• 2:16Fortune Feimster?

  Pretty little episode.

• 2:19Tig Notaro?

Oh, Fortune Marie, is that you that I see across from me?

• 2:25Fortune Feimster?

  I'm a poet.

• 2:26Tig Notaro?

  It sure is.

• 2:28Fortune Feimster?

Welcome to our pretty little episode.

• 2:30Tig Notaro?

  Yes, welcome, welcome.

• 2:32Fortune Feimster?

It's good to see you, my friend. I am feeling extra gay today.

• 2:37Tig Notaro?

You're looking extra gay today. As I said, it looks like your coming out party.

• 2:43Fortune Feimster?

Looks like I just got off the baseball field.

• 2:46Tig Notaro?

  Did you not?

• 2:47Fortune Feimster?

Um, no, I just recorded radio. But I was doing your thing, treading water. And, uh, and had to go right into my radio and have it showered. So hence the, the hat.

• 3:02Tig Notaro?

  So you're full of chlorine?

• 3:03Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 3:04Tig Notaro?

Are you somebody that goes to sleep with your body covered in chlorine?

• 3:09Fortune Feimster?

  Hmm, I'll, I'll rinse off.

• 3:12Tig Notaro?

  Okay.

• 3:13Fortune Feimster?

But I am a morning shower gal.

• 3:15Tig Notaro?

Okay, so whatever happens during the day, you're like whatevs, I'm going to bed, I'm taking this to the bed?

• 3:21Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 3:22Tig Notaro?

  Wow.

• 3:23Fortune Feimster?

Cause I, I need the shower in the morning to wake me up.

• 3:26Tig Notaro?

  Mm hmm.

• 3:27Fortune Feimster?

  You're a night shower person?

• 3:29Tig Notaro?

Um, I'm just kind of a whenever it feels right. Like I showered right before I got on today.

• 3:35Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah, tell us more.

• 3:38Tig Notaro?

Well, that was it. That was the end.

• 3:40Fortune Feimster?

  With your loofah?

• 3:42Tig Notaro?

Uh huh, my loofah and, um, you know, shaved my, uh, my goatee.

• 3:49Fortune Feimster?

  Hmm, yeah.

• 3:50Tig Notaro?

No, I, I shower at different times. I, you know, I mean, do you really care?

• 3:56Fortune Feimster?

  I think your listeners do.

• 3:59Tig Notaro?

I'll tell you what I don't do is I do not tread water and then spend the day with chlorine body and then go night night.

• 4:08Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, it does have a smell to it.

• 4:10Tig Notaro?

  Oh, and also it's. Gross.

• 4:13Fortune Feimster?

  It's not like the grossest.

• 4:16Tig Notaro?

Okay, what's grosser than having chlorine on you?

• 4:19Fortune Feimster?

  Um, I don't know.

• 4:21Tig Notaro?

  See?

• 4:22Fortune Feimster?

  Like dirt?

• 4:23Tig Notaro?

  See?

• 4:24Fortune Feimster?

  See?

• 4:26Tig Notaro?

See? Now, can we acknowledge that we just got back from our, um, our handsome tour?

• 4:32Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, we had, um, awesome shows in Nashville and Austin.

• 4:37Tig Notaro?

  Mm-hmm.

• 4:38Fortune Feimster?

How did you, how did you enjoy them?

• 4:40Tig Notaro?

Oh, my Lord, I really enjoyed them.

• 4:43Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 4:44Tig Notaro?

Yeah. Our live shows are just, um, life-affirming to me.

• 4:49Fortune Feimster?

  It's pretty incredible, right?

• 4:50Tig Notaro?

Yeah, yeah. It's not like I don't enjoy doing our audio recordings, but there is something about being in front of those live audiences that are, it's just magical. It's really magical and it's so different from doing stand-up because, I mean, if you've seen our, um, after midnight episode, it's that kind of vibe where we can go rogue. And if anybody tells me you can go rogue, man, there is no turning back for me.

• 5:19Fortune Feimster?

  That's right.

• 5:20Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 5:21Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 5:22Tig Notaro?

Did you have a good time?

• 5:23Fortune Feimster?

I had a great time. I, the passion for the podcast is still, you're gonna have Finn really mind-blowing to me.

• 5:32Tig Notaro?

