To realize the future America needs, we understand what's needed from us to face each threat head on. We've earned our place in the fight for our nation's future. We are Marines. We were made for this.

• 0:14Speaker 01

Thank you to our partner, Royal Caribbean.

• 0:17Travis Kelce?

Dude, have you seen this? Royal Caribbean just dropped the Legend of the Seas. It's the biggest cruise ship on the planet. Like, nothing's even close to being this big. And it's sailing out of Fort Lauderdale, starting this November.

• 0:32Speaker 01

That's right. This thing is stacked. Seven pools, more places to eat than you can even count. I mean, they have something for everybody.

• 0:41Travis Kelce?

Like, bring the kids, bring mom and dad, shoot, bring the whole crew. Everybody's got a spot. That's what makes it special.

• 0:48Speaker 01

And the entertainment, Latin music, ice skating, full-on Broadway shows. It's pretty amazing. Pretty much everything you want in one place. Oh, and did I mention there's a water park?

• 0:58Travis Kelce?

You didn't, and that's, that'd be the kicker for me.

• 1:00Speaker 01

  I love a water park.

• 1:01Travis Kelce?

But the crazy one? Crown's Edge, a ropes course off the side of the ship. Not for the faint of heart, brother.

• 1:10Speaker 01

They've also got Playmaker Sports Bar and Arcade, so that means games on every screen. I love a good arcade sports place combination.

• 1:19Travis Kelce?

All right, Captain, get the family on the new Legend of the Seas, sailing November 2026 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

• 1:27Speaker 01

Visit royalcaribbean.com to learn more. The reason I have a beard is to do less maintenance.

• 1:33Travis Kelce?

I thought you were like hiding your face.

• 1:35Speaker 01

Well, that's another perk. Is steak and lemonade still there?

• 1:38Travis Kelce?

Oh my God, that is a deep cut right there, dude.

• 1:43Speaker 01

ATVs going all the way through the city and youths are not the best drivers. Am I like stereotyping this?

• 1:51Travis Kelce?

You are, but I think you might be right here.

• 1:53Speaker 01

That's a joke. We're just having fun here, right?

• 1:56Speaker 03

I'm gonna go ahead and put Jason's phone number in the comments of this episode. You can call him directly about all those.

• 2:06Travis Kelce?

Welcome back to this bonus episode of New Heights. Ladies and gentlemen, it's a wondery show. If you didn't know, we're your hosts. I'm Travis Kelce. This is my brother, Jason Kelce, and we want to make sure you guys know, subscribe on YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts, follow the show on social media at New Heights Show with one S. Jason, tell the people what's coming up on this bonus episode of New Heights.

• 2:31Speaker 01

On today's bonus episode, we are going to be checking the Heights hotline to answer your off topic, off season questions. Let's get right into it right now. All righty, hotline suggestions.

• 2:44Speaker 04

  Hey guys.

• 2:44Speaker 01

  Oh, hey.

• 2:45Speaker 04

Who do you think has the worst drivers here in Ohio? Do you think it's Cincinnati, Columbus, or Cleveland? And feel free to share any experiences you've had driving.

• 2:57Speaker 01

  All right.

• 2:58Speaker 04

  Have a good day.

• 3:00Speaker 01

Okay, Brandon, let's, let's do a quick census check on which city has the highest percentage of females.

• 3:14Travis Kelce?

  The old Ed Kelsey.

• 3:19Speaker 01

It's hammering home stereotypes. All right, we're just kidding, folks.

• 3:21Speaker 03

I'm gonna go ahead and put Jason's phone number in the comments of this episode. You can call him directly about all those.

• 3:27Speaker 01

That's a joke. We're just having fun here, right? I'll be completely honest, Kylie is a much better driver than me. That was 100% just a joke. Don't go getting your panties in a bunch. All right, here we go. Where are we gonna go with Heights hotline? Okay, so Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati? Um, I feel like Cleveland's good. Cleveland's a very good driving town. They got, you're good, you're used to very extreme weather conditions. You're used to terrible roads. So you gotta be on your piece, like, there's potholes everywhere. They don't even fix the roads in Cleveland. I came to Philly, I'm like, why is there so much construction? And it's like, oh, I went back to Cleveland. I'm like, they actually just fixed the roads in Philadelphia.

