, watch this video. Go ahead.

• 1:05:18Speaker 17

What would you say to Nick Shirley, the YouTuber, if he was standing in front of you?

• 1:05:21Speaker 18

I have nothing against him himself, but I do have something against the rhetoric. It's, if you're gonna be a journalist, just be, have a moral compass. Like, do what you do correctly. If you catch business that are fraud, no one here is with that. Like, we don't support that as a community. I don't support that myself, I was born and raised here. I'm, I'm not for fraud. Like, the notion that, hey, a certain batch of somebody got caught, so all of them support it? It's like, no. No one, if, in, in any community, any mishaps that happen, the rest of the community obviously doesn't want that to happen, it's a stain on all of our names. As you guys can see, we don't want that to happen. We don't, we don't take part in that, we don't like that, we don't want that in our communities. But just to say, hey, a certain company got caught, so they must all do it? And I feel like that's what he's doing?

• 1:06:06Patrick Bet-David?

  Eighty-nine percent, buddy.

• 1:06:07Speaker 18

  I'm not a pedant.

• 1:06:08Speaker 19

Two to 10 p.m. may not be your typical daycare hours? So, can you explain why it is that you operate during these hours?

• 1:06:13Speaker 18

The reason for that is, we're after-school hours. So, most of our clients, not most of our clients, all of our clients is after-school hours. So, schools' earliest dismissal would be 2:15 to 2:30. And the latest dismissal would be up to like 4:30.

• 1:06:28Patrick Bet-David?

You said you were there 11 and 5. That's what you said.

• 1:06:31Speaker 02

Yeah, I went at 11 in the morning, and then I went back the next day at a later time. And what's interesting is when he's out talking and doing this, simult- simultaneously, at the exact same time, the...

• 1:06:46Speaker 02

Commissioner of Children is saying that that daycare was closed a week ago. I filmed my video, the first one, on December 16th, when it was still operating.

• 1:06:54Patrick Bet-David?

Your first video was shot December 16th, that was released December 26th.

• 1:06:57Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:06:57Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay.

• 1:06:58Speaker 02

So it wasn't filmed over winter break. It was filmed.

• 1:07:01Patrick Bet-David?

10 days before Christmas, 9 days before.

• 1:07:03Speaker 02

Yes, and so it was still operating as a business, according to the Commissioner of Children.

• 1:07:07Patrick Bet-David?

Got it. And by the way, isn't this the same location that in the first 42 minute show that you did? A neighbor is like, "I've never seen kids here."

• 1:07:14Speaker 02

Yes, a man who's been living there for eight years.

• 1:07:17Patrick Bet-David?

It's very important because, and you can tell that guy is just being straight up, he's like, "No, I've never seen anybody here before." "I'll find a time for you, Rob, if you want to look for it."

• 1:07:26Speaker 02

It's time stamped on my YouTube.

• 1:07:28Patrick Bet-David?

Okay. Uh, just go to. On your YouTube? Yeah, go to his YouTube channel, so.

• 1:07:35Speaker 02

  It's about at, uh.

• 1:07:37Patrick Bet-David?

What do you guys, that's taking place here in Minnesota? Go to 1630?

• 1:07:40Speaker 20

  I don't think.

• 1:07:43Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay.

• 1:07:43Speaker 02

And, um, but basically, this guy's been living there for eight years, he's never seen a single child.

• 1:07:48Patrick Bet-David?

Press skip, Rob, to the right, okay. If you go.

• 1:07:52Speaker 02

  About one more minute up.

• 1:07:54Patrick Bet-David?

  Up, fast forward, or behind?

• 1:07:55Speaker 02

  Forward.

• 1:07:56Patrick Bet-David?

Keep going, keep going. This is a lady that thinks you're ice.

• 1:07:59Speaker 02

Yes. And by the way, they also spelt leering wrong, and they also spelt Nicolette wrong. Like, these guys are incompetent.

• 1:08:05Patrick Bet-David?

And by the way, okay, right there. Pause it for a second, pause it for a second. And by the way, they responded to why the Learing center, they said the printing company made that mistake. And then, Rob asked the question, said, "If they made a mistake, why'd you put them in the first place?" And then they said they went back and they were gonna change it.

• 1:08:19Speaker 02

  For eight years.

• 1:08:20Patrick Bet-David?

For eight years. They made the mistake and it was gonna get changed, but what happened, Rob? It was too cold outside for them to come and swap the sides. For eight years! Yeah. Okay, so, but watch this. So that same place where the man says, "For eight years, kids are here all the time." This is what a neighbor said of what he's seen at this place. Go ahead, Rob.

• 1:08:39Speaker 02

Have you ever seen children at that daycare center right there? Where? Yeah, it's right there. It says, "The child, you've never seen daycare." I haven't seen anybody in here. We're gonna educate you on something. So what do you think about this daycare center? They spelt learning wrong, they've received over 1.9 million dollars this year alone, and they're supposed to have 99 children here. I don't see it. Have you ever seen any children here? None, not at all.

• 1:09:00Speaker 21

  None.

• 1:09:01Speaker 06

Last, this year they got 1.9 million, last year they got 1.5 million of your tax money for 99 children. We just wanna know where are the kids?

• 1:09:09Speaker 21

  Right.

• 1:09:10Speaker 06

  Where are the children?

• 1:09:10Speaker 21

I don't see them. I've been here since 2017, I haven't seen anyone like that here.

• 1:09:14Speaker 06

You've never seen a child here?

• 1:09:16Speaker 21

  Nope, not at all.

• 1:09:16Speaker 02

And so you've never seen a child here for eight years?

• 1:09:18Speaker 21

  Nope, not at all.

• 1:09:20Speaker 02

And how does that make you feel, knowing that this place is receiving 1.9 million dollars?

• 1:09:24Speaker 21

  Disgusting.

• 1:09:25Patrick Bet-David?

Did he walk over with you?

• 1:09:26Speaker 21

I mean, what the hell? They stealing the money, that's a federal grant too.

• 1:09:28Speaker 02

Yeah, I heard in the chat.

• 1:09:29Speaker 21

They get caught for that, it's a federal offense. I don't know, I studied law.

• 1:09:33Speaker 02

And you think Tim Watts should go to jail for all the fraud that he's enabled here in his state?

• 1:09:37Speaker 21

That's him doing this? Shh, well, but heck yeah. He's gotta be held accountable for this. I mean, there's no, there's no rhyme or reason what's going on here, it's simple, it's nothing there. It's a parking lot.

• 1:09:48Speaker 02

And look, they even spelled "learning" wrong on their sign for a place that's supposed to be educating children, children.

• 1:09:55Speaker 21

That's crazy. Well, I mean, who, who runs it? Who supposedly runs it?

• 1:09:59Speaker 02

  Samoyeds.

• 1:10:00Speaker 21

Oh my god. Oh my god.

• 1:10:05Patrick Bet-David?

Who is he, by the way?

• 1:10:06Speaker 21

  Well, we're, we're...

• 1:10:06Speaker 02

He was just walking around. He was just walking, going to get his coffee.

• 1:10:10Patrick Bet-David?

So he's walking around, going to get his coffee, he sees you, and you pull him aside?

• 1:10:13Speaker 02

Yeah, that's how all my videos work, I just start talking to people.

• 1:10:16Patrick Bet-David?

So you just gotta start talking to the guy?

• 1:10:17Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:10:17Patrick Bet-David?

So this is a guy that is, lives in that area, works in that area since 2017, and he's never seen kids in that property?

• 1:10:24Speaker 02

  Never.

• 1:10:24Patrick Bet-David?

And then, by the way, that guy that responded to you, and he says, "I have nothing against Nick Shirley, I just say there's gotta be some kind of a journalistic integrity." Can you go to the other clip, another independent YouTube, Instagram account?

• 1:10:36Speaker 02

  This is the craziest thing.

• 1:10:37Patrick Bet-David?

  Did you see this one?

• 1:10:38Speaker 02

  This is crazy.

• 1:10:38Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, so check this out, folks. Apparently, the same guy that was in the back calling out Nick Shirley, look what ties... Can we give credit to this content creator? What's, Rob, I can't, 47 years, I can't see anything.

• 1:10:50Speaker 02

  Is it Sabrina Kosmos?

• 1:10:51Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, Sabrina Kosmos. She's sound, it's a Greek last name, maybe it's different, but here's Sabrina showing something that I think we should be interested in. Go ahead, Rob.

