• 0:36Ant McPartlin?

Hi everyone, welcome to The Hangout, Ant and Dec here, hanging out with you again.

• 0:40Declan Donnelly?

That was a very quick and off the cuff.

• 0:42Ant McPartlin?

Well you always get in first, so I just wanted to get in.

• 0:44Declan Donnelly?

But the way you did it wasn't very warm, it wasn't very welcoming, you're just like, "I just need to get there first, welcome to The Hangout."

• 0:50Ant McPartlin?

That's exactly what it was, yeah, yeah. Hi guys.

• 0:53Declan Donnelly?

Hi everybody, welcome to The Hangout for another hanging out with him and me. It's your...

• 0:58Ant McPartlin?

  Bonus episode!

• 0:59Declan Donnelly?

Woo! Nice fingers, if you're just listening, Ant just gave, what do you call that?

• 1:04Ant McPartlin?

  What is that?

• 1:05Declan Donnelly?

  Rock fingers?

• 1:06Ant McPartlin?

Don't they, are they rock? Is that them rock? What's that? That's the wee. You know when you put your thumb out and your little finger, that's like, that's like a surf thing, isn't it?

• 1:15Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 1:17Ant McPartlin?

My girls do that, that's all, I don't know why. "Hey, great dinner."

• 1:24Declan Donnelly?

Wow! They don't go, "Great dinner, ate bananas."

• 1:28Ant McPartlin?

Not yet. I have tried to include a lot of banana ratings in the house on a daytime.

• 1:34Declan Donnelly?

  Hasn't caught on yet.

• 1:35Ant McPartlin?

Hasn't really caught on. Has it caught on with any of you guys? Nah? We're getting there. Getting there?

• 1:41Declan Donnelly?

  Have you noticed something?

• 1:42Ant McPartlin?

What? Lola? Hi Lola! Hi, how are you? You okay, you're back?

• 1:47Speaker 03

  I'm back.

• 1:48Declan Donnelly?

Not only is she back, she's back on the tools.

• 1:50Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, why are you on the cameras?

• 1:52Speaker 03

I just, I just like switching out for a bit.

• 1:54Declan Donnelly?

  Lola's on camera today.

• 1:56Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, she is. So remember that show when you used to get Back to the Floor, they used to get the boss of the company and the boss of the company had to like come and work with the employees.

• 2:05Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 2:06Ant McPartlin?

Yeah. Is that how it feels? And then do you like secretly rate us at the end? See who gets a pay rise, who gets a demotion and promotion.

• 2:15Declan Donnelly?

She's come out of heckler's corner over there.

• 2:17Ant McPartlin?

  Yeah.

• 2:18Declan Donnelly?

But she left Fiona and Jemima behind and she's, she's back on the tools now. Oh.

• 2:23Ant McPartlin?

  What?

• 2:24Declan Donnelly?

For those of you listening, Ant has brought with him a Tupperware.

• 2:27Ant McPartlin?

  Nice Tupperware.

• 2:28Declan Donnelly?

It's a very nice one as well.

• 2:30Ant McPartlin?

That's a posh one. That keeps all of the air sucked in or out, whatever the way you want it. Suck the air in. Suck it in. Keep the air in. Keep the air in, right?

• 2:40Speaker 03

Keep the air out because doesn't the air make it go chow?

• 2:42Ant McPartlin?

Yeah. So keeps the air out. But whatever air was in there to start with, it's still in there, guys.

• 2:48Declan Donnelly?

Anywho, what else is in there rather than air?

• 2:50Ant McPartlin?

Well, you're going to be very, very pleased with this.

• 2:53Declan Donnelly?

  Am I?

• 2:54Ant McPartlin?

Listen to this. If you're just listening, that's one flap.

• 2:59Ant McPartlin?

  That's the second flap.

• 3:00Declan Donnelly?

Well, you've got another two that to look forward to.

• 3:03Ant McPartlin?

  That's the third flap.

• 3:03Declan Donnelly?

  There we go.

• 3:05Ant McPartlin?

All four flaps are open. We're ready to go.

• 3:08Declan Donnelly?

  Ready for it.

• 3:08Ant McPartlin?

  Eat my Tupperware.