• 4:11Speaker 01

And even in Philly, it's terrible compared to both cities. Cleveland, I mean, I love Cleveland to death. It is. So you got, you kind of like have to be a good driver in Cleveland. Columbus, lot of youth, lot of youths, and typically youths are not the best drivers. They're taking chances.

• 4:31Travis Kelce?

Yeah, the majority of my accidents and dumbass driving happened when I was really younger.

• 4:36Speaker 01

  Yes, yes.

• 4:37Travis Kelce?

  Especially in my college years.

• 4:38Speaker 01

And then Cincinnati, you got a bunch of, you're, you're getting closer to that Mason Dixon line. Where you're getting these guys.

• 4:48Speaker 01

Which tends to be, you're gonna have your souped up trucks. They got moonshine in the back. You're gonna have, you're gonna have your ATVs going all the way through the city and shit like. So I'm kinda, I think it's, I think it's definitely between Columbus and Cincinnati, but I'm gonna say Columbus just because there's just more young people.

• 5:11Travis Kelce?

Yeah, I would say Columbus, yeah.

• 5:13Speaker 01

You got young people, you got alcohol all over the place. You got, you know, it's congestion.

• 5:21Travis Kelce?

Yeah, they're just, yeah, two bad combinations right there.

• 5:24Speaker 01

  Yeah. So I'll go Columbus.

• 5:25Travis Kelce?

Can we look up where, or how many accidents are in these cities?

• 5:29Speaker 01

  Is this, yeah, can we?

• 5:30Travis Kelce?

Let's look this up. Let's look this up. See how close, how close we were.

• 5:34Speaker 03

So what I've got in front of me is the actual city in Ohio for worst drivers is Dayton.

• 5:40Speaker 01

Yeah, I mean, we, we gotta limit it to Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati.

• 5:44Speaker 03

Yeah, you guys got limited, but Dayton is number one, followed by Cleveland and Columbus. Dayton is actually the second worst city in the country.

• 5:54Speaker 01

  Pretty sure.

• 5:56Speaker 03

  Hang the banner.

• 5:57Speaker 01

They also invented the traffic light in Cleveland, Ohio. That's a random bit of factoid that I do know for some reason. What, um?

• 6:06Speaker 01

What are they using to determine the worst drives? Is it percentage per capita? Is it just overall accidents?

• 6:15Speaker 03

It's tickets, it's DUIs and insurance claims, I believe are the three factors put in there.

• 6:20Speaker 01

Yeah, but it's like, there's a lot of people in the Cleveland metropolitan area and like, whatever.

• 6:24Travis Kelce?

So people are just filing for insurance claims? I mean, come on, let's not get, uh.

• 6:29Speaker 03

Let's not go crazy. I mean, some of those are probably legit.

• 6:31Speaker 01

And listen, I don't know if you've ever been to Dayton, but.

• 6:34Speaker 03

I have not been to Dayton. Is it nice?

• 6:36Speaker 01

Lot of drinking. You're gonna do a lot of drinking if you live in Dayton. You know what I mean? There's not much happening.

• 6:41Travis Kelce?

Yeah, just trying to have a good time here.

• 6:43Speaker 01

So wait, which one is the worst?

• 6:45Speaker 03

  Shout out the Flyers, baby.

• 6:47Speaker 01

Specifically, Cleveland is the worst? That's what we're saying?

• 6:50Travis Kelce?

  Amongst those three.

• 6:51Speaker 03

  Cleveland out of, yeah, Cleveland.

• 6:52Speaker 01

What is, what is the metric again?

• 6:54Travis Kelce?

It's the biggest city. It's the biggest city. So most of the most people.

• 6:58Speaker 03

  I think it's volume.

• 6:59Speaker 01

  Cleveland is actually the.

• 7:00Speaker 03

  Cleveland's a volume shooter.

• 7:02Speaker 01

Well, this is why you need to know the metric. Cleveland's actually the smallest of the three major cities in Ohio. If you are just factoring in the city limits.

• 7:11Travis Kelce?

