Only one place in- The world.

• 3:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Only one that's green.

• 3:54Corinne Vien?

  Has green.

• 3:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, but uh, it's dark, it's vast. It's landscape spans many, many states, if not countries.

• 4:03Corinne Vien?

  It's a mountainous.

• 4:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And there are numerous. Yeah, it goes up through Canada.

• 4:10Corinne Vien?

I thought it ended at Mount Katahdin.

• 4:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, remember when I did the whole episode?

• 4:14Corinne Vien?

Trail. I'm thinking of the trail. Okay, okay. It's Appalachia.

• 4:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, it's Appalachia. And there's creepy things, all those things, whatever. And we have some horrifying stories from you all, all about Appalachia.

• 4:27Corinne Vien?

  Would you like to begin?

• 4:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I would love to.

• 4:29Corinne Vien?

  Great.

• 4:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, it's like, which one do I pick? Okay, this is from our listener Grace. The ghost boy at summer camp.

• 4:38Corinne Vien?

  Ooh.

• 4:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Hi, my name is Grace and I've been loving your podcast. It's become my go-to for when I do my grandma hobbies. My title is a little dramatic, but this story is out of everything I've ever experienced, by far, the strangest. It still baffles me on what exactly happened at that summer camp. Seriously, if you have any ideas, please let me know because I would love to figure it out. It's a ghost. Okay, I was about 10 years old and I was living in West Virginia. That summer, I guess my parents decided it would be a fun idea to send me to summer camp for a week, and it was a Bible summer camp. And it was in the Appalachia Mountains region. So we've got summer camp, Bible summer camp in Appalachia.

• 5:21Corinne Vien?

  That's a trifecta.

• 5:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes. This was about 45 minutes from my house and it was the type of camp where they made you go to a service for an hour before you could even eat.

• 5:30Corinne Vien?

Oh, no, that would, I would vomit.

• 5:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

During my week at this camp, I developed a deep love for Blue Bunny ice cream sandwiches. I'm not joking, I ate one or multiple every single day that I was there. I love that. This obsession with ice cream sandwiches made me one day go into the community center where they sold them. And for context, I had heard from a friend I had made at the camp that the pastor's kids were also at this camp and that his kids were young. So when I entered the community center, blinded by my love for the ice cream sandwiches, I saw a boy who looked a few years younger than me and I really thought nothing of it. The thing that did catch my eyes, though, was that he was holding a large cone of strawberry ice cream that looked Amazing.

• 6:12Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 6:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I went up to him and I asked him, where did he get it? Cause they did not sell scoops of ice cream at this camp, only the prepackaged stuff. But this boy does not respond. He just stares at me silently. So naturally I keep asking, I'm like, hey, boy, where, where'd you get the ice cream?

• 6:29Corinne Vien?

  Hey, boy.

• 6:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Hey, boy. I added that part. Where'd you get the ice cream? Each time I asked, I was more and more determined because I loved strawberry ice cream.

• 6:38Corinne Vien?

Ice cream fiend at the castle camp.

• 6:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

My obsession demanded to know where to get scooped ice cream. But still, he didn't answer me. So since I couldn't get an answer from him verbally, I walked by him to get to the counter that was around the corner. And I asked the girl there, hey, where'd that boy get his ice cream? Thinking she would poke her head out the window and tell me where. Cause he was still completely visible from where I was at the counter. However, when the girl did poke her head around the corner and I looked to see where she was looking, the boy was gone.

• 7:10Corinne Vien?

And the strawberry ice cream was gone too.

• 7:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Mm hmm. She asked me which boy and I was confused, so I looked back again, doing a double take. And there he is again, standing there. So I told her that boy and pointed. And then both of us turned together to look, but when we do, he's gone again. I was pointing at nothing.

• 7:29Corinne Vien?

  Oh, that is so trippy.

• 7:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

When I looked back at her, as she told me a second time that no one was there, I looked back by myself this time and again, he is there. I looked back at the counter again to complain about him keeping disappearing and reappearing, pleading my case that a boy had been standing there with strawberry ice cream. So a third time I got her to look over to where he had been, but again, he was gone. I left the counter annoyed and irritated. I was so pissed off that I didn't even get my own ice cream sandwich that I'd originally come in for. As I was about to walk out the doors, I turned around again and there he was. Standing there in the exact same spot I had seen before, as if he had never even moved. I was beyond mad, so I marched right up to him, determined to prove the fact that he was real to the girl at the counter and get a response for him.

• 8:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But before I could reach him and grab onto him, as I was instinctively thinking to do. There was a voice in my head, loud, and it said, do not touch him. It was a very authoritative kind of voice that you do not doubt when you hear. A deep, booming man's voice. I stopped dead in my tracks and stared. I was so in shock at the voice in my head more than anything because I have never had this happen to me before. The only voice I'd ever had before and after this event is my own internal monologue and nothing else. I collected myself, the boy still standing in front of me. My arms had been stretched out, but I was frozen after hearing the voice. In that moment, I knew I'm not going to get any closer.

• 8:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I turned around and walked out of the community center. For the next couple of days, I was still taken aback by what happened. I thought maybe it was one of the pastor's kids that was just messing with me. The camp had an age minimum and he looked too young to go there, so I figured it had to be one of the pastor's kids. So I told a friend that I had seen one of them and I didn't know that the pastor had had a son. I also said that he acted very strangely. My friend responded saying, "The pastor did not have a son. He had two young girls." I was in complete shock and that was when I started to think back to the interaction, or well, lack thereof. And in my memories, I noticed how strange the boy was dressed. He looked almost out of the seventies. His hair was parted to the side. He was wearing a muted plaid sweater. And for context, this happened in 2018.

