Welcome to Moonshots in our episode called WTF Just Happened in Tech This Week with myself and Saleem Ismail. We're going to be talking about the fact that Florida banned lab-grown meats and why it should not. We're going to be speaking about AlphaFold 3 that's going to be able to predict how all the molecules in your body interact. This is about simulating life itself. We're going to dive beyond that into what's going on with AI and the elections, all the humanoid robots coming online, the explosion in China. We'll talk about Elon's plans for robotaxis and the Bitcoin halving. All right, let's jump in. You know, I've been having amazing conversations like these for years and it's a joy for me to share it with you.

• 1:42Peter Diamandis?

And if you enjoy it as well, please subscribe and share this with your friends. All right, let's get into the episode. Claude 3 hit 101 IQ.

• 1:52Speaker 03

This could get interesting over the next period of time.

• 1:56Peter Diamandis?

You can spend a couple hours and get so much personalized education, it's insane.

• 2:02Speaker 03

We're going to see just the biggest explosion of AIs finding these niche things that we've overlooked and finding unbelievable stuff.

• 2:13Peter Diamandis?

Everybody, welcome to Moonshots. Welcome to our episode WTF Just Happened in Tech This Week with myself and Salim Ismail. I'm Peter Diamandis. Salim, good to see you, buddy.

• 2:23Speaker 03

  Good to be here.

• 2:24Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, a lot happening every week. I think we're gonna have to start to do this, what happened in tech, like, on a daily basis, then an hourly basis, and then just stay on all the time.

• 2:36Speaker 03

The links that we're kind of sending each other is growing very fast every day.

• 2:40Peter Diamandis?

It's crazy. Alright, let's start with this one. This one is yours. You brought this up at the XPRIZE board meeting. You know, I understand that you left Florida for, you know, New York and New Jersey. Is this the reason? Because you couldn't have lab-grown meat?

• 2:55Speaker 03

  No.

• 2:55Peter Diamandis?

So what's the story here? What's the story here?

• 2:58Speaker 03

The story here is that DeSantis kowtowing to the lobbyists of the meat world, you know, he talks about freedom and yet he's curtailing freedoms. And this is the beef I have with them, pun intended there.

• 3:13Peter Diamandis?

  Sounds fishy to me.

• 3:14Speaker 03

Stopping lab-grown meat is just absolutely killing innovation and really bad for the planet. And this is wrong at so many levels, it's hard to even start talking about it. I was just so angry about this. The thing that I would love to do is do a lab-grown meat demo and taste test, etc., in Miami and stick it to these idiots.

• 3:39Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, you know, we're running right now a large XPRIZE that's funded in part by Tony Robbins and in part

• 3:46Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 3:47Peter Diamandis?

the, uh, who lives in Florida, in part by the Abu Dhabi government. And it's really to develop lab-grown meat. It's also called stem-cell grown meat, better yet called cultured meat. And this is, instead of growing the entire cow, instead of growing the entire pig or chicken, what if we just grow the muscle and give it a chicken filet, a tuna filet, you know, a wagyu beef. And imagine if the meat were cheaper, taste better, and healthier for you. So the tuna you get has zero mercury in it. Right. I mean, my arsenic levels I just tech tested are high. And I'm being told it's because of the chicken I eat. It's like, really?

• 4:32Peter Diamandis?

I'm eating arsenic when I have, you know, a chicken breast? That's insane.

• 4:37Speaker 03

Yes, because of all the feed they're giving all of these animals is is not normal and natural. And so it's hormone laced and all sorts of trace chemicals are getting into them. It's a it's it's a mess on on this and to to ban it is just such a stupid thing to do. It drives me crazy.

• 4:54Peter Diamandis?

Dare I say that he's chicken? Oh, never mind. Bad ones. All right, let's go this next one.

• 4:59Speaker 03

My favorite joke about all this is when I get asked about those, I go, you know, the McDonald's Big Mac has been 3D printed for decades.

• 5:05Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, feels that way. Let's talk about speed. So this popped up in the news this week. Japan developed 6G and I've been tracking this and, you know, those of you who are on the typical decent service today, you're on 5G. And the G stands for generation and there was a one generation phone, two, three, four generation. 4G was, you know, 100 times faster than 3G. 5G 100 times faster than 4G and now 6G is, they're saying 20 times faster than 5G. I feel a little bit cheated by that, but you know, still 20 times is pretty good.

• 5:46Peter Diamandis?

And all of a sudden, you know, you have literally all the information you could possibly want suck down, you know, gigabits per second into your phone.

• 5:57Speaker 03

Yeah, I felt cheated by 5G because they labeled it 5G, but it was never really 5G.

• 6:02Peter Diamandis?

  What was it?

• 6:02Speaker 03

There was a whole bunch of marketing crap and they didn't build the infrastructure to go along with it. But this seems truly promising and a real step change and a real breakthrough. So I'm very excited by this.

• 6:12Peter Diamandis?

All right, let's talk about AI, our favorite subject, because it is changing the world. And there's a lot happening. This is by far my favorite story of the week. I actually tweeted out. I'm gonna still say tweet, I'm sorry Elon, I tweeted out to my followers like what were the most important stories of the week, this one came in and I agree, I was at the breakthrough awards here in LA, it's funded by by Yuri Milner and Mark from X, Facebook, shall we call it, Mark from Meta, and Sergey and a few others, and they give out awards, not like the X Prize

• 6:54Peter Diamandis?

for prospective, you know, something that needs to be achieved, but for like breakthroughs that occurred in the past, and Demis and John Jumper got an award for AlphaFold, AlphaFold was an AI deep learning network that was able to predict from an amino acid sequence, how does a protein fold, and it was a big deal, since I was in medical school, this has been the supercomputing problem, can you predict how a protein would fold, really hard, and what's AlphaFold 3, I'm gonna read the headline here, AlphaFold 3 predicts the structure and interactions of all of life's molecules, so imagine this, not just like how a protein folds,

• 7:36Peter Diamandis?

but how that protein interacts with a lipid or carbohydrate or with a DNA molecule, and so it's literally simulating how these molecules interact with each other, and it's extraordinary, do you feel how big this is?

• 7:57Speaker 03

I think this is huge, because this allows us to fully simulate like an organ in software, right, and that's amazing for testing, plus simulate, plus illness tracking, diagnoses, therapies, etc., full digital twin, I mean, this is gonna be amazing.

• 8:13Peter Diamandis?

Exactly, so given your DNA, we're gonna first simulate one of a Salim Ismail liver cell, or skin cell, or brain cell, which would be very, very interesting, I would say.

• 8:26Speaker 03

Well, I lived in Ireland for years, so my liver has always been a bit damaged from that, so it'd be really great to simulate my liver and fix it somehow.

• 8:35Peter Diamandis?

Better than your brain being damaged, but we're gonna be able to go from your DNA to simulating a cell, and then, once we simulate a cell, we can then simulate a tissue, and then, once we're simulating a tissue, we can simulate an organ, and then the whole organism. And the thing I like to tell people, just to understand, You know, when SpaceX launched the Dragon capsule to the space station for the very first time, it worked perfectly. And the reason it worked perfectly was it had flown probably millions of times in simulation. And when it got up there, they had modeled it beautifully, and it was, you know, it worked like it predicted. Imagine if now, when you're given

• 9:17Peter Diamandis?

a drug, we know it's going to work for you. Do you have any idea how, what percentage of drugs that you are prescribed actually work for you?

• 9:31Speaker 03

  No.

• 9:32Peter Diamandis?

So, the FDA approves drugs that work, you know, typically for like 20 or 30% of the people that they're given to. It's a minority of the cases that it's going to work for you. And then, because most drugs historically have never been tested in women, because it's like too inconvenient, by the way, I think it's like Women's Health Day today, so I'll mention, mention this, that, that when drugs get taken off the market, it's because, oh, it didn't work in half, half the world's population. Surprise, surprise. But this is going to be in silico medicine, this is actually predicting a drug works perfectly for you. I love this. Huge kudos to the team of DeepMind, AlphaFold3, very

• 10:16Peter Diamandis?

soon, AlphaCell1, or something like that. Yeah.

• 10:21Speaker 03

So, in practical terms, tell me if I'm getting this right. If you're a pharma company and you're trying to test a drug, you can now run it against these simulations and have a really high reliability and cut out a lot of crap before you get to human trials, making the human trials more of a, an obvious thing and a stepping stone rather than a big test. And that'll drop radically the cost of drug development.

• 10:45Peter Diamandis?

It will. I mean, imagine the way it's done today. You go into the Amazon rainforest and say, hey, look at that plant over there. I don't think anybody's ever, you know, smashed that one up. Let's see if it has any molecules of interest to humans. And you go through this long process of evaluating them in like, in like, back, you know, in yeast, in worms, in mice. Anyway, it's a long, expensive process. And then...

• 11:11Peter Diamandis?

Then you have to prove it does no harm and then you have to prove it does do some good, not a hundred percent of the time. So this can be even a little bit better than you said, because we can say, not only does it work, it works for my exact. Uh, genetics.

• 11:25Speaker 03

  Very cool.

• 11:26Peter Diamandis?

  Right?

• 11:26Speaker 03

  Very cool.

• 11:27Peter Diamandis?

  Huge, huge.

• 11:28Speaker 03

So now this, Daniel Kraft talks about the personalization of medicine, medicine, and now we can get it right there.

