• 2:49Corinne Vien?

  Hi.

• 2:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Hi.

• 2:50Corinne Vien?

I feel like I have not been in this room.

• 2:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Cause you haven't.

• 2:53Corinne Vien?

  For so long.

• 2:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  We were ill.

• 2:55Corinne Vien?

We were ill. We were recording.

• 2:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Like the old days.

• 2:58Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 2:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Giving old school vibes.

• 3:00Corinne Vien?

You're sparkly. Is that your lip gloss?

• 3:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I didn't, I know it was on Noah, but I didn't see it before.

• 3:05Corinne Vien?

Well, the color is all gone away somehow.

• 3:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's so cute.

• 3:08Corinne Vien?

  The glitter is stayed.

• 3:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's Fenty. I like Fenty lipstick.

• 3:13Corinne Vien?

  It's really cute.

• 3:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, thanks. It was like a dark mauve and now you can't tell.

• 3:17Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, no, just sparkles.

• 3:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Cause I, I put it on and then immediately made breakfast. So I'm just left with sparkly pale lips.

• 3:24Corinne Vien?

  I like it.

• 3:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But the color is really pretty. If you were able to see it.

• 3:28Corinne Vien?

  One day I'll see it.

• 3:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  You'll see.

• 3:30Corinne Vien?

  But hi, everyone.

• 3:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Hi, this is Two Girls One Ghost.

• 3:33Corinne Vien?

  Two Girls One Ghost.

• 3:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And we are your ghostesses. That is Corinne.

• 3:37Corinne Vien?

  Hi.

• 3:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I'm Sabrina.

• 3:39Corinne Vien?

And there is an imposter amongst us.

• 3:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  What do you mean?

• 3:42Corinne Vien?

  Someone made the fake YouTube.

• 3:43Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, oh, it's like, I thought you were talking about between us.

• 3:48Corinne Vien?

Between all of us, between you.

• 3:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Someone really thought you were gonna like call me out for something and I literally started racking my brain of like, what did I do?

• 3:55Corinne Vien?

  Your secrets, your secrets.

• 3:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I was like, what, did I say something?

• 4:02Corinne Vien?

Do you really think if I had anything to say, I would say it here and not to your face?

• 4:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I don't know. What if you needed, you needed witnesses to a fight?

• 4:12Corinne Vien?

Well, it wouldn't be a fight. No. I'm sorry that I scared you for a second.

• 4:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, there were imposters amongst us.

• 4:21Corinne Vien?

Yes. Guys, we made it. This is like the moment. It feels like maybe this podcast.

• 4:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Someone basically stole all of our videos from YouTube and then created a brand new account. And we have to give them credit. The logo that they have is cute.

• 4:38Corinne Vien?

We did like the logo, though it was generated from ChatGPT.

• 4:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

For sure, for sure. But they were reposting our videos, same titles, same thumbnails, same like literally every copy and paste. They were responding to comments.

• 4:50Corinne Vien?

Give us a new name though, which we won't say because we, the channel's been taken down now.

• 4:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's been removed. But yeah, how crazy.

• 4:56Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 4:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  We've made it.

• 4:57Corinne Vien?

It was kind of a thrill. Though pretty stressful too.

• 5:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know. Yesterday was one of those days where I feel like, and we're recording this February 18th. So yesterday in context is actually like a week or two when this episode comes out. But I feel like it was one of those days where I was doing so much, like and I was working for like a long time. But I didn't check anything off my list. And I think it's because I spent so much time harassing YouTube.

• 5:26Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 5:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And like you had to individually go through every single video.

• 5:31Corinne Vien?

I was like, oh shoot. Okay. We need to do this. We need to do this. And you're like, I'm in the middle of it. I'm reaching, reaching out to this person.

• 5:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, wow. Because I saw it at like 10 PM the night before. So I'd started it that night.

• 5:45Corinne Vien?

  How did you find it?

• 5:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

People on our YouTube were like, hey, did you guys start a second channel? And then multiple people on our, I think it's our Lake Linear episode, we're being like, hey, like, just so you know, there's a fake account.

• 5:57Corinne Vien?

  Impostor.

• 5:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

There was an impostor. Are you watching Traitors?

• 6:01Corinne Vien?

  No, but you do.

• 6:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I haven't watched this season. I've watched clips.

• 6:05Corinne Vien?

I tailor everything I say to you, Sabrina.

• 6:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, well, I have something. Okay, I'm very excited for today's episode because it is, let's just say it's terrifying and also incredible evidence, paranormal evidence found from Reddit. But I have a personal ghost story to share first.

• 6:24Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 6:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm still proud. This happened last night.

• 6:26Corinne Vien?

You texted me at 8:00 PM.

• 6:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And that was like right when it happened. Okay. So as context, this is close my computer business.

• 6:34Corinne Vien?

  Oh, wow. Serious.

• 6:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

This is turn to face you business. Okay. I have not done the Gateway tapes in maybe eight months, right? But yesterday was such-

• 6:43Corinne Vien?

Last night is when you decided to do it?

• 6:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So yesterday was such a busy day. And I, I feel like I'm trying to be better about decompressing.

• 6:53Corinne Vien?

  Wasn't there an eclipse?

• 6:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, but that doesn't matter.

• 6:56Corinne Vien?

And on Lunar, or not Lunar.

• 6:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Lunar New Year.

• 6:59Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, Lunar New Year.

• 7:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  But, okay. Nothing bad happened.

• 7:03Corinne Vien?

  Interesting timing of your-

• 7:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I am really bad at decompressing. Like, I'm just not good at it. I will continue working. I will continue looking at a screen until midnight. But I'm trying to be more conscious about like having a balance and like setting boundaries. And last night, I wrapped up work at like 7:30 and then I was like, okay, I'm gonna take a bath. And I'm just listening to like green noise and some meditative music, not even like music, just sound. I was in the bath and I was like, you know what? Maybe I should meditate. And I was like, you know, what I haven't done in a really long time is Gateway tapes. So I decided to put my- And the scariest thing about the Gateway tapes is that you have to use headphones because it's binaural beats. And so you really do feel kind of isolated and you, your eyes are closed and it feels-

• 7:48Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 7:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Like your environment might be-

• 7:50Corinne Vien?

Did you put on one of the like noise cancelling ones that like really?

• 7:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I use my noise cancelling AirPods. But, okay. So I lay down and I'm doing Gateway Tape 1, like, Volume 3. It's like the third track. And it's one of those situations that's so wild because the point of it is to put your body to sleep, but your mind is still awake. At least for this, the tapes that I'm working on, I haven't gotten

• 8:17Corinne Vien?

Which is kind of scary to do it in a tub.

• 8:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, no, I got out of the tub. I said, in the bath is when I decided I wanted.

• 8:24Corinne Vien?

I got out of the tub.

• 8:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, no, no. I did not do it. Thank you for clarifying. I got out of the tub.

• 8:29Corinne Vien?

Eleven Stranger Things, go into your little tank.

• 8:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm on my bed. Leia's next to me. Yeah, so your body is asleep and even my Oura ring will said, say, did you nap for, like, afterwards, I checked it immediately and said, did you nap for 20 minutes?

• 8:44Corinne Vien?

Which last time you did it too, it like always tracks that your body is, you're really good at meditating.

• 8:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, it's the binaural beats. Without that, I'm not good at meditating. So I do it and it is really weird because you kind of feel, I try to keep my hands like on my chest or my stomach because I want to have like some type of grounding, which might get in the way of things. But it literally felt like my lower half of my body was like severed off of me, but not in a painful way, but in like a, that my body doesn't exist way.

• 9:14Corinne Vien?

  Oh, weird.

• 9:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But my mind is awake the whole time.

• 9:17Corinne Vien?

Maybe all of your consciousness just feels like it's in the top half of you and that's why you felt like you were missing part of your body because just your like soul is right here?

• 9:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes, but even still, like my whole body was asleep. Like my hands were heavy, everything. I was only conscious of, I think of my upper body because my hands are on top of it. But okay. In the, they call it level 10, where you're kind of in this other, I don't even know what to call it. In the gateway, maybe, as you get, like they talk you through the meditation and you get into it and you're kind of like in this protective bubble. But it's when your body is like fully asleep, your mind is still awake. And I start getting these like visions and this is something I had the last time where I had like that image of a man and like my future child, like pulling me towards them. But the second you try to like really focus on an image, it goes away.

• 10:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I kept seeing Whitney Waythor and

• 10:11Corinne Vien?

  That's so crazy.

• 10:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  No, and this is crazy.

• 10:14Corinne Vien?

Was Whitney doing this at the same time?

• 10:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

This gets even crazier. I kept seeing Whitney, but specifically she was dealing with a situation where she felt like someone was watching her. And it was so specific. And in the last couple of weeks, I've been like, oh, I should check in on Whitney. I haven't talked to her in a little while. Like, I should text her, but I haven't.

• 10:32Corinne Vien?

But I'm having this experience. This about me too, but I wonder if somehow you were projecting some of this on to me. Cause last night I literally was getting into bed at like eight fifteen. And I thought to myself, I haven't talked to Whitney in a long time. I owe her a phone call.

• 10:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That's also wild. That's so weird.

• 10:49Corinne Vien?

Okay, it must be from you like projecting what's happening.

• 10:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And then her and I talked, because this is.

