Whenever fall comes back around, it always feels like a fresh start. This year, I've been layering in some styles from the new Lululemon fall drop because the weather is shifting and I find I have to be ready for the entire day and not just one part of it. Lululemon's fall line has some really versatile transitional pieces. So I can just wake up, throw on a matching set, add a jacket or a fleece and head out, knowing that I'll feel comfortable enough to go wherever the day takes me. Check out the new fall arrivals in store and online now at lululemon.com.

• 1:00Brooke Averick?

  Ready?

• 1:02Connor Wood?

  I'm ready.

• 1:04Brooke Averick?

Two exciting things. First of all, welcome back to Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast.

• 1:08Connor Wood?

Hang on and first of all, happy birthday to you.

• 1:11Brooke Averick?

Thank you. Happy birthday to you. Yours is coming up as well, so let's not focus on mine.

• 1:16Connor Wood?

No, I think we say, one thing we say, happy birthday to everyone.

• 1:20Brooke Averick?

  Happy birthday to everyone.

• 1:21Connor Wood?

  Except everyone, except you.

• 1:23Brooke Averick?

Well, I wouldn't even say that. And you know, I am still, as of today, right now is Tuesday, I'm 28. So.

• 1:30Connor Wood?

Well, what's important right now is that. Is that, yeah, you're 22 and tomorrow you turn 23.

• 1:36Brooke Averick?

  Exactly.

• 1:38Connor Wood?

And it's gonna be, it's gonna be so special. And we talked about 13 going on 30 recently. I feel like you're living in the now.

• 1:46Brooke Averick?

No need to even mention 30 though.

• 1:49Connor Wood?

  No, I did, God, I didn't.

• 1:50Brooke Averick?

  No, you wouldn't.

• 1:52Connor Wood?

  You have tinnitus.

• 1:54Brooke Averick?

  I'm 28, so. All good.

• 2:17Brooke Averick?

But I want to show you what I got myself.

• 2:19Connor Wood?

Show us, show us all what you got yourself.

• 2:21Brooke Averick?

Well, yeah, you as in you all. I got myself this new water bottle and the, actually, is it a Wala? Cause Izzy told me to and I will do whatever Izzy says. I'm obsessed with my A Wala.

• 2:34Connor Wood?

Hi. Did you, uh, actually Freudian slip copy me?

• 2:39Brooke Averick?

Oh, wow. You got the all black?

• 2:41Connor Wood?

I went the all black route. Yeah.

• 2:43Brooke Averick?

  Very sleek.

• 2:46Connor Wood?

  Well, I love yours.

• 2:47Brooke Averick?

Thanks. I got two. I don't know why I always do that. When I get water bottles, I get a home one and a going out one. But then I just use the same one for everything. And the other one is this, but inverted. So it's like pink with a little green accent.

• 3:00Connor Wood?

  Oh, that's fun.

• 3:01Brooke Averick?

  Yeah. So I appreciate that.

• 3:02Connor Wood?

So that's your, that's your going out colors?

• 3:04Brooke Averick?

Well, this is my home one that I also doubles as my going out one.

• 3:09Connor Wood?

Oh, you're being bad. You're being bad. You can't put this girl in a box.

• 3:13Brooke Averick?

No, you can't. Speaking of putting something in a box, look what Izzy got me.

• 3:17Connor Wood?

  Oh, hit me.

• 3:17Brooke Averick?

It's this little box and in it, it says, there's this little slip of paper. It says occasion. Phoebe Bearman's gonna lose at release. Date, not yet applicable. Spirit, it's gonna be the Vov clitoris that she got me right here. And it's a little cork saver for special events. So I'll put the cork of that in here.

• 3:40Connor Wood?

  Oh.

• 3:40Brooke Averick?

When I pop it for Phoebe's release.

• 3:43Connor Wood?

God, there's seriously no one with.

• 3:46Brooke Averick?

  There's no one with that.

• 3:47Connor Wood?

A brain like, quite like Isabel's.

• 3:50Brooke Averick?

  There isn't.

• 3:51Connor Wood?

She moves in a way that like you can comprehend. The thoughtfulness that oozes out of every pore of, of Ishi is without comparison, it is phenomenal. Happy birthday. That is so cool.

• 4:06Brooke Averick?

  It's like, it's beyond.

• 4:07Connor Wood?

  My gift to you.

• 4:08Brooke Averick?

Listen to what she was gonna get me and then this is not her fault. It is on the fault of sushi fumi. It's no one's fault. It's just listening to what she was gonna get me. Is a cake of, uh, my favorite roll from sushi fumi. They dropped the ball, but could like, that's just like insane to even think.

• 4:24Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 4:25Brooke Averick?

  To do Izzy.

• 4:26Connor Wood?

  I mean, it's brilliant.

• 4:26Brooke Averick?

  I mean, like.

• 4:28Connor Wood?

Obviously goes without saying, my gift to you is, is in the, is in the mail somewhere.

• 4:32Brooke Averick?

  Yes, yes.

• 4:34Connor Wood?

I guess like at the to shift, you know, it's, it's my dad's Father's Day gift is also in the mail somewhere.

• 4:41Brooke Averick?

Mine is, that's a coincidence as mine's, mine's is too.

• 4:45Connor Wood?

What's funny about my dad's gift is this is the first time in my life where I've been like almost on an Izzy level of ahead of things and I, I got him, he's not, he doesn't listen, of course. I got him a, an engraved golf bag.

• 4:57Brooke Averick?

Oh, sorry. I thought we were doing a bit. Mine, mine doesn't exist yet.

• 5:00Connor Wood?

Oh, well luckily you can follow suit. Like now, the beautiful thing about being like, oh, it's in the mail is like now everything's on sale. For Father, you know, like they're like, oh, now everything moves forward. I love doing this for holidays, you know, oh, it's in the mail. As soon as it ends, it's like, oh, everything's on sale. Uh, great way to move actually, cause you go in and, and let's be present. Let's not open gifts. Let's, let's not forget that the real gift is, is a present, the presence of each other. That's the present. Um, it's also the present. We're presently present with each other.

• 5:33Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 5:34Connor Wood?

So I got my dad this golf bag engraved. I, I originally got it to say, best dad ever. And then my sister called me with such vigor that I was like, oh my God, something horrible's happened. She goes, do not put that on a golf bag. That's the tackiest shit I've ever heard.

• 5:50Brooke Averick?

  I know. I think that's really sweet.

• 5:52Connor Wood?

It's, I mean, it is a little bit like cringe, but he loves cringe. Like he loves.

• 5:58Brooke Averick?

The gift is not for the public. It's for your dad.

• 6:01Connor Wood?

No, but then I couldn't sleep. So I was like, I'm just going to put his initials on it. Of course they're like, okay, no worries. We'll do that. Is this needed by Father's Day? I said, yep, absolutely. They go, great. Then they were like, it can't be there. And actively as they're being like, you can't make it on time. They're also sending me promotion, promotional emails saying, saying, uh, there's still time to shop for Father's Day. I'm like, you're lying.

• 6:26Brooke Averick?

Do you need this by Father's Day?

• 6:27Connor Wood?

And your story's not matching up.

• 6:29Brooke Averick?

Thank you for letting me know. No can do.

• 6:33Connor Wood?

Yeah. And back to water bottles for one second.

• 6:38Connor Wood?

Um, when I talk about water bottles, there used to be water bottles called swell. Do you remember the swell water bottles?

• 6:44Brooke Averick?

You're acting like they're like an old fossil of yore. Like, yeah, I know, I know what a swell is.

• 6:50Connor Wood?

  How trendy are water bottles?

• 6:52Brooke Averick?

That's really true. It's like such a random thing to be a trend.

• 6:55Connor Wood?

They come in and come out. Like, I know that Stanley was an obvious one, but swell.

• 7:00Brooke Averick?

And like, not to mention hydro.

• 7:03Connor Wood?

Oh, God, I, I use my hydros still. They're unfortunately somewhere in the mail as well with all my stuff that I'm shipping out. But, um, I hurt them, but the swells were truly here and then gone. And this, this is like, like in terms of use case, like kind of low key unusable. Like, you had to unscrew it every single time.

• 7:28Brooke Averick?

Like, it got, like, there was too much opportunity and too much surface area at the top for it to get gross. Like, there's so much area where you're screwing the top on, you know? It was always like, I'm not comfortable with it.

• 7:42Connor Wood?

Well, so I had one and I, this was like maybe sophomore year of college and I dropped it and it immediately dented and couldn't stay up. So I was the kid in class where like I dropped my water bottles rolling off the desk. And every classmate would go clang, clang, clang. And everyone would look at me and it's like, I don't want the attention of like, that kind of attention. You know, it's unwarranted attention. So I emailed them and I was, I also had no money, you know? So I was like, I spent $50 on this. This is like, I need a warranty. And I fought hand, tooth and motherfucking nail to get a water bottle out of these people. And I'll never forget it.

• 8:24Brooke Averick?

  Did you?

• 8:25Connor Wood?

And I got it. I got it.

• 8:26Brooke Averick?

  Good for you.

• 8:27Connor Wood?

  Yeah, I got that.

• 8:29Brooke Averick?

That's a six, a nice, inspiring success story.

• 8:31Connor Wood?

Yeah, that kind of gave me chills when I talked about it.

• 8:33Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 8:34Connor Wood?

A good feeling. Um, what are your birthday plans?