• 11:34Peter Diamandis?

You know, um, one of the big things that I've enjoyed watching in, uh, uh, on X has been the demos of Sora. Let's play this demo. I'm curious what you think. Check this out. Uh, so here's a, a person walking and you're able to turn that person into a woman, an old man, a robot. And so the actor, you know, plays a simple role and then you can turn it into anyone. I assume Martin Monroe, you know. Uh, Monroe or, you know. Gregory Peck. Uh, what do you think of this?

• 12:06Speaker 03

Um, you know, I, I'm kind of like eh.

• 12:10Peter Diamandis?

  Really?

• 12:11Speaker 03

Uh, I think it, it, it's a, it's a great incremental achievement, but it's nothing breakthrough. The ability to swap out things is always there. It's just doing it better, faster.

• 12:21Peter Diamandis?

How, how fast, how fast we become jaded at stuff that was a miracle.

• 12:26Speaker 03

I, I know, I know. Yeah. Yeah. Have we talked about the wifi on a plane clip?

• 12:31Peter Diamandis?

  Yes.

• 12:32Speaker 03

  Lewis CK does.

• 12:33Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 12:33Speaker 03

  You know, it's like that.

• 12:34Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 12:34Speaker 03

Right? We normalize. And this is, I think, the, uh, broader commentary on AGI that's really important. We, we pass a Turing test, normalize it. We'll pass AGI at some point and normalize it within minutes.

• 12:46Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, I think Sam Altman said that, uh, very nicely said, people were like, oh my God, G P, Chat G P T is crazy. And then it's like, and then a month later, like, man, it's slow. You know, it's like, you've like.

• 12:59Speaker 03

  That's right.

• 12:59Peter Diamandis?

Uh, so let's see what we got next on our, uh, what's going on in the world scenario here. Um, interesting. Uh, talk about this one, pal.

• 13:10Speaker 03

So have you seen this trailer?

• 13:12Peter Diamandis?

  I have not.

• 13:12Speaker 03

Um, it's terrible. It's really cringe worthy. Um, it's, it's, they've, they've got a ways to go before they cross, you know, what we would call the uncanny valley. Um, and the lines are kind of stilted, whatever. However, it's important to note that this will double every month or two in its capability and its fidelity and the joke telling. So this could get interesting over the next period of time. Um, I again, kind of don't think it's that big of a deal, but I, it's certainly huge that you can have an AI driven, completely driven, um, um, of a script, uh, acting, character development, et cetera, all in one, which is really kind of a pretty big deal.

• 13:54Peter Diamandis?

You know what I find interesting is, uh, the means by, you know, a film is created today is someone writes a film, a group of executives read it, they attach stars to it and they green light it. And if they have the right director and if the script is reasonably good, they have a high probability, but not a certainty that the public's gonna like it. And imagine instead, if you could generate, you know, here's a thousand versions of the film. Right? The same basic premise, but different actors, different and, and you say, this is the one when you test it,

• 14:32Peter Diamandis?

that has the strongest attraction and the best, or frankly, what I really want is I'd like it to know my desires. You know, blonde versus brunette, you know, space versus ocean and create variations of it that I would love. You know, anyway, it's coming.

• 14:51Speaker 03

  I disagree with that.

• 14:52Peter Diamandis?

  Why?

• 14:54Speaker 03

Because, you know, when you say you go watch Blade Runner of 2049, right? I want to hear, I'm watching that because I want to hear what the director is thinking. Why did he cast that actor in that role, et cetera? I wouldn't want that film personalized for my tastes.

• 15:11Peter Diamandis?

Huh. Well, you don't have to watch my film. Oh, watch my film.

• 15:16Speaker 03

Yeah, because every lead actor would be a bald, middle-aged Indian guy.

• 15:21Peter Diamandis?

  No.

• 15:22Speaker 03

  And who needs that?

• 15:24Peter Diamandis?

Uh, anyway, whatever is, you know, I was just, uh, I was just looking, uh, for my abundance community. I'm doing a session on converging, converging exponentials and how they're transforming industries. And I was researching the founding of YouTube back in 2005, when Chad Hurley and those guys started it. And it really was eight different technologies that converged together to make YouTube happen. And it really dematerialized, demonetized, and democratized, and really threatened Hollywood, a huge amount, right? Um, with Netflix quickly on its heels. Um, and it became, it was just the infinity of content producers. And I don't know about, I don't know about your

• 16:08Peter Diamandis?

son, you know, I don't know about Milan, but Jet and Dax, all they watch is YouTube.

• 16:14Speaker 03

He, he lives on it. Um, I, I think I've got to give a huge shout out here to Google, because most of the time when you bring in a startup or acquire a company or acquire a product, you kill it and you, you, you destroy its kind of uniqueness, et cetera. And Google's done almost exactly the opposite. Um, do you know there's a petabyte a day of, of content being created on YouTube today? Um, it's like 20x any other platform. It's the most unbelievable behemoth. I had some obscure, uh, hair trimmer and I was trying to figure out something about it. And I looked it up on YouTube and somebody put up a video.

• 16:51Peter Diamandis?

  Oh, my God. Any instruction.

• 16:52Speaker 03

Used in that little widget there. Like, it's the world's training platform for any obscure digit device or gadget or widget of any kind. It's incredible.

• 17:01Peter Diamandis?

By the way, if you're watching this on YouTube and you like the conversation Salim and I have, hit the subscribe button. I never say that. I'm saying it now. Okay. Cause I, I do love YouTube. I, I remember, do you know why Google bought YouTube? Do you know that Google had Google Video going at the same time?

• 17:17Speaker 03

  They did have Google Video.

• 17:17Peter Diamandis?

Do you know why they bought YouTube?

• 17:20Speaker 03

  No.

• 17:21Peter Diamandis?

They bought YouTube because YouTube was growing, you know, an order of magnitude faster than Google Video. And do you know why it was growing faster?

• 17:31Speaker 03

  No.

• 17:32Peter Diamandis?

Because Google had too many lawyers.

• 17:36Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 17:36Peter Diamandis?

YouTube did not. So it was like all these legal restrictions on what you could put on Google Video and YouTube didn't have that. And so in the early days, it had really inflationary, rapid exponential growth. And then, once it became dominant, you know, you could then start to layer on top, you know, user restrictions and so forth. But they didn't do that as two guys and two credit cards at the beginning.

• 17:59Speaker 03

I mean, you know, this is a story that's so archetypal for almost any Netflix versus Blockbuster.

• 18:05Peter Diamandis?

  Sure.

• 18:05Speaker 03

It's roughly the same reason. Um, we had this huge issue at the same, that I had a Yahoo with all of this. The lawyers would just not let anything disruptive happen. Can I tell a quick story about this?

• 18:16Peter Diamandis?

  Of course.

• 18:18Speaker 03

Somebody at Yahoo come up, came up with an idea when I was running Brickhouse, which was, uh, you have this home ad unit in the Yahoo homepage. And they said, what if we allow Peter to send Salim an ad unit, buy the ad unit for Salim for his birthday?

• 18:33Peter Diamandis?

  Uh huh.

• 18:34Speaker 03

And when I open up Yahoo, the, the ad unit pops up with a message from me saying, Salim, happy birthday. Right? We tested it and it was like engagement with the Yahoo homepage went up 50 times.

• 18:45Peter Diamandis?

I imagine that. Sure. Great idea.

• 18:47Speaker 03

Right? And the lawyers were like, absolutely no way, because what if somebody put something dodgy or whatever in there, uh, et cetera, et cetera. And we're saying, but, but they could do that anywhere through any, through, send it through email. So what do you care? And they're like, nope, can't do it. And just literally killed a product that would have delivered 50x better engagement.

• 19:06Peter Diamandis?

Lawyers. Okay. I can go there. All right. Let's go on to our next story here, which is AI-generated rom-com trailer. This is, is this the trailer you were talking about?

• 19:16Speaker 03

  This is the trailer.

• 19:16Peter Diamandis?

I have to watch. I'm gonna play it. I'm gonna play it.

• 19:19Speaker 03

Yeah. This is like really wild.

• 19:25Peter Diamandis?

  So Claire, what's your stuff?

• 19:28Speaker 04

Uh, the city of lights. I'm hoping it's a new start.

• 19:35Speaker 04

Maybe you're the dark, mysterious kind of man who never shows his vulnerability.

• 19:43Peter Diamandis?

Maybe you're the kind of woman who's never sure of what you want. Fascinating. And, you know, what Elon said on stage at the Abundance Summit was, we're going to see 10x every six months, 100x improvement per year. This is going to move so fast.

• 20:01Speaker 03

It will move fast, but I'll take it, I'll go to the, again, the comment I made earlier. I don't think it'll be that much fun. It's like watching two chess robots play chess. You kind of go eh.

• 20:14Peter Diamandis?

Interesting. I do agree with the two chess robots playing, it'd be boring versus a human or the world champion or someone you know.

• 20:24Speaker 03

That's right. You have to contextualize it. You have to humanize it.

• 20:27Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, even playing against an AI. I mean, I'd much rather watch two humans playing against each other. There is something very real there. We're so biased as humans. We're so biologically biased. How dare we be a species like that? That's terrible. Everybody, I want to take a short break from our episode to talk about a company that's very important to me and could actually save your life or the life of someone that you love. The company is called Fountain Life. And it's a company I started years ago with Tony Robbins and a group of very talented physicians. You know, most of us don't actually know what's going on inside our body. We're all optimists. Until that day where you have a pain in your side, you go to the physician in the emergency room and they say, listen,

• 21:12Peter Diamandis?