• 3:10Declan Donnelly?

  Oh, look.

• 3:11Ant McPartlin?

Our sausage rolls. First of all, have a little smell.

• 3:15Declan Donnelly?

  They smell good.

• 3:17Ant McPartlin?

Secondly, have a little taste. I had a little, little tea party round at mine yesterday and I thought, I know a little fella who likes a sausage roll.

• 3:28Ant McPartlin?

  Huh?

• 3:29Declan Donnelly?

  Oh, they're good.

• 3:30Ant McPartlin?

  Good, right?

• 3:31Declan Donnelly?

  Where's the meat from?

• 3:31Ant McPartlin?

  Not my butchers.

• 3:32Declan Donnelly?

  Oh, okay.

• 3:33Ant McPartlin?

But a butcher's somewhere, I presume. Anywhere else? There's four left.

• 3:37Declan Donnelly?

  Well, actually.

• 3:38Ant McPartlin?

  Nice, eh?

• 3:38Declan Donnelly?

While we dig into the sausage rolls, introduce today's episode.

• 3:41Ant McPartlin?

  Go on then.

• 3:41Declan Donnelly?

We have a lot of fun making the podcast and occasionally we do run over a little bit and get a bit carried away.

• 3:47Ant McPartlin?

  We do.

• 3:48Declan Donnelly?

Especially around your letters in the postbag, so much.

• 3:51Ant McPartlin?

Which we love, by the way.

• 3:53Declan Donnelly?

Which we love. So sometimes we can't fit them all into the main pod.

• 3:56Ant McPartlin?

  No.

• 3:57Declan Donnelly?

So what we're going to do today is have a look back at some of the letters we haven't used over the, over these last, what is it? 10 weeks, 9 weeks, 10 weeks, whatever we've been on air. 8 weeks. So, yeah. So we're going to look at some of the letters we haven't used over the last 8 weeks. Stick them in this pod. We'll sit here.

• 4:13Ant McPartlin?

  And it's sausage rolls.

• 4:14Declan Donnelly?

And it's sausage rolls and we'll see you on the other end. All right?

• 4:16Ant McPartlin?

  Enjoy.

• 4:17Declan Donnelly?

  Enjoy it.

• 4:23Declan Donnelly?

Oh, this is a good one. Hi, Antec.

• 4:25Ant McPartlin?

  Hi.

• 4:25Declan Donnelly?

A couple of podcasts ago, you asked for funny P G and Duncan stories.

• 4:29Ant McPartlin?

  Yes.

• 4:29Declan Donnelly?

  Did we?

• 4:30Ant McPartlin?

Well, maybe, maybe we did. I don't know, did we? Did you?

• 4:33Declan Donnelly?

  Well, I have one.

• 4:37Declan Donnelly?

Oh, Ant's putting up his feet on the desk here. P G and Duncan were performing at Sunderland Empire, and my younger sister absolutely loved you, so I bought her and her friend a ticket. I am 10 years older than her, so I didn't get myself a ticket. Ha ha.

• 4:52Ant McPartlin?

  It was for kiddies.

• 4:54Declan Donnelly?

I decided to sit in the bar and wait there till the concert finished. Good call. After a couple of wines, I got talking to a bunch of lads similar age to me. Transpires, they were Ant's school friends.

• 5:04Ant McPartlin?

I know exactly this night, and I know exactly the friends. Go on, carry on. You didn't get off with any of them, did you?

• 5:10Declan Donnelly?

That had come through. That had come through to join him at the backstage party.

• 5:15Ant McPartlin?

  Yes.

• 5:16Declan Donnelly?

One lad in particular seemed to be showing me quite a lot of attention, so I used it to my advantage. I asked him if he could get me and my sister into the backstage party to meet you guys. After having to promise him a date and a quick snog,

• 5:30Declan Donnelly?

he was as good as his word, and we got into the party, and I succeeded in getting my sister a photo with you. I can't remember the name of the school friend I snogged, as I wrong-numbered him.

• 5:38Ant McPartlin?

  Bad place.

• 5:39Declan Donnelly?