• 8:38Brooke Averick?

Uh, I, I'm going to jail for five days.

• 8:42Connor Wood?

  Cool. What do you mean?

• 8:44Brooke Averick?

Um, like it's mostly unrelated to my birthday, but I missed my second jury duty summons.

• 8:52Connor Wood?

Did you respond to it? Where did it, did you receive it?

• 8:58Brooke Averick?

So technically speaking, yeah, but I didn't see it. So the first one I got and I received and I read and I postponed. And then I forgot about the postponed date and that came and went as things do. Then I did not see the second one because I don't check my mail. Because everything's electronic. So why would I be checking my mail? And so I did not see the second one until I got back from New York.

• 9:30Brooke Averick?

Two days ago and when I opened it, it let me know that my date was June 3rd. Which has also come and gone. And so I Googled what happens when you miss your duty? They said, no big deal if you miss your first summons. If you miss your second, you'll be met with a fine and five days in jail.

• 9:51Connor Wood?

Well, that just adds to your story.

• 9:55Brooke Averick?

And you can't bring your own books.

• 9:59Connor Wood?

  No, they take everything.

• 10:02Connor Wood?

I still have, I still from when I was 19 have $27 that I has been almost impossible to receive. And I wish they could have just cash out to me on my way out.

• 10:12Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 10:12Connor Wood?

But unfortunately they do operate in a sort of archaic way of everything it has physically, just like mail.

• 10:19Brooke Averick?

  Mail.

• 10:20Connor Wood?

Mail, I'm something's going on with like, I'm going through puberty, but like in a New Zealand type of way.

• 10:26Brooke Averick?

  Australian type of puberty way.

• 10:28Connor Wood?

I'm going through a New Zealand type of puberty that has been affecting my vocals.

• 10:33Brooke Averick?

  If you want.

• 10:34Connor Wood?

I could, yeah, I, there's, there comes a time in every man's life where he does become New Zealand. He becomes a Yorkie. What is a New Zealand person?

• 10:42Brooke Averick?

  Kiwi?

• 10:43Connor Wood?

  Kiwi.

• 10:45Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 10:45Connor Wood?

  Good to.

• 10:46Brooke Averick?

So I mean, I'm gonna have to make some calls for sure.

• 10:50Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 10:50Brooke Averick?

I genuinely like, I don't see how I would like, that's unfortunately, that seems to be like, and it is what it is type of situation.

• 10:57Connor Wood?

The thing, yeah, it's so tough because I've gotten like parking tickets allegedly and like I, they weren't on my, I never physically had them and they're like, too bad, like.

• 11:07Brooke Averick?

No, I know. I was Googling like, can I just play dumb? And that doesn't, it doesn't work.

• 11:12Connor Wood?

  No, you can't plead ignorance.

• 11:14Brooke Averick?

  Yes, that's what I meant.

• 11:15Connor Wood?

Yeah. Well, the thing is, hmm, the thing is, I also missed it, as it turns out, and as you, as you, as you reminded me, I didn't know I had a mailbox last year, actually for the past 18 months.

• 11:28Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 11:29Connor Wood?

So I, and I asked my landlord, as we all know, I said, how do I get in? She goes, I don't know.

• 11:36Connor Wood?

I didn't get a key for my mailbox.

• 11:37Brooke Averick?

It's just like, make thing, like, let's stop this like limbo of like, some things coming in mail and some things coming via email. Let's just do all email.

• 11:47Connor Wood?

  Also.

• 11:49Connor Wood?

Hmm. How will this be received? Like, hire a permanent jury? No? Like, make that their job.

• 11:57Brooke Averick?

I mean, it's our civil duty.

• 12:00Connor Wood?

  Okay, yeah.

• 12:00Brooke Averick?

  Yeah, but like.

• 12:01Connor Wood?

  Of course.

• 12:02Brooke Averick?

  I, I, it's a good, I wonder.

• 12:04Connor Wood?

  I mean, like.

• 12:05Brooke Averick?

There are people that really want to do it.

• 12:07Connor Wood?

Right. I guess the, the point would be like, remain unbiased, but like, the judge does. Hire a jury of peers that like, that is their job.

• 12:14Brooke Averick?

You really do need the random, like, the mix and the variation.

• 12:17Connor Wood?

Okay, hire a bunch of them and then they get pulled out of a bowl and they're on call 24/7. I don't know. No one ever asks me, right?

• 12:24Brooke Averick?

  Right.

• 12:26Connor Wood?

Like, I might have some answers. I don't know. And I, I'm sure there's some hole that you could poke in it, but like, you can poke a hole in a lot of things.

• 12:32Brooke Averick?

  That's true.

• 12:35Connor Wood?

I'm not even gonna begin to list the things that you can poke a hole in.

• 12:37Brooke Averick?

I think there are enough people that wanna do jury duty that I could say on my forum, like, not right now. Thank you.

• 12:42Connor Wood?

  Yeah, cuz, yeah, I mean.

• 12:45Brooke Averick?

  Just not right now.

• 12:46Connor Wood?

As long as there's a market for true crime prod, podcasts, there's gonna be a market for people that would love to be a juror.

• 12:52Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 12:54Connor Wood?

  You know?

• 12:54Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 12:55Connor Wood?

Also, having done, and you know, I talked about that when I went in college to do that survey to make $400. The eagerness of the individuals in that room that were truly a juror, a jury of, I wouldn't even say my peers, I don't know whose peers they were, they were not of this earth. They were there with such like eagerness, so earnestly there that I was like, you guys, like, please, I want to shake you, like, this is fake, this is a survey.

• 13:28Brooke Averick?

You know, those kids that like, there's like-

• 13:29Connor Wood?

They would love to be on the jury.

• 13:30Brooke Averick?

You know, when there's like one minute left in class and someone raises their hand to ask a question?

• 13:35Connor Wood?

I was in a room with 12 of those.

• 13:36Brooke Averick?

So that's what I'm saying, like, though there are so many of those kids, I've been in so many classes with them, they are ripe for the plucking, they would love to do jury duty. Go, go before with them.

• 13:48Connor Wood?

You know what, yeah, but maybe you need someone that truly like, where it's like, I know it's my, I also know it's my civic duty, but it's like, do you really want me in there? I want to go home so bad.

• 14:01Brooke Averick?

Right, the question, it does beg the question, do you want someone there who doesn't want to be there?

• 14:08Brooke Averick?

I guess the answer is like, you just won't get picked, but like, you need to show up.

• 14:12Connor Wood?

Right, I would just, I like, what about a jury of your own peers that are eagerly there to like, hear your story on both sides, in an unbiased sort of way, not, not in,

• 14:28Connor Wood?

like, an Australian type of way, like, I would be there. Quike, yeah, put him in, book him.

• 14:36Brooke Averick?

Although, who knows, I could have met the one, and like, that's an opportunity

• 14:39Connor Wood?

I mean, you're gonna, you're gonna could have met this one thing to death, like, he could be anywhere.

• 14:44Brooke Averick?

  He could.

• 14:45Connor Wood?

He could be in jail, when you go to jail for not showing up for jury duty.

• 14:48Brooke Averick?

Connor, I was already thinking that.

• 14:50Connor Wood?

  He might be the bailiff.

• 14:51Brooke Averick?

I was thinking he could be the warden.

• 14:54Connor Wood?

He could be the ward. He could be the ward.

• 14:57Brooke Averick?

He could be the ward. I love it, I love it, man.

• 15:02Connor Wood?

It's always to consider, like, it might not even be the ones right under your nose, it might be the ones that show up behind bars.

• 15:09Brooke Averick?

I saw this really powerful thing, I think it was Eli Rallo that said it. And this actually-

• 15:15Connor Wood?

  I think it's Ellie.

• 15:17Brooke Averick?

  No, it's Eli.

• 15:18Connor Wood?

  Oh.

• 15:19Brooke Averick?

  Uh-

• 15:20Connor Wood?

  I've only ever read it.

• 15:21Brooke Averick?

  What?

• 15:22Connor Wood?

I've only ever read it. That's one of those-

• 15:23Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 15:24Connor Wood?

Names I only know over text.

• 15:25Brooke Averick?

Right, yeah, it's Eli. Um, but she, and this kind of flipped my attitude about dating. She said that you shouldn't go on dates with the expectation that you're gonna meet the one, but you should go on a date with the expectation that this person could possibly introduce you to the one.

• 15:42Connor Wood?

  That's a good perspective.

• 15:45Brooke Averick?

It is. Good enough that I'm almost wanting to change my attitude.

• 15:50Connor Wood?

  That's massive. Wow.

• 15:52Brooke Averick?

Yeah, I'm not, not going to change it quite yet, but if anything could have changed, it would have been that.

• 15:59Connor Wood?

You're in one of those eras right now where like messaging is hitting you in, in, in a, in a way where you're willing and able to, to receive it. Like when I pass, when I open up like a Dove chocolate and it's like, "Hey, by the way, like, something, like, keep, keep an open mind."

• 16:16Brooke Averick?

I'm definitely in one of those phases where like every single like very broad message I see-

• 16:22Connor Wood?

  Applies to you.

• 16:22Brooke Averick?

  Applies to me.

• 16:23Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 16:24Brooke Averick?

And it's like nothing I've ever read before and it's never been seen by anyone else.

• 16:30Connor Wood?

No, like this, this was meant to find me.

• 16:31Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 16:34Brooke Averick?