  No.

• 7:11Speaker 01

Cleveland has a smaller geographic limit than Columbus and Cincinnati. But if you factor in the metropolitan area of Cleveland, Cleveland is a bigger like metropolitan population. At least it used to be. Columbus, Columbus is the biggest city in Ohio. It has been for some time. If you are only including the city limits of Columbus.

• 7:33Travis Kelce?

  So.

• 7:33Speaker 01

  And Cincinnati, Cleveland's third.

• 7:36Travis Kelce?

There's no north side. That's why.

• 7:38Speaker 03

Actually, oh wait, I got, I got some math here, Jason. I got you some math. Here's according to fox.com, Beaver Creek, located east of Dayton, was the city with the worst drivers in the state with 28.8 incidents per 1,000 drivers.

• 7:53Speaker 01

Shout out to Derek Wolf. That is a no brainer.

• 8:00Speaker 03

The city with the second worst was Delaware for 1,000 hours, and then Lakewood, Hamilton and Dublin.

• 8:06Speaker 01

Lakewood, okay. Hamilton and Dublin. I mean, we're really just looking for Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus.

• 8:14Speaker 03

Okay. And the city with the best dri- the city with the best drivers in Ohio was Mentor, located east of Cleveland.

• 8:20Speaker 01

  Makes a lot of sense.

• 8:22Travis Kelce?

They're following rules out there. Yeah.

• 8:23Speaker 03

So the losers here are Dayton.

• 8:25Speaker 01

  Yeah. All righty.

• 8:26Travis Kelce?

Disciplined football team right there. They're following the rules.

• 8:30Speaker 03

The most reported car was Suzuki's.

• 8:34Speaker 01

  I don't know.

• 8:35Speaker 03

What the fuck are y'all doing in Ohio? They haven't made those in like 20 years. What are you doing?

• 8:40Speaker 01

Ohio's a bit behind the times for the most part. Yeah, I mean, it's, I wouldn't say it's like, like it's just, you know.

• 8:47Travis Kelce?

Sounds like an affordable car, affordable car.

• 8:51Speaker 03

And Ram drivers had the worst incident rates among vehicle makes on Ohio roads.

• 8:55Travis Kelce?

  Yeah, Cincinnati for sure.

• 8:57Speaker 03

The more you know, the more you know. Cats and snakes.

• 8:59Speaker 01

I don't know that I saw many Rams in Cleveland growing up.

• 9:03Travis Kelce?

  Dodge caravans, not Dodge Rams.

• 9:05Speaker 01

Alrighty, are we doing another one? That was.

• 9:09Speaker 03

Yeah, let's do, let's do, let's do a couple more since we got to cut the one that was. Guys, if you're watching this, there was a phone call that was cut that was too dark for the show and I'll let you guys just play around your mind with what that was.

• 9:19Travis Kelce?

  Didn't like it.

• 9:22Speaker 03

  Sorry.

• 9:23Travis Kelce?

  Let's do some UC recommendations.

• 9:25Speaker 03

UC recommendations. Let me find that real quick.

• 9:29Speaker 04

Hi guys, my name is Sarah and I will be attending the University of Cincinnati in the fall.

• 9:34Travis Kelce?

  Go Cats!

• 9:35Speaker 04

I am heading there with my best friend for a college visit for a few days and I was wondering what spots recommend I go to while I'm there. Thanks a lot, guys. Go Chiefs!

• 9:45Speaker 01

Man, it's so hard because it's changed so much.

• 9:50Travis Kelce?

Yeah, but what, one thing hasn't changed and that's Adriaticos.

• 9:54Speaker 01

Great point. I thought you were gonna say Uncle Woody's, which has.

• 9:57Travis Kelce?

Well, yeah, it kinda has changed. It's changed from the original Adriaticos, but it is now.

• 10:01Speaker 01

Still the same pizza. It's delicious.

• 10:03Travis Kelce?