Yeah, yeah, it's pretty great. And it's always surprising. It's like, I was telling Stephanie after we dropped Max and Finn at school this morning, that it's always fun to find out who listens to it, because of course, I'm not lying in bed thinking, oh, I wonder who from my past is listening to this show. But the, our mutual friend, Jamie Babbitt.

• 5:53Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 5:53Tig Notaro?

Um, the writer, I think she's more a director, producer, but she, um, texted me in Fortune.

• 6:03Tig Notaro?

  Saying

• 6:03Fortune Feimster?

Heard us talk about her on the ra- on the podcast.

• 6:06Tig Notaro?

Yeah, and she was like, um, yeah, I did set up a dinner for you two to meet each other because I thought you'd be friends and I was right as I sit here listening to you on your podcast. And then I was like, oh, God, how funny. Jamie Babbitt listens to us. You know, do you have those moments where if somebody is like, oh, yeah, you were saying that on handsome. I'm like, you listen to this show?

• 6:31Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, or like I'll go on different talk shows or whatnot and the producers are like, we all listen. And I'm like, whoa, so cool.

• 6:40Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 6:40Fortune Feimster?

And I'm always thinking, God, what have I shared on here?

• 6:43Tig Notaro?

I know, and you have shared a lot.

• 6:46Fortune Feimster?

I probably have revealed way too much.

• 6:50Tig Notaro?

I know. I have those moments as well. But yeah, it was just so fun. And then it was fun to be back in, um, I mean, I so enjoy Nashville, but it was also so fun to be back in Austin where, um, I think I mentioned I lived there for just a blip in time. But, um, it's someplace that I return to like once or twice a year because I have family and do my, you know, stand up shows and whatever, but, um, it just feels really good. And it's also nice. Stephanie and Max and Finn love Austin, so it just feels like a version of coming home, even though it's not quite.

• 7:26Fortune Feimster?

  Right.

• 7:27Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 7:28Fortune Feimster?

A very familiar place. I love that.

• 7:30Tig Notaro?

It's definitely not, um, a handsome show is definitely not something that I invite my family to because they don't listen to the show and I think it would be confusing.

• 7:42Fortune Feimster?

  Inside baseball thing.

• 7:45Tig Notaro?

I think they would just be like, what the hell is this?

• 7:49Fortune Feimster?

Well, one of my friends, I had a good friend come and she brought another friend who I don't think listens to the pod. And she had said she had a great time.

• 7:58Tig Notaro?

Oh, okay. Well, my aunt and uncle are like 83.

• 8:02Fortune Feimster?

  They definitely.

• 8:03Tig Notaro?

We're not gonna be into it.

• 8:08Tig Notaro?

But I wondered, actually, does my family know I'm here for Handsome? Because I had been there two weeks before for the Human Rights Campaign.

• 8:18Fortune Feimster?

  Right.

• 8:19Tig Notaro?

I was in Austin for that. And so I told them I was there for that. But then I didn't tell them I was back. Do you ever struggle with that of like, who you tell you're in town and when?

• 8:31Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, I usually don't tell anyone, but they see my tour schedule.

• 8:34Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 8:36Fortune Feimster?

And it's always, I caught up with a lot of friends this past weekend, which is great. But there are, when I'm in the thick of the tour, like in six months, it's so hard to find that extra energy.

• 8:47Tig Notaro?

I know. It's, I was in Houston before Austin, clearing out my parents, doing the final sweep of their storage space and shutting that down. And I had two days off in Houston. And I was like, you know what? I'm gonna reach out to some old friends. And then I was like, oh, my God, I can't get up and do anything.

• 9:10Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 9:11Tig Notaro?

And I just, I saw an old friend who I'd known, you met her backstage at Handsome.

• 9:16Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 9:17Tig Notaro?

She's who I spent my whole Texas trip with, but I have the good intentions to see people. But yeah, it gets so hard.

• 9:25Fortune Feimster?

Well, it's a lot of energy output on a tour.

• 9:28Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 9:29Fortune Feimster?

  And traveling, so, you know.

• 9:31Tig Notaro?

Do you get people going, oh, you think you're too good for me now?

• 9:35Fortune Feimster?

  That has happened, yeah.

• 9:36Tig Notaro?

  Oh, really?

• 9:37Fortune Feimster?

And what? It's been a minute, it's been a minute, but earlier days, yeah.

• 9:42Tig Notaro?

And is that what you felt was, I am too good for these people?

• 9:47Fortune Feimster?