Like you're, it's like one of those, like you're doing great on the mirrors and it's like, holy shit, someone wrote that for me. I am doing great.

• 16:41Connor Wood?

Yeah, I'm, I have, I'm permanently like that.

• 16:44Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 16:44Connor Wood?

Because I think I have, I've, I've always had this, I have this god complex that like it's several times a day, but it's also matched. My two wolves, god complex and, um, imposter syndrome and they're constantly at, at, at battle.

• 16:58Brooke Averick?

I have need for attention and crippling anxiety. Those are my wolves.

• 17:03Connor Wood?

  Heard.

• 17:03Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 17:04Connor Wood?

Heard. Real as fuck. By the way-

• 17:06Brooke Averick?

  Real as all hell?

• 17:07Connor Wood?

Real as all shit, all that shit.

• 17:10Brooke Averick?

  Real as all ghetto.

• 17:10Connor Wood?

  Um-

• 17:11Brooke Averick?

  Hell no.

• 17:13Speaker 00

• 18:13Connor Wood?

Okay, listen, you are glowing in a way that could only be seen in Cannes. And hello, guys, we are not joining you from Cannes, though. I'm sure everyone's wondering, wow, you guys are really glowing. This is not a south of France glow. Brooke, I have to really, I want to be earnest with you right now.

• 18:28Brooke Averick?

  What are you talking about?

• 18:29Connor Wood?

We're talking about, I'm talking about Cannes.

• 18:30Brooke Averick?

Yeah, I know that, but you're saying I'm glowing?

• 18:34Connor Wood?

Is that all you heard out of that? I'm making, I'm doing a bit.

• 18:37Brooke Averick?

  You're what?

• 18:38Connor Wood?

I want to be earnest with you right now.

• 18:40Brooke Averick?

  Right.

• 18:42Connor Wood?

Did we do something to piss off, like, the country of France or something?

• 18:46Brooke Averick?

Oh, I thought you were gonna be earnest with me about how much I'm glowing.

• 18:49Connor Wood?

  No.

• 18:50Brooke Averick?

  Okay.

• 18:50Connor Wood?

  You're, you look gorgeous.

• 18:51Brooke Averick?

Thank you, Connor. It's my fake freckles.

• 18:57Brooke Averick?

  I just think we don't-

• 18:58Connor Wood?

I love that we zoomed out right there.

• 19:00Brooke Averick?

What? It's hard for me to hear you when I'm talking over you.

• 19:04Connor Wood?

Sorry, I think there is a little delay. Go ahead.

• 19:09Brooke Averick?

I don't remember, what? Oh, Cannes. Um, did we do something to piss them off?

• 19:13Connor Wood?

  Why are we there? Like-

• 19:15Brooke Averick?

I just don't think we have, I don't see why we would be there. What would we do?

• 19:22Connor Wood?

Smoke a cigarette and have an Aperol spritz. Like, is that not enough these days?

• 19:26Brooke Averick?

Yeah. I mean, hey, man, I'd love to go one day.

• 19:31Connor Wood?

Me too. I wouldn't go, I wouldn't go today if I was invited. I'm a little, I'd like, I could not imagine getting on a flight to Europe.

• 19:37Brooke Averick?

See, I'm not, I feel like you're in the space where you're seeing a lot of, like, colleagues and people you know going. I haven't really seen that.

• 19:44Connor Wood?

  That's all I'm seeing.

• 19:45Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 19:46Connor Wood?

And it's people like, I, I'm like, what are you doing over there? Tell me.

• 19:52Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 19:52Connor Wood?

  But also, don't tell me.

• 19:54Brooke Averick?

I do want to go on a trip. Then I'm, I like, this is the thing that I always come back to. It's like, damn, like, I really want to go on a brand trip like that or some sort of festival like that, but it's also like, I, like, it would probably be better for everyone if I just went on my own time.

• 20:09Connor Wood?

  No, yeah, I- Yeah, yeah.

• 20:14Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 20:15Connor Wood?

Yeah, you don't need me speaking.

• 20:16Brooke Averick?

Like, we can go to Cannes, like, for a vacation. Like, we're in a good, a good position to be able to do that.

• 20:25Connor Wood?

I like the idea that they have a schedule of things.

• 20:27Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 20:27Connor Wood?

You know, so it's like, okay, we are doing this, this and this.

• 20:31Brooke Averick?

I see, I would definitely prefer to not do that schedule.

• 20:35Connor Wood?

No, but I, I do, they have free time too, in between stuff, but I, I do like the idea, it's like, oh, like, I have, I have this thing.

• 20:42Brooke Averick?

I'm just trying to make you do it.

• 20:43Connor Wood?

And that's the reason I'm here. Yeah, well, thanks.

• 20:47Brooke Averick?

  NP.

• 20:48Connor Wood?

  Um.

• 20:50Connor Wood?

The, the other thing, wait, what was I gonna say?

• 20:52Brooke Averick?

Well, earlier you had mentioned that I was glowing.

• 20:55Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 20:56Brooke Averick?

It's because of, um, I was in the splash zone.

• 21:01Connor Wood?

  Go ahead and just explain.

• 21:02Brooke Averick?

In like a huge way. I was in the splash zone last Friday. I saw Justin Time on Broadway.

• 21:10Connor Wood?

Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. I see, I see.

• 21:13Brooke Averick?

And you guys know, I, I think I spoke about how I live in a state of constant regret that I never, um, got tickets to see the original Hamilton cast. And so from that moment on, I vowed, like, this is what I'm gonna spend my money on, is like, these types of experiences. And so I definitely splurged for the best seats in the house for Justin Time. And so I was like, genuinely, I went with Gabby and my mom and papa, got us all tickets. I, we were in the show. Like Gabby and I had a table. Oh, yeah, that's my story. That's my vantage point. Oh, I love the guy. Um, so we were in a table, like, cabaret style seating, and he was like, interacting

• 21:57Brooke Averick?

with the tables in a way that was like, holy shit, hell no.

• 22:04Brooke Averick?

And he actually said something to me and Gabby at the beginning of the show. You want to hear?

• 22:09Connor Wood?

  Mm hmm.

• 22:10Brooke Averick?

He was, first he came out and he was like, hey, I'm Jonathan. And then he spoke a little bit as Jonathan. That was great. I really loved meeting him. And then he transitioned into Bobby Darin, who he plays. You actually know Bobby Darin. He sings Somewhere Beyond the Sea and a few others.

• 22:23Connor Wood?

Yeah, I know Bobby Darin well.

• 22:25Brooke Averick?

Yeah, well. And then he transitioned into Bobby, who's kind of like, definitely an entertainer schmoozer. And then he looks at me and Gabby. Oh, no, he said, for the next two hours, you're mine. Okay, he said that to the whole crowd. Then he turns to me and Gabby and said, especially you two. Are you together? And then I said, yeah. And then he said, not for long.

• 22:47Connor Wood?

Did he think you meant romantically?

• 22:49Brooke Averick?

Mm hmm. I was confused. I said, I said, yeah. And then once he started talking again, I said, well, we're sisters. But it was too late.

• 22:57Connor Wood?

Yeah, I mean, you're sitting at a table together, so that's done.

• 23:01Brooke Averick?

We look this like pretty similar.

• 23:04Connor Wood?

  You're twins.

• 23:04Brooke Averick?

Yeah, but that's fine. It was awesome. And then, you know, he's

• 23:10Connor Wood?

  You're a little freaky.

• 23:11Brooke Averick?

He's a spitter in a sweater. And so it was just the amount of liquid from every orifice. It was like, whoa, holy shit. Whoa, holy shit. And it was actually, I was so in the splash zone that I was in the, I was in like tier zero of the splash zone, which means that it was flying over me and on to the unsuspecting victims behind me, which was pop up. And I just kept hearing pop up go, oh, oh, my God.

• 23:41Connor Wood?

How did you not switch seats with him? I would have expected you to do that.

• 23:44Brooke Averick?

Well, I definitely caught some strays. Don't get me wrong.

• 23:46Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 23:47Brooke Averick?

  But

• 23:48Connor Wood?

Did you have your mouth open?

• 23:49Brooke Averick?

Uh, it was like a gape the whole time, just because of the talent. Like, he should have won the Tony. And I love Darren and I haven't seen maybe Happy Ending. I'm sure it's fabulous, but I mean, the work that he put into this for the past eight years Connor, eight years he's been Bobby Darren behind the scenes. To see it come to life, I mean, wow, you guys have to see this if you can. Also Gracie Lawrence, you know her, I think I've told you about her.

• 24:16Connor Wood?

  I don't think so.

• 24:17Brooke Averick?

She is such a talent, like in the effort that it takes you or I to like burp, like she's opening her mouth and like the most insane sound you've ever heard is coming out.

• 24:29Connor Wood?

Oh, I know who you're talking about. Yeah, yeah.

• 24:31Brooke Averick?

Or just flies out and you're like, are you even like pushing, you know?

• 24:36Connor Wood?

Yeah, I saw them do that song together, right?

• 24:38Brooke Averick?

  Yes, you did. Exactly.

• 24:39Connor Wood?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 24:40Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 24:41Connor Wood?

  Yeah, wow, that's so great.

• 24:42Brooke Averick?

Wow, it was so great. And then I also saw Sunset Boulevard, which you know that one?

• 24:48Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 24:48Brooke Averick?

  That's Nicole Scherzinger.

• 24:50Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 24:51Brooke Averick?