It a nicer establishment, but it's still the same pizza there. Goddamn, that shit's good. Uh, so you can always go to Adriaticos. It's on campus. Get some pizza, get a good feel of the campus. You get to see Clifton, which has a like a ridiculous amount of shit on it compared to when we were there. Um, and uh, yeah, get some good food. I would say if you're going there in the summer or you're going, that means you're probably not 21. Not going to recommend any bars, but Woody's is probably the best. Dive bar that you could, you could hit up there. Um, what do you think, Jason?

• 10:40Speaker 01

Did she say how old she was? I missed the front end of that. Did she say?

• 10:44Travis Kelce?

No, I just assumed. I just assumed. She said she's going there in the fall.

• 10:47Speaker 01

She sounded like it was like a grad school. She sounded older, right? She didn't sound like an 18 year old. Am I like stereotyping this?

• 10:54Travis Kelce?

No, you are, but I think you might be right here. She definitely, she sounded older, but what she said was, so I just assumed that she was younger.

• 11:02Speaker 01

Undergrad. Fair enough. Either way, if you're going bars, um, we were big Uncle Woody's people. It's not owned by a different group. Like, I don't know who owns it now. Um, it's not, um, Lori anymore. Um, Lori and John.

• 11:20Speaker 01

Uh, I don't know. Is Steak and Lemonade still there? I, I kind of like would love to go get some Steak and Lemonade.

• 11:26Travis Kelce?

That is a deep cut right there, dude. Oh my God. Oh, please Steak and Lemonade. Please be there.

• 11:33Speaker 01

  If it's still there.

• 11:35Travis Kelce?

Right now. It has to, bro. That, that place fucking crushed.

• 11:38Speaker 01

Short vine has changed so much, but like Martino's Steak and Lemonade.

• 11:43Travis Kelce?

  Oh, Martino's.

• 11:44Speaker 01

Go get you some Sparky wings at Martino's.

• 11:47Travis Kelce?

Yeah, it's one of the best steak salads, dude.

• 11:50Speaker 01

Pittsburgh Steak Salad. They put french fries on it. Very, very good establishment. Good family, good family that owns it too.

• 11:59Speaker 01

I, I don't, for some reason, I feel like Steak and Lemonade isn't there anymore. I think, dude, they've all got pushed out because there's been so much development.

• 12:06Travis Kelce?

No, it hasn't. It is still up and running, baby. Steak and Lemonade, dude.

• 12:11Speaker 01

  We're, we're definitely, we're overhyping it. We're overhyping it.

• 12:15Travis Kelce?

  No, we're not.

• 12:16Speaker 01

  But it's delicious.

• 12:17Travis Kelce?

Everybody's gonna go over there and be like, what the fuck? Did they just send this dude? But you are going to take one bite out of that chicken, fucking, or regular steak. Oh, man. Everything. It's got, it's got all.

• 12:29Speaker 01

Fried chicken. Cheese steaks, the uh, the you they have, but the real treat, the reason everybody went there is for that. They call them lemonades, but it's it's basically like Kool-Aid, basically like they have like the traditional lemonade, but they have all these different flavors.

• 12:43Travis Kelce?

Oh dude, so good. I fucking love this damn place.

• 12:47Speaker 01

They have these milkshakes where they mix these like flavors of the lemonades in with like the milkshake. Do you remember this Travis? I mean, it's fucking unreal. It'd be like a swirl going down this milkshake.

• 12:59Travis Kelce?

Of course I remember this shit dude. I, I would go and get this shit every goddamn day.

• 13:04Speaker 01

It's, it's like a straight up fast track to diabetes, but it is so fucking.

• 13:10Travis Kelce?

Not, is not what a college athlete should be eating, but it is exactly what a college athlete should be eating. It's like, it's just the perfect mixture of fucking deliciousness.

• 13:22Speaker 01

Viral fruit cow, that's new, fruitcakes. I don't remember that. Do they not have the milkshakes anymore?

• 13:27Travis Kelce?

I've never seen those. No, they, I don't know if they.

• 13:30Speaker 01

Yeah, there they are. Dude, I used to get the strawberry, like they had all these flavors, but it wasn't like a standard like strawberry milkshake. It like had like a swirl in it. It was, I don't know, whatever. The lemonades though, oh, the slushies.

• 13:44Travis Kelce?

  Still crack, still crack.

• 13:47Travis Kelce?

