#284 Schlep - EVERY Parent Needs to Watch This

Schlep, real name Michael, is a 22‑year‑old YouTuber and content creator known for his hard‑hitting investigations exposing child predators on Roblox. Through sting operations and decoy accounts, his channel has uncovered widespread grooming networks using the platform to target minors. A survivor of Roblox grooming himself—exploited as a young teen by a prominent developer once promoted and partnered with the company. Schlep turned his personal trauma into a mission for accountability. His YouTube channel has directly contributed to multiple arrests of alleged predators who used Roblox to move victims to Discord for explicit content and real‑world encounters. A vocal critic of Roblox’s safety failures and profit‑driven approach to its child‑heavy user base, Schlep has consistently challenged the company’s moderation practices and its pattern of deplatforming whistleblowers. In August 2025, Roblox permanently banned him and issued a cease‑and‑desist letter threatening legal action, triggering the viral #FreeSchlep movement and major online backlash. Despite being banned from the platform, Schlep continues his predator‑catching work independently, collaborating with law enforcement to secure convictions and raising awareness of how Roblox profits from developer programs that can enable exploitation. Today, he is a leading advocate for stronger child safety laws and transparency in online gaming, exposing the gap between Roblox’s “safe and educational” image and its systemic moderation failures. Mr. President, my company foreme of the explosion on our rig. On October 2nd. Causing massive water displacement and triggering a tsunami. They all heap the blame on me. Tom Cruise is. Digger got us into this mess, and Digger's gonna dig us up. From the director of Birdman and The Revenant.

• 0:16Speaker 01

What would happen if I stopped doing it? You stall, you freeze to death, that's what.

• 0:20Speaker 00

With great power comes great deniability.

• 0:24Speaker 02

  I'm not the first then.

There is so much NFL on ESPN right now. Monday Night Football, plus pregame and postgame. NFL Live, NFL Primetime. Everything you need to stay on top of every game, every week. Unbelievable. And now, NFL Network is on the ESPN app. More football, more coverage, more ways to watch. Football's on, all season long, on ESPN and streaming on the ESPN app.

• 1:02Shawn Ryan?

Get ready for a heavy one. I have been waiting a long time to meet this guy. Ever since Ryan Montgomery came on the show and told us about all the shenanigans that are going on with the game Roblox.

• 1:17Shawn Ryan?

And he brought up a gentleman that goes by the name Schlep. Who kind of kicked this whole thing off. And so, finally got to meet him. Amazing, amazing human being. Wouldn't expect anything less from somebody referred to me by Ryan Montgomery. But, um, I just want to warn you. This is an extremely heavy episode. And we had to pull a couple of parts

• 1:47Shawn Ryan?

because it's not YouTube-friendly. And that's not a blast to YouTube. This stuff is super heavy, man. Like, really, really heavy. And if you're a parent, you need to watch this. Especially if you have a kid that's on the game Roblox. So if you want to see the uncensored version...

• 2:10Shawn Ryan?

It's on Vigilance League Patreon. I will be honest, probably 95% or more of the content, the original content is on YouTube, but there's just these small little portions that just,

• 2:27Shawn Ryan?

we can't put it out on YouTube, and here's why. We can't put it out on YouTube because if this gets pulled down, it will be detrimental to potentially millions of kids and millions of parents who are trying to protect their kids.

• 2:43Shawn Ryan?

And we don't want to take that chance. So the meat's in there. Everything you need to know is in this episode. But if you want, if you want the real nasty stuff that's going on, it's, it's on Patreon. With that being said, I just want to tell you, my goal and Schlep's goal is just to save kids. That's what this is about. This isn't about numbers. This isn't about money. This isn't about anything but protecting kids. I think as time goes on and we see the stuff with this Epstein stuff, roadblocks, exploitation, all that kind of stuff that's going on with our children needs to be exposed. And that's what we're doing.

• 3:26Shawn Ryan?

I hate to say this, but enjoy the show.

• 3:36Shawn Ryan?

  Schlep!

• 3:37Speaker 04

  Pleasure to be here.

• 3:38Shawn Ryan?

Dude, I've been waiting a long time for this.

• 3:42Speaker 04

I have too. I have too.

• 3:44Shawn Ryan?

So, uh, our mutual friend, Ryan Montgomery, uh, told me about you in the last, in, in, in the last episode. And, uh, man, I just, I just think the world of Ryan and, um, you know, he's, we're, we're chatting about him at breakfast and, uh, man. There just are not very many hearts in the world that are more genuine than that guy's. And um, he spoke very highly of you and, and you guys sound very similar. The most important thing is uh, saving kids and it's not about getting money for a fucking nonprofit. It's not about monetizing shit. It's, it's, it's from, from, I know a hundred percent for sure.

• 4:29Shawn Ryan?

Um, that's true with Ryan and Brian pretty much says the same about you. So. I just want to start off saying thank you for what you're doing.

• 4:37Speaker 04

  I appreciate it.

• 4:39Shawn Ryan?

  How old are you? Twenty-two?

• 4:40Speaker 04

  Twenty-two years old.

• 4:42Shawn Ryan?

For a twenty-two-year-old man slash kid, sorry, but um, I know you're not a kid, but you're young. And, and, and, and I, I just want to say, you know, for a twenty-two-year-old man to be going up against a multi-billion dollar corporation just to do what's right with, I'm pretty sure there's no monetary value in that. Uh, you're risking a lot. That's, that's an example I wish a lot more people would follow, especially our fucking politicians.

• 5:12Speaker 04

I mean, for, for, for this whole stuff that I've been doing, I mean, I pretty much put my whole career on the line. Um, I mean, I, I was doing stuff totally unrelated, like I, I, I lost revenue streams because of, because of this stuff and I, I would do it again in a heartbeat to, to tell parents the truth of what's going on. It is, it is so crazy. I, I like, I had never seen anything in my life like this. So I, I really thank you for the platform to be able to speak on this. And I, I, I hope a lot of parents see this and they realize they need to take their kids off of this game.

• 5:49Shawn Ryan?

Oh, a lot of parents are gonna see this. A lot are gonna see this. You're a good man. But before we get into the dark shit, because you are a gamer.

• 5:57Speaker 04

  Yeah, I am a gamer.

• 5:59Shawn Ryan?

  What are your favorite games?

• 6:01Speaker 04

Well, okay, so my, my favorite game is, is on Roblox, uh, and it was what I pretty much built my first channel on. Uh, I got a hundred and fifty thousand subscribers just playing a, a Roblox game. It's a, you ever heard of like Roller Coaster, Tycoon, those sort of games?

• 6:18Shawn Ryan?

  Mm-hmm.

• 6:18Speaker 04

Someone built that on, on Roblox and it was super cool. I mean, it, it rivaled like games made by, you know, these studios and it was just one guy. Um, and I turned that into a whole career where I was making all these videos and all these fans. I mean, it was great.

• 6:35Shawn Ryan?

You're not a Call of Duty guy?

• 6:37Speaker 04

  No, I'm really not.

• 6:38Shawn Ryan?

  Dude, what?

• 6:39Speaker 04

I, I never really got that much into like, uh, you know, first person shooter games. I mean, I, I play some, but I, no, I just, I never got into Call of Duty, not really.

• 6:50Shawn Ryan?

Dude, I did a little, uh, we did a little collaboration with Call of Duty here recently.

• 6:55Speaker 04

  Oh, really?

• 6:55Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, I used to play Call of Duty all the time overseas. So I don't, I don't know if you know anything about me, but I was a SEAL and, uh, did some contract work for the agency. Spent a lot of time in like really remote shit holes. And, uh, and, uh, a lot of the, the majority of the time you're sitting around at a base in the middle of nowhere doing nothing. So we would link our Xboxes all together. When, at one point I actually lived in a fucking abandoned jail.

• 7:22Speaker 04

  Wow.

• 7:22Shawn Ryan?

And so our rooms were the jail cells and we would, when you went in the, in the hallway, all you saw was just wires going from cell to cell to cell.

• 7:30Speaker 04

  Oh my gosh.

• 7:31Shawn Ryan?

People screaming at each other. So anyways, I do this Call of Duty collaboration. I'm like, oh man, this, and I had to play it. I'm like, oh, this is, I'm gonna get back into this shit. So I went and I got a fucking Xbox.

• 7:45Shawn Ryan?

  Dude, no.

• 7:47Speaker 04

  Really?

• 7:47Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, I spawn, I get killed.

• 7:49Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 7:49Shawn Ryan?

I didn't even realize I've respawned and they're already fucking killing me. I'm like.

• 7:53Speaker 04

That's the problem I have with first person shooter games. I, I just, I suck at them.

• 7:57Shawn Ryan?

  Okay.

• 7:58Speaker 04

I'm not good, I'm not good at them. I'm not, I've never been good at those like, uh, really fast paced shooter games. So I'm just, I'm always dying. I'm always the person on my team that's like losing and carrying us down. So I just don't play.

• 8:09Shawn Ryan?

Maybe we should, uh, have a little tournament after this. Who, who's gonna win? Shaun or Slup in Call of Duty. But what, um, what are some of the, what are some of the other games? I mean, we're, we're specifically here to talk about Roblox and what you're doing.

• 8:27Shawn Ryan?

To protect kids from that platform, but what are some of the other games that you know that you're aware of that people need to watch out for with their kids?

• 8:36Speaker 04

VRChat is definitely one of the worst games I have ever seen in terms of predators. The reason why Roblox is bad is due to the scale of how many just predators there are, how many they're taking advantage, but for per user basis, VRChat has way more predators in terms of if you join a lobby, the chances you're gonna see a predator. I mean, it's, you know, one of the first lobbies I joined on the game, there were, it was a whole group of people confronting someone for grooming a kid. Almost every lobby is filled with nude avatars. I was actually blown away by-

• 9:15Shawn Ryan?

  Hold on, what is VRChat?

• 9:18Speaker 04

Yeah, yeah, let me explain. So it's a game that's being hosted on Oculus and Steam, which are the two biggest, or well, Steam is the biggest online gaming seller, but Oculus is hosting this game as well, which is Facebook. And VRChat, pretty much you make an account, you can be, I think, 13, that's the age on it. And when you create an account, this is something I've never seen with literally any platform, you have to go into settings to turn off inappropriate content. Like, if you're a kid, you have to go into settings and do it.

• 9:55Shawn Ryan?

  Shouldn't it be the opposite?

• 9:56Speaker 04

It should be on by default.

• 9:58Shawn Ryan?

You have to go turn on inappropriate content?

• 10:00Speaker 04

Yes, it should be, you have to turn it on, but you shouldn't even have the ability to turn it on if you're a minor and your account is set to a minor.

• 10:07Shawn Ryan?

That's another question, before you go on. When you say you have to be 13, because I mean, you put your birthday in for every email, pretty much anything these days, you have to put your birthday in if you want an account, Instagram, Facebook, whatever, right? But there's never any- I mean, I never put my birthday on anything. I'm just pick some random shit. You know what I mean? So is that all, is that when you say you have to be 13, is it just type in your birthday here? Or do you actually, is there some kind of-

• 10:35Speaker 04

Yeah, you put your birth, oh, you're 13, okay. And I guess if you tell someone, oh, I'm actually 12, I'm not 13, then they'll ban you. But, I mean, kids just learned, oh, don't say my age on this. Say you're 13.

• 10:47Shawn Ryan?

  Okay.

• 10:48Speaker 04

  And, uh-

• 10:49Shawn Ryan?

  So it-

• 10:50Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 10:50Shawn Ryan?

So there's nothing. There's nothing preventing anybody that's under 13 to get in there?

• 10:54Speaker 04

As far as I'm aware of, yeah, there really isn't anything, yeah.

• 10:57Shawn Ryan?

As long as you can do some simple math and figure out what year you have to have been born to be 13.

• 11:02Speaker 04

Pretty much, yeah. I mean, I was, I was really blown away with VR Chat because, I mean, it was instantly, you would join a lobby and you would see nude avatars. I mean, it was, and they're like the top experiences on the game just are filled with naked and nude avatars. And kids can play, it's on the App Store as well, um, which from my knowledge totally breaks Apple's guidelines in terms of what is being allowed to be hosted. Yeah, I've, I've never seen a game that, like, filled with child predators, um, as VR Chat. And it's, it's very interesting because two of the Roblox guys, we ended up getting arrested. They were grooming kids on VR Chat.

• 11:46Speaker 04

One specifically, I'll, I'll talk about a little later. He, he, like, a video was just released, "Hey, Schlep, I, I caught the guy you got arrested on VR Chat grooming kids."

• 11:58Speaker 04

So, yeah, I mean, this, it's, it's another tool that these predators are using to groom kids. And I, I think another problem with it too is, um, the way VR is set up where, for instance, you know, if someone is looking at something bad on a computer, you can just walk in and see it. But when you're wearing VR goggles, you, you don't even know what's being displayed to your kid. So, yeah, I, I, that's a horrible game. Um, I would say-

• 12:22Shawn Ryan?

That's a good point. I may have not even thought of that.

• 12:24Speaker 04

Yeah, and that's how, I've talked to parents, uh, that have had their kids victimized on it. And they're like, "I had no idea this was even possible." Like, I, I watched them play it, like, right in front of me, like, the concept of your kid could possibly be getting groomed right in front of your eyes and you can't see it. That's, that's like a really terrifying thought.

• 12:45Shawn Ryan?

What's the point of this VR? What'd you call it? VR chat?

• 12:49Speaker 04

  VR chat.

• 12:50Shawn Ryan?

What is the point of the game?

• 12:51Speaker 04

It's a social hangout game. So it's a game where you pretty much just like hang out, find friends. They have different mini-games and stuff like that on there. They have like a community store and stuff like that that you can kind of, it's similar to Roblox in certain aspects, but it's very different as well. But yeah, we actually almost got a guy arrested off of that game last month. He was planning on, he bought actually a bus ticket from, it was close towards where Mexico, I think it was Brownsville, Texas. He bought a bus ticket to go to Round Rock, which was, would have been a 12-hour bus ticket one way,

• 13:36Speaker 04

to meet what he thought was a minor. And he said, I'm gonna show up. We're gonna have blah, blah, blah. And it got canceled last moment because the mom figured out, oh, hey, my, my son is getting on a bus ticket 12 hours away or taking a 12-hour bus ride. So yeah, I mean, it's, it is so easy to find child predators on that game. And that's, that's something I'll be targeting really soon. I, I'm gonna be hopefully getting some people arrested on that game.

• 14:07Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, so I had a couple of facts I wanted to read off to you. In 2024, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's Cyber Tip Line received 20.5 million reports of suspected child exploitation, which equals 29.2 million separate incidents. And those reports included 62.9 million files.

• 14:35Shawn Ryan?

They also report more than 546,000 online enticement reports in 2024, which is a 192% increase compared to 2023. And in just the first half of 2025, online enticement reports jumped from 292,000 to 518,000 year over year.

• 15:01Shawn Ryan?

Without naming, so this, here's a question, without naming minors or exposing active investigations, what are the top kid-heavy games or online spaces right now where children are most exposed to predators? And what do those spaces all have in common?

• 15:19Speaker 04

  Um.

• 15:20Shawn Ryan?

Let's leave Roblox out of this one. We know Roblox is one. Give us some stuff that people don't know.

• 15:25Speaker 04

Discord. If your kid is on Discord, take them off immediately. Um, that, in my opinion, is one of the most unsafe platforms I've ever seen. I mean, I, I was groomed on Discord as a kid. Um, most girls that I know that have used Discord when they were growing up, they were victimized on the platform. Um, I, I would call that the modern-day version of Kick, which was, uh, you know, back in the early-ish 2010s. It was a, a very popular chat messaging app that, that groomed, or had tons of kids that got victimized on it. Um, that is one of the worst apps I've seen, and, and they've gone out of their way to protect predators.

• 16:07Speaker 04

I, I, that was what, what blew my mind. Um, I'll, I'll talk a little bit about this later.

• 16:14Shawn Ryan?

  What's Kick?

• 16:15Speaker 04

Uh, Kick is a, um, that was an app, a chat messaging app. Um, I mean, there were so many cases related to kids being groomed and victimized. It was a, a chat mess, like, you would, you could have group chats, and then you can move those group chats to private messaging. And, I mean, it was, it was really bad. I mean, that was a, a go-to for a lot of predators. Um, I mean, I, I know people in my real life, just unrelated to, you know, the work I do, they were victimized on, on Kick.

• 16:44Shawn Ryan?

  So Kick, VR chat, Discord.

• 16:48Speaker 04

Yeah, and, and Snapchat. That, that's all.

• 16:50Shawn Ryan?

  Snapchat.

• 16:51Speaker 04

Snapchat, uh, initially was made, um, to, to, it was a, uh, from what I know, it was a, an app created to, to get nudes from people. It was to exchange nudes. That was the reason why it was created. And I mean, that, that app is involved in so many cases related to grooming. I mean, there's absolutely no reason a child should be using Snapchat. I mean, it is private messaging, you know? It, it, where you can't view it as a parent.

• 17:18Shawn Ryan?

  Uh huh.

• 17:19Speaker 04

Um, so yeah, that, that, that's a really horrible one. I, I, I've heard so many cases related to that, and... There's also some other encrypted apps like Telegram that sometimes.

• 17:31Shawn Ryan?

Oh, yeah. I was more talking about stuff that's specifically made for kids, you know, like, like, like.

• 17:39Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 17:39Shawn Ryan?

  I don't know, Candy Land.

• 17:41Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 17:41Shawn Ryan?

  You know.

• 17:43Speaker 04

I mean, just social media sites, I mean, there, there's so many problems with them as a whole, but I, I'd say right now, gaming stuff. There, it would, it would really be, uh, Roblox, VR Chat and, and Discord. Discord is, is really bad. Um, and if your kid is on them, just take them off outright.

• 18:03Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah.

• 18:04Speaker 04

  That's, that's how I would describe that.

• 18:06Shawn Ryan?

You know, be- before we get into this interview.

• 18:12Shawn Ryan?

I just wanna, I just wanna, we're gonna talk about this, but I, I want, this is more for the audience, especially for parents and kids who are concerned about this. But, you know, we've, we've uncovered so many things on the show here, you know, it kinda all started with Ryan Montgomery, you know, and. Talking about the 764 cult, and now we're talking about Roblox, and I just dug into Cana Cook, which we were chatting about at breakfast, and the thousands of kids that. You know, according to Elizabeth Phillips, have been molested there, and they put them under NDA after they reach a settlement, so they can never talk about them again, but. You know, and, and time and time again, you know, the audience and, and, and, and.

• 18:54Shawn Ryan?

Everybody who's aware of what's going on, when these things start to get traction, it becomes this, you know, tear down the institution, and they're not wrong. I'm totally about that. Fucking, hey, tear it down. Like, if these people are gonna cover for pedophiles, then it needs to be. It needs to be torn down immediately. But I think that, you know, but that doesn't necessarily constitute a win. And so what people need to understand is, I mean, you, you believe in good and evil, I'm sure.

• 19:25Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 19:26Shawn Ryan?

And I believe in good and evil. And us as human beings, we're never going to destroy evil. It's just going to flow into the next thing. And so, and that is the same with predators. A lot of these people, nobody knows, I mean, nobody knows they're a predator. They don't have, they don't have a rap sheet, they've never been arrested, there's no evidence of them. Having that, being a predator.

• 19:55Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 19:55Shawn Ryan?

You know, being attracted to kids.

• 19:57Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 19:58Shawn Ryan?

And so, if you, you have to kind of put your mind into the mind of how they would think. And how would they think? Well, I want an occupation that I can also explore my fantasy in. You know what I mean? Undetected. And so, they're going to become teachers. They're going to become camp counselors. They're gonna start teaching swimming lessons. They're gonna be at band. They're gonna teach ballet, gymnastics, jujitsu, karate, soccer. All, all, this is what they do. Because that's, that's their passion is exploiting and abusing kids.

• 20:42Shawn Ryan?

And so, they, they, their whole life is, you, you, you see what I'm saying?

• 20:46Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 20:47Shawn Ryan?

And so, yeah, great. We took down, we took down an institution. Cool. We didn't get everybody inside of that institution. And so, those people are just going to flow into the next thing. They're gonna, they're gonna become your, your kid's soccer coach. And so, yes, should we be taking down the institutions? Yes. But the parents and kids and in, in, in, in, in guardians, what they really need to be thinking about is these people are everywhere. They're amongst us. They could be your family members. Of course, nobody wants to think that they're, but they could be. You know what I mean? I, I, I don't know the percentage, but the majority of sexual abuse that happens is from a family member or friend.

• 21:32Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 21:33Shawn Ryan?

Or family friend. And so, these are people that you trust. These are people that you've been around, that are around you on a daily basis. And so, the, what the point I'm trying to make is, you need to educate your kids. You need to have the discussions with them on what's appropriate, what's not appropriate, what needs to happen if something happens. Cause I don't think enough people are having these discussions. These discussions started at my house.

• 21:58Shawn Ryan?

  When I was changing diapers.

• 21:59Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 22:00Shawn Ryan?

Nobody gets to, nobody touches that buddy.

• 22:03Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 22:03Shawn Ryan?

Anybody touches that, you tell mom or dad immediately.

• 22:06Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 22:07Shawn Ryan?

Babysitter, anybody, anybody, nobody, nobody has to see it, nobody touches it. That's yours and yours only, you know, and you have to ingrain that into your kid's head. So that if something happens, because it's, it's, this is getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

• 22:24Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 22:24Shawn Ryan?

And, uh, and, and, and it's been like this for a long time because I've had so many people on the show. Who, I mean, this show started with, with, with special operations backgrounds and life stories. And, and I started noticing right off the bat, how many adults have been abused as a child. And it's, it's, I'll bet it's 50% of the people that have been on here or more.

• 22:52Speaker 04

  Mm hmm.

• 22:53Shawn Ryan?

Just, those are just the ones that have told me that.

• 22:55Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 22:55Shawn Ryan?

A lot of them are actually in the interview. And so I just wanted to put that out to parents like, that's great. We're taking the institutions that are doing this shit down, that the ones that aren't protecting kids like. That's great, it needs to happen, but they're, the ones that haven't been caught, they're just gonna go to the next place.

• 23:13Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 23:14Shawn Ryan?

  And they're invisible.

• 23:15Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 23:15Shawn Ryan?

  Until they have a record.

• 23:17Speaker 04

Yeah, I, I'd go one step further. I, I think really parents, they need to build a connection with their kid where. Cause a lot of kids now in this day and age, something will happen to them, like they'll be. They'll, they'll send a photo they shouldn't have and a predator will try to sext toward them. And parents are, should be the person that this kid goes to, that they should feel comfortable. They should be able to actually be like, hey, I, I did this, I know I screwed up. But they, they shouldn't view it as like, uh, my life is over, you know? It shouldn't be a punishment thing in a sense. They should be able to go to you because what a lot of hap- happens a lot, and I, I've seen this so much.

• 24:02Speaker 04

Kids are afraid to tell their parents anything because they think they're gonna get punished. They think all their devices are gonna get taken, the, and I mean, you know, it, and I do think it's some aspects that, that is kinda warranted, but. It will make your kid not want to say anything. And what ends up happening with like is a lot of kids, they just, they take their own lives. And it's so tragic. I, it is. I, I really, the conversation that needs to be had is like if someone says something or does something to you online, you should tell me and we, we will go get this guy together. You know, we will go to the police station. We'll make sure that this guy can't hurt anyone else. Shouldn't be, if someone messaged you bad, you're never chatting on the internet again.

• 24:47Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah.

• 24:47Speaker 04

  That's, that's.

• 24:49Shawn Ryan?

I love what you're saying there and I, I actually do this with my kids who are toddlers, you know, but it, it, but you have to build the trust with your kids, you know? And so what do I, what I mean by that is, for example, a couple of weeks ago, my four-year-old broke,

• 25:10Shawn Ryan?

I don't know, piece of something, something that had sentimental value. It was like a vase or something, had sentimental value to the family. And he, I, I saw him do it and I was hoping, you know, I wanted to see how he reacted. If he hid it from me or if he, if he took ownership and, and, immediately comes over freaked out, thinks he's in deep shit, you know? And he's like, I'm sorry, I broke. And, and instead of being all pissed off because he broke some stupid vase that meant something to the family. I'm like, hey, a good job. I rewarded him, you know, and told him what a good job he did by, by taking ownership of his mistake. And so the next time

• 25:54Shawn Ryan?

he does something like that, he's hopefully, you know, gonna, gonna, gonna, gonna rely on past experience and go, I need to tell my dad that I fucked up. And he's gonna help me fix it.

• 26:06Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 26:06Shawn Ryan?

You know, and, and that's the relationship that I think that people need to be building with their kids, not reprimanding them and, and punishing them every single time. I mean, yes, punishment is. You get what I'm, I think you get what I'm saying, so.

• 26:19Speaker 04

Yeah, yeah, for sure, absolutely. I, I think another thing too is education is definitely so warranted with, with, with kids. I mean, they, they need to know that there's bad people out there that are trying to take advantage of them. And I mean, they're, the grooming that these predators do is so calculated. I mean, they have, they have actual textbooks of hundreds of pages, how they groom kids. Um, i- it is so systematic and, and they need to understand that there are people out there that want to hurt them. That, that literally want to, for them to kill themselves on, on a webcam. Like that's, it, I can't even comprehend saying that myself, cause it's like, when I was a kid growing up on the internet,

• 27:03Speaker 04

there was some stuff, but it was never like what 764 or any of these, uh, you know, comm communities are now. And it's, it's really scary and that conversation could literally save your child's life. I mean, that's, that's, that's how I view it at least.

• 27:22Shawn Ryan?

• 28:54Shawn Ryan?

Well, Schlep, let's get into the, let's get into the meat and potatoes of the interview here. So I'm going to start off with an introduction here. Schlep, a 22-year-old YouTuber and content creator known for exposing child predators on Roblox through sting operations and decoy accounts. A Roblox grooming survivor yourself, you're targeted and exploited as a young teen by a prominent Roblox developer. Founder of a channel that has led to multiple arrests of alleged predators who used Roblox to groom minors, permanently banned from Roblox in August of 2025, along with a cease and desist letter threatening legal action.

• 29:36Shawn Ryan?

You continue predator-catching work off-platform, collaborating with law enforcement to secure convictions.

• 29:44Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 29:44Shawn Ryan?

You're a hell of a guy. And, you know, I, I want to say that I've offered the C, I told you on the way here, Roblox Communications has been in touch with us when I can't, I left a comment on your X, or somehow they found out you were coming and got in touch with us. And so we've been in communication with them. Not me personally, I didn't want any comments with them until after our interview. And, but I did offer the CEO of Roblox a spot on the show to tell everybody what they're doing to improve child safety on their platform.

• 30:26Shawn Ryan?

One thing that scares me about doing that is, I was just talking to Jeremy about this upstairs, is,

• 30:38Shawn Ryan?

I'm scared to bring him on because I don't want people to not watch that episode and then think, "Oh, Sean had the CEO of Roblox on, it must be safe."

• 30:52Shawn Ryan?