I'm sorry to tell you this, but you have this stage three or four going on. And, you know, it didn't start that morning. It probably was a problem that's been going on for some time, but because we never look, we don't find out. So what we built at Fountain Life was the world's most advanced diagnostic centers. We have four across the US today, and we're building 20 around the world. These centers give you a full body MRI, a brain, a brain vasculature, an AI-enabled coronary CT looking for soft plaque, a DEXA scan, a GRAIL blood cancer test, a full executive blood workup. It's the most advanced workup

• 21:52Peter Diamandis?

you'll ever receive. 150 gigabytes of data that then go to our AIs and our physicians to find any disease at the very beginning. When it's solvable, you're gonna find out eventually. Might as well find out when you can take action. Fountain Life also has an entire side of therapeutics. We look around the world for the most advanced therapeutics that can add 10, 20 healthy years to your life, and we provide them to you at our centers. So if this is of interest to you, please go and check it out. Go to fountainlife.com/peter. When Tony and I wrote our New York Times bestseller, Life Force, we had 30,000 people reached out to us for Fountain Life

• 22:36Peter Diamandis?

memberships. If you go to fountainlife.com/peter, we'll put you to the top of the list. Really, it's something that is, for me, one of the most important things I offer my entire family, the CEOs of my companies, my friends. It's a chance to really add decades on to our healthy lifespans. Go to fountainlife.com/peter. It's one of the most important things I can offer to you as one of my listeners. All right, let's go back to our episode. So Amazon joins the AI race. So Amazon Q, a generative AI-powered assistant for business and developers, is now generally available. At the same time, Amazon put $4 billion into Anthropic. Did you see

• 23:17Peter Diamandis?

the news? I mean, I think we talked about this, that Claude 3 hit 101 IQ.

• 23:24Speaker 03

It's amazing. Claude 3 is really, really good. What I find amazing now is that every single major platform now has its AI, massive AI offering.

• 23:36Peter Diamandis?

I was on CNBC a couple of weeks ago and was talking about the Microsoft earnings report. And it's, first of all, it's amazing that Microsoft is the most valuable company on the planet, a multi-trillion dollar company, you know, and just their earnings over the last year, given all their work on cloud and AI just skyrocketed. But, so it's Microsoft, and it's Alphabet, and it's Amazon, and it's Apple. And now here comes...

• 24:06Speaker 03

  Twitter.

• 24:07Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, here comes X.ai, right? Elon's X offering. And we've got Nvidia, and then a few different companies in China. So the top companies in the world are all AI companies. You know what hit me? These companies, many of these companies began as software companies. Then they became uh internet companies and then cloud companies and now they're all AI companies.

• 24:34Speaker 03

Not I I don't think there's as of like that they're AI companies, just they've added AI to the cloud business and to the pro software business.

• 24:41Peter Diamandis?

I think I think you look forward. I think I think you look forward. Everything they're delivering is in AI enabled.

• 24:48Speaker 03

Oh, hundred percent, hundred percent and very, very powerfully done.

• 24:54Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 24:54Speaker 03

Right. But I still think if you're uh we we're we just launched an offering called AI ready. We're we help companies get ready for AI.

• 25:01Peter Diamandis?

  This is in.

• 25:02Speaker 03

It turns out if you're a company, it's opening XO because uh all of the CEOs in our community are like, what the hell do I do?

• 25:08Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 25:08Speaker 03

Uh because either you're diving into the water without knowing where the rocks are. Uh or your company is culturally not ready and there's a huge immune system backlash and people get freaked out. They think they're gonna lose their jobs. Those are the responses. So we work. We created a workshop where we can very quickly in a few days, get you assessed and and leave you a a roadmap of use cases.

• 25:30Peter Diamandis?

Love that. How how do folks find out about that? Where do they go?

• 25:34Speaker 03

Uh if you go to openingxo.com, it'll be right there.

• 25:36Peter Diamandis?

  Okay.

• 25:37Speaker 03

Um and we're doing it at a really low cost just because there's the we have a community of five hundred AI experts that's emerged. That's operating like a hive mind and every week they get together and discuss kind of like this, what's happened in AI and how will that ripple effect across? Every week they pick a topic like automotive and then figure out what's happening there, etc. So there's this amazing resource and we're matching it to CEOs and companies. And organizations around the world to get get themselves ready for this for this coming wave. The one thing we found is when companies try and implement AI, it's really, really difficult. The consumer has a much easier time applying AI just because of the interfaces.

• 26:17Speaker 03

Uh and the and the use you ease of use, but implementing AI agents into your organization is still pretty damn hard.

• 26:24Peter Diamandis?

You know, when people ask me like, what do I do? How do I get started? Um, you know. I tell them, open your Gemini website, open your chat GPT, you know, GPT four and ask, just type in, I'm a forty two year old entrepreneur in the healthcare space and I want to get started using AI. What should I know? And then when it says something you don't understand, say, what does that mean? And one of your favorite sayings is going to be, you know, explain it like I'm five,

• 27:02Peter Diamandis?

right? Eli five and it will back it up. And you can spend a couple of hours and get so much personalized education. It's insane.

• 27:14Speaker 03

I'll give you a tip that emerged out of our community over the last week.

• 27:16Peter Diamandis?

  Please.

• 27:17Speaker 03

When you're using chat GPT or Gemini, always use a persona. Say, I'm a sales manager and and I'm trying to do this.

• 27:25Peter Diamandis?

  Yep.

• 27:25Speaker 03

And it turns out the results are ten X more powerful when you give it a persona to operate within. And then it sticks within that persona. It's really powerful starting point.

• 27:34Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, you can also say things like, what would Elon Musk think about this move?

• 27:39Speaker 03

I have a question for you, Peter.

• 27:40Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah, sure.

• 27:41Speaker 03

Uh, we forgot to add the slide. I mean, Reid Hoffman did a conversation with an AI generated version of himself conversing with the real self.

• 27:50Peter Diamandis?

  Yes.

• 27:50Speaker 03

Okay. Have you done anything like that where you take all your writings and videos?

• 27:54Peter Diamandis?

I did it six, I did it six months ago, a year ago. It's on, we actually loaded up on moonshots. And, um, it was amazing. I mean, such, I was jealous of my AI. It was so well spoken.

• 28:09Speaker 03

Well, because it's all, it's got all of your, uh, everything you ever said at hand, right?

• 28:13Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 28:14Speaker 03

Whereas I can't remember what I said last year.

• 28:16Peter Diamandis?

It's incredible. And I think that, you know, you and I have had these conversations to the right course while we talk about, you know, Peter, three of ten is going to be hanging out with Salim, two of four, or, you know, two of twenty.

• 28:29Speaker 03

  Seven of nine.

• 28:30Peter Diamandis?

Seven of nine, yes. There we go. Back to Star Trek references, which I love. All right. Uh, here's the next one. Um, AI used to discover twenty seven thousand asteroids. Uh, amazing. Uh, I think these are all good for mining or keeping the earth from being decimated. Uh, in old telescope images, right? The data was there. It just was never discovered.

• 28:54Peter Diamandis?

  That's extraordinary.

• 28:55Speaker 03

I think I think we're going to see an explosion. I think the next slide is also about a similar thing.

• 29:01Peter Diamandis?

  Sure.

• 29:01Speaker 03

Uh, we're going to see just the biggest explosion of AIs finding these niche things that we've overlooked in finding unbelievable stuff.

• 29:09Peter Diamandis?

  Uh, this is.

• 29:10Speaker 03

  This one was amazing.

• 29:11Peter Diamandis?

Yes, from a friend, Dr. Eric Topol, uh, who tweeted out the first randomized trial of medical AI to show it saves lives. ECG AI alert in sixteen thousand hospital patients. Thirty-one percent reduction of mortality. That means people dying. Uh, absolute seven per hundred patients in pre-specified high-risk groups. So, yeah, uh, it's, listen, AI is much better than us humans at seeing patterns at catching the minutia. Always on, always paying attention.

• 29:42Speaker 03

Yeah. You, my favorite example of AIs, uh, do you know the story of Shai Danziger and the parole hearings?

• 29:49Peter Diamandis?

  No, tell me.

• 29:50Speaker 03

So they did a study of a thousand parole hearings and they ran it through an.

• 29:54Peter Diamandis?

  Pearl earrings?

• 29:55Speaker 03

  Filter. Parole hearings.

• 29:57Peter Diamandis?

  Parole hearings, yes.

• 29:58Speaker 03

Yeah, should you let a prisoner out from jail or not, right? And it turned out, because they were trying to figure out patterns in the data. It turned out if you, your client, your, your prisoner came up for parole before lunch and the judges were hungry, you're going back to jail. If you came up after lunch and they were biologically happier because they'd eaten, you were thirty percent more likely to go free.

• 30:18Peter Diamandis?

  Uh, that's hilarious.

• 30:19Speaker 03

Uh, and, and that's in people trained to be impartial. So like, what hope is there for the rest of us? You could never have spotted that without an AI type of a pattern. And now we can see these little perturbations and mitigate for all of the cognitive biases that we have around ourselves.

• 30:34Peter Diamandis?

Oh, amazing. All right. Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses can now describe its surroundings with Meta AI. Now, you own a pair of these, don't you?