I really wish I could find the picture to attach with this email, but I can't. I will find it eventually. We're now 50 and 40, and we still love you both. Never change, you make us laugh so much. Aww. Love from K and my baby sister Laura in Sunderland. Thank you, K and Laura.

• 5:55Ant McPartlin?

  I knew exactly.

• 5:56Declan Donnelly?

  You're dirty dogs.

• 5:57Ant McPartlin?

I knew she was gonna go on to say that my friends were there, because I remember it. They didn't watch any of the gig. They sat in the bar and clearly got off with our fans.

• 6:08Ant McPartlin?

Well, at least they enjoyed the whole process. You know, they did, they used my pop stardom to their advantage. Well done, well done then, well done. And I know, I'm not gonna say his name, but I know exactly who it was as well. Quite good kiss her, apparently, though, so well done, K. I haven't kissed him, I'm just saying, probably is. She is.

• 6:26Declan Donnelly?

  Was.

• 6:27Ant McPartlin?

  Yes, it was.

• 6:27Declan Donnelly?

Yeah, he's quite a good kiss.

• 6:29Ant McPartlin?

  Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

• 6:35Declan Donnelly?

I've got another one here from Amy. Listening from my sick bed as I have ruptured my ACL.

• 6:41Ant McPartlin?

  Oh, that's painful.

• 6:43Declan Donnelly?

  Ouch. Oh, Amy.

• 6:44Ant McPartlin?

  Get well soon, Amy.

• 6:45Declan Donnelly?

I'm quite a clumsy person on the whole. And what's the funniest way you've gotten injured? Respect, guys. Thank you for everything. You're welcome, Amy. It was nothing, really.

• 6:56Ant McPartlin?

  I've got you all done.

• 6:58Declan Donnelly?

  You're quite clumsy, aren't you?

• 6:59Ant McPartlin?

I'm very clumsy, yeah. If I can fall off it, I fell off it. If you can slip over it, I've slipped over it.

• 7:04Declan Donnelly?

Ironically, you have actually slipped on a banana skin before.

• 7:08Ant McPartlin?

Yes, I have. Like in the cartoons.

• 7:10Declan Donnelly?

Was it one of your own banana skins?

• 7:12Ant McPartlin?

  No.

• 7:12Declan Donnelly?

  No, it wasn't.

• 7:13Ant McPartlin?

It was a banana skin on the street, on the pavement. And I was walking along and I saw it and I thought, oh, I'm going to stand on that. I'm going to stand on that. And I literally fell on my backside. Slipped on a banana skin. So, yeah.

• 7:25Declan Donnelly?

You've slipped quite a lot on telly?

• 7:26Ant McPartlin?

I've slipped a lot on telly. BGT. I'm a celebrity. BGT twice. I'm a celebrity twice. Takeaway, probably. Must have done. Yeah. You're not that clumsy, are you?

• 7:35Declan Donnelly?

  Not as a rule.

• 7:36Ant McPartlin?

  Not as a rule?

• 7:38Declan Donnelly?

I try not to be. Broke my arm, didn't I? And broke my thumb when I felt the bike.

• 7:42Ant McPartlin?

  Yeah, you did.

• 7:42Declan Donnelly?

We did a stunt on Saturday Night Takeaway, which was to do a motorcycle jump through a ring of fire. I don't know why we ever agreed to do this.

• 7:52Ant McPartlin?

  Whose idea was that?

• 7:53Declan Donnelly?

We practised. We went and trained for two days with the white helmets.

• 7:56Ant McPartlin?

  We did.

• 7:56Declan Donnelly?

And then it came to the actual challenge. And they lit the ring of fire. And that was the first time we'd ever done it with the fire, was on the actual challenge. So I rode my bike up to the ramp, hit the ramp.

• 8:08Ant McPartlin?

  And you're meant to accelerate.

• 8:09Declan Donnelly?

You're meant to go like that with the ramp.

• 8:10Ant McPartlin?

You can't decelerate because you'll just fall off like that.

• 8:12Declan Donnelly?

Just fall off the end. So you hit the ramp and you've got to go like that with the acceleration. And it flies up in the air. So I hit the ramp and I hit the ramp. And then I kind of half did that. And then you go through the ring of fire and like, you just go through this intense heat. And almost like my helmet filled with smoke. And I just went, whoa. And I just fell off the end. I went up in the air and I just fell off the end, came down face first, fell off the bike. Brought my elbow and thumb. I think the video is actually on the YouTube channel, on Belt of Box YouTube channel.