Because heaven forbid if a fucking parent doesn't watch that episode and just sees that I had him on and they think everything's okay and then their kid goes on there and gets exploited, or worse, by that 764 group, that's on me. And that's not something that I want to live with. But anyways,

• 31:19Shawn Ryan?

let's start with your backstory. Where'd you grow up?

• 31:23Speaker 04

I grew up in Southern California. I have two loving parents. I had a sister, she's awesome. And I was raised a pretty middle-class life. Both my parents worked.

• 31:41Speaker 04

And really, as a kid, I liked gaming. I played Minecraft a lot. But Roblox was just something that instantly grabbed my attention. I was at a friend's house-

• 31:57Shawn Ryan?

How old were you when you started gaming?

• 32:00Speaker 04

Oh, I don't even know. I mean, I was gaming very, very young. I mean, my dad had a Playstation and I would literally just hop on racing games and stuff like that. So gaming has always kind of been something that I had been involved with ever since I was very, very little. I don't even know how old I was when I-

• 32:16Shawn Ryan?

So as far as you can remember, you've been-

• 32:18Speaker 04

As far as I can remember, I've been playing video games. And yeah, I went over to a friend's house and his cousin was over and he was playing this game and me and my friend were just instantly like, "Whoa." Because we loved Legos. We would build Lego stuff. And this was Lego the video game, the most ultimate one where you could do anything, be anything. And we were just hooked. I mean, we played all these games. We'd come home from school every day and we would play like these awesome war games on Roblox. We would build stuff. I mean, it was really a lot of fun.

• 33:00Speaker 04

And I had a lot of good childhood memories on the game. Um, but then in twenty fifteen, I caught, uh, uh, it was, I think it was MRSA was what I caught. Yeah, I caught that, you see right here, this is a, I have a scar from my surgery.

• 33:19Shawn Ryan?

  Some serious shit.

• 33:21Speaker 04

Yeah, I, I, it, I was in the hospital for over a month because of it. Uh, I had a reaction to the medication they gave me. I had, I think, two surgeries. It, it was, it was pretty scary. I, I was placed in ICU for a while. And, um, I, I was put on all these insane medications and, you know, I had a lot of time where I couldn't go to school. So that, that was where I really started getting into Roblox a lot.

• 33:51Speaker 04

And, you know, before that, I was kind of learning scripting a little bit, which is like, you know, is Lua, which was the programming language, language of Roblox and just like, you know, building games so I could play with my friends. But I had a lot of free time.

• 34:05Shawn Ryan?

How long has Roblox been around?

• 34:07Speaker 04

  Two thousand six.

• 34:08Shawn Ryan?

It's been around since oh six?

• 34:10Speaker 04

Yeah, but it, it was a totally different platform between then and now. I mean, it is, it doesn't even look recognizable. But yeah, we, uh, I, I got involved really into Roblox because I, I, I got sick and I went to these, um, uh, conferences Roblox did around, around the United States. So it was a, it wasn't conference, it was a, they, they set up booths at STEM events, um, to show that Roblox was like an educational platform. And I helped them do that. Uh, I, I made some of the promotional footage that was used to, for that. But yeah, I was really, um, into Roblox as a kid and I, I had a lot of time because I was in the hospital.

• 34:57Speaker 04

And I, I, when I got out of the hospital, I couldn't go back to normal school because, um, I, I was feeling so ill from all the medication I was on. So I, I had a lot of time online and that was where I met, um, a game developer who at the time, he, he made my favorite game online. It was like a little mini game sort of thing. It was really cool. And we started communicating and I had talked to this guy for for multiple years.

• 35:31Shawn Ryan?

How did you meet this guy?

• 35:33Speaker 04

It was on a Discord server owned by Roblox employees.

• 35:37Shawn Ryan?

How old were you at the time?

• 35:40Speaker 04

  I want to say I was 12.

• 35:41Shawn Ryan?

  How old was this guy?

• 35:43Speaker 04

He was, I believe, 19 turning 20. So he was a lot older than me.

• 35:51Speaker 04

Yeah, I met him on a Discord server that was owned by employees at Roblox. It was called the Roblox Discord. So I mean, you know, it wasn't, I guess, official in the capacity of, you know, Roblox was advertising on all their social medias, but it was owned and operated by employees at the company.

• 36:12Speaker 04

And I I met my abuser on there and it started out innocent where he let me like moderate for his community. Which is a common thing you'll see with these predators, specifically Roblox. They'll give them people like kids roles and stuff so that they feel like, whoa, like, oh, my gosh, this is a cool. As a kid getting to to moderate the coolest game you love on the site. I just, it blew my world. Like, I was like, oh, my gosh. And I started noticing he would have these inappropriate conversations with me and I.

• 36:52Shawn Ryan?

  Like what?

• 36:54Speaker 04

He would, he would talk about like masturbation and stuff like that, like with like a 12 year old kid.

• 37:00Shawn Ryan?

How like, how does he bring that up to a 12 year old?

• 37:04Speaker 04

I remember one instance, he was in a call with another girl and I believe this girl was either 15 or 16 at the time. I'm like, what are you guys doing? And he's like, oh, we're like masturbating in calls together and blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, ew, that's gross. And then he was trying to explain to me how that was a good thing and like.

• 37:21Shawn Ryan?

How would he say it's a good thing?

• 37:23Speaker 04

Normal thing, that maybe that's the right way to put it. I that's that's how he was trying to. He was trying to normalize that sort of like weird gross degenerate behavior to me. But it progressively got worse. I I noticed he started having this obsession or he probably always did, but he started showing it more and more with mass shooters.

• 37:44Shawn Ryan?

I want you to be just a little bit more descriptive if you can.

• 37:49Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 37:49Shawn Ryan?

And here's why. Because a lot of parents are watching this.

• 37:53Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 37:54Shawn Ryan?

And a lot of parents are then gonna watch this with their kids.

• 37:57Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 37:58Shawn Ryan?

And a lot of kids are gonna watch this. And so when you talk about the progression.

• 38:03Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 38:03Shawn Ryan?

  Of how it happened.

• 38:04Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 38:05Shawn Ryan?

If they hear how it happened, then they'll be able to recognize when it's happening to them.

• 38:10Speaker 04

Yeah. Um, yeah, I mean, like the the conversations they they started out normal. They they and it went on normal for a while, but as as time progressed, he he began getting more and more like just open with how he would communicate with me. Like he would talk more graphic, like you would talk about like and like and stuff like that with me. And I I didn't recognize the behavioral difference in that because I mean, I was a kid. Nobody had ever talked to me like that.

• 38:43Shawn Ryan?

Uh huh. How did that make you feel?

• 38:46Speaker 04

Very uncomfortable, very, very uncomfortable. I I I remember saying that in messages and he the first relationship he was in, I I I couldn't recognize like what a predator was. I never even knew what a predator was at this time. I yeah, the the most I had seen was like Chris Hansen to catch a predator, but I thought it was a prank show, you know? I didn't think it was actual like like like I I couldn't understand it. And I I remember there was one conversation he had with me because he was in a relationship. He clearly shouldn't have been with this girl where he said, um, hey, is this relationship between a 15 year old and a 19 year old? I believe that's what he said. Uh, is that okay? And I was like, oh, yeah, my my parents say they got a, you know, my parents have a

• 39:31Speaker 04

larger age gap than that than that. You know, my parents, they met in when my mom was 30, you know? So I, uh. I couldn't recognize that stuff, but that stuff, if, if, like, I, I had known a little more, like, maybe I could have, like, They manipulate you. Yeah, I mean, that's what it was. Like, it was, it was, I don't think I have, like, even now, met someone so manipulative. I, it was, it was insane. Like, the people that, like, I know that were also victimized by this guy, also say the exact same stuff. I mean, he was such a manipulator. He would try to get anybody to do whatever he felt necessary.

• 40:15Speaker 04

But yeah, I mean, as, as it continued with these conversations, he, he would show me, like, gore, which was like, you know, I was a child. I, I, it was, that, that was like probably some of the most traumatic, like, things for a, a kid to see. I mean, here, I, let me, let me actually show you. I, I have some stuff on my laptop, um, some of the messages. Uh, we can pull this up real quick.

• 40:50Speaker 04

Okay, so you can see this here. This is, I, I believe I was either fourteen or fifteen here. This is the Christchurch shooting, and he, he sent me, this is a girl dead in the street. He made me watch this shooting in full, um, on Discord. And he, he actually, I remember specifically, he, he, he made me have to screen share that I was watching, because I was like, I'm not gonna watch this, I'm not, he's like, turn on your screen share, or I'm, I'm banning you from all your stuff. And he, he also had my information, which I had accidentally leaked. How did he pull that out of you? He, he, so, I think what happened here, I, I think I have an image of it. Yeah.

• 41:35Speaker 04

Oh, okay, here it is. So, I had, he was like, "I don't believe you're actually the age you are." And I mean, I'm just such a stupid kid. And looking back, like, why did I do this? But, um- It was your 12, that's why you did it. That's why I did this, but, um, yeah, I mean, here was him, how old was I? This is 2016, so this is him threatening to put my ID on his banner, on his Roblox account, or Twitter account. And he's threatening to do it, "Is that, don't do it, is that a challenge?" I mean, that was the messages he was writing to me as a kid. And he would constantly threaten to publish my information, to contact my family members.

• 42:18Speaker 04

You know, it was really, really traumatic, and I didn't know how to get away.

• 42:26Speaker 04

As time continued, he started grooming more and more kids. I have one more thing, too. This one is pretty bad. Um, this was a girl he groomed.

• 42:39Speaker 04

Here you go. So, I, he had made this girl, like, she was self-harmed. She self-harmed because of the grooming and abuse this guy was putting her through. She had stuck a pin through one hand, or side, out the other. And I remember, and I didn't understand it, because it's hard for me to convey, because it, like, looking back, it's like, this was so obvious, but it was not obvious to me. That girl in specifics, he instructed this girl to lie about her age to everyone online.

• 43:16Speaker 04

And it's so disgusting, I mean, she actually dropped out of high school early because of the abuse that she was suffered because of this guy. She had to go back and redo stuff. She had to deal with a lot of harassment, and just, I mean, it was horrific to see. How did it get to that point?

• 43:41Shawn Ryan?

  Send images of herself?

• 43:43Speaker 04

Pretty much what what had happened was someone had joined his community on Robo, or like he joined his Discord server, he got, that was linked directly on Roblox.

• 43:56Speaker 04

And she had, um, she was a vulnerable girl that he saw that he could take advantage of. And he manipulated this mentally ill girl into doing a lot of horrible stuff. And she was on, she, she started taking medication because of her depression and then she, she was manipulated to keep taking it.

• 44:21Speaker 04

And I mean, it was, it was so disturbing. I mean, it was so, so gross. And she, she had tried to get away from this guy and, and she was like, I can't be with you because of the age gap. And he was begging this girl to, to continue to be in a relationship with her. And I didn't know a lot of this was going on because he had instructed everybody you talked to that, that you are an adult, you, you are, um, you know, you aren't the age you actually are. So when I found out that she was actually the same, or I think she was a year older

• 45:01Speaker 04

than me, I was like, this had happened twice with two different girls he had groomed. And it, it actually screwed with my perception of age because it was people I had viewed as adults were actually like friends. They were, they were the same age as me. And it was like, it, it really screwed with my perception of age, like these people that I thought I was having conversations with that were adults, they were, they were kids the same age as me.

• 45:31Speaker 04

Yeah, it was, it was really horrible. It was, I mean, it's something I still like have like kind of a hard time talking about in, in full capacity. But it, it led me-

• 45:42Shawn Ryan?

Are you willing to go a little bit deeper?

• 45:45Speaker 04

Um, I mean, that, that's pretty much the gist of a lot of it. Um, I mean, he, he would send me a lot of- And, and, um, he, he would show me a lot of gore and he was just obsessed with mass shooters. But, I mean, that, that was, I, that was pretty much the gist of it. I, I, what ended up happening though, um, uh, me and a friend had figured out a lot of what this dude had done. He would make kids strip on Discord calls. Multiple, he, he would make kids piss themselves on, on Discord calls.

• 46:21Shawn Ryan?

Did you ever have to do anything like that?

• 46:23Speaker 04

No, I, I never sent him any nudes or anything like that. But he, he-

• 46:27Shawn Ryan?

  Did he ask?

• 46:29Speaker 04

He would have very inappropriate conversations with me. He, he would ask me about like, um, like just really weird questions like about body hair and, and masturbation and like, oh, what type of do you watch? Like that sort of stuff. And

• 46:48Speaker 04

it was definitely something that just I didn't under-

• 46:53Shawn Ryan?

So he's planting seeds in your head that you don't even know exist yet as a kid?

• 46:59Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 47:00Shawn Ryan?

To spark the curiosity so that you go and find that, hoping that it'll loot your mind and then you come to him and then he's in.

• 47:10Speaker 04

I think so. And I think one thing too was he, he would use like material curated for kids. Like there was this one show, it was some friend's TV show and it was kind of like an adult comedy, but it would, it actually like teached like about like, like fetishes and, and stuff like that. Forgot the name of it, but I mean, he, he intentionally showed that to me and, and some other kids to teach us about- Stuff. I mean, that was it. There's actually a concept, uh, which I'll talk about a little later, uh, when it comes to these Roblox predators, but it's called EPI.

• 47:48Speaker 04

It's called early introduction and it's what a lot of these predators do is they get off on the idea of turning children into porn addicts. Like they, there, there's stuff I'll show later, like they have whole like diagrams and like stuff that they use to try to get kids into a pipeline so that, and they get off on the idea of turning children into porn addicts so that they become like them. And a lot of the stuff he was doing really aligned with, with a lot of that sort of stuff that related to that.

• 48:25Speaker 04

But pretty much all this abuse culminated in, um, a suicide attempt. And this was after me and a friend had figured out about all this stuff.

• 48:36Shawn Ryan?

  Your suicide attempt?

• 48:37Speaker 04

Yeah, I, I had a suicide attempt because-

• 48:39Shawn Ryan?

  How old were you?

• 48:41Speaker 04

  Fifteen. I was fifteen.

• 48:42Shawn Ryan?

  Fifteen years old?

• 48:43Speaker 04

Yes. Yeah, I was, I was fifteen years old and, um,

• 48:50Speaker 04

it, it's, man, um, yeah, I, I had, pretty much what, what had happened is I, I figured out with a friend what was going on and we, we just destroyed his whole Discord server. And then he was threatening and all of that and I just, I couldn't take it. I made an attempt and-

• 49:13Shawn Ryan?

How did you, how were you gonna do it?

• 49:15Speaker 04

Uh, I had pills that I was gonna take. I had a lot of pills and called up my mom. I'm like, I need to go to the hospital right now.

• 49:25Speaker 04

She took me to a mental health hospital. While I was in the hospital, my mom was piecing together everything that had happened back at home.

• 49:35Shawn Ryan?

  Shit.

• 49:36Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 49:38Shawn Ryan?

  At fifteen.

• 49:40Speaker 04

Yeah, I mean, and let me clarify one thing, too. This person that had did this to me, he was a developer on Roblox that was featured in brand material all across the platform. He was featured in television ads that would play on Cartoon Network. His little toy, they were selling in all across the United States. And this was the same guy that was not only blackmailing me, that was grooming me and exposing me to most heinous material. I mean, the Christchurch shooting was, I had a nightmare. I couldn't sleep. I literally could not sleep at night.

• 50:18Speaker 04

And, um, yeah, I mean, I made an attempt. And while I was in the hospital, my mom pieced together what was going on, she made an email to Roblox. And Roblox pretty much brushed her off. They had, for one, I think they just like responded back with the suicide hotline. And then she said she wrote something else. And I guess she might, I think she said she got in a call with someone at Roblox and they're just like, "We can't do anything." You know, it's not, we can't do anything.

• 50:53Shawn Ryan?

Did they know it's their developer?

• 50:56Speaker 04

As far as I know, yes. I mean, that, that's, I mean, I have-

• 51:02Shawn Ryan?

So they know that one of their developers is the one that is exploiting kids? And they respond, and then you have a 15-year-old kid who tries to kill himself because of this fucking developer? And their response is a suicide hotline and there's nothing we can do?

• 51:24Speaker 04

When I told Roblox about all this and why I do the work I did, that's what they emailed me back with. Like, I told them while I was getting these people arrested, "I'm doing this because I was victimized." And they responded with the suicide hotline number. So, yeah, I mean, that's-

• 51:42Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 51:44Speaker 04

Pretty much how he had, um-

• 51:48Speaker 04

What ended up happening to him, a victim of his went to Roblox and they were a high-profile person on the platform at that time and said that, "Hey, this person was not only leaking NDA material between the company and this guy," which was like, I believe it was event-related stuff, which, I mean, that's the highest NDA stuff, at least from my understanding as a developer you could have. But it was, "This guy was abusing me and doing all this other horrible, horrible stuff." They had just terminated him off the platform. And there were, a lot of people were confused online because this was a huge developer who just vanished and there was no save from

• 52:33Speaker 04

Roblox on any of it. I had talked to people who had, were still in communication with this developer just to keep tabs on him, see what he was doing. And pretty much, Roblox got this guy into a call and said, "Hey, why did you do this?" And he was like, "I'm gonna get my attorneys involved." And he, Roblox ended the call and then just terminated all of his accounts. That's what I was told by a third party, so I don't know how accurate that is, but he was eventually banned, which, in the timeframe it took for him to get banned and from my situation, I had been fighting tooth and nail to get this guy removed off

• 53:17Speaker 04

the platform. I was reaching out to massive content creators, like Ruben Sim, who I'll be talking about a little later, to see if there's anything that could be done. And, I mean, I tried everything and I couldn't do anything and just, it eventually came out what this guy had done. And, yeah.

• 53:40Speaker 04

It was brutal. And, um, I mean, this is... These are the type of people that Roblox has protected in the, you know, in the grand scheme of things.

• 53:53Shawn Ryan?

Is that the first time that your parents found out about it was your suicide attempt?

• 53:58Speaker 04

Yes. And even after that, I was kind of like, I was telling them bits and pieces, but I wasn't telling them the entire thing until I got a little bit older.

• 54:07Shawn Ryan?

What kind of bits and pieces?

• 54:09Speaker 04

I, like, I told them that this guy was, like, sending me... But I wasn't telling them that this guy was exposing me to traumatic mass suicide, or mass shooting gore, and just like, like how I was having so much anxiety and, and, and just really depressed and... I bottled a lot of it up for a while. And I wish I went to my parents sooner about all of it. And I think that's...

• 54:35Shawn Ryan?

What do you think the point of the mass shootings and gore was?

• 54:42Speaker 04

I think that these people genuinely are evil and they believe in chaos.

• 54:46Shawn Ryan?

Do you think it's a satanic cult?

• 54:48Speaker 04

I, I don't know about him in particular, but I, I just know that these people are genuinely evil and they sympathize with evil and they, they believe in evil. And that's why he was attracted to evil, be it kids, be it mass shootings. I mean, it was, it was really, really, like, one of the most sick individuals. I mean, he was the most sick individual I'd ever met in my life. And he, he was in brands, he was in, uh, uh, toys that were being sold all across America.

• 55:22Shawn Ryan?

This just, I just want to circle back to what we just talked about at the very beginning of the show.

• 55:27Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 55:27Shawn Ryan?

  These people are everywhere.

• 55:30Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 55:30Shawn Ryan?

And they find the occupations where they get access to kids.

• 55:34Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 55:35Shawn Ryan?

Here's probably some kind of a world-renowned developer, engineer that's working on what wound up being probably the most successful kids game in the history of the world.

• 55:50Shawn Ryan?

And that's where he's at. Why? Because he wants to target kids. And so he put himself in a position where it makes it easy as hell to target kids.

• 56:02Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 56:02Shawn Ryan?

  And it worked.

• 56:03Speaker 04

I mean, he, he really threw out a lot of stuff to, to groom kids. I mean, before he got banned, he made one of the most technologically advanced games that the website had ever seen. And it blew people's minds. Like, he had spent so long working on it. And the reason why he made that was because out of a fit of rage and depression, he, he, after grooming a kid and, and in the fear of being caught because a developer had kind of known about this, um, he had made this incredible game. And he had a lot to lose and kept doing it. And I mean, it...

• 56:41Shawn Ryan?

Now, when you say developer also, is this a developer that is being paid by Roblox? He's within the organization?

• 56:51Speaker 04

So I probably should preface this. So, Roblox has actual staff at their company. And then they also have developers on the site, who I guess kind of are contractors. Uh, I mean, they make games. They, they have to sign a contract to, to be able to exchange the, the Roblox currency into, to real life money. Um, so, yeah, I mean, he was, and, but him in particular...

• 57:16Shawn Ryan?

So he is on the payroll?

• 57:18Speaker 04

He was a contractor for Roblox.

• 57:19Shawn Ryan?

He is getting paychecks from the company?

• 57:21Speaker 04

Specifically, yeah, because he had toys of his character that were being sold and merchandised by Roblox. They were in ads placed on television. You know, these were...

• 57:30Shawn Ryan?

  He's a face of it.

• 57:31Speaker 04

He, he was a face of Roblox. He was a face of Roblox, yes. And, and it's really sad, too. A lot of people don't know why he was banned.

• 57:40Shawn Ryan?

  What's his name?

• 57:43Speaker 04

  Can I name him?

• 57:45Speaker 05

  No.

• 57:46Speaker 04

  No? Okay. Yeah, okay. Yeah.

• 57:49Speaker 05

  He's threatened litigation against...

• 57:52Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 57:53Shawn Ryan?

This fucking guy is threatening litigation?

• 57:56Speaker 04

He had a lawsuit against me in Ireland over it.

• 57:58Speaker 05

And maybe that's the answer to the question of, what's his name, is I don't wanna name him here because he's already threatening me with litigation.

• 58:07Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 58:07Shawn Ryan?

  Hold on.

• 58:10Shawn Ryan?

  How the fuck?

• 58:13Shawn Ryan?

  What litigation?

• 58:14Speaker 04

He threatened a law, no, he created a lawsuit against me in Ireland.

• 58:21Speaker 04

  Yeah, the whole lawsuit.

• 58:23Shawn Ryan?

  For what?

• 58:24Speaker 04

He says he was blackmailed by one of these victims. Which, the victim-

• 58:29Shawn Ryan?

  Blackmailed?

• 58:30Speaker 04

  The victim-

• 58:31Shawn Ryan?

By his victim? What the fuck does that even mean?

• 58:34Speaker 04

If you read the lawsuit, it literally confirms he's a pedophile. I mean, that's the crazy part about it. But, yeah, I mean... Yeah.

• 58:45Speaker 04

That's how crazy this stuff is, man. That's... That's really all I have to say about it, but I... Yeah, I was viciously groomed by this predator. And, I mean, he still goes after and tries to harass me.

• 58:58Shawn Ryan?

Has there been any repercussions? Is this guy just roaming around free?

• 59:03Speaker 04

Yeah, and he was actually making new Roblox accounts as of 2023. And Roblox didn't care.

• 59:10Shawn Ryan?

  Roblox didn't care?

• 59:12Speaker 04

I was the one who had to blow the whistle on it.

• 59:15Speaker 04

I have to keep track of their pedophiles. That's how crazy this is.

• 59:22Shawn Ryan?

So nothing's happened to this guy?

• 59:24Speaker 04

  Nope.

• 59:27Speaker 04

Nothing has happened. A lot of victims who really deserve justice. Ones who dropped out of school.

• 59:35Shawn Ryan?

Has anybody mentioned this guy's name?

• 59:38Speaker 04

Everyone's afraid they're gonna get sued by this guy. Because Roblox gave him hundreds of thousands of dollars.

• 59:46Shawn Ryan?

If you give me the name, can I put it out?

• 59:49Speaker 04

Sure. I mean, could he put it out? Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I'll give you his full name.

• 59:55Shawn Ryan?

  Perfect.

• 59:56Speaker 04

Yeah, I... Yeah, I mean, the... And, you know, all the claims I have against him, I have everything documented. His accounts are still on Discord. I have him sending me what I was a minor. I have him talking about how, you know, asking a, I believe it was either 11 or 12-year-old, "Hey, should I be in a relationship that I clearly shouldn't be in?" I have him sending me, you know, just the most horrific stuff.

• 1:00:24Speaker 04

So I mean, if he ever wants to try something at me, discovery will be very interesting. I will say that.

• 1:00:31Shawn Ryan?

I can't believe this fucking guy is still out there.

• 1:00:33Speaker 04

Yep. And just to think, Roblox, rather than sending him the cease and desist, who's still re-accessing the platform, they sent me the cease and desist.

• 1:00:44Shawn Ryan?

You've got to be fucking kidding me.

• 1:00:47Speaker 04

Yeah. And my abuser was harassing me with money that he had gained from Roblox.

• 1:00:54Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:00:55Shawn Ryan?

  Let's take a break.

• 1:01:00Shawn Ryan?

Hi, I'm Sarah Adams, the host of Vigilance Elite's The Watch Floor, where we highlight what matters. It became a permissive state. Explain to you why it matters and then aim to leave you feeling better informed than you were before you hit play. Terrorists, hostile intelligence agencies, organized crime. Not everything is urgent, but this show will focus on what is need to know, not just what is nice to know.

• 1:03:08Shawn Ryan?

All right, Slip, we're back from the break. Man, I, so, your attorney's not gonna be in here for this one. He's outside because my attorney's calling him because, and I want my attorney to have full visibility onto who this fucking guy is and the whole story because if I get the cleared hot, which I probably will, he's gonna be way more famous than Roblox ever fucking made him. Where is he? Ireland?

• 1:03:36Speaker 04

  Ireland.

• 1:03:37Shawn Ryan?

Ireland. I would imagine most Irish people don't like pedophiles.

• 1:03:42Speaker 04

  This guy's...

• 1:03:43Shawn Ryan?

  Your dad's out there.

• 1:03:44Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:03:44Shawn Ryan?

He's getting emotional because he said that he hadn't, he, he has never even heard you mention this fucker's name.

• 1:03:52Speaker 04

  Yeah, um...

• 1:03:53Shawn Ryan?

We got you, dude. I hate these fucking people and I will stop at nothing to fucking get them. I fucking hate them.

• 1:04:02Speaker 04

  It's definitely something that...

• 1:04:05Shawn Ryan?

  He's still doing this shit.

• 1:04:07Speaker 04

He was back on Ro, he was back on Roblox in, in 2023. I, I can't even comprehend the, the idea. He was making games again on the platform and...

• 1:04:17Shawn Ryan?

And they're aware of this shit?

• 1:04:19Speaker 04

I don't know if they're aware of this, but I will say, they, they allowed him to come back and, and make games and I had to stick my own neck out there to make sure that this guy was gone for good. I mean, like, I, that, that's the thing about it. That's why I'm so passionate about the stuff I do because, I mean, it, it is something that really hurt me and I...