• 30:44Speaker 03

I'm wearing them now. Um, and in fact, you, you're incredibly gracious enough to give these out at the abundance summit. I've been playing with it quite a bit and I actually played with this particular feature. I walked up to a plant and I said, uh, hey Meta, look at this plant and tell me what it is. And it described the plant, identified it in details that it grows to about this big. It was amazing.

• 31:05Peter Diamandis?

  Wow.

• 31:05Speaker 03

I think this is a huge, huge deal.

• 31:07Peter Diamandis?

Yeah. You know, it's, uh, uh, this is the first step of XR or AR. Uh, in, you know, we know VR, um, we all have our large VR helmets. I have to say, I bought a Vision Pro, um, and I've used it twice over the last, like, two months. The first time I used it for a few hours, like, interesting, fun, watched some movies. Then I used it a little bit more, but I haven't pulled it out since. How about you?

• 31:38Speaker 03

I think it's not a general consumer device. I think it's gonna be used initially for highly specific industrial applications, or like helping it with surgeries, uh, things like that. Or a specific training, uh, Boeing could use it to, to, to make these planes a little tight, nail the bolts on his planes, for God's sakes, and make sure, uh, some mechanic is actually

• 32:00Speaker 03

setting it up properly. But I think we'll see that type of use case for a couple of years while they figure out how to find the consumer use case and get the tech down to this. I mean, look at these, these Ray-Bans are like really, the, the footprint of them, the amount of technology in there, into what's just basically a normal pair of sunglasses is kind of incredible.

• 32:20Peter Diamandis?

It is, it is incredible. You know, um, I was, I just did a podcast, uh, with, uh, uh, with a friend on, on VR and AR, Alvin Grayland, do you know him? Alvin was the-

• 32:34Speaker 03

  I know the name, yeah.

• 32:35Peter Diamandis?

Alvin was the head at HTC, um, and he wrote an amazing book, uh, here it is. I just happen to have it here, Our Next Reality, it's about the conversion of AI and the metaverse. And he's saying, you know, we're getting to a point where we'll have fifty gram head, you know, uh, eyewear that's both augmented and virtual reality. So it's not just the photo looking cameras, it's can we display into our eyes, our retinas as well? And then the world changes, um, and I can't wait.

• 33:07Speaker 03

And, and, and we're very close, because we predicted this a while ago, we're very, very close, if not now, where virtual reality has the same resolution or more than the human eye.

• 33:18Peter Diamandis?

The visual cortex, yeah, of the eye.

• 33:20Speaker 03

Yeah, and that's like, that's huge.

• 33:22Peter Diamandis?

Yeah. Uh, anyway, it's, uh, it's coming, it's gonna transform advertising, transform education, transform healthcare, everything.

• 33:31Speaker 03

I'll, I'll throw out the punchline about AR/VR that I've heard from David Roberts, is that virtual reality disrupts reality.

• 33:40Speaker 03

Because you can do all sorts, like a virtual roller coaster can do way more interesting things than a road roller coaster.

• 33:46Peter Diamandis?

True that. All right, here we go. AI in government. Ukraine unveils AI-generated Foreign Minister spokesperson, Victoria. Let's listen to Victoria for a second here.

• 33:55Speaker 05

And the public, I welcome you. My name is Victoria Shi. I have been created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, using artificial intelligence to provide you with timely and high-quality information on consular affairs. I am a digital person. That means that the text you hear was not read by a real person. It was generated by artificial intelligence. I will carry out a number of tasks.

• 34:19Peter Diamandis?

I'm, I kind of love this. What do you think? I mean, I, I, I love the fact that if, if she or it is modeled on the current policies and thinkings of the leadership and the people of Ukraine and can represent, it can be in a thousand meetings or a million meetings at once.

• 34:40Speaker 03

Yeah. I think this is huge and I think it's massive. I lo-, I love the fact the role as a spokesperson, because take the White House Press Secretary, right? They're basically trying to absorb mountains of like policy data, directives from the executive branch, et cetera, and then try and inform what the, what's happening with a particular issue. And AI is perfect for that task and as you say, can appear in anything. So any reporter could say, hey, what's the White House stance on this? And the spokesperson could say that. I think it's really, really massive.

• 35:11Peter Diamandis?

Yeah. Um, you know, it's interesting because I, when I'm hearing her, I'm instantly, like, adapting to this, this is normal or will be normal. Right? I accept it.

• 35:26Speaker 03

Very quickly. I mean, a large number of news stories are now already AI-generated, right? So this just progresses it to now videos.

• 35:35Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, I heard, I heard the news story that we have Trump and Biden running for president again. That one seemed like a little bit like, you know, misinformation, but uh, yeah, I guess.

• 35:44Speaker 03

There you go. What fractal universe could we separate out into in this one?

• 35:51Peter Diamandis?

Listen, man, you used to be a Canadian, you could have stayed there. Oh, well.

• 35:55Speaker 03

I, well, I, I've said this before, I'm, I'm like Golem with the precious with my Canadian passport. Hold on to that thing.

• 36:03Speaker 03

  My precious every night.

• 36:04Peter Diamandis?

  All right.

• 36:05Speaker 03

It reminds me of the, it reminds me of the, um, that, the Groundhog Day. Um.

• 36:11Peter Diamandis?

  Sure.

• 36:11Speaker 03

A movie where he goes, you know, I I had a day once where I was on a beach in the Caribbean and I had a great uh uh met somebody and had a great night. Why can't I be reliving that day? It's one of the best lines in the movie.

• 36:25Peter Diamandis?

Uh but listen, Matt, we are alive during the ninety ninth level of the gameplay. You know, like, this is it. We, you know, you we could be alive in the Middle Ages right now for, you know, for all intents and purposes, or, you know, a hundred thousand years ago as early hominids, like, we are alive during the most extraordinary time. Coincidence, I think not, but so happy to be here, right here, right now.

• 36:47Speaker 03

Um it is. It is awesome. It is awesome. You know, you've done a great job in the abundance thing, going back to like a hundred years and describing what life was like, right? You had a tough life. You lost half your kids to infant mortality. Then you got a tooth infection and you die. That's that was like, that's what life for the most of human history.

• 37:05Peter Diamandis?

Life was short and brutish and dead. Oh, my God. All right. Here's Sam Altman on the dangers of AI in the elections. Let's hear Sam. He doesn't look too happy right now. Let's let's hear it today.

• 37:16Speaker 06

There may be new threats. There there may be unknown unknowns that we don't realize until too late. Um.

• 37:25Speaker 06

I also personalize one on one persuasion is actually scarier to me, not less scary than the mass stuff. It's harder to detect. It can probably be more powerful. And and again, an AI can talk to a lot of people at once. Um, so I don't want to give, I very much don't want to give a sense that we're not worried, but I think it's good that we are worried and that's leading to um that's leading to vigilance um in the industry.

• 37:52Peter Diamandis?

You know, he said something there about persuasion and Mogadat and Ahmad Mustak said very something very similar, which is the power of AI to be persuasive in its language, like a a brilliant orator, you know, being able to like take an idea and twist it and and really convince you of it and do it one on one. For a hundred million people.

• 38:20Speaker 03

This is the, I think, for me, one of the big dangers of personalized news. When it's tailored to you, now you're at the behest of the algorithm, right? That's why I'd much rather hear a journalist tell the news. And at least I know what their bias is and I can get a sense of it from them. And it's one hop. But the minute I'm interfacing with an AI that's interpreting the news for my ears, I lose trust.

• 38:46Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 38:47Speaker 03

And this is, I think, the biggest tough, toughest thing for today.

• 38:50Peter Diamandis?

I mean, I have to say that I am very much in the mindset of, is that real? Is that real? My, my brain is running an algorithm in the back of every time I hear or read something, especially see a video. I'm asking, is that real? I saw Elon tweet something out and, and he said under the image, he says, this is a real image. Right? And, and that's interesting. We're going to have to start to like, like say that explicitly. You know, we're going from seeing is believing to distrust, distrusting everything.

• 39:24Speaker 03

We, we absolutely really, really badly need that AI for truth X-prize, Peter.

• 39:30Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 39:30Speaker 03

Right? Like we need a filter to help us navigate that. A personal agent, by the way. But there's something else that Sam Altman said was super important in the last few days, which was that you're going to have your own personal LLM that will filter stuff for you and act as your personal, almost security guard as to what messages come into you. And I thought that was a really powerful way of framing it.

• 39:52Peter Diamandis?

That's important to shape your mindset, right? Our mindsets are shaped by what we read, what we hear, what we see, who we hang out with, what we ultimately believe, right? We're shaping our neural net. And so, yeah, being able to filter that. You know, we talked about echo chambers in Facebook. I, I think there is a danger, but there's also somewhat of an important ability to control that.

• 40:17Peter Diamandis?

Um. This week was Milken Global. I was there. It was incredibly, incredibly crowded. I mean, I have no idea. It's like, um, I've known Mike Milken. I consider him a friend. He spoke this year for me. We did a fireside for a few hours at the Abundance Summit. And, uh, Milken Global is just insane. It's just huge. And I think the highlight for the event was Elon on stage. Um, I spoke the next morning, uh, on longevity. But there are two clips I grabbed from Elon's presentation just for some conversation. I'm curious about your point of view. Let's play the first one here.