• 10:54Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 10:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, so I keep thinking about Whitney Mae Thor. And she is specifically dealing with, and I see her looking like out a window. And again, this is like, it's so hard to explain what it looks like. Cause it's more of just like imagery rather than a full like dream playing out or whatever it is. She's looking out a window like to see if someone's outside watching her. And she's saying like, I feel like someone's tracking me. It was weird.

• 11:19Corinne Vien?

Which is scary too, because she has dealt with.

• 11:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right. So in my mind, I'm like, maybe it's just like a random thing. And like, yeah, she's told us stories of dealing with stalkers before. I have more images and other things, like some that make no sense to me. And I keep like, I keep trying to like make sense of them, but they don't. Anyway, I finished this and I was like, I have to reach out to Whitney. I text her and I say, I don't mention the dream or like the gateway things at all. I go, friend, how are you? I've been thinking of you a lot lately and wanted to check in. And she goes, I dreamt about you last night, probably because I was listening to you and I fell asleep. And then I go, wait, so weird. I just did a meditation and you came up so clear, but it was weird because I was seeing you being scared of something. Like you felt like someone was watching you.

• 12:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I didn't mention that part upfront, but uh, hey, you dreamt of me. So now I can tell you I'm having weird meditation messages about you. She sends me a voice note. I won't share it, but basically the day before, before she showed me me.

• 12:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

She had gone to the dog park with Goosey. And she was sitting there doing whatever, writing, journaling. And then when she got home, goes about her day, yada, yada. It's like, late at night, she's falling asleep. And all of a sudden, her phone starts like doing this weird sound. And she looks at her phone and there's a notification that says, like, an item has been with you.

• 12:42Corinne Vien?

  Oh, my god.

• 12:43Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Someone had slipped an air tag into her bag while she was at the dog park. Cause it literally, it literally showed the time that it started. Cause like you can open the map, right? And it shows that it had been following her since the time she was at the dog park. And like, was with her since. So someone put, she found it in her bag.

• 13:03Corinne Vien?

  That is terrifying.

• 13:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

She did the things that I saw in my meditation. She looked out the window to see if like, there was someone outside watching her. She called someone and had like, said the words that I heard her saying in my meditation.

• 13:21Corinne Vien?

  I have chills.

• 13:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Isn't this insane? I FaceTimed her immediately and I was like-

• 13:25Corinne Vien?

My knees have goosebumps on them.

• 13:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know. So it's not really a ghost story, but like I had a psychic moment during the gateway tapes.

• 13:31Corinne Vien?

  That is crazy.

• 13:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Isn't that wild?

• 13:33Corinne Vien?

One, I'm concerned for Whitney's safety and I definitely need to reach out to you now to see how she's doing. But two, like, I feel like you are, I know you were like, no, I'm not good at the meditation. It's just the binaural beats.

• 13:47Corinne Vien?

No, like, that's so intense. You literally like saw into the past and witnessed, like, you time traveled.

• 13:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I had a psychic moment.

• 13:56Corinne Vien?

That is crazy. Are you gonna do it again?

• 14:00Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, for sure. And I'm gonna be more, I'm gonna be better about it. Cause I, I really do believe, and I've had moments, you and I both have had moments where we're a little bit more in tune and more woo woo and experience things in like the paranormal and psychic realm. But I also feel like, even when I get hit-

• 14:17Corinne Vien?

  Vision.

• 14:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, like I saw an image of her. Like, I've never had that. It's just like a feeling where like I know what's gonna happen.

• 14:26Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 14:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Or that someone's, or like you feel the emotion, you feel, you're just like-

• 14:30Corinne Vien?

Given the knowledge of the person.

• 14:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, it's interesting because I don't really feel like I'm seeing it in my mind's eye. It's not like a clear image. It's like the idea of the image, if that makes sense. It kind of goes back to the conversation of how we think, see things or think things.

• 14:45Corinne Vien?

But it wasn't like you were doing this and somehow like actual projecting to witnessing Whitney go through this, like it happened a different day.

• 14:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  The day before. Yeah.

• 14:55Corinne Vien?

That's what is blowing my mind even more. Cause it's like you went and it wasn't like you were accessing Whitney's memories. Like it was like you were watching her.

• 15:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Experience.

• 15:04Corinne Vien?

  Experience. Yeah. Oh my God.

• 15:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, I don't know, but that's crazy.

• 15:09Corinne Vien?

Do you just also like take that long of a break between the tapes and then just pick up and do that?

• 15:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, because they're each of the meditations are like thirty five minutes.

• 15:17Corinne Vien?

Okay, I want to do it now.

• 15:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I really think.

• 15:20Corinne Vien?

Is this gonna be my therapy?

• 15:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, it's cause it's not really therapeutic.

• 15:23Corinne Vien?

I know, but don't we talk about how maybe I need something that's like therapy-esque but not true therapy?

• 15:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But this is not a healing your body situation. It's about like getting into the universal consciousness.

• 15:36Corinne Vien?

Yeah, maybe that's what I need.

• 15:39Corinne Vien?

Anything to avoid truly fixing myself.

• 15:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Karen cry yesterday talking about how.

• 15:44Corinne Vien?

  She said, you need therapy.

• 15:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, I said it a lot nicer than that. Like, hey, I'm gonna say this again.

• 15:53Corinne Vien?

I was like, I don't. Here are the seventeen steps that I plan to do instead of therapy. And you were like, I don't think so.

• 16:03Corinne Vien?

  I'm gonna start crying again.

• 16:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Instead, I'm coming over on Saturday and we're gonna plan.

• 16:08Corinne Vien?

Design my Saturday. Or just hang out, whatever we feel in the moment.

• 16:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Um, but yeah, that's my.

• 16:14Corinne Vien?

  That's wild.

• 16:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Little psychic moment.

• 16:16Corinne Vien?

Oh my God, that's really, really cool.

• 16:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 16:18Corinne Vien?

  Damn.

• 16:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's also weird because I feel like what I was saying is like you and I both have had like little hits of, you know, psychic moments or whatever you want to call them, witchy moments. And I feel like I often second guess myself so much because I'm like, oh, it's just my brain. Or it's the same thing that when we did the automatic writing.

• 16:37Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 16:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Where it was like, I feel like I'm just like writing random things that come to my mind. But then sometimes they ended up being like real things to other people in the room.

• 16:48Corinne Vien?

Okay, we actually, now that you're saying that, this is a perfect, also Whitney was there last time when we did the automatic writing.

• 16:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 16:54Corinne Vien?

And I feel like this is a perfect example of what happens. Whitney's present. You are picking up on something someone else is experiencing, like a third party in the group. And I'm picking up on you.

• 17:10Corinne Vien?

Cause in the automatic writing, I.

• 17:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, you picked up on me.

• 17:13Corinne Vien?

I was like, I don't know what I'm seeing. And it was just like a whole description of you and what you're.

• 17:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, I was like, uh, okay.

• 17:21Corinne Vien?

  All right.

• 17:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Wow. Oh, my God. That's so cool.

• 17:24Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 17:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, maybe if this is, why am I opening my computer? You're talking today. But if like, anyone was waiting for a moment to start the gateway tapes, I feel like this is a huge.

• 17:33Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 17:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Motivating story that like, maybe you'll get to tap into.

• 17:38Corinne Vien?

Yeah. It does also make me think that all the other things that I'm seeing that don't totally make sense will eventually make sense.

• 17:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Dana Newkirk told us.

• 17:46Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 17:47Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Sometimes things are out of order. They come at random times and then like seven years down the road, you're like, holy.

• 17:53Corinne Vien?

  I know.

• 17:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Shirt balls.

• 17:55Corinne Vien?

Yeah. So stay tuned for my future.

• 17:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's the future I can see. Um, okay. I'm very excited for this episode. We love paranormal evidence and we love Reddit. Stories shared on Reddit. I went deep diving on the paranormal and ghosts Reddit threads, forums, whatever you want to call them. And it got to the point where I think I maybe listened to and watched like a thousand plus videos. And.

• 18:28Corinne Vien?

  Oh, my God.

• 18:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Reddit was almost like, girl, take a break because I would like click on something and then the top would be like, this was unable to load. And then I would refresh it and then it would finally load. But it was like.

• 18:39Corinne Vien?

Or are you like desensitized to paranormal evidence now, having viewed like a thousand?

• 18:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, and there's one, the first one I'm gonna share with you is like the most mind blowing piece of evidence I think I have ever.

• 18:54Corinne Vien?

  Ever?

• 18:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Ever.

• 18:56Corinne Vien?

That's wild, cuz you just made that declaration about Wyatt's video from Winchester Mystery House.

• 19:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And I'll probably make it again about a million other things, but no, this is, cuz I specifically am focused on.

• 19:08Corinne Vien?

What's his name, Wyatt or Warren?

• 19:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I think it was Wyatt.

• 19:10Corinne Vien?

Wyatt, okay, sorry. I don't remember.

• 19:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Think I can guess yourself. W.

• 19:14Corinne Vien?

  Have therapy.

• 19:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But this episode is mostly like EVPs.

• 19:19Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 19:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So specifically when it comes to EVP evidence, this is insane. We like evidence, photos, videos, scratches, possessions, EVPs, we love it. We love it all. We want it. It's haunting. Give it to us. We've like caught a lot on our own podcast too. You all have actually helped us catch them and you'll like be like, hey, does anyone else hear this sound? And then it's a male voice that we've heard multiple times on the podcast.