• 9:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

There were no kids at the camp dressed like him. And I was always very in tune with the paranormal as a kid. Like I would get heavy or sick feelings when I went into old buildings. I'm now 18 and I still have no idea who or what he was. I've never experienced anything like that since. I hope you enjoy. You two are literally my favorite spooky pod from Grace.

• 10:04Corinne Vien?

Oh, my God. That is so bizarre. It's also so strange because it's like for a minute I was like, oh, well, maybe she can only see him from her peripheral vision. And that's why he keeps like disappearing and then reappearing. But no, it's only when Grace was looking directly at him.

• 10:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And only when she was looking at him alone.

• 10:21Corinne Vien?

He's gonna have exactly her. Kryptonite.

• 10:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Which that makes it feel more menacing.

• 10:28Corinne Vien?

  Mm hmm.

• 10:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And the fact that-

• 10:29Corinne Vien?

The thing knew exactly what she loved most, what would drive her mad, what she would do anything to get.

• 10:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Would drive her to touch him.

• 10:37Corinne Vien?

  Scoops of strawberry ice cream.

• 10:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That would get me too.

• 10:41Corinne Vien?

  Oh my god.

• 10:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But the voice saying like, don't touch him.

• 10:43Corinne Vien?

Sandwich would get me. They had those. I would be safe at this Bible camp.

• 10:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But the don't touch him, like that voice feels very guardian to grace. Like who knows what would have happened had she touched him.

• 10:57Corinne Vien?

And what happens all the time at this Bible camp.

• 10:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Doesn't it kind of remind you of like a version or an iteration of a black eyed kid?

• 11:03Corinne Vien?

I guess. It was reminding me more Pennywise.

• 11:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh ew, which is kind of the same. Don't let us in, like letting them in, touching them.

• 11:11Corinne Vien?

Entice and like presenting as what would most intrigue a child.

• 11:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, terrifying. I'm glad you didn't touch him. I honestly don't know what to say he was, other than a ghost of some kind. Who, yeah, knew what you wanted and was trying to tempt you with it.

• 11:28Corinne Vien?

Creepy, creepy, creepy. Oh my gosh. Did you go home after that? I would, I would call my mom.

• 11:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And she was just frustrated. She wanted the strawberry ice cream.

• 11:36Corinne Vien?

Pick me up and can you pick up some strawberry ice cream on the way when you come get me?

• 11:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. You know what this reminds me of? So I don't think you've watched it, but Black Phone? The movie, first movie, so good. Like, so good.

• 11:49Corinne Vien?

Oh, did they remake it or is there a sequel?

• 11:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And then they made a second movie. The second movie, not great, but it takes place at a summer camp where there are like kids who have died. And it has this vibe of like, what's the history of the summer camp? And the spirits of the ghosts who were murdered on the campsite? And their murders are still unsolved and their bodies haven't been found.

• 12:08Corinne Vien?

Perfect setting for a spooky movie.

• 12:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Especially in Appalachia.

• 12:12Corinne Vien?

  Oh yeah.

• 12:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay, what do you have?

• 12:14Corinne Vien?

Okay, this is from Marielle. Hope I'm pronouncing that correctly. Hey ladies, I recently found you two and I binged so many of your videos. I've been sitting on this story for years. Not intentionally, just never thought someone would want to hear it.

• 12:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Where does that turn of phrase come from? Sitting on a story? Like, literal meaning is very funny.

• 12:36Corinne Vien?

Let's find out. Let's see how quickly I can do this.

• 12:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

You sit on a book to get taller? I guess you can sit on other things too, like sit on information, just withholding it.

• 12:45Corinne Vien?

Yeah, this, I guess Google doesn't understand because I'm getting suggested a brief history of sitting down.

• 12:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Who was the first person to sit down?

• 12:56Corinne Vien?

Not my child, I can tell you that. I'm not sure.

• 12:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Anyway.

• 13:00Corinne Vien?

Okay, back to it. I was inspired to send this in because my friend was on Rainn Wilson's podcast for her alien encounter. And when she heard my story, she was shocked I hadn't sent in the story to any podcasts. So here I am, sending it to you ladies.

• 13:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Wait, I'm sorry, your friend got on Radio Rental? That's so cool.

• 13:16Corinne Vien?

That is really cool. Those are some of the spookiest stories. Actually, I will say, for the amount of stories that they have on Radio Rental, I'm shocked how many are in Massachusetts. I feel like there's at least like three or four that are right around Boston.

• 13:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 13:28Corinne Vien?

  Spooky places.

• 13:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Very.

• 13:30Corinne Vien?

This happened years ago, the summer of 2018, I think. I was hiking off the CNO Canal, and to explain the CNO Canal towpath, it's a long, mostly flat trail that runs for about 185 miles from Washington DC to Cumberland, Maryland.

• 13:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Damn.

• 13:44Corinne Vien?

It follows an old canal that was used back in the 1800s to transport goods. Boats would float down the canal while mules walked alongside the towpath pulling them. That is where the towpath comes from. Wow, that feels like a whole different life.

• 13:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I know.

• 13:58Corinne Vien?

And that wasn't that long ago, only a couple hundred years. Today, it is a car-free trail used for biking, hiking, running, and just enjoying nature. It's super peaceful. It runs right along the Potomac River with tons of trees, old canal locks, little bridges, and even some abandoned structures to explore. Three miles of the towpath are part of the Appalachian Trail. And this story takes place within those three miles.

• 14:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Only three miles of it.

• 14:25Corinne Vien?

  Mm-hmm.

• 14:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Damn. I'm just picturing like the second you cross into the Appalachian region, like those three miles, like you would be, if you're on a run, you are sprinting those three miles.

• 14:34Corinne Vien?

It's like entering the dark forest, you immediately know.