• 40:55Speaker 07

AI might be the most important question of all. Um, the, I mean, the percentage of intelligence that is biological, you know, grows smaller with each passing month. Eventually, the percentage of intelligence that is biological will be less than 1%. The, that's actually not what, I mean, we, we just, I guess, don't want AI that is brutal.

• 41:24Peter Diamandis?

So, um, that's an important thing for people to realize is that, you know, when you think about intelligence, um, uh, in terms of human level intelligence and intellect, uh, it's always been represented by the number of, of humans on the planet. And it's just now, over the last few decades, that we can talk about intelligence. I mean, there's animal intelligence for sure, but higher level intelligence now being, um, in compute and biological human intelligence ultimately becoming, you know, a de minimis percentage of the, uh, the intelligence in our known universe.

• 42:02Speaker 03

Hmm. So I have lots of, uh,

• 42:08Speaker 03

Issues with this mostly related to my the old trope I have of how do you define intelligence? Right? We've talked about that before, so I won't go and do it here. But in this case, I do like it because when you have artificial intelligence and you can tailor it. Our intelligence, our biological intelligence for four billion years has evolved to do two things. Survive and procreate.

• 42:33Peter Diamandis?

  Yes.

• 42:33Speaker 03

And now we can free other forms of intelligence from those two things. Like PageRank is evolving a completely orthogonal and and complementary intelligence to humanity. So I think of the intelligence we're growing in machine learning and in AI as as orthogonal to human intelligence and not replicate of it. And if you can bring it into higher realms and have a vibrated higher energy levels like the Hawking scale, then you give it really powerful outcomes like Mazur's hierarchy worked and self-actualized. And so there's some really wonderful deep thinking that can be done and some really wonderful philosophical explorations that can be done with this. So I'm finding it really exciting to think about a lot of this.

• 43:16Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, I mean, I think about it in this way, you know, throughout the day. There's always moments like I wonder what, you know, and then I'll trail off. I wonder what would happen if I wonder if this ever occurred. And if I happen to have enough time, I can sit down and Google it or ask ChatGPT. But there's going to be a time where I can just spin up AI agents of myself to go and do that work and then report back. Right? It's um.

• 43:47Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 43:47Peter Diamandis?

  I mean, that's that's extraordinary.

• 43:51Speaker 03

You know, way back in the 50s, Marvin Minsky, who's one of Ray Kurzweil's mentors, and I think you've met Marvin.

• 43:57Peter Diamandis?

I did back when I was at MIT.

• 43:58Speaker 03

  At MIT.

• 43:59Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 44:00Speaker 03

I met him once very briefly, but he had a whole thing of having self ideals and then self consciousness, then self reflective, then deliberative and reactive or the other way around. And in either ideal world, you start with reactive, deliberative, reflective, then self reflective, self conscious, and then self ideals. And so he actually created a whole hierarchy of increasing sophistication of intelligence, which I think is going to be amazing to watch evolve and come into being. And I also take the positive view that a very evolved AI is is is thousand times less likely to do harm to us than not.

• 44:37Peter Diamandis?

You know, I just recorded a podcast this past few days with Guillaume Verdon, the founder of the accelerationist movement.

• 44:46Speaker 03

  Beth Jesus.

• 44:46Peter Diamandis?

Beth Jesus, yes. And he was making the important point that we need massive diversity in our AI. And, and one of the things that Elon just hit at the very end of that comment was making sure it's not brittle. And one of the things that biology does is it creates massive diversity so that if there's ever a massive impact on the planet or in the environment, yes, it will kill a lot of people. Or if a new virus comes in or a new poison gets exposed, but through evolutionary diversity, there will be something that survives and then dominates.

• 45:27Peter Diamandis?

Right? So we need the same thing in, in some way, I think he's saying in the AI space too.

• 45:33Speaker 03

I, I just had a little fork that gets me super excited, Peter.

• 45:37Peter Diamandis?

  What's that?

• 45:37Speaker 03

Which is, you know, given if you take alpha full, say, right? And the ability for it to model out things, you could essentially apply that to a species thing and say, go create a million new species.

• 45:50Peter Diamandis?

  Yes.

• 45:51Speaker 03

I mean, you could, you could, I just, so you could actually repopulate or increase that resilience and say, we want to have 10x more species because we see, feel like the insects are dying out. Go freaking repopulate a bunch.

• 46:02Peter Diamandis?

  You know.

• 46:03Speaker 03

That might be a really, really powerful use case.

• 46:06Peter Diamandis?

  Yes, and.

• 46:07Speaker 03

I mean, God knows what you'll end up with. But that's the same with evolution, right? Remember when they found, discovered the duck billed platypus? They literally thought it was fake.

• 46:17Peter Diamandis?

But, you know, it's interesting. I, I think about the, you know, today we're building humanoid robots out of motors and metals and sensors. I think ultimately we're going to build robots biologically.

• 46:31Peter Diamandis?

You know, you want something that's a carpet cleaner. You're going to design a, a biological robot that eats lint and pees stain remover. Right? And that will be, and I often thought, you know, listen, I don't want to get into the, into the, the. Black hole pit of UFOs. But I've often thought that, you know, these aliens that different societies speak about consistently, the grays, whatever. And I know nothing about this stuff. In my mind, I think they're probably biological robots that were sent here to explore. Um, I mean, you're not.

• 47:07Speaker 03

  Ah.

• 47:08Peter Diamandis?

  Go on.

• 47:09Speaker 03

Yeah, I always look at it from, just for the sake of argument, look at it from rather than we're building robots with machinery. There's no difference between us and a, us and a robot. It's just that we're operating off wetware. Every emotion in our brain is just a subroutine, a subroutine.

• 47:25Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, and we are, we're micro machines, we're molecular machines, right? And when Eric, when Eric Drexler wrote Engines of Creation, you know, he talked about nanotechnology is where we're going to end up. And these will be just more efficient versions of biological machines, which, you know, entropy and thermodynamics ended up creating us, but not with a putting aside religion, not without an intelligent system optimizing it, so.

• 47:56Speaker 03

Yeah, just as an example, just as an example, it turns out that photosynthesis that plants use to convert sunlight into sugar is a really, really inefficient process.

• 48:06Peter Diamandis?

  Hmm.

• 48:08Speaker 03

Uh, it's like you could make it 20x better is, is an article I read somewhere. So if you could make it 10x better, oh my God, it would smoothly change our energy harvesting capabilities for plants, animals and all species. So you could actually go apply AI to all these micro biological functions and radically change them.

• 48:24Peter Diamandis?

It's going to be a fun few decades ahead. All right, let's check out Elon's opinion. So this is the basis upon which he is building his AI company, XAI. Let's listen up to Elon here.

• 48:38Speaker 07

Think an AI would be, as, as truth seeking, maximally curious, would foster? Human civilization to see where where it goes.

• 48:48Peter Diamandis?

So the basis there, and he said the same thing at at the abundance summit is if you, you know, if you're trying to like, how do you optimize? An AI, what are what are its?

• 49:02Peter Diamandis?

You know, its focused parameters it's trying to maximize? And and for him, it's maximally curious, got that. That's probably good, especially if you're finding if curiosity gives you some level of truth and maximally truth seeking. You know, and what he said is do not force your AIs to lie, which is what Gemini did in its sort of like woke Gemini version in the early days.

• 49:31Peter Diamandis?

I mean, I it's I think about this a lot. What what's your? What's your optimization function in your AI? What are you trying to do? I think these are pretty good. What do you think?

• 49:43Speaker 03

I I think these are very good. I I have a bias about human civilization.

• 49:51Speaker 03

Because as my dad said, we've not civilized the world, we've materialized the world. We still have to do the job to civilize it. So I think because we're we're still deeply wired to operate as tribal mechan tribal beings, right? Us versus them, etc., etc. So we have to use AI to mitigate against those deep seated biological biases.

• 50:12Peter Diamandis?

And by the way, I think I think that's the only way. So we all have these cognitive biases, right? And people should be aware of this, right? You have a recency bias. You give more weight to something that you recently heard over something you heard a year ago. You have a negativity bias. You give more weight to negative information, familiarity bias. You give, you know, weight to someone.

• 50:32Speaker 03

  Some cost bias.

• 50:33Peter Diamandis?

All of these. And you will be able to turn on your version of Jarvis, my favorite AI. And say, listen, I want you to make me aware when I'm being biased. And I want you to give me the countervailing information. I think that's going to be incredible.

• 50:49Speaker 03

Identify the biases that I'm coming with.

• 50:52Peter Diamandis?

  Yes, yeah.

• 50:53Speaker 03

For looking at some piece of content or understanding something or making a judgment call. What by, this is where I think AIs in, in the boardroom will be really, really useful. Because an AI will be able to go, I'm sorry, they're operating out of total profit seeking values.

• 51:07Peter Diamandis?

Even, even if it's not, uh, you know, politically acceptable, because that political acceptability just could destroy us. So here's another, Google announces Med AI models for healthcare. Um, and I think, you know, we're seeing Apple and Amazon and Google. I mean, there's nothing more valuable than a person's health. And so I just had a chance to, uh, to speak with Karen DeSalvo, who's the head of Google Health, amazing M D. Um, and yeah, uh, Google's gonna help you. It will ultimately be your best diagnostician. It'll ultimately be your best surgeon as well.