• 1:04:50Speaker 04

We'll talk about it later, but I mean, being able to get people arrested was my form of therapy. It was my form of, like, I would get someone arrested, and then I'd get an email from a kid, and then he'd be like, "You got my groomer arrested." There's, there's no other form of satisfaction greater than that. That was more healing to the abuse that I went through. Because I know I'd give anything for someone to do that for me. I could not... Sorry.

• 1:05:26Shawn Ryan?

  Come here, my friend.

• 1:05:27Speaker 04

  Come here.

• 1:05:33Speaker 04

Appreciate it. I would, I would give anything for that to happen to me. I know those victims that went through that horrible stuff alongside me would give anything for that to happen. And, really what I was trying to figure out in this whole Roblox stuff was why they didn't care. They didn't care about me. They didn't care about any of the victims who suffered horrible, horrible abuse. And the current victims that are, have been subjected to so, so much worse. So much worse. Like kidnappings. I'm gonna read you some of these stories.

• 1:06:19Speaker 04

Honestly, would you like to see some of them?

• 1:06:21Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, let's, let's see.

• 1:06:22Speaker 04

Let's take a look at some of these. Because these are just some of the most disgusting things you will ever hear.

• 1:06:32Speaker 04

Let me see. So there's this kid. His name was Ethan Dallas. You can see right here.

• 1:06:40Speaker 04

He, on Roblox... Here, wait, let me show this photo. This here is Ethan Dallas.

• 1:06:50Speaker 04

He, while playing Roblox, met this piece of shit pedophile, right here. He had shorted this kid viciously. I mean, he, he... Had to live with this for, from my understanding, a long time. Like, he, he had to suffer this abuse. And he had finally come out to his parents about it. And due to all the abuse in this guy, he ended up taking his own life. He, he, his parents are the first wrongful death lawsuit that has been filed against Roblox. They have a wonderful foundation.

• 1:07:30Shawn Ryan?

  The first?

• 1:07:31Speaker 04

  The first, yeah.

• 1:07:32Shawn Ryan?

  How many are there?

• 1:07:34Speaker 04

I don't know as of this moment, but I, I'd assume there's a lot that's gonna be coming. I know there's a lot of kids who have taken their own lives because of Roblox.

• 1:07:42Shawn Ryan?

What would your estimation be? Tens?

• 1:07:45Speaker 04

  I couldn't.

• 1:07:46Shawn Ryan?

  Hundreds?

• 1:07:47Speaker 04

I'll, I'll tell you this, within the, this year, so it's, what day is it? It is February the 5th. Six kids have been missing or found because of Roblox. That, that's being reported.

• 1:08:02Speaker 04

I can actually go through these with you.

• 1:08:07Speaker 04

  Let me see.

• 1:08:14Speaker 04

So this here is Thomas Medlin. They're currently still searching for him. Innocent kid. I, I spoke with his dad. And he seemed like a wonderful, wonderful kid. He was, he was very smart. He went missing on, I believe, January 6th. He has been missing ever since. He took a train to New York City. His phone last pinged on the Brooklyn Bridge. He told his friends from school that he was going to meet someone off of Roblox.

• 1:08:47Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 1:08:49Speaker 04

  This is one.

• 1:08:51Shawn Ryan?

  How old is that kid?

• 1:08:53Speaker 04

Believe he was 15, I wanna say. This here is a boy with intellectual disability, who was lured off of Roblox to San Diego. Lived in Philadelphia. I don't know if he got to Philadelphia, but there was a... They were trying to look for him. He was found, thankfully.

• 1:09:16Shawn Ryan?

  Where was he found?

• 1:09:17Speaker 04

I'm not exactly sure the exact location, but he was found.

• 1:09:21Shawn Ryan?

  What condition?

• 1:09:22Speaker 04

I... I'm not exactly sure. I don't know if they've released the condition or how, but they found this kid. And he was lured off of Roblox.

• 1:09:40Speaker 04

These are two sisters in Mexico who were lured off of Roblox. They were luckily found.

• 1:09:48Speaker 04

Very gratefully. And they seem to be in good condition, but they were lured off the platform by a predator.

• 1:10:02Speaker 04

And just this week, this week, this piece of shit pedophile tried to lure... No, he drove, get this, 23 hours to pick up these two kids, right? Or, I don't know if I have a photo of the... To pick up two kids.

• 1:10:22Speaker 04

And he abducted them from their home. Georgia State Patrol found him driving in the car that they put out, I guess, an Amber Alert about.

• 1:10:32Speaker 04

Found the two girls from Roblox.

• 1:10:35Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 1:10:37Speaker 04

These are only 2026 so far. If we just go off of how January went, that's gonna be, I think I did, it would be 46 kids by the end of the year. And these are only the, what is being reported to be Roblox.

• 1:10:52Shawn Ryan?

  And only in the US?

• 1:10:53Speaker 04

Only in the US. Well, there was two from Mexico, yeah. But...

• 1:11:00Shawn Ryan?

And that doesn't count all the kids that are exploited, the seventh floor shit.

• 1:11:06Speaker 04

  Nope.

• 1:11:07Shawn Ryan?

And it's going to snowball. It's just gonna get bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger.

• 1:11:13Speaker 04

Bigger and bigger and bigger. And here.

• 1:11:15Shawn Ryan?

How many years were you enduring that kind of abuse?

• 1:11:19Speaker 04

  Three years.

• 1:11:20Shawn Ryan?

  Three fucking years.

• 1:11:22Speaker 04

Three years of abuse, um, and it just got progressively worse and worse and worse with time.

• 1:11:27Shawn Ryan?

  It started at 12?

• 1:11:28Speaker 04

Yeah, and, and, uh, he, he was still trying to contact me even after my, my suicide attempt. I mean, he, he was contacting me through Roblox, like the, the developer forum thing. And he was doing everything and I, I had to send messages to him like, I want nothing to do with you anymore. Like that was what I was saying, and he was still contacting me.

• 1:11:53Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 1:11:55Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:11:57Speaker 04

Yeah, I mean, I, let, let me read you one of these cases because I, I think really, these, nobody reads the actual, like you hear lawsuit filed, but nobody reads what these lawsuits have. And if I had known one of these lawsuits or anything, I, you would take your kids off of this game instantaneously. Okay. "Plaintiff is a young girl who was exploited by a known predator through defendant's platform, Roblox and Discord." So they're both being sued, Roblox and Discord. "Defendant's unsafe and defectively designed products enabled the predator to access and groom and victimize plaintiff. "Plaintiff was a 10-year-old girl when she first started playing Roblox.

• 1:12:42Speaker 04

"At relevant times, plaintiff's grandmother had sole custody of plaintiff." "Plaintiff's, uh, grandmother, uh, next friend believed that Roblox was safe for kids. "Um, so all the people involved, they thought Roblox was a safe game. It's advertised as safe." I mean, it, the marketing is for parents. This game is safe. There's nothing bad on here. Um, let me see.

• 1:13:08Speaker 04

While playing Roblox with her cousins in or about May of 2022, an adult predator initiated contact with Planktiff, a then 11-year-old, through Roblox's chat function. The predator falsely claimed to be a 13-year-old boy, a misrepresentation facilitated by Roblox's lack of age-identity verification, and exploited her age and vulnerability to build a false emotional connection with them. The predator was, in fact, a 26-year-old man who was listed on the public offender registry following a conviction for online solicitation of a minor. At time, he initiated contact. Throughout the relevant period, the predator was on probation.

• 1:13:52Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 1:13:53Speaker 04

The predator used Roblox's communication features to groom Planktiff and promptly directed her to Discord, where he instructed Planktiff on how to conceal their communications from her family. Discord, defaulty, is easily accessible private messaging app that allows predators to escalate grooming. Shortly after looting the Planktiff to Discord, the predator intensified the grooming and began sending Planktiff nude photographs. The predator then coerced Planktiff to send explicit images of herself. Discord's reporting system failed to detect, block, or remove any of the predator's accounts in a timely manner. On or about 2022, Planktiff was at home under supervision of her great-grandparents. The predator coached the Planktiff how to sneak out.

• 1:14:38Speaker 04

Planktiff then left her grandparents' house and met Predator in person. He abducted her, bound her hands with a leather belt, and raped her multiple times, including vaginal intercourse. He then returned home and instructed her to lie about the assault. Thereafter, the predator continued to communicate with Planktiff.

• 1:15:04Speaker 04

On or about following 2022 discord communication with Predator,

• 1:15:10Speaker 04

Predator waited outside of Aunt's home. Plankton scaled the fence to meet him, and then he abducted her again. Plankton did not have her phone, leaving her family no way to relocate her.

• 1:15:23Speaker 04

Plankton's family then grew concerned about her disappearance and contacted law enforcement. Plankton's family turned over her devices to the FBI.

• 1:15:33Speaker 04

And I guess they ended up finding out who this was.

• 1:15:38Speaker 04

  Wow.

• 1:15:41Speaker 04

  I believe in this.

• 1:15:45Speaker 04

She was in, uh, she got pregnant off of the Predator. Oh my gosh. Let me, let me double check.

• 1:15:59Speaker 04

  Yeah, okay, here.

• 1:16:04Speaker 04

Assault examination confirmed the assaults. With DNA matching Predator, it was revealed that the Predator had impregnated Plankton during one of the assaults. Plankton's grandmother was informed by health professionals that as an 11-year-old girl weighing less than 90 pounds, the pregnancy put the Plankton's life in jeopardy. Holy shit. Hearing the plaintiffs, her grandmother drove her to New Mexico, where the plaintiff underwent an abortion.

• 1:16:36Speaker 04

This is Roblox. This is the kid's game.

• 1:16:41Speaker 04

She, she met someone off of the game, got brutally raped multiple times, and had to have an abortion because of the child Predator she met off this, an 11-year-old girl. An 11-year-old.

• 1:17:02Speaker 04

I have one more I, I, I'd like to read for you, because this one is horrible.

• 1:17:19Speaker 04

Planktiff is a 15-year-old girl who is an avid Roblox user. She was horrifically and traumatically manipulated, groomed, exploited, and sexually abused by a violent depraved predator who posed as a fellow miner through Defendant's Dangerous App, which enabled and facilitated this predator's heinous crimes as a result of Defendant's reckless disregard for child safety. Planktiff was approximately 10 years old when she began playing Roblox. Planktiff's mother trusted that Roblox was a safe place because they advertise this. They tell parents it's educational.

• 1:17:53Shawn Ryan?

Can you show me? Let's finish this.

• 1:17:55Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:17:56Shawn Ryan?

Then I want to see how they advertise that it's a safe place.

• 1:17:58Speaker 04

Oh, absolutely. One of the quotes from the CEO is, "Roblox is the safest platform for anyone on the internet."

• 1:18:05Shawn Ryan?

  Are you serious?

• 1:18:06Speaker 04

Of any age. Yes. That is a quote from David Bazooki, CEO he gave on. That is what they're telling parents. Safest platform on the internet for anyone of any age.

• 1:18:21Speaker 04

Based on the misleading and dangerous inadequate from Planktiff's mother... Wait, here, actually. Let me see. Okay.

• 1:18:30Speaker 04

"Around July 2020, the Planktiff was a vulnerable 10-year-old when she was targeted on Roblox by a predator who deliberately posed as a fellow miner to exploit Planktiff's age and vulnerability. The predator methodically cultivated a false emotional connection with Planktiff by promising friendship and connection. When the predator learned of Planktiff's true age rather than any contact, he explicitly told Planktiff that he didn't care that she was 10 years old. The predator continued to foster an emotional and manipulative relationship with Planktiff through Defendant's chat messaging feature, which Roblox designed to allow unrestricted private communications between users regardless of age."

• 1:19:11Shawn Ryan?

Why would you make an encrypted private messenger?

• 1:19:18Shawn Ryan?

On a fucking game that is meant for kids.

• 1:19:22Speaker 04

  I have no idea.

• 1:19:23Shawn Ryan?

Why the fuck would you do that?

• 1:19:24Speaker 04

You know what's shocking? All you have to do to wipe all the communication you have with someone is unfriend them. So that's what a lot of predators do. They have all these messages on Roblox built with their victims. They get caught or whatever. They hit unfriend, you can't access it anymore. The only way you could, at least as far as I know, is a subpoena. So I mean, that's, that's insane. I mean, that, that's something that I've heard from detectives that they think Roblox should fix. They've told this to Roblox.

• 1:19:52Shawn Ryan?

Hey, Roblox communication team that's been in touch with us.

• 1:19:55Speaker 04

Yeah, why do chat messages disappear?

• 1:19:58Shawn Ryan?

There you go. You want to fix your platform? That would be a good fucking step.

• 1:20:02Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:20:02Shawn Ryan?

A real good fucking step. Why the fuck do you have private messaging capabilities on a fucking game that is meant for kids? Why the fuck would you do that?

• 1:20:17Speaker 04

The predator eventually coerced Plankton into sending nudes. Few months later, after successfully conditioning Plankton through months of grooming and manipulation, the predator convinced Plankton to meet him in person. In October of 2020, when Plankton was only 10 years old, the predator coerced Plankton to meet in person. Plankton, believing that she was meeting someone she could trust, snuck out of her home in the middle of the night. The predator transported Plankton to a local motel where she was trafficked and violently raped by five men, including the predator. Two of these people were never caught. Two of them. This is one of the lawsuits, only one of the lawsuits that are filed against Roblox.

• 1:21:02Shawn Ryan?

  Fucking.

• 1:21:02Speaker 04

A 10-year-old was raped by five men that they met off of that app. Two were never caught. They describe it as carefully orchestrated, this whole abduction.

• 1:21:16Speaker 04

This is what predators are doing on this app.

• 1:21:22Speaker 04

I'm gonna read to you some of the quotes that these executives at Roblox,

• 1:21:27Speaker 04

  they've been telling parents.

• 1:21:32Speaker 04

So this here is Tammy Baumick. She's a Roblox VP of Civility and Partnerships and also just something interesting to note about her. She serves on the board of multiple child safety boards while working for Roblox. That's a huge conflict of interest. You're working for the company under legal scrutiny. Why are you, like, these are supposed to be organizations dedicated to regulating Roblox.

• 1:21:55Shawn Ryan?

Say that, say that one more time. Let me see.

• 1:21:57Speaker 04

Tammy Baumick, and she's actually mentioned in a lot of these lawsuits for this exact reason. So read that quote she said here.

• 1:22:08Shawn Ryan?

This is Tammy Baumick, Roblox VP of Civility and Partnerships.

• 1:22:15Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:22:15Shawn Ryan?

"A lot of the negative," in quotes, "a lot of the negative press has come from things that have happened five years ago."

• 1:22:24Speaker 04

So does that mean it's not relevant? That 10-year-old was five years ago.

• 1:22:28Shawn Ryan?

  And who?

• 1:22:29Speaker 04

Tammy Baumick said that. And she works for Civility and Safety at Roblox. Or Civility and Partnerships.

• 1:22:41Speaker 04

And there's so many things. I mean, for one, just, that's a whole thing to get into. For one, that's not even true. A lot of the situations making headlines, they have happened within the last five.

• 1:22:52Shawn Ryan?

You just brought up six this year.

• 1:22:53Speaker 04

That happened this month, this, in the last.

• 1:22:57Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, literally this month. It's only, what, February?

• 1:23:00Speaker 04

Yeah, all those situations have just happened within the last month. So that's what Roblox, that's how they're trying to downplay this to parents. That's how they're trying to manipulate parents into staying on the platform.

• 1:23:14Speaker 04

CEO of Roblox. Roblox CEO says predators are an opportunity to improve moderation. And now let me preface this, he meant this in the capacity of, you know, try to improve safety. But how can you view a situation where a 10 year old gets violently by five men as an opportunity? I mean, that is a total failure. Your platform failed at its job. And they view this as an opportunity. And they actually went as far as to double down on that. Matt Kaufman was pretty much saying, um, let me see.

• 1:23:57Speaker 04

You're pretty much saying, um, one thing I find interesting about Roblox, um, and that people don't always think about Roblox is that there are no billboards. When you drive up and down the highway, we don't have a Super Bowl commercial. Our growth is driven by word of mouth. It's driven by trust of parents and families. When you talk about growth, when you look at safety, safety is a real driver for growth for the company. So they're not even looking at this from a perspective of these are children that are being brutally and molested. They're viewing it as a way, we need to grow our company more. That's, that's how disconnected this all feels. I mean, it's, they have never put out a statement about any of these victims that

• 1:24:40Speaker 04

it has had any genuineness, like we really care about what's going on. We, we really, really are, are, you know, are heartbroken about, you know, all these lawsuits that are being filed against our company. From what my attorneys have told me, they've, Roblox has never even asked about how any of these victims are doing. I, is that, that's the craziest thing. Roblox CEO says, keep your kids off of Roblox if you're worried. That, that's how he views it. Keep your kids off of this game if you're worried.

• 1:25:20Shawn Ryan?

  I can't even.

• 1:25:23Shawn Ryan?

I can't stop thinking about that 10-year-old girl.

• 1:25:27Speaker 04

Check this out. So this here is Matt Kaufman. He is the Chief Safety Officer at Roblox. I'm gonna talk about this in a minute, but this guy here, he put out a statement after my whole situation with Roblox, where he compared me to child predators. He said, "Similar to actual predators, the work that me and my team have done, getting these child predators convicted,

• 1:25:50Speaker 04

is similar to child predators." That was what this person said here, but anyways. Check out this, uh, check this out.

• 1:26:01Shawn Ryan?

We'll put this up on, uh,

• 1:26:04Shawn Ryan?

put this up on, on screen here.

• 1:26:06Speaker 06

We make sure that adults cannot check, cannot communicate with minors.

• 1:26:10Speaker 07

Can you guarantee that that won't happen?

• 1:26:12Speaker 06

With a car, with a bumper and the airbag and all of those things, can the car guarantee that you're 100% safe? No.

• 1:26:19Speaker 07

  I wouldn't put a child behind a wheel of a car, though.

• 1:26:22Speaker 06

These systems are constantly being improved. No system is ever 100% perfect, but we are committed to going above and beyond what is being asked for us to do to make the platform safe.

• 1:26:36Speaker 04

The thing with cars is they're regulated. You know, that's the thing about cars. If you make a car that kills a ton of people, guess what happens?

• 1:26:46Shawn Ryan?

  You get sued.

• 1:26:47Speaker 04

  Exactly. Exactly.

• 1:26:50Shawn Ryan?

  This is fucking crazy.

• 1:26:52Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 1:26:53Shawn Ryan?

  This is fucking crazy.

• 1:26:54Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:26:55Shawn Ryan?

  Tell me about...

• 1:26:58Shawn Ryan?

I can't even fucking think anymore.

• 1:27:00Speaker 04

  I know, I'm sorry, I just over...

• 1:27:03Shawn Ryan?

This is the world I've created for myself is going after this kind of shit, and I just have to learn how to fucking deal with it, but...

• 1:27:12Shawn Ryan?

Oh, man. Tell me, you know, tell me more...

• 1:27:17Shawn Ryan?

I just need a break, just for two seconds on the one, on, on, on the carnage and the...

• 1:27:25Shawn Ryan?

Fucking ten year old girl, man.

• 1:27:27Speaker 04

  There's a hundred.

• 1:27:28Shawn Ryan?

  Ten year old girl.

• 1:27:28Speaker 04

I read you two lawsuits. There's a hundred of them that are filed. Anyone can read. Yeah, I I totally agree.

• 1:27:37Shawn Ryan?

We've talked about how they make. How how it's easy to find, isolate and exploit kids in the game through the private messaging app.

• 1:27:46Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:27:47Shawn Ryan?

Is there any other things that make it easy?

• 1:27:50Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:27:50Shawn Ryan?

I mean, how do you interact? Maybe I should just play the fucking game. So I can get a so you get a actual.

• 1:27:58Speaker 04

Do you want to play it right now? I can pull it up.

• 1:28:00Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, but I'm I do. One second. But then on top of that.

• 1:28:07Shawn Ryan?

Content slash no. So they had in Epstein Island. P Diddy games. Adopt me, Dow House, Role Play. Condo games, Biggie Island was up for four days and then Roblox took it down so. And. Violent extremist content like. I guess there was a what? A reenactment of the Charlie Kirk assassination?

• 1:28:32Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 1:28:32Shawn Ryan?

On the game? I mean, how how does this shit?

• 1:28:35Speaker 04

There's also um on Roblox, I'm gonna have you play some of the games.

• 1:28:41Speaker 04

Mass shooting recreations to. I mean, it it is. Exact one to one of. Real life tragedies. I mean, uh, for instance, a Rob.

• 1:28:52Shawn Ryan?

  And this is for kids?

• 1:28:53Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:28:54Shawn Ryan?

  Go ahead, the the.

• 1:28:55Speaker 04

The Rob Rob Elementary School shooting? Yeah, that was. Uh, that's a game I'm gonna. I I don't want to get ahead of myself. There there's. You're gonna. I mean, it's it's incre- it's on the platform.

• 1:29:06Shawn Ryan?

All right, fuck it. Let's let's. How do we do this? Let's do it.

• 1:29:10Speaker 04

So should I probably like before I give you this, like, explain a little bit why I can't play Roblox? Because I haven't even touched. I haven't even touched the cease and desist letter or anything that this company has sent me. So, okay.

• 1:29:23Speaker 04

I guess I'll start here. After all the stuff that happened to me as a kid, I just started making like, I had a lot of friends in the community, so I still stayed on the platform. I created normal Roblox gaming videos, and I was getting messages about child predators, and it blew my mind, because this was the most innocent game you can even think of. It was that thing I was talking about at the start, that game I really liked. I was so shocked that there was even child predators on that. So I started, I made a new channel, where I talked about a lot of these predators, and horrible people in the community, and a lot of the news and drama that was going on. I eventually started going ahead

• 1:30:07Speaker 04

and exposing these darker communities on the platform, after I was just finding them on my own free time. And I started making little Chris Hansen catches on the game, where I'd dress up in his avatar and confront these people on the game. And then I got in touch with a predator catcher, and he showed me how to predator catch, and I researched the laws. And within 10 months, me and my team got six child predators within the Roblox community arrested. We would find these people in Roblox Discord servers, and they would pretty much be trying to send the most vile stuff possible. And we'd be like, "Oh, I live like 30 minutes from you." And guess what, they're trying to arrange a real-life meetup.

• 1:30:52Speaker 04

We were never with the predators. The predators had to be with us, because there's a whole list of things, like coercion, and you have to do it strictly by the book. And we would go ahead and talk to these predators, and we would just be an innocent young girl who knew nothing about any of these people. And we caught six child predators. Two are now convicted, within the Roblox community. Here, I can show you just a few clips that I got from them.

• 1:31:27Speaker 04

Okay, so this here is Amori Hunt.

• 1:31:31Speaker 04

He is now a offender in Florida. This was actually cited in Florida's Attorney General lawsuit against Roblox, because they mentioned my whole situation and this conviction. This is him explaining... I'll let the video play for itself here, you can watch it.

• 1:31:53Speaker 08

Hey, what's up? So we're here with your Roblox developer, right?

• 1:31:57Speaker 08

Yup, yeah. We're about to do the wipe on his phone, we're gonna get rid of the child on your phone, right? Okay, how many images do you think we have to get rid of a child phone?

• 1:32:07Speaker 01

About like thirty or forty, I don't remember exactly.

• 1:32:10Speaker 08

And what's the game coming out that you got on Roblox soon?

• 1:32:12Speaker 01

  Undertale.

• 1:32:13Speaker 08

Hell yeah, we're gonna fucking, we're gonna make this game successful.

• 1:32:16Speaker 04

  He was...

• 1:32:17Shawn Ryan?

  What?

• 1:32:17Speaker 04

He was arrested on three counts of child...

• 1:32:21Shawn Ryan?

What the fuck was that video from?

• 1:32:24Speaker 04

That was a predator who attempted to communicate with what he thought was a kid. He, I ended up talking to him.

• 1:32:33Speaker 04

And, pretty much, we couldn't arrange a meet because he wasn't telling his actual location. And, I ended up talking to him, I was like, "Hey, I know some people who travel the country, and they, if you just tell them everything that you told me, they can help you and get you, get you resources." You know, I showed up in person, told...

• 1:32:53Shawn Ryan?

Get you resources to clean his devices?

• 1:32:55Speaker 04

To, to, he wanted to get mental help, or whatever, for, for, for looking and talking to children. And, I was like, "Sure, here's..." And that was a predator catcher, he showed up in person to meet. He was convicted on three counts of child...

• 1:33:12Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 1:33:14Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:33:17Speaker 04

And then, let me show you this one. This here is... This here is Donald Boomgarn. He is, uh, convicted. He's gonna be sentenced pretty soon. Um, he was a child predator messaging in one of our, uh, decoy accounts on, uh, Roblox, uh, Discord server. Um, and when he showed up in person, he was trying to fake cry his way out of it.

• 1:33:41Speaker 07

  I need help!

• 1:33:42Speaker 09

Well, he's here to help you.

• 1:33:44Speaker 08

Alright, Don, so here's what we're gonna do. I'm just gonna put you in cuffs right now. You're only detained, you're not under arrest at this time. Until we can go through all this and figure out what we're gonna do, okay?

• 1:33:54Speaker 07

I need help! I need help!

• 1:33:56Speaker 09

Well, that's tires, man. You were... You were the wrong... You're messing with the wrong car!

• 1:34:00Speaker 07

  I need...

• 1:34:00Speaker 09

  Come over here.

• 1:34:04Speaker 09

  I'm gonna get them.

• 1:34:08Speaker 07

  I'm fucked up, please, bro!

• 1:34:11Speaker 08

Alright, we're just gonna go over here and have a seat in my car like you thought. Well, friends, stinky pussy.

• 1:34:17Speaker 04

Yeah, he was just convicted. Um, he... He actually had arranged his... The car, uh, that he drove to that park with, uh, the whole back of it. It was, uh, like, kind of like a makeshift bed. He was planning to take a... Believe I wanna say it was either fourteen or fifteen-year-old, um, To a, uh, a trail nearby where he was going to viciously... This girl, and also record it. Um, and I mean, he... His messages were so horrible. I mean, they were... They were just disgusting to even read. Um, he... He was recently just... He took a plea deal, um, with... With their, uh, um,

• 1:35:00Speaker 04

Detectives, or with their, uh, uh, what would it be, um, Prosecutor's Office.

• 1:35:08Speaker 04

Oh my god. This here is Manuel Gonzalez. We caught him, I think it was June of last year. He showed up at a park with drugs, playing to what he thought was, I believe it was a 13-year-old.

• 1:35:28Speaker 04

He was charged on online solicitation. And I mean, just listen to this. I mean, this is gonna blow you away. This is while he was playing Roblox with our decoy count.

• 1:35:39Speaker 09

By the way, I forgot I already mentioned that like the first time I heard you, but...

• 1:35:43Speaker 07

Thank you. I like your voice too.

• 1:35:47Speaker 09

I'm surprised you're still real. I don't know, I'm very nervous about that. That's one of my biggest fears. Yeah, I thought you were like a, I thought you'd be like a police officer. You know?

• 1:35:57Speaker 07

  Me?