  Can't beat it man.

• 13:48Speaker 01

So steak and lemonade for making it through. This is hidden gem. Uh, there's also a lot of other very good.

• 13:57Travis Kelce?

Brokers, Kroger's like a goddamn, it's like super center now dude. Kroger over there is crazy.

• 14:03Speaker 01

Make, make sure you hit up the Kroger right there on campus.

• 14:05Travis Kelce?

It's real nice now. It's real nice now.

• 14:07Speaker 01

Kroger's stepped up their game. Uh, you can also get some garage beers while you're at it. Anyways, uh, what's um?

• 14:14Travis Kelce?

Martino's Steak and Lemon, Adriatico's, all three bangers.

• 14:18Speaker 01

The Buffalo Wild Wings we would always go to.

• 14:21Travis Kelce?

  They had a B Dubs.

• 14:22Speaker 01

I'm trying to remember like the specific spots. Go ahead, sorry.

• 14:25Travis Kelce?

No, I can't remember what the, the hall was, the dining hall.

• 14:29Speaker 01

Oh, you're talking about Stadium View. Stadium View Dining Hall.

• 14:32Travis Kelce?

No, the one that was up the hill with the cat, with the Chick-fil-A in it.

• 14:35Speaker 01

They had a Chick-fil-A in a dining hall?

• 14:37Travis Kelce?

  Yeah.

• 14:38Speaker 01

  I don't remember that.

• 14:39Travis Kelce?

I mean, it's the like the main dining hall for everybody in campus.

• 14:42Speaker 01

  Oh, you're talking about um.

• 14:46Speaker 01

That that was like a food court. That wasn't a dining hall. It wasn't like a cafeteria. Yeah. Um, where the fuck was that?

• 14:54Travis Kelce?

Oh, it was right there in the middle of the campus.

• 14:56Speaker 01

It wasn't in the building that the subway was in.

• 14:58Travis Kelce?

  I can't remember the whole.

• 14:59Speaker 01

There was another spot that I was thinking of too.

• 15:01Travis Kelce?

Yeah, you get that subway right there in the middle of campus across the the walkways. The cafeteria where you can get Chick-fil-A and stuff. You just get a good feel of the campus right there in the middle of it by the stadium.

• 15:13Speaker 01

I would recommend going down. Um, what's that skyline called right there? I'm trying to remember right on campus. It's like right. You go down Clifton. Oh, my gosh.

• 15:25Travis Kelce?

It started with an M. So you're talking about the street?

• 15:30Speaker 01

But there was like a specific name for that skyline. It was the first one ever. It's an iconic thing in Cincinnati. You'll probably hate it, to be honest with you. Like, I mean, I love skyline. But most people not from Cincinnati do not like skyline. I would say, is it the Ludlow? The Ludlow Skyline?

• 15:46Travis Kelce?

No, it's, what is this little area? It's still Clifton.

• 15:50Speaker 01

  For sure.

• 15:53Travis Kelce?

  Jefferson Ave. It is.

• 15:57Speaker 01

It's Ludlow. That's what it is. The Ludlow Skyline, for sure. That's like the first, I believe, the first skyline ever. It's like, kind of feels like you're in a diner, like very old school vibe. If you are 21 and you're at the bars, it's a great late hours, you know, it'll definitely taste good at that point.

• 16:18Travis Kelce?

  If you're 21.

• 16:19Speaker 01

That's right. That's right. That's right. That's right. There's another good spot right down there in that Clifton area, and I'm trying to think of it. What was the?

• 16:28Speaker 01

Oh, man, we're really being put to the test in our.

• 16:32Speaker 01

There's also so many other spots that have popped up now that we're just not even hip to.

• 16:37Travis Kelce?

We're not hip. We're not hip to. This is all, this is all pre 2013.

• 16:43Speaker 01

Like, we're on the one side of campus forever, so it was always like, hey, it's either McDonald's, Domino's, Martino's Steak and Lemonade. That was kind of what we subsisted on for.

• 16:56Travis Kelce?

  Seriously.

• 16:57Speaker 01

  Three years.

• 16:59Travis Kelce?

And then I got food stamps and I went to.