• 8:44Ant McPartlin?

  Is it?

• 8:44Declan Donnelly?

I think, I think the video's up there.

• 8:45Ant McPartlin?

I'd like to see it again, actually.

• 8:48Declan Donnelly?

Well, you never actually saw it, did you?

• 8:49Ant McPartlin?

No, I was stuck in a booth because I wasn't meant to see. So the whole challenge was, who could jump the furthest through the ring of fire and we were going to measure the distance. And I was stuck in a booth in the middle of this field.

• 9:02Declan Donnelly?

He wasn't allowed to see how I did.

• 9:04Ant McPartlin?

So I couldn't see Dex's attempt. And then I had headphones on and I think I had a blindfold on. I don't know why. I was in a booth.

• 9:11Declan Donnelly?

  Facing completely the other way.

• 9:12Ant McPartlin?

Facing the other way. And I was there for ages. And I'm thinking, what's going on? They must have been held up filming. And then eventually, someone kind of knocked on the door and I answered it. Took my headphones off and the blindfold off. And all I could see was these people in white helmets just making a ring around Dex and Dex was on the floor. So I just feared the worst. I thought he was dead. It was genuine fear. And I raced over there. I thought, well, at least I've won this one.

• 9:42Declan Donnelly?

  Yes, point to me.

• 9:44Ant McPartlin?

Point to me, it'll be the last point. Because he's the, no, I've raced over there. And I was like, something must have seriously gone wrong. And obviously it had, he'd took a horrible fall. But they were, apparently there was loads of paps in the trees. So these white helmets formed the ring around you to stop them taking pictures of you in agony.

• 10:02Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 10:03Ant McPartlin?

  Very nice of them.

• 10:03Declan Donnelly?

  That was nice of them.

• 10:04Ant McPartlin?

But to me, that looked like they were bowing their heads and they were like.

• 10:07Declan Donnelly?

  Giving me a send off.

• 10:08Ant McPartlin?

Giving you a send off. Giving you the last rites or something. We should probably watch it again. I don't want, I mean, I could just go on Belt of Box any day of the week, but let's watch it now.

• 10:15Declan Donnelly?

Oh yeah, I've got a blindfold on, look.

• 10:16Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, I told you. Yeah, blindfold and headphones in a booth facing the other way. It's a lot of small fire, isn't it?

• 10:24Declan Donnelly?

Look, me visor's not done. That's why I filled with smoke.

• 10:26Ant McPartlin?

You should have shut your visor.

• 10:27Declan Donnelly?

  Should have shut me visor.

• 10:28Ant McPartlin?

  Right. Don't decelerate, Dex.

• 10:30Declan Donnelly?

I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna. I've decelerated, guys. I've decelerated. I've decelerated.

• 10:36Ant McPartlin?

  You look, oh, oh, oh.

• 10:39Declan Donnelly?

  It looks painful, doesn't it?

• 10:40Ant McPartlin?

That was when I was allowed in the circle. We didn't show the circle on the, on the telly.

• 10:45Declan Donnelly?

That was really painful. And then ended up having to do the rest of the series in a sling.

• 10:48Ant McPartlin?

So we had to tailor all the rest of the Anne versus Dex to things Dex could do.

• 10:53Declan Donnelly?

  One armed.

• 10:53Ant McPartlin?

  One armed.

• 10:54Declan Donnelly?

  Following with darts.

• 11:01Declan Donnelly?

This is from Grace. Hi Ant Dec. When I was younger, six to be precise. Yeah. I had a birthday cake with you guys on it. What? And then I'm a celebrity themed birthday party. Ah. I also got masks of the you both, which I wore with my friend. At six?

• 11:20Declan Donnelly?

It looks like our actual size.

• 11:23Declan Donnelly?