No, it's just, each of my tours are 150 shows in 100 cities.

• 9:54Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 9:55Fortune Feimster?

And that's not even my full-time job.

• 9:57Tig Notaro?

  Right, right.

• 9:58Fortune Feimster?

So it's just a lot of output.

• 10:02Tig Notaro?

No doubt, especially for you, man.

• 10:06Tig Notaro?

Lot of output from Fortune Famester.

• 10:09Fortune Feimster?

  That's right.

• 10:10Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 10:11Fortune Feimster?

But it's all good stuff. I'm glad we did it.

• 10:14Tig Notaro?

For sure. It was, it was really, really fun. Should we, should we check in with listeners and see if anybody has a question for us?

• 10:23Fortune Feimster?

  Yes, queen.

• 10:26Tig Notaro?

  How dare you?

• 10:27Speaker 04

Hey, Handsoms, I'm Natalie. I'm a pretty little lady from Vermont.

• 10:30Speaker 05

Hey, I'm Lily. I'm from Athens, Georgia.

• 10:33Tig Notaro?

  Oh.

• 10:33Speaker 04

And we go to school together. We go to Mount Holyoke. It's in Western Mass. We think you should come visit. There's lots of Handsoms here.

• 10:39Tig Notaro?

  Nice.

• 10:40Speaker 05

Um, Thomas, will you please put that on the list?

• 10:42Speaker 04

And our question is, what's something weird that creeps or grosses you out?

• 10:47Fortune Feimster?

Clearly chlorine on a body for Tig.

• 10:52Tig Notaro?

Um, yeah, yeah, that, uh, I already answered that. Were they not listening?

• 10:59Fortune Feimster?

It can be, like, anything that grosses you out. I mean, this is like more of a thing, but spiders, I hate spiders so much. They gross me out.

• 11:09Tig Notaro?

So you don't pick them up like me with your bare hands?

• 11:12Fortune Feimster?

  Uh-uh. I'm all like, that's when I turn into a dainty lady.

• 11:17Tig Notaro?

  A pretty little lady.

• 11:18Fortune Feimster?

Pretty little dainty lady. They are, I'm not into them, none of them, don't like them. When I was touring in Australia, our tour manager-

• 11:28Tig Notaro?

Are we talking about Australia again?

• 11:30Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, down under. Uh, he showed me a huntsman spider that was at his house. And I, I, I'm telling you, like, the size of a bat, like, basketball, and I would die if I saw that. And they're just like, yeah, look at that. Look at that big spider. We're just gonna leave it up there.

• 11:50Tig Notaro?

So wait, where was it? Where?

• 11:52Fortune Feimster?

In his, in his, like, doorway.

• 11:55Tig Notaro?

  Oh.

• 11:56Fortune Feimster?

This, look up, next time you're, you have a free minute on Google, look up huntsman spider and be prepared to-

• 12:06Tig Notaro?

So it's like in the doorway?

• 12:08Fortune Feimster?

  Just hanging out.

• 12:09Tig Notaro?

And so what if it has to relieve itself? How big is that?

• 12:14Fortune Feimster?

I didn't dig into the ins and outs of, um, of that.

• 12:20Tig Notaro?

  Right. Okay.

• 12:21Fortune Feimster?

It, I'm looking at it now. It's, they're ginormous. It's, y'all, you don't even know.

• 12:27Tig Notaro?

I, I probably wouldn't mess with that, but I do have to say I really enjoy making Stephanie squeal.

• 12:36Tig Notaro?

I can't see that. I'll have to look it up.

• 12:38Fortune Feimster?

  Okay.

• 12:39Tig Notaro?

But that was for the YouTube folk. If you'd like to see the size of the, I was gonna say the podcast of the spider. Head on over to YouTube, but I couldn't see it.

• 12:50Fortune Feimster?

Apparently, um, they're friendly, but that doesn't matter to me.

• 12:54Tig Notaro?

Like they shake hands, all eight legs?

• 12:57Fortune Feimster?

They kinda do their thing, they leave you be, but I don't want that. I don't want that.

• 13:02Tig Notaro?

I dated somebody that had a spider in a web. And I lived with her briefly, um, like 20 something years ago here in LA. And, um, in our closet, there was a large spider, not that, I'm sure not that big, but probably the size of the palm of my hand.

• 13:21Fortune Feimster?

  Uh huh.