• 1:11:01Speaker 22

Am I going crazy or is this the same guy? Is the manager of the infamous learning center in Minneapolis also one of the guys that was dancing in the back of Mayor Jacob Frey's election victory video? The one that went super viral where he thanks his constituents in Somali for re-electing him last month? Abraham Ali claims to be the manager of the Quality Learing Center and says that there is no fraud going on whatsoever there. He very well may just have a doppelganger who happens to look just like him that lives in the very same city he lives in, or he could be one of the Somali community leaders who is working with local electeds to keep some of these fraud schemes going. But that would just be crazy, right? I could be totally wrong to assume this, but he's got a very unique face and hairline.

• 1:11:41Speaker 18

Put out a certain message about a certain group.

• 1:11:44Speaker 22

I mean, he looks so similar to this guy going. I mean hypothetically speaking, it would make sense that someone running a fraudulent business would have a vested interest in who is in control politically in the city where they are running said fraudulent business. And Jacob Frey is no stranger to simping for Somalia. Hell, he even puts out campaign videos in Somali for.

• 1:12:08Speaker 23

Maga egawad Jacob Frey, Doki Magalada, Minneapolis.

• 1:12:12Speaker 22

And the cherry on top is that Governor Tim Walz, after being radio silent, finally comes out and puts out a statement days later, just a few minutes ago, and what does he do? He blames Trump. Trump keeps letting fraudsters out of prison. I'm curious, do you guys think this is the same guy?

• 1:12:26Patrick Bet-David?

So this is the same guy that went up there, like a spokesperson, is the same guy that's celebrating with the mayor? Has the mayor's office at all reached out to you?

• 1:12:35Speaker 02

No, they're, they're actually, one guy even said, because I made this t-shirt, he said, oh, this is perfect, this is perfect, he said, this is perfect to be able to like basically sue me. Perfect, perfect evidence.

• 1:12:47Patrick Bet-David?

That you put that out there, the Learing Center 1-800-FRAUD?

• 1:12:51Speaker 02

Yeah, 1-800-FRAUD. And they're like, this copyright infringement. I'm like, well, first off, if I did you guys a favor, because it's actually learning, so I had the right to use Learing.

• 1:13:02Patrick Bet-David?

  That is so funny.

• 1:13:03Speaker 02

But think about it, you literally have somebody who's partying with the mayor coming out and talking about the fraud, and they just magically show up and they start busing in children. Yeah, they start bu- they literally start busing in children. And while the commissioner of children saying, "We closed that place a week ago." He, that guy, I don't know who he is. He's probably getting paid to cover face. He's the spokesperson for this mayor right now, trying to make him look good. And his time's up. We're gonna, and I even tried to confront him. I went to the daycare, he was there.

• 1:13:32Patrick Bet-David?

  Yesterday.

• 1:13:33Speaker 02

I was like, "You have a perfect opportunity to talk to me right now. Come debunk all the claims. I'm gonna, I wanna talk to you, I'll give you the mic." He won't, he ran inside the daycare.

• 1:13:41Patrick Bet-David?

Stop it, so you have that video?

• 1:13:42Speaker 02

  Yes, I have the video.

• 1:13:43Patrick Bet-David?

So, this is the yesterday, visit that you went to?

• 1:13:46Speaker 02

The daycare, yes. I went to the daycare, he was there, I said, "Oh, awesome, let me ask you some questions. You have the perfect opportunity to debunk everything." And he goes inside, and I get a middle finger from a lady inside. And he, and he goes and hides behind the door.

• 1:14:00Patrick Bet-David?

  Wow.

• 1:14:00Speaker 02

So that guy, I don't, I gotta say allegedly, apparently. But that guy definitely is in on the fraud. He's parting with the mayor.

• 1:14:09Patrick Bet-David?

So then that means is the mayor in on the fraud?

• 1:14:11Speaker 02

100%, they all are. If you look at all the records of these companies, that, that daycare center's had multiple violations over the past few years. Multiple violations, I think upwards of 10 violations. But yet, even if they were closed, they still received 1.9 million dollars.

• 1:14:26Patrick Bet-David?

That, that is, that is just...

• 1:14:28Speaker 02

And why would you ever put a child in there when there's only one door, it's completely blacked out, there's no windows, there's no playground? It's just a place for fraud.

• 1:14:38Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I mean, my mind goes to a lot of different places. Fraud, safety for kids. Rob, what is this one here?

• 1:14:44Speaker 09

Uh, this is the, uh, woman that you spoke about, the education commissioner?

• 1:14:49Speaker 02

  Yes, the commissioner of children.

• 1:14:51Speaker 09

Uh, where she talks about the daycare being closed, but they're also showing people going into the daycare on the same day.

• 1:14:57Patrick Bet-David?

  Let me see it.

• 1:15:00Speaker 17

Is there fraud going on here? No, it's a video, I just wanna know, what's your response? Huh?

• 1:15:07Patrick Bet-David?

Get the [bleep] out of here.

• 1:15:08Speaker 17

What's your response to the allegations? Is there fraud going on here, and is there children, that's all?

• 1:15:18Speaker 24

We are aware of a video that's being circulated that has gained local and national attention about childcare centers in Minnesota. While we have questions about some of the methods that we're using in the video, we do take the concerns that the video raises about fraud very seriously. Each of the facilities mentioned in the video has been visited at least once in the last six months as part of our typical licensing process.

• 1:15:43Patrick Bet-David?

  Once?

• 1:15:44Speaker 24

And in fact, our staff are out in the community today to visit each of these sites again so that we can look into the concerns that were raised in the video. So I won't go into any detail about whether or not any of these have any open investigations. I will share that our team was notified that Quality Learing Center closed just over a week ago.

• 1:16:04Patrick Bet-David?

She even all looks at the learning center.

• 1:16:06Speaker 24

And I believe the details that we're getting at our time were around space concerns. And that's what was shared. The previous one I mentioned that had been closed-

• 1:16:14Patrick Bet-David?

You can pause it right there. You give somebody a million nine and you only visit that place once every six months. And you're surprised that fraud is happening?

• 1:16:22Speaker 02

Yes, and then now they're like, "Oh, we're gonna start sending people to go look at him." Well, obviously, they're gonna start putting children inside the daycares. And the other complaint people had on the internet was, "Oh, he went during winter break." No, actually, he went December 16th. Right now, they're in winter break, and they're putting children inside the daycare. So what does that say?

• 1:16:38Patrick Bet-David?

  That's right.

• 1:16:39Speaker 02

  So their claims are retarded.

• 1:16:40Patrick Bet-David?

That is a very good point.

• 1:16:42Speaker 02

  So stupid.

• 1:16:43Patrick Bet-David?

Meaning, if they're doing it now, they're doing it to hide because the 16th would be the time where people are not on break. You need a daycare to be available. By the way, have you seen Ilhan Omar say anything about this?

• 1:16:58Speaker 02

No, I have not. She's been silent. Tim Walz was silent for three days.

• 1:17:04Patrick Bet-David?

Until he was forced to say something, and he said, "This is based on Trump because he's letting prisoners out." So Ilhan Omar recently said something about, "Look, if they have to kick me out, I'm not afraid. I will go back to..."

• 1:17:19Patrick Bet-David?

Somalia, I'm not an eight-year-old where you're gonna scare me. I don't think it's that one. If you type in, that's the one right there, yeah. Watch this one, 17 seconds. Go ahead, Rob.

• 1:17:27Speaker 25

I mean, I have no worry. I don't, I don't know how they take away my citizenship and like deport me, but it's, but I don't even know like why that's like such a scary threat. Like, I'm not the eight-year-old who escaped war anymore. I'm grown, my kids are grown, like, I can go live wherever I want. I, I mean, I have.

• 1:17:46Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, so I wonder how this is gonna tie her. Because her and Tim Walz, Tim Walz needs her. She doesn't need him. I have a feeling that if one of them throws the other one under the bus, the other one's going down with them, period.

• 1:18:06Speaker 02

Yeah, and Tim Walz, he's gonna have to do one or two things because he's running for reelection right now. Well, and first, Ilhan Omar, her net worth has skyrocketed from negative to $30 million since.

• 1:18:15Patrick Bet-David?

How? Nobody knows. They're saying it's her husband, they're saying different things, but nobody knows.

