So, my mom sent me about eight to 10 Big Bens in boxes, probably five or six months ago. And it was all stuff from like my childhood, from awards and accomplishments and old clothes and things like that, books. And I didn't open it until yesterday. I didn't open any of them until yesterday, but it was kinda stuff I had in storage at my mom's place. And I moved so many times that I left it there and she finally said, "I'm sick and tired of having this in my basement. You're taking it or I'm throwing it away." So, I had her ship it all to me. And yesterday I had a two-hour window where an interview had to reschedule. I said, "You know what? Let's dive into this. Let's get rid of this stuff. It's kinda been cluttered. Let's get rid of it and see what's here."

And boy, was I amazed and surprised about what I saw. I mean, I found photos that I forgot I even had from teenage years. I found a photo of me when I had eight teeth removed when I was 17 and my face was blown up. I had certificates and awards and medals that I didn't even know I had, or I forgot I'd got. All these All-State Awards, All-American Awards, MVP Awards, my letter jacket from high school. You know, letters that my grandfather wrote me 10, 15 years ago before he passed about his lessons on life and what he saw for me. I had books and books of things from high school and college of me writing down inspiration

and leadership quotes and what my vision was. I don't even remember some of this stuff that I used to do, but it was such a cool experience to see and witness everything that's come full circle. You know, it was actually a few days ago that I said to my assistant Sarah, I was like, "You know, Sarah, I feel like the year is over. Did I even do anything this year? Did anything even important happen?" Sometimes I question. If I've created anything meaningful in my life. And I know there's other people out there who have these questions of like, I'm not doing enough. Or I haven't done anything big, or man, I'm, I'm wasting my potential. I know other people say this, they'd say this to me, they write this to me, and sometimes I feel it.

And wow, it was just cool to go back in time. And see where I started as an athlete, as a young man, as a teenager. What I wanted to achieve in my life and to realize that wow, I've actually done some cool things. I've achieved a lot of my dreams. I've been making an impact in other people's lives. And I'm on the path to the life I want to live. And I think there are moments that we face where we are struggled. Or we're challenged, or we, we don't feel like we believe in ourselves enough, or we feel like we're off track. Or maybe we're, don't know what the purpose of all this is sometimes.

And I know there are people out there that are struggling and hurting and seeking for, for answers. But take inventory on where you're at in your life. And look back, you know, you've come such a far way. You know, some of you have incredible families and beautiful relationships and you know, you've, you've graduated from school, you've, you've had different careers, you've started businesses. And yes, there's been challenges and yes, there's been heartache and struggle and maybe health issues and financial issues. But even in all those challenges, you've created so much in your life. Take a moment to celebrate the full circle experiences.

Guys, you are a beautiful being. You are a beautiful human being who is doing the best you can do. And if you're not doing the best you can do, don't beat yourself up. Move yourself forward to being better today, to taking a better step tomorrow. To getting clearer on your purpose and your vision for the future. So that your journey is blissful, even if there's bad moments. You are a beautiful human being. Acknowledge what you've created this entire year. This year is almost up. You get to acknowledge and look back each month, go into your calendar. Where did you travel? Acknowledge that you went on a journey.

• 4:27Lewis Howes?

You know, how much money did you make? And what did you do to impact other people with that money? Have you been giving back? Have you been donating? Have you supported your friends in any way financially? What are you doing to give back with the money you're making? Have you been there for your family? Have you communicated? Have you been a good father or mother or husband? Or wife or daughter or son? Have you been there for the people in your lives? That's just as valuable. When we neglect other people, but make a lot of money and achieve things, what's the point of that? You're still suffering and you're hurting other people. Take a moment to acknowledge all the beauty that you are in the world. All that you've created this year and every year leading up to this moment in your life.