• 13:21Tig Notaro?

In, in a spider web, just chilling, and she did not want it to be bothered.

• 13:28Fortune Feimster?

  Oh.

• 13:29Tig Notaro?

So we just kind of got our clothing and I followed the spider rule. But I do, I enjoy making Stephanie squeal because I'll pick up spiders with my bare hand and throw it out and Max and Finn are very, uh, they, they think it's cool. And they love seeing Stephanie squeal. But, um, what creeps me out, grosses me out. You know what? I am not great with blood.

• 13:58Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, yeah?

• 13:59Tig Notaro?

I am somebody that will basically pass out if I see blood.

• 14:04Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, wow, yeah.

• 14:05Tig Notaro?

Yeah, so I'm, I'm not great in medical emergencies.

• 14:10Fortune Feimster?

  Okay.

• 14:11Tig Notaro?

Yeah, I, I am, I am not great at medical emergencies if there's blood.

• 14:16Fortune Feimster?

Yeah, I don't have a thing with blood.

• 14:18Tig Notaro?

Really? You can just like, deal.

• 14:22Fortune Feimster?

  Mm-hmm.

• 14:23Tig Notaro?

I get lightheaded, I get faint.

• 14:25Fortune Feimster?

  Interesting.

• 14:27Tig Notaro?

Yeah, cannot do it. I always say, if there was a murder, I didn't do it. I can promise you, I did not do it.

• 14:34Fortune Feimster?

  You're like, I promise.

• 14:35Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 14:36Fortune Feimster?

  I hate blood.

• 14:37Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 14:44Tig Notaro?

  Should we hear their answer?

• 14:45Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 14:47Speaker 04

And my answer is baby corns. I don't know why they've always creeped me out. They're very whimsy. I think they kind of look like witch fingers. And my friends will text me when there's baby corns in the dining hall and say, watch out, there's baby corns today.

• 14:59Speaker 05

My answer is bouncy houses. They don't bounce. I just, I really don't like them.

• 15:05Speaker 04

Thanks, guys. Love the pod and keep it pretty handsome.

• 15:09Tig Notaro?

Yeah. Oh, my gosh. Those questions could not wait. Could they?

• 15:15Fortune Feimster?

  That is so funny.

• 15:16Tig Notaro?

Have you seen those cans of baby corn? And they're, and it's called corn holes?

• 15:22Fortune Feimster?

Oh, I didn't, I didn't know they were called corn holes.

• 15:24Tig Notaro?

  Oh, no, baby corn holes.

• 15:26Fortune Feimster?

Okay. I've seen cans of them, but I didn't know that's what it was called.

• 15:31Tig Notaro?

Yeah, some cans will say baby corn holes.

• 15:34Fortune Feimster?

Well, keep them away from them.

• 15:36Tig Notaro?

  Uh huh.

• 15:37Fortune Feimster?

I love that a bounce house creeps her out.

• 15:40Tig Notaro?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 15:41Fortune Feimster?

Just because it doesn't bounce. I've seen those bounce house, the bounce houses blow away on YouTube.

• 15:50Tig Notaro?

Wait, why are you calling them bounce houses? Aren't they bouncy house?

• 15:54Fortune Feimster?

  Bouncy houses?

• 15:55Tig Notaro?

  Yeah, a bounce house?

• 15:56Fortune Feimster?

  Whatever.

• 15:57Tig Notaro?

Well, I'm curious. Do you call them bounce house?

• 15:59Fortune Feimster?

A bounce house? Bouncy house? I think either works, no?

• 16:04Tig Notaro?

For sure, but I've just never heard bounce house.

• 16:07Fortune Feimster?

  Well.

• 16:08Tig Notaro?

I don't mean to get all, you know, whatevs.

• 16:12Fortune Feimster?

I don't mean to get whatevs.

• 16:14Tig Notaro?

Yeah, but I just know them as bouncy house.

• 16:17Fortune Feimster?

  I'll keep it in mind.

• 16:18Tig Notaro?

Okay, thanks. Should we move on to another question before Fortune and I really get into a bad argument?

• 16:26Fortune Feimster?

  Yes.

• 16:27Speaker 06

Hi Tig, May and Fortune. This is Izzy coming to you from up here in Alaska. And my question for you is what are your top three favorite nuts to eat?

• 16:43Fortune Feimster?

Ooh. Wow. An Alaska gal. I love Alaska.