And it's very cute. Two little kids with Ant Dec masks on. It's very cute, it's your face. No, but look at them and they're like. It's your face and my face. They're very cute. Looking a little pink hoodie with J2O down the front. A Robinson's fruit shoot down it and a bit of birthday cake down it. Dec's actually got that hoodie in real life. And they've got Ant Dec masks on, which they've bought from the joke shop. Very trendy as well in your jorts, jean shorts. That's not actually me. No, I know, but she was very trendy back then. I thought you were directing it at me. Jorts are in, aren't they? Jorts are a real thing now. That is very, very cute. That's very cute. But I'm, I'm very surprised though that a six year old. Birthday party at six. You shouldn't even be watching the show at six year old. It's too scary at six, isn't it? I don't know if it's scary, but there's some choice language in.

• 12:08Declan Donnelly?

No, but like the Bush Tucker trials can be scary. Yeah. Do you know what I mean? And there's lots of flipping. Oh, we'll have to bleep the whole thing. There is though. She shouldn't be hearing that. I'm saying that there's lots of silly gooses. And? Flipping. Flipping. Lots of flipping and silly gooses.

• 12:28Declan Donnelly?

Right, I've got another one here. Good. It's a long one. It's from Helen. Hi Ant Dec. Hi, hi Helen. Cast your mind back to the nineties. I was in the TA up in Newcastle, Territorial Army. I think so. And in our group, we had a mix of lads and lasses, proper canny bunch. One of them worked behind the bar at the BBC Radio Club. Ah. On Tuesday night, he's missing from our TA meeting because he's on shift. But he tells us beforehand, pop in after, I'll sort yous out. With a drink, I presume. I don't know. I'm assuming that's what it means. It just sounds really dodgy though, right? Stay tuned.

• 13:04Declan Donnelly?

So off we trot, five of us, lads and lasses together, still in full uniform. Yeah. We push open the door and walk straight into what can only be described as a Byker Grove reunion party. Cast, crew, nostalgia everywhere. And right there, like we'd stepped into a time warp, are Aunt and Dec themselves.

• 13:22Ant McPartlin?

  Yeah.

• 13:22Declan Donnelly?

  We're there.

• 13:23Ant McPartlin?

  Yeah, we were there.

• 13:24Declan Donnelly?

We froze. Five squadees in uniforms standing in the doorway like we'd accidentally wandered onto a TV set. I'm thinking, brilliant, we're gonna get hideout before we've even blinked. But no, nobody looked twice. If anything, we blended in.

• 13:39Ant McPartlin?

What? How can you blend in with a Byker Grove Union when you're in full combat gear?

• 13:44Declan Donnelly?

Maybe they thought we were part of the entertainment. So we head to the bar where our mates grafting away. We order our drinks, go to pay, and he just waves us off with a, nah, nah, don't worry, we'll sort it out later. So we stayed, had a proper canny night, drinks flowing, great crack. Next morning, I message our mate, mate, we never paid for those drinks. And he goes completely casual, aye, it's fine, I stuck them on Byker Grove's bar bill.

• 14:11Ant McPartlin?

Did he? Good lad, well done.

• 14:14Declan Donnelly?

So, Ant and Dec, if you're listening, cheers for the drinks, lads. We owe you a couple. Love Helen. Helen, you owe us a night out.

• 14:20Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, you do. That's good. I don't mind that. I don't mind paying for someone's drinks if they just whacked it on the bill, don't you?

• 14:26Declan Donnelly?

  That's brilliant.

• 14:27Ant McPartlin?

Because they, to be fair, we probably would have been quite loud, and there's a lot of us all talking.

• 14:33Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 14:33Ant McPartlin?

Bikerisms. Do you know what I mean though? Talking about biker back in the day.

• 14:37Declan Donnelly?

  Lots of Grove gossip.

• 14:38Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, lots of Grove gossip. Yeah, exactly.

• 14:41Declan Donnelly?

There's gonna be loads of Grove gossip.

• 14:42Ant McPartlin?

Jeff would have been there. Few of us would have been getting off with one another. It's more used to happen back in the day. So I bet they, you know, to be fair to them, buy us a couple of pints for putting up with us.

• 14:52Declan Donnelly?

Yeah. And whatever you saw, keep it to yourself.

• 14:54Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, exactly. You see, he didn't mention anything, did he? Well, she, she, Helen. Well done, Helen.