• 1:18:20Speaker 02

So if that's true, she's doing some pretty dang good returns on whatever she's receiving, $174,000 a year. But Tim Walz will have to do one of two things. He will either resign and try to flee and not take accountability, or he'll be stupid enough to continue his run for reelection and most likely be imprisoned.

• 1:18:40Patrick Bet-David?

If, okay, so run a poll, Rob. Which is more likely to happen? Tim Walz resigns, Tim Walz goes to jail, Tim Walz stays in office, and what another option do you want to put on there?

• 1:18:55Speaker 02

  Or nothing happens.

• 1:18:55Patrick Bet-David?

  Or nothing happens, yeah.

• 1:18:58Speaker 02

And I hope, like, everyone's like, we need it now, but we want them to come in with such solidified evidence that they can just go and boom, bring the case against him.

• 1:19:08Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I hope, I hope that's what's happening. I hope the reason why Cash has been quiet after that one tweet that he sent out and they haven't done a press conference, I hope the reason why it's so quiet, it's because they're about to do something. You know what I'm saying? I hope they're about to, right there. Okay, so check this out. How many votes? Let's see what the, okay, so 1,600 votes, let's see, 2,000 votes already. Wow, 49% is saying nothing's gonna happen. That is unbelievable.

• 1:19:35Patrick Bet-David?

24% think he resigns, 15% he goes to jail, 12% he is re-elected. But nearly 3,000 votes and half the people think nothing's gonna happen to him. Do you agree with these guys?

• 1:19:50Speaker 02

I mean, I sure hope not. Like, I, like, we hope that nothing hap- we hope that something happens.

• 1:19:55Patrick Bet-David?

  Accountability happens.

• 1:19:56Speaker 02

Yes, well, some form of accountability, because if I stole $100,000, or if I stole $5,000 from the government, or if you don't pay your taxes right, they're gonna come after you.

• 1:20:05Patrick Bet-David?

They're gonna come after you. For $5,000, they're gonna come after you. Let alone billions of dollars. 4,000 votes, and still they're saying 49% nothing happens. That is, that is unbelievable, that people don't think, well, let me see if we run that same exact, i- if people on X feel the same way, I wanna run to a poll, same exact way, Rob, on, on my personal one, which is more likely to happen. Can you do me a favor, Rob, and have PBD Podcast, uh, uh, retweet it? Just keep that right there, so I can write the same thing. Tim Walz resigns. Okay, Walz, uh, resigns. Uh, uh, so Ilhan Omar, nobody from the camp has reached out to you at all?

• 1:20:45Speaker 02

  No.

• 1:20:45Patrick Bet-David?

Have you gotten any threats? Like, actual death threats?

• 1:20:49Speaker 02

Yeah, well, in person and also...

• 1:20:52Patrick Bet-David?

Can you tell me about that? Like, are they messaging you, saying, "We're gonna get you"? What are they saying to you?

• 1:20:57Speaker 02

Yeah, like, they're saying, "Oh, like, Kirk, you're gonna be Kirk."

• 1:21:01Patrick Bet-David?

You're gonna be Kirk? That's what they're saying to you?

• 1:21:03Speaker 02

  Yeah, like, you're the next...

• 1:21:04Patrick Bet-David?

  You're the...

• 1:21:05Speaker 02

You'll be the next Kirk. And it's just like, are you kidding me? Because it's not even, like, I hate what's happening right now. Like, I feel bad for my family, honestly, because it's like, yeah, like, we didn't do anything wrong, and yet you guys are coming after me like I'm some sort of villain. Right? So I'm like, my little sister's getting phone calls, I'm like,

• 1:21:25Speaker 02

"Why are you guys doing this?"

• 1:21:26Patrick Bet-David?

Your little sister's getting phone calls?

• 1:21:28Speaker 02

Yeah, from like, the news. I'm like, "Okay, don't talk to my family." I mean, the, some news in, in India, they, they doxed my home, they doxed my dad, they doxed my, they're like, it was really weird. And I haven't even told my dad about that, because I just don't wanna even bother him about it.

• 1:21:43Patrick Bet-David?

  Well, Dad, you know now.

• 1:21:45Speaker 02

But like, they put it, like, it's just like, are you guys kidding me? Like, why are you guys coming after somebody for going against fraud? Like, I didn't make this a right or left issue. I just showed you guys that fraud was happening, and now you guys are coming after me, you're saying, "You'll all be the next Kirk." You're, you're literally stopping at intersections and coming after me, and trying to attack me. Like, what, why are you so evil? Like, what's wrong with you? Like, what? Why are you defending fraud? Do you like money being stolen? No? And what are you doing? You're a racist. No, I'm not a racist. I'm just telling you what the facts are. You guys are stealing money from the people that are working hard here inside the United States. I was literally talking to a black man, and then the Somali man comes out, and he's also black. So I don't like, I can't understand what they're thinking, calling me a racist.

• 1:22:30Speaker 02

I'm having a great conversation with a black man, and then another black man comes up, and he's Somali descent. And he comes and attacks me for being a racist. Like, no, I'm not a racist. It's so stupid. And that's why the fraud has been able to happen for so long, because people like Tim Walz are afraid to be calling racist. Afraid to be called racist. And me and my generation, we're over it. Like, we don't care.

• 1:22:52Patrick Bet-David?

  Oh, I love that, buddy.

• 1:22:54Speaker 02

Like, we do not care. Call us racist. I do not care, because I am not a racist. We're just seeing that prices of homes are so expensive. I don't even have a friend that can afford a home.

• 1:23:06Speaker 02

People aren't getting married because of how expensive things are. And we're paying so much money in taxes. Most kids are, I, I'm lucky, because I didn't, I didn't go to college. But most kids are starting their life off behind the finish, behind the starting line. There are thousands of dollars in the debt. And so, yes, we're upset, because you guys are stealing millions of dollars and getting rich. And then you're bragging about the white man working on TikTok. Who's actually the racist? You're the racist. You're the one saying, "The white man. You work, white woman. You work, white man." We're sick of it. Nobody cares. Like, stop committing fraud. If you're gonna be here, be happy to be here and, and work hard like we're working hard. Whether you're black, Mexican, Asian, white, just go and work.

• 1:23:50Speaker 02

And don't start playing this victim card and start trying to play political, make things political about money, for instance. Or don't get mad at people for making money. Like, that's why America is the greatest country in the world, is because of capitalism. And we had 250 years to do it. All these other countries had thousands of years to do it, but they, they didn't do it. That's why we have to protect what's ours.

• 1:24:13Patrick Bet-David?

No question about, by the way, what was your relationship like with Charlie?

• 1:24:16Speaker 02

Uh, he texted me the day before, the day before he got shot.

• 1:24:19Patrick Bet-David?

  Stop it.

• 1:24:21Speaker 02

Yeah. Like, he invited me on his show. I was actually the last guest to ever go on Charlie Kirk's show before he got shot.

• 1:24:25Patrick Bet-David?

  Are you kidding me?

• 1:24:26Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:24:29Patrick Bet-David?

You were the last guest to go on Charlie's show before he got shot and killed.

• 1:24:32Speaker 02

Yeah, it was like an hour before he got shot.

• 1:24:36Patrick Bet-David?

I didn't, Rob, did you know this? No idea. I did not know this.

• 1:24:40Speaker 02

And so I wasn't like personal friends with Charlie, but like that's why it hit me so hard. Um, him dying, one, he texted me the night before and then I was literally the last guest to go on his show.

• 1:24:50Patrick Bet-David?

  Wow.

• 1:24:53Patrick Bet-David?

Wow. And what was the conversation about the last day you were on, uh, with, uh, with Charlie?

• 1:24:57Speaker 02

Well, he just invited me on his show and then, cause he was going to do the debate. Um, it was his co-host Andrew who was hosting the show.

• 1:25:04Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah. That's right, cause you.

• 1:25:05Speaker 02

And I'm, I'm from Utah too, and, uh, what's strange about me, as I was supposed to be at that event, and I was gonna go do a live stream, and I was even gonna reach out to Turning Point to like be a part of it, cause I'm well-known in Utah. And for some reason, I decided to go back to New York. Or else I would have been, who knows how close I would have been up on that stage, or if I was just in the crowd. But I would have been live streaming it.

• 1:25:29Patrick Bet-David?

You would have been live streaming it if you were there?

• 1:25:34Patrick Bet-David?

  Wow.

• 1:25:37Patrick Bet-David?

  Who was Charlie to you?