• 14:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Horrifying.

• 14:38Corinne Vien?

That night, my ex and I were off the main trail down at the shore of the river, and things were getting spicy. But then we heard it. A woman's blood curdling scream. It wasn't coming from the towpath, it was further down the shore, but just far enough out of sight. Then some howling dogs, not just barking, howling like bloodhounds. The screams, the dogs, they were coming from the same area. We didn't investigate, there was no cell service. Without even thinking about it, we just got back on the towpath and started heading towards our car. And the second, I mean, the second our feet hit the towpath, there were two guys there that just came out of nowhere. And they were weird. Like human versions of pain and panic from Hercules.

• 15:24Corinne Vien?

One was tall and lanky with a long, long beard. The other was short, chubby, so pale, freakishly pale. And the memory of them, it's almost like dreamlike, like not a real memory of someone that you've met. More like when you wake up and you know a character in your dream, but you can't quite picture their face. Well, we were about fifteen minutes from the parking lot. It's dark, it's maybe around ten P M. The woman's still screaming, the dogs are still howling. My ex is a coward, so it was up to me to talk to these two guys. And they wanted us to come with them to go help this woman. They said they wanted to go help.

• 15:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Again, being lured into the woods.

• 15:58Corinne Vien?

It's like, okay, well, can't these two men just do it themselves?

• 16:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 16:01Corinne Vien?

I told them over and over in different ways, we're heading to our car. We can't get involved. Stop talking to us. If you want to go help, please go help. We are not going. It didn't feel real. It felt like someone else was feeding me my lines, like I wasn't even in charge of my own words.

• 16:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Good that those are the lines that it was feeding you.

• 16:19Corinne Vien?

They were almost excitedly asking if we could hear the lady. Did we think she was on the side of the river? Or maybe she was on the other side?

• 16:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Ew.

• 16:28Corinne Vien?

And the sounds, the screams, the dogs, they seemed to respond with what these two said. They'd say, that dog doesn't seem nice. And then the dog would growl. They'd say, she seems closer now. And the scream would seem closer.

• 16:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, my God, my eye is twitching.

• 16:45Corinne Vien?

Finally, we reached the turnoff that leads to the parking lot. We had to cross the railroad tracks to get there, and I was crossing them backwards so I could see if they were following us. I looked down as to not trip, and when I looked back up, these two men had vanished. I didn't see them vanish, but I did feel their presence leave. It was like stepping out from under a tree's shade into the sunlight, only it was night and it was their vibe that left. I walked backwards almost the entire way to the car, watching for any movement, but there was nothing. We didn't call the cops, and I don't know why we didn't. We just got in the car and we drove home in silence and never talked about it again for years. Three years later, I finally asked my ex about it and made him tell me his side of the story.

• 17:29Corinne Vien?

And it was exactly the same, every detail that I remember. My brother's too logical and he's unbelieving, so he says that it had to have been a murder attempt or maybe a cult thing. That it was real, they were trying to lure us off the path. But it didn't feel real. They didn't feel real.

• 17:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Whatever it was, it was trying to lure you off the path.

• 17:47Corinne Vien?

Yeah. Maybe it was real, but I know that they were not. All the best. Muriel. So creepy.

• 17:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I mean, that has so many of the qualities of Appalachian stories. The screams of a woman, something trying to lure you into the woods. I mean, this, like, the two men is a thing that I haven't heard before, like, like.

• 18:08Corinne Vien?

  Them appearing, yeah.

• 18:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Actively with verbal words, trying to bring you in.

• 18:14Corinne Vien?

Mm hmm. And like, they're excited and they won't just let it go. They're not just like, oh, did you hear that? Like, we're gonna go check it out. Do you wanna come? No, no, we don't. Okay. Call the cops when you get back into your service.

• 18:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, no, it's literally about like.

• 18:25Corinne Vien?

It's like excitedly like, no, come with us, come with us. Don't you hear that? What do you think she's doing?

• 18:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

A dog doesn't sound very nice.

• 18:33Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 18:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And then the dog growling more. Oh.

• 18:37Corinne Vien?

I bet she's closer and then she's closer.

• 18:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Ah. Why do I feel like they're like the conductors of the Appalachian cryptids?

• 18:44Corinne Vien?

  Oh, maybe.

• 18:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And creatures.

• 18:46Corinne Vien?

Also, just kind of this, the description of them. I know that she was like, it was very dreamlike. They didn't quite seem real or human. It also kind of makes me wonder if like, they were old timey in a way, too.

• 18:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, interesting. I'm picturing them as the two guys from Home Alone.

• 19:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay.

• 19:04Corinne Vien?

  Well, Muriel got away, too.

• 19:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm so excited. I'm getting my whole body MRI scan from Prenewvo in a couple of weeks.

• 19:12Corinne Vien?

It's honestly so important. It's like one of those things where getting older and aging has provided me so many anxieties about like, what's going on?

• 20:58Corinne Vien?

  Hmm, at the end.

• 21:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, oh. Who is she?

• 21:04Corinne Vien?

  What end on scary?

• 21:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, well, this is also one that you'll like because it's got Faye involved.

• 21:08Corinne Vien?

  Oh, lovely.