I'm like in shock by her talent. I'm not in shock, but like I'm in awe of her talent.

• 24:57Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 24:57Brooke Averick?

It's just like, and I know she's like trained in musical theater, but like I just, I guess I was just not expecting the intensity of her talent. She got a standing ovation after every single song.

• 25:10Connor Wood?

Wow, that would be annoying to me.

• 25:13Brooke Averick?

Um, it was just like you had no choice.

• 25:16Connor Wood?

  Oh, it would like.

• 25:17Brooke Averick?

It was literally one of those situations where it's like she finishes and it's like, I am compelled by the spirit of the room to stand, like you have to stand up.

• 25:25Connor Wood?

Yeah, I would be like, all right, like, how long are these ovations?

• 25:30Brooke Averick?

They were, they were like a few minutes.

• 25:33Connor Wood?

Yeah, I'm not doing, I, I, Jesus could be up there chatting.

• 25:38Brooke Averick?

  And she was.

• 25:39Connor Wood?

I would, I would just have to be like, all right, like, you know, this could be over, girl. If we stand for everything, you also.

• 25:46Brooke Averick?

  What do you fall for?

• 25:47Connor Wood?

  What do you fall for?

• 25:49Brooke Averick?

  Well said.

• 25:49Connor Wood?

  And vice versa.

• 25:50Brooke Averick?

But that was like, she's so beyond and I'm not sure how much I would have loved the show if it weren't for her. And also the guy, Tom Francis is beyond, but do you know what it's about?

• 26:04Connor Wood?

  No.

• 26:05Brooke Averick?

  It's like, it's dark.

• 26:07Connor Wood?

Well, don't tell me, I am planning on seeing a lot of these things.

• 26:10Brooke Averick?

  Are you?

• 26:11Connor Wood?

  Maybe at some point.

• 26:12Brooke Averick?

It's just like you have no idea how lucky you are. You could like walk to the theater tonight and go.

• 26:17Connor Wood?

  Oh God, yeah. I could.

• 26:20Brooke Averick?

  Take advantage.

• 26:21Connor Wood?

  Not tonight.

• 26:22Brooke Averick?

  Take advantage.

• 26:23Connor Wood?

Well, last night, you know what I did last night?

• 26:25Brooke Averick?

  What?

• 26:27Connor Wood?

So this weekend I got drinks with Meredith Wishbone Kitchen. Wishbone Kitchen WK. And she, this will be, okay, we may have to cut this. Just I don't know if like it's a surprise. But she, I'll go quick so that we don't have to cut too much. She is like, I'm gonna be on Seth Meyers tonight. Or this on Monday. And I go, I have to just ask, like, you can absolutely say no, can I come? And she goes, God, yeah.

• 26:58Brooke Averick?

  No ask.

• 26:59Connor Wood?

I know. I go, I fully invited myself. I was like, I love him so much. She's like, come. I, yeah. And I was like, are you like, I invited myself fully, like, you're in a tough spot. And she's like, no, come. And then she texted me on Monday was like, hey, we'll see you at six at 30 Rock. And I was like, oh, hell, yeah, I'm going. I got there. We're in the room. It was, it's obviously it's same same floor, same studio as SNL walked, said I was going to the restroom, walked into the the stage.

• 27:28Brooke Averick?

  8H?

• 27:29Connor Wood?

Yeah. I'm looking at the stage. I go, that's so crazy. So tiny. Seth actually almost has a bigger, actually probably has a bigger stage than the SNL stage. But he, he comes in and introduces himself. Brooke, my heart fluttered away.

• 27:45Brooke Averick?

I can't even put myself in your shoes.

• 27:48Connor Wood?

Now, did he make eye contact at all with me? No. But like, when you know someone as well as we know each other cosmically, like, you don't need to.

• 27:55Brooke Averick?

  No.

• 27:56Connor Wood?

And like, we shared something in that room, just by like, in passing, I was just like, oh, yeah, totally. I know what you mean.

• 28:02Brooke Averick?

  He made heart contact.

• 28:04Connor Wood?

Heart contact. It was really special.

• 28:06Brooke Averick?

  And he's, he's just fabulous.

• 28:09Connor Wood?

Just like the, just oozing kindness and joy and a pure heart. You can tell that man has operates with a pure heart.

• 28:16Brooke Averick?

  Yeah. I love the guy.

• 28:19Connor Wood?

Meredith just murdered. They were like, so her favorite thing is also day drinking with Seth Meyers.

• 28:25Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 28:26Connor Wood?

And so she just like, had a great time with him. It was really.

• 28:29Brooke Averick?

  Oh, that's great.

• 28:30Connor Wood?

But yeah, so that, so I, I may not be making it to Broadway, but I'm making it to Broadway adjacent.

• 28:36Brooke Averick?

Yeah, you made it to 30 Rock.

• 28:38Connor Wood?

Made it to 30 Rock. I guess I kind of like passed.

• 28:42Connor Wood?

Broadway on the way. I did pass Radio City Music Hall where I saw Jake Shane's name on the outside of it. I was just like, wow, this is crazy. Cause Radio City Music Hall-

• 28:52Brooke Averick?

  Friends in high places, huh?

• 28:54Connor Wood?

I know. And I was like, wow, that's actually, it's the, the actual stature of Radio City Music Hall. When you're walking by, it's like, oh my God, I'm gonna be like in there like opening for this young man.

• 29:07Brooke Averick?

  You're opening for that?

• 29:08Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 29:09Brooke Averick?

You should be on there too. Your name.

• 29:12Connor Wood?

I don't think that they do openers. Like when I, when I do shows- And Maggie and like Xavier or anybody, like it doesn't say, you know, Connor Wood.

• 29:24Brooke Averick?

  Right. Still-

• 29:25Connor Wood?

They'll say Fibbs and Friends, or it'll say Connor Wood.

• 29:30Brooke Averick?

Anyway, I think you should be up there.

• 29:33Connor Wood?

Hey, that's really sweet. Uh, if, if it was like an image, we would, cause we have, we took that image together. That was up in Vegas. That was really cool, but it's so exciting. I'm so scared.

• 29:43Brooke Averick?

  When's that show?

• 29:45Connor Wood?

June 27th. And I think it's sold out and I think that's 6,000 people. So that's gonna be like-

• 29:49Brooke Averick?

Ooh, that just gave me a little like, a lump, a lump of coal on my throat.

• 29:54Connor Wood?

Yeah, I don't really know how I'm gonna operate. That's next week.

• 29:57Brooke Averick?

This will be your biggest crowd?

• 30:00Connor Wood?

God, yeah. That's like a lot of people's biggest. That's like, when I saw Tom Segura, who's like, um, obviously like a well-established comedian in Nashville, and Trevor Wallace opened for him, I think it was 8,500 people and we're doing six.

• 30:19Brooke Averick?

Hold on, let me pull out my calculator for something really quick.

• 30:22Connor Wood?

Oh, don't you, I like, feel like I know what you're gonna do.

• 30:24Brooke Averick?

  Do you?

• 30:25Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 30:26Brooke Averick?

  There's 6,000 people there?

• 30:28Connor Wood?

I think five or six. Do five. Cause it's gonna-

• 30:31Brooke Averick?

  Okay. Let's say there's 5,000.

• 30:36Brooke Averick?

Divided. Oh, wait. No. Okay, hold on. I forgot the zeros. Holy shit. Okay, hold on. I have completely destroyed my calculator app. Where did it go? Hold on. Hold on. Oh, okay. Uh, where's the clear button? Oh, I mean, I sound like my grandma. Okay.

• 30:56Brooke Averick?

Divided by 5,000? Okay, so think about how many people are in that room when you're looking out. Like, how many people 5,000 is? You have 74 times that many people following you on Instagram.

• 31:11Connor Wood?

Oh, that's insane. I didn't think you were doing that.

• 31:14Brooke Averick?

Think about how many people know who you are just by following you and then how many more people probably know who you are that don't follow you.

• 31:20Connor Wood?

That is a really crazy thing. I guess when I think about, like, when we did Vancouver, that was 20,000, 2,500 people, and it was hurting my ears. And I was just like, this, this, the absolute vastness of this room is mind blowing. But thinking about that tripled is like, I'm not scared. I'm not scared. I have my, I have my stuff down. Like, I feel good. It's not my show. It's Jake's show. So it's like, whatever. But it's like, woo, because there's gonna be like industry there too. So it's gonna,

• 31:56Connor Wood?

  I don't know.

• 31:56Brooke Averick?

  Here's a question.

• 31:58Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 31:59Brooke Averick?

Who would you be, like, out of all of your, like, comedy idols, like, who would you be most scared to perform in front of?

• 32:07Connor Wood?

Ew. I feel like I'm, I'm pretty scared just like how it would be received by Any, like, even if I didn't look up to them. But, hmm, I don't know. I feel like Any that I, that I really, really look up to. It would just be a bummer if Any, like, like a, like a Jim Carrey, you know, like.

• 32:27Brooke Averick?

  Wow, Jim Carrey.

• 32:28Connor Wood?

I know. I'm pulling some, I'm pulling some OGs out, but like, that was like my first comedy actor that I really was like, I want to be Jim Carrey. If, if he was like, I saw this shit ass like kid.

• 32:41Brooke Averick?

  That would break you.

• 32:42Connor Wood?