• 1:25:38Speaker 02

Yeah. I think he's just somebody that's similar to somebody like you, you know they have your back. Cause you, you're also doing the same thing, so you have that mutual respect for him. And yeah, you might not agree with everything Charlie said, but if you think about what he did as far as the movement he created with Turning Point, I don't know if you were at Amfest, uh, last week, but it's amazing.

• 1:26:00Patrick Bet-David?

  Not last week, last year.

• 1:26:01Speaker 02

It's amazing to see that. Even one person can gather thirty thousand people for a convention in one weekend, right? And, uh, I think he's just more so just like somebody who's in the fight with you. Speaking truth for what they believe and not standing down to anybody.

• 1:26:17Patrick Bet-David?

Do, do you have any interest in investigating and finding out what happened there and who shot him? Like, do you have an opinion on that?

• 1:26:24Speaker 02

I think it was that, I think it was Tyler Robinson.

• 1:26:27Patrick Bet-David?

You think it was Tyler Robinson?

• 1:26:28Speaker 02

For sure. I think so. Cause I'm from Utah. The most violent protesters I've ever been around that I've been attacked by are people in Utah.

• 1:26:36Patrick Bet-David?

  Seriously?

• 1:26:36Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:26:37Patrick Bet-David?

  Why is that?

• 1:26:37Speaker 02

Well, in Utah, we're primarily, most of us are members of the Church of Jesus Christ. Uh, we're Mormons. We primarily support Trump and we're.

• 1:26:49Speaker 02

We don't fall into the agenda of the LGBTQ plus because of our religion. You can do whatever you want, but for instance, in our religion. Yeah, for instance, in our religion, we believe that marriage is between a man and woman. And so if you're anything that's not, if you're not a Christian, for instance, and you are in this mob mentality of Antifa, of these left-wing ideas where they think literally Trump's, Trump's the devil, or Charlie Kirk's a fascist. And so if you're inside of Utah and you're somebody who does not believe in that and you're not happy, you're in the worst place you could possibly be for yourself.

• 1:27:32Speaker 02

And that's why, that's why people in Utah have, that's why the liberals are so crazy in Utah. And that's why there's been two killing political attacks in Utah this year. At No Kings protest, somebody got shot and killed. I was supposed to be at that as well. And they killed Charlie Kirk in Utah.

• 1:27:49Patrick Bet-David?

Have you investigated to see who knows Robinson? Have you talked to anybody that knows him personally?

• 1:27:55Speaker 02

Yes, because, not that knows him personally, but I do have like friends that live in St. George and like his family was in his ward, in his church. And so I think he was just some person who, he left the church and he became, when somebody leaves the church for some reason, it becomes their whole personality typically. And they just become very anti Mormon and they just, like their whole mission is just like, their personality becomes like, I'm an anti Mormon, like what are you doing? Being a member of the church? And so that's why he was so radicalized in a way where he got to the point where he literally thought he needed to kill Charlie Kirk.

• 1:28:31Patrick Bet-David?

Wow. So he was previously an LDS?

• 1:28:34Speaker 02

  Yeah, I believe so.

• 1:28:36Patrick Bet-David?

Okay. And his parents are still?

• 1:28:38Speaker 02

  I can't confirm.

• 1:28:40Patrick Bet-David?

  Got it.

• 1:28:41Speaker 02

  But I imagine so.

• 1:28:42Patrick Bet-David?

  Wow.

• 1:28:43Speaker 02

  They've left the state.

• 1:28:44Patrick Bet-David?

  They've left the state?

• 1:28:45Speaker 02

Yeah, they're nowhere to be seen. Even the boyfriend. The transgender boyfriend, his family's left the state, I've heard too.

• 1:28:51Patrick Bet-David?

  The furry guy?

• 1:28:52Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:28:53Patrick Bet-David?

Wow. I hope where they went, there's some fur because it's important to them.

• 1:28:56Speaker 02

Yeah, so like, it's literally the worst spot for somebody to be if you're not a god-loving man who loves your family.

• 1:29:03Patrick Bet-David?

  Makes sense.

• 1:29:04Speaker 02

And we're all, in Utah, most of us are all successful too. Like, there's not that much poverty in Utah.

• 1:29:08Patrick Bet-David?

Mormons are workers. It's the one thing. Mormons are workers. And this guy, I mean, obviously, you know, the world, especially us, we want to know more of what happened with them. I want to get to the bottom of it, and I hope they, they eventually do. Because it's causing a lot of uncertainty with certain people. But going back to this, Rob, you had one clip that you were gonna play. Go back to that one clip right there. So this clip here is the freezing of the Minnesota. Can you tell us what this clip is, Rob?

• 1:29:34Speaker 09

Yes, this is Minnesota State Representative Kristin Robbins. She talks about Tim Walz and his team actually being proactive in threatening to expose people as racist and Islamophobic if they expose any type of Somali and fraud in Minnesota.

• 1:29:49Patrick Bet-David?

  And who is she?

• 1:29:50Speaker 09

She is a state representative for the state of Minnesota.

• 1:29:53Speaker 02

And she's over the fraud committee. And so, she's actually in my YouTube video talking about the fraud.

• 1:29:58Patrick Bet-David?

She's in the part two YouTube video?

• 1:29:59Speaker 02

Yeah, her graphs that I showed in my first video are from her. So she connected all the dots.

• 1:30:03Speaker 09

Yeah, she's the Minnesota Fraud Prevention Committee Chair.

• 1:30:06Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, got it. Go for it.

• 1:30:08Speaker 26

Absolutely. We have dozens of credible whistleblower reports saying that exact same thing. That people were told not to say anything because they'd be called racist or Islamophobic, or it would hurt the state. And so, people tried to come forward but were shut down. And that protection of a particular community is what really allowed this fraud to flourish in Minnesota for years. But, we have said very publicly that, yes, the bulk of the fraud we've discovered so far is in the Somali community, but some of our best whistleblowers are also in the Somali community. And it's really important that we get to the truth of this issue. And so, by failing to call it out, we allowed it to continue. And that has hurt Minnesotans tremendously. Taxpayers and our vulnerable citizens.

• 1:30:55Patrick Bet-David?

Have you spoken to her at all?

• 1:30:57Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:30:58Patrick Bet-David?

  You have?

• 1:30:58Speaker 02

I spoke with her at the fraud committee meeting.

• 1:31:01Patrick Bet-David?

This recent time when you went back or the first time?

• 1:31:04Speaker 02

  The first time.

• 1:31:05Patrick Bet-David?

Oh, the video at the end where you and the young African-American man are called?

• 1:31:08Speaker 02

So she gave a speech, that lady at the fraud committee, and then that lady who I confronted, she was like, "This is, how are we gonna build trust within our communities if we're talking about this?" And I said, so I was like, "All right, we're gonna confront that lady."

• 1:31:19Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, that was, that was very interesting at the end.

• 1:31:21Speaker 02

There's Kristen Robbins right there in that red, right there.

• 1:31:24Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay, so that's her.

• 1:31:25Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:31:25Patrick Bet-David?

So this is at the end of this. Rob, you wanna play this clip? Go back five, play it from right here, Rob.

• 1:31:30Speaker 02

Republican representatives showed charts showing exactly how this fraud has been committed and who is profiting and connecting all the dots. And while the Democrat representatives looked into the abyss, one of them spoke about how none of this is building trust and how this is a nonpartisan issue, so I confronted her after that.

• 1:31:46Speaker 20

  Yes, yes.

• 1:31:47Speaker 02

He has some very valid questions to ask about what's going on here in Minnesota. And do you think this fraud crosses...

• 1:31:53Speaker 27

So, I don't know who you are.

• 1:31:54Speaker 02

My name's Nick Shirley. Do you think this fraud is Republican or Democrat or just facts that fraud is happening?

• 1:32:03Speaker 02

Well, cuz that's what I heard you talking about.

• 1:32:05Speaker 27

I know, what I said is that what we're talking about is...

• 1:32:07Speaker 02

Because we wanna build trust, but fraud is fraud, so why should we be enabling fraud to happen here?

• 1:32:12Speaker 27

No, I don't think anybody is enabling fraud to happen.

• 1:32:14Speaker 20

No, why are you gonna hold Governor Walz accountable for this?

• 1:32:16Speaker 27

  Okay, sir.

• 1:32:17Speaker 20

No, no, no, this is not...

• 1:32:18Speaker 27

  Sir, sir.