• 21:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

This is from our listener Erin. It is called "The Faye Stole My Mom's Keys." Hi ladies, I'm so excited to be writing to you. I've been listening for a relatively short time. This was back in 2023, so we hope you're still here listening. But I love your approach to the supernatural and how you're transparent about your own personal journeys. So this story happened yesterday in 2023. And I feel so vindicated that I had to tell you. A little background, I grew up in Ohio but moved to Australia in 2006 at the age of 20. My family still lives in Ohio with extended family scattered down the east coast. This past week, my cousin was getting married in the mountains of North Carolina. And my very sweet mother took on the jobs of creating all the bouquets,

• 21:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

all of the flower arrangements, the boutonnières, and making the cake. As you can imagine, she was a little run off her feet the entire week. She is 70 years old. Yeah. So a bunch of family members from out of town rented an Airbnb. And the first time I spoke to my mom while she was there, I had this feeling that something was going on. I wasn't sure what, and my mom didn't say anything specifically, but there was just a vibe that I was getting. Cut to the day after the wedding, my poor mom is just exhausted and ready to drive nine hours back to Ohio. That's also all that work. And then she has like the next day, immediately get in the car and drive nine hours. So she stopped to give one of the teens a hug, and she says she had her keys in her hand when she hugged him. He agrees. She walks down the hill from the house, gets in the car, and realizes she doesn't have her keys.

• 22:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Now, there are probably 10 people there at this point who spend the entire morning, about three hours, looking for her keys. They pull everything out of the car, scour the path she took from the house, even rake the leaves up around the house, trying to uncover the keys. At this point, everyone but my aunt has to leave in order to get home at a decent time. So now it's down to two people. They call AAA, not sure necessarily what they're gonna do, but they needed some help, and they spend more time looking to no avail. This is when I call at about 6:00 PM their time, and immediately I know something is weird about this situation. She is in Appalachia after all.

• 23:13Corinne Vien?

  Mm-hmm.

• 23:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I tell her, "Why don't you make an offering?" I tell her to make a plate with some of the wedding flowers, put some cake on it, and some other things that she thinks maybe if it is Faye would like. I love that Erin immediately jumps into Faye.

• 23:26Corinne Vien?

Yeah. Oh, the fairies stole your keys. Give them cake.

• 23:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I suggest putting shiny things on the plate. I tell her to then call upon all the angels, God, whoever she wants and whoever she believes in, and then to tell the spirits or Faye of the house that she is very appreciative of them and thank them for letting her stay there, and that she is very sorry if she had done anything to offend them, but she really needs her keys back. Please and thank you. By the way, I've been a practicing pagan for a bit now, so my mom likes to dance around that topic, and she's very Christian. But at this point, she actually listens to me because she's very desperate and will try anything. We get off the phone, and she does exactly as I told her. Within five minutes, my aunt comes out of the house and suggests they look in the trash bags that are sitting by a tree.

• 24:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

My mom goes down, and lo and behold, there her keys are, sitting inside one of the bags.

• 24:20Corinne Vien?

How does it get inside of the bag?

• 24:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

They're totally clean and safe, and also like on top, like in the, in the bag, but on top of all the trash.

• 24:26Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 24:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

She is flabbergasted, calls me and says, "Well, it worked."

• 24:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm not surprised, but I'm definitely pleased that it has worked and that it was a successful way to ease my mom into the idea of paganism and that it's not entirely bad. I do think the Fae were keeping keys for my mom because they liked her. She was the one who made all of the pretty things, using her creativity to be totally in the moment, and I think they thought she was intriguing. Also, the trash bags were in a circle of stones around a big tree on the property.

• 24:56Corinne Vien?

  A very ring. Interesting detail.

• 24:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Also, the teen, friend of the family that she hugged at the time that she lost her keys, also lost his ring in that same hug. The ring was never discovered.

• 25:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

You'd think they would have been together, but they weren't, meaning he should have made his own offering.

• 25:16Corinne Vien?

  Wow.

• 25:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I hope you enjoyed this story. Cheers, Erin.

• 25:20Corinne Vien?

I'm just picturing that Italian woman who screams, "Pick a pocket, pick a pocket." Whenever she sees his pickpockets, "Pick a pocket."

• 25:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I also, okay, here's another theory. I definitely believe Fae were involved in some way, but what if, I mean, her mom had to go drive nine hours back to Ohio. What if she had left right then? Like, something would have happened, like an accident or something.

• 25:43Corinne Vien?

Okay, but what about the guy who lost his ring? He never recovered it?

• 25:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

He also, but he also didn't leave until later.

• 25:48Corinne Vien?

Oh yeah, that is interesting. I wonder if they, well, it's hard to tell because it's like, sometimes you're like, oh my gosh, if I had left five minutes before, I would have been in that pileup.

• 25:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 25:56Corinne Vien?

But then also, sometimes there's nothing, but who's to say that you wouldn't have been the one that creates the pileup, or like, your extra car, taking up that extra space?

• 26:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's like you saved many people by your keys being stolen.

• 26:08Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 26:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Or it was just the Fae stealing your stuff.

• 26:12Corinne Vien?

  Dang.

• 26:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 26:13Corinne Vien?

Okay, well, I have another story. It's called, "I accidentally stayed in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains."

• 26:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

How do you accidentally do that?

• 26:19Corinne Vien?

I think the same way that a lot of people live within the range and have no idea that they do.

• 26:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Because they're not all creepy people like us who are obsessed with the Appalachia.

• 26:28Corinne Vien?

And if you're not like right on the trail.

• 26:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That's true.

• 26:30Corinne Vien?

There. Hello, my favorite ghostesses. My name is Isabel. Feel free to use my name and I've been a listener since 2020. I'm caught up from then to now, but I'm still getting back to the ones that I missed in the beginning between new episodes. A little bit about me, I'm a college student from Texas. I was raised in a very haunted house, which is why I have so many stories. But I will share those at a different point. These particular stories are about the time that I spent in an Appalachian mountain house this past summer. For a little context, I've been in a long distance relationship since April of 2024. And up until now, my partner Avery had been coming to Texas to visit me. But this past July, I had enough time in my schedule to make the trip up to Middletown, New York, to stay with her for two weeks.