He sucked so bad. Like if he said something along the lines of like, wow, they're letting anybody up on a stage at Radio City Music Hall now, I would be like, really, truly like, I would move to like a different country and I would be, I would be a barista in Bali. Like I would just like start a new life.

• 33:01Brooke Averick?

  That would be the end.

• 33:02Connor Wood?

It would just be like really sobering. Cause like, when you think about,

• 33:07Connor Wood?

  well, I don't know.

• 33:10Connor Wood?

  I don't know.

• 33:10Brooke Averick?

No, that would be like John Green reading Phoebe and being like, whoa, they're just letting anyone do this, huh?

• 33:16Connor Wood?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 33:16Brooke Averick?

It's like tough to think about.

• 33:18Connor Wood?

It would be really like, it would really be like, okay, I'm actually done.

• 33:22Brooke Averick?

I, I agree. I would be, I would be, thank you for letting me know. I am done.

• 33:26Connor Wood?

Cause it would like confirm all those things of imposter syndrome where it's like, oh my God, I'm gonna get caught like.

• 33:32Brooke Averick?

  You've been caught red handed.

• 33:34Connor Wood?

That'd be like, oh, you're actually like totally, you're actually a complete phony.

• 33:37Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 33:39Connor Wood?

And you're going to jail for five days.

• 33:40Brooke Averick?

I was, I was trying to figure out a way to connect it to my jail time, but you did it.

• 33:45Connor Wood?

I'm actually, yeah, we're putting you in jail for five days because of how horrible your set was.

• 33:50Brooke Averick?

Five days and do not ever let me out.

• 33:53Connor Wood?

Yeah, I'm good. I live here now.

• 33:55Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 33:55Connor Wood?

And that's fine. Um. Oh, I have like a funny thing I wanted to say. So I thought this podcast, I thought our recording started like an hour before today. And I, I got in, I got a new vacuum because I left mine in with, with the new tenants of my apartment in LA. I got the same one and I still absolutely adore my shark vacuum.

• 34:16Brooke Averick?

  Shark vacuum.

• 34:16Connor Wood?

And I'll talk about it enough.

• 34:17Brooke Averick?

  I needed a new vacuum.

• 34:19Connor Wood?

Like I'm obsessed with vacuuming and I texted my mom today. I go, I just like, you'd be proud of me. Like I just love vacuuming. She goes, Connor, you've always loved vacuuming. I go, what do you mean? Cause one of your first toys, we got you a fake vacuum. She sent me a picture. She goes, you, you would, you've adored vacuuming.

• 34:36Brooke Averick?

  I remember the fake vacuums.

• 34:38Connor Wood?

I go, oh my God, don't tell me that, that I've had like,

• 34:43Connor Wood?

  this like addiction to vacuuming.

• 34:47Connor Wood?

  I mean, vacuuming? Like,

• 34:51Connor Wood?

you know what I'm thinking, right? Like I've loved vacuuming since I was a toddler.

• 34:56Brooke Averick?

  No, what are you thinking?

• 34:59Connor Wood?

I'm not gonna say it, but.

• 35:00Brooke Averick?

  Like something sexual?

• 35:02Connor Wood?

  No.

• 35:03Brooke Averick?

Oh, then I don't know what you're thinking.

• 35:05Connor Wood?

I can't say it. I'll get in trouble. Like fill in the blank.

• 35:08Brooke Averick?

  There's nothing wrong with vacuuming.

• 35:10Connor Wood?

No, there's not, but it's just like a weird thing to like have forgotten my love for vacuuming and have refounded in my, in my twenties.

• 35:17Brooke Averick?

It is fun to like suck stuff up when you get like a big thing.

• 35:21Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 35:24Connor Wood?

Yeah, it's fun to suck something up when you get a big thing.

• 35:26Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 35:26Connor Wood?

But like, it just like, it's like a joy that I.

• 35:29Brooke Averick?

  Do you have different attachments?

• 35:32Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 35:33Brooke Averick?

  Do you use them?

• 35:34Connor Wood?

Yeah, I use them on the couch.

• 35:36Brooke Averick?

Oof, I'm gonna start doing that. I've only ever used the one attachment. I need to get in the corners. I have litter like piling up like sandcastles in the corners.

• 35:44Connor Wood?

It's, it's such like a, it's such a guilty pleasure and it's like not a guilty pleasure at all. But I feel like, oh my God, I can't wait to vacuum.

• 35:53Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 35:54Connor Wood?

  Can't, I, I, something I hate.

• 35:55Brooke Averick?

I understand. Vacuuming would be my favorite of the cleaning actions.

• 36:00Connor Wood?

  Well, we're.

• 36:02Connor Wood?

This is like one of the, when we get to this part, it's like, yeah, back out of all the cleaning, we sound like the MC, the foodie boy.

• 36:11Brooke Averick?

Wait, did you see McLovin's Wawa order?

• 36:15Connor Wood?

Wow, wow, ate him up, left no crumbs.

• 36:18Brooke Averick?

  Got his ass.

• 36:20Connor Wood?

So I can't remember, oh, McLovin comes on, Birch sent me this and I like, I was kind of like in tears, like watching this thing. It's, he goes, you want to hear my, my Wawa order? And they're like, yeah, what is it? And he's like, you guys are gonna, you guys are gonna make fun of me for this. And he goes, cheese. And they go, and what? And he goes, it's just cheese and bread. And they go, does your mom, does your mom tuck you in while you eat that? What?

• 36:46Brooke Averick?

  Did they say that?

• 36:47Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 36:48Brooke Averick?

I don't remember. Can we play it?

• 36:50Connor Wood?

  They really like.

• 36:50Brooke Averick?

  Did Chub say that?

• 36:52Connor Wood?

  Yeah, no, the other one.

• 36:53Brooke Averick?

I don't know the others, unfortunately.

• 36:56Speaker 05

Let me real quick when I got a Wawa. Hoagie?

• 36:59Speaker 06

I don't even wanna know. Is it like just turkey or something?

• 37:01Speaker 05

  Cheese.

• 37:02Speaker 06

It's cheese. You get cheese, bro.

• 37:04Speaker 05

It's cheese. You get cheese and bread. No, no meat. No meat?

• 37:11Brooke Averick?

  What?

• 37:11Speaker 06

  You eat like a tiger.

• 37:13Speaker 05

Does your mom like cut it up into pieces, right? Crazy.

• 37:16Brooke Averick?

Does your mom cut them up into pieces? It's a little sad, but it's fire.

• 37:21Connor Wood?

  It's a little sad, but it's

• 37:23Brooke Averick?

  But it's fire.

• 37:23Connor Wood?

  Fire.

• 37:25Speaker 00

• 38:25Connor Wood?

Like, everyone should take that. That sentence, that should be a Bible verse.

• 38:30Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 38:30Connor Wood?

It's a little sad, but it's fire. Don't, don't find guilt in things that bring you joy.

• 38:37Brooke Averick?

He is embracing his guilty pleasure and he's actually saying, I don't feel guilty.

• 38:42Connor Wood?

  What's wrong with this?

• 38:43Brooke Averick?

What's, why should I feel guilty?

• 38:45Connor Wood?

  I'm not forcing this.

• 38:46Brooke Averick?

  If I'm receiving pleasure.

• 38:47Connor Wood?

I'm not forcing this on you. I'm not ordering your Wawa.

• 38:51Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 38:51Connor Wood?

Hoagie with, with cheese and bread. Also, just like, I, you know what, I applaud him and I also just like, you know, his, um,

• 39:02Connor Wood?

What's that metabolism must be great if like that's his, that's his meal of choice.

• 39:08Brooke Averick?

Well, that's like how he's on to something. That's how they do it in France.

• 39:12Connor Wood?

Uh, yeah, I do think that the ingredients are a little bit different at Wawa versus the south of France, maybe can even, we were throwing cities around. Um, I do think that maybe, maybe, maybe a hoagie with cheese in can might be good even. I wouldn't know.

• 39:28Brooke Averick?

Like be behind the eyes. That's a really weird way to say, just like, I'd like to be the person who's making the sandwich.

• 39:38Connor Wood?

I would be like, oh, easy.

• 39:40Brooke Averick?

Yeah. I just wonder if they think he missed a few buttons.

• 39:45Connor Wood?

When I was in, where was I that had a Wawa that shocked me? Oh, uh,

• 39:52Connor Wood?

come on, Richmond, Virginia. It shocked me because I said this last week, I was just like, they're like, yeah, this is the south. But I was like, well, the south doesn't have Wawa. And also people were there from like Boston. And I'm like, Boston's nowhere near the south. And I digress again.

• 40:11Brooke Averick?

It used to be the deep south when we were just the 13 colonies.

• 40:15Connor Wood?

I know. That's like where the south low key like originate.

• 40:19Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 40:19Connor Wood?

They're like very much the south, but in a way that's like not geographically sound.

• 40:26Brooke Averick?

  Right. Well said.

• 40:27Connor Wood?

But whatever you guys can have it. I'm not, I'm not fighting you to, to, to be the south. But, um, I ordered the most insane Wawa hoagie order at like three in the morning. It arrived. I basically I clicked every single button. He would not like this sandwich.

• 40:45Brooke Averick?

  McLovin.

• 40:45Connor Wood?

I was like, I was just like a little peckish after the show, seeing as it was 3am. And I didn't drink, so it wasn't like drunk munchies or anything.

• 40:57Connor Wood?