• 1:32:18Speaker 20

When are you gonna hold Governor Walz... No, no, no. She is a representative for the state of Minnesota, yes or no?

• 1:32:23Speaker 27

  Um, excuse me?

• 1:32:24Speaker 20

  Yes, are you...

• 1:32:25Speaker 27

If you're gonna talk to me like that...

• 1:32:26Speaker 20

Are you the state... I'm a disability advocate, I...

• 1:32:28Speaker 27

  I heard you, and I...

• 1:32:29Speaker 20

  I get overstimulated.

• 1:32:30Speaker 27

  To testify.

• 1:32:32Speaker 02

Ma'am, the facts are the fact that fraud is happening here, and it's not a nonpartisan issue. How come you think fraud has been able to happen so much underneath the government here?

• 1:32:44Speaker 27

I think if you've been listening to our hearings, we've had now 10 hearings on this. And so there's really good data from the people who both work within the administration as well as who, both Democrat and Republicans. I think what you heard today is that the Republicans who control this committee are not actually interested in solving fraud. What they're interested in is telling a story.

• 1:33:05Speaker 02

This fraud has happened underneath Democrat leader Tim Walz.

• 1:33:08Speaker 27

Um, there has been Medicaid fraud across the country under Democrats and Republicans. There's fraud within the Trump administration. We have is fraud... Private providers have made government a mark. And so every person running government, Democrats or Republicans, are dealing with the issue of how to keep fraudsters out of our public payment. We're also dealing with veterans. We're dealing with consumers. I hope you're looking at that. If you look at UnitedHealth, currently is being charged with defrauding Medicare. You know who runs Medicare? President Trump. Medicaid fraud is a 50-state issue. And so, again, it is not a partisan issue. There are Democrats and Republicans who are sitting in that committee, talking about it.

• 1:33:50Speaker 27

But what you did here was the Republican chair say she's not turning information over to the one person in government who can stop payment. And I hope you print that. Thank you for coming.

• 1:34:04Patrick Bet-David?

You pause it right there. I mean, you see, you see that. How do you process that afterwards, when you hear her saying that?

• 1:34:12Speaker 02

I'm like, are you kidding me? Now you just try to blame it on Trump? Like, can you not admit fraud? She literally admitted fraud was taking place right there. They all know fraud is happening in Minnesota. So why didn't they stop it?

• 1:34:26Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I don't know. By the way, this is the poll on, where are we at on the poll with the podcast? Oh, wow. At 12,000, it is still at 49%. Well, go to X, look what X is. X is even higher. The people on X are even more skeptical than YouTube. 63.7% think nothing's going to happen. 16% think he's going to get re-elected. Only 7.5% think he's going to go to jail. On YouTube, 15% think he's going to go to jail. On X, 12.8% think he's going to resign. On YouTube, 23% think he's going to resign.

• 1:35:00Patrick Bet-David?

I don't know. I don't know what's going to happen here. But the reality of it is, he's exposed. What the US government... Have you spoken to anybody and asked them the question of what the US government has the power to do to Walz? And how that speed is going to be? Is it a slow process? Have you asked anybody these questions of what can happen to Walz?

• 1:35:20Speaker 02

Not specifically about Wals, but I've asked him like, how come like in the federal government, when we talk about like what's happening inside our states, why can't we just go in and solve the fentanyl issue for instance? And pretty much this, like we're seeing how much power states actually have inside the government when Trump wants to go and clean up a state for crime?

• 1:35:36Patrick Bet-David?

  Right.

• 1:35:37Speaker 02

  And governors block it?

• 1:35:38Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:35:38Speaker 02

So you're seeing like how judges can quite literally block and postpone stuff so long to the point where a lot of stuff just doesn't even happen. Or sometimes people probably get discouraged to the point it's like, why even try? And so, like I said before, I think they're just gonna have to come up with a case that's so solidified that when the evidence is provided, that they can't even, there's no debate for it. But what's worrisome is in Minnesota, they found a man guilty of $7 million in fraud. He was found guilty by, he was found guilty. The judge then reversed it after he had been found guilty. So like, they're all in on this fraud. Like, when have you ever seen somebody get committed for $7 million of fraud? And then walk free after he was committed?

• 1:36:22Patrick Bet-David?

This is, this is the one right here? Minnesota judge slammed for overturning conviction of a pair-

• 1:36:25Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:36:26Patrick Bet-David?

  -involved in Medicaid fraud?

• 1:36:27Speaker 02

  Yes.

• 1:36:28Patrick Bet-David?

And this is, this is yesterday. This is two days ago. Go a little bit lower, Rob?

• 1:36:32Speaker 02

  Seven million dollars.

• 1:36:34Patrick Bet-David?

How mu- how much is this? Seven million dollars. Yeah, right there. A judge in Minnesota is currently facing back on overturning conviction of over seven million dollars of a couple who were found guilty of misuse of medical Medicaid funds to fund a rich lifestyle. Oh, Rob, is this the one with the cars and the houses and the travel and the luxury homes? Or is that a different story?

• 1:36:50Speaker 09

That's a separate story, but same fraud, same type of fraud, just different people, different perpetrators that were doing it.

• 1:36:56Patrick Bet-David?

So this is not the same people?

• 1:36:58Speaker 09

  No.

• 1:36:58Patrick Bet-David?

And where are they from that did this? Abdifa Yosef, sounds like an American name. So if you want to see where our friend here is from? Abdifa, go to images.

• 1:37:10Speaker 02

Look at the judges. Like, why would she overturn that?

• 1:37:15Speaker 09

  I don't think that's him.

• 1:37:20Patrick Bet-David?

Former Al Shabab recruit turned witness to face deportation. Go back to that one right there. That's you found something interesting. Click on that. What date is that? Oh, that's 10 years ago. Former Twin Cities man who joined terror group in Somalia later became a star witness for United States government will be released from prison on Thursday.

• 1:37:38Speaker 02

I would not be surprised if that's the same man.

• 1:37:41Patrick Bet-David?

If this is the same man.

• 1:37:42Speaker 02

  Like.

• 1:37:43Patrick Bet-David?

But he isn't a free man. So Abdi Fa Yosef Asi is the first person to finish serving time for a terror-related charge as part of his expensive federal investigation to Al Shabab. Recruitment to Twin Cities because he is not a US citizen has been convicted of felony federal immigration enforcement officials took him to custody Thursday and into removal proceedings, said Ben. Zongha Patak said an immigration judge will hear. Rob, do you have the other story of the the folks who used the money to? Let's see if I got it here. There you go. So Minnesota scammer spent kids food aid on luxury cars. Jewelry. This is December 12th News Nation story if you have it. There you go. That's the one right there.

• 1:38:24Speaker 02

  Funding or feeding our future.

• 1:38:26Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, this is feeding our future. Yeah. Text messages recovered by investigators depict individuals flaunting their wealth, including one photo showcasing. A box containing $250,000 in cash. They used this money that was supposed to be used for feeding children to buy houses in Minnesota. Resort property and real estate in Kenya and Turkey, luxury cars, commercial property, jewelry and much more. Former US attorney. Andrew Luger said when announcing the indictments in September 2022. I mean, this is just insane at this point. And investigators also uncovered evidence of international money transfers with millions wired to accounts in China and Kenya. One text message instructed.

• 1:39:07Patrick Bet-David?

Please send $1,000 to Mogadishu Bakara, referring to a market in Somalia previously controlled by. Al Shabab and Al Qaeda affiliate. The location was also the site of the 1993 Black Hawk Down incident in which 18 US service members were killed. Are you kidding me?

• 1:39:23Speaker 02

Like we're we're funneling money and sending money to people who literally hate us.

• 1:39:30Patrick Bet-David?

  I don't know, man. I mean, I, I, I, um.

• 1:39:34Patrick Bet-David?

What is the latest, latest, Rob? What is the latest, latest? Like, has anything even happened today? You know how the president has a reputation on Christmas Day to attack Nigerian ISIS?

• 1:39:47Speaker 02

Trump hasn't said anything so far.

• 1:39:49Patrick Bet-David?

  He hasn't said anything?

• 1:39:50Speaker 02

Not referring to my video, no.

• 1:39:52Patrick Bet-David?

  Zilch.

• 1:39:53Speaker 02

  Yeah, zilch.

• 1:39:56Patrick Bet-David?

  Why do you think?