• 16:49Tig Notaro?

I do too. And I love nuts.

• 16:51Fortune Feimster?

I haven't been in a long time, but it was, I went on a cruise to Alaska and it was a highlight.

• 16:56Tig Notaro?

  With your mother?

• 16:57Fortune Feimster?

No, this was with the Friends family back in the day.

• 17:01Tig Notaro?

  All right.

• 17:02Fortune Feimster?

  Time of my life.

• 17:03Tig Notaro?

  Do you enjoy nuts?

• 17:05Fortune Feimster?

I do. I can name my favorite nuts.

• 17:09Tig Notaro?

  Let's hear it.

• 17:10Fortune Feimster?

  Number one, cashews.

• 17:13Tig Notaro?

Nut, that's your number one is cashews?

• 17:16Fortune Feimster?

  For nuts, yeah.

• 17:17Tig Notaro?

  Yeah. Wow. Okay.

• 17:19Fortune Feimster?

Number two, this is a good old peanut.

• 17:22Tig Notaro?

  Cashews over a peanut?

• 17:24Fortune Feimster?

  For sure.

• 17:25Tig Notaro?

  Wow. All right.

• 17:26Fortune Feimster?

Um, and then number three would be uh, uh, uh, uh, pine nut.

• 17:33Tig Notaro?

Pine nut. Do you like a pine nut raw or cooked?

• 17:37Fortune Feimster?

I like it a little, a little seared.

• 17:40Tig Notaro?

  Yep.

• 17:40Fortune Feimster?

On a salad, oof, oof, sear it a little bit and then put it on top of a salad. Love that.

• 17:47Tig Notaro?

Heck, yes. I follow, um, not perfectly, but I, I follow a, um, a diet called the how not to die diet.

• 17:56Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, yeah.

• 17:57Tig Notaro?

But, um, one of the, the things that they, that this diet recommends is one handful of mixed nuts per day.

• 18:05Fortune Feimster?

  Really?

• 18:06Tig Notaro?

Yep. And, um, the nuts that I have, well, I guess I'm supposed to say the top three of my favorites. I would say probably peanuts would be my number one.

• 18:18Fortune Feimster?

  Okay.

• 18:18Tig Notaro?

  And, uh, and then pistachios.

• 18:21Fortune Feimster?

Those are high up for me as well.

• 18:23Tig Notaro?

  Pistachio? Oh.

• 18:24Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 18:24Tig Notaro?

  God, they're good.

• 18:25Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 18:26Tig Notaro?

And then I would say probably after that walnuts.

• 18:31Fortune Feimster?

  Okay.

• 18:32Tig Notaro?

  Mm hmm.

• 18:32Fortune Feimster?

  Are you into cashews or?

• 18:34Tig Notaro?

I do. I like cashews, but I'm not.

• 18:36Fortune Feimster?

  The top three?

• 18:38Tig Notaro?

I was about to say I don't go nuts over them, but, um, in my daily, you know, you're not supposed, this, this diet says you don't have more than a, a palm, a handful of peanuts or, uh, mixed nuts a day. But I have pecan, walnut, cashew, pistachio, a nice mix of, of things.

• 19:01Fortune Feimster?

  I love it.

• 19:02Tig Notaro?

  Yeah, I love you too.

• 19:03Fortune Feimster?

  Oh.

• 19:06Tig Notaro?

Um, should we hear Izzy's answer?

• 19:09Speaker 06

Mm hmm. My top three are almonds, pistachios and cashews in that order. Thank you.

• 19:19Fortune Feimster?

  We didn't think about almonds.

• 19:20Tig Notaro?

I know almonds are in my, uh, in my daily mix as well.

• 19:24Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 19:25Tig Notaro?

  Excellent question.

• 19:26Fortune Feimster?

  Excellent.

• 19:27Tig Notaro?

Yeah. I wonder if Izzy drinks Izzy's.

• 19:30Fortune Feimster?

  We'll never know.

• 19:31Tig Notaro?

No, I bet we could know. I bet we'll hear from Izzy. My son Max loves them.

• 19:36Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, really?

• 19:36Tig Notaro?

  Mm-hmm.

• 19:37Fortune Feimster?

I haven't had them. Let's get another question.

• 19:39Tig Notaro?

  All right, let's do it.