• 1:35:59Speaker 09

Yes, you. I don't know, maybe you're trying to get me like undercover, like undercover.

• 1:36:03Speaker 07

  Why?

• 1:36:05Speaker 09

Yo, cuz what we're doing is not good. It's pretty bad, I heard, I think. That's what I've been told.

• 1:36:13Speaker 07

I'm also like feeling it with you, so wouldn't that make me trouble too?

• 1:36:17Speaker 09

No, cuz you're the one like the victim, I guess, technically.

• 1:36:22Speaker 07

How am I the victim if I'm okay with it?

• 1:36:26Speaker 09

Cuz your brain is not fully developed, you know? It's like taking advantage of you, in a sense.

• 1:36:31Speaker 07

I think it's okay. Plus, it can be our secret. It can be our secret.

• 1:36:35Speaker 09

  Really?

• 1:36:36Speaker 07

  Yeah.

• 1:36:39Speaker 09

I'm still excited. I'm gonna sleep now.

• 1:36:41Speaker 07

Yeah, I'm going to sleep. Goodnight.

• 1:36:44Speaker 09

  Goodnight.

• 1:36:45Speaker 07

  Bye-bye.

• 1:36:46Speaker 09

  Bye.

• 1:36:48Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:36:53Speaker 04

That's just a few of the predators that we've caught.

• 1:36:59Speaker 04

And you would be surprised to hear what Roblox's response to these child predators were. We send Roblox, I think it was after the first or second one, I created an account specifically for sending Roblox, it was called Schlep Arrests, and I put that out on Twitter, I'm like, "This is the account I'm gonna be sending these reports to Roblox on," and we would send them the exact same Google Drives we were sending to the authorities. I mean, like, it contained everything, I believe just outside of like, our IDs and stuff like that, and it had every chat log in it. We would actually go as far as to screen record us on mobile, scrolling through all

• 1:37:42Speaker 04

the chats, you know, we'd do everything law enforcement asked us, and that was all given to Roblox. In numerous occasions, they did not take these predators off of the platform until after I released my video. It got so bad, I had to create Binder, a literal binder, and send it to their head recorders, and San Mateo, just on the off chance, maybe, just, maybe, an employee at this company would see it, and I would send them emails saying, "This is why I do it. I was groomed, I was victimized, and I, you know, I'm still dealing with the harassment from this child predator, and I just wanna help kids." And they, they, they, they never cared.

• 1:38:24Speaker 04

They, I, they never showed, I never got a real message from anybody at Roblox until I, I think it was August 8th. That was a cease and desist letter. And they banned not only my Schlep account, but my account where I was making normal Roblox gaming videos, just innocent kid-friendly content, they weren't even mixed in the slightest. They specifically targeted that as well. What the fuck? They saw those arrests and said I was creating more of a problem to the platform than the child predators hurting the kids on the site. Where did they say that?

• 1:39:09Speaker 04

They said that to you? I'll read the cease and desist letter for you.

• 1:39:16Shawn Ryan?

Can we get a copy of that cease and desist?

• 1:39:17Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 1:39:20Speaker 04

Okay, here's the email. Legal cease and desist letter from Roblox. And like, this is their attorney, Tony Webel, who's also sent, uh, this is, and by the way, I'm not the first person that they've silenced. Tony Webel, uh, he represented Roblox, uh, in a lawsuit, um, against another creator named Ruben Sim, who I'll get to in a second. He, uh, so here it is. Legal cease and desist notice from Roblox. And this has my full legal name on here. "We write on behalf of the Roblox Corporation. This letter serves as a formal cease and desist notice regarding your unauthorized harmful activities on the Roblox platform."

• 1:40:05Speaker 04

Six arrests, two convictions. That's harmful to Roblox. Roblox thinks that's harmful. Just remember that. "Your actions are not only a violation of Roblox's policies and directly undermine Roblox's safety efforts and critically are exposing users to increased risk. Don't you think having these child predators within your community is exposing them to increased risk? Don't you think that these people could have potentially gone ahead, victimized someone on the platform? Could have been one of your lawsuits that could have been filed against you. I was stopping that from happening." I mean, that's, that's just so crazy to even think. And, and this is what it says.

• 1:40:47Speaker 04

"Those actions include engaging in simulated child endangerment conversations." So what, should, should an actual child have to go through that? Holy... Should we put actual children as the, is that what Roblox, it'd be okay? It's okay if it's an actual child. That's what they're saying.

• 1:41:04Shawn Ryan?

  Mm-hmm.

• 1:41:05Speaker 04

That's how that reads. Sharing or soliciting personally identifiable information, and this comes from, like, we would say our age on Roblox. That's what they're claiming, you know? When you sign up to Roblox, you agree to a 70-page-plus legalese. That's one of the things on there. Directing users to move conversation off platforms. This is the one I find the most dumb in all of it, considering Roblox is... The only other platform we use was Discord. Discord is linked on Rob... Like, you can put your Discord right underneath your game and join it.

• 1:41:47Speaker 04

Like, it is directly linked. It makes no sense. They're affiliated with Discord. How can you say we were... Like, it doesn't even make sense. It's not even cop...

• 1:41:58Shawn Ryan?

  Fucking insanity.

• 1:41:59Speaker 04

  That is actual insanity.

• 1:42:01Shawn Ryan?

  It is.

• 1:42:02Speaker 04

And now, here's the best part. Roblox is committed to aggressively combating illegal and harmful conduct. Okay.

• 1:42:11Shawn Ryan?

  Sure seems like it.

• 1:42:12Speaker 04

Including child exploitation through, you know, talks about how they do stuff with NACMEC. Roblox maintains direct channels with NACMEC, like the FBI. While Roblox acknowledges that your stated intention may be to protect children... No, it wasn't "may," Roblox. It was "I fucking did." "I did." "I got two predators on your platform convicted, and I was getting emails from kids saying that their abuser was now behind bars." And while it recognizes that the serious nature of online predatory behavior, your methods include failing to report suspicious activity to Roblox through proper channels...

• 1:42:53Shawn Ryan?

We just covered that. They fucking...

• 1:42:56Speaker 04

They never reached... They never once contacted me. "Hey, this is a line at the company. If you have a predator, send it to us. We'll ban him right away." I would've used that instantly. I actually went as far as to say, "Roblox, I'm willing to keep most of my videos and stuff private, a lot of the stuff. I'm willing to even..." I said at one point, "I would sign any contract that this company gave me." I said that. I said I'd sign any contract if it means I could help kids.

• 1:43:24Speaker 04

That and unbelievable and I reported their stuff directly through their outlets. I was reporting through their roblox.com/support. I would put the same account and they weren't looking at it until after we would release these videos. I mean, it's crazy to even consider that and that's, you know, they're actually were so weird about it. Like they would make us jump through so many hurdles. Like for instance, they were like, "We can't accept a Google Drive containing all the evidence. Can you upload it as a YouTube video?" So I did, created a whole YouTube video for them. You know, scrolling through all the chats, them showing up in person, sent it to them, nothing.

• 1:44:07Speaker 04

And what bothers me so much about that is that if we were getting that, where we documented every ounce of evidence and provided that to this company, what if you actually get groomed on this platform like I did when I was a kid? Nothing, absolutely nothing. According to, accordingly in pursuant with Roblox's policies, Roblox will be permanently closing your accounts. Please note that Roblox Community Standards prohibits opening new accounts to evade an enforcement action. Therefore, we demand that you cease and desist from accessing the Roblox platform. Please be advised, Roblox preserves all right to take any and all legal action against you

• 1:44:51Speaker 04

should you violate the Roblox Community Standards continue, such as but not limited to a breach of contract. They're saying that they'll sue me for computer fraud if I touch Roblox again. Can you believe that?

• 1:45:07Shawn Ryan?

  Unfortunately, yes.

• 1:45:09Speaker 04

Why not get my abuser and actually sue him for computer fraud?

• 1:45:14Shawn Ryan?

Because this isn't about saving kids. This is about fucking money.

• 1:45:18Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 1:45:19Shawn Ryan?

  That's all this is.

• 1:45:20Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:45:21Shawn Ryan?

Same with Can a Cook? Same with all this shit.

• 1:45:25Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:45:26Shawn Ryan?

Same with the Epstein files. It's about power.

• 1:45:28Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 1:45:29Shawn Ryan?

They don't want to lose it.

• 1:45:31Speaker 04

I will say, one thing I find interesting, bringing up Canuck, is that the same exact stuff that was mentioned, where they're making children sign NDAs, I mean, that's what Roblox is trying to do with their forced arbitration, where they are trying to move these lawsuits, like that lawsuit I showed you of that 10-year-old who was brutally assaulted by five people. They're trying to move that into an arbitration where it's behind closed doors. When you start, or when you create an account, you're signing away all of that. That's what they're arguing, but a judge has already ruled that they can't do that. But that's how far that

• 1:46:10Speaker 04

they're willing to go. It's unbelievable. Unbelievable. For a company that cares so much, in their arbitration clause, it actually states that, as a victim, you can only get $1,000 worth of damages out of the company, if you're abused. So, your life-altering trauma, abuse, your child goes missing, suicide.

• 1:46:39Shawn Ryan?

I can't believe they haven't even made a fucking tip line.

• 1:46:42Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 1:46:42Shawn Ryan?

If you got a predator, email them here. They don't even have that?

• 1:46:47Speaker 04

They have a report button, but it doesn't work.

• 1:46:49Shawn Ryan?

A report button specifically for sexual abuse and exploitation, or just a fucking report button?

• 1:46:55Speaker 04

They have something only for Europeans. It's called the Digital Online Safety Act, which Roblox was legally forced to.

• 1:47:02Shawn Ryan?

So it's a fucking legal thing? They had to do it?

• 1:47:04Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah. Yeah, absolutely.

• 1:47:05Shawn Ryan?

Well, they don't do that kind of stuff here in America. That's why we're the number one fucking consumer of kitty and child trafficking. That's us. That's the United States.

• 1:47:17Speaker 04

  I have no idea.

• 1:47:18Shawn Ryan?

And then you look at like, how they're handling this Epstein shit, and you go, "Oh, no fucking wonder."

• 1:47:25Speaker 04

  Yep. Exactly.

• 1:47:26Shawn Ryan?

We want to protect pedophiles, not prosecute them. We'd like to protect them.

• 1:47:33Speaker 05

  Yep.

• 1:47:33Shawn Ryan?

What the fuck? And then the last adminis- the last administration, there was, there was all this shit going on about maps. Oh, they're not pedophiles, they're maps. What the fuck is a map? Oh, that's a, that's a minor attracted person. Oh, fu- oh, oh, what the fuck did you just say? A fucking map? A minor attracted person? One, that's not a fucking person, okay? That's not a fucking person. And being attracted and fucking abusing and exploiting minors is not fucking okay. Not okay. But our fucking government, right and left, Yup. is trying to normalize this shit. It's fucking insane. I gotta take a fucking break.

• 1:48:16Speaker 05

  Yeah. Fucking crazy.

• 1:48:21Shawn Ryan?

This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. March includes International Women's Day, and it's a reminder to recognize just how much women carry every single day. At work, in families, in relationships, and in roles that often go unseen. When I think about that, I think about my amazing wife. The strength, the consistency, and the emotional load she carries for everyone else. So often, women like her are the ones holding everything together and rarely taking time for themselves. If you're listening and you're someone who's always showing up for others, it's worth asking. When do you get to show up for you?

Does anybody do the right fucking thing?

• 1:51:05Speaker 04

I wish. I wish people cared about kids at these companies as much as I do. I know they'd be a lot more safer platform. I really would. I mean, it's kind of crazy even think about it because like, a lot of these executives, like, they're parents. Like, they have kids. And I really wonder if they would let their kids even interact with the websites that they're creating.

• 1:51:34Shawn Ryan?

Last time I did something like this, it was with Ryan Montgomery, and I didn't... It's not that I didn't believe him, but I needed to prove to myself how bad this shit actually was. So I told him,

• 1:51:46Shawn Ryan?

"Go into any chat forum, any social media platform. I don't really give a shit what it is. I got nothing but time, so I'll sit here for a fucking week if I have to." It took five seconds.

• 1:51:59Speaker 04

What you're gonna see is something that journalists, that the media has failed to document properly for a better part of half a decade now.

• 1:52:11Speaker 04

I mean, it is some of the most vile stuff. You are gonna be... This is on a kid's game. I mean, that's...

• 1:52:22Speaker 04

  It's gonna blow your mind.

• 1:52:24Shawn Ryan?

  Let's do it.

• 1:52:26Speaker 04

So, as you know, I have my cease and desist from Roblox, so I cannot make the account. So you're gonna have to, you know, put all your information in, just make sure it's set to, yeah. So, uh, what you're about to agree to is seventy-seven pages worth of legalese. Uh, if you get groomed, exploited, anything, uh, they think they have the right to force you into a concealed arbitration. Um, that's-

• 1:52:52Shawn Ryan?

  How many pages?

• 1:52:54Speaker 04

I believe it's seventy-seven. It's in the seventies range, I know that. Yeah, and they think kids, uh, they're trying to enforce this for kids.

• 1:53:02Shawn Ryan?

  Let's just see what, uh-

• 1:53:03Speaker 04

Yeah. I mean, this is what you're agreeing to, all of this, you know?

• 1:53:08Shawn Ryan?

  Can I accept?

• 1:53:08Speaker 04

Yeah, go for it. All those little hyperlinks, just, I mean, you barely even-

• 1:53:13Shawn Ryan?

Look at this. Are you under thirteen?

• 1:53:16Speaker 04

Yeah. Like, a kid's gonna read this? Yeah.

• 1:53:19Shawn Ryan?

  Look at this shit.

• 1:53:20Speaker 04

This is what they think is enforceable for kids. All-

• 1:53:23Shawn Ryan?

  It probably is fucking enforceable.

• 1:53:26Speaker 04

Judges have ruled, at least as far as I'm aware, that this isn't enforceable, but-

• 1:53:32Shawn Ryan?

Oh, and then you download all this shit?

• 1:53:33Speaker 04

Yeah, you can download copies. I mean, it's like, what child is gonna read, what child even knows what they're doing here, you know?

• 1:53:42Speaker 04

Yep, there you go. Well, that's on their privacy pa- I mean, this is what you're agreeing to.

• 1:53:47Shawn Ryan?

  Thirty-four pages. Oh, wait.

• 1:53:50Speaker 04

Yeah. Uh, here, let me, uh, let me get up the game for you to play real quick. Okay. Here, give me one second.

• 1:54:00Speaker 01

  Hello?

• 1:54:01Shawn Ryan?

  What's going on, dude?

• 1:54:03Speaker 01

Uh, I was just trying to make BFFs with Ted Cruz as you called.

• 1:54:07Shawn Ryan?

Oh, really? Cause Slepp told me that you're interrupting our interview.

• 1:54:12Speaker 01

No, we were, we saw a video on Facebook of Ted Cruz, and there was a pretty interesting one where he's talking about, it's not about attacking a telephone being a bad thing?

• 1:54:22Speaker 04

  Yeah. I saw that, yeah.

• 1:54:25Shawn Ryan?

We're recording right now, just say no.

• 1:54:30Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, I saw that too. Dude. Uh, I was doing a lot better this morning before I talked to Schlep about all this fucking roadblock shit.

• 1:54:41Shawn Ryan?

  Dude.

• 1:54:42Speaker 01

Yeah, Roblox is, it's a, it's a cesspool for sure.

• 1:54:45Speaker 04

  Yeah, pretty bad.

• 1:54:47Shawn Ryan?

  This is fucking.

• 1:54:51Shawn Ryan?

It's even worse than what you were saying. This is fucking horrible, man. Horrible.

• 1:54:56Speaker 01

That's the thing, that's the thing you're gonna get with, with Schlep. I mean, you know, I'm sure you've heard some of his story and I don't wanna spoil any of the parts that, uh, that he might not have. Their own race. His name, don't get stuck knowledge, just, you know, interrogating Roblox and he has the, the chat logs, the conversations off the, you know, off of the game itself where they, they lure, lure children and, uh, you know, that obviously like what you and I talked about seven, six, four.

• 1:55:25Shawn Ryan?

  You're breaking up.

• 1:55:27Speaker 01

  Let me get some service.

• 1:55:35Shawn Ryan?

  I can't hear a damn thing you're saying.

• 1:55:39Shawn Ryan?

There we go, there we go. Yeah, yeah.

• 1:55:42Speaker 01

Alright, so what I was saying is.

• 1:55:50Shawn Ryan?

You're breaking up again. You're breaking up again. I'm gonna let you go. If you can hear me, we're getting ready to. Oh, perfect. We're getting ready to, we're getting ready to name his fucking abuser. His abuser's never been named. We're, we out, well, we, our, my attorney's working on it. We're gonna name his fucking abuser. And probably put his picture up. You got that?

• 1:56:18Speaker 01

And Schlep is an absolute legend.

• 1:56:19Shawn Ryan?

  We're gonna blast it everywhere.

• 1:56:21Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:56:21Shawn Ryan?

I fucking hate these people. I hate these people. Alright, hey, we all gotta get together and talk about that thing we're gonna do to save kids.

• 1:56:31Speaker 01

  Absolutely. Sign me up.

• 1:56:33Shawn Ryan?

  Alright, love you dude. Later.

• 1:56:37Speaker 04

  Alright.

• 1:56:42Speaker 04

I'm gonna start the recording on my end.

• 1:56:44Shawn Ryan?

  Alright, here we go.

• 1:56:45Speaker 04

Alright, so the first game I have for you is called A Sandy Experience. This is a hyper-realistic recreation of the Sandy Hook shooting.

• 1:56:56Shawn Ryan?

What? This is a fucking game?

• 1:56:59Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:57:00Shawn Ryan?

The Sandy Hook shooting is a game on a, on a Roblox, which is-

• 1:57:04Speaker 04

You're gonna, you're gonna be pretty-

• 1:57:06Shawn Ryan?

What do I do? Just hit play?

• 1:57:08Speaker 04

Just hit play. It's nine and up. Anyone nine and up to play this?

• 1:57:13Shawn Ryan?

  Nine, nine years old?

• 1:57:15Speaker 04

Nine years old are able to play Roblox Sandy Hook.

• 1:57:20Shawn Ryan?

  This is fucking crazy.

• 1:57:21Speaker 04

  Yeah, I know.

• 1:57:23Shawn Ryan?

  They're recreating-

• 1:57:24Speaker 04

  It is-

• 1:57:24Shawn Ryan?

  -a school shooting?

• 1:57:26Speaker 04

  To absolutely-

• 1:57:27Shawn Ryan?

  And, and it's-

• 1:57:28Speaker 04

I will show you how realistic they got. Alright, so, yeah, this is Sandy Hook on Roblox.

• 1:57:34Shawn Ryan?

Get the fuck out of here.

• 1:57:36Speaker 04

Yeah, so you can hit play right there.

• 1:57:38Shawn Ryan?

  So you hit-

• 1:57:39Speaker 04

So you can dress up as a shooter. That's what he wore when he killed those kids. Um, you can just hit something. I guess this isn't loading right now properly. Okay, so this is his classroom.

• 1:57:50Shawn Ryan?

Look at the fucking blood on the wall.

• 1:57:51Speaker 04

Yeah, that's the mo- his, he killed his mom.

• 1:57:54Shawn Ryan?

  He killed his mom?

• 1:57:55Speaker 04

Yeah, when he started it, so that's supposed to be his mom, so to walk around you press-

• 1:57:58Shawn Ryan?

So you pick what gun you wanna use?

• 1:58:01Speaker 04

Yeah, to walk around you press W, A, S, and D on your keyboard. So yeah.

• 1:58:06Shawn Ryan?

What does this do? Oh, you walk with it?

• 1:58:08Speaker 04

Yeah, and then on the other side you can-

• 1:58:10Shawn Ryan?

So, hold on, they have a Glock, a Sig, and a Bushmaster.

• 1:58:16Speaker 04

Pretty sure those are the guns he used, I could be wrong.

• 1:58:18Shawn Ryan?

I mean, can, can these gun manu- I mean-

• 1:58:22Speaker 04

Actually Glock did file something against Roblox. Game developers aren't supposed to be using that.

• 1:58:27Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, I'm gonna call, I mean, I got a great, I got a buddy over at Sig, his name is Jason, he's the VP of Marketing. I'm gonna have to call him right now and be like-

• 1:58:36Speaker 04

  So press-

• 1:58:36Shawn Ryan?

"Hey dude, are you aware that these fucking people are like doing this shit? How do you get out of here?"

• 1:58:41Speaker 04

Looks like a bug bee out. Uh... Here, wait, so you can move your camera with your, this thing right here, you see this right here? So you, you can, and then just rotate it, so click, hold down and rotate.

• 1:58:53Shawn Ryan?

  Oh.

• 1:58:54Speaker 04

Okay, so yeah, that's how you move. Oh.

• 1:58:59Shawn Ryan?

  I'm not ready.

• 1:59:00Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 1:59:01Shawn Ryan?

Alright, how the fuck do I do it?

• 1:59:03Speaker 04

  Uh, okay, wa- walk backwards.

• 1:59:06Speaker 04

  To press F, uh, S?

• 1:59:11Speaker 04

Should be, yeah, there you go. Okay, now walk towards it again, should, and then press E?

• 1:59:17Speaker 04

Okay, so now just walk into there. Oh.

• 1:59:21Shawn Ryan?

We might have to get a gamer in here.

• 1:59:23Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 1:59:23Shawn Ryan?

  Darren!

• 1:59:26Shawn Ryan?

Alright. You know how to play this shit?

• 1:59:29Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 1:59:30Shawn Ryan?

Do you mind being on camera? Alright.

• 1:59:34Speaker 01

What, which one is this? The shooter?

• 1:59:36Speaker 04

Uh, yeah, so just press E on that door.

• 1:59:40Speaker 04

  And then just walk inside.

• 1:59:44Shawn Ryan?

You, did you hear what this shit is?

• 1:59:46Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 1:59:46Shawn Ryan?

It's the Sandy Hook fucking shooter.

• 1:59:48Speaker 01

  Yeah, back.

• 1:59:49Shawn Ryan?

Hey, let's make a video game where we go and kill a bunch of fucking kids that actually happened in real life.

• 1:59:56Speaker 01

  Yes.

• 1:59:56Speaker 04

  There, every, any-

• 1:59:58Shawn Ryan?

Could you imagine being a fucking kid that was at that school or a parent of one of the kids that fucking-

• 2:00:02Speaker 01

  How do I-

• 2:00:03Shawn Ryan?

  Killed?

• 2:00:04Speaker 01

How am I rotating? There we go, the rotate wasn't working.

• 2:00:06Speaker 04

  So yeah, just-

• 2:00:07Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:00:08Shawn Ryan?

So what do you do? Just run around from-

• 2:00:10Speaker 04

You'll see, it, it, so, go, here, wait, walk backwards, you see that staircase? Walk into that staircase to the left.

• 2:00:17Speaker 04

  Just press-

• 2:00:18Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:00:20Speaker 04

So this is at the school, that's a co- I mean, that, you've seen the-

• 2:00:23Shawn Ryan?

Holy shit, it's Sandy Hook Elementary School.

• 2:00:26Speaker 04

How you start this game is you shoot through the window, like how you, the, the Sandy Hook shooter did it. Something's already in here, so you can hear the, the alarms going.

• 2:00:38Speaker 04

I think it's, I think that's the window right there, you have to-

• 2:00:41Speaker 01

  This one?

• 2:00:41Speaker 04

  No, to the right.

• 2:00:45Shawn Ryan?

  Wait, what? You said nine-year-olds?

• 2:00:48Speaker 04

  Nine-year-olds can play.

• 2:00:49Shawn Ryan?

I thought, I thought, I thought we just signed something saying we were 13.

• 2:00:53Speaker 04

Uh, no, any, any age can pretty much play LoL. Okay, there you go.

• 2:00:59Speaker 04

  So, make a left first.

• 2:01:04Speaker 01

  This is awful.

• 2:01:05Shawn Ryan?

Get the fuck out of here!

• 2:01:07Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:01:08Shawn Ryan?

  Are those innocent people?

• 2:01:09Speaker 04

They have their actual names of the victims. On, above their head.

• 2:01:13Speaker 01

  You can hear children crying.

• 2:01:14Speaker 04

  You got a leaderboard.

• 2:01:16Shawn Ryan?

Oh my god, dude. What in the fuck is this shit?

• 2:01:21Speaker 04

See that? Police come in there.

• 2:01:27Speaker 01

So you could probably, you know, shoot the kid.

• 2:01:29Speaker 04

Yeah. I mean, shoot someone just to show like what it does. And it's...

• 2:01:33Speaker 01

It's not letting me shoot this person.

• 2:01:34Speaker 04

  Press R. And reload it.

• 2:01:36Speaker 01

  Oh.

• 2:01:38Speaker 04

  And then...

• 2:01:39Speaker 01

  Then you gotta reload.

• 2:01:40Speaker 04

  Yeah, you gotta...

• 2:01:41Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:01:43Speaker 04

  Okay. Yeah.

• 2:01:46Speaker 01

The ma- uh, hold on. It's just the mouse thing.

• 2:01:51Speaker 01

  I don't know.

• 2:01:52Speaker 04

  Maybe it's not.

• 2:01:52Speaker 01

Maybe it's not working, but it's just...

• 2:01:54Speaker 04

  Try like...

• 2:01:57Shawn Ryan?

  Run for your life.

• 2:01:58Speaker 01

  Yeah, yeah.

• 2:01:59Speaker 04

See how they have blood splatter on them? There's a room, so...

• 2:02:03Shawn Ryan?

  They got the screams?

• 2:02:04Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:02:05Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, I can't resist.

• 2:02:07Speaker 04

  They have the actual room...

• 2:02:09Shawn Ryan?

Dude, who the fuck puts their kids on this shit? Seriously?

• 2:02:14Speaker 04

They have the actual room, a bunch of kids are in a bathroom. And, uh, the teachers got them in there and the guy came in and mowed all these kids down. They- they have the actual room of that in this game.

• 2:02:25Shawn Ryan?

  Are you serious?

• 2:02:26Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 2:02:27Speaker 01

Yeah. I think they have the Uvalde game on here too.

• 2:02:30Speaker 04

Yeah, I- I have that one a little bit too. If you wanna press Escape and, uh, reset your character to respawn. And it hits, yeah. So, check this.

• 2:02:45Speaker 04

It says the exact names of the victim, your- your victims, like it's like a leaderboard.

• 2:02:50Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit, dude.

• 2:02:52Speaker 04

They have the actual names too.

• 2:02:55Shawn Ryan?

So Stephanie Adams was a victim that was killed at Sandy Hook?

• 2:02:58Speaker 04

I'm not exactly sure, but I know they have other names that are the actual victims.

• 2:03:04Speaker 04

Yeah, that one's- that one's pretty bad. Um...

• 2:03:06Shawn Ryan?

  Where are we going now?

• 2:03:07Speaker 04

  Hit Escape.

• 2:03:09Speaker 04

Yeah. And hit Leave. Just right there.

• 2:03:14Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 2:03:17Shawn Ryan?