• 1:39:57Speaker 02

I think he's either coming up with something where it's so solidified, where something major happens. And, I mean, Pam Bondi came out with what she said, where over 90 people have been, uh, so far, prosecuted, or they've gotten 90 people and 60 of them had admitted to fraud.

• 1:40:16Patrick Bet-David?

60 of them had admitted to fraud?

• 1:40:18Speaker 02

Yes, and found guilty. I don't know if that was of this week, or if those were prior people, but...

• 1:40:25Speaker 02

I mean, I literally just threw the administration a layup to go in and really get people back on their side.

• 1:40:34Patrick Bet-David?

Have you tweeted at them? Have you sent a tweet at Cash Patel and the president and Pam Bondi? And just saying something like Mayor Suarez said? Remember when Elon Musk said, uh, about what was going on in California when Newsom and some of the guys, they didn't want Tesla to be open during COVID? And then Suarez tweeted out, "How can I help?"

• 1:40:58Speaker 02

  Mm-hmm.

• 1:40:59Patrick Bet-David?

Maybe if you tweet out, "How can I help? Trump, Cash, Bondi."

• 1:41:04Speaker 02

Should we do it right now?

• 1:41:05Patrick Bet-David?

Do it right now. I would be, because I'm willing to bet, folks, if you're watching this, can you do me a favor? He's gonna retweet this. I'm gonna retweet it. Can you go on X and just retweet this? It's a very basic question.

• 1:41:19Speaker 02

All right, what do we want to see?

• 1:41:20Patrick Bet-David?

I think you just posed a question. It's an open-ended question. "Dear Mr. President, Cash Patel and Pam Bondi, how can I help?" Question mark. That's it. Respectfully. "Dear Mr. President, Cash Patel, Pam Bondi, how can I help?"

• 1:41:38Patrick Bet-David?

I would be curious if anybody reaches out to you. Because if you're doing part two, you were just there yesterday. Because I saw the first one, there wasn't much snow. The second one, there was more snow when you went there. It seemed like it was colder. And then now, you're having a hard time even going into the streets without security. Because people coming after you.

• 1:41:54Speaker 02

Well, now, people are gonna think I'm a fed after I tweet this. So, we'll see what happens. Alright. Dear Mr. President, Real Donald Trump, and AG Pam Bondi, FBI Director Cash Patel. How can I help?

• 1:42:05Patrick Bet-David?

How can I help? Very open-ended. Very open-ended. I'm just curious. Because what makes your, uh, uh, yeah, there it is. What makes your, uh, uh, approach different is you're, you're, you're a good guy who's curious, who wants America to be better. Um, let me, let me go to this, I can retweet it.

• 1:42:28Speaker 02

Everybody watching, you all better go retweet that. I don't want people to think I'm a fed.

• 1:42:31Patrick Bet-David?

Well, the good news is, now you're being, uh, uh, there's documentation. Oh, okay, it's already got a bunch of retweets. Okay, good. And I just retweeted it as well. Perfect. Let's see, let's see if they respond. I think they will. I think they will. I think the way the president works, sometimes he gets ahead of it. Sometimes he has his team. He can't be everywhere at, at the same time.

• 1:42:54Speaker 02

He's been dealing with Ukraine this week.

• 1:42:56Patrick Bet-David?

  Say that again?

• 1:42:56Speaker 02

He's been dealing a lot with Ukraine.

• 1:42:57Patrick Bet-David?

He's been dealing with Ukraine. He's been dealing with a lot of stuff. But to me, um, on Christmas Day, he did what? On Christmas Day, he went after Nigeria, right? And everyone's like, wait a minute, Christmas Day Nigeria? I think this is something where everybody, I mean, how many, how many tweets has Elon? Can you go on Elon Musk's tweet? How many of Musk's tweets are just about this topic? How many of Musk's tweets in the last, since December 26th that you posted this? How many times has he retweeted a video of somebody that retweeted about you or this topic?

• 1:43:31Speaker 02

  A lot.

• 1:43:32Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, so let's just count this. Let's just count this, okay? Number one, that's about you. Keep going. Okay? Number two is, in the election last year, how's my, okay, keep going. Keep going. Keep going.

• 1:43:45Patrick Bet-David?

Keep going, keep going. What is this one here?

• 1:43:49Speaker 09

  Tesla.

• 1:43:49Patrick Bet-David?

Tesla, okay, keep going. Keep going. I've probably seen forty tweets. What is that about? What is that one about? Illegal immigrants? Virginia? This next one is about me. Okay, this is you? About being called a racist, about fraud. Okay, so that's two. Keep going. So this is twenty-two hours. Keep going. Scott Jennings about you. Yep. Okay, because that's the investigation. Keep going. And this is Elon Musk. Okay, that's you. That's you. So keep going. So that's JD Vance and Elon.

• 1:44:21Speaker 09

  Five.

• 1:44:22Patrick Bet-David?

That's also you. Keep going. That's five tweets already. Keep going. What is that? Illegal aliens? Fraud. Fraud, so that's six. Keep going. No, that's not. That's Tesla. Keep going.

• 1:44:33Speaker 09

  Rock.

• 1:44:35Patrick Bet-David?

Keep going. Keep going. That's you. That's... That's you. Okay, keep going. Seven. Seven, right there. Eight, right there. That's about fraud. That's right. Keep going. And that's thirteen hours. That's in the last thirteen hours. Keep going. Seven in thirteen hours. The guy that's got two-hundred-and-thirty-million followers has tweeted seven things about things that you influenced. That's it as well, right? Right there. Eight. Keep going. That's nine. Bill Ackman. Fraud. Ten. Okay. Eleven. That's eleven. We got... That's it. That's... Which one? The top one? Bill Ackman. Twelve. Keep going. So think about that. Twelve. Thirteen. Thirteen.

• 1:45:20Patrick Bet-David?

We're not... We gotta get past twenty-four hours. Thirteen. Keep going. And this is Elon. This is not just anybody. That's thirteen. Keep going. That's about fraud. That's fraud. Fourteen. Fraud. Fifteen. Somalia.

• 1:45:35Speaker 09

  SpaceX.

• 1:45:36Patrick Bet-David?

SpaceX. We're at nineteen hours. Keep going. Sixteen. There goes.

• 1:45:41Speaker 09

  Seventeen.

• 1:45:42Patrick Bet-David?

That's Somalia, fraud, Tim Walz, Ilhan Omar. Keep going.

• 1:45:45Speaker 09

  Eighteen.

• 1:45:45Patrick Bet-David?

Eighteen. That's about me. That's eighteen, nineteen. Somalia fraudsters.

• 1:45:51Speaker 09

  Twenty.

• 1:45:51Patrick Bet-David?

Twenty. By the way, we're at sixteen hours, folks. Okay? Twenty.

• 1:45:57Speaker 09

  Twenty.

• 1:45:58Patrick Bet-David?

Keep going. White hatred. That's white hatred up top. Twenty-one.

• 1:46:02Speaker 09

  Yes.

• 1:46:03Patrick Bet-David?

  Fraud. Twenty-two.

• 1:46:08Speaker 02

  There I am.

• 1:46:09Patrick Bet-David?

  Twenty-three.

• 1:46:09Speaker 02

He's literally saying because fraudsters want to kill me.

• 1:46:12Speaker 09

  Twenty-four.

• 1:46:13Patrick Bet-David?

  Twenty-four, that's David, legendary David.

• 1:46:15Speaker 09

  Twenty-five.

• 1:46:16Patrick Bet-David?

Twenty-five. We're at twenty hours, by the way. Twenty-six.

• 1:46:21Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay, keep going.

• 1:46:25Speaker 02

  Twenty-seven.

• 1:46:26Patrick Bet-David?

  Twenty-seven.

• 1:46:27Speaker 09

  Twenty-eight.

• 1:46:28Patrick Bet-David?

  Twenty-eight. We're at nineteen hours.

• 1:46:31Speaker 09

  Twenty-nine.

• 1:46:34Patrick Bet-David?

Oh my god, twenty-nine. That's, that's also about you. Thirty.

• 1:46:39Patrick Bet-David?

  Thirty-one.

• 1:46:42Patrick Bet-David?

  Okay, we're at twenty hours, thirty-one. That's twenty-two, thirty, uh, thirty-two.

• 1:46:48Patrick Bet-David?

  Keep going.

• 1:46:49Speaker 09

  Thirty-three.

• 1:46:49Patrick Bet-David?