• 27:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Two weeks in Appalachia?

• 27:17Corinne Vien?

It's important to note that absolutely everything I know about Appalachia is from your podcast. I had a clear idea of where the Appalachian Trail was, but with everything else going on in my life and the stress of living home for two weeks, I never factored in that the mountains go right through my partner's house.

• 27:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Also, you, when you think of Appalachia, you do think of like Virginia, the Carolinas, like southern east coast.

• 27:42Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 27:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  But it stretches.

• 27:45Corinne Vien?

The like northeast version of Appalachia is definitely kinder to people.

• 27:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Sure, until, who knows?

• 27:51Corinne Vien?

  Not always.

• 27:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 27:53Corinne Vien?

When I looked up the Appalachian Mountains, my partner's house is right in the freaking middle. After figuring this out, so many of the instances from my trip started to make perfect sense. So I'm going to share a few stories that really stood out to me. The first story is short and it's from a few days into my trip. So my partner's house is split level, so the front door is on a small landing. And then there are stairs going down to the basement and another set of stairs going up to the kitchen and most of the bedrooms. That afternoon, I was out on the back deck enjoying my first legal joint since the laws are so strict in my home state. And my partner was inside cleaning the kitchen. I'm scrolling on my phone, I'm smoking my J, I'm minding my business, when I hear from the woods behind the house, this loud, guttural scream.

• 28:37Corinne Vien?

It sounded like a little girl screaming, "No!" Far away. Immediately, I'm concerned because the sun is about to go down and for the life of me, I couldn't remember if any of the neighbors had children. Could they be the source of the yelling? And regardless of if they did or not, someone is screaming in the woods and generally, that is not a good omen.

• 28:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 28:58Corinne Vien?

Also, let's remember, I'm incredibly high while this is happening. So.

• 29:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  So it's terrifying.

• 29:03Corinne Vien?

I was terrified. While I'm literally frozen in my chair, because what do you do in this situation? That same scream happens, still far away, only a little deeper this time. As if it was no longer a little girl screaming, it was a grown woman.

• 29:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, that's so creepy. It's like testing out different screams to see what will get you.

• 29:22Corinne Vien?

What you react to. And then a third time.

• 29:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  What is it this time?

• 29:25Corinne Vien?

I could hear whoever it was screaming, take a big gasp before screaming again. Like they were right beside me, or maybe even under the deck this time. I go inside to tell Avery what just happened and to say that she was unfazed is a complete understatement. Here I am, trying to be a stand-up citizen and grabbing my EMT to go see what's wrong and she just shrugs it off like it's any other day?

• 29:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Because it probably is any other day for her.

• 29:51Corinne Vien?

She insisted that we go inside. Everything's probably fine. And truthfully, I was scared as hell, so I didn't really put up a fight. Maybe it was nothing, like Avery suggested. But after everything else that happened while I was in Middletown, is it Middletown or Middleton? Who knows?

• 30:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Spelt Middletown, so we're gonna call it that.

• 30:10Corinne Vien?

I have lost faith in all pronunciations of any towns after living in New England.

• 30:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 30:15Corinne Vien?

I really believe something was trying to get us to go into the woods. While we were talking about the woods, I want to tell you girls about this strange dream I had during this visit. Quick context on this, I have always had some complicated dreams. I always remember them and they almost always translate into something in my real life. So when I had this dream, or should I say maybe nightmare? I was mostly concerned about what it meant for my real life because I'd not yet made the Appalachian connection. So I forget what day it is on my trip, but I know Avery had work that day. So we went to bed pretty early for us, which was around 10:00 PM. In this nightmare, I wake up to the dog Kahlua barking.

• 30:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Cute name.

• 30:53Corinne Vien?

I come out of the downstairs bedroom and I walk out to the left to the living room where Kahlua is barking at the back door. That's seemingly nothing. But I know that Kahlua doesn't just bark for the hell of it. So whatever the reason is, Dream Isabel turns on the floodlight outside and goes to see what's up. Mind you, it's pitch blackout, the backyard is literal woods. There's not even a fence, just an empty clearing, a garage separate from the house and a wood burning stove, all lined by thick woods, designating a backyard-like area. So I walk to the very edge of the backyard where Avery's property meets the trees, which is where Dream Isabel decides this is far enough. I don't see anything in the woods at all. I don't even hear Kahlua anymore.

• 31:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  This is so unsettling.

• 31:36Corinne Vien?

So I turn around and the house is gone. Not farther, not out of my sight, just gone. So I start running towards where the house was. And once I get past the clearing where the house should be, it's just more woods. I keep running for as long as I can. I'm screaming out for help, but there is no one around. Finally, I trip over something. I fall to the ground. I realize that I'm completely barefoot, that my feet are absolutely torn up. They are pouring blood and I'm trying to pick out rocks and twigs and they are embedded into me at this point. I feel the excruciating amount of pain and for maybe one second, I wake up in real life to Kahlua barking.

• 32:14Corinne Vien?

I was so scared that I got sucked into some never-ending nightmare, but thankfully Avery got up this time to soothe the dog and then got right back into bed.

• 32:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But did you check your feet? This is very pet cemetery. Did you have dirt and twigs between your toes?

• 32:30Corinne Vien?

There was also standard scary shit that happened while I was at that house, especially when Avery was at work and I was home in that house alone. So like scratching on walls, voices from other rooms, et cetera. But that's nothing that I haven't dealt with before in my own spooky house. That stuff I just mostly ignore, except for when it would set Kahlua off. And then I'd be sitting on the kitchen floor and saying shit like, "The spirits want my soul, Kahlua. You are fine." Which, for the record, I would not have said if I'd remembered that I was in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains.

• 33:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's fair. You didn't know. You didn't know.