• 19:43Corinne Vien?

Yeah, that was one of the.

• 19:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's you, Sven.

• 19:46Corinne Vien?

Wilder things. And for context, what Sabrina's talking about is a few years ago, maybe like four or five years ago, we did like a one-off show in Portland, Maine. And for that, we did like Boston and Portland.

• 19:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 19:59Corinne Vien?

And for that, we like put together like a couple EVPs that were captured on our podcast. And we realized that we captured the exact same male voice. It sounds like maybe in their twenties or thirties, in the background of our recordings, like three years apart, that are not the people that we were living with at the time. And we had both moved apartments many times. So it couldn't have been like a neighbor passing by or like just someone else who like works remotely on the other side of the wall or whatever. It made zero sense. There was no way.

• 20:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 20:32Corinne Vien?

We, we don't recognize the voice.

• 20:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We don't. And I, it does, I mean, it, maybe it's Sven. And also, we had our Aura photo taken for our holiday cards in 2025 on Patreon. And in our Aura photo, we, we did individual photos. This entity, this like what they call spirit in Aura photos, does not show up in either of our individual photos. Together, there is a spirit that shows up in our aura photo.

• 20:59Corinne Vien?

And then we went again because we're going to House Witch in Salem every single month this year

• 21:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  To track it.

• 21:04Corinne Vien?

To get our individual photos done and then our photo together and our January photo. She was like, oh, there's a spirit again.

• 21:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Still in only the photo of you guys together. We'll see, February is coming up soon.

• 21:17Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 21:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, so I basically wanted to take to Reddit, which is simultaneously the best and scariest place on the internet.

• 21:25Corinne Vien?

Yeah, it is. There's a lot of uncensored things there.

• 21:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And I wanted to see what people on Reddit deemed to be the most convincing piece of evidence. Because I do feel like the ghosts and paranormal forums have their fair share of skeptics. And there were a bunch of-

• 21:41Corinne Vien?

It's also hard in the world of AI now.

• 21:43Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But so a lot of the posts that I did find were from like five to seven years ago.

• 21:48Corinne Vien?

Yeah, which is, that's better because most people didn't have

• 21:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 21:52Corinne Vien?

the skill or access to things that could manipulate like that.

• 21:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I will say there were quite a few that I listened to that was very clearly like the person just pretending it was like a ghost. Like they were clearly like sitting in their bedroom being like, oh yeah, I got an EVP and it's like dim. Yeah, because you can tell the difference when it's something like right up to the microphone or something that's kind of in the distance and you can't hear it in the moment. I am going to briefly share what EVP stands for. It stands for Electric Voice Phenomenon and it's basically a voice or sound that oftentimes isn't heard by the naked ear, but is heard after the fact when you replay a recording or a video or something.

• 22:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But sometimes people do hear it in the moment, like if you're using a spirit box or you hear something and then it also gets picked up.

• 22:42Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 22:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  On, on the recording.

• 22:43Corinne Vien?

I mean, like another great example of this, if anyone went to when we did our 34- Run tour about the Conjuring House when Greg and Dana Newkirk came with us. When we were in the upstairs room, Greg had brought out like one of those like old school tape recorders that like you'd think of in like

• 23:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  The doctor's one.

• 23:02Corinne Vien?

1980s like investigation on the table.

• 23:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It literally only records when it hears, when someone's talking.

• 23:09Corinne Vien?

Yeah. And there were plenty of EVPs caught on that that we did not hear live. And it wasn't like we were asking things, waiting for an answer. Nothing would be heard, asking another thing, waiting for an answer, and nothing would be heard. But then like, it's not like we waited days and then reviewed

• 23:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It was in the moment.

• 23:28Corinne Vien?

It was in the moment. Like Greg would go back, replay what we had asked and then listen so that we could like, keep the conversation going.

• 23:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah. Wild.

• 23:37Corinne Vien?

You really don't hear these things live.

• 23:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Some of them you don't. Some skeptics are skeptics, the not fun folk, like to say it's radio interference or just our brains finding patterns like Paranoia. But we said ghosts. And so to do a lot of people on Reddit Paranormal and Reddit Ghosts. I'm so excited. I'm getting my whole body MRI scan from Prenewvo in a couple of weeks.

• 24:03Corinne Vien?

It's honestly so important. And it's like, one of those things where getting older and aging has provided me so many anxieties about like, what's going on.

• 24:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I recently had some medical issues in my family and everyone in my family is like, let's just do everything we can to get ahead and take our own health into our own hands. • 26:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm going to start with, like I said, one of the most wild and intense EVPs I've ever, ever heard. And it's a long one. Like, this isn't just a quick, like, one thing. It is a, I think the clip is like, almost like, a full minute and a half.

• 26:16Corinne Vien?

  Oh, wow.

• 26:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I do want to give-

• 26:17Corinne Vien?

Of someone talking? Like, of the EVP?

• 26:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's a lot of things.

• 26:22Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 26:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So what we're gonna do is, like, as we go through these evidence, I'm gonna give a little bit of context. I'm not going to say what the people hear. I'm gonna play it, we'll discuss, I'll then share what the people heard, and we'll play it again.

• 26:36Corinne Vien?

  A true test.

• 26:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes. I do want to give a little bit of a content warning because this EVP is believed to portray potentially a murder or a death. Yes. I found it first, okay, so it is actually posted quite a few places, all over Reddit, but I first found it on the Reddit Ghost Forum in a thread posted five years ago by someone named Oxum's Razor. The original poster was asking for the most compelling piece of evidence out there, and then this user responded with the EVP we're about to play for you. I'll play it at normal speed, then I'll play it slowed down, then we'll discuss what we heard. But this EVP was first shared on Art Bell's Coast to Coast on April 2nd, 2005.

• 27:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It was recorded by a group of paranormal investigators called the Ghost Investigator Society, G I S, during an investigation of the Odgen Exchange Building. I'm probably saying that town wrong in Odgen, Utah. This building first opened in 1931. It was used for business and commerce. And over time, the elaborate and ornate building fell into decay and disrepair. But it has been deemed a historical landmark, but it's currently sitting boarded up, waiting for repair. I couldn't find the exact date that this EVP was taken, but clearly before April 2nd, 2005, the G I S group visited this building for an investigation.

• 27:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Two of the members, Brendan Cook and Barbara McKeith, are the people who went on Coast to Coast with Art Bell and shared this. And Cook recalled that the group had been recording on the upper levels for quite some time. His battery on his laptop was getting low, so he decided to go downstairs to one of these office spaces that had an outlet that he could charge his laptop in. He plugged it in and set it on a shelf and left it to record. And keep in mind, this building, when they're there, is abandoned. So like, maybe there's like desks and like, like some office type things left behind.

• 28:30Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 28:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Water is not working. There's not really a ton of office supplies. There's no, no one else around.

• 28:38Corinne Vien?

  There's just not enough.

• 28:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's abandoned.

• 28:41Corinne Vien?

  For what is captured.

• 28:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes. Leaves his laptop recording on a shelf. And he goes, walks out of the room to rejoin the group. So the entire group is elsewhere in the building. No one is in this office room. The recording is silent for seven minutes. Oh, well, okay, so it wasn't until after the investigation that Brendan Cook listened back to this recording. It's silent for seven minutes. We won't listen to the seven minutes of silence, don't worry. But after those seven minutes, he discovered the most haunting EVP. Again, no one was in or near this room at the time. There were no children present in the investigation or the building. And there was- Absolutely no water in this room, let alone in the building. There was no running water in the building, period.

• 29:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So now I will play the EVP at normal speed and we'll discuss and I'll play it again.

• 30:33Corinne Vien?

I want to go home, except I am home.

• 30:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Isn't that?

• 30:37Corinne Vien?

What the fuck is that? Okay, wait, you know what? I know you gave all the context and everything about like the building and murder and things like that. But the entire time, my brain was just envisioning like that this is somewhere, whether you want to say it's heaven or hell, but like somewhere that like these other beings and entities are. Like I was almost picturing this like big ornate like chapel with like an indoor pool, like a bath house.

• 31:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, you want a bath house?

• 31:06Corinne Vien?

I was picturing a bath house with like, like basically like angels, like talking and like arguing together.

• 31:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I wish that were the case.

• 31:14Corinne Vien?

Because angels are also really scary sometimes.

• 31:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

They are. What do you like from that? Do you want to play the slowed down version and then we'll discuss?

• 31:22Corinne Vien?

Yeah, yeah, because I couldn't. Can you actually make out what people are saying?

• 31:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I can. So the slowed down version, I pulled out like the specific moments that there is.

• 31:32Corinne Vien?

  Talking.

• 31:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Talking.

• 31:33Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 31:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The water is the craziest thing to me.

• 31:53Corinne Vien?

  The water is so clear.

• 31:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Do you hear anything?

• 31:55Corinne Vien?

I thought the, well, you can't make out what the male voice is saying. The like, if you can call it male.

• 32:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's demonic.

• 32:02Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 32:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 32:03Corinne Vien?

But the female voice sounded like it was saying, I can't breathe, can't breathe, can't breathe.

• 32:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That's exactly what people hear. And again, like, people don't know any of the context of like who these spirits are, but they believe they are hearing a child being drowned.