  Thirty-three.

• 1:46:54Patrick Bet-David?

  Thirty-three.

• 1:46:55Speaker 09

  Thirty-four.

• 1:46:55Patrick Bet-David?

  Thirty-four.

• 1:47:00Speaker 02

  Thirty-five.

• 1:47:00Patrick Bet-David?

  That's thirty-five. Uh, that's, that's thirty-five, thirty-six.

• 1:47:05Speaker 02

  Thirty-seven.

• 1:47:06Patrick Bet-David?

  Thirty-seven. That's in twenty-one hours, thirty-eight.

• 1:47:11Speaker 09

  Thirty-nine.

• 1:47:11Speaker 02

  Thirty-nine.

• 1:47:12Patrick Bet-David?

Oh my goodness, are you kidding me? I didn't, I didn't think it was this many in the last twenty-four hours. That's forty in twenty-four hours. That's forty-one, the next one, forty-two.

• 1:47:23Speaker 09

  Forty-three.

• 1:47:24Patrick Bet-David?

  Forty-three.

• 1:47:26Speaker 09

  Forty-four.

• 1:47:26Patrick Bet-David?

  Forty-four.

• 1:47:28Speaker 09

  Forty-five.

• 1:47:28Patrick Bet-David?

  Forty-five.

• 1:47:30Speaker 09

  Forty.

• 1:47:31Patrick Bet-David?

Guys, this forty, that's for sure forty-six. Forty-seven, twenty-three hours.

• 1:47:41Patrick Bet-David?

  That's Minnesota, forty-eight.

• 1:47:44Speaker 02

  That's forty-nine.

• 1:47:45Patrick Bet-David?

  Forty-nine.

• 1:47:46Speaker 09

Twenty-four hours now, because it's December.

• 1:47:47Patrick Bet-David?

Forty-nine. So you got forty-eight or forty-nine tweets of Elon. Can you go all the way to the top? How many followers Elon Musk has? Just go to his account. The man who bought Twitter, October of twenty-twenty-two, with two-hundred-and-thirty-one million followers, as busy as he is running all these multi-billionaire companies, who is officially net worth is around seven-fifty billion, decided to tweet forty-eight times on the topic of fraud in Minnesota and Somalians, something you started heavily that went viral on December twenty-sixth. Meaning, if a guy with his calibre is that interested, I have a feeling you ought to get a call from some folks.

• 1:48:31Patrick Bet-David?

At the White House saying, hey, how can you help? And a bunch of people are commenting below it. I think there needs to be more attention to this. I think people need to, people want to know what's going on. I think people want to know, will there be accountability? I think people want to know, you know, uh, uh, uh, what are the ways? Now, what if, what if for you now, as an audience, the benefit that you have is an independent journal. Some other, if you guys are watching this, again, if you know anybody or any questions or anything and you want to support them, manect them, send them a manect right now at any context, information, anything you may have, you can manect, we'll put this handle below as well, the QR code. But the question is going to be, what, what are the places? So one is you, what you're going to be doing next. Okay. So whether you go to California, whether you go to Ohio, whether you go to Pennsylvania,

• 1:49:13Patrick Bet-David?

whether you go to New York, New York would be a very interesting one if you go there. And I know it's probably not the safest place for you.

• 1:49:19Speaker 02

Mndami also ran on opening up more childcare.

• 1:49:21Patrick Bet-David?

He did? That's, that's, that's why I'm saying New York would be an interesting one. If you went over there under Mndami and you did that, I'm sure that would be a lot of noise for him that he doesn't want to deal with. But California probably would love for you to go there. We obviously know the lady in Ohio, but it, it, this could be a very important role. And a bigger picture for me is how many other thousands of people that of course are maybe not going to do it at the levels you're doing it, but they're going to be going knocking on doors right now and they're going to be saying, you gotta be kidding me. Another person coming and asking these annoying questions.

• 1:49:55Speaker 02

Well, people are learning in locations like Washington State, homes inside neighborhoods are adult daycares.

• 1:50:02Patrick Bet-David?

Oh, do you have that clip that's Kent, Washington, right?

• 1:50:04Speaker 02

  Yeah.

• 1:50:04Patrick Bet-David?

  Go forward. Watch this.

• 1:50:06Speaker 02

  Shout out Cam.

• 1:50:07Speaker 20

Halaoli Safia Childcare Center in Kent, Washington.

• 1:50:11Speaker 02

  The childcare center.

• 1:50:12Speaker 20

They have received $863,000 since 2023. I don't see any signs right off the bat that it's a childcare facility. There's no car seats, there's no children's toys, nothing like that. Um, so we're going to go in and we're going to check it out.

• 1:50:32Speaker 20

Hi, is this, is this Halaoli Childcare? No, there's no childcare here? Okay, God, thank you so much.

• 1:50:39Speaker 02

Always the woman that come up and answer the door.

• 1:50:42Speaker 20

Alright guys, we're just at Halaoli, what's allegedly Halaoli Childcare Center in Kent, Washington, which is right behind me, right here. I went up to the door, the exact address listed on the state website, receiving over eight hundred thousand dollars in 2023, they claim there's no childcare here.

• 1:50:58Speaker 23

Couple hundred thousand dollars for the cars.

• 1:51:00Speaker 20

I went and tried to ask the neighbors if there was daycare there, nobody answered, but I could see the people who lived in that house peeling the curtains back, because just like all of the other places, all the curtains were drawn, you couldn't see in or anything, they're peeling the curtains back and watching me as I walk around to the neighbors' houses and they're scrambling and yelling and I can hear them.

• 1:51:22Speaker 20

What's up with that? Pretty weird. So I'm, I'm out of the field now, I'm back at the house, and I'm looking at this Halaoli Safia Children's Daycare on their government webpage. And their licensed capacity is nine, just like the other place, and their total available slots, meaning the total amount of children they can take on is six, meaning this daycare is only serving three children. I mean, I think it's likely they're not serving any children, considering they told me they're not a daycare, but at most, there could be three children being served by this place and they're raking in eight hundred thousand dollars since 2023.

• 1:51:59Speaker 02

  Can you imagine being at...

• 1:52:00Speaker 20

I've now pulled up one of their inspection reports. Who wouldn't go into this business? And what you see is again, short-term, long-term, serious and immediate risks. The government defines serious and immediate risks as risks that pose serious risk of injury, illness, or even death for children that attend these daycares, and this is the most recent inspection report with no indication that it's been corrected or fixed, and they're still raking in... Hundreds of thousands of dollars. I don't even understand how this is possible. A normal inspection report for one of these daycares is like two pages long.

• 1:52:37Patrick Bet-David?

You can stop it right there, Rob. So this is, this is now gonna be a new business model of people going. So which means, imagine how many people that are not in Minnesota, who are conducting, conducting the same exact scam in different markets, have seen this and are now saying, hey, man, we better get legit quick. Cause someone's gonna come and knock on our doors.

• 1:52:59Speaker 02

Exactly. Exactly. Like people, they should be worried because there are so many of these all across the country. Even in, even in Maine, from Maine to Washington state, all the way across the country. There are thousands of these daycare centers. And me and you, we are, we operate a business, right? Mine's my YouTube channel, yours is this podcast and everything else you create. Who opens up a business thinking that we're gonna, we have to provide, we have to provide some sort of value to make a profit? These people are not providing any value. They're just receiving money, right? It makes absolutely no sense.

• 1:53:35Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I mean, listen, it really does make no sense, but.

• 1:53:38Speaker 02

Like, why are we giving money to these people? Like, it's so funny, I saw this on X yesterday. Someone said, okay, so say, uh, these daycares are still operating. Does anybody else have a problem that daycares are receiving 1.8 million dollars? While middle income families are paying thousands of dollars for childcare for their children? For daycare? Like, they need to stop all this daycare stuff. It's just millions of dollars.

• 1:54:02Patrick Bet-David?

Oh, the, the rage. I, I have.

• 1:54:03Speaker 02

I know people in Washington state.

• 1:54:05Patrick Bet-David?

  Yeah.

• 1:54:05Speaker 02

Who pay $70,000 a year for their child to go to daycare.

• 1:54:09Patrick Bet-David?

  For daycare?

• 1:54:10Speaker 02

  For daycare.