And there are some sick fucking people.

• 2:03:19Speaker 01

  There's X?

• 2:03:20Speaker 04

Yeah. And then go to there.

• 2:03:22Speaker 01

  This?

• 2:03:23Speaker 04

Yeah. Hit the Rob de Bank one. See that one at the top? So this is the Uvalde school shooting. The maturity is set to minimal, so I believe that means any age could play this. Like, any age on- on the entire site can play this recreation of the Uvalde school massacre. Okay. So yeah, you can hit play, so this is Rob, you can see there. So, this is the actual shooter.

• 2:03:48Shawn Ryan?

Unlock- can we unlock the chat?

• 2:03:50Speaker 04

  Uh, there's nobody else chatting.

• 2:03:51Shawn Ryan?

  Oh.

• 2:03:56Speaker 04

So, I mean, you've seen the security cam footage, the kid walks through this door here. I believe he starts shooting at some dude.

• 2:04:05Speaker 04

And then he makes a right.

• 2:04:09Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 2:04:10Speaker 04

And then there is two classrooms where this guy mowed down, I think it was 22 children.

• 2:04:16Speaker 01

And he wrote LOL in their blood?

• 2:04:18Speaker 04

That's in this game. Like, down to that level of detail, yeah. So, yeah, I, it, I, I, I hate to say this, but if you, if you wanna show what actually ends up happening, you can, you can.

• 2:04:30Shawn Ryan?

Look at that, look at that, there it is.

• 2:04:32Speaker 04

  Where?

• 2:04:32Shawn Ryan?

  That's a Daniel Defense.

• 2:04:34Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:04:34Speaker 04

Ah, yeah, so just shoot someone. You'll see how, see their legs are coming off?

• 2:04:41Shawn Ryan?

  Oh my god.

• 2:04:43Speaker 04

You can see their eyeballs get squirted out of their pen.

• 2:04:48Speaker 04

  Uh, yeah, look at that.

• 2:04:53Speaker 04

Now, would it surprise you, Sean, if I told you that shooters are referencing Roblox and their manifestos?

• 2:05:01Shawn Ryan?

No, because it's, it's, it's a, you know, it's a fucking legacy for them. It's, if I do this, my name will live forever on Roblox.

• 2:05:11Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:05:12Shawn Ryan?

There's an Epstein Island one, too?

• 2:05:14Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:05:15Shawn Ryan?

  Do you have that one?

• 2:05:16Speaker 04

I have a video of it.

• 2:05:17Shawn Ryan?

  What does that one do?

• 2:05:18Speaker 04

  Um, it's a...

• 2:05:20Shawn Ryan?

What are you going there, Mike?

• 2:05:20Speaker 04

There's actually a lot of different variants. There's some that are like simulator games, there's some that are like war games. Uh, do the carbine one. So this is Columbine on Roblox.

• 2:05:34Shawn Ryan?

So they, they have like ev-

• 2:05:35Speaker 04

  Every single shooting-

• 2:05:36Shawn Ryan?

Do they have Covenant from here in Nashville?

• 2:05:38Speaker 04

I, yeah, yep, mhm, I saw that one, yep.

• 2:05:45Speaker 04

Like, like, they even, watch it, oh wait, it's not this game. Yeah, you can equip your inventory of pipe bombs, the same guns. You can dress up as a shooter.

• 2:05:57Speaker 01

  Yeah, okay, so...

• 2:06:00Speaker 04

You just select your stuff and then you go in.

• 2:06:02Speaker 01

  Just choose a gun?

• 2:06:03Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:06:11Speaker 04

And then you can also, you can be either Eric, or uh Dylan Klebold. There's actually a lot more on there, so Ramos, I believe that was the one for the uh, which one was that? That was Uvalde, I think. So you can be in any of those. Yeah, these are all the different other, Nicholas Cruz.

• 2:06:33Speaker 04

So yeah, there's a Columbine school right there.

• 2:06:43Speaker 01

Is this like where you enter?

• 2:06:44Shawn Ryan?

  This is insane, man.

• 2:06:48Speaker 04

Uh, some other people are playing, I guess.

• 2:06:52Speaker 01

  Oh yeah.

• 2:06:56Speaker 01

  Oh, I guess I got.

• 2:06:57Shawn Ryan?

Kill yourself or kill all the SWAT. That's what it just said. Kill yourself or kill all the SWAT. It's, it's, it's, it's, this is almost like predictive programming shit for kids.

• 2:07:08Speaker 04

Oh yeah. I mean, this is what kids are getting exposed to.

• 2:07:11Shawn Ryan?

  Maybe it is predictive programming.

• 2:07:16Speaker 04

  Yes, your plan is uh.

• 2:07:17Shawn Ryan?

Kill yourself or kill all the cops? I mean, it's, this is fucking crazy.

• 2:07:25Speaker 01

Did I not choose a weapon?

• 2:07:26Speaker 04

I think it might be broken because there's another person lobby, but you can walk around the map to see. He's run away from.

• 2:07:33Speaker 01

Yeah, they're already trying to shoot me.

• 2:07:35Speaker 04

Yeah, just try to get in the school.

• 2:07:40Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:07:41Speaker 04

  Oh man.

• 2:07:41Shawn Ryan?

There it goes again. Kill yourself or kill all the SWAT.

• 2:07:44Speaker 01

  Yeah.

• 2:07:45Shawn Ryan?

  Man, this is sick.

• 2:07:47Speaker 04

Yes, this is the entrance into Columbine, um.

• 2:07:52Shawn Ryan?

Alright, we got all the school shooting shit.

• 2:07:54Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:07:56Shawn Ryan?

Is there, is there, is it all like this? Is there any normal shit? How, how are the, how does it, how long is it gonna take for the 764 Colt or a Predator to get, to get to me?

• 2:08:06Speaker 04

Let's see, so, search up in.

• 2:08:08Shawn Ryan?

But they can see the age, and I think I said I was born in like.

• 2:08:11Speaker 04

  Put dollhouse in.

• 2:08:12Shawn Ryan?

Of course, they don't fucking know that. I guess all the kids are probably lying on their age.

• 2:08:15Speaker 04

Yeah. A lot of kids do.

• 2:08:18Speaker 01

  Which one?

• 2:08:19Speaker 04

Uh, just hit search on that. Yeah. Um, should be one. Let me see, um.

• 2:08:29Shawn Ryan?

I mean, if they have all this, if they have all of, if they have recreated some of the most horrific tragic events in

• 2:08:40Shawn Ryan?

  recent American history.

• 2:08:42Speaker 04

  RP Dollhouse.

• 2:08:43Shawn Ryan?

Is there, is there shit on here too?

• 2:08:47Speaker 04

Huh? Oh, yeah. Oh, totally. There's so much stuff on the platform.

• 2:08:53Speaker 04

Search up Meet, uh, Me, or Meet V.

• 2:08:57Shawn Ryan?

  M-E-E-T?

• 2:08:58Speaker 04

  Yeah. And then V, yeah.

• 2:09:03Speaker 04

Okay, then just hit play on that. That's a, the game next to it is a Tinder game on Roblox. They have Tinder on Roblox.

• 2:09:13Speaker 04

Yeah, so just hit start. So we got someone messaging us, just here, you can-

• 2:09:17Shawn Ryan?

  Already?

• 2:09:17Speaker 04

Oh, well, um, you know what Omegle is?

• 2:09:20Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah.

• 2:09:20Speaker 04

It's functionally the same exact game, so just-

• 2:09:23Shawn Ryan?

  Click start?

• 2:09:23Speaker 04

Yeah, just click start. Actually, someone's trying to add you. Just hit accept on that. He's probably gonna try to send a message. But, uh, you can just keep hitting start until we- message back.

• 2:09:35Speaker 04

  Um...

• 2:09:37Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 2:09:43Speaker 04

  Keeps skipping us.

• 2:09:44Shawn Ryan?

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:09:45Speaker 04

  Okay. Oh.

• 2:09:51Shawn Ryan?

  This is basically like Chatroulette.

• 2:09:52Speaker 04

Yeah, this is Chatroulette. You'll have someone asking something, just say hi back.

• 2:10:01Speaker 04

Say, "What are you doing?" "Oh, you freaky." Do you see that?

• 2:10:05Shawn Ryan?

Mm-hmm. Are you fucking serious, dude?

• 2:10:07Speaker 04

Yeah, "You freaky." Yeah, he's, he's wanting to-

• 2:10:09Shawn Ryan?

Are you fucking serious? That was like five seconds again!

• 2:10:13Speaker 04

  Say yeah.

• 2:10:13Shawn Ryan?

There it is, the time- Say yes?

• 2:10:15Speaker 04

Yeah, just say yes and see what he wants to do.

• 2:10:17Shawn Ryan?

  That was like twenty seconds.

• 2:10:18Speaker 04

Yeah, twenty seconds was on the time. That's what, how long it took.

• 2:10:23Speaker 04

  Are you actually?

• 2:10:29Speaker 04

Let's just see what he's gonna say. He's probably gonna try to get us on either Snapchat or Discord. Oh, he's trying to add us. Should we add him? Uh, no, I wouldn't add him. See, add you soon. Uh, you can just skip him, honestly. But yeah, I mean- You can just see-

• 2:10:42Shawn Ryan?

It's already there. It's already fucking there.

• 2:10:47Shawn Ryan?

  The-

• 2:10:48Speaker 04

You can just skip this guy.

• 2:10:49Shawn Ryan?

Oh my gosh, that was like the first fucking guy.

• 2:10:52Speaker 04

This guy, this is what, this is what people are wanting to do to your kids on this game. Yeah, hi.

• 2:11:00Speaker 04

  One question. Okay.

• 2:11:01Shawn Ryan?

  No fucking way, dude.

• 2:11:02Speaker 04

What do you think his question? Are you freaky? He's gonna say it. Yeah.

• 2:11:06Shawn Ryan?

Holy shit! Are you fucking kidding me, dude?

• 2:11:11Speaker 04

Yep. And then he's gonna be like, you wanna talk on, on Snapchat?

• 2:11:15Shawn Ryan?

  We're recording this shit, right?

• 2:11:17Speaker 04

  Yeah. Yeah.

• 2:11:23Speaker 04

Do you got the sound of clock? So he's talking TikTok. Mm-hmm. We can talk on TikTok. So he's trying to get- Yeah. Imagine a kid, imagine a kid plays this. You wanna know what's crazy? The chief safety officer had a badge on his account-

• 2:11:38Shawn Ryan?

Hold on, tell one of these motherfuckers you're the police.

• 2:11:40Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 2:11:41Shawn Ryan?

I just wanna see what happens.

• 2:11:55Speaker 04

  How are you?

• 2:11:57Speaker 04

See, maybe a normal conversation? Maybe? Maybe?

• 2:12:05Speaker 04

  These are like-

• 2:12:06Shawn Ryan?

This is gonna go somewhere, isn't it?

• 2:12:08Speaker 04

  You can tell.

• 2:12:09Shawn Ryan?

I'm doing great as well. How's Roblox today? Just getting started.

• 2:12:13Speaker 04

That sounds, that sounds like, what a predator would I? I mean, like, that's- Just give it a second.

• 2:12:23Speaker 04

Say, uh, I'm, I'm just chilling. I'm bored. I'm bored. That's usually like their, their go-to move. And they'll be like-

• 2:12:33Speaker 04

  Oh?

• 2:12:34Shawn Ryan?

Oh, here we go. Oh my god, yes, I'm bored too.

• 2:12:38Speaker 04

  I'll see.

• 2:12:40Shawn Ryan?

  No fucking way, dude.

• 2:12:42Speaker 04

  They're everywhere.

• 2:12:43Shawn Ryan?

Every single fucking person on here.

• 2:12:45Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:12:48Speaker 04

Say, say, what are you doing right now?

• 2:13:02Speaker 04

Usually these conversations, they get somewhere.

• 2:13:04Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, you can tell there's no reason for it. Yeah, he's fishing, or she's, somebody's fishing.

• 2:13:17Speaker 04

Oh, talking about how the conversation is dry. So you can see where they're going for it. Say, what would make the conversation interesting?

• 2:13:38Speaker 04

Yeah, I mean, they're, they're literally just trying to fishing something out of you, yeah.

• 2:13:42Shawn Ryan?

Yeah. Go to another one. Wait, what's?

• 2:13:47Shawn Ryan?

Oops. Holy shit, dude. So that's what? I guess that's a.

• 2:13:52Speaker 04

Oh, here you go. This is gonna be someone.

• 2:13:53Shawn Ryan?

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:13:54Speaker 04

Oh. You, you can tell when their avatars look like that, they're, they're specifically there to do stuff. Like, it's nine times out of 10. Cause it's like a fresh account.

• 2:14:07Speaker 04

  XXXX, you see that?

• 2:14:14Speaker 04

I mean, just look at the usernames. Chatinlover6767. It'syourfavoritron. I mean, these are... It's crazy.

• 2:14:26Speaker 04

See, is he gonna say anything?

• 2:14:31Speaker 04

  Male or female?

• 2:14:34Shawn Ryan?

  Female.

• 2:14:35Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:14:42Speaker 04

  How old are you?

• 2:14:43Shawn Ryan?

Oh my god, dude. Should I just say I'm like 10 or 12 or?

• 2:14:46Speaker 04

I would, I wouldn't, I wouldn't say that, cause they, this is what they put in their she's in this letter. I don't, yeah, yeah.

• 2:14:54Speaker 04

  I'm 17, yeah, okay.

• 2:14:57Shawn Ryan?

I don't know what to say to that.

• 2:14:58Speaker 04

Ah, I mean, I thi- I think pretty much that gets the point across, all these.

• 2:15:02Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah.

• 2:15:03Speaker 04

  Isn't that insane?

• 2:15:04Shawn Ryan?

  They're not 17, I fucking guarantee you that. Mm-hmm.

• 2:15:08Speaker 04

These are how many literally grooming cases start. We, we actually almost caught them.

• 2:15:12Shawn Ryan?

Dude, it's every single fucking person.

• 2:15:14Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:15:17Speaker 04

We did a test and we found it was forty, no, I think it was thirty percent of users in this game are looking to do, break the rules of Roblox.

• 2:15:26Speaker 01

  He's back.

• 2:15:27Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:15:37Speaker 04

Say why. Let's ask him why. Yeah.

• 2:15:43Speaker 04

Roblox says this is impossible for people to share, personally identifiable info.

• 2:15:47Shawn Ryan?

  Are you in the mood?

• 2:15:49Speaker 04

Oh, yeah, I wonder. I really wonder. In the mood for what?

• 2:15:59Speaker 04

  Oh.

• 2:16:00Speaker 01

  Scared him.

• 2:16:01Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:16:02Speaker 01

  Scared him off.

• 2:16:02Speaker 04

  I mean, that's crazy though.

• 2:16:03Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit dude.

• 2:16:05Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:16:05Shawn Ryan?

Every single fucking person we've chatted with is eluding.

• 2:16:13Speaker 04

That game has one hundred and twenty-two people. Play this game here, friend me.

• 2:16:16Speaker 01

  Okay.

• 2:16:17Speaker 04

This game is Tinder on Roblox. It is literally Tinder on Roblox.

• 2:16:25Speaker 01

Do I need to select any of these?

• 2:16:26Speaker 04

Yeah, just select. Yeah, you just have to make a quick profile. Just select something. Okay, so you can just, see like dislike? It's literally, I mean, this is Tinder. I mean, this is actually just Tinder. And when you match with someone, you get a private chat with them.

• 2:16:41Speaker 01

Okay, so should I match each one?

• 2:16:43Speaker 04

Yeah, you can just match people. See who ends up messaging us. So you'll see some, it'll pop up, so just keep liking them. I'll tell you when to stop.

• 2:16:53Speaker 01

  Okay.

• 2:16:57Speaker 04

I mean, these avatars, when they're dressed like that, they are, there's a whole thing on Roblox with race play. It's crazy to even say that, but...

• 2:17:06Shawn Ryan?

  What do you mean? What?

• 2:17:07Speaker 04

They, uh, I think it's the Black New World Order. There's a whole thing on, like, they dress up like that and they call themselves Bulls. It's insane. And they, they're looking for snow bunnies.

• 2:17:22Speaker 04

  Yeah, it's crazy. I can't even, yeah.

• 2:17:28Speaker 04

Take a look at their avatars. Usually they have something on them. So that one's fine.

• 2:17:31Speaker 01

  Panda?

• 2:17:32Speaker 04

Yeah, that one's fine. But usually there's like, they'll say like, "I'm dominant" or something. So that's fine.

• 2:17:42Shawn Ryan?

And so what's the point of this? Do these people like meet up in real life? What is this?

• 2:17:46Speaker 04

It's Tinder, so you see that? That was definitely something, yeah. So pretty much you get-

• 2:17:52Shawn Ryan?

Are these people all online too?

• 2:17:53Speaker 04

Mm-hmm. When they like you, you get put in a private- It's literally Tinder. Like it is functionally the same as Tinder.

• 2:18:01Shawn Ryan?

  I'm not a Tinderer.

• 2:18:02Speaker 04

Oh, okay. Yeah, it's the same thing. Like or dislike, that's Tinder. And then when you both match, you get in a private chat, so... I'm hard.

• 2:18:11Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 2:18:12Speaker 04

  Uh-huh.

• 2:18:13Shawn Ryan?

And how old do you have to be to access this specific game?

• 2:18:16Speaker 04

Let's see, um, if you go to the thing, I can see it, like the game page on it.

• 2:18:20Speaker 01

  Uh, like over on this?

• 2:18:22Speaker 04

Oh, well, I think, when you exit out, I can tell you.

• 2:18:24Speaker 01

  Okay.

• 2:18:27Speaker 01

Somebody gonna match us, you think, or?

• 2:18:29Speaker 04

I don't know. It usually doesn't take long.

• 2:18:35Speaker 04

  I'm- what does that say?

• 2:18:37Speaker 01

  When you run-

• 2:18:38Shawn Ryan?

  Murder hawk.

• 2:18:39Speaker 01

Mm-hmm. It's more fun when you run?

• 2:18:42Speaker 04

I mean, to think that your kids could be playing a Tinder game on this site. It's advertised safest-

• 2:18:50Shawn Ryan?

Dude, just think if I would've just- What did I put my screen name as? Just think if we would've put like, I don't know, Vanessa13.

• 2:18:59Speaker 04

Oh dude, you would be getting so many messages. There's one last game I think I want him to see. Uh, it's one last shooter game. I think this one's really bad. You should probably see this. So you remember the Christchurch shooting that happened in New Zealand? You hit X on that? So you click that. So this is the Christchurch shooting on Roblox.

• 2:19:23Speaker 04

Built identical to the real-life one. And on March 29, 19, you armed Righteous Fury and Arsenal Vengeance,

• 2:19:35Speaker 04

pretty much the mosque. You livestream your crusade to purge invaders.

• 2:19:42Speaker 04

You can hear, that's the actual shooter. That's the audio from the shooter.

• 2:19:46Speaker 01

Yeah, it didn't even have this music playing in his car on the way or something?

• 2:19:49Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:19:49Shawn Ryan?

  This is fucking crazy.

• 2:19:51Speaker 01

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:19:51Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:19:52Shawn Ryan?

  It's...

• 2:19:54Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:19:55Shawn Ryan?

Active shooter events that are now video games that are telling you to kill yourself or all the cops.

• 2:20:00Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:20:01Shawn Ryan?

Then we go into that one thing and we have what, like?

• 2:20:04Speaker 04

  Charlotte.

• 2:20:05Shawn Ryan?

  Four or five people?

• 2:20:06Speaker 04

Yeah, it's like, you know, there was...

• 2:20:07Shawn Ryan?

Some of them like right off the bat.

• 2:20:09Speaker 04

It wasn't one instance. It was, it was multiple upon multiple upon multiple.

• 2:20:15Speaker 04

  So yeah.

• 2:20:15Shawn Ryan?

This is, this is fucking crazy, dude.

• 2:20:17Speaker 04

It, it's unbelievable how this game will advertise itself safe to parents and platform this. Like, it, it's laughably insane. And that is so crazy.

• 2:20:33Shawn Ryan?

As routines shift this time of year, travel, longer days, busier mornings, the one thing I try not to let slide is my health. That's where AG1 comes in for me. AG1 is a daily health drink that's clinically shown to support gut health and fill common nutrient gaps. It's got 75 plus ingredients plus five clinically studied probiotic strains. So it replaces the need for a multivitamin, probiotics, and a handful of other supplements. Most supplement routines get complicated fast. Pills at different times, stacks you forget to take. AG1 simplifies it. One scoop in water, first thing in the morning, and I'm covered.

• 2:21:18Shawn Ryan?

Multivitamin support, pre and probiotics, superfoods, antioxidants, all in one. I notice steady energy support from the B vitamins and superfoods. Daily immune support powered by antioxidants and functional mushrooms. And the probiotic strains help support digestion and reduce occasional bloating. It's become my daily anchor, no matter how my schedule shifts. Go to drinkag1.com/srs to get an AG1 flavor sampler and a bottle of vitamin D3 plus K2 for free in your AG1 welcome kit with your first AG1 subscription order. Only while supplies last. That's drinkag1.com/srs.

• 2:22:08Shawn Ryan?

I just, I don't even know what to say to that. I mean...

• 2:22:12Speaker 04

It's... I, I... It's crazy. It's absolutely nuts. I mean, this platform is advertising "safe to parents." I mean, that should be false advertising. Like, how can you be a safe game for parents and have Sandy Hook a literal

• 2:22:30Shawn Ryan?

Sandy Hook, Columbine, Yudalvi. You said, uh...

• 2:22:34Speaker 04

There was the Pulse nightclub one, which I didn't show. The Buffalo shooter, actually, I'll show you that one right now.

• 2:22:39Shawn Ryan?

So, pretty much everything. The Charlie Kirk stuff.

• 2:22:41Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:22:42Shawn Ryan?

  Exploitation.

• 2:22:45Speaker 04

  Whatever you can think of.

• 2:22:46Shawn Ryan?

Luring kids out of the game and kidnapping them and the 10-year-old that was by five different men.

• 2:22:54Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:22:56Shawn Ryan?

What the fuck, man? This is the shit that parents need to know.

• 2:23:00Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:23:00Shawn Ryan?

But, I mean, honestly, how long does it take? Let's say, let's say, how many games are on there?

• 2:23:07Speaker 04

  Millions.

• 2:23:08Shawn Ryan?

  Millions?

• 2:23:09Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:23:09Shawn Ryan?

How long do you think it takes just a, an eight-year-old to run into something?

• 2:23:14Speaker 04

Well, I can show you this. I think, out of everything I'm gonna show you today, this will probably be the most important, because it's it's anecdotal, but it'll put an actual, kind of a, in your head, an actual number on this. Um, this here...

• 2:23:32Speaker 04

I'll show you this. So, this here is someone who is a founder of a child safety organization. She goes into a classroom, and you'll see what she asks the kids.

The big, big, big, big thing that I wanted to talk about today is online gaming, because I know you all love it, don't you? Yeah. We're gonna start off talking about Roblox. Who in here has been playing Roblox when someone's asked you to be their boyfriend or girlfriend? Who's had that happen? Put your hand up for me. You're not in trouble.

• 2:24:04Speaker 04

Half the kids raise their hands.

• 2:24:08Speaker 10

Who's been offered free Robux to do something that was inappropriate in the game? Or someone has

• 2:24:16Speaker 04

  Look at that.

• 2:24:25Speaker 04

Look at how many kids in this classroom are raising their hands.

• 2:24:31Speaker 04

I, is that not unbelievable? I mean, that that shows the true scale.

• 2:24:36Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, I just, I can't, I'm, I can't. I mean, we just fucking saw it.

• 2:24:42Speaker 04

  Our own.

• 2:24:42Shawn Ryan?

The very first, I mean, it was, it was

• 2:24:44Speaker 04

You pulled it up within a second.

• 2:24:45Shawn Ryan?

  Twenty seconds.

• 2:24:46Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:24:46Shawn Ryan?

  We had somebody chatting.

• 2:24:48Speaker 04

  Uh huh. Yeah.

• 2:24:49Shawn Ryan?

How old are you? Or whatever they said.

• 2:24:51Speaker 04

  Oh, you wanna get freaky?

• 2:24:53Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, do you wanna get this? Two different people said that.

• 2:24:56Speaker 04

Yep. Yep. I mean, that, that's how it starts.

• 2:25:00Shawn Ryan?

  Within, I mean.

• 2:25:01Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:25:04Shawn Ryan?

  Wow, dude.

• 2:25:05Speaker 04

I, I, I mean, that's how massive and widespread this problem is. I, I, that's, i- i- it's, I've never seen anything like this on the internet. I mean, that's, you know, for instance, the game that you showed or I showed where, you know, people are saying you freaky, all that. That is based on a ga- a, a social media platform called Omegle, which was sued out of existence for child exploitation. It was in their settlement terms that they had to shut down Omegle uh, because of a, a child abuse lawsuit.

• 2:25:41Speaker 04

And that is, I, I, I, it's uncomprehendable how they could even platform something like that.

• 2:25:50Shawn Ryan?

I'm so fucking pissed, I can't even fucking think right now.

• 2:25:52Speaker 04

Yeah. Uh, I mean, i- it is so crazy. I, I, parents need to take their kids off of this game. I mean, I showed a classroom. It is 100% your child has seen something at, at minimum on the, I've talked to so many kids. They, they'll, they'll tell me like, oh, I was just playing and I saw this and I saw that. My email is 90% kids, hey, I saw this inappropriate thing. Can you do something about it? That is most of my emails.

• 2:26:28Speaker 04

  From kids.

• 2:26:33Speaker 04

This stuff goes much beyond just predators. It's extremist groups. It's like, and here's one thing I think you'll find interesting. So, the Buffalo shooting that happened in New York, that shooter specifically cited two Roblox games and said, "I'm just saying, I probably wouldn't be as nationalistic if it weren't for blood and iron on Roblox." I mean, he cited-

• 2:27:03Shawn Ryan?

  He said that?

• 2:27:04Speaker 04

That is in the manifesto of the Buffalo shooter. And guess what? They've recreated his shooting on Roblox in graphic detail. You can see here, you load in-

• 2:27:15Shawn Ryan?

Dude, why, what the fuck? Why would you allow this shit?

• 2:27:19Speaker 04

You remember it was livestreamed? So, they, it was at this Tops store. It was, he was targeting black people. And the first girl that he killed, Ethel Pan, right there. That's the first girl he killed.

• 2:27:35Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit!

• 2:27:37Speaker 04

Yep, and then... Yeah, and it's crazy. It has the whole story. See his gun, how it had that writing?

• 2:27:47Shawn Ryan?

How the fuck is Ro Khanna the first and only fucking congressman? And probably nobody in the senate, and probably nobody in the administration, has done a fucking thing about this shit? What the fuck, man? What does that tell you about our fucking politicians? Holy shit!

• 2:28:10Speaker 04

  I don't know, man.

• 2:28:11Shawn Ryan?

Like, how the fuck can you allow this shit to go on?