• 32:24Corinne Vien?

My god, my heart is like racing listening to that. It feels wrong.

• 32:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  So.

• 32:29Corinne Vien?

  Oh, my god.

• 32:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

In the Art Bell conversation on Coast to Coast, they all discuss, and what they believe they heard was a child crying out, I can't breathe, multiple times. Then there's this menacing darker, deeper voice saying, people don't know, like, a couple of people on Reddit were theorizing, and some were saying, I hear murder. Either way, it's like a really dark, almost like demonic sounding voice. It's not pleasant. And then there's splashing of water, which is what leads them to believe, like, they can't breathe, like, is someone drowning a child and they're saying, I can't breathe? The splashing of the water is truly, because there's no water in this building. And also, never at any point.

• 33:12Corinne Vien?

It's so clear. It's like someone's sitting next to a pool.

• 33:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 33:15Corinne Vien?

But it sounds like an indoor pool. Like, it sounds like you can hear the echoes. It's like when you go to, like, swim laps at, like, the gym's pool.

• 33:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. It does very much sound like a pool.

• 33:25Corinne Vien?

  Hear.

• 33:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yes.

• 33:27Corinne Vien?

The sound reverberating off of the walls and the ceiling.

• 33:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

There was no water in this building at the time. So this is not like kids messing around, splashing on the water. And even if it were, like, that doesn't sound like this exists in our realm. This is something that is like either residual or just like, I hope it's residual, to be honest. Like, I hope it's just like weird leftover, like, energy. But there was never at any point.

• 33:51Corinne Vien?

  A water?

• 33:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

A pool like that. There was a well in the basement. But this is an office.

• 33:56Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 33:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

In, like, Commerce Building. Maybe there was like a bath or something, I don't know, in someone, in one of the offices.

• 34:05Corinne Vien?

Because it is, like, this. Splashing is kind of slow, like it doesn't sound like someone's like thrashing for their life in it. But also the voice saying can't breathe already sounds really defeated.

• 34:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 34:19Corinne Vien?

  Like really weak.

• 34:20Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right. It almost sounds like you're hearing the thoughts of the child as they're being drowned. Because

• 34:28Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 34:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

If you're not to get into like the really gruesome details, but like, yeah, like as they're fading away in that residual moment. I want to put that audio into the different like editing softwares we have.

• 34:41Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 34:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And see if we can make out what the darker voice is saying.

• 34:46Corinne Vien?

Okay, well, let's listen to, I'll play the slow down version again, so that everyone can really listen now that we've talked about it. It sounds like the child is saying, I can't breathe multiple times. Then you hear the demonic voice and then you hear the water splashing.

• 35:19Corinne Vien?

Oh, you know what? It just made me think.

• 35:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  What?

• 35:22Corinne Vien?

Kind of like what you were saying with like, it could be the child's thoughts. The, what if the demonic voice isn't a like truly demonic voice at all? Like what if this is? The child's like memory, like you're seeing their vision as they're losing oxygen and they're saying can't breathe. And it sounds like it's echoing and then all the voices get distorted and low and stuff. And it's just like you hear the water splashing around you as you're losing consciousness. Just because I have fainted many times and like

• 35:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And you have that like

• 35:50Corinne Vien?

  Distort.

• 35:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Distorted, yeah.

• 35:51Corinne Vien?

As, as you start going down.

• 35:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I mean, I prefer that over a demon. I mean,

• 35:57Corinne Vien?

The whole situation is terrible. Either witnessing someone drown or drowning them. Yeah. You can say that they are pretty. Demonic anyway.

• 36:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  That's true.

• 36:04Corinne Vien?

  But.

• 36:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Isn't that, isn't that like?

• 36:07Corinne Vien?

That's wild. I would never go back there. Like, that is so scary.

• 36:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's a full minute long EVP.

• 36:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Hold on to your clavicle. Clutch your clavicle.

• 36:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  So that, that was.

• 36:23Corinne Vien?

  That is really terrifying.

• 36:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 36:25Corinne Vien?

I'm with you on that's, the water piece is just like.

• 36:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 36:30Corinne Vien?

That adds so much to it.

• 36:31Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So much. And I don't think I've ever heard like an EVP like that.

• 36:35Corinne Vien?

  No.

• 36:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's usually just a voice.

• 36:38Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 36:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But it really does make me feel like, it almost puts into perspective a residual haunting in a different way where it's like, even if everything has changed about a space, the residual energy like lives there. Like that means like the space that it was back at the time of the incident.

• 36:58Corinne Vien?

  Mm hmm.

• 36:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Still exists.

• 37:00Corinne Vien?

  Hmm.

• 37:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Ah, okay. I promise my next one's a little bit more uplifting. Well, it's not like necessarily uplifting, but it did, it made me chuckle.

• 37:09Corinne Vien?

What a hard pivot for potentially hearing a child drown.

• 37:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, sorry. This EVP was posted one year ago on Again, Reddit Goes by someone named QuailMaine9957. And it was titled Caught An EVP, Do You Hear What I Hear?

• 37:24Corinne Vien?

Do you hear what I hear?

• 37:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

As context, it was recorded at the Martha Washington Inn in the ballroom. I hear something very clear, but I couldn't really, so I'll play it.

• 37:39Corinne Vien?

  Okay.

• 37:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And on Reddit, this is like a video of them sitting in the ballroom replaying the audio on the recorder.

• 37:49Corinne Vien?

  Hmm.

• 37:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But this is, I'm just playing the audio for everyone.

• 38:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I cannot make out what is being said.

• 38:05Corinne Vien?

Okay. In the next, here, I'll play it again. So I tried to remove like background noise to try to make it a little bit clearer. Let's see.

• 38:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Get down from there?

• 38:24Corinne Vien?

I hear, "Get down from there, go something, something like the other way," or something like that.

• 38:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, I heard "go away" for the second one, but it's like "go away something." Like, there's pieces of it that I can't hear.

• 38:34Corinne Vien?

Okay, so I vote "get down from there, go the other way."

• 38:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I heard, clear as day, "Jake's an asshole."

• 38:43Corinne Vien?

  Wow, what a different interpretation.

• 38:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And the hard thing is that, so I don't like post or comment on Reddit, I kind of just lurk, so I don't know if this is a normal thing, but people who were trying to post what they heard, like, it kept getting deleted. So I do think, like, people were hearing a curse word.

• 39:00Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 39:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Um, but-

• 39:02Corinne Vien?

  Wait, now play it again?

• 39:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 39:04Corinne Vien?

So I can try to hear yours.

• 39:15Corinne Vien?

I'm having the, like, Yanni Laurel thing, where, like, the first time I heard what you heard, and then the second time, it, like, went back to what I was hearing.

• 39:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That, uh, because I don't hear "get down from there," but I think also because I, like, have listened to this so many times.

• 39:26Corinne Vien?

Yeah, you have in your mind what you heard.

• 39:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But yeah, so let us know what you think. I don't know what the original poster's name is.

• 39:32Corinne Vien?

  Hmm.

• 39:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But I, but of course, like, in my mind, I created a whole story of, like, what if his name is Jake, and he pissed off the ghost? Jake's an asshole, go away.

• 39:45Corinne Vien?

Mary Washington is back from the dead.

• 39:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, pissed at Jake.

• 39:49Corinne Vien?

Get the fuck out of my hotel.

• 39:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Whoever Jake is, seems like the spirit does not like him.

• 39:55Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 39:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But then it does sound like "go away something," like here. Let's move it again.

• 40:09Corinne Vien?

It's hard. The second words, like I'm not committed to go the other way, but I'm committed to go. Go something, something.

• 40:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, you did hear away and I heard away. We both heard go.

• 40:20Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, I don't know.

• 40:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  But.

• 40:22Corinne Vien?

Will you play it one more time?

• 40:23Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, yeah.

• 40:24Corinne Vien?

  I really want to know.

• 40:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That's the hard thing about this. It's like we can't have confirmation.

• 40:33Corinne Vien?

  Or like go get gray.

• 40:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, interesting. Okay.

• 40:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Go get Chris.

• 40:44Corinne Vien?

It kind of does feel like go get and then. I don't know. What do other people think?

• 40:48Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Jake's an asshole. Go get Chris.

• 40:50Corinne Vien?

  Go get Chris.

• 40:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I mean, I also didn't do a ton of research into the history of the Martha Washington Inn and like the hauntings and stuff. So like, maybe that means I had to do another episode and see if there are people named Jake and Chris in that story. Maybe one of you know. Anyway, let us know what you hear. That like, the whole point of this is we want to hear what you hear too.

• 41:09Corinne Vien?

Right. And that's the hard part about EVPs. It's like you don't get to interview the person who said something and you're like, wait, come again? What did you say? What was this? Didn't catch it.

• 41:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Exactly. And then sometimes when you listen to them over and over, you start to like hear random things.

• 41:23Corinne Vien?

  Something else. Yeah.

• 41:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 41:25Corinne Vien?

I have an EVP that I'll play at the very end from a listener. Where what she heard, like now when I listen to it, I feel like I hear what she hears. But the first time I listened to it without reading what she interpreted, I heard something else.

• 41:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 41:37Corinne Vien?

So I'll share that at the end.

• 41:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That was the thing is like, I was trying to not read what people heard before I listened.