• 1:54:12Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, I mean, look, it, it, at the end of the day, I believe one of the reasons why this went as viral as it did is because the average family is sitting there saying, what are you talking about? What are you talking about? You know, I'm busting my tail, I'm following the law, I'm doing everything I can, and another country is gonna come here, take advantage of our system, steal from us, and they get away with it? And a governor from Minnesota protects these people? How's that even possible?

• 1:54:40Speaker 02

And then cause races for calling it out?

• 1:54:42Patrick Bet-David?

Yeah, and then cause races for calling it out. Well, look, when is your next clip coming up, gonna come out?

• 1:54:47Speaker 02

Yeah, so I gotta get home to be able to make it.

• 1:54:49Patrick Bet-David?

Okay, you gotta go home and edit.

• 1:54:50Speaker 02

Yeah, but it will be so, people will be so shocked by what we discovered, because it's not, because with all these, with all these daycares, healthcare, and childcare, there's a whole aspect that keeps the whole entire thing running. And that's what we're gonna be exposing this next one.

• 1:55:06Patrick Bet-David?

I love it. I love it.

• 1:55:08Speaker 02

Because they've, they've taken, they know where they can get the money from, because they're using welfare money, so they have all these systems. But they need something specifically to be able to keep the spin rolling. And so that's what we're talking about.

• 1:55:20Patrick Bet-David?

So how can people help? If people are watching right now, they're like, Nick, we love your work, how can we help? How can they help?

• 1:55:25Speaker 02

Yeah, so I think the most important thing, obviously, is to watch, subscribe and share, follow wherever you see it. If you would like to support monetarily or financially, you can donate. I have tips on my ex, or you could just go and cop and get yourself a quality Learing. Hoodie. But, yeah, for me, the most important thing is for people to be watching and sharing. And like I said at the beginning of this podcast, this video that I created is the most viewed video by anybody by the name who's not Mr. Beast that's ever been on the internet in a long-form content. There's been clips that have gone 100 million views here and there. There's never been a 42-minute expose of widespread fraud here in the United States that's received over 100 million views.

• 1:56:09Patrick Bet-David?

And, and I hope you continue at the highest level. I applaud your courage. You came here with your, you know, with your brother. It's good to have him here as well. It, it shows how you were raised with family, with the values, how, how it's important to you. And I said earlier, you can't teach courage, you got a lot of courage. We support you, we're excited for you, and I, I know for a fact, whether you hear from the White House, or Cash, or anybody or not, I highly doubt you're gonna stop. I think you're gonna continue doing this. Eventually, you're gonna have to force people to come out and say, we have to do something about this. And, and I think justice is around the corner because of the work that you're doing.

• 1:56:48Speaker 02

Yeah, I think so too. I think we're... Actually seeing journalism create change. We haven't seen journalism create change in who knows how long. One has CNN or CBS actually actually done something that's actually created change.

• 1:57:00Patrick Bet-David?

  They play safe.

• 1:57:01Speaker 02

But and then when somebody does, they come, you're seeing all these attacks come against me. These people are like, I saw something, someone's calling me like a PDF. They're saying all these crazy allegations. I'm like, hey, what sucks for them is they're never gonna be able to get me. I don't drink alcohol. I don't do drugs. I'm a virgin. I don't have sex with random girls. You're not gonna catch me on no sexual allegation charges. I don't have any addictions. I don't have any vices. So what are these people gonna get me for? They're done. I'm a religious. I believe in God. I'm everything they hate.

• 1:57:33Patrick Bet-David?

  I love that.

• 1:57:34Speaker 02

So what are they gonna get me for? They can't get me for anything. Like, they're gonna come after me for my personality, or for a stunt I did in high school, maybe. That's maybe the best thing they could get me for, is for Nick Shirley being a young reckless teenager, just like any other YouTube prankster. Go ahead. I don't care. Like, I have nothing to hide. Like, I literally have nothing to hide. So like, I'm going to become their worst enemy. You're gonna start seeing them using the slandering tactics, and it's just gonna be comical for me.

• 1:58:01Patrick Bet-David?

  I love it.

• 1:58:01Speaker 02

Because they have, they can't get anything on me.

• 1:58:03Patrick Bet-David?

  But and by the way.

• 1:58:04Speaker 02

The way I've lived my life, the way I've lived my life, and the way I do live my life, is a matter of fact way, I have my morals, I have my principles, I surround myself with primarily just my family. I was, I got, everyone turned their back on me in high school for doing YouTube. I got kicked out of my friend groups because of.

• 1:58:22Patrick Bet-David?

  Why? What did they say?

• 1:58:23Speaker 02

The parents saw I was like a liability.

• 1:58:26Patrick Bet-David?

  For doing YouTube?

• 1:58:27Speaker 02

  For doing YouTube.

• 1:58:27Patrick Bet-David?

  Why?

• 1:58:28Speaker 02

Because I was show, I was just showing stuff that me and my friends were due, like, whether it was like with fireworks, or throwing water balloons at cars. Like, we were funny in high school. Like, I was just a high school youth person. I was just like a high school jock. I was the star athlete of the team, state, state and track, everything like that. Football team, best player on the football team. All that, but then I also had this YouTube and they, I got kicked out of all my friend groups in high school. I got blacklisted from my friends, friend groups. I didn't go on, I didn't get invited on a single, uh, a single senior trip. I didn't get invited on any spring breaks because I couldn't go because their parents wouldn't let me. So I got blacklisted. Like I got blacklisted for doing what I'm doing today. How many of those guys have reached out to you?

Oh, they reach all the time and I'm like, our relationships will never, ever be the same because how bad they treated me. They never stood up for me or anything. And so that's why it's always me and I choose to go with my family usually. That's why my brothers are my best friends because of what they've done and how they've never turned their back on me. Wow. Yeah. What a story, bro. Good for you. Like YouTube has been like everything I've had because I've had people turn their back on me. I've had friends literally walk outside to go to lunch in high school and the friend group that you were in yesterday drives away. Like crazy, just for pursuing YouTube. When's your birthday? What I'm doing, April 4th. April 4th, yeah. Good for you. So it's a, it's a crazy and so I'm super happy and it's been amazing to see how God's been able to use me.

Uh, from what I was able to learn from high school, from doing YouTube, from just doing my mission as well. Just learning about human, about humankind in a different place, learning different languages. And to have that backing of years and years of trying to do YouTube and having little success, but still having success. But using those five years of learning to propel me to where I'm at in these two years. So anybody watching like, the most important thing is to start, start young too, if you're in high school. And uh, use your tactics and if you believe in your instincts, go for it. Cause I remember listening to a quote, um, from Kanye West, but it pretty much is the said, uh, listen to your instincts because that's what God's telling you to do.

So like me, it was never an option not to do YouTube and to create videos. I had no idea I was going to create this big of an effect, but God did, right? So follow your instincts, follow your gut, because your instinct and your guts is God telling you what to do, especially if it's good.

Yeah, I mean, listen, again, that's a story of your background, the values, the principles, the alcohol, the drugs, all that stuff that you were talking about, man, that is, they're gonna come after you even more because of that. They're gonna try to dig to find stuff, and you know, you're gonna be fine. You're gonna be fine, and you keep doing what you're doing. That courage is what inspires others to say, "I can as well." There are millions of boys around the country that, in this era, they're kinda like, "Well, he's kinda weird. He's a little bit different. Be careful with him." I was a kid growing up, and a lot of the parents are like, "Well, be careful with him. His parents got a divorce. He's this, he's that, you know. We don't know what he's gonna end up in. Why is he doing this? Why is he doing that?" And obviously, later on, I went to the military. So I understand

what you're saying with the experiences, but my gosh, at 23 years old, I wasn't doing what you're doing at 23. You're just getting warmed up. So, folks, if you're watching this, if you want him to do more stuff like this, we have to support him. And that support comes in different ways, like he said earlier. Subscribe, retweet, like, follow, buy the merch, you know, give to the account that he has, where you can go give to him, or if you have anything else that you're messaging him on, send him a message also, Manek, whether it's to thank him, or anything else that you know, that you want to share with him. Having said that, Nick, your class act. Thank you. Appreciate you for coming down. Thank you, everybody watching as well.

Got a lot of respect for your work ethic and your courage. Yes. God bless everybody. Happy New Year. Be safe tonight. Happy New Year. And don't run an illegal fraud daycare, because he may come knocking on the door tonight. Just don't do it, folks. I'll be knocking. He will be coming. God bless everybody. Happy New Year. Take care. Bye-bye, bye-bye.