• 51:44Speaker 03

I am super excited by this, especially in, say, emerging markets where they have a doctor per million citizens type of thing. You can now have a, a very viable medical help and medical care diagnostics, et cetera, across the board at near zero cost. This is what Imad was trying to get to, uh, when he was, uh, as when he talked about it at the abundance summit and others. I think that is going to be an upliftor for humanity that on a way that we've never seen.

• 52:13Peter Diamandis?

Did you see the movie Oppenheimer? If you did, did you know that besides building the atomic bomb at Los Alamos National Labs, that they spent billions on biodefense weapons? The ability to accurately detect viruses and microbes by reading their RNA? Well, a company called Viome exclusively licensed the technology from Los Alamos Labs to build a platform that can measure your microbiome and the RNA in your blood. Now, Viome has a product that I've personally used for years called Full Body Intelligence, which collects a few drops of your blood, spit and stool, and can tell you so much about your health. They've tested over 700,000 individuals and used their AI models to deliver members

• 52:56Peter Diamandis?

critical health guidance, like what foods you should eat, what foods you shouldn't eat, as well as your supplements and probiotics, your biological age and other deep health insights. And the results of the recommendations are nothing short of stellar. You know, as reported in the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine, after just six months of following Viome's recommendations, members reported the following, a 36% reduction in depression.

• 53:22Peter Diamandis?

A 40% reduction in anxiety, a 30% reduction in diabetes, and a 48% reduction in IBS. Listen, I've been using Viome for three years. I know that my oral and gut health is one of my highest priorities. Best of all, Viome is affordable, which is part of my mission to democratize health. If you want to join me on this journey, go to viome.com/peter. I've asked Naveen Jain, a friend of mine, who's the founder and CEO of Viome, to give my listeners a special discount. You'll find it at viome.com/peter. We are having a lot of AI news. What comes along with it now is robotic news.

• 54:02Peter Diamandis?

This is fun. So, we're going to start to see Tesla's Optimus being used in the factory. I think Tesla, Elon's had a tough month on Tesla. And he said, "We have two important breakthroughs that are going to be driving sales. One is Optimus, and one's robot taxis." We'll talk about that in a minute. But if you can bring the cost of labor down, a lot of the things that we buy, it's labor. Materials cost is important, but labor is still up there. I'm not going to run the robot, but here we see Optimus checking out these lithium-ion battery cells to make sure.

• 54:39Speaker 03

Yeah, can I give a bit of framing on this?

• 54:41Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah, of course.

• 54:43Speaker 03

This, you know, one of the things that really blew our minds a few years ago when we first saw the Baxter robot.

• 54:48Peter Diamandis?

  I remember Baxter, yeah.

• 54:50Speaker 03

Right? And what I found unbelievably fascinating about it was that throughout the history of robotics, because we've had robots on factory floors forever, you had to program the robot explicitly. And you had to say, "Pick up what we just turned 90 degrees, move over here, turn back, put it down, rotate it to fit it in the slot." And you had to list that and program it in that way, which took forever. But with Baxter and all of these humanoid robots, you can literally show it what to do, and it literally learns off the movements you show it and then replicates it and optimizes from there. So you don't have to program a robot anymore. Which is a huge breakthrough and allows you to now expand in all these use cases in really, really powerful ways. So I think there's an unbelievable explosion of use cases coming.

• 55:35Speaker 03

And what we've been waiting for is the cost of all of the servo motors and movements, uh, structures, et cetera, to drop. Because the original Baxter robot, the, the arms cost $10,000 each.

• 55:46Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 55:46Speaker 03

Right? And now that's dropping 50% a year and now it's down to, I think it's about a thousand dollars an arm today. And it's just gonna keep going down. So that's really, really exciting.

• 55:55Peter Diamandis?

Yeah. All right. So let's move on beyond Optimus here. Um, I found this absolutely fascinating. So, and the title reads here, Nvidia announces Dr. Eureka, robot training L L M. So I mentioned earlier that being able to simulate something uh, is why they really work in real life. And so Nvidia announced in a large language model agent that automates writing code to train robot skills. So, uh, they, so here we got, we have a robot dog that's going to be trained to balance on a yoga ball, uh, purely in simulation. And then they actually, it transfers in what's called a zero shot to the real world.

• 56:38Peter Diamandis?

Which means, uh, here's the, here's the robot dog on the yoga ball. And the first time it's tried in the real world, after being learned in simulation, it works perfectly. That's amazing. Amazing.

• 56:54Speaker 03

Incredible. Um, can I give you my, my other favorite story around?

• 56:59Peter Diamandis?

  Oh, yeah, please.

• 57:00Speaker 03

Uh, do you know the story of Ross Chastain, the NASCAR driver?

• 57:03Peter Diamandis?

  No.

• 57:04Speaker 03

Okay. So about 18 months ago, uh, and I'll, I'll, we can find the clip and stick it in, by the way. A, a NASCAR driver called Ross Chastain was on the final lap of a race. He's seventh place and his team tells him, you have to jump four spots to qualify for the championships. And what he did was, he um uh had one shot at this. Uh because in normal racing, you can't pass four cars in one lap, it's impossible. What he did was he floored, uh put the car into fifth gear and floored it. And he went around and he used the wall to keep himself in. Uh from hugging the wa- he used the wall to keep himself on the track and scraped the wall. At one point, he was going seventy miles an hour faster than the other cars.

• 57:47Speaker 03

And wished around the wall, catapulted himself and came into fourth place and qualified.

• 57:51Peter Diamandis?

Wow. He changed, he changed the game.

• 57:54Speaker 03

Everybody's mind. He totally changed the game, it had never been done in the history of racing, it was incredible about it. He practiced this on a game cube.

• 58:03Speaker 03

A car simulator, he practiced it on the simulator and then fricking did it in real life. Unbelievable. They of course changed the rules after that because it was too dangerous.

• 58:12Peter Diamandis?

I thought you were gonna tell me they put little wheels on the side of his car.

• 58:16Speaker 03

Well, if one little stud was sticking out of that wall, you'd have been toast, right? But but he did it and it actually worked and it's just such an incredible example of applying technology and and making a breakthrough that nobody ever thought was possible. In a really powerful way.

• 58:31Peter Diamandis?

Thinking and coloring outside the lines. All right, here's uh mass humanoid production in China by twenty twenty five.

• 58:40Speaker 08

China is also developing a humanoid robot industry.

• 58:46Speaker 08

  Look at that.

• 58:47Speaker 00

After lots of year, it's coming true.

• 58:49Speaker 08

Alex Gu is the founder and CEO of Fourier Intelligence. Last year, he launched the GR one, his first generation humanoid.

• 59:02Speaker 00

  We can do.

• 59:03Peter Diamandis?

So, a couple of comments. Uh one, I still think Optimus is the best looking robot.

• 59:10Peter Diamandis?

And two, uh, amazing, right? China needs this to maintain its economy in a big way.

• 59:17Speaker 03

Uh, yes, uh, the, the, the birth rate and the huge population uh implosion they're going to have. Uh, it was same with Japan, they need robots to actually do all the work. And they don't have a choice, so they have to automate and create robots at scale in a way that we've never seen. Um, I think this is gonna be super exciting. I'm, I'm kind of, you know, you've been really, really enthusiastic about this for a while and I'm slowly grudgingly getting there.

• 59:42Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 59:43Speaker 03

  Um.

• 59:43Peter Diamandis?

Why, why is it grudgingly? Why, why you?

• 59:45Speaker 03

  Use case.

• 59:46Peter Diamandis?

Why are you not excited about this?

• 59:47Speaker 03

Just because I'm like, I'm like, I don't understand. My big beef is why are they humanoid? It's such, the, the human being is such.

• 59:52Peter Diamandis?

Because our world, our world is designed around humanoid us. I mean, it's like, this thing is the size that my hand can grip, you know? We have to redesign the rest of our world. It's, uh, you do you remember, um, what was that little device that predated the Palm Pilot? Remember the Palm Pilot?

• 1:00:09Speaker 03

  Of course.

• 1:00:10Peter Diamandis?

Okay, so the Palm Pilot was interesting. Um, they, they were trying to get the software to adapt um to your writing style. And then they made a decision, no, we're gonna actually teach the human to adapt to Palm Pilot's writing style. And they created some kind of a script, right? A T was like, go this way and this way. And so it's, it rather than building, you know, rather than changing the built world to adopt for the robots, have the robots adapt to the built world, you know? Elevators, escalators, stairs, chairs, all those things. I mean, it makes perfect sense to me and they're much cooler.

• 1:00:56Peter Diamandis?

  Come on. Come on.

• 1:00:58Speaker 03

Okay, but hold it, let me push back on that. So if I'm wanting to mow a lawn.

• 1:01:03Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:01:03Speaker 03

I don't want a humanoid robot, I want a robot lawnmower that has wheels.

• 1:01:06Peter Diamandis?

But don't you want, no, no, no, no, I want the same robot that can clean the dishes and can mow the lawn and can fold the, uh, the laundry and can clean the kid's room. You know, and can go shopping for me. I don't want to pay for that and teach every one of these and pay for all the different hardware. You know, I want.

• 1:01:27Speaker 03

  Got it.

• 1:01:28Peter Diamandis?

  That's it.

• 1:01:29Speaker 03

Okay, so so you you're gonna we're gonna end up with a robot that looks the end of its arms are gonna look like a robot with like a vacuum cleaner with sixty

• 1:01:38Peter Diamandis?