• 41:44Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 41:45Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But it's hard. And then also, I don't know if other people have this, but like, looking at my computer screen while listening is actually more distracting. Like, I feel like I need to like, close my eyes to listen.

• 41:55Corinne Vien?

And that's why I was going like this. Yeah, I know this is a video podcast and that probably wasn't the best. Stare at the ceiling.

• 42:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Um, how do you listen to EVPs? Okay, so this next one was posted nine years ago by the user Jack underscore Shid in Reddit Paranormal Forum in response to a poster who asked, "Anyone who has captured their own EVP recordings, can you share them?" Jack posted this EVP with no context beyond saying, "This was recorded outdoors in a park. I am a 49-year-old male with a very deep voice. There wasn't anyone around for miles from where I was. I was completely alone." After various responses, Jack did then post an update, but I'll share that after we play it. Okay, so this is the normal speed.

• 42:52Corinne Vien?

  Coming back?

• 42:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right, it sounds like something coming back.

• 42:54Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, he's coming back.

• 42:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, now slowed down and isolated. I like how I'm using like isolated as like a techie term, but I don't know what the fuck I did. I just said like, "Clean up this audio."

• 43:20Corinne Vien?

I hear fuck and then a cough. He's coming back.

• 43:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, interesting.

• 43:26Corinne Vien?

  Like, fuck, he's coming back.

• 43:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I definitely hear somewhat like something coming back. Okay, so Jack updated the post twice. So he first added that he wasn't claiming it was a ghost for sure, but it was unexplained, and he was very much alone when he got this recording. His second update was this. He shared that the location where this was recorded was a dairy ranch in the late 1800s to the early 1900s. History says the rancher was having an affair, and the rancher's wife killed him and his mistress and then took her own life. The recording that he captured was taken in the place where this farmhouse once stood.

• 44:17Corinne Vien?

  Oh dang.

• 44:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

A lot of people on Reddit seem to think it sounded like a younger male saying, I don't think he's coming back. Others heard, she's coming back. And then the original poster, Jack heard, hello, hang on, someone's coming back. So again, I'll play it.

• 44:44Corinne Vien?

Yeah, that's interesting because like when I was thinking that I was hearing the cough, it was to me like a second person coughing.

• 44:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Interesting.

• 44:53Corinne Vien?

Like the one person says fuck, like person A says fuck, in my mind.

• 44:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 44:57Corinne Vien?

Person B coughs and then person A said, he's coming back or she's coming back or something.

• 45:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Interesting. Okay, let's play.

• 45:04Corinne Vien?

Which if it was the like affair or something and then the mistress saying something, he's coughing and then she's coming back.

• 45:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Coming back. Yeah. Interesting.

• 45:17Corinne Vien?

Like it's like almost like a clearing of the throat, I think.

• 45:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Or like Adam, what's his name, Adam?

• 45:22Corinne Vien?

You're pulling a lot of names.

• 45:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. I mean, I definitely hear coming back.

• 45:27Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 45:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Which, yeah, like you're saying, it could be like the moment of like, oh shit, she's coming back.

• 45:31Corinne Vien?

  Mm hmm.

• 45:32Sabrina Deana-Roga?

What do you hear? It's so hard, but it's also very, very fun.

• 45:37Corinne Vien?

  I know.

• 45:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Ah, okay.

• 45:39Corinne Vien?

I could do this all day.

• 45:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I know. Okay. Well, the next one. So I tried to keep this like mostly EVPs so that everyone who's listening to can, can play along and hear and not be like, oh my God, every single one of these is a video that I have to see.

• 45:51Corinne Vien?

I wasn't as nice for listeners at the end.

• 45:54Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I tried to be nice, but this, there was one that I was like, okay, this is a video I need to play. So this is for those of you who love Gettysburg and Ghost caught on camera. This was pretty much mentioned on every single Reddit thread where I was, where people were asking like, what's the most convincing piece of evidence? It was also all over YouTube and the internet. So people have probably seen this, but as context, back in 2001, a family was in Gettysburg on a Civil War battlefield tour. I'm not really sure of much more context, but in this video, it sounds like there are two people in the family sitting out in a field in Gettysburg at night, and they caught something very strange at the edge of the woods. I'll play it and then we can discuss, and I do recommend coming over to YouTube to

• 46:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

watch this, but if you don't, we will put it on social media so you can see it there. But if you're listening, you can also hear the commentary of the two people.

• 46:53Speaker 03

  It's moving there. Now there's a motorcycle.

• 46:58Speaker 04

I don't see nothing down there.

• 47:01Speaker 04

  Can't be the motorcycles, honey.

• 47:07Speaker 04

There's another scarlet. You see what else there is?

• 47:12Speaker 03

  What is that?

• 47:14Speaker 04

  Tree.

• 47:15Speaker 03

  No. You've moved it. Right?

• 47:21Speaker 03

Right there. See? Look. There's nobody there.

• 47:30Speaker 03

  Look.

• 47:32Speaker 03

  Isn't it those people?

• 47:34Speaker 04

  Can't be.

• 47:35Speaker 03

  There's no more.

• 47:35Speaker 04

  Not up in the trees.

• 47:38Speaker 03

There's nobody down there no more. See?

• 47:43Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The fact that there's a kid too in there, like making commentary. I have seen this before. It shows people, like it appears that they're like marching back and forth, but when they go forth, it looks like they're up on like a ledge, like a different level. Yeah, but it almost looks like they're ducking under, so there's a rock in the video on the like left side of the frame, and it almost looks like, the idea is that perhaps it's like the Gettysburg soldiers and the spirits, like repeating like a march or movement of some type of thing that they did, and it reminds me a lot of like the Hawaiian night marchers. But there's a rock at the bottom left of the frame, and it almost looks like there are multiple beings.

• 48:21Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Ducking under something, turning around, going right, and that's where they like stand it back up, which is why they're taller.

• 48:29Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 48:30Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And they're like going through like a march and it almost makes me think like, was there a tree there and they had to like duck under a branch?

• 48:35Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 48:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And go around it to do their.

• 48:38Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 48:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  To go on their path.

• 48:39Corinne Vien?

Either way, it's still like distorted because you can hear the guy in the video saying like up in the trees because like.

• 48:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 48:45Corinne Vien?

  Right now.

• 48:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 48:46Corinne Vien?

The way that the terrain is, is it's just trees.

• 48:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And fly.

• 48:50Corinne Vien?

So like when you see them coming back, like they're suddenly like.

• 48:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Higher up.

• 48:54Corinne Vien?

  Eight feet in the air.

• 48:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 48:55Corinne Vien?

  Appearing to walk back.

• 48:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 48:57Corinne Vien?

  It's wild.

• 48:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And.

• 48:58Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 48:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And I can't tell if it's like.

• 49:00Corinne Vien?

Gettysburg is like, you could do 400 episodes on Gettysburg.

• 49:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We should do at least one because I feel.

• 49:06Corinne Vien?

  Have we never done one?

• 49:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We covered it briefly with um National Park.

• 49:10Corinne Vien?

  National Park, yeah.

• 49:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But we haven't really dug into it because I think it's overwhelming. There's so many places.

• 49:18Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 49:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And it's not just the battlefield, like Gettysburg is a whole entire town. You can like every historic building has its own story and haunting.

• 49:26Corinne Vien?

There's so, oh yeah. My friend Greg, oh, sorry, I was gonna say my friend Greg has also experienced a bunch that I think like we've read his email.

• 49:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 49:36Corinne Vien?

Which just reminded me, I owe him a text back too.

• 49:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

How many unread are you at right now?

• 49:41Corinne Vien?

I'll tell you, but it's not truly how many have not been responded to because I did the.

• 49:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  The mark is unread.

• 49:46Corinne Vien?

The, I marked everything as read when I got overwhelmed. It says I have 70, but the true answer is probably like 200.

• 49:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah. But since you last marked all as read.

• 49:56Corinne Vien?

  Since I last marked, yep.

• 49:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Let's see, how many do I have?

• 50:00Corinne Vien?

I'll never feel bad about myself.

• 50:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I have 96.

• 50:02Corinne Vien?

For unread, that's a lot for you.

• 50:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  And I don't have a child, so.

• 50:07Corinne Vien?

  So.

• 50:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Our friend Chase has like thousands though.

• 50:10Corinne Vien?

  I know.

• 50:10Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I don't feel that bad because.

• 50:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Chase has more.

• 50:15Corinne Vien?

He also has thousands of friends, so that makes sense.

• 50:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And works in like the entertainment business and is like on the go all the time.

• 50:23Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 50:25Speaker 05

What's it take to be a mentor with big brothers, big sisters? It takes 30 minutes and a cup of coffee, a video game, best two out of three. It takes sharing thumbs up emojis, clapping emojis, and loaded nachos at halftime. That's how you make an impact on a young kid's life. So go on, share a few hours a month, because mentorship may sound huge, but the truth is, it takes little to be big. To learn more, volunteer or donate, go to bebignow.org.

• 51:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, the last piece of evidence I have, well, I guess it has like multiple pieces of evidence in this, is from one of the most haunted places. Like if you Google the most haunted places in the United States, this is on every single list. It is a place that you and I have talked about on the podcast, early days.

• 52:01Corinne Vien?

  Ooh.

• 52:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It is the Sally House.

• 52:04Corinne Vien?

  Oh.