• 33:03Corinne Vien?

All in all, I'm pretty grateful that I hadn't thought of it, though. I probably would have spent my entire trip on edge if I had. At the very least, I know now to keep my eyes peeled for creepy shit and to send anything that happens to you girls after my next trip.

• 33:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Always.

• 33:16Corinne Vien?

Anyways, that's all I have time for today. I will definitely write in with more stories about my own haunted house. And if anything happens next time I'm in Middletown, there's a town near it that's known for UFO sightings. So maybe that'll be another email, too.

• 33:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yes.

• 33:32Corinne Vien?

  Happy hauntings, Isabel.

• 33:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, Isabel, I feel like the one, I mean, this is terrifying, but the one piece that is missing from this email is, have you talked to Avery? What are Avery's experiences in that house? Because Avery lives there year round.

• 33:46Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 33:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And Avery didn't seem-

• 33:48Corinne Vien?

  Seems to not be phased.

• 33:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But Avery knew what to do. Come inside. Just stay in, like, come inside. Let's not deal with that.

• 33:55Corinne Vien?

But I also wonder if she was, like, super high.

• 33:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. But even the dream is very indicative of the first experience with screaming. They're very similar. It's like, come out to the woods.

• 34:04Corinne Vien?

  Come out to the woods.

• 34:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We want you in the woods.

• 34:06Corinne Vien?

  Come see what's here.

• 34:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Steal you.

• 34:08Corinne Vien?

Come to the edge. Step, one step further.

• 34:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  One little tiny step further.

• 34:12Corinne Vien?

  Just past the tree.

• 34:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Just give us your soul and your body so we can consume it and get even stronger and scare more people.

• 34:19Corinne Vien?

  Mm-hmm.

• 34:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yummy, yummy, yum.

• 34:20Corinne Vien?

  Yummy, yummy, me.

• 34:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, I had, that just remind me, I had like a very weird dream last night where two things. I had a dream about our one friend Lexi, like that she told me she was dating someone who like, the name was so clear to me that I woke up and I went to go text it to her. And I remembered the first name, but I didn't remember the last name. But I remember in the dream it being so clear that I was like, when I woke up, I went to go text her immediately. But the second I tried to write the last name, it like went away.

• 34:49Corinne Vien?

  What was the first name?

• 34:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Matt. And I said, I had a dream that you were dating someone named Matt, who is someone you know from like another phase of your life. She just responded saying, the only Matt I know is someone I hate and he's married. But maybe it's a Matt that like she crossed paths with in the past.

• 35:06Corinne Vien?

Yeah, but someone that she's not even registering. It's like, oh, I know them.

• 35:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

If she ever dates a Matt.

• 35:10Corinne Vien?

  You'll recognize the name?

• 35:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 35:12Corinne Vien?

  Interesting.

• 35:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But then the second part of the dream, I don't even, I feel like it was just like a jump to something else. But I was with a bunch of my friends from LA, but we were at a house party at like a house near my high school. Like it felt very like New Jersey. And I blackout in the sense that like consciously I come back and my phone is like shattered. And we've moved to someone else's house and everyone's acting super weird. And my brain is like not working, like my memories are all weird.

• 35:40Corinne Vien?

Yeah. It's like, what happened to you?

• 35:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I go to the bathroom and I look at my face and it's like, I'm like, I have a massive bruise on my eye. My head is like bloody and but like the way everyone was acting, I was like, did I get drunk and like act really foolishly? And I remember calling our friend and this is all happening in the dream. And I asked my friend, our friend Freya, like, can you please come here? And she like is so hesitant to come. And I'm like, can you please like, what happened? Like, I'm really confused. Like, what did I do? And like my first instinct is be like, what did I do? Like, I must have done something. Everyone is so like scared and walking eggshells around me. And apparently in my dream, a guy at like the party we were at tried to like make the moves on me. And I said, no. And he punched me in the face and they all like found him like beating me.

• 36:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And that's why I lost consciousness because I literally probably had a concussion.

• 36:33Corinne Vien?

Do you think that this is because of what we talked about yesterday on the Crimes of Episode? Cause it's similar to the, it's similar ish to the story that we covered and you talked about one of Lexi's really bad dates. On that same episode, but these are like dark twists.

• 36:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It was super and like, I mean, I've definitely been consumed in the true crime world and especially in the last week. Cause I was rewriting like four episodes for that, but like it was so vivid.

• 37:00Corinne Vien?

  Mm hmm.

• 37:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And usually I feel, I do recall some of my dreams, but when I recall them, I'm always like, what?

• 37:05Corinne Vien?

  Graphic.

• 37:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I'm like, what?

• 37:07Corinne Vien?

It is, it like does freak you out when things are.

• 37:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 37:12Corinne Vien?

Interesting that you had a dream like in the past week that you were being injured. And then I had the dream last week that I was injuring.

• 37:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. But also that makes sense for you and I. You're a fighter, I'm a freezer, so.

• 37:27Corinne Vien?

  There we go.

• 37:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Thank goodness neither of them happened that's in a dream, but um, this next story.

• 37:32Corinne Vien?

  The scary one next, right?

• 37:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

This next story is not a dream. It very much happened in real life and it is terrifying.