I ate a foot and a half, probably 8,000 calorie sandwich within minutes while watching Hunger Games. Like Hunger Games was on TV, but like I was living Hunger Games in my room. And I ate every single ounce. I actually posted a picture on my story and tagged you. Just like, look at this setup. It was Hunger Games in the background, a foot long, just packed to the brim newborn baby size sandwich. And I was like, I'm in heaven.

• 41:26Brooke Averick?

Well, tell us what you got in the sandwich. You're giving us all blue balls.

• 41:29Connor Wood?

Oh my gosh, I wish I could pull it up, but like, it was like, I think it was like an Italian, but with jalapenos, uh, two types of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions. It was everything. Like I got, I got the works. Oil.

• 41:44Brooke Averick?

I love the oil. I wish they sold the oil.

• 41:48Connor Wood?

I don't even need to go to can. I was, I was living the dream right there. It was so damn delicious. I was so happy. And then obviously like I had one person be like, every time you post a picture of food, like it makes me physically feel nauseous. And I got embarrassed and I deleted it. And obviously you got a notification that I tagged you on my story at 3:30 in the morning and you probably were like, um.

• 42:09Brooke Averick?

I was curious about it because it was gone. It was a picture of my, gone as quickly as it went up.

• 42:14Connor Wood?

My nasty, it did look like a dumpster. Like if you.

• 42:17Brooke Averick?

You need to totally take on McLovin's mentality with your food posting. It might be sad, but it is fire.

• 42:24Connor Wood?

It might be sad to you, but it's fire to me. One man's sad is another man's fire.

• 42:28Brooke Averick?

  Completely.

• 42:30Connor Wood?

Yeah. I mean, I was so happy with it. And this is me reclaiming that hoagie. Like I'm, I was so like content.

• 42:36Brooke Averick?

Let's put a picture of it up if you have it.

• 42:38Connor Wood?

I, I didn't save it. Like I even went to send it to you to be like, no, like this was my sandwich and I didn't even save it. If you're on my Snapchat, I did post it on Snapchat too.

• 42:47Brooke Averick?

  Okay.

• 42:49Connor Wood?

  But.

• 42:50Brooke Averick?

Last thing I'll say about the foodie boys. I guess what my, my favorite thing about them is that they could have made a podcast about anything and they chose to make it about food.

• 43:02Connor Wood?

And what I like about making it about food is that a podcast at its core is just audio. And you're just, they're just talking about something that is like so reliant on video and like actually eating it and chewing it up and swallowing it. And that's, that's a very bold take.

• 43:20Brooke Averick?

Well, it's just like the fact that like, these are like four boys with, or three and Chub Perm, who does have a more sophisticated palate, but the rest of them are eating buttered noodles, probably every night. And they said, let's do a food podcast and I admire it.

• 43:36Brooke Averick?

Don't let anyone put you in a box.

• 43:37Connor Wood?

We're meeting them, we're meeting them at ground zero and we're gonna watch them grow. You know, like these are boys that are at the beginning of their palates.

• 43:46Brooke Averick?

They are redefining what it means to be a food blogger.

• 43:51Connor Wood?

They really are. Like, and I think that we should, you know, and it might be sad to you to, to look at buttered noodles, but like, maybe it's fire to them.

• 43:58Brooke Averick?

  To me, it's fire.

• 43:59Connor Wood?

Yeah. And that's all that really matters.

• 44:01Brooke Averick?

  I agree.

• 44:03Connor Wood?

What we can speak about is I had an, I had a groundbreaking idea.

• 44:07Brooke Averick?

What? Sorry, I've been picking my lips from ground zero of this podcast.

• 44:11Connor Wood?

I know. I mean, whatever. It's that, it's the time of the year where lip picking is, is in.

• 44:19Connor Wood?

I had this idea and it, and now that I'm about to say it out loud, it's, it's gross, but I think that they should introduce like this thing where like, if people leave leftovers on their table at a restaurant, like, and I'm willing and able to like, maybe that's something, that's a dish that I wanted to try and I kind of chickened out, but then it went to them and they get up and leave. I want to take a bite. I want to try it.

• 44:40Brooke Averick?

  My friend Lindsay does that.

• 44:42Connor Wood?

I think if, I think you should opt in when you go into a restaurant and be like, I'm, I'll be the rat tonight. You know, like I'll go up, I'll clean up everybody's table. I want to, I want to do like the, the.

• 44:54Connor Wood?

The sampler, but it's just people's leftovers. I think that would eliminate a lot of food waste.

• 44:57Brooke Averick?

You don't know whose food that was.

• 45:00Connor Wood?

  Oh, I would look.

• 45:01Brooke Averick?

It could be some guy that was sneezing all over his fries.

• 45:05Connor Wood?

Yeah. So I would definitely need to like, see them, create a narrative about these people and then decide if I want to take a bite or not.

• 45:14Brooke Averick?

Right. I don't see anything wrong with it if they're just gonna throw the food out.

• 45:19Connor Wood?

  Yeah, good. Okay, I agree.

• 45:20Brooke Averick?

  You really don't.

• 45:22Connor Wood?

It's a huge issue and food waste.

• 45:24Brooke Averick?

Yeah, food waste is a huge issue.

• 45:26Connor Wood?

Yeah, I did do it for a little bit in college. I would go up and I'd just like, can I try that? If someone ordered like a dessert for the table and they like didn't even touch the cheesecake, I'd be like, can I have that cheesecake? And the waiters would literally always be like, yeah, I don't care.

• 45:40Brooke Averick?

Like you ask the waiter that or the people at the table?

• 45:43Connor Wood?

Yeah, I was like, can I have that? So they don't like see me going up and like.

• 45:46Brooke Averick?

The waiter and the people at the table.

• 45:47Connor Wood?

The waiters, not the people at the table because they were already on their way out.

• 45:52Brooke Averick?

  Interesting.

• 45:53Connor Wood?

  Did you hear the news?

• 45:57Brooke Averick?

  Which piece?

• 45:59Connor Wood?

They're doing away with pennies. And I actually heard. Yeah, like the actual currency pennies, coins.

• 46:06Brooke Averick?

  Where did you hear this?

• 46:08Connor Wood?

Every, it's, it's common. They're done producing pennies. Like they're, they're going out of circulation.

• 46:13Brooke Averick?

  Izzy, is this true?

• 46:14Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 46:15Brooke Averick?

  Wow.

• 46:18Brooke Averick?

Will there be another one cent currency or just?

• 46:23Connor Wood?

  They're doing.

• 46:23Brooke Averick?

  Just starting at five now.

• 46:25Connor Wood?

They're doing away with it. And of course, I had a bad dream about only having pennies last night. And I was like, all I have is pennies.

• 46:33Brooke Averick?

  That's an interesting stress dream.

• 46:36Connor Wood?

Well, it's just like, my body's constantly looking at new ways to sabotage me. And it's like, why would I ever be carrying only pennies? But I did it.

• 46:42Brooke Averick?

Do you think we'll still be able to use the pennies? Yeah, right?

• 46:45Connor Wood?

  I don't think so.

• 46:46Brooke Averick?

We can still use silver dollars.

• 46:48Connor Wood?

Yeah. And they don't produce those anymore. I feel like they do.

• 46:51Brooke Averick?

No, I don't. Do they? There's no way. They still do do silver dollars, but they're primarily produced for collectors and investors, not for general circulation.

• 47:01Connor Wood?

I feel like because of inflation, things are so expensive that like it actually makes zero sense for people to have pennies. I think it costs more than a penny to make a penny too.

• 47:11Brooke Averick?

It's just always pissed me off so much that a nickel is bigger than a dime.

• 47:16Connor Wood?

Yeah, rightfully so. You're valid. I, I think it's funny that we have coins because it makes me feel like I'm a pirate. Like I have the blooms.

• 47:23Brooke Averick?

When's the last time you've used coins?

• 47:25Connor Wood?

I've never had a memory of using a coin.

• 47:28Brooke Averick?

I haven't had cold, hard cash like in my hands for like years.

• 47:35Connor Wood?

I haven't had a coin on my person. Well, when I've had to do laundry and put coins in like I have to go seek out coins, but it was hard for me to find.

• 47:43Brooke Averick?

Yeah. The only coins I have are pennies that I pick up if they're lucky. Do you pick up heads up penny?

• 47:51Connor Wood?

Yeah, I do. And if, if they're not on their heads, I flip it over.

• 47:54Brooke Averick?

  Me too.

• 47:55Connor Wood?

Yeah. But I, I also think that, um, I, oh, I think I made this up. I always pick up a penny on heads and I put it in my left shoe.

• 48:04Brooke Averick?

  That I've never heard.

• 48:06Connor Wood?

I think I made it up.

• 48:09Connor Wood?

  For some reason.

• 48:11Brooke Averick?

  It's like, it sounds right.

• 48:15Brooke Averick?

  Like it's.

• 48:15Connor Wood?

It made a noise of crap out of me and I can't stop doing it just in case it is real.

• 48:20Brooke Averick?

Yeah. I mean, power to you. It seems, it seems like that'll do something. Putting a penny in your left shoe on your wedding day. Connor.

• 48:29Connor Wood?

Oh my God, I hear wedding bells.

• 48:32Connor Wood?

Wait, that, is that where I heard it?

• 48:36Brooke Averick?

Maybe. Maybe someone did it at a wedding. You go to a lot of.

• 48:39Connor Wood?

I'm on this, I'm on the subreddit r slash coins.