• 52:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So one of like my tactics when I was searching for evidence was I wanted to find like generic evidence, like I kind of like everything I've shared before this. But then after the Gettysburg video, I was like, oh, like, let me look up specific haunted places. Because, you know, Waverly Hills, people get countless pieces of evidence. The Queen Mary, people get countless pieces of evidence. And then I searched the Sally House and I found this and I was like, yes, please. So the Sally House is in Atchison, Kansas. Sorry if I said that wrong. And I initially covered it on episode seven.

• 52:33Corinne Vien?

I was gonna say, I remember you covering it.

• 52:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, early days.

• 52:36Corinne Vien?

I get the Sally House and the Whaley House confused sometimes. Like, I don't actually remember what happened separately in either of them.

• 52:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Because the Whaley House is like a family living there. The Sally House... It's pretty tragic.

• 52:49Corinne Vien?

  Axes, right?

• 52:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  No.

• 52:51Corinne Vien?

  The martyrs?

• 52:52Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Uh, deaths. I'll, I'll give you context.

• 52:55Corinne Vien?

  Okay, I can't remember.

• 52:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

That's why I was like, I'm just gonna give a brief context and not go too in depth. But if you wanna listen to that whole episode, it's episode seven. It is an infamously haunted house. It became well-known in the early 1990s when a young couple, Tony and Deborah Pickman, moved in. And almost immediately, they started to experience hauntings. They were like very benign at first, just like doors opening, closing, lights turning on and off. Small things, objects moving on their own. But then they very quickly escalated and they became terrorized by an entity that they started nicknaming Sally. It escalated to physical attacks specifically targeted Tony, the husband. And through investigation and research, people have come to believe that the spirit is of a young girl named Sally,

• 53:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

who died during a surgery performed by the original owner of the home, Dr. Charles Finney, that she had a bad case of appendicitis. He tried to perform surgery on her, like the family brought this girl over like late in the night. He tried to perform surgery on her on like the dining room table. Unfortunately, she passed away. There are no records of this girl Sally, but based on like paranormal investigations and conversations with this spirit, people believe it's a little girl named Sally. People bring toys to the house, but here's a twist. Why would a little girl be attacking a man? Why would this little girl be scratching and having demonic growling voices? And people believe that Sally is not a little girl at all, but a demon.

• 54:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

There's also like my belief, and I don't know if we talked about this in episode seven, but I feel like the little girl spirit probably does exist, cuz there are moments of like childlike, like playfulness.

• 54:35Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 54:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But then there's something evil that has come into that space. Cuz there were a lot of like medical perform, like things happening there.

• 54:43Corinne Vien?

  Right, yeah.

• 54:44Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Unknown history, but like was it such a traumatic death that it opened up the space for a demonic entity? And then also the amount of people and people, like energy that has been like thrown onto this house in the years.

• 54:56Corinne Vien?

Right, yeah, that's right. I was thinking too.

• 54:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Maybe something's bestered.

• 54:59Corinne Vien?

A lot of things could start out as something and then evolve to something else, just given how much

• 55:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Right.

• 55:04Corinne Vien?

extra energy people are bringing in and putting towards home.

• 55:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Exactly. So this brings us to our evidence. That's just like tiny background. Basically, over the years, so many people now have gone to investigate, do paranormal investigations. There have been a lot of EVPs, a lot of photos of people being like physically attacked and getting like marks on their body. And this brings us to 2012, Live Sci-Fi investigated the Sally House. And this is a team of investigators led by Tim Wood that conduct live interactive paranormal investigations with spirit communication, Ouija boards, rituals, all to verify and document not paranormal activity, demonic activity.

• 55:48Corinne Vien?

  Shit.

• 55:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And I think Tim Wood and Live Sci-Fi have like tons of reality TV shows and like paranormal shows.

• 55:54Corinne Vien?

Yeah. Whenever we're about to like see or hear something that is thought to be demonic, it always crosses my mind, like, should we not be listening to this? Is this summoning it?

• 56:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And I give you no choice. I think we set intentions. I probably shouldn't have said this in the beginning of the episode. Maybe don't listen while driving. I don't think this episode will be haunted.

• 56:12Corinne Vien?

I feel like it won't be.

• 56:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I'm being so fun about it. Like, I'm, we're just

• 56:16Corinne Vien?

  Just fun gals.

• 56:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Two ghouls sitting and talking, ghost stories and girl talk. Call back to when we said we weren't going to say the name of that YouTube video channel.

• 56:27Corinne Vien?

  The traitors.

• 56:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The traitors. Okay, so this group, no surprise, went to investigate the Sally House in April of 2012. This video was posted on YouTube on January 4th, 2013, and I'm only pulling like two pieces of evidence from that clip. There's a link to the original video in the show notes if you want to watch the whole thing. There are some really scary EVPs that were recorded while in the Sally House, specifically in the basement. But they did catch a lot of different other EVPs. Some of them were using the Frank's box, and I feel like playing Frank's box or spirit box tapes on audio is really like disorienting. So I chose the non-Frank's box ones. Oh, I did put a disclaimer here.

• 57:13Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The following clips are believed to contain the voice of a demonic presence.

• 57:17Corinne Vien?

  Listen with caution.

• 57:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Or don't listen if you're too scared. Chicken shit. Fighting words. Ah, the first one was recorded in the basement of the Sally house. It is immediately after the investigator asked, "Do you believe in God?" And I'll play the response that they got.

• 57:51Corinne Vien?

I hear, "He's up, up there."

• 57:53Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, okay. I hear "No help there."

• 57:56Corinne Vien?

Oh, okay. Will you play it again?

• 57:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 58:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Or "Not up there."

• 58:06Corinne Vien?

  "He's not up there."

• 58:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

"He's not up there." "He's down here." But it's interesting because it's like in response to, "Do you believe in God?"

• 58:14Corinne Vien?

  Mm-hmm.

• 58:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The "No help there" makes sense in the context of like, haha, good luck. Like you think he's gonna help you.

• 58:21Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 58:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But also "Not up there" also makes sense.

• 58:24Corinne Vien?

  Yep.

• 58:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It is mocking the idea. Either way, it feels like it's mocking

• 58:28Corinne Vien?

  Right.

• 58:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  the idea of God.

• 58:29Corinne Vien?

Yeah. It feels like, okay, well, if he does exist, he's so far away from you and I right here.

• 58:35Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 58:35Corinne Vien?

  Right now.

• 58:36Sabrina Deana-Roga?

You and I, buddy, alone in the basement.

• 58:39Corinne Vien?

  Clutching my sweatshirt.

• 58:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Clutch your clavicle again, Stan.

• 58:42Corinne Vien?

Clutch your clavicle. I had to fix his bones. They were coming apart.

• 58:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  I know.

• 58:46Corinne Vien?

Snapped them back together. We've said it before, but one time, he had a full body. He was sitting here. Doors were closed. Came in a couple of months later.

• 58:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  He had been dismembered.

• 58:56Corinne Vien?

  Yes, he had.

• 58:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Maybe he's like, "Hey, you guys, I'm supposed to be a ghost, not a skeleton. You're misrepresenting my body."

• 59:03Corinne Vien?

Or he's like, "I don't want to live here. Let me, let me give my other half to Sabrina. She can bring it home with her."

• 59:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, so now the second EVP also took place in the basement. In the EVP, you'll hear the investigator ask, "Is this how you show up, by inflicting pain?" And then this is what?

• 59:21Speaker 06

Is this how you show up, by inflicting pain?

• 59:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Right now, I'm hearing something very different than I heard last time.

• 59:41Corinne Vien?

I kinda don't think it's an EVP. I think it's just a noise, but if I was the whisper, forced to declare this a voice, I would say it's a yethink.

• 59:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay, I heard sick.

• 59:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  But now I'm hearing sexy.

• 1:00:00Corinne Vien?

  I still hear yethink, yethink.

• 1:00:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I also heard Nick, but I think I was like hearing like-

• 1:00:06Corinne Vien?

You keep pulling names. Every single EVP is like-

• 1:00:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

We both are hearing ick, like an ick.

• 1:00:10Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 1:00:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Like you said, think, sick, Nick, like-

• 1:00:13Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, there's like a-

• 1:00:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  There's something with a K.

• 1:00:15Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 1:00:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But then at the end of the video, I was curious, because I was like, was there a Nick on the investigation? Or did it say neck or something, you know? Because at the end of the video, they show a photo. As they're wrapping up the investigation, an investigator felt, and again, like they never say the name of the investigator, just says like, "An investigator felt a burning sensation on his neck." And then in the video, they show a photo. And it's like very clearly three scratch marks down the back of his neck. And they're like very, very red and clear. And I was like, is there a connection? Or am I trying to find a connection when there is none? But yeah, they contacted a dark entity in the basement of the Sally House.

• 1:01:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Makes me think of when we were at the Lizzie Borden house. And what was the entity's name? Who kept calling us sluts? Carl?

• 1:01:09Corinne Vien?

  Oh, yeah, Carl.

• 1:01:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 1:01:11Corinne Vien?

Well, he didn't declare himself Carl. How the, the people working there called him Carl.

• 1:01:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, because he's not a real human entity. He's like a-

• 1:01:21Corinne Vien?

  No.

• 1:01:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Not as a demonic, but like something, something that was created from all the other energy.

• 1:01:27Corinne Vien?