It is from our listener, Chris, and it has, well, it's called The Voice on the Ridge, and it has an entity that we will not say its entire name. Hey, guys. I found your channel a few months back, and I'm enjoying all your content. Keep up the great work. I figured, right before Halloween, you could use a story that I have never shared anywhere. Here's a little backstory. It's about my buddy's dad. I'll leave his name out for privacy, but I've gotten to know their family really well over the years, and I can tell you I believe every word that he told me. It gave me chills the first time I heard it, and every time since, it still gives me chills. And this took place in Appalachia, which my family actually owns a cabin in the same stretch of Appalachian woods where

• 39:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

this happened. And after spending plenty of time up there myself, I can say, one thing is for sure, those mountains are unbelievably beautiful during the day, but at night, they've got a whole different feel to them. It took a couple of years for my buddy's dad to say anything to anybody else, because it's very haunting and unsettling. And even when he thinks back to it, he feels really unsettled. But when it happened, he knew nothing of SWs. But now, years later, he knows, and he knows the rules. If you see something, no, you didn't. If you hear something, no, you didn't. This is called The Voice on the Ridge, based on a true encounter in Center County, Pennsylvania, in the heart of Appalachia Mountains, December

• 40:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

2018. It was early December of 2018, a Thursday night, cold enough that your breath turned to fog the moment you stepped outside. Deep in the mountains of Center County, my buddy's dad, who I've become good friends with over the years, sat alone in his cabin. Now, my buddy's dad wasn't new to these woods. He'd hunted them since his early 30s, and after decades of tracking deer through those ridgelines, he felt like he could have walked them blindfolded. He often said he knew the terrain so well that he didn't even need a flashlight to find his stand in the dark morning hours. Which, if you know how dark it gets in, like, the wooded area without, like, city light and light pollution, it is dark.

• 40:46Corinne Vien?

Do you want to know, like, the craziest thing I've ever heard anyone in my family do before? And this was just a couple of years ago.

• 40:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Was it your dad?

• 40:52Corinne Vien?

Yeah, of course it was. When he was hunting, instead of going back to sleep and then go back out, like, in the middle of the day, he stayed in his tree stand. All night long.

• 41:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Did he sleep or just stay awake?

• 41:06Corinne Vien?

I thi- I think he slept. He had like a little mobile heater on him. Just slept up there.

• 41:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That sounds like, uh, that, uh, nothing sounds more miserable.

• 41:14Corinne Vien?

  I know.

• 41:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  All right, Bill.

• 41:16Corinne Vien?

  Some people are built different.

• 41:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Built, build different.

Built different. Northern New Hampshire man sleeps in tree stand.

• 41:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

All right. So this night though, something changed my buddy's dad's confidence forever. It was around 10:00 PM. The fire had been burning, but was going down and the woods outside were deathly still. No wind, no snow, just silence pressing in on the cabin. My buddy's dad did not have anything to drink. He hadn't touched anything stronger than coffee. But it's 10:00 PM and he hears it. A voice. It is a very close voice and it sounds familiar. And it says, hey, he froze because it sounded just like his hunting buddy, Tim. Same casual tone, same inflection, but Tim was not supposed to be there. Tim had texted earlier that week saying he couldn't make it up to the cabin that week.

• 42:08Corinne Vien?

I hate this because this reminds me of some of the stories of hunters that go missing.

• 42:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know. So my buddy's dad steps outside confused, maybe thinking that Tim changed his mind and drove up last minute. The air was cold. His boots crunched softly in the frost. He stood on the porch scanning the dark tree line and again, he heard it. Hey, this time it came from just beyond the tree line, maybe 30 yards out. And it still sounded like Tim. So my buddy's dad called out, Tim, is that you? There's no answer. And then it came again. Hey. But now it's further away, deeper in the woods. So.

• 42:44Corinne Vien?

Which means it's closer. If it's further away, it's closer. If it sounds close, it's further away.

• 42:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And it's trying to lure you into the woods again. So my buddy's dad grabs a jacket and he starts up the trail. His instincts are pulling him towards the sound because he's hearing it as it's his friend, Tim. And at first he's not afraid. He's just confused. And the forest was second nature to him. He knew this well. He wasn't afraid of it. But the voice called out again. Same tone, same word, but this time something was off about it. It was hollow, like robotic, echoing as if it was coming through someone else's throat. Hey, does that sound good?

• 43:22Corinne Vien?

  Hey.

• 43:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Hey. He stopped and all of a sudden he realized there is no sound, no wind, no crickets, just silence. And then that feeling hit him, sudden, heavy dread, the kind that settles into your gut before your mind even catches up. Every instinct screamed to leave. So he turned and he ran. He sprinted down the path, back to the cabin, and didn't stop running until he got back into the cabin, slammed the door and locked every window and bolt he could find. And he sat there for a long time. He didn't hear another word for the rest of the night, but he also didn't sleep that entire night. The next morning, he packed up his things and

• 44:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

drove home early. It was an unsettling ride and he had a difficult time trying to process what had happened. Even now, years later, he won't go up to that cabin alone. And when he tells the story, his hands still tremble. He says it wasn't an animal and he knows it wasn't Tim. Now, of course, he knows what it really was.

• 44:24Corinne Vien?

My gosh, he is so lucky, so lucky.

• 44:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That is from Chris.

• 44:29Corinne Vien?

He survived it. It is interesting because it's like he was a hunter, which means he had a gun on him. And I am just curious, like what would happen?

• 44:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Did he bring a gun with him to go look for Tim? Because he thought it was his friend. He was probably just like, oh, like, I need to go-

• 44:43Corinne Vien?

Well, don't you bring your gun with you. Where would he leave it?

• 44:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  In the cabin?

• 44:47Corinne Vien?

Oh, I was picturing him like still in the tree stand for the whole time.

• 44:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

You were picturing him like Bill? No, he was in his cabin.

• 44:52Corinne Vien?

Well, because we started with him like being able to find his tree stand in the middle of the dark. So I just was thinking about that.

• 44:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, he was in a cab, in his cabin, like basically unwinding for the night by the fire.

• 45:01Corinne Vien?

Yeah. Oh, my God. So creepy. What, what is this world?