• 2:28:14Speaker 04

  It's crazy.

• 2:28:16Shawn Ryan?

What the fuck, man? What the fuck?

• 2:28:19Speaker 04

See this security guard? That's a real security guard who was shot and murdered that day. It has his name.

• 2:28:26Shawn Ryan?

There's a fucking picture just came up!

• 2:28:28Speaker 04

Well, this is in the video, but that's him. They put on Roblox of him. Has his name right there and everything. And in the mass shooting-

• 2:28:38Shawn Ryan?

  Are you serious?

• 2:28:39Speaker 04

In the mass shooting, there was a guy who was white, and the shooter said something like, "Oh, you're white, I'm sorry." And didn't murder him. And this says right here, um, let me see. Let's see, say- Oh, he's white. Don't shoot. That's, that's what it, it's right above where that person was.

• 2:28:59Shawn Ryan?

  Are you serious?

• 2:29:00Speaker 04

That's how realistic and I think it's crazy. This shooting cited Roblox. It cited Roblox within it.

• 2:29:10Speaker 04

  Had it in the manifesto.

• 2:29:14Speaker 04

I mean, that, that's unbelievable. But I mean, the, the writings on his gun, like this is his actual gun. It, it's in the game on Roblox. Like they, they've modeled it down to the writing on his gun. I mean, that's-

• 2:29:27Shawn Ryan?

So they make it as realistic and as accurate as possible?

• 2:29:32Speaker 04

  Yes.

• 2:29:33Shawn Ryan?

  Names, names of victims.

• 2:29:36Speaker 04

  Yep. They have leaderboards-

• 2:29:38Shawn Ryan?

  The exact layout.

• 2:29:39Speaker 04

They have leaderboards of how many people you killed and yeah. I mean, what, what, what could a game possibly like that be doing to our youth?

• 2:29:47Shawn Ryan?

We know exactly what it's doing to our youth.

• 2:29:50Speaker 04

Yeah. There's also a lot of-

• 2:29:53Shawn Ryan?

Actually, I guess we don't know exactly, but we know how bad it's fucking getting.

• 2:29:56Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:29:56Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 2:29:58Speaker 04

There, there's a lot of ISIS stuff on Roblox as well.

• 2:30:02Shawn Ryan?

This is, this is predictive programming of

• 2:30:07Shawn Ryan?

  millions of kids.

• 2:30:09Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:30:09Shawn Ryan?

That's what the fuck this is. It's making this shit okay? It's real events. It's real fucking events. Holy shit.

• 2:30:18Speaker 04

Yeah. And, and this is what politicians for 30 years are trying to tell everybody that, oh, there's, these games, they're, they're harmful. They're, they're making kids get radicalized. And then there's now actual like this.

• 2:30:34Shawn Ryan?

  Proof.

• 2:30:34Speaker 04

  That's it.

• 2:30:35Shawn Ryan?

There's fucking proof. It's in manifestos. We just proved how easy it is to get exploited on there.

• 2:30:41Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:30:42Shawn Ryan?

What do you do if you're, how, how, how young are people playing this game? It's like six-

• 2:30:48Speaker 04

You can make an account at five years old.

• 2:30:50Shawn Ryan?

  Five years old.

• 2:30:50Speaker 04

Yeah. But, but Roblox has stuff from like even younger than that. Like they have My Little Pony. They have Blippi. You know, just the most young centered brands are on it.

• 2:31:01Shawn Ryan?

But once you're in, you can navigate to anything.

• 2:31:04Speaker 04

  Yes. Yeah, mm-hmm.

• 2:31:07Shawn Ryan?

And anything, in, in, in, what, I mean, of course a predator would be in a fucking blippy thing, or a, or a My Little Pony thing, or insert whatever, whatever kids are in, fucking Cocohellen.

• 2:31:22Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:31:22Shawn Ryan?

  Baby Finn, all of them.

• 2:31:25Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm. Yeah.

• 2:31:27Shawn Ryan?

And all those games are probably in there, because they're just ripping everything, holy shit.

• 2:31:33Speaker 04

  It, it's crazy. Yeah, so.

• 2:31:36Shawn Ryan?

Holy shit, and they sent you a fucking, they, they.

• 2:31:39Speaker 04

They sent me the cease and desist.

• 2:31:41Shawn Ryan?

  Are they suing you?

• 2:31:43Speaker 04

They didn't sue me, but I, I, I can get into this. Um, there was another content creator by the name of Ruben Sim, um, who exposed child predators on Roblox. Um, he was directly tied into a case, um, uh, related to a Roblox developer grooming a, a, a child who ended up, he, he, this developer abducted this girl. Um, I'll talk about that in a second, but pretty much the lawsuit was this entire, it was for 1.6 million dollars. And they said his cyber mob was harassing people and the company, and it was the most frivolous lawsuit

• 2:32:23Speaker 04

I mean, you could possibly believe. Like, for instance, one thing within this lawsuit that it claimed was, let me get it real quick.

• 2:32:36Speaker 04

It claimed that this, a social media manager by the name of Jack Hendrix was, uh, he was photoshopping him nude and posting it online. While working for Roblox, the social media manager was literally posting nude photos of himself online, and he posted.

• 2:32:53Shawn Ryan?

  Who is this?

• 2:32:54Speaker 04

This is, uh, one of the social media managers at Roblox. He, he, all he did was show, why is the social media manager at Roblox posting this, working for a kids company? And they said that he was photoshopping him nude. Uh, another claim they made was he, um, uploaded a nude picture of himself in a lampshade, and, uh, he asked Roblox's attorneys, where is this? I never did this. You guys are lying and defaming me for this. And they wouldn't give it to him. I. And Roblox settled out of court, I believe, with them. But, I mean, he was whistleblowing on this Predator problem. And this was clearly Roblox doing everything in their power to silence a whistleblower.

• 2:33:38Speaker 04

But about this developer that was grooming kids on Roblox. This developer was named Arnold Castillo. He had a very successful Sonic game on Roblox. It wasn't in collaboration with the Sonic Sega brand. But it was immensely popular. And on his Roblox game, there was a Discord server. Where if you went to that Discord server, you could join his community. And he was procuring kids within this Discord community linked on Roblox. And he was grooming, like viciously. It came out that he was grooming people. Ruben Sim went ahead and filed a police report with his local police. And he was trying to get the police to do something about this guy.

• 2:34:21Speaker 04

And pretty much nothing happened. And eventually, it comes out, months later, he goes... Actually, what happened was, so, Roblox knew this guy was grooming kids on the platform. And Ruben Sim brought this to the attention of employees at the company. They terminated this developer's account. And then they reinstated him. They brought him back to the platform. And then, the guy ends up grooming another girl. He ubers this girl from one part of the country to another state. Like bribed this Uber driver $1,000 to do it.

• 2:35:05Speaker 04

He ends up doing horrific stuff to this girl. The FBI ends up catching this guy with this girl that he got from his Discord server. And Roblox, in that whole time, was paying and allowing this guy to be on the platform. And the only reason why his game was removed off of Roblox is because Sega sent a DMCA request to Roblox. Why are you hosting our brand on your company?

• 2:35:33Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 2:35:34Speaker 04

And a pedophile made it. Like, that's that's crazy. I think it's a little bit insane with all that happening. Sega actually came back to Roblox to make a game. Can you believe that? After that happened with their brand?

• 2:35:47Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 2:35:48Speaker 04

Yeah, and while all that was going on, that's when they filed this 1.6 million dollar lawsuit against Rubinson and accused him of all this stuff. Um, I mean, that is is totally unbelievable. I, I, I, that was them silencing a whistleblower. And I guess this next time around with me, they, they just went with the cease and desist. But Roblox has a history of silencing people coming out about their predatory behavior taking place on their platform.

• 2:36:19Shawn Ryan?

Have they done anything to an actual predator?

• 2:36:25Speaker 04

  Um.

• 2:36:26Shawn Ryan?

  At all?

• 2:36:27Speaker 04

I, I know that they, there was a guy in Marion County, they, they filed a NACMEC report about, and he ended up getting arrested. Um, I mean, they, they don't do enough. That's, that's definitely for sure. I mean, you, you saw it. They definitely don't do enough.

• 2:36:44Shawn Ryan?

  I, I, I, I, I I, I can't even fucking believe what I just saw.

• 2:36:52Speaker 04

  I, I was

• 2:36:52Shawn Ryan?

On a fucking game that you say is being advertised as safe for kids.

• 2:36:58Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:36:58Shawn Ryan?

How the fuck is that safe for kids? How the fuck is that acceptable? How the fuck does a parent let, what the fuck is happening?

• 2:37:08Speaker 04

I have absolutely no idea. And I think it's

• 2:37:12Shawn Ryan?

I mean, I've, I've personally warned tons of parents about this shit. I mean, now, I'm not even talking about through the fucking show. I'm talking about personal relationships. Some of their fucking kids are still fucking around on Roblox. Because they don't want to deal, they don't want to fucking deal with their kid by pulling them off the platform.

• 2:37:34Speaker 04

  I mean, what?

• 2:37:35Shawn Ryan?

  It's fucking crazy.

• 2:37:37Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:37:38Shawn Ryan?

And we're sh- we just, we showed them with the seven, we haven't even talked about the seven, six, four shit.

• 2:37:43Speaker 04

I have a whole thing on seven, six, four.

• 2:37:45Shawn Ryan?

We haven't fucking talked about it.

• 2:37:47Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:37:47Shawn Ryan?

  And we just proved it.

• 2:37:49Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:37:50Shawn Ryan?

And there's still gonna be people that let their fucking kids go on that game.

• 2:37:53Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:37:54Shawn Ryan?

Just so they don't have to listen to them.

• 2:37:56Speaker 04

  Yeah. Mm-hmm.

• 2:37:57Shawn Ryan?

Just so they can go fuck off on their phone and look at whatever, their fucking Instagram. It's fucking crazy.

• 2:38:09Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:38:09Shawn Ryan?

  It's fucking crazy.

• 2:38:11Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:38:11Shawn Ryan?

And like I said, this country is the number one. We, we consume more of this shit than anybody else. Exploitation and trafficking it in, in, in media.

• 2:38:26Speaker 04

  Yep. It's, it's horrific.

• 2:38:30Shawn Ryan?

And nobody's doing anything about it.

• 2:38:31Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:38:32Shawn Ryan?

  Well, I shouldn't say nobody.

• 2:38:35Shawn Ryan?

I don't, I don't, I just, I'm not aware of any politician other than fucking Ro Khanna.

• 2:38:41Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 2:38:41Shawn Ryan?

Who I don't even agree with on much, but thank God, somebody up there is doing something.

• 2:38:47Speaker 04

  For sure.

• 2:38:47Shawn Ryan?

I mean, we got everybody else just sweeping it under the rug.

• 2:38:51Speaker 04

Like, why isn't this being talked about now?

• 2:38:54Shawn Ryan?

Why the fuck wouldn't we, why wouldn't we investigate every single fucking person that went to Epstein Island? Let's just sweep it under the rug, makes my friends look bad.

• 2:39:04Speaker 04

  Yeah. It's insane.

• 2:39:08Shawn Ryan?

Oh, man, I feel like I'm gonna fucking puke.

• 2:39:12Speaker 04

It, it is so sad. I, I, I, I look back to that video with all those kids in that classroom and half of them raising their hands. If they had been offered to do something inappropriate, I mean, think, how many kids in that classroom didn't understand that question? Like, I, it, it's, I get so many emails, like, I wish people could see it from my view. Because it is so immense.

• 2:39:37Shawn Ryan?

They're gonna see it from your view now. A small, a very small glimpse.

• 2:39:43Speaker 04

Yeah, that's why any parent that asked me, should I let my kid be on Roblox? I, it, it's just a, a withstanding no. Like, your kid, this game is dangerous, it is so dangerous. These spaces that they're advertising is safe are not safe. I have only briefly touched on these cases. I mean, for instance, last year, one of the lawsuits filed was a 10-year-old who was kidnapped from, in California, and taken to Northern California, from a 27-year-old that they met on the Roblox game, Mic Up. So they met someone on this Roblox game, showed up at their house, and drove them to Northern California.

• 2:40:27Speaker 04

The parents have filed a lawsuit against the company. And there's so many horrific, horrific abuse cases related to Roblox.

• 2:40:45Shawn Ryan?

What kind of consequences have you faced for diving into this? I know at breakfast you had said you had been swatted.

• 2:40:53Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:40:54Shawn Ryan?

Are you being threatened? I mean, you are fucking with some very powerful people, really fucking powerful. Look at me, dude. I'm being serious. I'm being fucking serious. I mean, Ryan Montgomery and I took 6 billion off the stock table in one fucking week. How much do you think it costs to fucking take a hit out on somebody? I can tell you this much, it's a hell of a lot less than 6 billion fucking dollars.

• 2:41:22Speaker 04

  It's pretty terrifying.

• 2:41:25Shawn Ryan?

What are you doing to protect yourself? Are you doing anything?

• 2:41:28Speaker 04

I don't want to go into the specifics of that, but I am very aware of the position I'm in. I mean, everybody knows what happens to whistleblowers, massive, multi-billion-dollar corporations.

• 2:41:40Shawn Ryan?

  You have to stay loud.

• 2:41:41Speaker 04

Yep. Yep. I mean, that's, it's suppression, then silence. So, I mean, that's, I don't know. I mean, at the end of the day, I really, I'm just, I've had to deal with my own crazy stuff as a relation to all this. I had the FBI come to my house. I mean, we were being swatted by pedophiles of Roblox when the news broke. But yeah, I mean, we, I mean, I had the FBI come to my house, asking me about the predators.

• 2:42:18Shawn Ryan?

These fucking people run the world.

• 2:42:22Speaker 04

It's scary. It's terrifying. You know, it's how can you?

• 2:42:28Speaker 04

I mean, it's unbelievable. I mean, I didn't even show you this. Like, alright, everything that I've just told you, lawsuits, you know, them doing what they did to me. What the executives of this company want for Roblox is gonna blow your mind. Listen to this. This is the CEO of Roblox onstage. He pitched this in 2023, and he also pitched this again after my situation, when it blew up and became like the, a really huge thing on the internet. This is him pitching the idea of turning Roblox into a dating platform that minors can access.

• 2:43:05Speaker 01

The next one. Uh, let's up this to 18 plus. Okay, the fifth one's controversial, but here's what I want to share with.

• 2:43:16Speaker 04

For 18 plus verified people in 18 plus experiences, thousands of adults will meet for the first time in Roblox dating experiences and subsequently form real-life relationships. That's their, that's their priorities right now. That, that's what they are prioritizing. I mean, it's, it's so crazy to even, even comprehend that. That was just this year.

• 2:43:40Shawn Ryan?

But there's no way to verify the 18. I mean, we just did the birthday. How, it did say you had to verify your birthday. What does that mean? You had to verify your birthday.

• 2:43:48Speaker 04

  To chat message.

• 2:43:49Shawn Ryan?

  How do you do that?

• 2:43:50Speaker 04

So you, you scan a photo of your face? I got, I got a photo of it here.

• 2:43:56Speaker 04

  Let me see.

• 2:44:00Shawn Ryan?

You scan a photo of your face?

• 2:44:02Speaker 04

Yeah, so this is it. So get a photo of your face, turn left and right, and then boom, it, it gives you an age that you, it thinks you are. Now, let me, let me just first explain how.

• 2:44:14Shawn Ryan?

So you just, so anybody that's a parent, you just have your fucking kid do it?

• 2:44:17Speaker 04

Yeah. Well, yeah, for one, the company that they're trusting to do this age check is being sued over how they handle biometric data, so. And there's a whole data privacy massive concern related to that.

• 2:44:29Shawn Ryan?

But really, all you need to do is just get.

• 2:44:31Speaker 04

  A kid to scan.

• 2:44:32Shawn Ryan?

  A kid to do it.

• 2:44:33Speaker 04

  No, actually.

• 2:44:33Shawn Ryan?

Could you just do this real quick for me?

• 2:44:35Speaker 04

It's so easy. You can just buy.

• 2:44:36Shawn Ryan?

  We already know.

• 2:44:38Speaker 04

You can just buy one of these accounts with any age you want on it. So.

• 2:44:41Shawn Ryan?

  What is that?

• 2:44:42Speaker 04

  So.

• 2:44:43Shawn Ryan?

Oh, you gotta be fucking kidding me.

• 2:44:45Speaker 04

  Yeah, and.

• 2:44:46Shawn Ryan?

  Where do you buy that?

• 2:44:47Speaker 04

Buy it on eBay. eBay actually had a reset.

• 2:44:50Shawn Ryan?

  Fucking eBay?

• 2:44:51Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:44:52Shawn Ryan?

What is that? Does that say 13 to 15?

• 2:44:54Speaker 04

13 to 15 year old, and what this means is you can only talk to 13 and 15 years old. Online, they're joking, calling this the Predator buffet update because it allows predators to select what age group they want to communicate with.

• 2:45:09Shawn Ryan?

It's like this thing is made for them.

• 2:45:14Speaker 04

I, I, I, it's just, I don't, I can't comprehend it. I mean, I, I mean, there's messages from, from predators. Anyone selling a 13 account? Um, no. Why? Uh, so I can have some fun? Fun how? You, uh, you can have fun with people your age. You're 19. Stop being a creep. I do have people my age. I got both. You told a 13 year old you were upset because she was underage and had a crush and you had a crush on her. These are.

• 2:45:39Shawn Ryan?

  Where is that?

• 2:45:40Speaker 04

This is on Discord and they're, they're trying to sell and trade underage Roblox accounts.

• 2:45:46Shawn Ryan?

And they are, not trying, they are.

• 2:45:48Speaker 04

They are. Yeah. I mean, it's.

• 2:45:51Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit, dude.

• 2:45:53Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:45:54Shawn Ryan?

Can you just, can you do me a favor and screen record? Pull up eBay. Screen record it and just, I just wanna see how many.

• 2:46:03Speaker 04

eBay did recently put out a statement saying that they are removing these profiles, but I am curious if it's still there. So I'll, I'll tell you right now.

• 2:46:11Shawn Ryan?

When was that? How long ago was that?

• 2:46:13Speaker 04

I wanna say about a week and a half ago, maybe two weeks, but let me see.

• 2:46:16Shawn Ryan?

So they just moved to something else?

• 2:46:18Speaker 04

Yeah, I mean, you can, let me see, Roblox account.

• 2:46:21Shawn Ryan?

Fucking Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace or who knows where?

• 2:46:25Speaker 04

Oh, yeah, I, uh, oh, wait, no, that's not it. Let me see. And there's tons, 18 plus. Yeah, okay, Roblox, let me see, 13.

• 2:46:37Speaker 04

I mean, I'm seeing accounts on here that are listed 18 plus.

• 2:46:43Shawn Ryan?

Just look up Roblox kids accounts.

• 2:46:46Speaker 04

Yeah, let's see, Roblox age 13 account purchase.

• 2:46:57Speaker 04

  Um, go to shopping.

• 2:47:02Speaker 04

Roblox account for sale. Looks like eBay took most of their stuff down.

• 2:47:07Shawn Ryan?

  Well, that's fucking good.

• 2:47:09Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:47:09Shawn Ryan?

We got some good news today, schlep. That's fucking good.

• 2:47:12Speaker 04

I, I think it's crazy that eBay is having to clean up Roblox's mess. I mean, that's-

• 2:47:16Shawn Ryan?

  Look up Facebook Marketplace.

• 2:47:18Speaker 04

Let's see. I wonder if they got it.

• 2:47:25Shawn Ryan?

We're also people selling shit. Is Craigslist still a thing?

• 2:47:29Speaker 04

Probably. Let's see, Roblox age account.

• 2:47:36Speaker 04

See gift cards. Yeah, here we go. I think I found one. Yeah. Look at this. Oh, well, I guess it's a, a little... I think it's a different currency. I'm not even sure, but it says here, Roblox account, 13 to 15 years old, voice chat enabled. You can buy this.

• 2:47:54Shawn Ryan?

  What is that website?

• 2:47:56Speaker 04

  Oh, this is Carousel.

• 2:47:59Shawn Ryan?

So that, that took you about 60 seconds to go find a underage account to go buy? This is fucking crazy.

• 2:48:06Speaker 04

It was a top result, pretty much. I mean, like, yeah, that's crazy. You can just buy one. I, yeah, that's-

• 2:48:15Shawn Ryan?

  That is crazy.

• 2:48:17Speaker 04

  Just to think too, like-

• 2:48:18Shawn Ryan?

It's not, they will always find a way. This is what, this is also what I was talking about at the beginning. They will always find a fucking way. If we take, if, if Roblox ceased to exist tomorrow, it's gone. Whatever. It's gone.

• 2:48:34Speaker 04

  For sure.

• 2:48:35Shawn Ryan?

They're going to the next place.

• 2:48:36Speaker 04

  Mm-hmm.

• 2:48:37Shawn Ryan?

They aren't, it, it, it, it never, it's never going to stop. It's never going to stop. This is for the parents. It's never going to stop, ever.

• 2:48:51Shawn Ryan?

You have to fucking stay vigilant. You have to be vigilant about this shit.

• 2:48:56Speaker 04

There, when, if something happens to Roblox, Discord, any of these other platforms, a new one's just gonna pop up. I mean, that's kinda the thing about it at the end of the day. I mean, all... Really what needs to happen is these companies need to have new executives with their primary mission being their platform is a safe platform. No one wants to put their plat- kid on a platform that's...

• 2:49:18Shawn Ryan?

That, and what also needs to happen is people need to get their fucking kids off the internet.

• 2:49:23Speaker 04

  True.

• 2:49:23Shawn Ryan?

They need to get their fucking kids off the internet. I mean, we've, I've alone have covered this shit. I don't know... I'm one of the only ones that'll even talk about it. Nobody will even talk about this shit. It's fucking crazy.

• 2:49:36Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:49:36Shawn Ryan?

Like, nobody gives a fuck. They're, "I don't wanna talk." What the fuck? Like, what? What greater purpose is there in fucking life than to, than to, than to, than to do good and protect fucking kids?

• 2:49:49Speaker 04

  Yeah. I, I...

• 2:49:51Shawn Ryan?

"I don't wanna touch it. It might get fucking demonetized." Who fucking cares, man? Fuck off. Grow a fucking sack. Holy shit. Fucking crazy, man.

• 2:50:05Speaker 04

Man, yeah, I, I think the thing is...

• 2:50:08Shawn Ryan?

  Fuck.

• 2:50:09Speaker 04

It's just the scale, man. I, how big this problem is.

• 2:50:14Shawn Ryan?

  It's every- it's everywhere.

• 2:50:16Speaker 04

Yeah. I, it's, it literally is everywhere. I mean, Roblox is one component of it, but Discord, all these other social media sites, I mean, so many kids are getting hurt. I, it's... In today's day and age, you just cannot give your kid an iPad.

• 2:50:32Shawn Ryan?

It's every- it's in the biggest Christian camp in the fucking world.

• 2:50:36Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:50:37Shawn Ryan?

And they're doing the same shit as Roblox.

• 2:50:39Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:50:39Shawn Ryan?

They're, they're sending out NDAs, settling, and then saying, "You could never fucking talk about the fact that you were molested." Oh, or somebody, somebody was reading scripture that, over them while they're doing this shit. It's just, it's fucking...

• 2:50:56Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:50:57Shawn Ryan?

It's cra- it's everywhere kids are going to be, and always will be. Always will be.

• 2:51:03Speaker 04

  For sure. It's, it's tragic.

• 2:51:08Speaker 04

I think my attorney is like the number of victims that they represent is I think over 3,000 victims of Roblox and Discord related abuse. That's I mean, that's such a crazy number.

• 2:51:21Shawn Ryan?

  They have law firms.

• 2:51:22Speaker 04

  They law firms.

• 2:51:23Shawn Ryan?

That are that are that are set up.

• 2:51:25Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:51:26Shawn Ryan?

And that's their thing. This is this is like the.

• 2:51:30Speaker 04

That's how widespread this is. Think of how many people didn't go to a law firm.

• 2:51:35Shawn Ryan?

We went down. We looked up the the the shit. I forgot the name, the name of the law firm that sent me the cease and desist from Springfield, Missouri for the can of coke shit.

• 2:51:47Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:51:47Shawn Ryan?

You know, oh, they wanted me to apologize. They wanted me to do a public apologize and apologize to fucking can of coke. I said, sorry, I don't negotiate with pedophiles. Fuck off.

• 2:52:01Speaker 04

  Literally, that's.

• 2:52:02Shawn Ryan?

Then then and then one of my guys looked him up because I asked, I was like, I wonder how many fucking pedophiles this law firm has represented and and and and one of my guys looked it up. First thing that popped up was like Catholic, big thing in the Catholic church. There were, guess who got him out of it?

• 2:52:22Speaker 04

  Gosh.

• 2:52:24Shawn Ryan?

Oh, I don't know the name, but don't worry, we'll throw the cease and desist up right fucking now. It's got their phone number, everything. You know what they did? You know what they did? They fucking they turned the comments off on their X account because so many people were fucking pissed off that they're defending a fucking pedophile.

• 2:52:41Speaker 04

Mm hmm. Why do you have a pedophile as your client?

• 2:52:43Shawn Ryan?

Who does? Who defends them? Like, what the fuck, man? I couldn't even I'd love to chat with your attorney about this. Because that's all they do, right? Is defend.

• 2:52:54Speaker 04

They they represent a lot of stuff like even beyond Roblox, a lot of abuse cases. I think they've represented some clergy abuse cases. Um, so, yeah, I mean, they they have a lot of stories to tell in relation to that. Sure. But, yeah.

• 2:53:12Shawn Ryan?

Well, slip, I got you something.

• 2:53:15Shawn Ryan?

You know, that's why I was asking what you're doing to protect yourself.

• 2:53:18Speaker 04

  Oh, I I.

• 2:53:21Shawn Ryan?

You don't have to tell me. I just I got this.

• 2:53:23Speaker 04

  Oh, you did? Okay.

• 2:53:24Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 2:53:26Speaker 04

  Let me see.

• 2:53:28Shawn Ryan?

  Stay there.

• 2:53:28Speaker 04

  Okay.

• 2:53:30Shawn Ryan?

  Alright, so-

• 2:53:31Speaker 04

  Oh my goodness!

• 2:53:32Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 2:53:33Speaker 04

  Dude, that is awesome, bro!

• 2:53:35Shawn Ryan?

So, have you heard of Sig Sauer?

• 2:53:37Speaker 04

  Uh, nah.

• 2:53:39Shawn Ryan?

  Okay, well now you have.

• 2:53:40Speaker 04

  (laughing)

• 2:53:40Shawn Ryan?

So, this is a 556 weapon.

• 2:53:44Speaker 04

  Uh-huh.

• 2:53:44Shawn Ryan?

And, uh, I got a really good friend over at Sig, his name's Jason, and I was already telling you about him, he's the VP of Marketing. Actually, I gotta call him today to let him know that their weapons, their firearms are being used in Roblox, you know, to, uh, simulate school shooters and kill kids on a video game. But anyways, uh, new optics line, this is what all the military's going to, this is a 556, got a flashlight on there. And then, I got other, I made another friend, and, uh, at, uh, Silencer Shop. And so, Silencer Shop put a brand-new suppressor on this.