Chaos. I think one of the most fun moments for me at the Lizzie Borden house was, so we were like downstairs. It was scary. Carl kept calling us sluts. And then we like moved locations and then finally closer to the end of the night when we were up in that in the like third floor hanging out with the kids. And it was so great and they were so interactive and they were like calling out things like reading good night moon and they were saying like knight and horse and snake and like all the things we were playing with. And then suddenly they were like door, he's coming right there. Look, don't go. And then all of a sudden it was like sluts sluts. And we're like, god damn it, Carl found us.

• 1:02:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Gotta ruin our fun time with the kids.

• 1:02:04Corinne Vien?

He came all the way up from the basement.

• 1:02:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  To call us sluts.

• 1:02:07Corinne Vien?

He had to go like three or four flights of stairs just to call us sluts.

• 1:02:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Thanks Carl.

• 1:02:11Corinne Vien?

Calm as you see him, Carl.

• 1:02:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Actually, you know what? I got hit on the other night.

• 1:02:16Corinne Vien?

You did? Why am I saying you did? Like, I'm not surprised.

• 1:02:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Well, okay, so I it was Valentine's Day and.

• 1:02:23Corinne Vien?

Wow, what a romantic day to be hit on.

• 1:02:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I decided, well, okay, so I'm trying to be like.

• 1:02:27Corinne Vien?

Wait, did you go to a club? I meant to ask you this.

• 1:02:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Okay, so I'm trying to be more fun and like.

• 1:02:32Corinne Vien?

I thought I was hallucinating when I saw your Instagram story.

• 1:02:34Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I literally, I literally, let me tell you. So I, so my friend Madison and a bunch of her girlfriends were gonna go to La Fabbrica in Cambridge for Valentine's Day. Like, they're like, oh, like, it's a fun Latin, like, club. Let's go drink and dance. Then I go, okay, what time are we meeting? And Madison's like, I think we're gonna go there at 10:00 PM. I nearly lost my shit. And Madison's like, please come, like, you can't back out. And I was like, I need to.

• 1:03:03Corinne Vien?

  10:00 PM.

• 1:03:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Like, 10:00 PM is so late.

• 1:03:05Corinne Vien?

Well, then it might be over 7 to start pre-gaming. Cause if I'm not already out of the house, then it's not gonna, I'm not gonna get there.

• 1:03:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Exactly my point. So they're like, okay, we're going to meet at this girl's house who lived in Cambridge at 9:00 PM.

• 1:03:18Corinne Vien?

  That's so late.

• 1:03:19Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's so late. I got ready at 7:00. I was ready by 7:30 and I was like, if I have to sit here for another two and a half hours before we go out, I will not make it out.

• 1:03:29Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 1:03:29Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I decided, you know what? I, I'm gonna go get myself a cocktail at a bar down the street from where we're in.

• 1:03:36Corinne Vien?

Oh, I love that. That's so great.

• 1:03:38Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I walked to this place in Cambridge and I sat at the bar, got a massive thing of nachos and ordered a 818 tequila on the rocks. And I just sat there and I listened to an audio book.

• 1:03:49Corinne Vien?

Perfect pregame for your Latin club.

• 1:03:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Exactly. And I listened to Jeanette McCurdy's new audiobook.

• 1:03:56Corinne Vien?

Oh, I haven't, I loved her first one.

• 1:03:58Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  So this is a fiction.

• 1:04:00Corinne Vien?

  It's a fiction?

• 1:04:01Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I was, I went into it thinking full on it was gonna be a memoir and it is fiction. It's like a, it's called Half His Age and it's a kinda sexy but sad, disturbing novel.

• 1:04:11Corinne Vien?

Well, it's probably like fiction, but very much.

• 1:04:14Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Probably inspired by some things.

• 1:04:15Corinne Vien?

Inspired by some things in her life and probably a lot of what she saw.

• 1:04:17Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Cause I listened to, I'm glad my mother is dead before listening to this one.

• 1:04:21Corinne Vien?

Yeah. Is her writing style very similar?

• 1:04:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I think that's why I was confused. But yes, it's fiction. I was sitting at the bar, listening to it and just enjoying my nachos. Curling was on because it's the Olympics on the TV in front of me. Madison finally texts me at 9pm. It's like, we're almost at my friend's. And I was like, oh my God, like this is crazy. I can't believe I'm still awake. But so I'm like, okay, I'm gonna close out. I ask for my check and I pay it. And then all of a sudden I feel someone behind me. This man.

• 1:04:53Corinne Vien?

  An entity.

• 1:04:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  This presence, unwelcome entity.

• 1:04:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I was like, ah, what do you want from me? But he hit on me. It was like, hey, I just wanted to come over and say like, you're really beautiful. You like my male voice?

• 1:05:09Corinne Vien?

  I love walking, eating nachos.

• 1:05:11Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, drooling.

• 1:05:15Sabrina Deana-Roga?

No, he was very kind. It was a very kind interaction. It was flattering. But I was like, I am not, I'm so, like, thank you, but I have no interest in dating. Have a great night. And then the table behind me, because this is Valentine's Day.

• 1:05:31Corinne Vien?

Right. And also like you're alone, getting a cocktail, a little something, like, you know, other guys who have interests are probably like, oh, this is.

• 1:05:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  A single lady.

• 1:05:40Corinne Vien?

This is a like, great, like she's out, she's maybe curious about other people.

• 1:05:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Outside of my apartment does not mean I want your attention.

• 1:05:48Corinne Vien?

But it was on a particular day.

• 1:05:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yes, fair. But okay, so then the couple behind me approached me and they're like, oh, what you just hit on? And they were like, we haven't been out in eight months. We had a kid and this is our first date night out and you just made our night. So exciting.

• 1:06:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

And I was like, I'm so happy to entertain. I'm so glad I could be your entertainment. But yeah. Did it make you feel good? Did it give you a little bit of energy before your Latin club experience? Um, no. I mean, of course, it's like flattering, but like I'm not like, I am in the phase of my breakup where I have no desire to date. Like I am like so emotionally still like attached in that way that Yeah. like I couldn't do that and I don't want to. I'm focusing on me, baby. Going to eat my nachos while listening to books on audio. Um, but then we went to La Fabrika and I left within 10 minutes because it was too late.

• 1:06:46Sabrina Deana-Roga?

So I took a video of our feet dancing. And I will say, it's one thing, like someone approaching you at the bar, I'm less bothered by because it was a casual, like, like people weren't getting drunk and rowdy. The men at La Fabrika were like predators. Oh, really? You would be dancing. And keep in mind, I was, I was there maybe 20 minutes. Madison said she was proud of me. But like you, we, it was like eight of us girls. We're all like dancing, doing our thing. And it was like a horror movie. You would see a man like at the bar staring at you. You'd look away, you keep dancing. Next time you look back, he's three feet closer.

• 1:07:25Sabrina Deana-Roga?

You look away, you look back, he's like now behind you. It's like, like when a cat is like lurking, like hunting. Yeah. Do you hear a ringing right now? Yeah, I thought it was just my ears. No, I was just making sure that I, I, we both were hearing it. It wasn't like a psychic hit. Because now I'm obviously a psychic. No, I'm not. Oh, you know what? There are people working in my basement. It might be like a drill or something. Yeah. There's always people in my basement. That's true. Also, can I just say like one thing, which is because I got a lot of responses on Instagram when we had the snowstorm, which was now like a month ago in Boston. We had like, I don't know. Two feet of snow? Yeah, we got like, at my house, I got like 40 plus inches. Plowed by 40 inches.

• 1:08:09Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I got plowed by 40 inches over like a two week span.

• 1:08:13Corinne Vien?

When it was super cold and nothing was melting. We had one warm day and then I got like snap cold again. We got ice dams. So for everyone who's like, that's so magical. Oh, my gosh, I wish I was there. That's so beautiful. It makes me wish I lived back east again. We have to have someone come check every single exterior wall in our house for water damage because water was pouring inside of one of our rooms. And we have evidence in a couple more rooms because the ice froze on our roof, down the siding of our house and all in our gutters and then backed up and started going into our house. So I think I might have to move out of the house potentially if the water's like super bad. Cause they're gonna have to take apart the walls.

• 1:08:57Corinne Vien?

Just because something's pretty on the internet doesn't mean living it's so great.

• 1:09:02Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 1:09:03Corinne Vien?

  Do you have more?

• 1:09:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  No, that's it.

• 1:09:04Corinne Vien?

Okay, I have, I have evidence.

• 1:09:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's your turn.

• 1:09:07Corinne Vien?

This isn't my turn, like in terms of presenting evidence, but um.

• 1:09:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  From a listener.

• 1:09:13Corinne Vien?

Yes, I have two listener stories. This is from our listener Sarah, who has quite a few stories. Um, I'll read some of her other stories in a, in a different episode, but specifically wanted to share. It's a video, but you don't need to watch the video because really it's just an EVP.

• 1:09:28Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay.

• 1:09:29Corinne Vien?

From uh, the Vanderbilt mansion. Okay, it was the end of summer in 2016. I was on the final vacation of my farewell tour before college and Snapchat memories had just been released. My friend at the time, her family and I were spending the weekend in Newport, touring the old mansions and eating the best New England clam chowder. It was early in the morning and we had pulled up to the ticket line to purchase ground tours of the Vanderbilt mansion. I was in total awe and I told her I wanted to take a video of the grounds. I was super excited that I could take loads of photos and videos and not take up any of my phone's storage because of Snapchat. So the entire trip was documented thoroughly via Snapchat.