• 48:44Connor Wood?

  Going ham.

• 48:45Brooke Averick?

  You should collect.

• 48:48Connor Wood?

  I have collection.

• 48:49Brooke Averick?

  Take it seriously.

• 48:51Connor Wood?

I know. I have so many coins.

• 48:53Brooke Averick?

You should get one of those booklets. Uh, like the Pokemon card.

• 48:56Connor Wood?

  I have one.

• 48:57Brooke Averick?

  Booklets, but coins.

• 48:58Connor Wood?

  I have a coin book.

• 49:00Brooke Averick?

  Use it.

• 49:01Connor Wood?

It's in my keepsake at my parents' house.

• 49:05Brooke Averick?

That's not doing anything for you over there.

• 49:07Connor Wood?

What, what would I do with it if it was here?

• 49:09Brooke Averick?

  Collect.

• 49:10Connor Wood?

  Look at it?

• 49:12Brooke Averick?

  Display.

• 49:14Connor Wood?

I don't want, you don't put your collection.

• 49:16Brooke Averick?

That's exactly what you do with your collections.

• 49:19Connor Wood?

Oh, I've just spotted a bug that I've never seen in my life. And it wasn't on my wall when I got here.

• 49:25Brooke Averick?

  What can you?

• 49:26Connor Wood?

Oh, it has, it has one antenna. What are you doing with one antenna?

• 49:31Connor Wood?

It seems to be still. You just stay in your, you stay in your area and I'll stay in mine. It's so dangerously close to my head, but it's also, also over there.

• 49:40Brooke Averick?

  Is it winged?

• 49:42Connor Wood?

I can't tell right now. It's bald. It's on the wall and it's been stagnant. I don't like the look of it though.

• 49:48Brooke Averick?

Remember, all it wants to do is exist.

• 49:52Connor Wood?

I'm not gonna squash it. I can't tell if it has, it's moving every time I look. Whoa, oh my God.

• 49:59Connor Wood?

Oh my God, I had a dream. I was in, oh my God, I had a dream that I was SpongeBob when he gets on that bus and it's a not Bikini Bottom and it's Glove World. And I was SpongeBob and the bus kept leaving me.

• 50:11Brooke Averick?

  At Rock Bottom?

• 50:12Connor Wood?

Yeah, I was scared half to death.

• 50:15Brooke Averick?

You aren't like having the, like too many stress dreams to the point where it's like either stop taking things before bed?

• 50:23Connor Wood?

  I don't take anything.

• 50:24Brooke Averick?

  Nothing?

• 50:25Connor Wood?

No, I didn't take anything last night. Yeah.

• 50:29Brooke Averick?

  Yeah. How's that?

• 50:30Connor Wood?

Well, I met a ther, I met a therapist this weekend.

• 50:33Brooke Averick?

No, okay, but like not in a client, not in a professional way?

• 50:38Connor Wood?

No, not in a professional way by any means. And she's actually not a therapist yet. She's in, uh, school.

• 50:42Brooke Averick?

  Okay.

• 50:43Connor Wood?

But she knows therapists and she's connecting me. And you know who she was with?

• 50:47Brooke Averick?

  Who?

• 50:48Connor Wood?

  Your cousin Ben.

• 50:50Brooke Averick?

Wait, cousin Ben was sending me pictures of you two. I didn't know you guys, you guys knew each other.

• 50:56Connor Wood?

Well, so I, I hadn't seen him in real life yet.

• 51:01Brooke Averick?

This is just my cousin that lives in New York. Yeah.

• 51:04Connor Wood?

And I, I, I like didn't, so I'm thinking in my head, he comes in very hot.

• 51:10Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 51:10Connor Wood?

Like in a way that would, like not in a bad way, just like a very friendly way. And I was like.

• 51:15Brooke Averick?

Well, my, my family like thinks they know you, like you are a part of the family. Like.

• 51:22Brooke Averick?

My mom and pop up like got off the train to see Justin Time and they were like Connor. And it's like, why do you like, why would he be at Pensation?

• 51:31Connor Wood?

Dang, I wish I should have, I should have been there. That would have been funny.

• 51:34Brooke Averick?

  So that explains that.

• 51:36Connor Wood?

Obviously hot Ben comes up and he's like, like blah, blah, blah. And I'm, I'm actively using context clues. Cause I'm like, okay, he's, he's mentioning Brooke, let's send Brooke a picture. I'm like, Brooke, like this man wouldn't have Brooke. So, and I was thinking, I have a hunch this is Ben.

• 51:50Brooke Averick?

Were you feeling like he looked like an Averick?

• 51:52Connor Wood?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 51:54Brooke Averick?

  He's got the Averick eyes.

• 51:55Connor Wood?

He does. And then I was like, I was right the whole time. Like I, I did have a feeling immediately it was Ben, but I haven't seen him in person. I didn't know he was, he was tall. Like he's not tall, but he's like, I don't know.

• 52:05Brooke Averick?

I think he's like six, six foot.

• 52:08Connor Wood?

Yeah. We're like the same height. I'm a little taller, but I was, I'm seeing it and I'm talking to him like, oh my God, this is Brooke's cousin finally. And then we were talking, we were having a great time.

• 52:16Brooke Averick?

  Really?

• 52:17Connor Wood?

Yeah. And then obviously send you a picture and I, I get your cadence and you're like, be careful. And I'm like, oh my gosh, what do you, why, why'd you say be careful? I didn't know if it was in reference to me or him. And I was just like, oh boy.

• 52:29Brooke Averick?

  He, he's a wild guy.

• 52:33Connor Wood?

  Right.

• 52:33Brooke Averick?

The two of you together makes me nervous.

• 52:36Connor Wood?

Yeah, it was, it was cool.

• 52:38Speaker 00

• 53:38Connor Wood?

I think I, I think I was at a party for like someone's birthday or something, but it was on a rooftop. It was so great. And then I was like, oh,

• 53:47Brooke Averick?

I wonder what he was doing there.

• 53:49Connor Wood?

This is like a younger group.

• 53:50Brooke Averick?

  He's young. Yeah, he's a young one.

• 53:51Connor Wood?

  Yeah.

• 53:52Brooke Averick?

He's definitely younger than you used to.

• 53:53Connor Wood?

I was there with a group of friends that were like my age. And then as the, as the people filled in,

• 54:02Connor Wood?

um, I was like, oh, and so we went to a bar, um, across the street. We, we kind of headed out.

• 54:09Brooke Averick?

  You and Ben?

• 54:11Connor Wood?

  No. No, I kind of.

• 54:13Brooke Averick?

  And your crew.

• 54:15Connor Wood?

I kind of dipped off a little bit. Yeah.

• 54:18Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 54:19Connor Wood?

  And then headed home.

• 54:20Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 54:20Connor Wood?

  Oh, I met,

• 54:22Connor Wood?

there's someone that I need you to meet.

• 54:24Brooke Averick?

  Who?

• 54:25Connor Wood?

Cause I think that you would be connected in a way that as you do, someone that you'd fall in love with. I went last week to a dinner for Instagram.

• 54:35Connor Wood?

And it was a very curated group of people. I don't know why I was, I still was like, I don't know why. I don't know how I got this invite. And I'm sitting there and it was so great. And they put me next to like the head of Instagram, Adam, that like is like the face of Instagram. I had to hold back from being like, I think that you're, I think that you're my best friend. Rook, I need you to meet him. I need you to meet him.

• 55:00Brooke Averick?

  Adam, Adam what?

• 55:02Connor Wood?

  It's Adam M.

• 55:03Brooke Averick?

  Adam M.

• 55:04Connor Wood?

And I'm thinking, it's like Masari or something.

• 55:07Brooke Averick?

  Masari.

• 55:08Connor Wood?

Ma, yeah, something like that. Masari.

• 55:10Brooke Averick?

Masari. Yeah, I got him right up. Oh.

• 55:15Brooke Averick?

Yeah, he, he looks like he could be your best friend.

• 55:18Connor Wood?

So we're chatting, obviously, like, I feel like we're hitting it off in like a way that like two best friends would.

• 55:27Connor Wood?

And then like, obviously, like I leave that situation. And I'm like, I was probably being really annoying because he probably is like there to be like, humanizing the brand. And then I was like, kind of embarrassed. And I was like, kicking myself. Guess who DMs me three days later?

• 55:44Brooke Averick?

  Adam M.

• 55:45Connor Wood?

Adam M. He goes, that was really fun. And I go, it was really fun.

• 55:51Connor Wood?

  Yeah, we're best friends.

• 55:52Brooke Averick?

Oh, I love a good bro.

• 55:54Connor Wood?

And I'm gonna, I'm gonna connect to you too, because I really feel like you would hit it off as well.

• 55:56Brooke Averick?

  Okay.

• 55:58Connor Wood?

  It was lovely.

• 55:58Brooke Averick?

  I'd love to meet him.

• 56:00Connor Wood?

  Um.

• 56:02Brooke Averick?

  Wait, I have an update.

• 56:03Connor Wood?

Hit me, hit me with an update while I, yeah, I'm jumping in here.

• 56:06Brooke Averick?

Rob and John's dynamic has completely shifted. If something happened while I was gone.

• 56:12Connor Wood?

  In a good way?

• 56:13Brooke Averick?

Yeah, actually. Now, now John. John thinks that he is the owner of an invisibility cloak. And so he thinks that no one can see him when he's like creeping up very slowly to Rob. And he's just been like swatting at Rob so much, which is actually really good because that's how John plays.