• 2:54:25Speaker 04

  Yo, that's so cool!

• 2:54:26Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, so here you go.

• 2:54:28Speaker 04

Thank you, I appreciate that. Oh my gosh, that is so cool.

• 2:54:31Shawn Ryan?

  There you go.

• 2:54:33Speaker 04

Oh man, that's awesome. Yeah, I only recently got into shooting, I'm gonna love it.

• 2:54:37Shawn Ryan?

  Oh, you're into shooting?

• 2:54:39Speaker 04

Yeah, I recently, yeah, I've been going with friends like out to the range like every week or so, so-

• 2:54:43Shawn Ryan?

  What are you shooting?

• 2:54:44Speaker 04

Uh, I don't even know the gun I got, I recently just got a pistol, so-

• 2:54:47Shawn Ryan?

  What'd you get?

• 2:54:49Speaker 04

Um, it's blanking on my mind.

• 2:54:52Shawn Ryan?

  That's alright, that's alright.

• 2:54:53Speaker 04

I, I got one, I, I do have one, yeah.

• 2:54:55Shawn Ryan?

Well now you have the coolest fucking gun at the range.

• 2:54:57Speaker 04

  Heck yeah, oh man.

• 2:54:59Shawn Ryan?

Cool, I'm gonna teach you how to shoot that damn thing today.

• 2:55:01Speaker 04

Heck yeah, I'm, I'm very excited.

• 2:55:03Shawn Ryan?

Right on, yeah. We gotta do something that's, uh-

• 2:55:06Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:55:08Shawn Ryan?

Gotta get my mind off this for at least a minute.

• 2:55:11Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 2:55:12Shawn Ryan?

  Oh man.

• 2:55:16Shawn Ryan?

• 2:57:51Shawn Ryan?

Here's what I want to talk about. I want to talk about the thing that you don't want to talk about.

• 2:57:56Speaker 04

  Hmm.

• 2:57:56Shawn Ryan?

I want to reveal the name of your abuser. Are you ready?

• 2:58:00Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:58:01Shawn Ryan?

  Are you sure?

• 2:58:02Speaker 04

I'm ready. I've been wanting this to happen for a very long time.

• 2:58:05Shawn Ryan?

You know, it really... You know, your dad out there was almost in tears, may have been in tears. He said that he had never heard that name, that you had kept that name from him. And we're about to release it to millions and millions of people. Are you ready, Kevin Nolan? Are you ready for your name to be broadcast to the entire world that you were fucking abusing my friend Schlep here?

• 2:58:32Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:58:32Shawn Ryan?

We're gonna put your picture up again. Your name's Kevin Nolan. He lives in Ireland.

• 2:58:37Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 2:58:38Shawn Ryan?

Kevin Nolan. Everybody, if you're listening to this on something, go to the video form and look at this picture. This is Kevin Nolan. What was he?

• 2:58:49Speaker 04

Uh, his name was Ripple on Roblox.

• 2:58:51Shawn Ryan?

  Ripple?

• 2:58:52Speaker 04

Yeah, that was, that was him.

• 2:58:53Shawn Ryan?

  And he was a developer?

• 2:58:55Speaker 04

He was a developer, yep. I would, I would love to hear from Roblox more about why they banned him. They, they haven't said a single peep.

• 2:59:02Shawn Ryan?

By him, you mean Kevin Nolan?

• 2:59:04Speaker 04

  Yeah, by Kevin Nolan.

• 2:59:06Shawn Ryan?

  Kevin Nolan.

• 2:59:06Speaker 04

  Ripple.

• 2:59:07Shawn Ryan?

  Abusing kids.

• 2:59:08Speaker 04

Mm-hmm. I'm, I'm glad that's out there. I know that there's been a lot of mystery onto why he's been, was removed off of Roblox. He was removed off of Roblox for being a pedophile and grooming kids. I, I will say that's something I've been trying to get out there for a very long time. And I'm really...

• 2:59:25Shawn Ryan?

Well, I'll tell you what, Roblox made him famous, but he's about to be a lot fucking more famous than he was with Roblox. I can guarantee fucking to you that.

• 2:59:33Speaker 04

Yep, and that person, he sent me gore, sent me... Would ask me horrible stuff when I was a minor. He victimized other girls. And he, he's a total monster, and that's why... Roblox banned him. I mean, that was the reason why.

• 2:59:49Shawn Ryan?

We found an article of Kevin Nolan.

• 2:59:51Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 2:59:51Shawn Ryan?

Online. We'll post that too, right now. I just want to put it up on the screen.

• 2:59:55Speaker 04

He was blackmailed, which, the truth is, he groomed that girl viciously.

• 3:00:01Shawn Ryan?

How the fuck do you say, how would you even create a narrative that he was blackmailed? Blackmail? What is that even? Like, blackmail?

• 3:00:09Speaker 04

So, what ended up happening is, he had, this victim did end up trying to get a Roblox item out of him.

• 3:00:19Speaker 04

And, I guess they did, and then Roblox instantly reverted it.

• 3:00:24Speaker 04

But, I mean, at the end of the day, it was, he groomed this girl viciously. She dropped out of high school over the abuse she suffered. So, I mean, and even beyond that, I mean, I literally saw, my own, he did that stuff to me. He literally, I have the images. I have the images of sending me the Christchurch shooting when I was a minor. I have the images of him sending me [BLEEP] when I was a minor. So, I mean, I don't, I don't even know what he, I, you know, the only thing he could do is apologize to all the victims that he abused.

• 3:01:01Shawn Ryan?

What the fuck would that do?

• 3:01:03Speaker 04

  Tell me about it.

• 3:01:06Speaker 04

Exactly. And it's, I think, I think out of anybody who really owes the biggest apology is Roblox to not only me, but my family. And they never, they never cared. They, they never cared about what we went through. They don't care about any of the victims. They, they, something I did want to talk about with you was,

• 3:01:33Speaker 04

after my cease and desist, there is a chief safety officer at Roblox, his name is Matt Kaufman. He had put out a statement, and mind you, before this, I'd come out saying I was a victim on this platform, that a popular developer groomed me when I was a minor. He made a statement on Roblox comparing me to child predators. Similar to actual predators, the behavior of getting these people arrested, that's similar to them. And then he sent me an email, after I released my video, it was "Roblox, take a seat", with Chris Hansen. He stated, Here, I'm gonna actually pull up this email for you, cuz it is so shocking. I mean, it is unbelievable what she sent me.

• 3:02:20Speaker 04

"Follow-up from Roblox. Hi, Michael. I understand our decision to moderate and ban your account came as a surprise, something you wholeheartedly disagree with." This is Matt Kaufman, same guy a week prior who compared me to actual child predators. "That said, our intent has been to keep the platform safe, and I believe that is something we have in common. Would you be up for a conversation to see if there's some way we can keep you active in the Roblox community?" Nothing about me being groomed, no apology for comparing me to child... That was something I really was so deeply offended about. They've never once apologized for making that statement.

• 3:03:02Speaker 04

And just to float in, "Would you like to come back to the Roblox community?"

• 3:03:06Shawn Ryan?

Are you serious? Who the fuck would wanna go back to the Roblox community?

• 3:03:12Shawn Ryan?

You wouldn't wanna do that, would you?

• 3:03:15Speaker 04

I wouldn't wanna touch Roblox after everything that's happened.

• 3:03:18Shawn Ryan?

  What the fuck?

• 3:03:19Speaker 04

  I really wouldn't. I just, I have such a foul taste.

• 3:03:23Shawn Ryan?

That's like, "Hey, abused ya, you wanna come back to Camp Canicuck?"

• 3:03:29Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 3:03:29Shawn Ryan?

  No?

• 3:03:30Speaker 04

  Exactly, yeah.

• 3:03:31Shawn Ryan?

  What the fuck?

• 3:03:32Speaker 04

  That's so, so...

• 3:03:34Shawn Ryan?

We'll give you a free pass.

• 3:03:36Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:03:37Shawn Ryan?

I'll fucking bet you will. Turns out I'm too old now.

• 3:03:41Speaker 04

What's crazy about this specific email, we had, my law firm actually responded to Matt Kaufman, and they made explicitly clear, "All communication must go through my legal counsel." I mean, that's why you have a lawyer, so that this stuff is handled between lawyers, not the individuals in the party.

• 3:04:03Speaker 04

And he emailed me directly, like he, he reached out to me directly. And then I believe it was a week or so after that, I, I forgot the exact dates. But, uh, the CEO of Roblox was asked about me getting kicked off the platform for, he responds to the question by completely ignoring it. And then the journalist asked him once again, what, uh, you know, why, why did you kick this guy? You know, your community is really passionate about this. And he said, uh, Schlep broke our terms of use and we, we really don't like that. But, um, we love Schlep's feedback and we would love to, uh, uh, and we reached out to Schlep. They, they use this outreach as if they properly reached me out.

• 3:04:44Speaker 04

I mean, the, the offer was always on the table for Roblox if they, they wanted to have a conversation. But I'm not going to be privately courted into, to these sort of channels. I mean, that's just ridiculous. And I think the other thing here too, is that I want to see Roblox show some form of compassion for these survivors. I mean, that, that 10 year old that went through that horrific abuse, that, that girl who had to get an abortion from a predator they met off of Roblox. They should not be trying to be moved into private arbitrations. Kind of like what happened with Camp Canuck where they're trying to get these victims to sign NDAs.

• 3:05:24Speaker 04

That, that should not be how Roblox is handling these, these horrific child abuse cases. I mean, they should really be apologizing.

• 3:05:37Shawn Ryan?

As long as I've been looking into this, I don't think I have seen any fucking institution apologize, make good, I mean, it's impossible to make good. Do it, it's because it's always about the money. It's never about the kids. It's always about the money and the power.

• 3:05:54Speaker 04

  Exactly.

• 3:05:55Shawn Ryan?

  It's politics, it's power, it's business, it's money.

• 3:05:58Speaker 04

I, I mean, like, that's the thing. I, I bet you Matt Kaufman and these executives are watching it. And I mean, literally all, I, I, I just want an apology, you know? And, and I, you know, I, I want these victims to get justice. These victims deserve it. I mean, they've been so horrifically abused. I, I don't know how you can sit in an office and look at these cases as they roll up on your desk and just see games like these mass shooting games, these giant games filled with exploitation. And just feel good about yourself. I mean, I don't know. You know, they have kids. I don't know how you could sit there and think my kid could play this.

• 3:06:38Speaker 04

Like, that's just so backwards. And anyways, to get a little bit more in depth on this. Now, so far, there's been five states that have filed lawsuits, attorney generals. But I thought the most interesting one was the Florida one. I was cited in it for my conviction that we got there. But what is interesting about that one is it started out with a subpoena. And then they upgraded it to a criminal subpoena based on the findings of the initial subpoena. And on an interview that Chris Hansen did with the Florida Attorney General, he pretty much said that he saw that predators were being reported to Roblox, and Roblox wasn't properly doing what they should have been doing.

• 3:07:24Speaker 04

I mean, that's insane. I mean, that's why it's now a criminal. They're being criminally investigated, this company.

• 3:07:33Shawn Ryan?

Here are, I gotta bring up some good news, because there's not much. Here's all the pieces of shit that are standing up for the fucking big tech gaming community. First one, Tom Keen Jr. out of New Jersey. Good job, Tom. Great work. Here are the state attorneys, and we'll get into the rest of these later when we get your attorney on. State Attorney Generals investigating or suing Roblox from August 2025 to present. Here's the states. There's not very many of them. Number one, Texas. Number two, Oklahoma. Number three, Louisiana.

• 3:08:14Shawn Ryan?

Number four, Florida. Number five, South Carolina. Number six, Kentucky. Number seven, thank God, Tennessee. And that's where it ends, folks. That means there's 43 other states that just don't give a fuck.

• 3:08:34Speaker 04

I know some states are definitely looking into it right now, but yeah, I mean, this is why it's so important. Call up your Attorney General's office. Tell them that you want this company investigated. I mean, that's, you know, these people, they need to know that as a constituent, you want this company investigated.

• 3:08:53Speaker 04

Because I'll say one thing, I mean, just from my own personal experiences, we were getting child predators arrested on the platform and they didn't care. I mean, I thought, I'm actually blocked by the CEO of Roblox, specifically because of a child predator that we got arrested. And out of the six cases we've had, it's the only one that the prosecutors, I guess they dropped. And I mean, it was an open and shut case. This guy showed up at a park to meet someone that he thought was a 13-year-old. I believe he was either 21 or 22. And this guy is still abusing kids online. There was a video that was uploaded very recently about it.

• 3:09:35Speaker 04

And he's back on Roblox as of this moment. I'll actually, I'll show you his Roblox account. Just so, so, you know, if any Roblox executives are watching this, this is a child predator.

• 3:09:46Shawn Ryan?

I can guarantee you, they're all watching this.

• 3:09:49Speaker 04

This is a child predator right now, who is on Roblox, that I caught and got arrested, who's currently using your platform.

• 3:09:58Speaker 04

Let me get this. His name is Kiani Gouvea and he is from Hawaii, but let me, let me find this. I got it right here. So this here is a predator that I got arrested. He showed up at a park in Hawaii to meet a 13-year-old girl. This is him on Roblox right now.

• 3:10:16Shawn Ryan?

  What's his screen name?

• 3:10:18Speaker 04

It is Kitty Cat, Katty Butt, so K-I-T-T-Y-C-A-T-T-I-E-B-U-T-T. This guy actually-

• 3:10:28Shawn Ryan?

  Kitty Catty Butt?

• 3:10:30Speaker 04

Yeah, that's his name on the, the site. And-

• 3:10:32Shawn Ryan?

  And he's been arrested?

• 3:10:34Speaker 04

For, for, yeah. He was arrested, but from my knowledge, it was the only case that we got that, that was dropped by the police. I was told by Jedeon, which was the guy I worked with on this, that the detectives were even confused by it because I guess the prosecutors didn't know how to charge for this specific, you know, online solicitation. But he is still grooming kids. I actually think it was about a week ago, I had to get two kids to call, or I, I talked to their parents. This guy was sending nudes to these kids. I believe they were 15 years old. So he's still actively abusing kids. And he's on Roblox and

• 3:11:17Shawn Ryan?

Make sure you take that screenshot that, we gotta put that up so parents know if they see that fucking screen name.

• 3:11:23Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 3:11:24Shawn Ryan?

Of course, of course, any parents that are watching this that are good parents, their kids will never see fucking Roblox ever, ever again.

• 3:11:31Speaker 04

Now, get this, the reason why I was blocked by the CEO of this company, he had made another account to get back onto Roblox. You know, initially when we told Roblox about this, we sent them everything. They ignored it until after the, the arrest. But when he, he came back to Roblox after getting banned. And I emailed their support, I'm like, this guy's a child predator, we got him arrested. This is all the chat logs of it, here's him admitting that he's him, all this. And they ignored me. So I, I tweeted at the CEO of Roblox, I replied to one of his tweets, "Hey, this is a child predator and your AI email system isn't even doing anything." Like, this is his Roblox account, can you ban him?

• 3:12:16Speaker 04

And he blocked me on Twitter for it. He, he blocked me on Twitter for that. Yeah. Can you believe that? I mean, that is crazy to even think about.

• 3:12:28Shawn Ryan?

I was just gonna go find him, but I was, it's probably not a good idea, right?

• 3:12:32Speaker 04

Yeah. And with the Roblox official Twitter account, I, I tweeted at them when they put out a big thing about safety, I'm like, "Why are you guys trying to force 10-year-olds into private arbitrations to silence them from coming out about their story? Because they want to seek justice for their abuse? I mean, why are you guys doing that? Can we get a statement?" They blocked me for that.

• 3:12:55Shawn Ryan?

  Of course they did.

• 3:12:56Speaker 04

Yeah, they, they don't want to talk about their arbitration clause and them trying to, to move cases into these private arbitrations. I think it was 100 parents recently just wrote a collective email or a, a letter to Roblox, saying how unethical it is for them to even consider do- it's, the priorities of this company are backwards. They, it should be stopping these child predators, but for the CEO, it's adding dating onto this platform. You know, it's- Another thing that was pretty shocking was an interview that the CEO of Roblox gave, where he was asked about bringing polymarket, like something similar to polymarket on Roblox, which is gambling, right?

• 3:13:40Speaker 04

And they asked it to him as a joke, like, "Oh, you should do that." And he's like, "No, I think that's a great idea. If we could do that in an educative way, if we could introduce gambling to children in an educative way." That is the CEO of the company.

• 3:13:58Shawn Ryan?

  Wow.

• 3:13:59Speaker 04

  Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable.

• 3:14:04Shawn Ryan?

There's one... So I told you, we had spoken to... Not "we." Well, we. Jeremy spoke to... They reached out, they wanted to chat with me. I didn't... I was like, "Nope. Not till I'm done."

• 3:14:16Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:14:17Shawn Ryan?

And, Jeremy, but, you know, we need to do that. That's just what we do here. We gotta hear it. So I... This is the one... The one thing that we kinda got that I need to ask you.

• 3:14:28Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:14:29Shawn Ryan?

That some of your critics say you just find predators on Discord and blame Roblox. How do you respond to that?

• 3:14:39Speaker 04

The predators that we find, we find them in Roblox Discord. Like, these are people searching for Roblox games on Roblox. And Discord is a massive facilitator of this. I mean, they enable and host these communities. And pretty much, we would literally join these servers and there's...

• 3:15:01Shawn Ryan?

You know what? This doesn't even fucking deserve a response, because we just... We just pulled it up. We just pulled it up, and within, I think it was 20 seconds,

• 3:15:11Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:15:11Shawn Ryan?

we got a guy that wants to...

• 3:15:13Speaker 04

  It's such a foolish...

• 3:15:14Shawn Ryan?

Wants to get freaky. And then the next guy also wants to get freaky. We talked to like five people, I think, that are alluding to, "Hey, what are you doing? Oh, you're bored? Oh, I'm bored too. Gee, I wonder what the fuck that's gonna turn into." Anybody with half a fucking brain can figure that out.

• 3:15:31Speaker 04

  Yeah, I mean, I...

• 3:15:32Shawn Ryan?

Let's take a break. Let's go blow some shit up.

• 3:15:34Speaker 04

  Hell, yeah.

• 3:15:35Shawn Ryan?

And then when we come back, I'm gonna talk to your attorney, and we're gonna wrap this fucking thing up, put a bow on it, and fucking send it to Kevin Nolan.

• 3:15:44Shawn Ryan?

• 3:16:28Shawn Ryan?

All right. Steven Vanderport, welcome to the show.

• 3:16:32Speaker 05

Thanks so much for having me.

• 3:16:33Shawn Ryan?

Love what you're doing. So, we had breakfast with you and Schlep and you, and so you work for a law firm that specializes in what?

• 3:16:43Speaker 05

We represent survivors of abuse. It's all we do at Gould, Greco, and Hensley. We represent survivors in, you know, digital exploitation like Schlep and others. And we, you know, we have clients who were exploited or abused in, you know, in clergy settings, hospital settings, school settings. So, we specialize in this area. It's all we do. We do it well. Our staff is all informed by trauma-based training. And, uh, yeah, we're very proud of the work we do.

• 3:17:22Shawn Ryan?

Are there, I'm just, I love what you guys are doing. I've actually never heard of a firm that just specializes in that, so thank you for what you're doing. Are there firms that also specialize in defending pedophiles? Is this what they do?

• 3:17:39Speaker 05

I mean, there's definitely firms that specialize in defending institutions that, that, you know, give refuge to pedophiles. Oftentimes, whether it's, you know, their employees or others affiliated with their organization, yes, there are law firms that specialize and have a, you know, a relationship with, with.

• 3:18:00Speaker 05

Companies and parties that find themselves on the defending side of litigation.

• 3:18:05Shawn Ryan?

  I just don't know.

• 3:18:06Speaker 05

  Of all, it's all.

• 3:18:07Shawn Ryan?

Don't know how you do. We just had one send us a cease and desist from Canuck. I'll put it up again because we dug in. They're also defending the Catholic Church back when all that shit was going on.

• 3:18:17Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 3:18:18Shawn Ryan?

So they have a history of this. So I just want everybody to know who they are. So we'll put that up on the screen.

• 3:18:23Speaker 05

  Sure.

• 3:18:24Shawn Ryan?

You know, but man, I don't even know what to talk about first here, but let's talk about the Safer Gaming Act that puts big tech over survivors.

• 3:18:36Speaker 05

  Yeah, sure.

• 3:18:37Shawn Ryan?

  What is that?

• 3:18:38Speaker 05

So the Safer Gaming Act is one of probably 18 pieces of legislation that is going through Congress right now that's presented to the public as being something that will improve the safety of games and help survivors of digital exploitation like Schlep and like our other clients. You know, they all have very ambitious names like Safer Gaming Act, Kids Online Safety Act, et cetera. But buried in that legislation is a provision that basically gives immunity to tech platforms.

• 3:19:21Speaker 05

It takes away the right of survivors to bring lawsuits against these companies and it basically gives that right to the federal government. And so it's something that we're really, really glad to be talking about right now because we think it's a huge issue that folks are just not aware of, that there is this concerted effort to give companies like Roblox immunity from.

• 3:19:52Speaker 05

You know, wrongdoing and negligence and neglect and carelessness because they had all these pedophiles on their platform.

• 3:20:03Shawn Ryan?

This is crazy. So they want to give these tech companies that are making games immunity from victims suing them for being assaulted or exploited on their platform. When was this bill introduced? I got everybody who's supporting the bill right here. We're gonna read all their names off.

• 3:20:22Speaker 05

And you know what? We're here to name names. It's that important.

• 3:20:28Speaker 05

You know, these are in this session of Congress and these are the biggest companies in the world. And they're looking for immunity from our Congress

• 3:20:41Speaker 05

to, you know, to prevent the kinds of cases that we're bringing now. Why are we bringing these cases? Because we want to hold them accountable for knowingly putting their profits over the safety of kids.

• 3:21:00Speaker 05

They knew this was going on on Roblox. Everything you saw today, the game experiences, the content, the extreme content, the issues with identifying your age. They knew this has been going on for a long time and they made the choice to

• 3:21:22Speaker 05

focus on their profits, to focus on their shareholders, to focus on their own bonuses and their own compensation instead of protect kids. And now that, you know, the chickens are coming home to roost, they're going to Congress for a loophole.

• 3:21:37Shawn Ryan?

How does this happen, Stephen? Is this, I mean, this is lobbying, right? These people are most likely, is that the proper term? Most likely, maybe, being paid off to fucking sponsor this shit.

• 3:21:53Speaker 05

Yeah, I mean, these folks, they may think that what they're doing is improving the safety of these platforms and helping kids. And, you know, either they don't know what the

• 3:22:04Shawn Ryan?

You really think they think that?

• 3:22:08Speaker 05

They either don't know what the preemption provision in their bills mean, or, yes, they're cozying up to big tech and, you know, neither of, neither of those situations is acceptable.

• 3:22:22Shawn Ryan?

Well, we'll put them all up on screen here too, but let me, so this is who sponsored the bill. This is, uh, Tom Keen Jr. of New Jersey. It's him. Looks like a nice guy. He may be a real nice guy.

• 3:22:36Speaker 05

Yeah, he may be a nice guy.

• 3:22:37Shawn Ryan?

He looks like a nice guy.

• 3:22:39Speaker 05

He looks like a nice guy.

• 3:22:40Shawn Ryan?

He doesn't want kids to be able to have any retribution from, uh, big tech.

• 3:22:45Speaker 05

  That's right.

• 3:22:45Shawn Ryan?

  Games.

• 3:22:46Speaker 05

And, and you, and you gotta call him on it.

• 3:22:48Shawn Ryan?

  Good job, Tom.

• 3:22:52Shawn Ryan?

Here's some more. This is, uh, Representative Chris Smith, also from New Jersey. This is, uh, Darren Soto. Uh, he's from Florida.

• 3:23:03Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 3:23:03Shawn Ryan?

So, there's them. And we got Tim Wahlberg, Michigan.

• 3:23:12Shawn Ryan?

  Laurel Lee, another Floridian.

• 3:23:14Speaker 05

  Yep.

• 3:23:15Shawn Ryan?

  Good job. Good job, Congressman.

• 3:23:19Shawn Ryan?

We got Gus. Do you know how to say this guy's name?

• 3:23:23Speaker 05

  Baralcas?

• 3:23:24Shawn Ryan?

Yeah, Baralcas. Oh, another Floridian. Oh, Kathy Castor, also Floridian.

• 3:23:31Speaker 05

  Yep.

• 3:23:35Shawn Ryan?

Good luck with reelection. Uh, and then we got Neil Dunn and Ron Davis. This is Safe Messaging for Kids Act of 2025. What's that? A free pass for, it's all the same shit, huh?

• 3:23:49Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 3:23:50Shawn Ryan?

It's just all these different bills that, this guy's from North Carolina here, Ron Davis.

• 3:23:55Speaker 05

There are good ideas in some of those bills, but they're all completely undermined by the fact that they take away the right to survivors to, to seek accountability. They take away the rights of state's attorneys general to bring enforcement actions. We were talking with Schlep about the number of attorneys general that have already brought suit. These bills would take the power away from those attorneys general and give it to the FTC and, and give it to the federal government. So, this is, uh, this is a warning to those politicians.

• 3:24:29Speaker 05

We are going to be in your districts, talking to your constituents about these bills, asking these constituents, who do you think your congresspeople should take the side of? Survivors of sexual abuse or pedophile protecting platforms? All those folks probably voted to release the Epstein files and at the same time, they're secretly behind people's back and quietly looking to take away the rights of abuse survivors from digital exploitation on Roblox and other gaming platforms. So, we know what you're doing.

• 3:25:13Speaker 05

We're not going to lie down while you feed our kids to the wolves of big tech.

• 3:25:19Shawn Ryan?

Just want to reiterate for all the congressmen out there and the people voting for these congressmen, we just talked about a 10-year-old that was picked up, brought to a hotel and by five different people. So, something like that, something like that happens, she's not going to be able to seek retribution.

• 3:25:42Speaker 05

They're going to say that, you know, any attempt for her to seek retribution is inconsistent with what these bills are supposed to require and therefore, look, I'll answer the question simply, no. They're going to say she shouldn't be able to seek retribution because Congress made all these bills. And again, they either don't know what's in their bills or they support it. And neither of those are acceptable in our view and we are going to keep talking about it. This issue is not going away. We are not going to let big tech completely eliminate the rights of survivors to get accountability in the court system.

• 3:26:27Shawn Ryan?

I just can't believe this shit, man. I can't believe how many people go out of their way to protect this shit.

• 3:26:37Shawn Ryan?

  It's fucking asinine.

• 3:26:39Speaker 05

They think nobody's paying attention. And they think.

• 3:26:45Speaker 05

  And they're wrong about.

• 3:26:46Shawn Ryan?