No, it picks up the robe picks up the vacuum I currently own and vacuums the room.

• 1:01:44Speaker 03

Oh, my God. Okay. Yeah, there you there I'm.

• 1:01:48Peter Diamandis?

  You disagree.

• 1:01:48Speaker 03

I I think that I think that gets too hard to do for many, many, many use cases. But I I'll give you my counterpoint. I think what will happen is let's say I want that human or robot to go mow the lawn. It'll put out its its connector thing which has a spinning blade and it'll go around mowing the lawn. And it can do that pretty quickly and you don't worry too much about but I think there's a hidden dirty little secret in all of these human robots. Et cetera, which is power. And we saw this at the abundance summit, the the battery life is still really, really poor on these things. They last like an hour to an hour and a half. But again, that's going to that's going exponentially.

• 1:02:26Peter Diamandis?

  Nuclear power plants.

• 1:02:27Speaker 03

  Few iterations.

• 1:02:28Peter Diamandis?

My micro nuke, micro nukes. Beam.

• 1:02:34Peter Diamandis?

  Beam power.

• 1:02:34Speaker 03

But I but I do take your point. I think it's gonna be super exciting and I'm I'm coming I'm tilting more and more.

• 1:02:40Peter Diamandis?

You better. The prediction is a billion robots in like a decade's time. Right? But no coast law is like, you know, we're gonna exceed Elon's like ten billion robots. Well, I mean, that's what he would say. Do you have any cars that were on the planet?

• 1:02:54Peter Diamandis?

I was I was shocked by this. There's like just under a billion cars. I would I would have thought there were more. And so the prediction is more humanoid robots than cars by by orders of magnitude.

• 1:03:07Speaker 03

Okay, okay, I'll give you my counterpoint.

• 1:03:10Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:03:10Speaker 03

I remember Avi Rekenthal used to say you'll have multiple three D printers in in your house running each.

• 1:03:17Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, he never said that. I remember that.

• 1:03:20Speaker 03

He did. He did. And but anyway, there was certainly a meme in the industry saying every room will have a a a 3D printed robot, a 3D printer. And we didn't kind of see that. So I I inserted millions of robots. Why can't we have one humanoid robot? That does lots of things and you share in your within your neighborhood and that one thing doesn't.

• 1:03:43Peter Diamandis?

I think it's gonna be, I think, listen, Elon's prediction, and God knows, he is the most precise on all predictions known in the universe, right? But let's just say, and I'm, and you know, I'm an investor in Figure, I'm gonna go and and visit Brad Adcock at Figure. Um, in a couple of weeks.

• 1:04:00Speaker 03

  Um, okay.

• 1:04:01Peter Diamandis?

And the number there is somewhere between forty thousand and a hundred thousand per robot. Okay, so if they have the same kind of lifetime as a car and you can lease them. We're talking about four hundred to a thousand dollars a month for a humanoid robot. You know, that's pretty affordable for something that can do all of your tasks all the time, twenty four seven on demand. And yeah, I I might lend it to you, but I may just want to have it there when I want it. Anyway, we'll see.

• 1:04:33Speaker 03

I I, okay, I'll give you my. Um, uh, kind of huge flags that go off in my head and then we can move on.

• 1:04:43Peter Diamandis?

  Okay, go for it.

• 1:04:43Speaker 03

Which is the liability insurance for that robot is going to be ridiculous because what happens if it scratches my rear desk? And and accidentally.

• 1:04:54Peter Diamandis?

What happens if your kid, what happens if your kid scare, scratches the desk? Or or if you're, if you're, or someone, or someone, or your person cleaning your house scratches your desk?

• 1:05:05Speaker 03

Yeah, but I think a robot is more likely, well, let's see, this is where, let's let it go, but you you you hear my.

• 1:05:13Peter Diamandis?

All right. I don't agree, but I do hear you. All right. So last, last slide on the robot side is, uh, is Tesla robot taxi. Uh, pretty cool looking vehicle. Um, so this.

• 1:05:26Peter Diamandis?

Elon's announced on August 8th, he's announcing the Tesla robot taxi.

• 1:05:34Peter Diamandis?

And he went to China, he sort of like skipped India, went straight to China with the objective of a robot taxi in China. And this is rumored to be $25,000. This is if if and when he gets this right, this is the biggest financial play. That that Tesla has ever done. It's the massive market. Massive market. Have you have you driven? Have you driven in one of the any any of the Waymos or anything yet?

• 1:06:01Speaker 03

Yes, I've been in an autonomous taxi in Phoenix.

• 1:06:06Speaker 03

And they're clunky and a little slow, but they work perfectly well, especially in a very predictable grid format. For this particular announcement, I'm I'm usually a little suspicious of some of Elon's announcements because of the the PR aspect of it, but this one I'm very, very, very excited about. I think this brings to fruition the potential of Tesla. In completely changing the game for transportation. I'm unbelievably excited about this.

• 1:06:34Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah, I agree.

• 1:06:36Speaker 03

I mean, for God's sakes, can I put my kid in a taxi, a robot taxi and let it drive him to school?

• 1:06:42Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:06:44Speaker 03

  I mean, it's ridiculous.

• 1:06:47Peter Diamandis?

  I find this as.

• 1:06:51Peter Diamandis?

The question is, how fast is this transition going to occur, right? If you look back 120 years ago at the transition. From cars, from horses to cars, it took like 10 years. And then it was like

• 1:07:04Speaker 03

  It was very fast.

• 1:07:04Peter Diamandis?

  It was done. Yeah.

• 1:07:06Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:07:07Peter Diamandis?

So we're gonna see Waymo has been really slow in coming. Right? I mean,

• 1:07:11Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:07:12Peter Diamandis?

And and what's interesting is that robot Tesla vehicles are, at least unless he's changed his name of his game, are all camera based. There is no LiDAR. Right? There's no ultrasound. It's all imaging base.

• 1:07:31Peter Diamandis?

So I know I use I use autopilot um all the time on my car and

• 1:07:36Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:07:37Peter Diamandis?

  Uh it will

• 1:07:37Speaker 03

  You have FSD?

• 1:07:38Peter Diamandis?

I have full self-driving, yeah, and I use it uh ninety percent of the time. It's only tried to kill me like once, maybe twice. And I and I probably jumped the gun. It's like, is it making a right turn here like into into those cones over there? Does it see them? And I can't take the risk that it does. It probably would have.

• 1:07:59Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:08:00Peter Diamandis?

But um but it would take me, you know, the the only problem is when I'm using full self-driving. Your your your hands have to be on the wheel and it's feeling the resistance you're putting on it. And so a lot of times it's like my hands on the wheel, but it's not tight enough and not a resistance. And then it it it starts blinking red and says, full self-driving is off. You know, you've been a bad boy. You've had your hands off the wheel, so I can't wait for it to actually uh be there all the time. So I can like make use of that time.

• 1:08:29Speaker 03

I think I think so. The next step under the the robotaxis is, I think, one level. When I can take my existing Tesla and pop it into the fleet when I'm on a two-day business trip.

• 1:08:40Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:08:40Speaker 03

That's when I think the the next inflection point really

• 1:08:44Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, definitely. I want to be able to say, push the button on the screen that says, go earn me some money. And then I'll happily split the revenue fifty fifty with Elon or whatever it is.

• 1:08:55Speaker 03

  Yep.

• 1:08:55Peter Diamandis?

  Um, all right, let's go.

• 1:08:57Speaker 03

  Eighty twenty hopefully, but

• 1:08:58Peter Diamandis?

Let's close out on Bitcoin news. Uh, exciting couple of weeks here. Um, and you've been on so many stages with and without me saying, buy Bitcoin, buy Bitcoin now.

• 1:09:10Speaker 03

  I have.

• 1:09:11Peter Diamandis?

  You have.

• 1:09:12Speaker 03

I am very, I'm very, very excited uh about this. Uh, this is one where MicroStrategy, Michael Saylor, uh, announced a decentralized ID protocol uh using ordinals. Uh, ordinals are like NFTs for the Bitcoin world, uh, non-fungible tokens. And um, this is pretty exciting. Uh, I think it'll come down to whether it's truly self-sovereign. I haven't looked into the port of Orange Protocol closely enough to see if it's actually self-sovereign ID. But I think it's a really great play. I think he's got a great shot at doing it and uh the potential here. So uh can I do a little? So let's go through a couple of others, because I want to make a couple of comments about Bitcoin and and crypto in general.

• 1:09:56Peter Diamandis?

Okay, um, let's go here. So You know, I think the big news has been the having it happened.

• 1:10:04Speaker 03

  Um.

• 1:10:05Peter Diamandis?

It happened. And and I'm like, I'm like, okay, time to go. Let's, you know, let's get that price going and.

• 1:10:13Speaker 03

There are all these memes of people expecting rocket ship and ending up with a a milk dripping off out of a out of

• 1:10:20Peter Diamandis?

  No.

• 1:10:21Speaker 03

  Fallen over milk bottle.

• 1:10:22Peter Diamandis?

  So what happened?

• 1:10:23Speaker 03

  That this was expected.

• 1:10:25Peter Diamandis?

  It was?

• 1:10:25Speaker 03

I I'm, yeah, we, when you look at the price charts and you do technical analysis, you, when you have a huge run up like that, it's going to consolidate for a little while. The only uh um uh thing is how long will it consolidate for before it goes to the next level? Um, the the word that I'm hearing is if it drops below fifty seven, then it's gonna go to the another technical level below and it'll stay sideways for much longer. If it stays about fifty seven, this is a temporary period and then it's gonna start shooting up again. I did a podcast this morning with Jeff Booth.