• 1:10:12Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Of course.

• 1:10:13Corinne Vien?

The day was wonderful. The tour was insane. The chowder was a-flowin'. And that night we went back to our hotel room and I was perusing my footage. When I got to the very bottom of the album and I clicked on the grounds video that I'd taken that morning. And I noticed a whisper during the last second of the video. I sat straight up in my bed, put my headphones in. That was a fucking whisper.

• 1:10:37Corinne Vien?

Luckily, my friend's dad is an audio engineer, and he immediately listened to the video to see if it truly was a separate sound from the wind, which he confirmed, and said that he couldn't even render the audio because the wind seemed to silence when the voice spoke.

• 1:10:49Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, ooh, that gives me the chilly feeling.

• 1:10:51Corinne Vien?

So here's the video. I also have a photo of a potential ghost, but I have no clue where it is. If I find it, I will add it. Stay tuned for the update. And then I'll tell you what Sarah heard after.

• 1:11:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah, after we listen.

• 1:11:05Corinne Vien?

  We listen. Okay, ready?

• 1:11:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Closing my eyes.

• 1:11:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Wait, will you play it again?

• 1:11:17Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 1:11:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I hear like deny or like.

• 1:11:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I hear deny and then episode. Like, there's a lot of words, but then like episode.

• 1:11:37Corinne Vien?

Oh, interesting. Okay, Sarah heard, "I died in this house."

• 1:11:41Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh.

• 1:11:42Corinne Vien?

  Let me replay it.

• 1:11:46Corinne Vien?

I, when I first listened, I heard, "I died for my sins."

• 1:11:50Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, shit.

• 1:11:51Corinne Vien?

And now, listening, I hear, "I'd die for this."

• 1:11:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Okay, play it again.

• 1:12:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The, I keep hearing like episode at the end.

• 1:12:06Corinne Vien?

  Or like deny for, okay.

• 1:12:16Corinne Vien?

  I wonder, okay.

• 1:12:16Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I die at the end of the episode. Spoiler. That's what I'm hearing.

• 1:12:21Corinne Vien?

Well, let us know what you guys hear. And that's from Sarah. I'll read some other stuff from Sarah another time.

• 1:12:26Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I mean, that is really spooky, just like, clearly, there's an entity right next to Sarah.

• 1:12:31Corinne Vien?

  Like, right there.

• 1:12:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

I mean, also, speaking of like, doing a whole episode about Gattie's Burg and like, how impossible that would be, because it's like, there's so many hauntings. I feel like the old houses of Newport, like, each house could have its own. Yeah, they're not houses, they're mansions. There are palaces. They're real.

• 1:12:50Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 1:12:51Sabrina Deana-Roga?

They, like, each of them could have their own episode because they have so much history. And also, like, there is a lot of history of, like, poor treatment of slaves and.

• 1:13:01Corinne Vien?

Yeah, even just like the staff members too.

• 1:13:05Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Exactly.

• 1:13:06Corinne Vien?

  It's wild.

• 1:13:07Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Bad things that happened there and just of course hauntings.

• 1:13:10Corinne Vien?

The Vanderbilt mansion, I went a couple of years ago and it is just crazy hearing how much money they spent and like knowing that they were outspending themselves and they were still like, whatever, I don't care. I'm trying to be flashy. Like that was, it was kind of wild.

• 1:13:24Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's crazy.

• 1:13:25Corinne Vien?

Um, okay. So I have another email to share. This is from our listener Annette. Hello, spooktacularly wonderful ladies. Wow, that was a hard word to spooktacularly.

• 1:13:37Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  It's a lot of syllables.

• 1:13:38Corinne Vien?

I was questioning myself as I was reading it.

• 1:13:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 1:13:40Corinne Vien?

I'm Annette. You can use my name because I don't give a fuck.

• 1:13:43Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Love that energy.

• 1:13:44Corinne Vien?

They're morbid and I have been hooked. I've always been able to feel what other people are feeling and over the years I figured that I am an empath and some people might think that that would be so awesome or whatever, but I don't think that. Some people I don't feel, some people I don't feel anything from until I've spent a lot of time with them. Most people though seem to be screaming with what they feel at me.

• 1:14:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh no.

• 1:14:08Corinne Vien?

It's so overwhelming. I need to be able to turn it off and have some kind of control. I cannot be in crowded places because of this and I feel it all comes at me and it's just all too much. And I will have panic attacks. I'll feel drained of energy and for the longest time I had horrible migraines. In 2015, I was referred to a neurologist when my left arm and hand went numb and the ER assured me that I wasn't having a stroke. I was diagnosed with MS, but luckily that man cared enough about my migraines to try me on different meds and finally a year ago, we found one that works.

• 1:14:42Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, good. I'm sorry.

• 1:14:43Corinne Vien?

I've never told anyone in my family about being an empath, so I'm sure my daughter who listens will have some questions when she hears this. They do know about this photo though. I shared it on Facebook a while back. This photo is of a cousin through marriage. We'll call him Jay. We hung out a lot and he would come stay with us or we would go visit my husband's grandparents and we would see, and we would see Jay there. The grandparents had custody of Jay and they were more like his parents until Mama Dee passed. She had cancer and lost the battle. It upset us all. She was such a wonderful lady. Even more upsetting was that Gramps then kicked Jay out like he was just this unwanted pest.

• 1:15:24Corinne Vien?

Even though my marriage into that family didn't last, he was still family and actually is family to my daughters. So I ended up taking him in. Now, this photo was taken over 20 years ago and shortly after Mama Dee had passed. We were just chilling in his aunt's house at her pool. Now, at the end of her time there, the meds that Dee was on made her face really puffy and swollen. When I snapped this photo, Jay was the only person in the pool. When I look back at the photos on the S D card, I cried. I freaked the fuck out. And then I cried again because I surely did not expect to see Dee in the pool behind him.

• 1:16:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, my gosh.

• 1:16:04Corinne Vien?

Lots of love and good energy from Annette.

• 1:16:08Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Oh, oh, oh, my gosh.

• 1:16:10Corinne Vien?

It is so clear, like she's just on the other side of the pool, like wandering around. Her hair looks wet, like she'd been underwater.

• 1:16:18Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, like, is she swimming in the pool?

• 1:16:20Corinne Vien?

  Yeah, she's just there swimming.

• 1:16:22Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Wait, this is wild.

• 1:16:24Corinne Vien?

She's still hanging out with the family and with her, like, essentially son.

• 1:16:27Sabrina Deana-Roga?

It's also interesting because like I can't tell if when you're looking at the photo, the face of the spirit is very white, like almost like a ghost white, you know?

• 1:16:38Corinne Vien?

  Yeah.

• 1:16:39Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But I can't tell if it's that's how she's appearing or if it's the light in the world that's also washing her out.

• 1:16:44Corinne Vien?

It kind of feels like exposure because like if you look at the left hand side of like the the water and then if you look at Jay, just like his chest where the sun is hitting him, it's like blown out.

• 1:16:56Sabrina Deana-Roga?

But it does make it even more haunting.

• 1:16:57Corinne Vien?

  It makes it more haunting.

• 1:16:59Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Yeah, damn. Wow. I love paranormal evidence.

• 1:17:04Corinne Vien?

  So wild.

• 1:17:06Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Juicy stuff. If you have your own paranormal evidence, please share it with us. Or if you have caught EVPs, we want, like, we want to hear them and we will do an encounters episode. I mean, we have, like, people have emailed us, but if you have not emailed us yet, this is your sign. The universe is calling to you. The universe is sending you this message. It's not us, it's the universe. It's not us begging you for your paranormal evidence. But yeah, email us at [email protected]. What else? Love us.

• 1:17:38Corinne Vien?

Love us. Head over to Patreon.

• 1:17:40Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Yeah.

• 1:17:40Corinne Vien?

Speaking of EVPs and whatnot, if you do join our Patreon, years ago, there was a very convincing EVP that someone sent us of potentially an alien abduction captured on someone's phone that was in their pocket. You can find that on our Patreon.

• 1:17:57Sabrina Deana-Roga?

The whole video is on there. Actually, let's see, how do you, how is it labeled? That people can search it?

• 1:18:02Corinne Vien?

I think if you just search "alien EVP."

• 1:18:04Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Oh, yeah. "Alien videos from encounters 114." The whole two long things are posted for you to be spooked out by. They are very spooky. Good memory. Good reminder. Now I want to re-listen to this.

• 1:18:18Corinne Vien?

I was thinking of it in the very first story that you shared from Reddit with like the noise of the water and everything. Cause I was like, okay, well, we also have heard one that's like kind of convincing for like being dropped onto the ground and like the whirring of a spaceship above.

• 1:18:33Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Crunching of leaves, everything. Yeah. Yeah. So join us on Patreon. Also rate and review us. Subscribe on YouTube. Like us. Share with everyone.

  Do you see dead people?

• 1:18:55Sabrina Deana-Roga?

Or that. That's a better way to start a conversation.

• 1:18:59Corinne Vien?

You see a pretty girl at the bar, tap her shoulder and say, "Do you see dead people?"

• 1:19:03Sabrina Deana-Roga?

  Why, yes, sir. I do.

• 1:19:04Corinne Vien?