• 17:01Speaker 01

Five dollar. That's right. Well, there's our recommendations. Hope you enjoy.

• 17:06Travis Kelce?

Can't go wrong. Just make sure you keep your whereabouts.

• 17:10Speaker 01

Well, no, it's good now. It's good now. It's completely changed.

• 17:13Travis Kelce?

  Yeah. All right. Good call.

• 17:15Speaker 01

All right. Where are we at here?

• 17:17Speaker 03

Last one. I know it's quick. I know. I know. This one's quick. We get this one all the time, though.

• 17:23Speaker 05

Hi, this is Leo and I was just wondering what kind of products you guys use for your beards? They are so spectacular.

• 17:36Speaker 01

  Wow.

• 17:36Speaker 05

They always seem so nicely groomed and you guys look very nice all the time. Just wondering if y'all use anything special? Hohoba oil, shea butter, the works, like, what's going on?

• 17:53Speaker 01

  Did Leo say hubba oil?

• 17:58Travis Kelce?

  Something oil.

• 17:59Speaker 01

  Hobo oil?

• 18:02Travis Kelce?

  I've never heard of that.

• 18:03Speaker 01

  All right. Well.

• 18:06Speaker 01

Travis, I'm in Travis. Do you want to go? I don't.

• 18:08Travis Kelce?

I did. I don't. I mean, the one thing I do to my beard consistently is I I trim. I'd use the trimmer to like, catch all the like, the pieces that are like, kind of sticking out. Yeah, the loose ends. I do that to kind of keep it a little bit more shaped. Um, and then to make sure I get the mustache line down at top.

• 18:30Speaker 01

Love it. Love it. Yeah, I mean.

• 18:31Travis Kelce?

But in terms of like washing it and stuff, I'll just wash it with the shampoo.

• 18:35Speaker 01

I don't. I, the reason I have a beard is to do less maintenance. Like, I don't have a beard. Like, I didn't, you know what I mean? I didn't get a beard to be like, hey, let me tack on more shit to do to my face. Like, the reason I have is just because I'm too lazy to fucking shave every day. Like, I'm not then gonna go do all this other fucking shit, like.

• 18:54Travis Kelce?

I thought you were like hiding your face. You said one time you hide.

• 18:57Speaker 01

Well, that's another perk. That's another perk, for sure. I don't have to see my chin, but I think, I think it's more because I don't want to have to do anything. Like, the thought of having to shave every day is, would drive me fucking crazy.

• 19:12Travis Kelce?

Yeah, dude, I'm right there with you. I think one of the bets that we do should end up being you have to shave.

• 19:17Speaker 01

Okay, well, we can do that at a later. Let me lose a little bit more weight before we do that, but I will condone that.

• 19:23Travis Kelce?

We gotta wait on Jason to lose weight.

• 19:25Speaker 01

Let me get a little bit more tan. Let me get a little more tan. Well, it's not gonna be that much. I can do that in like two weeks.

• 19:30Travis Kelce?

  Okay.

• 19:31Speaker 01

I will say, though, it does look better when I do do stuff to it. And by me, I mean, when there are wonderful hair and makeup people on set, or like at the games that will put like beard oil.

• 19:44Travis Kelce?

Oh, dude, what do you so do you know? Oh, wow. You use beard oil. I was wondering why you look so nice on this shit.

• 19:50Speaker 01

  I don't.

• 19:51Travis Kelce?

Oh, you do. If if they're putting it on you, you use it.

• 19:54Speaker 01

No, they use it. I'm a vehicle for them using it. I don't use it. I've never, I've never put it in, but they will. And sometimes, I mean, some of them don't have it. But when some of them do have it, I'm like, hey, I actually look pretty good.

• 20:11Travis Kelce?

That's too funny. Well, there you go. We gotta, we gotta get that beard oil because your, your beard is shining on TV.

• 20:16Speaker 01

There we go. Well, the problem is, I will not put it in because I'm not going to take the time to do it.

• 20:22Travis Kelce?

But the people want to know what you're using.

• 20:24Speaker 01

Not using anything on the podcast for that's for damn sure.

• 20:31Speaker 01