• 56:35Brooke Averick?

Um, and he used to just like run away from Rob because he was scared of him, but now he's like swatting the shit out of Rob. Which is great because he's comfortable being near him and wants to play. Rob is giving him literally nothing. Like he'll just sit there with his arms crossed like a teacher who's like, I'll wait. While John spots, but that's a good update and they're very like comfortable just like being close.

• 56:56Connor Wood?

Do you ever think that maybe like, once you were removed from the equation, they were able to connect in a way that like you were an obstacle to?

• 57:02Brooke Averick?

I do think I'm the problem. Yeah. Because it's a territory thing with Rob.

• 57:07Connor Wood?

  Uh huh.

• 57:08Brooke Averick?

So I know I'm the problem, but it's like, I, there's not much I can do besides like leave.

• 57:14Connor Wood?

It does suck that we can't speak to them.

• 57:16Brooke Averick?

  Yeah, you're telling me.

• 57:18Connor Wood?

Like, what's the deal? Like, is it me?

• 57:19Brooke Averick?

  It is me.

• 57:20Connor Wood?

If it's me, like I will, I'll give you a space during the day. Well, maybe that's good because you don't have to feel as much guilt when you're gone then, because obviously things are kosher.

• 57:27Brooke Averick?

That's true, but I just like. I miss them in a way that doesn't feel normal for a pet owner. Like it, it's, something's not right. It's like, I can't really enjoy myself. When, when I'm away from them.

• 57:41Connor Wood?

Yeah, I get it, man. I completely get it.

• 57:43Brooke Averick?

It just doesn't feel right, but. Anyway.

• 57:47Connor Wood?

  Well.

• 57:48Brooke Averick?

I just love things too much.

• 57:50Connor Wood?

  I love stuff too.

• 57:52Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 57:53Connor Wood?

  Things.

• 57:53Brooke Averick?

It's just like, I, I wish I could turn the dial down, you know?

• 57:58Connor Wood?

Yeah. Do you think you're more of a things kind of girl? Or do you think of, you're more of a stuff kind of gal?

• 58:04Brooke Averick?

  Ooh.

• 58:06Brooke Averick?

  I really love things.

• 58:09Connor Wood?

  Brooke, me too.

• 58:09Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 58:10Connor Wood?

I love, I love things. Stuff? Ah, I don't think so.

• 58:15Brooke Averick?

Stuff is like cluttery. Things are treasures.

• 58:19Connor Wood?

Things are, things can be treasures. Ooh, I can't wait. I'm finally shipping all my stuff out and I'm gonna have all my tchotchkes that are gonna be all over my shelf.

• 58:26Brooke Averick?

I will never forget, I like met this boy.

• 58:30Connor Wood?

  Ooh.

• 58:31Brooke Averick?

When I was like six or something, it was just like a, my mom, like friends kid. And I was just like, hanging out with this new kid. It like seems like, oh, I'm just hanging out with this boy. It was just like a new buddy, like I was a little kid. And he was like, I wanna show you my, my treasure chest. And he went under his bed and pulled out a shoebox. And I was like, holy shit. This is the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life. Opens the shoebox. And there were just like, it was like a rock with googly eyes, like a slinky, a dollar, like just, and I looked at that and I said, those are treasures.

• 59:08Connor Wood?

  Those are things.

• 59:09Brooke Averick?

Those are things, those are treasures. And like, I have spent my whole life trying to curate objects in the way.

• 59:15Connor Wood?

  Chasing that.

• 59:15Brooke Averick?

Chasing the high of him pulling that shoebox out from under his bed. And I've never gotten there. It was the perfect curation.

• 59:24Connor Wood?

You could maybe start a shoebox, maybe today even.

• 59:28Brooke Averick?

And you know, people with, people with ADHD are really good. I think maybe that's what was going on there. He seemed like a kid who had a lot going on. People with ADHD are really good at like creating stuff, or things piles.

• 59:40Connor Wood?

  Yeah. Yeah.

• 59:43Brooke Averick?

  They're natural sorters.

• 59:44Connor Wood?

  I'm, I'm, no, they're not. Sorters.

• 59:48Brooke Averick?

  Or the opposite of that.

• 59:49Connor Wood?

That's a different, that's a different type that I have. And I finally have a junk drawer in my apartment, which is just like, that's, that's kind of like, things are coming together.

• 59:58Brooke Averick?

Well, what I'm saying is that like people with ADHD have hundreds of junk drawers, but like they're curated really well. It's just like the right mix of junk.

• 1:00:06Connor Wood?

I know where stuff is. Like if, when my mom would come into like my college house or whatever and she would organize stuff and like I wasn't there, I'm like, mom, I don't know where you put anything. And she's like, well, it's really obvious to me where stuff should go. And to me, it was like, I knew for a fact that like, I can find a rubber band and um, a mint in the same drawer. Like I can find, I know where that stuff is. Like my pliers are in with like my textbooks.

• 1:00:31Brooke Averick?

  Yeah.

• 1:00:32Connor Wood?

You know, I know that I know where stuff is.

• 1:00:35Brooke Averick?

Yeah, the mint and the rubber band is such classic kitchen junk drawer behavior.

• 1:00:41Connor Wood?

Yeah. Cause like I'm not gonna dump these.

• 1:00:43Brooke Averick?

There's bedroom junk drawer, there's kitchen junk drawer, like there's different

• 1:00:48Brooke Averick?

stuff in different junk drawers, which is like, yeah, of course, it's obvious, but anyway.

• 1:00:55Connor Wood?

Okay, let me, um, because I'm one of our sponsors today, I do like, I did have like a eureka moment I have to talk about. There's a commercial out right now for some sort of payment application where they have Patrick Schwarzenegger like dancing for it. It is

• 1:01:18Connor Wood?

it is so like horrible. It's so hard to watch. Have you seen it?

• 1:01:23Brooke Averick?

No, but I really love him.

• 1:01:25Connor Wood?

I know, it's just like his face.

• 1:01:26Brooke Averick?

  I'm so endeared to him.

• 1:01:29Connor Wood?

His face isn't reflecting the movements that they're having him do.

• 1:01:34Brooke Averick?

  Isn't or is?

• 1:01:35Connor Wood?

They are not like his face is not matching the movements that they're having him do. And I'm just like, it's like every time I watch it, I'm just like, ooh.

• 1:01:41Brooke Averick?

  Can we pull it up?

• 1:01:42Connor Wood?

Makes me kind of wanna take my skin off. When he gets in and they, they, they pay for the first time.

• 1:01:50Brooke Averick?

  I've seen this, but I don't.

• 1:01:53Connor Wood?

It's on like streaming services a lot right now.

• 1:01:57Brooke Averick?

I don't recall the dancing. Oh.

• 1:02:01Connor Wood?

Like it works for her really well.

• 1:02:06Connor Wood?

  I can't do it.

• 1:02:10Connor Wood?

  No, like it's still going.

• 1:02:14Brooke Averick?

He's out of his comfort zone. That's where it happens.

• 1:02:20Brooke Averick?

Oh, see, I'm still feeling completely endeared.

• 1:02:22Connor Wood?

I know you're endeared to this. It's just like something for me. I'm like, oh.

• 1:02:26Brooke Averick?

I really love the guy. I don't know what it is.

• 1:02:29Connor Wood?

He's special. I like him too. Um, okay. Well, I'm gonna leave you with that personally.

• 1:02:35Brooke Averick?

  Thank you.

• 1:02:35Connor Wood?

I do wanna just flag that we did hit the halfway point in June, that we are now closer to 2050 than 2000. And I'm gonna leave you guys with that.

• 1:02:47Brooke Averick?

  I wish you didn't.

• 1:02:49Connor Wood?

I know, it's, but I have to know it. So now X amount of people listening and watching, you have to know it too.

• 1:02:56Brooke Averick?

The fact that like, there will be a day when someone's like, what's the date? And it's like, oh, November 6th, 2050. And like, we'll be there to say it, God willing, like, and we won't be like ancient. It's just another day in 2050.

• 1:03:13Connor Wood?

Well, you know, who's not gonna see 2050? The bug that's ever, ever so slowly moving towards my head.

• 1:03:19Brooke Averick?

I just got so sick thinking about the fact that my cats will not be there.

• 1:03:23Connor Wood?

You don't know that because there is that new drug, that longevity drug for dog that just dropped that extends dogs' life, which we invented by proxy by talking about how they should invent that in the manifestation space. So another win for BNC. We should change our, we should change our acronym to BNC dubs. BNC wins.

• 1:03:46Brooke Averick?

BNC wins. Okay. I'm starting to feel sick from the, from the note that we left off on.

• 1:03:52Connor Wood?

I'm sorry. Well, good, the good news is at least your birthday is tomorrow and today for those listening. Well, everyone jump online and follow Brooke on Instagram and wish her a happy birthday.

• 1:04:06Brooke Averick?

Connor, please. I am 28. So it's Tuesday.

• 1:04:09Connor Wood?

Well, I'm, I'm oily as shit. And guess what? It's not just my screen like I thought it was. It's physically what I look like. So I'll leave you guys with that. And then Brooke, just thanks for everything and we'll see you in a second.

• 1:04:21Brooke Averick?

  See you shortly.

• 1:04:22Connor Wood?

  Bye, guys.