• 1:11:00Peter Diamandis?

  Okay.

• 1:11:00Speaker 03

Who I think of as the chief economist of the of the crypto world. Um, and I asked him what he thought the what the percentage likelihood we'd hit a million dollars of Bitcoin and what he thought the ultimate value would be. Um.

• 1:11:15Peter Diamandis?

  And?

• 1:11:16Speaker 03

And he said, I've said in the past, I'm ninety nine percent sure, but I'm now one hundred percent sure it hits a million dollars of Bitcoin.

• 1:11:22Peter Diamandis?

  When?

• 1:11:23Speaker 03

Uh, uh, when is the difficult problem question because when is this?

• 1:11:28Peter Diamandis?

  He he death.

• 1:11:29Speaker 03

  Starts the avalanche.

• 1:11:30Peter Diamandis?

He death of the universe? I mean, come on.

• 1:11:32Speaker 03

He refuses to, he refused to put timing for various and obvious reasons, although I tried to pin hard to pin him down. But he made a more dramatic comment that I've heard before, which is the world has about nine hundred trillion in assets.

• 1:11:45Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:11:46Speaker 03

Uh, globally. Um, and his view is that Bitcoin will become that nine hundred trillion divided by twenty one million. In that division, it's forty two million of Bitcoin. He is now of the opinion that we will, over time, inevitably move to Bitcoin as a, not just a store of value like digital gold, but a unit of account. And you'll be measuring your house not in how many dollars it's worth, but how many Bitcoin it's worth.

• 1:12:17Peter Diamandis?

  Again, I, you know.

• 1:12:18Speaker 03

  It's game over.

• 1:12:19Peter Diamandis?

Listen, I, I, I talk a lot about longevity. I talk about adding fifty years of life or a hundred years of life. I just need to understand, is this like, you know, can you give me a decade? Yeah, not, if not, if not a month.

• 1:12:33Speaker 03

So, can I give you my personal view? I think Bitcoin hits a million dollars of Bitcoin in the next three to four years. Why? Because the debt bomb is now hitting. This year, the US will spend more servicing its debt than it does on the military.

• 1:12:51Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:12:52Speaker 03

That's a massive, massive number. That's the highest expense item on the US, um, um, annual payroll, annual bill. And now the interest on the debt that they've incurred is now the highest, biggest expense. And it's growing exponentially, by the way.

• 1:13:09Peter Diamandis?

Yes, I don't want to use, I don't like using that example of exponential growth. All right. Let's close out, let's close out with this subject and this video. Let me hit play here.

• 1:13:19Speaker 03

  Yeah.

• 1:13:19Peter Diamandis?

And then you talk to me about it.

• 1:13:21Speaker 09

Tom also lost thirty million dollars in crypto. Tom, how did you fall for that? I mean, even Gronk was like, me know that not real money, like.

• 1:13:38Speaker 03

  So, so this went viral.

• 1:13:39Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:13:40Speaker 03

Completely viral as kind of a joke on, on Tom Brady at his roast. I think the bigger implication here is, why did he lose so much money? Right? And, and this speaks to the FTX collapse. And I want to, I want to talk about this for a minute. So when you have digital currencies and cryptocurrencies, et cetera, there's three points on a triangle you want to hit. Decentralization, security and scalability. Okay, and it's also ties back to what Jeff Booth is, why he's so excited about Bitcoin these days. When Bitcoin first came out, it had decentralization and security for the first time ever in a digital currency. We'd never had that before. People got super excited by it, but it did not solve for the scalability part because Bitcoin initially was not that scalable.

Hence, all the altcoins Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, da, da, da, da, all trying to solve for scalability in different use cases as they saw it. Um, consumer grade microtransactions, et cetera. But in doing, trying to achieve scalability, they compromised on decentralization or they compromised on security. Hence, the FTX collapsed because it wasn't decentralized and hence, uh, Luna, et cetera, et cetera. So, uh, FTX looked really good for a while, but because the underlying architecture was flawed, Tom Brady lost a lot of money on it. It's not a commentary on crypto in general. It's the fact that the scalable altcoins were flawed in decentralization or flawed in security.

• 1:15:04Speaker 03

Um, in the last couple of years, they've developed the Lightning Network on Bitcoin, which actually makes Bitcoin scalable. And now there's an explosion of engineering.

• 1:15:13Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:15:13Speaker 03

If you think about scalability, that's an engineering problem, not an invention problem. Right? And so now there's all these efforts to create layer twos on Bitcoin. Uh, Lightning is one of them that looks pretty robust. And now we can make Bitcoin truly scalable and hit all three. And therefore, the, like, the super smart folks that we know are going all in on Bitcoin. So that's part of the rationale there.

• 1:15:36Peter Diamandis?

Uh, what's your ratio of owned Bitcoin to Ethereum, to Solana, or to anything else?

• 1:15:42Speaker 03

  Right now?

• 1:15:42Peter Diamandis?

  Yeah.

• 1:15:44Speaker 03

I'm in the, I, I, it used to be about, uh, fifty fifty. I'm now in the eighty-five to ninety percent Bitcoin.

• 1:15:53Peter Diamandis?

Yeah, I I'm I'm the same. Um, we

• 1:15:55Speaker 03

And I've gone deep in ordinals.

• 1:15:57Peter Diamandis?

  Ordinals. Uh, there's like

• 1:15:59Speaker 03

Ordinals or NFTs on on That's the Cardinals.

• 1:16:03Peter Diamandis?

  Okay, the Orioles.

• 1:16:05Speaker 03

NFTs are ordinals or NFTs on Bitcoin. So, you know, we as an OpenEXO community have been waiting for a while to launch an NFT project because with a community, you really want something like that. And how do we reward the EXO heroes? So we we actually have just uh announced and have minted a a collection called EXO Heroes, um, which are a collection of ordinals and we'll go across multiple chains of this. For people that are building the new Web three realities that will replace the old world. And so that collection is going live over the next uh few weeks. Uh, and we'll be allowing people to mint EXO Heroes for free. Uh, if they have recruits and other things, but they can go to

• 1:16:51Speaker 03

uh, exoheros.com and check it out or track us at exoherosnft on Twitter, I think.

• 1:16:56Peter Diamandis?

And then uh then the general

• 1:16:58Speaker 03

We finally jumped into that mode modality.

• 1:17:00Peter Diamandis?

Great. Uh, how big is the EXO community again, Salim?

• 1:17:04Speaker 03

We're now thirty seven thousand people in a hundred and fifty countries.

• 1:17:06Peter Diamandis?

  Amazing. And how does someone

• 1:17:08Speaker 03

And we offer tools and uh of transformation toolkits and how to build an EXO. Uh, we do master classes, training, networking, et cetera, et cetera.

• 1:17:18Peter Diamandis?

Awesome. Awesome. So check, check it out at openexo.com. Um, and uh, Salim, what's your, what's your handle on on X?

• 1:17:28Speaker 03

My Twitter handle is Salim Ismail, um, which has been a bit of a nightmare recently because the podcast I did with Tom Bilyeu just dropped. So I'm getting some weird mentions and a couple of weeks ago, remember you and I did a clip, uh, one of your moonshot episodes? And there was a two minute clip of me talking about the fact that you cannot regulate AI at all. And Elon retweeted that clip. And weird things happen when Elon retweets your face.

• 1:17:53Peter Diamandis?

Yes. Did you get marriage proposals or what happened?

• 1:17:57Speaker 03

Oh, but no, like just some really like, who the hell are you, pal?

• 1:18:04Speaker 03

It was very surreal. But it's a really important point. We made that point. I'm going to make it again. Uh, we see no mechanism by which you can regulate AI like at all. You'd have to go down and regulate it. Every line of code being written, which is obviously not.

• 1:18:19Peter Diamandis?

Or or invent a time machine, one or the other, whichever is easier.

• 1:18:23Speaker 03

No, I think, um, so we've partnered with the Casper blockchain, which is doing a really amazing job. They're what they're doing is they're creating a blockchain based audit function where you can run your AI through an audit analysis and it'll analyze the, the, um, the, the, the depth of the model and the elegance of the model and so on. So there's a really interesting vector there on that.

• 1:18:46Peter Diamandis?

Oh, amazing. Everybody, thank you for listening to this episode of Moon Shots. WTF just happened in tech this week? Uh, please subscribe if you like this, uh, share it with your friends. Slim and I will be doing this on a regular basis, at least every two weeks to hopefully make it fun and give you some context of what's going on in the technology world. Um, if you're interested in my abundance 360 summit, you can go to abundance360.com. Uh, if you're interested in, uh, EXO, uh, Salim's organization, go to openexo.com. Salim, I love you, buddy. Be well and talk to you soon.

• 1:19:26Speaker 03

Let's appear next time with humanoid robots next to us, helping us.

• 1:19:29Peter Diamandis?

I think we should, uh, tell people that we are actually humanoid AI robots in the first place and not, not hold them.

• 1:19:35Speaker 03

  There you go.

• 1:19:36Peter Diamandis?

Not, not lie to them again about this thing. All right. Take care, pal.

• 1:19:39Speaker 03

  There you go.

• 1:19:40Peter Diamandis?

  All right.