• 45:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The sick fascination in me like wants to know what happens if you keep following the voice, if you keep going. But then I'm also like, we probably don't know what happens because people who have done that have not lived to tell the tale. Right?

• 45:21Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 45:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Like, they're probably trying to kill you.

• 45:23Corinne Vien?

  They're missing.

• 45:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Or take you.

• 45:24Corinne Vien?

Or maybe, I guess we don't truly know what happened. So what if, when you are caught, you do return? It's just you're a little different because they take over you. And then they get to live life as a human.

• 45:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Basically, possession?

• 45:40Corinne Vien?

  Yeah. I don't know.

• 45:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It reminds me of some of those creepy Reddit stories. Or like, what's the one, you did an episode about it? Is it No End House? Where he got out, but he was like, different?

• 45:53Corinne Vien?

He thought he got out, and then at the very end, there's some imagery where you're like, oh, shit, he never got out.

• 45:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 46:00Corinne Vien?

I'm trying to, I just tried to Google this. It's a, I'll figure it out for next time. I should actually do an episode on this guy. There's this guy who, he's like, very much alive right now. I think he has kids around the same age as us. He gets visited by this entity, this woman or whatever.

• 46:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  This is a true story?

• 46:15Corinne Vien?

Yeah, and she gives him predictions of the future and what's gonna happen.

• 46:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Mary Shipton, is that you?

• 46:22Corinne Vien?

And apparently, I think it's around Easter. It's like, March of 2026. We are supposed to get a lot of answers. It's like, what the hell is going on? And I think it means, like, paranormaly.

• 46:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, there is a lot of alien stuff that's happening. And the new season of High Strange, I think, is out now. And maybe there's like, a connection between...

• 46:41Corinne Vien?

What's all going down? Are we ready to know?

• 46:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I'm, I have been ready.

• 46:46Corinne Vien?

  I'm ready too.

• 46:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

People could say anything. Also, I don't think we'll ever know the full extent, but like, I think we'll start to tap into like, some things that allow us to study it more. Or learn about it more.

• 46:59Corinne Vien?

When do we get to the point where we're like Planet Lanylos? And we can just...

• 47:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Hear each other's thoughts?

• 47:04Corinne Vien?

Actually, I don't like that anymore after watching Pluribus.

• 47:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 47:07Corinne Vien?

  I don't want it.

• 47:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  No.

• 47:09Corinne Vien?

  You know what I want?

• 47:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Opt in.

• 47:10Corinne Vien?

  I wanna go reverse.

• 47:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

You want to go back to what?

• 47:13Corinne Vien?

I want to go back to the average lifespan being thirty five years old.

• 47:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

When people were just like killing each other left and right, hygiene was non-existent.

• 47:21Corinne Vien?

  Dirty water.

• 47:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Gardi-loo, throwing their shit out of the windows.

• 47:24Corinne Vien?

Gardi-loo. You're walking below and pee gets poured on your head.

• 47:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I would prefer pee over.

• 47:31Corinne Vien?

Yeah, no, I don't want any of that. And when I say I want to go back, maybe just to the nineties.

• 47:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 47:36Corinne Vien?

  To the eighties.

• 47:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I saw this, this was so.

• 47:38Corinne Vien?

Early internet where you would just sit there for twenty minutes while your computer screamed at you just to play a little game.

• 47:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Dial-up sound. Okay, this will, maybe this is something you can implement in your child's life is, I saw this on TikTok. A group of moms, like all of their girls were like, they're in middle school or something like that. The group of moms all agreed to not get their kids' cell phones and for Christmas bought all of them landlines.

• 48:02Corinne Vien?

  Landlines.

• 48:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And so now the like, middle-aged girls are like calling each other on the landlines and I'm like, that is so pure.

• 48:10Corinne Vien?

  That's so good.

• 48:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I love it.

• 48:12Corinne Vien?

I actually had my parents give me all of the old VHS, like kids' VHS tapes that they still had. Because I want to get like a small VHS TV. So that that can be practiced and it's not like the instant like skip ad, like to put this on now, like a little bit of patience. Because already we watched like Trash Truck and like a couple like little shows or whatever, because Noah doesn't sit and that's the only way to like get him to relax and like have a snack. Once a day.

• 48:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

How much does a VHS TV go for these days?

• 48:41Corinne Vien?

  Oh, not much.

• 48:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Really?

• 48:43Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, probably forty bucks.

• 48:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Making them new.

• 48:46Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, fifty bucks, forty bucks.

• 48:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Damn, I'm gonna get one of those.

• 48:51Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 48:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Because they're not making new ones. Those, I feel like they'll be worth something.

• 48:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Just gonna start collecting.

• 48:57Corinne Vien?

New TVs are so cheap because they're just.

• 49:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right, but they're not making these ones anymore.

• 49:03Corinne Vien?

They're not making these ones. Yeah, so now I have like, I think like Matilda and Land Before Time and stuff like that on VHS.

• 49:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Cute.

• 49:10Corinne Vien?

We yearn for the simpler days.

• 49:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, I don't yearn for Appalachia person. I yearn for Appalachian stories. I don't yearn to be alone in the Appalachians.

• 49:21Corinne Vien?

  No.

• 49:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  But if you ever.

• 49:22Corinne Vien?

Lord out of your cabin and be the dark one.

• 49:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Whenever fall comes back around, it always feels like a fresh start. This year, I've been layering in some styles from the new Lululemon fall drop because the weather is shifting and I find I have to be ready for the entire day and not just one part of it. Lululemon's fall line has some really versatile transitional pieces, so I can just wake up, throw on a matching set, add a jacket or a fleece, and head out, knowing that I'll feel comfortable enough to go wherever the day takes me. Check out the new fall arrivals in store and online now at lululemon.com.