• 14:59Declan Donnelly?

  Didn't give any secrets.

• 15:00Ant McPartlin?

  Well done, Helen.

• 15:01Declan Donnelly?

  Well done.

• 15:04Declan Donnelly?

  Another one here from Lee.

• 15:06Ant McPartlin?

  Hi, Lee.

• 15:06Declan Donnelly?

Sort now some old stuff in readiness to move house. I came across this old programme from 1992 when we at Grange Hill, we at Grange Hill.

• 15:15Ant McPartlin?

  What?

• 15:15Declan Donnelly?

Played your Byker Grove team at Boreham Woods Football Ground.

• 15:18Ant McPartlin?

  Yes.

• 15:18Declan Donnelly?

  Remember that?

• 15:20Ant McPartlin?

  Look at that.

• 15:20Declan Donnelly?

  Yes.

• 15:22Ant McPartlin?

That's brilliant. I do remember this.

• 15:24Declan Donnelly?

I don't remember the score, and we later came to Newcastle to play you for the away leg. I think we won. I think Byker Grove won. I ended up playing Mr. Hankin for around 150 episodes and loved the part. The cast and camaraderie up at Elstree Studios. Best regards, Lee.

• 15:40Ant McPartlin?

  I remember that very well.

• 15:43Declan Donnelly?

Look, there's Lee. Number 11. And me.

• 15:46Ant McPartlin?

  Number 11.

• 15:47Declan Donnelly?

Number 11. Who else did we have on our team? Jill Halfpenny was on our team.

• 15:50Ant McPartlin?

  My ex-girlfriend.

• 15:51Declan Donnelly?

  Yes.

• 15:52Ant McPartlin?

Plain, Claire Buckfield was in the Grange Hill team, your ex-girlfriend.

• 15:57Declan Donnelly?

  Nicola Bell, number 13.

• 15:58Ant McPartlin?

  My ex-girlfriend.

• 16:01Declan Donnelly?

And Adam Woodyard in Bill and the Senders.

• 16:05Ant McPartlin?

  Your ex-boyfriend.

• 16:08Declan Donnelly?

How did I know that was coming? They've even spelt his name wrong, Adam Woodyard. They'll call him Adam Woodyard. He'll be livid with that.

• 16:16Speaker 03

Your name's a spell wrong, too.

• 16:18Declan Donnelly?

  What?

• 16:18Ant McPartlin?

  My name's a spell wrong?

• 16:19Declan Donnelly?

  Oh, yeah.

• 16:20Ant McPartlin?

  Declan, oh, yeah.

• 16:22Declan Donnelly?

There's an extra E in my name, I don't have an E. Adam McPartlin, whoever's done the programmes, Adam, there.

• 16:29Ant McPartlin?

  There's no L. There's no L in mine and there's a random E in yours.

• 16:36Ant McPartlin?

Hey, Adam and Dec, says Lewis. Last week, I fell down a rabbit hole. Oh, that's unfortunate, isn't it?

• 16:41Declan Donnelly?

  Gosh.

• 16:42Ant McPartlin?

Thanks to you mentioning Why Me by PJ and Duncan, and I discovered When I Fall in Love.

• 16:48Declan Donnelly?

  Ah.

• 16:48Ant McPartlin?

You both performed on Top of the Pops back in November 1997. I just have one question. Will Dec ever bring back the mullet?

• 16:59Ant McPartlin?

Do you mean this mullet? We've got a picture here, it's us on Top of the Pops back in 97, and we're wearing all white. And, yeah, that is a mullet. Was that your hair or was that your clip-in?

• 17:12Declan Donnelly?

I shouldn't say it was extensions. No, it was my hair.

• 17:15Ant McPartlin?

I don't remember ever being that long.

• 17:17Declan Donnelly?

Neither do I. I don't know what the plan was with that haircut.

• 17:20Speaker 03

  It's just trendy.

• 17:21Declan Donnelly?

Was it? Was it trendy then?

• 17:22Ant McPartlin?

  It's trendy now.

• 17:23Declan Donnelly?

  It's probably quite trendy now.

• 17:24Speaker 03

  It's circulating.