But how do you live with yourself? How do you live? How, how, how, how do you live with yourself by putting this shit up there? Or, or defending these people in court?

• 3:26:57Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 3:26:58Shawn Ryan?

  It's, it's just.

• 3:27:01Shawn Ryan?

So what's going on with Schlep?

• 3:27:04Speaker 05

Schlep is, uh, acting with tremendous courage and continuing to speak out against one of the world's biggest tech platforms. The biggest and most popular game in, you know, the history of the world, Roblox. And, uh, he's a, he's a problem for them. People trust Schlep. He's a whistleblower. He's authentic. He cares about survivors. They're trying to do whatever they can to, to make Schlep go away and make this issue go away. And it's just not happening. Um, he has his own experience on the platform, but he really has transformed into an advocate for, for other survivors and, and has just blown this issue completely open. I mean,

• 3:27:47Shawn Ryan?

  He's a hero.

• 3:27:49Speaker 05

What does this look like without Schlep? What does this look like if Schlep gets the cease and desist letter? And like what they were hoping he would do is, you know, shuts up, removes his content off, off of YouTube, doesn't speak up anymore. That's what they were hoping he would do. That's not what he did, but without Schlep, uh, I, I, I don't know this, this whole discussion, uh, I don't know that it's happening right now about Roblox. So he, he really is the, the tip of the spear and he is a hero.

• 3:28:19Shawn Ryan?

Do they have anything on him right now? Are you guys fighting anything?

• 3:28:22Speaker 05

I, you know, they've accused him of violating their terms of service. Meanwhile, there are pedophiles using their platform, violating their terms of service. Those guys don't get banned. You know what they do? They, uh, they disable the account and they send them right back to the homepage so they can make another one. They don't track who's on the platform.

• 3:28:45Shawn Ryan?

Or they just go buy one on, uh, whatever, whatever.

• 3:28:49Speaker 05

Even easier. Uh, so they don't have anything on Schlep. Um, and Schlep has everything on them. And, and it's going to remain that way. Uh, we, we, you know, we. We represent him, we're going to continue to represent him, we're going to continue to defend against bullying, threats and intimidation and anything else they want to throw at him. And if they want to try and bring him on, well, he's an advocate for survivors. So that discussion is not going to happen with Roblox without some acknowledgement of the absolutely traumatic injuries that the 10-year-old suffered, that, you know, a 13-year-old

• 3:29:33Speaker 05

girl who we represented was kidnapped suffered. We represent over 3,000 clients right now. I mean, these people matter. These injuries were real.

• 3:29:42Shawn Ryan?

  You have over 3,000 clients?

• 3:29:44Speaker 05

We may have close to 4,000. This is, this is a massive issue and, and, and having Schlep at the front of it is really, really going to be, I think, beneficial for survivors.

• 3:29:57Shawn Ryan?

Have you guys, I mean, have you guys had, are you, are you, do you have a PR campaign? Are you trying to get this out? I mean, who's paying attention? I can't believe nobody's covering this shit. Nobody's covering this shit. How is that even fucking possible?

• 3:30:11Speaker 05

You know, what, what's great about what you guys did today and your format is you actually are going to show people what this game is like. A lot of media organizations, you know, they want to cover both sides, they don't want to go too far, you know, they're, they're, they're concerned about going after a big and being too critical of a big, a big company. And, you know, your, your courage in, in giving Schlep the time to, to go through the issues and to show what's on that platform, that's huge. That is huge. So, no, we don't have a, a PR campaign, but we want people to be aware of what's going on, on this platform. We want parents to be aware.

• 3:30:54Speaker 05

Parents deserve to know what's happening on this platform. The kids deserve to be protected when they're playing it, kids as young as five, as he said. And survivors have the right to tell their stories in the way that they want. Not to be preempted by politicians in Congress, not to be forced into arbitration, where the public will never learn what Roblox knew and when they knew it. So, thank you for covering this. And I hope that this will encourage others to cover it because it's a huge, huge child safety story. It's the biggest child safety story in recent time.

• 3:31:37Shawn Ryan?

  Possibly ever.

• 3:31:39Speaker 05

  Possibly.

• 3:31:39Shawn Ryan?

So many people are on that thing. Do you know how many people are on Roblox?

• 3:31:43Speaker 05

Well, they claim to have 80 million daily active users. So that's just a huge number of people worldwide.

• 3:31:54Shawn Ryan?

Well, I'm sure this isn't just a problem in the US.

• 3:31:57Speaker 05

  Not at all.

• 3:31:58Shawn Ryan?

We already know about Kevin Nolan over in Ireland.

• 3:32:03Speaker 05

Look, in Australia, they just came up with a ban on social media. They've got one in France, too. They're moving in the right direction. We're moving in the direction of taking away the rights of survivors to get accountability. It's backward. And the reason it's backward is because the people don't know about it yet. And once the people find out about this, we are confident that they're going to call their representatives. Call these folks. These calls matter. And you'll have Ro Coni. I don't want to kind of put them all in the same basket. He's been a tremendous advocate for survivors of abuse.

• 3:32:43Speaker 05

Dick Durbin, Lindsey Graham, they're trying to repeal or sunset Section 230, which is another ridiculous immunity that a lot of the world's biggest companies get the benefit of. So there are some people out there that are on the right side of this issue.

• 3:33:03Shawn Ryan?

Well, that's good to hear. That's good. That's... You named three.

• 3:33:09Speaker 05

  You gotta start somewhere.

• 3:33:11Shawn Ryan?

  Oh, and Massey. There's four.

• 3:33:13Speaker 05

  Four.

• 3:33:15Shawn Ryan?

I'm all out of names now.

• 3:33:17Speaker 05

This starts somewhere, right? We're not discouraged. This is the beginning. We are gonna get people behind making sure that the rights of survivors are preserved and that they have the ability to go to court and present to a jury what, you know, let the jury decide. Did Roblox act reasonably when they failed to require age and identity verifications? Did they act reasonably when there's a, you know, a mother whose son in New York is missing and she calls Roblox for help and they take weeks to get back to her?

• 3:33:55Speaker 05

The choices Roblox made in designing their game is what needs to be scrutinized. And we're confident that that's gonna happen.

• 3:34:07Shawn Ryan?

I told you guys at breakfast that we've had been having dialogue with Roblox.

• 3:34:13Speaker 05

  Yeah.

• 3:34:14Shawn Ryan?

Do you think I should have the CEO on?

• 3:34:18Speaker 05

You know, I think if you have the CEO on, you're gonna get a lot of conversation about scale. They like to talk about scale. Yeah, the AI age verification, it doesn't work, but we're trying to do this at such a scale. And if you're criticizing that, then you don't understand. Scale is not something that just happened to them. They built the scale. They're profiting from the scale. So if you have them on, and, you know, maybe you should, I know you're gonna push back on that. Scale is not an excuse. They built

• 3:34:58Speaker 05

the biggest platform. They did it on the backs of kids and parents who they misrepresented, who were misrepresented by Roblox advertisement, saying it's safe, saying it's educational, saying, you know, we have the best and the safest platform in the world. So if you have them on.

• 3:35:19Shawn Ryan?

Is there any grounds for like a class action?

• 3:35:22Speaker 05

You know, we, our cases are not a class action because the damages are, are distinct and unique to these particular plaintiffs. We have plaintiffs, you know, who've been extorted, kidnapped, you know, plaintiffs who were coerced into sending CSAM and then who had that CSAM end up on the dark web. So we have all these different kinds of cases that wouldn't be good for a class action, but, but we're consolidated in a single court and we're, you know, we're working together to try and get a just outcome for, for all of them.

• 3:36:01Shawn Ryan?

Man. What's the name of your firm again?

• 3:36:04Speaker 05

Gould, Greco and Hensley in Chicago, Illinois.

• 3:36:07Shawn Ryan?

Get ready, buddy. It's gonna be a big influx. I hope you guys got a good recruiting department.

• 3:36:12Speaker 05

We got a long fight ahead of us, but we're ready for it.

• 3:36:15Shawn Ryan?

Well, let me know if there's ever anything I can do.

• 3:36:18Speaker 05

  Appreciate that.

• 3:36:19Shawn Ryan?

Any serious, I'm dead serious. If you think there's something in particular that's big like this that needs exposure, I'm your guy.

• 3:36:26Speaker 05

  We appreciate that.

• 3:36:27Shawn Ryan?

My pleasure. Love what you're doing. Thank you.

• 3:36:30Speaker 05

  Thank you.

• 3:37:07Shawn Ryan?

  Dude.

• 3:37:10Shawn Ryan?

Holy shit, what an interview, man. Crazy stuff. Do you even realize the fucking magnitude of what you're doing?

• 3:37:19Speaker 04

That's the crazy part because I can't even comprehend like what like the snowball that I've kind of like morphed into, you know, an avalanche. I mean, that's the only way I can describe it. I mean, it, you know, started out with me just getting rid of some of these horrible people in society and it ended at a corporation wanting to make an example out of me and be one of the biggest instances of a Streisand effect for the world to see. So, yeah.

• 3:37:55Shawn Ryan?

You are a hero, my man.

• 3:37:58Speaker 04

  I appreciate it.

• 3:37:59Shawn Ryan?

  I mean that.

• 3:38:01Speaker 04

  I appreciate it.

• 3:38:01Shawn Ryan?

That takes a lot of balls to do what you're doing.

• 3:38:04Speaker 04

I really do. It's been very stressful, a lot of sleepless nights, but I mean, at the end of the day, you know, I just get satisfaction knowing that there's, you know, people out there who can't hurt kids anymore. You know, just that alone, I trade every account I own, trade all the stuff that Roblox had to do for me, just to know those sick monsters can't keep doing what they're doing.

• 3:38:33Shawn Ryan?

You know, I talk to Ryan about this all the time. I have to check in on him. How are you doing? How are you doing?

• 3:38:43Speaker 04

It's been a lot, been very mentally exhausting. I'm very thankful. I have a very loving girlfriend who's been there literally since day one for me. And, you know, I have a great family that has my back. But it's been very stressful. I mean, it's been such a challenging situation to have to deal with. I mean, just, you know, I, you know, at the end of the day, it's just like, it's really hard to, to... To everybody, this should seem like such a cut and dry issue. Like, this is something that, you know, the sky is blue. This is something that everyone should fight for.

• 3:39:24Speaker 04

Because it's kids, and this is the biggest gaming platform in the world. And, you know, it's crazy to see sometimes, like, pushback on certain stuff. I mean, like, I remember some developers when I just stated that the age estimation problem could be a tool for predators. I got some pushback from people on the platform. You know, I got a lot of pushback from people on stuff like TikTok. When the age estimation update came out, they thought I was the one responsible for it. Which, no, I'm very against it. Probably been one of the most vocal people against it. So, I mean, it's...

• 3:40:09Shawn Ryan?

What are you doing to stay sane? I mean, Schlep, you are in the middle of the most evil shit on this planet.

• 3:40:19Speaker 04

  Yeah, I know.

• 3:40:21Shawn Ryan?

Are you doing anything to take care of yourself?

• 3:40:24Speaker 04

Really, what's been keeping a lot of my time is me with friends catching predators. Like, that's why I spend a lot of my time. I mean, I know it doesn't sound like the most relaxing thing, but it is kind of like, I get to hang out with my friends and we get to stop bad people. And it's something I really, really enjoy doing. And playing video games, I guess, to really kind of like what I do to keep my sanity during all this.

• 3:40:50Shawn Ryan?

Make sure you keep tabs on your mental health, man. This shit will catch up to you.

• 3:40:56Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:40:56Shawn Ryan?

And I tell this to Ryan all the time, and he never fucking listens to me. But it's gonna catch up with him, it's gonna catch up with you, it's gonna catch up with me. You cannot live in this shit forever.

• 3:41:07Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 3:41:07Shawn Ryan?

You have to fucking take care of your mental health.

• 3:41:10Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:41:10Shawn Ryan?

Because this shit's gonna catch up. And Ryan tells me, "I don't have time to do that." Because if I do that, then I'm not saving kids. But my caveat to that is, if you fucking go down... And you can't come back up because you have a fucking mental break or something bad happens. Then there's gonna be lots of kids that aren't saved.

• 3:41:29Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 3:41:30Shawn Ryan?

So you can't help anybody if you're not helping yourself. I want you to look at me, man. I'm being fucking serious. This is the darkest shit on the planet that you're in.

• 3:41:37Speaker 04

I know. And that's, I know, there's days where it's just like, it's so overwhelming to see all the, I mean, put yourself in my shoes. You wake up, you check your email and it is tens of emails from kids saying, "I saw this." I mean, abuse, I mean, you know, I, I wish I could help everybody, you know? I, I, and it's just kinda like, all you can do is sit there.

• 3:42:04Shawn Ryan?

  I know what that's like.

• 3:42:05Speaker 04

It's, it's real, that, that to me is the hardest. Like, I, I wish I could help so many more people that reach out to me. And all I can really do is just kind of, no, nothing.

• 3:42:15Shawn Ryan?

You gotta have somebody filter that shit for you.

• 3:42:18Speaker 04

  Yeah, yeah.

• 3:42:19Shawn Ryan?

  You can't read all those.

• 3:42:20Speaker 04

  I know.

• 3:42:21Shawn Ryan?

You're doing everything you can. And that's all that matters.

• 3:42:25Speaker 04

Absolutely, absolutely. Yeah, I mean, it, it's crazy and I mean, you know, um, when I was a kid, I saw like a lot of like graphic material and stuff, but I mean, just like, I guess some of the stuff that I've had to expose myself to while seeing this topic, I mean, it's, some of the craziest stuff you could possibly believe. I mean, 764, their heinous stuff they're doing to kids. I mean, here, let me, let me show you one thing. Um, this is the last thing I'll probably show you on Roblox. So there was a guy, his name was, uh, Ronald McNutt, and he was a Iraq, uh, he served in Iraq.

• 3:43:08Speaker 04

And, um, one night, he was live streaming and he, he got really drunk and he became aggressive. And, um, he got a call from his, uh, girlfriend and they were fighting. And, um, I guess his gun went off and then, um, after the, the call, uh, they, they, or he hung up aggressively. And then he grabbed a shotgun, put it right into his mouth and pulled the trigger. Like, and, and I mean, it's one of the most graphic shock videos on the internet. And I mean, let me, let me show you, someone managed on Roblox to...

• 3:43:49Speaker 04

Upload this entire video, frame by frame, and expose it to little kids.

• 3:43:58Speaker 04

Here, I'll actually, I'll move this over to you so you can see this. I'm just warning, this is, you know, someone blowing their heads off with a shotgun.

• 3:44:06Shawn Ryan?

  This is a live video?

• 3:44:08Speaker 04

This is a video on Roblox, you'll see. It has the audio and everything.

• 3:44:18Shawn Ryan?

  Oh my gosh.

• 3:44:19Speaker 04

And he blows it, and he's walking around showing that to little kids in an LGBTQ game on Roblox.

• 3:44:27Speaker 04

And that's the sort of stuff I get.

• 3:44:28Shawn Ryan?

  Holy shit.

• 3:44:30Speaker 04

That's the stuff I get on a daily basis. That's the emails I'm getting from kids saying, "I'm being exposed to this, that, and..." Could you imagine? You're a ten-year-old kid. You play Roblox. Someone walks up to you with a video of someone putting a shotgun down their mouth and pulling the trigger? How traumatizing that must be. And that's that's unbelievable, that's insane.

• 3:45:02Speaker 04

And this company is saying there's no video sharing or image sharing. But what I just showed you was video sharing and image sharing.

• 3:45:08Shawn Ryan?

I can't even put that up.

• 3:45:10Speaker 04

You can't even show that? Yeah, I mean, that's that was literally a video of someone committing suicide.

• 3:45:17Shawn Ryan?

That's what I'm talking about, Slap. You've got to fucking take care of yourself, man. And I know it seems like this shit isn't piling up, I fucking get it, look, man. Spent a lot of time in war. Spent a lot of time doing this shit. Spent a lot of time diving into a lot of evil, man. Take, like, just fucking do a mental check and go talk to a pro. Find one, find one. Find one now, while you're good. Because when shit goes bad, and it will fucking catch up with you, you want to be scrounging around trying to find the right doc?

• 3:45:50Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:45:50Shawn Ryan?

  I'm being serious, man.

• 3:45:52Speaker 04

  Yeah, I mean, that's...

• 3:45:54Shawn Ryan?

  No.

• 3:45:56Shawn Ryan?

I got, what would, this is probably one of the last questions. What would you like to see happen with Roblox? Is there a way that they could fix this?

• 3:46:09Speaker 04

I think, personally, this is what I think should happen. I think the CEO of this company needs to resign. I think David Bazooki has shown his priorities as a CEO, that he values dating, he values gambling, these horribly addictive things, these things that are hurting children. He values that above safety and moderation. You know, they've spent a lot of, they've defunded their moderation. You know, there was a very infamous interview he gave where he just started becoming erratic. And the question that made him erratic was, why is Roblox spending less year over year

• 3:46:54Speaker 04

on moderation? You know, that should be their priority. Moderation, keeping kids safe. Do what you're advertising. Do what you're telling parents. And there's clearly some mental decision between him and people at the company, that they just, they don't value that. I think the executives that were involved in some of these decision making, I think, you know, people like Matt Kaufman, who've seen these things firsthand and think that there needs to be a decision matrix in why they should remove a game that's totally infiltrated by pedophiles. I think that these people don't know what they're doing.

• 3:47:35Speaker 04

I think that these people are just professionally lying to people. And I don't think that they should be executives. I see a good Roblox when these people are out of the company. That's, and I hope so. And at the end of the day, my goal isn't even to take down this company. I, I, you know, I know it's a resource that kids love, kids play, they see a lot of, I enjoyed it as a kid. You know, I, I absolutely loved it. But it was just playing games on the platform casually and just seeing maps in games, you know, minor attracted people. And, uh, you know, just seven, six, like, it's just horrible. Like.

• 3:48:16Speaker 04

So, yeah, I mean, I just, I really think that there needs to be a leadership change at this company. Someone who actually values.

• 3:48:23Shawn Ryan?

  But definitely sounds like it.

• 3:48:25Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:48:25Shawn Ryan?

Got a lot of work to do.

• 3:48:27Speaker 04

  Absolutely.

• 3:48:28Shawn Ryan?

Shlep, I don't even know if this portion, I, I, I'm gonna. This is me to you. We might cut it out of the interview because nobody knows about that. Literally, nobody knows about this, but. I'm starting a cybersecurity tech company. It's gonna launch. Yeah, it's gonna launch next month for friends and family to do the beta testing. It's basically, it's an entire. Um, security suite that's gonna go on your phone that has all American VPNs because a lot of the VPNs are Israeli or Chinese. Or everybody's fucking spying on us. So these are all American VPNs, keeps the data getting, whatever. This is about to launch. It's called, um, Glacier. And.

• 3:49:12Shawn Ryan?

Through doing this show, I've met a lot of really good people like you, like Ryan, like my business partners at Glacier. They're some of the best fucking engineers in the world. And we built this cybersecurity app. My next venture, because this is what I'm most passionate about, is building something to protect kids. Ryan Montgomery is likely going to be a part of it. My business partners over at Glacier are gonna be a part of it. I'm kinda putting everybody together. And if this actually goes through, I'd love, I don't know what it looks like. I have no idea, but I'd love to bring you in or have you be a part of this somehow.

• 3:49:55Speaker 04

It would, it would be a total honor. I, I, like, you know, I, I'm really good friends with Ryan Montgomery. So I, I absolutely, whatever you guys need, whatever help, be more than willing to, to help with you guys.

• 3:50:06Shawn Ryan?

  Right on, man.

• 3:50:07Speaker 04

Uh, uh, uh, thank you. I very much appreciate that.

• 3:50:10Shawn Ryan?

No, thank you. And, you know, one of, one of my goals this year, personal goals is to not just expose and bitch and complain about things, but actually come up with real fucking solutions. And, um, that's a big thing that I want to accomplish this year is come up with a solution for parents, you know, that educates them, that protects their kids.

• 3:50:31Speaker 04

That's gonna protect a lot of kids. That's, that's amazing.

• 3:50:35Shawn Ryan?

So, fuck, man. You're a good person.

• 3:50:39Speaker 04

  I appreciate it, man.

• 3:50:40Shawn Ryan?

You're a good person, dude. And I got one last gift for, I forgot, I usually give this at the beginning, but, but, um, it's just with subjects like these, there's never a good time to give something like this, but these are, uh, Who's on the lead, Gummy Bears? If you've seen any of the shows, you know what those are.

• 3:50:59Speaker 04

  Heck, yeah.

• 3:51:00Shawn Ryan?

  So, made in the USA.

• 3:51:02Speaker 04

  Appreciate it.

• 3:51:02Shawn Ryan?

You're welcome. And then I did forget one, one other thing. So I guess there is one more question. I got a Patreon account.

• 3:51:08Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah.

• 3:51:09Shawn Ryan?

All right. They're the reason I get to sit here with you today. And, um, so I give them the opportunity to ask every single guest a question. This is from Teddy. How do you take on the responsibility of being one of the main figures in the fight against Roblox? Laxadaisical efforts to rid their app of child predators? This is actually from his 14-year-old son.

• 3:51:34Speaker 04

  Really?

• 3:51:35Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah.

• 3:51:36Speaker 04

I, I, I appreciate him being in the know about everything that's going on, especially all the kids. I mean, there's a lot of kids who see my video. I mean, I, I really try to, to put it as like an educational thing and teach about stuff like, um, you know, love bombing and different strategies these predators use. So kids are, are aware of these sort of things. Um, so shout out to that, to 14-year-old son, but, um, I, it's a lot. It's, it's, um, definitely a very scary position to be in, but I'm. You know, I'm not afraid, you know, I'm wanting to, I'm gonna keep powering through it. And I hope by the end of this, there's actual change.

• 3:52:16Speaker 04

And just, just to know my efforts have already helped some people is all I need to continue. You know, that's, that's really what it is for me. In fighting for these victims, that's, that's what it is all about. Justice for these victims that Roblox is trying to silence. I mean, that's really what it is. They're, they're trying to conceal, they're trying to, to make it all go away. And pretend that, you know, put both hands in their ears, I can't hear anything, you know? We are going to be loud, we are going to, to continue to fight for these victims. They deserve justice, absolutely deserve it.

• 3:52:57Shawn Ryan?

This is what they all do, man.

• 3:52:59Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:52:59Shawn Ryan?

There's nothing new under the sun.

• 3:53:01Speaker 04

  For sure.

• 3:53:02Shawn Ryan?

This is what they all do. But, once again, man, it was an honor to meet you, honor to interview you. And I got a feeling we're gonna become good friends, so.

• 3:53:12Speaker 04

  Appreciate it, man.

• 3:53:13Shawn Ryan?

Thank you for what you're doing.

• 3:53:15Speaker 04

  Of course.

• 3:53:15Shawn Ryan?

Stay on top of that mental health.

• 3:53:17Speaker 04

  Thank you, thank you.

• 3:53:18Shawn Ryan?

  God bless.

• 3:53:20Speaker 04

  All right.

• 3:53:22Shawn Ryan?

  How you feel?

• 3:53:24Speaker 04

  Good.

• 3:53:24Shawn Ryan?

  Feel good?

• 3:53:25Speaker 04

That was a great interview, man.

• 3:53:26Shawn Ryan?

Fuck yeah, it was a good interview.

• 3:53:28Speaker 04

  Oh, man.

• 3:53:29Shawn Ryan?

  That's all you, man.

• 3:53:30Speaker 04

Yeah, I wonder what Roblox is gonna be saying when they see that video of you playing. That's, that's the thing, they always give out these PR responses, but then there was a, a guy telling you to get freaky. You know, and, and you're playing mass shooting games, like.

• 3:53:48Shawn Ryan?

  Good luck defending that.

• 3:53:50Speaker 04

  Yeah, absolutely.

• 3:53:52Shawn Ryan?

  Two guys.

• 3:53:52Speaker 04

Yeah, mm-hmm, yeah, oh yeah, back to back, yeah. I mean, if you played that for an hour, I, we, we caught.

• 3:53:58Shawn Ryan?

And do you think if I would have done the name, I, I should have thought about that. I should have done what Ryan did when, when we did this, done like Julie.

• 3:54:07Speaker 04

  Oh, yeah.

• 3:54:07Shawn Ryan?

  Fifteen.

• 3:54:08Speaker 04

Yeah, I, I, it didn't even come across my mind. Honestly, it's probably a good thing, cause Roblox should try to, to say something. I mean, they are looking for anything under the sun that they could possibly go at me about, so.

• 3:54:21Shawn Ryan?

Well, it's gonna be a hard one to defend, buddy.

• 3:54:25Speaker 04

Yeah, mhm. I love you. When Discovery happens and all that, I mean, they have a lot of explaining to do. I'm glad Florida is now making this a criminal thing, because it should be. I think these executives that allowed it to happen.

• 3:54:39Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah.

• 3:54:40Speaker 04

  Hundred percent should be.

• 3:54:44Speaker 04

This is definitely a very heavy. I didn't expect it to be like, it's very liberating too, you know?

• 3:54:51Shawn Ryan?

  Good.

• 3:54:52Speaker 04

That's, when all this first starting coming out, like, that was the most liberating feeling ever. To have all of these people finally see what I have been seeing for so long.

• 3:55:05Shawn Ryan?

Have you ever gone this in-depth?

• 3:55:07Speaker 04

No, I have not gone this in-depth in an interview. Yeah.

• 3:55:12Shawn Ryan?

How's it feel to get that fucker's name out there?

• 3:55:15Speaker 04

Oh, man. He's been tweeting like, "Why won't he name the person who did it?", like, stuff like that, so. Oh, yeah, yeah. He's been saying that.

• 3:55:22Shawn Ryan?

  He's on Twitter?

• 3:55:24Speaker 04

Um, like, on secret accounts. He's using like, secret, yeah. But I know it's him. He's the one doing it.

• 3:55:31Shawn Ryan?

  Well, surprise, fuckbag.

• 3:55:34Speaker 04

  Yep.

• 3:55:34Shawn Ryan?

The name's out now, and you ain't fucking hiding anywhere.

• 3:55:37Speaker 04

  Oh, so good.

• 3:55:39Shawn Ryan?

That shit is going to be every fucking where.

• 3:55:43Speaker 04

Yep. I'm glad. I mean, that guy was a total monster. I hope when Roblox responds to it, they actually respond, "Yeah, this guy was a predator on our site, and we banned him." And I'm sure it was too late, but I mean, they did ban him. I mean, it'd be nice to see them take some accountability somewhere, but that'll never happen.

• 3:56:04Shawn Ryan?

  Yeah, yeah.

• 3:56:06Speaker 04

  Yeah.

• 3:56:06Shawn Ryan?

  Man, good stuff, dude.

• 3:56:09Speaker 04

  Appreciate it. Appreciate it.

• 3:56:10Shawn Ryan?

Likewise. I got kids. I've got kids, so.

• 3:56:18Shawn Ryan?

  All right, let's head out.