• 19:41Speaker 06

Hi, handsome pod. My name is Balin. I live in Maine. And I'm a huge fan of the three of you and your pods are a highlight of my week. Every week I'm always laughing. And I think you all are hilarious. Um, my question for you is, do you have something in your life you felt kind of silly buying? Or maybe it was a gift and you thought it was just like kind of ridiculous, but now you're obsessed with it and you're really into it?

• 20:12Tig Notaro?

I'm like looking around like, what happened here? I have to say, you know, I got a, um, a fanny pack. And I had a little bit of a feeling of like, am I really getting a fanny pack? And, uh, and I really wore it in a fanny pack way of like, in, on, on the back of my fanny. Uh-huh. But then, and then I'd wear it in the front and then I, and then I was like, all right, I'll, I'll do the, the cooler thing of, you know, across the shoulder. But man, now cannot live without a fanny pack. Really? Yeah. A lot of people make fun of fanny packs and, um,

• 20:54Fortune Feimster?

No, we have a handsome fanny pack, you know?

• 20:56Tig Notaro?

I do know. Um, but I'm not going to wear a handsome fanny pack.

• 21:02Fortune Feimster?

I, I would go through the airport with our sweatpants on all the time.

• 21:06Tig Notaro?

  Are you serious?

• 21:07Fortune Feimster?

  Swear to God.

• 21:09Tig Notaro?

  Oh, my God.

• 21:10Fortune Feimster?

They're the most comfortable sweatpants I own.

• 21:13Tig Notaro?

Also, did Brad Paisley wander off with a handsome fanny pack?

• 21:19Fortune Feimster?

  I don't know. Did he?

• 21:20Tig Notaro?

  God, I hope so.

• 21:21Speaker 07

He got some hats, so he might be wearing a little cowboy hat sometimes.

• 21:25Fortune Feimster?

Funny. I'm trying to think what I bought that, I'm looking at this yellow lamp in my office. It's not some, and I, it's really bright and bold and doesn't fit any of the decor. And any, anywhere in my house, but it sits here on my desk. And, um, I love it.

• 21:47Tig Notaro?

Hold on, let's see. Oh, fortune. Oh, this is crazy.

• 21:53Fortune Feimster?

  Yellow fun, fun, yellow lamp.

• 21:57Tig Notaro?

And you can't live without that.

• 21:58Fortune Feimster?

I can't live without it. I can live without it. I just really like it. It's like a bold, bright, fun piece in my room.

• 22:09Tig Notaro?

  Yeah.

• 22:09Fortune Feimster?

Um, but I don't buy a lot of, I'm not a big stuff gal. I don't buy a lot of things.

• 22:15Tig Notaro?

  Same.

• 22:15Fortune Feimster?

May bought us tap shoes that I hope to have a part of my routine more. I want to start tap dancing.

• 22:24Tig Notaro?

Me and you both, kid. Me and you both. Let's do it.

• 22:27Fortune Feimster?

  Do it.

• 22:28Tig Notaro?

  Should we hear Balin's answer?

• 22:30Fortune Feimster?

  Yes.

• 22:32Speaker 06

Mine is an instant espresso machine where you don't have to pull the shots yourself. I mentioned I liked one at a family member's house and then I received it as a gift for the holidays and now I use it every day.

• 22:46Tig Notaro?

  Absolutely.

• 22:47Fortune Feimster?

That did remind me, I did buy a Breville espresso machine.

• 22:52Tig Notaro?

  Mm hmm.

• 22:53Fortune Feimster?

And I use it all the time. It was expensive and I thought, ooh, this is really expensive, but it's probably saved me a gazillion dollars on coffee.

• 23:01Tig Notaro?

Wow, that's a lot of money. That's what you were spending.

• 23:03Fortune Feimster?

  Yeah.

• 23:06Tig Notaro?

Do you not go out for coffee really when you're home now?

• 23:09Fortune Feimster?

Uh, I, I will here and there, but I usually save that for the road.

• 23:13Tig Notaro?

  Yeah, same.

• 23:14Fortune Feimster?

• 23:27Fortune Feimster?

  Sweatpants.

• 23:29Tig Notaro?

This key chain, what is it? A key chain?

• 23:31Fortune Feimster?

  Oh, yeah. Key party chain.

• 23:34Tig Notaro?

Yeah, man, that is good. That's real good. Head on over to our website, get you some. Uh, and tell your friends, share an episode and, uh, until next time, what do you say?