• 17:26Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah, I didn't foresee 2026 mullet trend in 1987.

• 17:30Ant McPartlin?

  It's very Nolan, sister.

• 17:33Ant McPartlin?

  Isn't it?

• 17:34Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 17:35Ant McPartlin?

It never fails to surprise me that we can get you on these photos and I don't remember that jacket. I don't remember stuff. I obviously remember being on Top of the Pops every now and again, but I don't remember a specific performance. I certainly don't remember that performance.

• 17:49Declan Donnelly?

  No, I don't either.

• 17:49Ant McPartlin?

  Do you?

• 17:49Declan Donnelly?

  No.

• 17:50Ant McPartlin?

I remember doing it for the first time when we sang Let's Get Ready to Roll.

• 17:53Declan Donnelly?

  Oh, yes.

• 17:54Ant McPartlin?

And because it was all new and exciting.

• 17:56Declan Donnelly?

  And we were so nervous.

• 17:57Ant McPartlin?

And really nervous and we had to sing it live.

• 17:59Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 17:59Ant McPartlin?

Because they insist upon you singing live. I presume you would have sang live on this as well, but I don't remember. I don't remember this performance.

• 18:07Declan Donnelly?

It seems like a different person that that happened to.

• 18:10Ant McPartlin?

Is that how you can read your diary without embarrassment?

• 18:12Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 18:13Ant McPartlin?

Because it feels like a different person.

• 18:14Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah.

• 18:14Ant McPartlin?

Yeah, I know what you mean.

• 18:20Ant McPartlin?

Oh my God, wasn't that great?

• 18:22Declan Donnelly?

  Wasn't that a fun?

• 18:23Ant McPartlin?

  The sausage roll on me.

• 18:24Declan Donnelly?

  Oh, wow.

• 18:25Ant McPartlin?

  How many did you have?

• 18:26Declan Donnelly?

  I had two.

• 18:27Ant McPartlin?

I had the lion's share of sausage rolls.

• 18:29Declan Donnelly?

He's finished the saucy rolls. Well, I hope you enjoyed that, that little look back.

• 18:33Ant McPartlin?

  Good, wasn't it?

• 18:33Declan Donnelly?

At some of the letters we haven't been able to use.

• 18:35Ant McPartlin?

So we're going to do that every eight weeks or so?

• 18:37Declan Donnelly?

  Yeah, maybe.

• 18:37Ant McPartlin?

  Good, okay.

• 18:38Declan Donnelly?

If we, if we overdo it a bit, we'll, we'll keep some stuff back and maybe catch up in a few weeks.

• 18:44Ant McPartlin?

  Ronnie Pastry.

• 18:46Declan Donnelly?

They're going to need a roller for that. Anybody got a lint roller?

• 18:48Ant McPartlin?

  Lint roller, anyone? No?

• 18:50Declan Donnelly?

  We're going to need that.

• 18:51Ant McPartlin?

  No, Lola?

• 18:53Declan Donnelly?

Listen, thanks for tuning in, but also thanks for all of your letters, all your correspondence. Keep them coming into us, hanging out at belt the box dot com. We love hearing from you and we love making the pod with you. So.

• 19:06Ant McPartlin?

I'm going to get indigestion now after all them sausage rolls. That's too much pastry in one sitting, that is. What was I thinking? What a savage. What a savage. Anyway, thanks for watching. Thanks for listening.

• 19:16Declan Donnelly?

  We'll be back on Thursday.

• 19:17Ant McPartlin?

See you Thursday. Respect, guys. I'm taking this home because you never get them back when you give them to people.

• 19:24Declan Donnelly?

No, you don't. It's a good one as well. It's a posh one.

• 19:26Ant McPartlin?

  It is posh. Come on.

• 19:29Declan Donnelly?

This one you've got a lint roller.

Whenever fall comes back around, it always feels like a fresh start. This year, I've been layering in some styles from the new Lululemon fall drop, because the weather is shifting and I find I have to be ready for the entire day and not just one part of it. Lululemon's fall line has some really versatile transitional pieces, so I can just wake up, throw on a matching set, add a jacket or a fleece, and head out, knowing that I'll feel comfortable enough to go wherever the day takes me.
